- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to another episode of Crushing Strongholds.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: This is a podcast where we turn pain into power, trauma into triumph, and a place where we get to be a better person.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: We get to be the best person that we actually can be.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: How do we do that?
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: We do that by exposing lies from the enemy.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: And we also do that through testimonies.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Your testimony can dismantle strongholds.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Everybody in the world, I believe, faces some kind of stronghold at one point or another in their lifetime.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: Today I'm super excited.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: I have an amazing guest.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: I'm super excited that he he was actually willing to come on here and share his testimony and his story.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: He's lived a very adventurous life, and I'm super excited to have him.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: His name is Dan Esposito, and he has been um he played NFL, watched one of those plays earlier.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: I'll tell you all that in a little bit after I introduce him, but I just can't wait to bring him on so he can say hello.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: So, Dan, welcome in and thank you so much for being here today.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Mickey, thanks so much.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I really am happy to be here and share my story with your audience.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: Yes, it's I'm so excited.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: I've been I've been looking you up and trying to watch all your football plays from back in the day.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: And I'm telling you that that one in 1994 is like I I could have been a cheerleader on on the sideline because I was so excited when you did that 63 yard touchdown.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: I was like, and then they're like, yeah, that was his third one of the game so far.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: And I was like, What that's crazy.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: It's amazing.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: You know, I you know, I love sports.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Um I'm not a huge guru of sports, but I like sports.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: I love going to watch the game.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Um I I I like baseball and basketball and volleyball.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: So I like I'm kind of like versatile in in the sports realm of everything.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: But the thing I love about your story is that even though you were playing football, something happened to you and you had to take a different path.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: And I just really can't wait for you to share with our listeners what that is and how that transpired.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: So do you mind sharing with us that testimony?
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, absolutely I'd love to.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: So um, so we'll kind of start in the middle, kind of feed off of what you just mentioned.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: So what had happened to me, and what most of the doctors and surgeons wanted to blame my conditions on was my football career.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: But the reality is, is you know, I I played one year of high school football.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: I didn't, you know, we didn't hit very much, you know, in that that league, it was Philadelphia Public League.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: And and then I went to college, and then I didn't even um I didn't start to the third game of my senior year.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Should have started my junior year.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: There's some politics in the story I could get into at some point if you wanted.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: But I was supposed to start my junior year, and then, you know, with no practices before the first game, I got demoted to third string and um really just had a role of having the ball a couple times a game during that season if I was lucky.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Most of them ended up with 60 plus yard touchdowns, but then I wouldn't see the ball again.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Then my senior year, by the second game, our running backs um they just weren't performing, you know, well.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: The first game they didn't perform well, second game, and then I got in in the second half of the second game, had a hundred and something yards, and then the third game I started.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: I was 300 and however many yards.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: I was offensive player of the nation for Division II.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: And that's when the NFL scouts started noticing, you know, they send out people to watch you to work you out.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: And about maybe eight teams after that season come to personally work me out.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: I got picked up by the Redskins.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Um, and then interesting thing, in between my fresh or my senior and freshman year of um, you know, high school to college, I was working out with a quarterback who was um going into his second season in the NFL.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: He was working out at the same gym I was working out because the guy who owned it was the strength coordinator for the Jets.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: And um, so I went out with this guy five or six times and we throw, and he says at the end of the of our workout session, because you know, you you're pretty good.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: You can play in the NFL.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: So here I am, knowing that I was gonna play in the NFL since I was in fifth grade, I just knew it.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: But only playing one year of high school football and going to a small Division II school, um, I kept that belief.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Everyone doubted me.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Um, my first game was against him.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: It was a guy named Rich Gannon who played for the, he was playing for the Chiefs at the time.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: And so I was able to go across the field after the game and say, hey, I made it.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: But unfortunately, in that game, I broke my jaw in two places.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Played the entire game with a broken jaw in two places, told the coaches at the very end of the game, you know, at that point, I mean, my face was swollen.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: I couldn't go.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: And um, so um, they gave me an injury settlement.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: I came back the next year with the Saints, was punched in practice by a linebacker that I was beaten in practice all the time.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: We had no helmets on, broke it again.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: They called me back, you know, was in camp, got released, and then they signed me back the first week of the regular season.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: So I was with the Saints for part of the regular season.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: But at that point, that's when the injuries started, or not the injuries, it's just my shoulder at that point was just not healing.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: And um, you know, you don't know what's under there, you know, until you really study it.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: And it's taken me all the this time to really start figuring these things out.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: But most of what's happening in when you're getting injured is just scar tissue.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: It's just these hardened proteins that need to be broken down that are activating pain receptors.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: But they go in and they do the injuries, you know, the surgery.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: And that was kind of the end of my career.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: I got some calls from the XFL and some from Italian football leagues, but I just decided to get into work.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: But, you know, what had happened, you know, you know, it's still very flexible.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Everything was fine, you know, my shoulder was a little banged up.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: But over the years, just due to it, really comes down to you're treating your body incorrectly.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: And most people who are in chronic pain want to blame it on other things like a genetic condition or um, you know, trauma from childhood, which isn't really, you know, I suffered a lot of trauma in childhood.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: I was very flexible my whole life.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: And so I don't think that those things can contribute, but they're not the underlying factors.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: It mostly comes down to, you know, our food or some type of injury that we may have had, like a car accident, a slip and fall, a surgery, something like that, that starts this scar tissue building process within the body.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: But, you know, so going back, you know, getting all of these chronic pain conditions, which was, you know, degenerative arthritis, fibromyalgia, and then I was prescribed four joint replacements.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: I was also told I had spinobifa culta, frozen shoulder, and restless leg syndrome.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Um and the only treatments were, you know, opioids and you know, surgeries and stuff like that.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: So they said at 50 years old, you're gonna need to start your joint replacements.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: And so that wasn't good enough for me.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: But I want to kind of step back and talk about my faith in all of this process because, you know, being a kid who grew up with physical, you know, abuse in his life, it's very easy to reject God and to say, how can there be a God when I'm going through all of this stuff?
