wrong battle. Well, what do you mean? Uh

some of you have been rebuking devils,

binding demons, declaring warfare. You

know, God's, you know, just I bind you.

And not and none of that's wrong. There

there's a time for that. But listen,

there's something closer to home the

enemy has been exploiting the whole

time. Something you carry with you

everywhere you go. Something you cannot

leave at home. You can't outrun. And you

can't out out ignore. And you're like,

"Well, what is it?" Well, it's your

mind.

It's your mind. Many times your mind is

the open door that needs to get shut to

the lies of the enemy. And you know,

even before this broadcast started, I

caught the enemy trying to get me just

to quit because there was a problem with

that I don't know where she got it from.

The I'm like, "This is aggravating." You

know, the enemy will try to get you

frustrated to get you to back up off

skillful at catching the enemy's

attempts to frustrate me, to derail me,

Christian thinker in the 20th century.

He made a declaration that really should

stop every believer cold. He said the

number one enemy of a Christian, you

know, it's the it's it's the mind. So,

what is he saying? Essentially, it's not

the devil. It's your unguarded mind. I

in, you know, he talked about in his

work, the spiritual man, the human mind

is a stronghold, a bastion the enemy

uses to plant doubt and fear and lies.

So subtle that you're swear they're your

own thoughts. And I've seen this with so

many people so many times. And that

warfare, you know, this is this is

warfare. Most believers don't even catch

it. They don't catch it. And so they're

running around defeated, frustrated, you

know, overwhelmed, angry, upset, no

peace because of what we're letting in

our mind. And you know, the devil can't

access your bornagain spirit. You are

sealed by the Holy Ghost. And and and

but the enemy, so he looks for another

way. He goes around it. He targets your

soul, specifically your mind, your will,

your emotions, your intellect, your

reasonings. Because the mind is the

bridge between your spirit and your

body. If you can get your if your mind

is agreeing with the devil, well, he's

got you because your body's already off

off center. Your your your flesh is in

emnity with God. Listen, I want to start

praying. We're going to go aggressively

against these mind issues today because

everybody has them. I said everybody has

them. the deal the everybody has the

opportunity to um uh allow the enemy in

their head. I had the opportunity this

morning several times and I chose not

to. I chose to be here and I'm going to

punch the devil right in the mouth

metaphorically right now. So, Father,

begin to praise the the Lord. Begin to

lift up his name. Father, we praise you

today. You are good. There's no one like

you, Jesus. No one as awesome as you.

You are holy. You are mighty. You are

help me to pray today for your people

because they need your grace. We all

for every moment when we allowed our

mind to drift without guarding it. Lord,

in that area. We just let our mind drift

thoughts that we knew were contrary to

your word and we just dwelled on it,

dwelled on it, dwelled on it till we got

ourselves all worked up. God forgive us.

We repent for agreeing with fear and

doubt and unbelief. Like instead of just

standing on your truth, God, we repent

for passivity in our thought life, for

letting our minds just wander into

spiritually dangerous territory, just

just letting our mind lead the way

instead of our spirit. Lord, we repent

for every lie that we accepted about

ourselves or about you or about our

circumstances and we didn't even consult

the word. Father, help us. We we repent

for not bringing our thoughts captive

and allowing the enemy to just to just

to operate freely in our mind. Oh Jesus.

Oh Jesus. So we renounce every agreement

that we made with the spirit of doubt

that targeted our mind. We renounce

every fearful thought that we partnered

with and treated as though it were

wisdom. It was the oh this just seems

like the right thing to do. No, it's the

scared thing to do. We renounce that in

mental stronghold built through just

years of ungodly thinking patterns. We

renounce it in the name of Jesus. We

renounce the lie that our thoughts are

just, you know, all our thoughts are our

own and there's no spiritual dimension

to our thought life. There's no

opportunity. There's no possibility that

it's the devil whispering to us. No,

that's my thought. No, we renounce that

lie. We renounce that lie and we

renounce passivity of mind in the name

of Jesus. and we declare that it has no

assignment of the enemy that was

launched against our mind in childhood,

in trauma, in seasons of spiritual

introduce foreign thoughts into our

we drop our guard, I bind it. I thank

help us. I declare that a that a passive

mind is not our portion. Our minds are

renewed. Our minds that is our

confession. It's a lifelong journey. But

transformed. So let the fire of the Holy

mind. We're just taking it as gospel

truth. What is demonic lies? Father,

help us. Help us. Teach us to engage our

mind even actively while we're praying,

while we're praying to watch and pray. I

thank you, Father. I rebuke every spirit

of of distraction, said to scatter our

thoughts and make our minds vulnerable

to enemy access. And I declare that our

not demonic lies, by the presence of the

thought of inadequacy and we replace it

with the truth that we can do all things

through Christ who strengthens us. I

thought of condemnation and we declare

there is therefore now no condemnation

questions God's goodness and we replace

ignorant of what's going on around us or

in us that is allowing the enemy to

torment our mind or or tell us a lie

that's so subtle that we don't catch it

until our whole life has been taken down

a wrong course. So we thank you Lord. I

come against every open door that that

was that was uh created through

undiscerning media consumption. The

things we watched and we thought it was

harmless, but it wasn't harmless. It

caused a comparison in us. It caused a

jealousy in us. It caused a discontent

in us because our life wasn't theirs. It

caused a fear or an anxiety because of

the bloodshed or the violence or
22:13
whatever. We close those doors and we

choose to consecrate our eyes and our
22:18
ears in the name of Jesus.

Holy Spirit, would you help us to

recognize your warning when we're about

to allow something in our mind that will
22:30
give the enemy a foothold? I thank you,

Lord. Lord, you tell us in your word to

think on what is true, noble, pure,

lovely, excellent, praiseworthy of a

good report. And so that is what we aim

to think on. Help us, Lord, to to to to

practice this that we might gain skill

in it, God, in the name of Jesus. And

Lord, help us to discern quickly the

difference between the voice of the Holy

Spirit and the voice of the enemy in our

thought life. God, help us because the

enemy is subtle. He's crafty. He's

shady. Lord, we close the gate of our

mind to gossip. We say these thoughts

about others that are rooted in

accusation. No, we're not we're not

That's an open door. We close the gate

of our mind to offense. We're not going

to rehearse the wrongs that were done

against us that fuel all the bitterness.

pride. I thank you, Lord. Thoughts that

exalt our own wisdom above the counsel

of God. I thank you, Lord. We close the

gate of our mind to any lust, any

appetite of the flesh that the enemy is

trying to use to compromise our walk. We

shut the gate. Father, teach us to

filter every thought through the lens of
