- 0:51Welcome to the show Tracy Jamila, thank you
- 0:54so much for having me.
- 0:56I love talking about anything Organization related, you
- 0:59know, I do too.
- 1:00I mean, you know We're off the same
- 1:03we cut from the same cloth in terms
- 1:05of Organizing and systems and all of that
- 1:08stuff.
- 1:08So excited to talk about it.
- 1:10I really want to focus our conversation today
- 1:14on how to really get a board how
- 1:17to get a ROI from organizing because I
- 1:20don't think people are really understanding that you
- 1:24can get a return on your investment from
- 1:26organizing and Many entrepreneurs feel like their businesses
- 1:30are a mess behind the scenes But they
- 1:33don't know where to start when it comes
- 1:35to organizing.
- 1:37So in your experience What would you say
- 1:39is the first area of business?
- 1:41That should be organized for somebody who wants
- 1:45to see a return on investment I mean
- 1:48you think about what you do in your
- 1:50business and how you are trying to find
- 1:53links that you're giving to clients how you're
- 1:55Trying to find websites that you go to
- 1:57often how you're leaving 47 tabs open because
- 2:02you're scared you won't be able to find
- 2:04it and someone just told me this I
- 2:06don't I just don't know if I can
- 2:07find that again So I leave them all
- 2:09open and she showed me her screen and
- 2:10there was a hundred tabs open and so
- 2:13the easiest way is having a bookmarks bar
- 2:17or saving your favorites the sites you visit
- 2:20in Specifically organizing it with the icons and
- 2:25then with any Like dashboards you use and
- 2:29then with folders and I teach people how
- 2:32to do that Exactly.
- 2:33That is the one place that is going
- 2:35to save you so much time and like
- 2:37you said They don't realize I mean, they
- 2:40know they need to get their business organized
- 2:43They know that because they experience it every
- 2:45day and I have people tell me that
- 2:46all the time, but they just don't Know
- 2:49where to start and they don't they just
- 2:52don't want to take the time because they
- 2:54think it's gonna be super hard or they
- 2:56Think it's gonna be complicated or they think
- 2:59even that they're gonna lose something and not
- 3:01be able to find it So by just
- 3:04starting like with these Little key points that
- 3:08the bookmarks bar is so refreshing for them
- 3:11because they're like, oh my gosh I can
- 3:13find that I know where it lives.
- 3:15Oh, I never thought of doing that I
- 3:16just worked with someone and the whole time
- 3:18she was like, I didn't even know you
- 3:19could do that How did you do it?
- 3:21Show me that again?
- 3:22Like that is so amazing How could I
- 3:24have lived without having this up here and
- 3:27she closed tabs and she said Tracy You
- 3:30don't even know the last time I closed
- 3:31all my tabs out And I'm like so
- 3:35it's so easy But people just don't know
- 3:38they think they should be able to do
- 3:40it on their own and I'm like nobody
- 3:41teaches you that stuff Yeah, that's so true.
- 3:44No one does teach you and these are
- 3:46just like Almost bad habits that we develop
- 3:50in the process of just going about our
- 3:52day and getting work done I can't tell
- 3:54you how many clients I've like teased or
- 3:56called out about having those 100 tabs open
- 3:59on their computer And when I look I'm
- 4:01like you got the same tab open three
- 4:04times like Close it up So it's definitely
- 4:10a really big one So the the other
- 4:13thing that comes to mind Tracy is and
- 4:16you've worked with a lot of coaches and
- 4:17service providers What do you see costing them
- 4:21money when they're not?
- 4:23organized like where are Where are we either
- 4:27leaving money on the table or basically losing
- 4:30money because we don't have things in place
- 4:32well, I Starting just with how they feel
- 4:36the confidence behind being a CEO and that's
- 4:40why at the end of my bio I
- 4:41say I want them to become confident CEOs
- 4:43like they know how to find everything in
- 4:46their business they know what they have which
- 4:48by the way is the definition of being
- 4:49organized to know what you have and be
- 4:52able to find it and They have that
- 4:54confidence.