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: And that's kind of the same when you're in chronic pain as well.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: But there were two passages in the Bible from a very, very young age that I pointed to that I said, there cannot be a God for these two reasons.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: And it was don't eat wine for it's unclean, and don't mix linen and wool.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Those were the only two passages that made me doubt religion.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And it turns out that those two things have massive implications in chronic pain and stiffness.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So when you eat pig, it causes a process called glycation in the body, and that's a hard, sticky protein that causes more inflammation, oxidative stress, which are some of the other painmakers.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: And so your body can basically have 15,000 of these events happen per day.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: They're called it's glycation, is the event leaves behind an advanced glycation end product, junk.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: So you're allowed 15,000 units of this junk.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Three strips of bacon is 90,000.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: So as you're eating bacon, what you're doing is you're causing this reaction within the body that's causing basically the way that barbecue sits on top of you know, chicken.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: You get that sticky, that's what's happening internally in the body.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: And then it creates more things that cause more pain and stiffness.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: So, right, so definitely don't eat bacon because it's massively glycating.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: When you so this shirt that I'm wearing is polyester.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: It's only because I've had these created before I did this research, it's the only set of shirts that I have that are not natural fibers.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Your body resonates at a frequency of 65 to 100 megahertz.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: This shirt is resonating at like 15 hertz.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: So what it means is it's stealing electrons from me.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: And that's causing a free radical inside my body, an unpaired electron, which causes oxidative stress, which causes um inflammation, right?
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: So when you mix, so linen is 5,000.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: So if you wear linen on its own, it's going to be healing you by adding electrons to pair the free radicals inside your body.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: Wool will do the same thing, but when you mix these frequencies, it becomes dead fabric and it's now stealing electrons from you constantly, every second of the day, causing oxidative stress and glycation in the body.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: So once I started learning these things, I was like, oh my gosh, okay, maybe this religion thing is is real.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Like it's, you know, I had heard like on a another podcast, the CIA says that religion or the Bible is a self-help tool to keep the body clean for what's inside, right?
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: And so I'm like, God, I need to read because I've doubted the Bible my whole life.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: I should probably read it.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Like I've never read it.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: So I started with the Old Testament.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, right.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: It's like, it's a how do you know your opponent or the enemy?
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And I don't want to say religion's the enemy, how do you know it if you don't know it, right?
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: And that's the same thing with pain.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: It's like you have to identify what the enemy is before you can start defeating it.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: So anyway, I start you know listening on Audible of the Old Testament, and I start realizing, gosh, everything that we're doing, everything that we're eating, every way that we're thinking is against religion.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: And if religion is basically a way to keep your energy pure, which is what I really think it is.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: So when your energy is pure, you can ascend into the rest of the energy, the ether, the all of the universe.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And um, you know, what else is in here that I can learn to make me healthy?
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: And obviously, fasting is in there, gratitude, because gratitude and anxiety sit in the same place in the brain.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: So when you're giving your gratitudes, it's hard to feel anxiety.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: So when you're in chronic pain, of course, you're in a lot of anxiety because you're in a fight or flight process all the time.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: So it really turned everything around.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: And then I the kind of the final piece of it all was uh, you know, if just the transformation is, you know, I'm in the gym and I'm like, you know, I'm a tough guy and I like I'm very competitive, and you know, I'm 53, and I'm looking at these young guys, I'm like, oh, I'm stronger than that guy.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, I can, you know, I'm like having these thoughts, like, what am I doing?
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Like, I want to be friendly with everybody, I want to have better energy.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: And I'm thinking, like, the music that I'm feeding my brain is also causing a set of anxiety that I'm maybe not conscious of.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: And so I started listening to spa music for about a month, and then I quickly was like, I can't do that.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Then I remembered there's a Toby Max song that I really liked that was very poppy and it was I just need you.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: And I so maybe he's got more songs I can listen to.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: So literally, like nine now, 99% of what I listen to is contemporary Christian music.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: It's just changed who I am as a person and kind of centered me as the pain goes away.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: It just am creating like just a much more beautiful soul inside of myself that I'm like more proud of um than I was before.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: And you know, it all comes down to energy.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Then when you look at how I created my program, it's an energy transfer.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: When these things that we need to break down in the body, you're transferring an electron energy to the thing that needs to be broken down and then splitting it.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so I just, you know, the universe is energy, God is light, God is energy, and you know, it all just, you know, you need to strive toward those pieces.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: And when you're in chronic pain, it's hard to like have a spiritual existence, I think.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: And I want to help people that you know want to get more toward their spiritual center and less chronic pain and you know live a much healthier, happy life.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: I know that um after you were doing you f did football, you became a world ranked ranked sprinter.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: So I mean I I I kind of put the two pieces together because you're running these, you know, 63 yard touchdowns.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: It makes sense that you became a sprinter.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: They kind of go hand in hand.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: I think you're getting your um your training on the football field for your sprinting.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: But I think that um with your program, I was looking at it and you know, checking out, like I was telling you, there's a couple things that that I was interested in in learning about.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: I know that people our age are trying to find kind of like a quick fix, like, oh my gosh, I did all of this to my body.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Darn it.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Now I gotta go.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: What do I what am I gonna do to fix it?
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: And I love that um bringing the Bible into it, I love that the fasting because Daniel fasted.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: Um he did the 21-day fast.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: He he did a uh uh modified fast, he didn't do an actual full fast, but and then Jesus fasted, you know, that for 40 days, which he set the prime example for fasting, I believe, in the Bible as a whole, as a realm, and um which is which is impertinent.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: But I do also believe that you know, I know a lot of people say I love that you brought in Old Testament opposed to New Testament, because a lot of people say, Well, that's the Old Testament law, we can eat as much bacon as we want now.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: So it's funny because I love that you're going back to Old Testament for replenishing the body because they were doing it back then, and then the law changed, and now everybody thinks, oh, we can do all this instead.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: Well, I think we should be sticking with the the old way of doing things.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: Sometimes, you know, the old remedies are better than the new pharmaceuticals, I believe, honestly.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: And so if you put those two together and you kind of like look at the whole picture, I mean it's obviously in the Bible for a reason.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: It's very important information.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And I do agree, like, you know, pig, we're not supposed to be eating pork.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: We're not supposed that's one of the foods that we should not be eating.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean, I'm not gonna lie, I had bacon yesterday.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, and you know, it's like filty every time I look at it, I'm like, oh, I want it, but I'm like, yeah, and I've even knew it to chat GPT.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: I'm like, is it a sin or just a suggestion?
