- 0:00Speaker 1: Hi, this is Amy with Intuitive Coaching with Amy Radio.
- 0:05Speaker 1: This is your sacred space for spirituality, intuition, manifestation, and
- 0:11Speaker 1: metaphysical wisdom. Welcome to another episode of manifest with Amy.
- 0:16Speaker 1: We're going to talk about time. I've been trying to
- 0:19Speaker 1: do this show for weeks and I felt like I
- 0:24Speaker 1: didn't have the time. So let's talk about manifesting more time.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So time expands when you believe it will expand time
- 0:34Speaker 1: responds to your energy. So the way I was finally
- 0:39Speaker 1: able to do this show is I had to say
- 0:41Speaker 1: to myself self, we're going to do this show now,
- 0:48Speaker 1: and suddenly I felt like I had the time to
- 0:49Speaker 1: do it. And that is how manifesting more time works.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Time arranges itself around your intention and your desire. In
- 1:01Speaker 1: other words, you tell time what to do and it
- 1:04Speaker 1: will do it, and then all you have to do
- 1:07Speaker 1: is honor your desire. So I can't just say to time, time,
- 1:14Speaker 1: I'm going to do this show. Now, clear the space
- 1:17Speaker 1: for me, and then stand there. I have to say, Time,
- 1:21Speaker 1: clear the space for me. I'm going to do this show,
- 1:24Speaker 1: and then I sit down and do it. And then
- 1:26Speaker 1: you'll find that time stretches. I know that seems so basic,
- 1:30Speaker 1: but time is really just energy. Most people think time
- 1:35Speaker 1: is fixed, or it's unchangeable, or in a lot of
- 1:38Speaker 1: our cases, that it's running out. And this leads to
- 1:42Speaker 1: thinking and believing there is not enough time, so you
- 1:46Speaker 1: start to believe you're behind. You start to believe you
- 1:49Speaker 1: can't keep up. You know, on the extreme case, a
- 1:53Speaker 1: couple of the shows I've been watching, they've had episodes
- 1:56Speaker 1: where it was someone who is trying to ha do
- 2:00Speaker 1: the health hack thing. I don't know what it's actually called,
- 2:06Speaker 1: but you know I'm talking about. It's the person that
- 2:09Speaker 1: does all these treatments and they're trying to extend their life.
- 2:13Speaker 1: That's extreme, right. They feel like there's not enough time,
- 2:16Speaker 1: so they have to do all these things and manipulate
- 2:18Speaker 1: their body so that they can live quote unquote forever.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Believe it or not, people do this in all sorts
- 2:24Speaker 1: of ways and other aspects of their life where they're
- 2:27Speaker 1: afraid of time and the idea that time is running out.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So you have to start with there if you want
- 2:34Speaker 1: to have a better relationship with time, because when you
- 2:38Speaker 1: believe these thoughts, you constrict your energy and you stop
- 2:42Speaker 1: your life flow. Do you lower your vibration. Most importantly,
- 2:47Speaker 1: you just start feeling bad. Like I know, all these
- 2:50Speaker 1: health hacked people say they're feeling good, but it does
- 2:53Speaker 1: not feel good to be that controlling of your body
- 2:57Speaker 1: in that way. And you know what I'm talking about
- 3:00Speaker 1: extreme cases. I saw him on a couple of nights ago,
- 3:04Speaker 1: I think it was Watson on Paramount Plus and he
- 3:09Speaker 1: had started injecting himself with this experimental treatment. Had someone
- 3:15Speaker 1: else to you know, test it for him, and he
- 3:18Speaker 1: didn't hear back, you know, anything negative, so he just
- 3:22Speaker 1: started injecting himself with a whole bunch of this serum.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Is one of these people who were like, I'm going
- 3:27Speaker 1: to live forever, and and then he winds up the
- 3:31Speaker 1: like it winds up that it like triggers something in
- 3:35Speaker 1: the body and creates sickness. And so the you know,
- 3:41Speaker 1: Watson uh or hiss Chestnut uh figured it out and
- 3:46Speaker 1: they heal the guy who was like tested on, but
- 3:50Speaker 1: they couldn't heal the guy who created this like serum
- 3:53Speaker 1: because he had injected himself with so much of it.
- 3:56Speaker 1: And then he winds up dying. But he starts the
- 3:59Speaker 1: episode starts with him saying like I have a twenty
- 4:02Speaker 1: two year old liver and I'm going to live another
- 4:07Speaker 1: one hundred years and me use like maybe late forties
- 4:09Speaker 1: or something. So I again, those are extreme cases of
- 4:16Speaker 1: you know, IM fictional, but I know that's the thing
- 4:21Speaker 1: right now, that there are people out there who are
- 4:22Speaker 1: trying to live forever and instead of trying to manipulate
- 4:26Speaker 1: something outside of you, because even you know that approach,
- 4:31Speaker 1: it's not It's no longer about your body, right It's
- 4:34Speaker 1: about what treatment can I take, What treatment can I do?
