SPEAKER_00: I want to start today with something very honest with y'all.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: There was a phase of building reset entropy not long ago when I was doing everything right on paper, posting consistently, running ads, building content calendar, optimizing everything I could find to optimize recording the coursework, uh getting the framework ready, getting the apps ready, getting the website, editing, backend work of online presence, content making, course designing, everything.

SPEAKER_00: And the room felt empty.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_00: Not completely.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: A few clarity calls that went deep and felt real.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: But the overall signal was scattered.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: The algorithm was confused, the message was not landing clearly, enough to pull the right people in.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Today I want to talk about what actually changed, not strategically, not tactically, at a deeper level.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Because the shift that happened over the last few months in the same shift cycle.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: I'll try to create it every founder I sit with on a clarity called today.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: And this Thursday I am talking to one of the other founders as well who has lived through this exact shift in the middle of building something real.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you more about that at the later episode.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: But the problem was not the content in whole.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Looking back at the content from six months ago, it was honest, it was deep, it was real.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Because from my angle, okay, I am doing it.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: When you're in that zone, you feel like yeah, I am doing it.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: That hedge energy does not pull people in because they senses intuitively, and the people I am trying to connect to have very strong form of intuition and energy underneath.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: And when I put out this mixed energy outside, even the universe is going to respond to me in the same line, even the people's intuition will respond me in the same line because my self confusion is reflecting outside.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: This produces polite engagement, saves, nods, but not the kind of resonance that makes someone stop their life and book a call.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: The universe is 50-50, it meets you at the level of commitment you bring.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: And I was bringing 70%, which is why I was getting 70% result, enough to justify continuing, not enough to break through, and the loop was using the 70% as evidence.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: See, it is not working fully.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the niche is wrong, maybe the message is off, maybe I am not the right person for this.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: That is exactly how the loop protects itself, it manufactures doubt from the evidence of its own interference.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: The shift happened in two stages for me.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: First, I got clearer on the audience, not strategic strategically clearer, genuinely clearer.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: I connected to the ones I resonated internally to the most, whose shoes I was in as well, and whose experience I can relate to emotionally, physically, logically.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: And I stopped trying to speak to every person who might benefit from this work, and I started speaking to one specific person.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Not because I don't want to help everyone, but because connecting to one makes much more sense and the energy is one-on-one with that person, the understanding is one-on-one.
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_00: You diversify.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: One thing before I close today, if you are in this phase I was describing building consistently, seeing partial result, feeling like the signal is scattered and the right people are not finding you.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: I want to ask you one honest question.
• 15:27
  SPEAKER_00: Are you fully in?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: Not in the content calendar sense, not in the posting frequency sense, in the commitment sense.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: Is there a plan B running in the background?
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: An identity that does not require this to work, an exit route that your loop is keeping open just in case.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Because if there is, the signal will reflect every time.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: The shift does not come from more strategy, it comes from removing the split, from deciding that is it, that is it.
• 16:14
  SPEAKER_00: Full commitment.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_00: But are you aligned?
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: Are you seeking that same thing?
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: Or there are different things.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: The decision changes everything, not overnight, but consistently and irreversible irreversibly.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: If you want to locate that specific loop that is maintaining your split commitment, let's say that is exactly what a loop decode session is for.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Not because I am telling you, but because I can sense it.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: Either in terms of world level or some of a big revelation in a chapter that will affect every section of the world in terms of markets, stocks, prices, emotions, connectivity a lot of it.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm just telling y'all as a heads up in that direction because I know y'all connect to it as well.