- 4:54So then when they're selling their offer and
- 4:57when they're Onboarding a client they're confident show
- 5:02their confidence shows through behind the scenes So
- 5:04people see it they in can see they
- 5:07have a business They are a CEO who
- 5:09runs a business.
- 5:11I see that in you too.
- 5:12Like, you know what you're doing You have
- 5:14these systems you have this in order it
- 5:17comes across to the people that you're trying
- 5:20to attract as clients so that's the first
- 5:23place and They're no longer like hiding behind
- 5:29the scenes of a messy business because they
- 5:32can have that and then time like think
- 5:34of the amount of time you Are spending
- 5:36searching for what you need?
- 5:39Recreating the same thing because you can't find
- 5:42it all of that that time spent could
- 5:45be spent marketing You could be doing marketing
- 5:48activities making offers, but instead you're like Wasting
- 5:52time searching trying to find what you need
- 5:56Yeah, there it there is a study too
- 5:58that shows People spend like waste.
- 6:01I don't know if it's two and a
- 6:02half hours a day or two and a
- 6:03half hours a week I mean, I'm just
- 6:05blown away.
- 6:06I can see it happening trying to find
- 6:10what they need to do their work and
- 6:12you can Even schedule an appointment on your
- 6:14calendar and be really good.
- 6:16Like I'm going to be really organized I'm
- 6:18gonna schedule this appointment on my calendar and
- 6:20give myself an hour to do it and
- 6:23then 30 minutes You're just trying to find
- 6:24what you need to do it and Then
- 6:27you beat yourself up because you didn't you
- 6:29can't follow your calendar.
- 6:30Well, you can't find what you need It's
- 6:35a double-edged sword, right Yes, yeah, you
- 6:39got to get those things organized a hundred
- 6:41percent agree, you know, it's a really tough
- 6:44place I've seen a lot of business owners
- 6:48Just not be able to get things done
- 6:50efficiently or quickly and Because they don't know
- 6:53where things are, you know Like have you
- 6:55ever been on a call with somebody like
- 6:57I know often I've been on a call
- 7:00with you know Some of my coaches or
- 7:02mentors and they asked me a question about
- 7:06My numbers, you know, and I can very
- 7:09quickly kind of go in and pull up
- 7:12a sheet like okay Here's all of our
- 7:14data from our last couple of enrollment events
- 7:18Those kinds of things you want to know
- 7:20exactly where they are in your business So
- 7:24that you can leverage them to be able
- 7:26to you know Make moves get things done
- 7:29get coach get help get support in your
- 7:31business And so you're I hundred percent agree
- 7:34with you Tracy that basically you're losing a
- 7:37lot of time if you're not Having that
- 7:40level of organization around your business now you
- 7:44talk about Finally getting organized with one shift
- 7:50right so for those that are a little
- 7:53bit resistant to Getting organized like what's the
- 7:57one shift that we need to make in
- 8:00order to finally start getting organized I Like
- 8:05to think I mean you have thoughts that
- 8:07you've grown up with someone telling you you're
- 8:10messy or You're discovering.
- 8:12Maybe I have ADHD and I have always
- 8:15been told like I can't focus on something
- 8:18I can't be organized whatever all of those
- 8:22beliefs that you've brought with you Maybe your
- 8:25whole life Having the shift in helping someone
- 8:29find ways in their life that they actually
- 8:32are organized There is always somewhere in their
- 8:35life that they're very organized.
- 8:37I've talked to people who have had jobs
- 8:40like outside Maybe they're not business owners.
- 8:42They've had jobs and they were very organized
- 8:45in their job or one of my clients
- 8:47says Oh, I can plan a vacation and
- 8:50I'm meticulous about planning a vacation.
- 8:52I'm like, oh Interesting, what do you do
- 8:55in that in that instance?