- 4:36Speaker 1: What can I create, what circumstances so that I can
- 4:40Speaker 1: live forever. When you're constantly outwardly focused in that way,
- 4:45Speaker 1: you're actually giving up the one true power you do have,
- 4:49Speaker 1: which is time. Is energy, and you can command time.
- 4:55Speaker 1: So if you want to feel like you accomplished more
- 5:01Speaker 1: and you want to feel that energy is working in
- 5:05Speaker 1: alignment with your manifestation, start manifesting more time. So here's
- 5:13Speaker 1: a little practice that came forward as I was putting
- 5:16Speaker 1: these notes together. So for two days, I want you
- 5:20Speaker 1: to affirm and repeat constantly, I have enough time. I
- 5:25Speaker 1: have more than enough time to do what matters. I'm
- 5:29Speaker 1: supported by time in all ways. You don't have to
- 5:33Speaker 1: do this with conviction, like like maybe other affirmations, you
- 5:37Speaker 1: would do. All you want to do is just as
- 5:40Speaker 1: often as you can for two days. Start reciting to
- 5:43Speaker 1: yourself in plain language, I have enough time. I have
- 5:50Speaker 1: more than enough time to do what matters. I am
- 5:53Speaker 1: supported by time. I am supported by time. And you
- 5:58Speaker 1: can shorten it, you can make it your own, keep
- 6:00Speaker 1: it as matter of fact and plain as possible. I
- 6:03Speaker 1: have enough time. I have enough time. I have enough time.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I have enough time. Just straight for two days. And
- 6:13Speaker 1: you know, if you're in the car, in the shower,
- 6:15Speaker 1: doing dishes, folding laundry, I have enough time. I have
- 6:19Speaker 1: enough time. I'm supported by time. I'm supported by time.
- 6:23Speaker 1: That's it. That's it. All we're doing there is starting
- 6:27Speaker 1: to plant some seeds, because if you think about it,
- 6:31Speaker 1: a lot of our perspectives on time came from casual
- 6:36Speaker 1: interactions with someone who was feeling stressed by time. Right,
- 6:43Speaker 1: So maybe you saw your mother rushing in the mornings,
- 6:47Speaker 1: or you know, in my case, my dad always always
- 6:50Speaker 1: always dropped me off late for school. I mean, it
- 6:53Speaker 1: was just so awful, and then they would punish me
- 6:58Speaker 1: for it. You know, a second grader, you know, I've
- 7:00Speaker 1: ranted about this. It's more the school system. But it
- 7:04Speaker 1: was the eighties and you know, racism is real, and
- 7:08Speaker 1: so I think I was unjustly funished for that. That
- 7:13Speaker 1: should have been a conversation with my dad, not me.
- 7:15Speaker 1: But as I'm standing in the corner there feeling bad
- 7:18Speaker 1: about myself, it implanted of limiting belief, a groove in
- 7:23Speaker 1: my mind around Oh there's not enough time, and time
- 7:26Speaker 1: is not on my side, and I'm just beholden. You know,
- 7:30Speaker 1: I was second grade, first grade, and you'se beholden. I'm
- 7:33Speaker 1: just limited by this bell, you know, at school, right.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And so I'm sharing all that with you because that
- 7:41Speaker 1: is how we start that our perspective around time that
- 7:46Speaker 1: we're holding right now, that time is limiting got going.
- 7:50Speaker 1: And so this simple exercise I have enough time, I
- 7:55Speaker 1: have enough time. It's taking you back into the energy
- 8:01Speaker 1: of observing situations where time seem limited for those around us, right,
- 8:09Speaker 1: And so all we're doing is reclaiming our life. I
- 8:13Speaker 1: have enough time. I have enough time for two days.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Just for two days. Recite thought over and over, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: then I want you to do a ritual where you
- 8:22Speaker 1: write yourself a letter releasing the belief that you are
- 8:26Speaker 1: running out of time. I want you to release the
- 8:30Speaker 1: belief that you have to rush, you have to push,
- 8:32Speaker 1: you have to force your way forward, that you're always behind,
- 8:36Speaker 1: that you are worried about time, So whatever comes up
- 8:40Speaker 1: for you. But essentially you're again taking time back, and
- 8:45Speaker 1: you're releasing limiting perspectives that make you feel like time
- 8:51Speaker 1: is your adversary. And I'd like you to write for
- 8:54Speaker 1: seven minutes. Then once you're done, take a breath. If
- 8:58Speaker 1: you feel like reading it overdo so, but you don't
- 9:01Speaker 1: have to. And I want you to write fast, so
- 9:03Speaker 1: don't worry about penmanship or spelling or punctuation even And
- 9:08Speaker 1: then you're gonna recite I release this for my highest
- 9:11Speaker 1: and greatest good. I am now free, and then destroy
- 9:15Speaker 1: the page. I've said many times, you can burn or
- 9:19Speaker 1: you can rip it up. I run mine underwater after
- 9:21Speaker 1: I rip it up to neutralize the energy, and then