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: Like, no, you should not be eating it.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: So yeah, unfortunately, I'm picking it off everything that I come in contact with, but I do love the way it tastes.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: Yes, I think that it's funny when I think about fasting.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: I've I've fasted before.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Um, I did the 75 hard challenge.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: Uh I'm sure you're familiar with that.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: That was really good.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: And I did um during that challenge, I did intermittent fasting.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: Um, because I started there.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: I I didn't think I could just deplete myself completely.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: So I just kind of um decided to do it in based on hours, not based on days.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: So I don't know if that makes any sense to you.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that's effective or not.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Maybe you could share on that what you think about short-term or long-term fast.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let me talk about inflammation and fasting and how they kind of come together.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about what inflammation is, because most people think that inflammation is your body attacking itself.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: And it's not, it's your body healing itself.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: It's God's natural way of like, you know, breaking down the the damage that we do to the body.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: And so what is really important is that every every single disease that ends in itis is just inflammation, right?
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: So you should, you know, there's 800 of them.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: So you should know what inflammation is at the you know, the the entire process.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: And there's only about seven steps in the process.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: So we'll talk about that and then we'll talk about how fasting helps clean that up.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: So at the cellular level, your cell is attacked, right?
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: And we talked about before we we jumped on here, is that your cell wall must be made up with a um lipid wall of you know, fats, omega-3 and omega-6.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: It should be a one-to-one ratio.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: So when that cell is attacked, it's a measured response, right?
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Four to one omega-6 to omega-3 is sort of the max you should allow it to get to.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: The average American is 15 to 1 omega-6 to omega-3s.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So that means the omega-6, like I said before, it's like calling the National Guard when there's just a cat in your garbage, right?
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: You don't need to go out there and say shoo, and that's what the omega-3 is gonna do, be like, hey, get out of here, right?
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: But since there's so much omega uh sixes in our cell wall, it's this massive response.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: And so that's kind of like where these flares are coming from.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: That's the initiation of the flare.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Then it starts alerting the C reactive proteins or the cytokines and the C reactive proteins, and those are gonna tag the offender so the white blood cells can come in and clean them, right?
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: So you get that C reactive protein, that's they're gonna measure for rheumatoid arthritis, and then the white blood cells are gonna come in.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: While this clot is forming, a clot becomes a fibrin, right?
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: They call it insoluble protein and they call it scar tissue.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: So once again, it's not scar tissue, it's a scab, right?
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: But it's like a viscioelastic polymer.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: So if you think about a water bottle that's cheap and you squeeze it and it cracks, but it doesn't break, that's the same thing with this scar tissue.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: It's gonna move around.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: You're gonna think your joints are cracking, but it's actually this fibrin.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: And then collagen comes in and weaves its way to support the area.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: The white blood cells give off lymph, the lymphatic system is gonna help get rid of that.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: Red blood cells come back in the area.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Now, the fasting part, intermittent fasting is fine for weight loss, but it's not good for healing the body.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: You have to do 20 plus hours, right?
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: You really the I think the the the sweet spot for fasting is is three days, right?
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: Get through three days.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Because once after that happens, for me, every time I've gone past that point, I don't notice as much of this activity that I'm gonna describe happening.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: So what happens at 20 hours is the enzymes in your liver that are normally gonna go digest food, right?
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: Are like, okay, we're starved now.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get into the bloodstream and look for proteins, misfolded proteins, protein aggregates like a fibrin.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: It's gonna add that electron, cleave it, they call it.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Now it's cleaved, it's open, and now the body is gonna start getting rid of it.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: Here's why it cannot be a magic pill.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: The body can only get rid of this enough that it can handle it.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: It can't dump everything out at once.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: So the main goal is you got to break the thing apart.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: Then the body can start breaking it down.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: So all of the offenders that I talk about in my playbook, the main reasons for chronic pain, they all have this reaction that can happen that can break it apart that then allows the body to start breaking it down even further.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: And then that's when you start healing yourself.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, so you got to get past 20 hours.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing that feeling that you have isn't a hunger pain, it's a body transformation event, right?
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: So don't think that, oh, I'm starving, I'm starving.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: No, you're not.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Your body is transforming into a different system of burning fat and healing you, right?
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: And that takes a shift.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: You got to get through that.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: That's the hard part is once that hunger pain starts coming, push through that, and then beyond that is clarity like you've never experienced since you were a child.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Like you will not believe how clear your brain will be working from that point because it's literally just working off fat as its fuel source, right?
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: And that's um what it wants to be burning.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: And that's another thing.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: When we talk about aging populations and statin use, statin it's taking the fat out of the brain, the cholesterol out of the brain, and it's giving it a steady state of carbohydrates.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: And that's how you get dementia and Alzheimer's and things like that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: So if we ever want to do another podcast on statins and cholesterol, that's one that I'm very, very passionate about.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: So I actually would love that.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: Um, with my I have five podcasts.
- 20:42SPEAKER_01: So my other podcast is on dementia because I take it to my grandma who's 95 with full dementia.
- 20:48SPEAKER_01: She's had it for probably seven plus years, and she's in um about stage six, um, going into stage seven of dementia.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: So we're kind of whittling down, so to speak.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Um, my suggestion high fat diet, butter, ghee, you know, some cod liver oil, you know, maybe once or twice a week to help build those cells better.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Because your brain cells, when they have that in balance, are going to be inflammatory in the brain as well.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be every single cell in your body.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: So making sure you get that balance of omega-6s to omega-3s is really, really crucial.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Since I've started doing it, the noise in my brain has considerably been muted, right?
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Like I'm way more able to look people in the eyes in my conversations.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: I'm not, you know, trying to get out of conversations so quickly.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: It's uh it's a much calmer place to be once you start balancing those omegas out.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: I have two questions for you.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: One question is about the omega omegas.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: Um, a friend of mine actually um d is working in the health industry like you are, and she has what's called a test.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: They have a blind.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Test where they check all of these things and they send you your your printout.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: It's an at-home test, you send it in, and it's a mouse swab, and then they send they tell you where you're at on your omega levels.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: And then they help supplement you with like essential oils and different stuff like that to help uh replenish or reduce whatever you have too much ever.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: What do you think about that?