- 8:57Like how are you so organized in that
- 8:59area?
- 9:00And she's like I never thought of that
- 9:03Being organized.
- 9:04I just thought I was good at planning
- 9:06vacations.
- 9:06I'm like no that's being organized So we
- 9:09shift how we think and we pull thoughts
- 9:12from different parts of our life into Running
- 9:16a business or organizing our business That's the
- 9:19biggest thing yeah Yeah so just really being
- 9:23able to identify another place in your life
- 9:27that you are already organized or demonstrating organization
- 9:31well and being able to tap into that
- 9:34as a way of Being able to bring
- 9:37those skills and and and into the business
- 9:40is yeah, right Yes and the other thing
- 9:43too is it is a Shifting thought perspective
- 9:46is and I think I said this earlier
- 9:48people think they should be able to do
- 9:50it and I have such Compassion and that's
- 9:53why I do this and that's why I
- 9:54try to break it down and make it
- 9:56as simple as possible Because you shouldn't be
- 10:00able to do you should ask for someone
- 10:02to teach you in when people struggle with
- 10:06organization Getting their business organized It's because they
- 10:10have a mindset like we just talked about
- 10:12or they have a skill gap where they
- 10:14just were never taught And a lot of
- 10:17us we're starting a business.
- 10:18We've never done it before We have no
- 10:21idea like what are simple tools.
- 10:23There's so much Temptation and shiny objects out
- 10:28there and tools that people say are the
- 10:30answer and so then a lot of times
- 10:33I see Clients trying that tool and then
- 10:35not sticking with it and trying that tool
- 10:38But it's too hard and then trying that
- 10:39tool and then they think something's wrong with
- 10:42them When they just haven't learned that really
- 10:45simple skill and use what they already have
- 10:49Practice that skill and then maybe you want
- 10:52to move to something Some other software or
- 10:55app or whatever else there is When you
- 11:00think about like just let's just take a
- 11:02step back for a second when you think
- 11:04about Organizing do you primarily think of it?
- 11:08Digitally, like is it?
- 11:11Digital organizing is it?
- 11:13organizing Your space is it a combination of
- 11:18the two?
- 11:19Like when you think about so let's just
- 11:21take a step back for a moment when
- 11:22you think about organizing your business Really what's
- 11:28the scope of what we're talking about?
- 11:31So I always like to start by saying
- 11:33organization is knowing what you have and being
- 11:36able to find it when you need it
- 11:37Mmm, if we think about that and we
- 11:41think about our business, I think there's different
- 11:44areas So first we start with your mind
- 11:46What do you have in there?
- 11:49What do you want to keep where is
- 11:50it gonna live?
- 11:51How do you find it when you need
- 11:52it when all those doubts come in?
- 11:55Where does the organization?
- 11:56Where where are the thoughts that you want
- 11:58to keep?
- 11:59So looking at our mindset and then looking
- 12:02at the digital space or digital files our
- 12:05Links our assets.
- 12:07Can we find all of those things?
- 12:09Do we know what we have and then
- 12:11I look at processes What is your process?
- 12:15In different areas, how do you organize those?
- 12:18How do you find those when you need
- 12:20them for a team member or for yourself?
- 12:22And then the other area that shows up
- 12:24a lot is time So, how do you
- 12:27organize your time?
- 12:28How do you organize a project that you
- 12:31want to do?
- 12:32How do you organize your calendar tasks all
- 12:36of that?
- 12:36So kind of my program has those four
- 12:39areas We look at your mind your assets
- 12:41and the digital part of it your time
- 12:44and your processes Okay, okay So really four
- 12:47buckets that we need to be evaluating when
- 12:50we're talking about organizing our our business and
- 12:54do you find that?
