Construction is set to begin on the luxurious Pulse Homes at Villa Ronai, Stony Hill, Jamaica in the second half of 2021. Thirty eco-friendly homes will be constructed in the valley, with a price tag between US$450 thousand and US$560 thousand. They are expected to be ready in about 2023-24.