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: What do you think about those tests?
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: So so that so I'm just learning about the tests.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: Like I that's something that I'm not sure exactly.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: I know there's a specific test, and there's some tests that don't measure it at the cell wall.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: So we want to make sure that's being measured this at the cell wall.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the omega-6s are coming from our diet, right?
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: It's the highly manufactured foods, like you'll see them, and it's also coming from our chicken, which most people don't realize.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: When you buy chicken from the store, that chicken, no matter if it's organic or not, is fed a heavy diet of grain and corn.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: That contains a lot of the linoleic acid, the omega-6s.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: So about 30% of the chicken is heavy in linoleic acid rather than, you know, the, you know, when a chicken is eating grubs and worms and things like that, the the concentration will be much, much less.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: So we're getting a lot of it from there.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: So it's really, you know, if you you only need one piece of salmon per per week to get the omega-3 amount that you need, the bioavailable, but you're also, you know, if you just supplement twice a week and no more than twice a week with some cod liver oil, right?
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Because there's so much vitamin A in that, it can become toxic to your liver.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: So you got to make sure that you're not doing too much of it.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: And then eliminating, you know, as much as you can.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Like none of us are not going to eat French fries every once in a while, you know, when we go to, you know, get some chicken wings or whatever.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: And that's all in that really bad seed oil.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: You know, the way I look at it is like, you know, I created what's called the world's greatest shopping list.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: It has the 90 essentials that you need your essential nutrients, your essential amino acids, minerals, and fats.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: And if you stick to that, and I have um, you know, food uh or um uh meal plans for free on my platform, if you stick to that as much as possible, right?
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: And like say 80% of your diet is focused on this and 20% is just standard American, you're gonna be in much better shape than you are now, right?
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Because you're gonna be bringing those ratios down and you know, eliminating the inflammatory, glycating, um, omega-6 foods out of your diet to a degree that you're not doing it now, right?
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: So it all depends on your input into the system and how much you want your body to be in a state so that it can heal, right?
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say this is gonna heal you.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get your body into a state where the body can heal itself more efficiently.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: And one thing I was um watching in when I watched that podcast that you're on, the FYI I am damaged podcast, something that you said that I really wanted to talk about with you today was excuse me, is um you were talking about how you had the anxiety and the depression and how you couldn't think clearly.
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: And I know we call that we we use that term, we have brain fog, right?
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: Like our brain is just foggy all the time.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: What would you suggest um going into this um topic?
- 25:23SPEAKER_01: What do you do to eliminate that the anxiety part, the depression part, or just the fog itself?
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: Because those can be all in one conclusive, or they can be individualized depending on what you're going through and what you're dealing with.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's usually like byproducts of a couple different things happening in your body.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: One, you know, that cellular response.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: You want to make sure the omega-3, omega-6 ratio is balanced, that will do a lot.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: The other thing, so you know, I I think that we are being made sick intentionally through our food, through our air, through our water.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: So if you look in our foods, and our manufactured foods, other than like the things that they're pointing out, which, you know, it's always look over here and don't look at what's really, you know, you've got the dyes, right?
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: And we know that the dyes are bad.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: But the other thing that they're not discussing as much is the folic acid and the seed oils that are in the system.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: So there's two reasons, a couple of reasons why they're bad.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: So the the seed oils, for one, it's gonna, you know, they're more susceptible to gaining, you know, to getting heavier because they they're more permeable membranes, more susceptible to having calcium channel open up and delivering calcium into the cell and calcifying your cells.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: Um, but and then there's the folic acid.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: So folic acid drives fats into cells.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: So you've got this thing that's a low calorie thing, but it's actually making you fatter for one.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: But what folic acid is supposed to do, and for half of our population, this is where DNA plays a part in your health and your mental health.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, and once again, DNA is never the underlying factor.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: It's how you're treating your DNA unless it's a mutation, right?
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: So when people say you have a genetic predisposition, predisposition for something, unless they've tested your genes, they don't know what they're talking about.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: So the folic acid is supposed to convert into this other thing that's managing histamine at the mast cell.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: You've heard of mast cell activation syndrome, right?
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: So folate folic acid converts to this other um protein basically that modulates how much histamine is going off, but it doesn't make the conversion for most people, right?
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: For 44% of the population, it will not convert because they have the MTHFR polymorphism, right, which is a certain gene in the methylation cycle.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: But what happens now is folic acid sits on that folate receptor.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: So let's say you're eating some bread that's sprayed in this folic acid, and now you've eaten a salad.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: Well, the folate from the spinach can't utilize that folate receptor.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: And now histamine is just going off, and now you have anxiety, right?
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: Histamine is the anxiety molecule.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: Homocysteine is the depression molecule, right?
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: That and your serotonin receptors.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: But homocysteine builds up when there's too much histamine in the body.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: And then it starts putting pressure on your eyes, your eyes become blurry, you're having depressive thoughts.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: And so one of the best ways you can do that is managing your histamine, right?
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: So making sure you're not including high histamine foods in your diet.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: Bananas, apples, um, sulfur can create a histamine response, especially for me, a really bad one.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: Um, but you can get these.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: Ben Lynch has a company called Seeking Health.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: He has a thing called histamine nutrients.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: They're a godsend for me when I was really, really struggling.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Like I could literally feel the anxiety disappear as I would take one of these things.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: And I was anxious all the time.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: I normally in my life, I'm like this guy who my fuse is way over here, and it takes me a long time.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: When I'm in chronic pain, it resets the fuse to over here, right?
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: Everything is like a snap judgment because histamine creates the fight or flight response, and that's a reaction, not a response.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: And even when I'm trying to talk myself out of it, I still find myself reacting.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, God, I can't even control this response.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: So a double polymorphism, meaning both parents gave you an MTHFR gene that is slow, can often misdiagnose as bipolarism.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: So it can be highly impactful.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: And that's why I think a lot of my Italian brothers in America struggle so poorly, because if you're Italian, you have a high, high rate chance of having a double polymorphism.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: And now you come to America and you're eating all this pasta and bread that's sprayed with folic acid and it's causing all this anxiety, and then that's leading to depression.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: And the interesting thing is that they'll tell you the reason we do it is to reduce neural 2 defects in women.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: And on face value, that sounds really great.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: But when you realize there's only about 4,000 a year, they cut it down to about 3,000.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: They're rarely fatal.