- 12:56People tend to lean towards one or the
- 12:58other or get a better Return from one
- 13:02of the four buckets than the other Hmm,
- 13:06that's a great question Cuz I think they're
- 13:09so intertwined the mindset is intertwined in all
- 13:13of those But definitely digital I feel like
- 13:16digital is probably the The one that's easiest
- 13:20to notice and gain confidence from when you
- 13:23have your bookmarks bar up You see it
- 13:25every single day You're finding things that you
- 13:28need quickly when you have your digital files
- 13:30organized You're training your brain through the five
- 13:33files folders that I teach You're just training
- 13:36your brain through that over and over and
- 13:38you're constantly finding things from it So I
- 13:41think that like boosts the confidence the most
- 13:43or you notice.
- 13:44Oh, I am organized.
- 13:46I have this stuff set up Was that
- 13:49your did that answer the question I'm like
- 13:51what you asked me Oh, which one has
- 13:53the bigger the biggest ROI Yeah, yeah, but
- 13:56as you mentioned, yeah, I do kind of
- 13:59the mine Yeah, the three biggest ROIs I
- 14:04notice are the bookmarks bar your digital files
- 14:07and then your assets So it's all the
- 14:10digital part of it But yeah The mindsets
- 14:12tied into that you got to have your
- 14:14time organized or you're not gonna be able
- 14:16to get any of that stuff done you
- 14:18know, so they do kind of tie in
- 14:20but Okay, you mentioned five folders in terms
- 14:25of getting organized which made me curious now
- 14:27about these five folders So tell me what
- 14:29are the five folders that we should be
- 14:31looking at in terms of organizing our digital
- 14:33files?
- 14:34Yeah, anytime you bring something into your computer
- 14:37I want you everyone listening to think of
- 14:39it It goes into business or personal because
- 14:42we all work on our computer probably with
- 14:45both but once in your business There's five
- 14:48folders.
- 14:48And so it's just again Simplifying everything goes
- 14:51into one of those five folders.
- 14:53And the first one is operations anything behind
- 14:56the scenes The second one is marketing anything
- 15:00outward facing The third one is my content
- 15:04anything I create the fourth one is education
- 15:07That's anything anybody else creates all your certifications
- 15:11all those freebies you downloaded all the courses
- 15:14You've purchased and bought all those go in
- 15:16education.
- 15:16And then the fifth one is clients Why
- 15:27I do sales and marketing operations Finance and
- 15:33client delivery.
- 15:34Those are my four Folders so I can
- 15:37definitely explore this.
- 15:40I Would love to my education.
- 15:43I definitely need a Yes, and that's what's
- 15:47helpful for me is like my content and
- 15:49then education education is other people's stuff And
- 15:53so it's so it's so good because I
- 15:56think coaches business owners service providers We we've
- 16:00download so much stuff.
- 16:01We joined so many programs I've just seen
- 16:03how many programs behind the scenes people are
- 16:05buying and joining and downloading freebies and challenges
- 16:08and that all has a Place and it's
- 16:11all in the education folder.
- 16:13Yeah, I like that a lot.
- 16:15I might adapt that Tracy so You talk
- 16:20about creating a business that feels calm and
- 16:23efficient What's one simple habit that busy entrepreneurs
- 16:27can implement right now?
- 16:29To create that feeling of calm and efficiency
- 16:33without needing to sort of overhaul everything Yeah,
- 16:37well, I would say first down make those
- 16:39five folders the other thing To go with
- 16:44that that I didn't say is to decide
- 16:45on one Central hub and if you have
- 16:49no one working with you, you could do
- 16:51it on your computer if you have someone
- 16:53that needs to get to files, you might
- 16:55choose to do it on a Google Drive
- 16:57or One drive or wherever it is for
- 17:00you You just decide on that one place
- 17:02and again notice every single time we do
- 17:04this We're we're using the concept of the
- 17:08wonderful one and we're simplifying it for our
- 17:10brain So when we have one place all
- 17:14our files live and we use only those
- 17:16five folders It's just now our brains like
- 17:19oh, I know I go there.
