- 0:00SPEAKER_00: One of the first things that I want to know when I'm speaking with a business owner that's thinking about AI implementation into the business is where are they currently?
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: What are the systems they have in place and how can we make those better?
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: What are the sellers' pin points?
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: What is it that this particular entrepreneur or business owner has issues with?
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Is it lead capture?
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Is it lead organization?
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Is it lead response?
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Is it having somebody to be able to take care of clients when they're not at the office or when the other line's busy?
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: What is it that their pain point is?
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: And for most of them, it's going to be that response, uh, that response time frame, usually trying to get that shrunk because if somebody's looking for a particular business or trying to find a particular service provider, a lot of times when they're reaching out in conjunction with some kind of social media campaign, I mean they're actively looking.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: This isn't somebody just has to happens to see some interesting thumbnail on Facebook, which might be an ad and just clicks through.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: This is a person strategically trying to hunt for a particular service provider or business.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: And when those people are clicking through, what is that process for them?
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: What happens next?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Do they get directly contacted by somebody with the business?
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: And then how does that contact stream look after they enter some kind of information or give some kind of response or make some kind of an inquiry on whatever system you have out there?
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: The systems are many.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: They can be an actual Facebook ad.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: It can be a post that was put together with conjunction with uh artif in conjunction with artificial intelligence, so it's made just that most perfect way.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: So people want to click and want to push through when they are actually hunting for your business, and then what are those next steps?
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: Let's say the person decides that maybe now is not that particular time.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: Maybe they wanted to for a second, but then decided not to.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Can you help them through the process of making the decision?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: And then what different things you we need to implement, whether they're um connection points, touch points, or these sorts of things, what of those do you have to have put into place?
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And then how much is too much, how much is not enough, and these sorts of things.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: What you don't want to do is do too much or be too aggressive with these different automations because they are really outside of the human touch.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: And this is really for those people that aren't ready.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Automation up to a point of booking is okay.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: But at some point, you as a business owner, entrepreneur, service provider, you're gonna have to talk to these folks.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: And whether it's you or somebody else that represents your business, that person, when that conversation takes place, that actual live human, human conversation, they really need to be good.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: There are not a lot of things that are offered that are just signed up for sight unseen, where there's never any human connection or everything is completely autonomous, at least not yet.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: I know when I'm buying something, whether low ticket or high ticket, I kind of like to talk to somebody, at least at a certain point, unless I really know it's completely obvious this is a stapler, this is what it does, this is how it performs.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: But when I'm talking to somebody, let's say regarding artificial implementation strategies, I'll get a little bit from maybe their website, like they'll get from Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: But at some point they want to talk to me.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: We need to sit down and discuss this.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: And like I went through in the beginning, when I was talking about those first best strategies, it's important to find out where you are currently because there's a lot of things that you might not be doing.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: And I see this just by doing a basic Google search, even here in the Santa Clarita Valley, a lot of things that businesses aren't doing.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: And very simple examples of that would be Google My Business, being my business, not being on those particular platforms.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: And that creates an issue.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: You've got to have those listings because even the AI systems, they're now pulling from that data to be able to populate when people are using ChatGPT or Grok as Google.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Instead of going to Google now, a lot of people have those AI systems integrated and they're using them just to search for businesses or service providers, as you probably that's your particular line of work or business.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: When they're doing that, if you're not listed on at least those two, because ChatGPT is going to pull the Bing data because they have an arrangement with Microsoft, and a lot of the other ones are going to be pulling from Google data.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Some of them are going to be pulling from uh apps or uh maps data, maps, M APS like the maps.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: It's going to be pulling that data, which is a geo-targeted type uh engine optimization strategy.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: So there's different things that have to be done.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: And in addition, the people that are selling this technology and talking about it, there's very few people in my generation, in my mid-50s, more than mid-50.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: And there's not a lot of people in my that that have my breath of life experience because it does help when you're able to look at the past historical record of marketing and advertising to see how it's changed and have been a part of that early endeavor for when the internet actually broke loose and then you started to get regular Google that didn't have uh pay-for-play action in there.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: So all the results were very much different than they are today versus today, which they have pay-per-click campaigns pretty much on most of that first page whenever you're looking for results.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Back in the day, I remember I was talking to other strategists at the time, and I was mainly a police officer venturing into real estate.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: So I was trying to wrap my mind around because of my youth, around this technological understanding of where the internet's going to be, what's going to happen.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And back then it was all about content.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Today it's still all about good content creation, but it's gone from a search engine optimized world into more of an answer engine optimized world.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: And now answer engine optimized can also be synonymous with artificial intelligence optimized, writing, and the way you put content out there.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: So when you are making content, that's the one thing I talked to.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: What kind of content are you putting out there?
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: If you're putting things out there and you're not having them also ascribe to the locational or the geographical engine optimization, you're missing a big part of that pie because some of those engines out there, those nearby searches, coffee shop near me, whatever your service is near me, people are going to be missing that.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: So that's something that has to be attended to.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: So when people come to me for an onboarding to talk about artificial intelligence, we go way down that rabbit hole.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: It's much more than just talking to them about slapping AI onto their systems, which a lot of that is done quite simply.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: It's really getting all those strategic pieces put into place.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: And tactics are good, but tactics are usually one and done.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: A strategy is something that can be far reaching and help you get the business you're looking for.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: That's the trick.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: So, anyway, when you're ready, I'm at Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: You'll see me there, you'll see some videos, you'll see the blog.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: I do lots of updates.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: You know, see if my personality works for you.