- 30:09SPEAKER_00: I was diagnosed with one.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: So why do we need to spray it on the entire grain supply?
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: So the other interesting thing is in high doses, folic acid acts as a neurotoxin.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: So just for a child that we're going to send our child to school with a Flintstone vitamin, they're a third of the way to the upper limit, which is going to start acting like a neurotoxin, just by eating that Flintstone chewable.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: Then they have a muffin or a piece of toast or something like that.
- 30:37SPEAKER_00: Well, now they're about a half the way before they've even stepped foot in school.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: Then at school they have a snack or a slice of pizza or whatever.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: Now they're really close to this upper limit and they're exhibiting ADHD behavior.
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: And so now we're going to go put them on Adderall or Ritalin because guess what we're doing tomorrow?
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: We're feeding them the same exact way.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: And it takes 48, 72 hours for this folic acid to metabolize out of the body.
- 31:04SPEAKER_00: So we're just building it up and up and up and up and up and up and up.
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: And now our children are going to school, and especially when they're sitting under LED lights, it's constantly flickering in their brain.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Their eyes aren't seeing it.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: And they studies show that when you put kids under LED lights, they're more rambunctious.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: So it's like, you know, it's this perfect cornucopia of like trying to find ways to make our society anxious and depressed, and then normalize it with, you know, online, you know, better help and you know, things like that to make it all just seem like this is how everybody's feeling now.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: And it's really shouldn't be.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: It's I think it's way more food induced than anything else.
- 31:43SPEAKER_01: I I I completely agree with that.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: I think that a lot of stuff can be changed through your diet and your your your healthy habits.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: I also believe that um the medication that is offered, especially to kids, um, is just horrible.
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: It's horrible.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: And as a foster parent, a lot of kids that came to my home were already on that medication, and I did everything in my power to get them off.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: And I had one um he was a teenager, he was 14, came to me, and very hyper, super, super, super hyper.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: And I and I was like, okay, he's hyper.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: So I take him to the doctor, the doctor's like, he needs to go to the psychologist.
- 32:20SPEAKER_01: Psychologist says he needs, you know, Ritalin.
- 32:22SPEAKER_01: He was on it for one day, the smallest dose.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: And the very, very first dose he took, I was like, What is like what's wrong with him?
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Like something's wrong with him.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: And I asked him, I said, Hey, are you okay?
- 32:34SPEAKER_01: And he gave me the best analogy.
- 32:36SPEAKER_01: He said, I feel like I'm in honey and I can't get out.
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I'm using that, because that is a great analogy for exactly how you're acting.
- 32:44SPEAKER_01: And he goes, I don't and I thought, you know what?
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: He took that first dose that day.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: I called the psychologist, I said, He's not taking this ever again.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: And um, and she's like, Well, we've got to give him something.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: I said, just let him grow, outgrow it.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: He outgrew it.
- 32:58SPEAKER_01: You know, I said, He, you know, we uh no medication.
- 33:03SPEAKER_00: You know, he probably wasn't, you know, exposed to whatever diet or whatever environment that where he came from before.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: And I can't imagine, you know, we mentioned like my last name means orphan, and you know, I've always thought that I wanted to foster or adopt or something like that.
- 33:18SPEAKER_00: So I really want to commend you for that.
- 33:19SPEAKER_00: It's like a really amazing thing.
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: But I think you realize these kids are um, you know, I I I um uh volunteer for a place called Covenant House.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: It's where you know kids and you know, high school age kids get thrown out of their homes and they get to go to this dorm-style living arrangement where they live forever.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: And so we sleep out late at night, you know, one night in a box, um, you know, with a bunch of other sleepers.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: But the stories that they tell, you know, of how they, you know, rode the subway back and forth all night, you know, because they had no home to go to, or they would sleep in like the waiting room of like an apartment complex and then go to school the next day and graduate and then go to college.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: And so, yeah, we need to protect our kids.
- 34:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we do.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, we have a there's a lot, there's a lot to that out there.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: I know a lot of kids too also um they come from a situation where they didn't have food in the home, so you know they're they're hoarding and stealing and stuffing everything.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: They're like, oh my gosh, I came to this house and it has all this food, and like they they they take it like a chickmunk, and they you know they want to stuff their cheeks, but they're stuffing it in their their pants pocket and in their socks, and and I was like, man, this kid has taken all of this food.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: And I remember saying, It's okay to eat, it's okay to eat food, but you don't want to eat all of that food because you're gonna get sick.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: You know, let's just work on you know baby steps, not let's not divulge and you know, eat the whole pantry in one day.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: And that's a really hard thing to teach kids that have have gone without food because they see it and they just want to take all of it because they think they're never gonna get it again.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: They don't trust that trust factor is gone.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: Like that meal's not gonna be there tomorrow.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: So I'm taking it today, you know.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it it's you know PTSD.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like PTSD, and I just won't relate that back to pain, which is an interesting thing.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: So, you know, it takes a little while to break, you know, from PTSD.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: But so as I would walk, you know, when I was in really bad chronic pain, and so I still have some stiffness and some pain and you know, some things that, you know, whatever, but it's nothing, you know, like it was before.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: And obviously, I'm competing at a high level.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: But you know, sometimes you know, you get a twinge or whatever, and so you they're like common, like they are in the same places all the time.
- 35:32SPEAKER_00: So you're very familiar with them.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: So when they go away and like you see something that needs to be picked up, you're like, oh, initially you're like, oh, I'm gonna be in pain when I go do that.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: And they're like, oh no, I don't have that pain anymore.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: So you have to like the PTSD that comes along with chronic, chronically being in pain.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: And you know, I talk to people, like one of the ways that it manifests in the frustration is just like something as simple as taking the garbage out, your whole back just doesn't want to do it, and all your triceps are pulling on you, and you're getting this fire that's burning inside of you, and this very simple task of just things are falling over now, and it's like a disaster scene because you're just trying to hurry up so much because you're in pain.