- 17:21I know it's in one of those five
- 17:22folders Same with the bookmarks bar we we
- 17:25know we go to our bookmarks bar to
- 17:27get to things we need to find and
- 17:30We couldn't go there in that one place
- 17:32and it's always there so we're just like
- 17:34easing all that decision fatigue on our mind
- 17:38and keeping it really simple and Training it
- 17:41and even saying it.
- 17:42I'm like that's so calming That it's it's
- 17:47so helpful for your brain rather than I
- 17:50don't know where it is I gotta find
- 17:51it's all over it could be in 14
- 17:53different places So it does take some it
- 17:57does take some effort in the beginning But
- 18:01then just maintaining that like my five steps
- 18:05to sort purge assign homes set limits and
- 18:09maintain The first four is the project of
- 18:13getting organized And I like to think of
- 18:16it like that Decide maybe you do I
- 18:19do the 12-week year so in or
- 18:21quarters or whatever in a quarter You're gonna
- 18:24focus on getting your business organized Don't make
- 18:27it like an endless to-do that you
- 18:29always have to do like really focus in
- 18:32and prioritize Organizing your business in a quarter
- 18:35and then the M is the maintenance.
- 18:38That's the habits And so it's like okay
- 18:40every Friday.
- 18:41I'm gonna clean off all my files on
- 18:43my desktop I'm gonna put them into my
- 18:45five file system in my one hub I'm
- 18:48gonna close all my links if there's something
- 18:50I'm worried about I'm gonna make sure it's
- 18:52saved on my bookmarks bar and all of
- 18:54a sudden you have this calm Organized business
- 18:58the end and the habit to maintain it
- 19:02Mmm, I love that.
- 19:03You know one thing came up for me
- 19:06with what you said Tracy was thinking about
- 19:08One of the biggest challenges that I see
- 19:11in our community and the women that I
- 19:14work with and even the breadwinning business women
- 19:17community is Spending too much time organizing and
- 19:25I don't know if all of it is
- 19:27organizing, but I'll tell you how they classify
- 19:30it They classify it as I'm not ready.
- 19:37I Usually those are You know steps of
- 19:43organization or getting different systems set up so
- 19:47what would you say for those You know
- 19:50what?
- 19:51I like to call our planner girlies a
- 19:53planner productivity girlies, right?
- 19:56Like me like you who love, you know
- 20:00planning and organizing and who sometimes get stuck
- 20:03there Right, we're waiting to have everything perfectly
- 20:08lined up Before we start doing more work
- 20:11around the visibility Before we start doing more
- 20:14work around the you know sales and marketing
- 20:17the income generating activities What would you say
- 20:20for those that are over indulging?
- 20:24Yeah organizing To really help them to get
- 20:30some traction and you might even speak from
- 20:32your own Experience in this too because I
- 20:35know Visibility has been something that has been
- 20:37a focus for you lately as well Yeah
- 20:40well I always like the question and my
- 20:42coach like 12 years ago the very first
- 20:46coach I had before I even knew what
- 20:48coaches were she told me the question Where
- 20:52will you or where is the money right
- 20:55now?
- 20:55Like where is the money right now?
- 20:57So I Need to make myself Prioritize those
- 21:01money-making activities and so revenue generating activities
- 21:05I always think and then when we look
- 21:07at our time when we're organizing our time,
- 21:10we need to make sure Those are prioritized
- 21:13those or you don't have a business.
- 21:15So prioritize your money-making activities and then
- 21:19when you're Scheduling your project time which might
- 21:23be organizing right now Then you would schedule
- 21:26that at a certain time, but notice like
- 21:29oh, why are you spending time working on
- 21:31that versus?
- 21:33Your money-making activities usually because it's scary
- 21:36and you have some doubts about it or
- 21:39it's unknown or you have to fail a
- 21:40lot It's not fun so doing making sure
- 21:45you're doing those first and scheduling those first
- 21:48and Then you work on the project of
- 21:50getting organized.
