Adventist Review Podcasts - The Question Every Pastors Kid Has to Answer | unScripted EP 42

Adventist Podcast Network · Oct 30, 2026 · 32m

Rick Remmers was just elected General Vice President of the General Conference, and he never saw it coming. Recorded in the GC atrium, this special edition of unScripted finds Shawn Boonstra talking with Rick about chairing Loma Linda University Health, wrestling with whether ministry was God's call or "a family script," and why One Voice 27 really matters. Rick also shares how an evangelistic series in Beatrice, Nebraska, where no one was baptized, eventually led his grandfather, his father, and Rick himself into ministry. "That evangelist probably has no idea."