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: And so when that goes away and the noise goes away, and you're able to just sort of operate in life the way you're supposed to, like at the speed of nature, I call it, right?
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: It it's it just becomes a life worth living all over again, you know, to where before you're just like, How can I get through the next day like this?
- 36:35SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't do it.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: And but you just keep doing it when you're in chronic pain because people are counting on you.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: But you know, not like when the first thing that came apart in my body happened, I knew that I was gonna get everything, right?
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: It was just like, holy cow, if that reaction can happen, I'm gonna get the rest of it.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: And that had been the process.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: And so when I put together the plan, it really it's it's not a method, it's not like a course.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: It's like here's a set of tools that are all natural, but all backed in science.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: So you can be intentional in how you use them.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: And so it just creates a shortcut to put your body in a better position to heal.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: And so you don't hit some of like the obstacles that I ran into.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, when I supplement with sulfur MSM tape, Epsom salt bass, my body doesn't detox that very well.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: Puts me into depression and anxiety pretty bad.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: So now it's like, okay, well, if you take these supplements, it's gonna help the body metabolize these things.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna take on these practices, you might want to consider taking this course of action to mitigate any poor response.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: But but I also give people things like, you know, breathing through your nose, right?
- 37:49SPEAKER_00: Like I have not my whole life breathed through my nose very well.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: It's kind of a mouth breather.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: And I remember as a second grader, a doctor asking me that question.
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: And I've always my whole life wondered, held on to that question.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: Why did he ask it?
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: It's like another thing that was put in front of me to figure out.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: When you breathe through your nose, one, you're resetting your parasympathetic nervous system, right?
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Because you're utilizing fat as a fuel source.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: And so then your brain knows that you're not in danger.
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: When you breathe through your mouth, you're going to use sugar, glycogen as its fuel source.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: So your body's like, oh, I need energy right now.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: But what else happens when you're breathing through your nose is you're taking L-arginine, which is an amino acid, converting it to nitric oxide, nitric oxide keeps clots from forming in your butt in your body.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: So now, if I'm eating all this pizza that I was eating when I kind of started getting sick, and if I was able to breathe through my nose, I still would have had clot formation, just not so much of it, right?
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: And so a really interesting thing about how this modern society is trying to damage is so now nitric oxide is seen as this very needed molecule, which it is.
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: So now they create beetroot powder.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: Well, beets are filled with oxalic acid, which create oxalates.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: So when you're taking this beetroot powder because it's been min, you know, been broken down, the oxalic acid is gonna come out and through your gut because it's a nanoparticle and create kidney stones all throughout your soft tissue.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: So all these people are taking this beetroot powder.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: What they're doing is they're dumping oxalic acid, which become kidney stones, into their system, and then eventually they're gonna have all these kidney stones in their muscles and wherever else, and they're not gonna know what to blame it on because no one's told them that hey, taking this is gonna cause this uh uh rock formation in your body later.
- 39:45SPEAKER_01: So that's crazy because I love beets, especially in the candles.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: But when you break them down, the same thing with spinach smoothies, right?
- 39:54SPEAKER_00: And if you go on my Instagram, you can see I had a big rock come out of my chest.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: It looked like a pumice stone because you do these cleanses and the rocks will come out through your skin.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: So the first time I did it, it felt like um I was laying on the beach.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: It felt like sand was like everywhere all over my body.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: They were just coming out, and you know, they're kidney stones, and so they're tearing you up inside, they're reducing the sulfur response, they're stealing iron from the muscle, they're stealing hyaluronic acid away from the soft tissue, they're doing all sorts of things to mess you up because it's a plant defense chemical.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: That's crazy.
- 40:28SPEAKER_01: So I do have one more question as we start to wrap up here.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: So you are the founder of Undo Me.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: And I I did check out your your um website a little bit.
- 40:37SPEAKER_01: Tell our listeners exactly what that is and you know what it offers, what what you do to help, what goes with it.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Um if we order a product from you, do we get to keep in touch with you?
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: Do you tell us, hey, take this, don't take that?
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: Or can can you give us a little bit of rundown?
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: So so undo.me, and the reason it's spelled undo like you is because I take some Eastern philosophies like Hindu, you know, breathing and grounding and you know, things like that, sound therapy.
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: Uh but really what the the theory of it is, is how am I going to undo what I've done to myself over the course of this life?
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: And so um, there's two main things there.
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: There's my supplement, which is flexibility fuel.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: And so it's an essential amino acid-based supplement for you know brain and muscle health.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: But then there's uh six other compounds in there that you can all find on my website if you just want to order it off Amazon instead of buying from me, that are basically adding an electron to the thing that's causing pain to then cause it to be cleaved so the body can break it down.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: So that's now when you, and I can't make any claims or anything like that, but if you start using it, you will probably feel something very quickly.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: It's very common for people to say, hey, this is, you know, I'm something's coming loose or whatever.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: Then there's the method, the undo method.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: It's a playbook that basically gives you an education on why you're in chronic pain, like what pain is.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: We talk about the pain receptors and how they're being activated all the time by this hardened congested tissue, what's causing the tissue to come like that, and how you eliminate the things in your diet or your life that are causing that event, and then how they can be broken down.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: So there are other supplements on my website that you can add to flexibility fuel that are through Amazon affiliate links.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: But my only supplement is flexibility fuel.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Now, when you go to the undo method, there's a platform there.
- 42:37SPEAKER_00: It's very much like Facebook.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: You create a free profile, there's a bunch of freebies, the world's greatest shopping list, some meal plans.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: There's gonna be a glycation food list, but you can ask as many questions there as you want for free.
- 42:49SPEAKER_00: There's no cost to that at all.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: If you want to buy the program, it's$196.33.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: You get a free bottle of flexibility fuel, plus every update that I'm gonna do to this, every edition.
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: And I'm going through an update right now, making it a little bit more um digestible by people because I get a little technical sometimes with better graphics.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Um, or for$13.69 a month, and you can get through it in a week, right?
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: For people who may not be working, may not, you know, have a lot of money, take screenshots, record it.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: I don't care what you do, but get yourself educated on what's causing your pain so you can know who the enemy is, and then you can start make taking steps to defeat that enemy.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: So it's the program and the supplement are my like the two things that I think are going to be very beneficial to anybody that's either in chronic pain or looking to avoid like future chronic pain.