- 21:51But then I also think like yes my
- 21:53my Focus this year was Pitching to be
- 21:57on podcasts and also speaking and teaching in
- 22:00people's groups to help their members Have the
- 22:04most success in their group because they're organized
- 22:06They can find what their coach is giving
- 22:08them and where to get up log in
- 22:11and you know How to store the files
- 22:12they have them download and all of that
- 22:15But I have that in an organized way
- 22:18now as I work on that project So
- 22:22I have a Google sheet.
- 22:24That's like my dashboard and I have everything
- 22:26organized within that sheet So even taking like
- 22:30your one money-making revenue revenue generating activity
- 22:34focus and making it Organized in a way
- 22:38that you can find what you need and
- 22:40keep active at it is helpful But again,
- 22:43you do those activities first and then you
- 22:46work on your project You know activities after
- 22:51So take us a little bit behind the
- 22:53scenes Tracy and Maybe share from your own
- 22:57business.
- 22:58How are you splitting up?
- 23:01your week between the things that you're doing
- 23:04that are You know your money-making activities
- 23:07like visibility outreach and pitching yourself for these
- 23:11opportunities versus some of the you know planning
- 23:16or organizing activities that you might need to
- 23:18get done in your business and Yes, so
- 23:21because I'm past the project of organizing like
- 23:25things are fairly organized in my business I
- 23:29do plan at the beginning of the month
- 23:31like what my time is gonna be spent
- 23:33doing for the most part and Then I
- 23:36spend a lot of time on Visibility on
- 23:40marketing on making offers on you know Growing
- 23:44on that part of it I spend probably
- 23:46a third of my time doing that a
- 23:48third of my time with clients and with
- 23:51the program running the programs I have and
- 23:53then The rest of it doing more like
- 23:57admin type type activities but yeah with other
- 24:02people and Built into my program is a
- 24:06co-working session that we have where we
- 24:08work so you can decide what?
- 24:10Organization you need to maintain or if you're
- 24:12in the project phase of what?
- 24:14Organization you need to be working on and
- 24:17we have that where we type in the
- 24:19chat What we're gonna work on what we're
- 24:21gonna create during that time and then we
- 24:23do it during that hour Yeah, so things
- 24:27like that like just scheduling it is the
- 24:30main thing that you're going to work on
- 24:31it And what are you gonna create in
- 24:33that amount of time?
- 24:35Yeah, I think you made a really important
- 24:37distinction.
- 24:38You're not always in though the project focus
- 24:43organizing phase of your business, there's a point
- 24:47like like for example, I'm gonna do like
- 24:51a deep clean of my house for you
- 24:53know, getting ready for spring and all that
- 24:56stuff and Once it's done, it's done.
- 24:59You know, then it's just a maintenance phase,
- 25:01right?
- 25:02It's just keeping everything Maintained and so I'll
- 25:06do that during my Weekly reset every weekend,
- 25:10you know go through put things away.
- 25:12Make sure things are where they need to
- 25:13be.
- 25:14So So I think that's a really important
- 25:17distinction for the audience is like yeah You
- 25:20might have to for a period and you
- 25:23tell us Tracy what you think that period
- 25:25is Is it 30 days is 60 days?
- 25:27Is it 90 days?
- 25:28What's the average did it take somebody to
- 25:29go through that?
- 25:31project organizing phase of Their business but once
- 25:35you're done that it's just more like maintaining
- 25:39it like you're not necessarily Gonna always be
- 25:43in that organizing phase which will then allow
- 25:46you to spend more time on The money
- 25:48-making activities in the business.
- 25:50So about how long should we allocate for
- 25:53that?
- 25:53Project phase of the organizing.
- 25:56Yeah I I like to give a project
- 26:0090 days like a 12 week or quarter
- 26:02That you're gonna focus on that if you
- 26:05finish before that great like my organized coach
- 26:07Academy has six modules And so I think
- 26:10if each module you take two weeks Then
- 26:14that's 12 weeks.