- 43:41SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 43:42SPEAKER_01: Now I was doing a little bit of research on chronic pain.
- 43:44SPEAKER_01: Um my mom lived with neuropathy and chronic pain.
- 43:47SPEAKER_01: Um, I mean, I I don't know anybody that at some point in time in their life has not had some type of pain.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: So I I I you know I definitely know that we've all endured it.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: Um and I was telling you before we started recording that I have.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: Really bad pain in my hands.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: Now I still use my hands.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: Um, I know there's days when I don't use my hands that they get really um stiffened up, like they'll stiffen up on me.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: And um my aunt had a problem with it, and so and so did my mom and so did my grandma.
- 44:17SPEAKER_01: So I literally thought it was just genetics.
- 44:19SPEAKER_01: I thought it was just, oh great, my hands are gonna be their hands, and my kids' hands, you know, and it went down.
- 44:24SPEAKER_01: And so I my aunt literally would have to pry her hands open in the morning.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: And I thought, man, I'm not there yet, so I gotta keep my hands busy.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: I gotta try to, I stretch them and I massage them, I soak them, um, I do different stuff with them.
- 44:37SPEAKER_00: How are you treating your forearms?
- 44:38SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of pain hand stiffness will come from your forearms because this is where everything pulls down, right?
- 44:43SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: So you gotta make sure you're really massaging, breaking up the scar tissue in here.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: But so two lotions, so one, I mean, you should definitely try my supplement, but two lotions that you can use that are really good.
- 44:53SPEAKER_00: Um, evening primrose oil will help hydrate the fascia and help break down some of that scar tissue, as well as vitamin E oil.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: And so they're both really great antioxidants.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: Use those together, right?
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: And I think you're gonna see a little bit of improvement in your hands, but um, you know, push it to where you're you, you know, you don't want to push until you're adding something that's gonna help break down the chemical bonds.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: So when you get that on there, you're gonna want to stretch slowly, but over time, push it a little bit further every day or every week that you go to kind of help release those chemical bonds a little bit more.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: But the evening primrose and the vitamin E oil should be in there helping break up some of the stuff that's causing damage for you.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm definitely um interested in trying your product for sure and um seeing how it feels.
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: I think what I would like to do is try it for 30 days and have you come back on and I can tell you all about it.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and Flex, anybody that wants to buy it, Flex is a discount code.
- 45:53SPEAKER_00: So it'll keep everything under 50 bucks.
- 45:55SPEAKER_00: It should keep it under 50 bucks.
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: And if you order more than one, there's only one shipping fee.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: So sometimes if people are gonna order two at a time, you're gonna save a little bit of a little bit there too.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, is that information on your website for the discount and all of that?
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: No, it's just you can use it.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Anyone that's listening to it can use it.
- 46:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it's gonna be there forever, so you never have to worry about it expiring.
- 46:17SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 46:18SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 46:19SPEAKER_01: So the flex?
- 46:20SPEAKER_01: Flex with the code.
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: Gotcha.
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: Yep, yeah.
- 46:23SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, that's awesome.
- 46:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I was looking um at those products this morning, and and I like I said, I was looking at your page and I was wondering, like, okay, where if someone went to your page, where would you suggest they started?
- 46:33SPEAKER_01: Like you just there's a lot on there and like everything.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the supplement is the best way to start.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: I really think it's like it's kind of a I mean, I mean, it it's actively working right away.
- 46:45SPEAKER_00: I can't say how it's working, you know what I mean, but it's helping the body to remove these these things.
- 46:50SPEAKER_00: And so once it's in your system, you know, on an empty stomach, because you don't want it to be in there digesting your food, you want it to be an empty stomach.
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: And the best way to take it is three quarters of a scoop in the morning before you start your day, and then the rest of the scoop closer to bedtime, because bedtime is when you're trying to do some healing as well.
- 47:09SPEAKER_00: And so most people are just like, oh man, what's this?
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: You know, and it just kind of you're getting an alert that, hey, help me out, kind of help me, you know, break this thing down.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: So I think the best thing for people to do is start there, and then once they're convinced that there's some benefit here, go ahead and check out the rest of the program, right?
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: I also want to do free presentations of it.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: I just haven't gotten there yet.
- 47:32SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm you know, really want to sell the product because it's so beneficial to so many people so far that, you know, if I can just give people the information for free, but in a way where I present it, um, you know, I'd love to, you know, figure that piece out too.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: But I've tried TikTok lives and things like that, and that just doesn't, I don't, you know.
- 47:52SPEAKER_00: And also the problem, this is what I want to leave with with this is a diagnosis is a death sentence.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: Do not believe your diagnosis.
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: Do not get in your tribe of that diagnosis because once you do, a diagnosis is only so a doctor can now prescribe you something.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: 15 to 25 percent of diagnoses are wrong, and a lot of people don't even question your diagnosis.
- 48:18SPEAKER_00: So, how many of those that haven't questioned it have been given a wrong diagnosis?
- 48:22SPEAKER_00: A diagnosis of chronic pain by doctors is a guess.
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: There's no way for this to show stuff to show up in imaging.
- 48:30SPEAKER_00: So, arthritis, ankylocine, spondylitis, you know, fibromyalgia, regional chronic pain syndrome, juvenile arthritis, all that stuff is happening because of the same factors, right?
- 48:41SPEAKER_00: And then you just have to start working like understanding what those factors or offenders' enemies are, so you can then find ways to defeat them, right?
- 48:52SPEAKER_00: And all the information's out there.
- 48:53SPEAKER_00: It's like you don't even have to search for, especially with AI now.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: You can ask AI a question about how do I break down glycation?
- 49:00SPEAKER_00: What's the best polyflavonoid?
- 49:02SPEAKER_00: And it's going to tell you, you know, rooting and Q certain and you know, maybe some other things that you want to try.
- 49:06SPEAKER_00: So yeah, the whole, the whole um platform is for people who are intentional about wanting to heal and keep a positive space in their heart about it rather than, you know, this doesn't work, or you know, you never I people tell me I I've never had fibromyalgia, right?