- 26:15That's perfect amount of time and The first
- 26:19one of the mindset you could get through
- 26:21that in a week and then you're gonna
- 26:22be kind of practicing it the whole Time
- 26:24the second one depending on how messy your
- 26:27files are might be something you're working on
- 26:30For You know half the time but then
- 26:34you move on to the next one the
- 26:36next module work on your time But in
- 26:38the background you're spending maybe 20 minutes sorting
- 26:41through your documents your downloads your desktop and
- 26:44getting those all put into your one hub
- 26:47Space and so I don't know I mean
- 26:49it just does Depends on how long have
- 26:51you had your business and how many different
- 26:53places do you have things that you need
- 26:55to organize?
- 26:56But I would say give it a quarter
- 26:57and that's the relief I think people feel
- 27:00like oh, this is gonna take forever I
- 27:02don't have that much time and they just
- 27:04build it into this big dramatic thing that
- 27:08they think is gonna take so long and
- 27:10I feel like you can get it done
- 27:12in a give yourself that 12 week quarter
- 27:14time period and just get it done Focus
- 27:16on it schedule it be diligent get the
- 27:18help you need Yeah, I love that.
- 27:21I like thinking of the things in 90
- 27:23-day periods in fact just before our call
- 27:26I was doing what we call our quarterly
- 27:28planning party with my Clients and we were
- 27:31talking about what we're gonna work on for
- 27:33the next quarter so this is a Perfect
- 27:37timeline I think for anybody 90 days Yeah,
- 27:41right.
- 27:41You'd be surprised how much you can actually
- 27:43get done in just three months or 12
- 27:44weeks, whichever way you want to Look at
- 27:47it.
- 27:47It can really make a tremendous difference in
- 27:49our business.
- 27:50Yeah, so Tracy I'd love for you to
- 27:52share maybe a client story of someone that
- 27:57you worked with who Had the experience of
- 28:02getting organized and how it created maybe a
- 28:05revenue boost in their Revenue boost in their
- 28:08business or a way for them to grow
- 28:11more easily Can you have a story of
- 28:14a client that you could share for someone
- 28:15who's been able to get an ROI from
- 28:17organizing?
- 28:19Oh, yes.
- 28:19So the one that came to my mind
- 28:21first is She's She came in She wanted
- 28:27all her digital files organized She could find
- 28:30the other areas in her life where she
- 28:31was she could pull from that she set
- 28:34up She just followed the system perfectly set
- 28:37up her digital files.
- 28:38They're all organized She has her business dashboard,
- 28:40which she goes to often.
- 28:42She has her bookmarks bar now organized She
- 28:45organizes her time and from doing that She
- 28:49feels more like a CEO who's running a
- 28:52business and I think since then she's written
- 28:55two books She's built a new funnel.
- 28:58She's created a new program She can deliver
- 29:02her products better to her clients because she
- 29:05knows where everything is She when she's building
- 29:08her funnel She knows exactly where the links
- 29:11go and she stores them in her dashboard
- 29:13and it's all organized She can go back
- 29:15there and find everything she needs.
- 29:18So it's been pretty amazing to watch her
- 29:20Publish the next book that that she created
- 29:23and she comes to the calls and she's
- 29:25like, oh, yeah I know where that is
- 29:27and she can find it quickly.
- 29:28So it is exciting seeing the effect and
- 29:32just another one who was She has a
- 29:36team.
- 29:36She has a bigger business and a team
- 29:38and she She was just explaining to me
- 29:41this stress over Trying to get things to
- 29:45her team and the money that she was
- 29:46wasting because she's paying her team members But
- 29:49they're sitting there because they can't find the
- 29:51thing that she needs.
- 29:52She can't even find it So she's back
- 29:54there trying spending half her day trying to
- 29:57find things that her team needs