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: When I go into the Facebook message boards because I want to reach people and they just tell me I'm a faker, I'm a snake oil salesman, I never had fibromyalgia.
- 49:31SPEAKER_00: That's terrible.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm just trying to help.
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: Like I thought I was going to be the hero, you know, hey, everyone figured it out, right?
- 49:37SPEAKER_00: I've been here the whole time for the past eight years, and um, you know, have sort of you know digital relationships with you people, and I want everyone to heal, and and it just is uh working pushback.
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 49:49SPEAKER_01: Thing is, is it worked, and so now it's they're in disbelief to what you actually had because what you made actually worked.
- 49:54SPEAKER_01: And it's great they don't even put the two together, you would think.
- 49:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's not even like, hey, how does it work?
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: It's like just ask me something, like doubt me, ask me hard questions so I can you know teach you what I know, and if it resounds with you, then try it and then tell me it doesn't work.
- 50:10SPEAKER_01: So well, I just I just want to say thank you so much for coming on here.
- 50:14SPEAKER_01: And I I think getting educated is also a part of it.
- 50:17SPEAKER_01: You gotta learn because you you said some words that I can't even pronounce.
- 50:20SPEAKER_01: So definitely think that getting some education under your belt when it comes to, you know, like you said, figure out you know what your pain is, where it's coming from, look it up.
- 50:29SPEAKER_01: Um not necessarily run right to the doctor, you know, and get that diagnosis.
- 50:33SPEAKER_01: Because I agree with that.
- 50:34SPEAKER_01: I I I absolutely agree with that.
- 50:36SPEAKER_01: Um, I believe I've been misdiagnosed.
- 50:38SPEAKER_01: I was told I had cancer in my hand before they even did the biopsy.
- 50:44SPEAKER_01: And I said, I don't have cancer, you're nuts.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: And the doctor literally asked me when when he went in, he was gonna take out my whole finger, the whole finger to my wrist.
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: And I said, I am not ET, you cannot have my finger.
- 50:57SPEAKER_01: And he was like, he's like, How are you so sure?
- 50:59SPEAKER_01: And I said, For one, I I go, I already knew in my heart, my my my physical being, and like I feel like God confirmed that I didn't have it.
- 51:07SPEAKER_01: And I didn't, and he was like, You were very positive with it.
- 51:09SPEAKER_01: I said, I just I totally just spoke against it.
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: I knew I didn't have it.
- 51:13SPEAKER_00: So let me talk real quickly.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: I want to talk about the joints and just leave with this.
- 51:17SPEAKER_00: The skeleton just hangs like a Venetian blind.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: If you remove all the tissue, all the muscle and fascia, it's all gonna fall back into place.
- 51:27SPEAKER_00: Everything that's around the joints is what's becoming compromised and pushing this stuff out of place.
- 51:33SPEAKER_00: When you soften that up, demineralize that, let the body get rid of it, it just is going to fall right back to where it's supposed to be.
- 51:40SPEAKER_00: Like you have to believe, and that has to be your belief system.
- 51:43SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you're gonna think it's your joints, you're gonna go get a knee replacement or a hip replacement, they're gonna cut you open more, you're already in pain, you're not gonna do good physical therapy, there's gonna be more scar tissue that's gonna happen, and it's gonna be a disaster.
- 51:58SPEAKER_01: So it's a long road to take.
- 52:00SPEAKER_01: Like I said, I've had 18 major surgeries and I've been down several of those roads.
- 52:04SPEAKER_01: Um, I dealt with a lot of pain.
- 52:06SPEAKER_01: Um, but I also felt like um God healed me in so many different ways because I just I quit listening to the doctor and I started listening to my body.
- 52:14SPEAKER_01: Even with the medication they put me on, I just said, this medication is making me worse than the symptom that I was diagnosed with.
- 52:20SPEAKER_01: I gotta get off from here.
- 52:21SPEAKER_01: And I took, I quit all cold turkey and ended up losing like 25 pounds.
- 52:25SPEAKER_01: My pain, like the the symptoms like pretty much went away on the their own.
- 52:29SPEAKER_01: And I went to the doctor a year later and he's like, I can't believe that you did that, that you just decided to go your own avenue.
- 52:35SPEAKER_01: And I said, Well, you're gonna kill me.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: And the doctors only know what they've been told, and I know they've gotten into this business more than likely to be helpful, but they just don't have the tools for it.
- 52:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 52:47SPEAKER_01: Well, I just I want to say thank you again for coming on here.
- 52:50SPEAKER_01: I would love to, excuse me, have you back, especially for my um until my watch is over podcast for dementia, because I think that would be really good for my listeners there.
- 52:59SPEAKER_01: And um, for all of my listeners that are paying attention today, I hope that you guys got a really good educated um episode today on um what you can do with your own body when it comes to chronic pain.
- 53:10SPEAKER_01: And if you are struggling with chronic pain, I suggest that you go to Undo Me and you check out the products and um ask any questions.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: Um let me know if the if you have any questions, I will um pass them on to Dan and let him know, hey, we got people that are interested.
- 53:26SPEAKER_01: I'll share your information.
- 53:28SPEAKER_01: And um I am really grateful that you came.
- 53:31SPEAKER_01: I I believe um on the spiritual aspect of it, um, I do believe that if we go back to the old time testament, we will find that um a lot of stuff that we are doing today opposed to what they did back in those days, we'd benefit ourselves if we kind of went backwards instead of forwards.
- 53:49SPEAKER_01: We're always trying to go forwards sometimes, and that's not always the answer.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: No, yeah, you know, so there's a Gnostic belief that the more creation we have, the more um compromised this world becomes.
- 54:01SPEAKER_00: I agree.
- 54:02SPEAKER_00: You know, yeah.
- 54:03SPEAKER_01: So we get oversaturated, I think.
- 54:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 54:05SPEAKER_01: So but anyway, thank you again.
- 54:07SPEAKER_01: Uh thank you again, Dan, for coming on and to all my listeners.
- 54:10SPEAKER_01: This has been another great and amazing episode of Crushing Strongholds.
- 54:13SPEAKER_01: And until next time, we will be talking to you soon.
- 54:16SPEAKER_01: So, y'all, God bless and take care.