- 9:25Speaker 1: I throw it away. So after that practice, then I
- 9:32Speaker 1: want you to start experimenting with directing time. But here's
- 9:38Speaker 1: the key. You have to do it from a place
- 9:40Speaker 1: of open curiosity. You're not trying to make time do
- 9:45Speaker 1: anything just yet. You're trying to build a new relationship
- 9:49Speaker 1: with time. So you're going to practice directing time. So
- 9:52Speaker 1: you can ask time to slow down or speed up
- 9:55Speaker 1: for a very specific situation. Or you can ask time
- 9:59Speaker 1: to support you in doing what matters most today. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: you would identify what matters most to you and you
- 10:07Speaker 1: say Time, help me, help me fulfill this. Are you
- 10:11Speaker 1: asked time to support you in whatever you need to
- 10:16Speaker 1: give your attention to time, I really need to focus
- 10:19Speaker 1: on getting this project done for work. Help me. And
- 10:28Speaker 1: so one of the ways in which time will start
- 10:33Speaker 1: to work on your behalf is when you slow down,
- 10:37Speaker 1: when you release multitasking, when you bring yourself present and
- 10:43Speaker 1: you start looking at things without the urgency. I just
- 10:48Speaker 1: did a show about that. So if something can be delayed,
- 10:50Speaker 1: delay it, if you can reschedule something, reschedule something, if
- 10:55Speaker 1: you need to put something in order so you can
- 10:57Speaker 1: work more efficiently, put something in order so you can
- 11:00Speaker 1: work more efficiently. And as you're doing all of this,
- 11:03Speaker 1: I want you to talk to time list some time.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I am straightening at my desk so that I can
- 11:11Speaker 1: get these shows done. Whatever it is for you, just
- 11:18Speaker 1: start having a dialogue with time, and then of course
- 11:25Speaker 1: calling spirit to support you in this process of building
- 11:28Speaker 1: a new relationship with time and do your part. You know,
- 11:34Speaker 1: if you're feeling pressure, if you're feeling stressed, move the meeting,
- 11:45Speaker 1: don't do everything right away. This is, like I said,
- 11:50Speaker 1: this has been a weird time in my life where
- 11:52Speaker 1: time just feels so urgent. In fact, I don't felt
- 11:57Speaker 1: this way. Probably sounds like twenties early thirties where time
- 12:04Speaker 1: time just feels ugh, like it's just controlling me. And
- 12:09Speaker 1: so I've been taking small moments to take my time back.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So one of the ways I've been doing it right
- 12:17Speaker 1: directing time is if my mind has been telling me that,
- 12:21Speaker 1: oh I don't have time to do that, I don't
- 12:23Speaker 1: have time to do that, I don't have time to
- 12:24Speaker 1: do that, particularly something around self care, then I'm forcing
- 12:31Speaker 1: myself to go do it. So if it's like I'm working,
- 12:34Speaker 1: I've been working on a lot of different things in
- 12:35Speaker 1: the business. So I'll say I don't have time to
- 12:39Speaker 1: shower right now, and I'll say, mmmm, nope, let's go
- 12:43Speaker 1: right now, And I literally drop whatever I'm working on
- 12:46Speaker 1: and go right now if the thought pops up. Because
- 12:49Speaker 1: the thought doesn't pop up if I'm on a client
- 12:51Speaker 1: call or something the thought pops up when I'm juggling
- 12:55Speaker 1: a whole bunch of things in my mind and overworking myself.
- 12:58Speaker 1: And so what I'm finding is if I, if I
- 13:03Speaker 1: want to have more command over time, I start acknowledging
- 13:07Speaker 1: all the things that tell me I can't do the
- 13:09Speaker 1: things I need to do for myself. And so today
- 13:16Speaker 1: it was laundry. I then laundry a couple of weeks
- 13:20Speaker 1: because I've been working on a bunch of stuff, and
- 13:22Speaker 1: so I was like, and I was like, huh, I
- 13:24Speaker 1: was just I was way about It's like, huh, I
- 13:28Speaker 1: really want to way of that. Then it's not clean,
- 13:30Speaker 1: and I was like, nope, let's go do laundry. And
- 13:34Speaker 1: I put a little laundry in and came upstairs, worked
- 13:37Speaker 1: on some stuff, put another little laundry in. Right, And
- 13:40Speaker 1: so then all of a sudden, time starts feeling less stressful.
- 13:45Speaker 1: This show on time I've been meaning to do finally
- 13:49Speaker 1: got done. So challenge yourself. It's going to feel weird
- 13:54Speaker 1: at first, especially when you've been in a mindset off
- 13:59Speaker 1: there's not enough time, But as you start to take
- 14:04Speaker 1: your power back and you start to work with time
- 14:07Speaker 1: instead of believing that time is working against you. You'll
- 14:11Speaker 1: start to feel more command. That's the best way I
- 14:15Speaker 1: can say it. So practice, practice, practice, You're building a
- 14:20Speaker 1: new relationship with time. Time is not your enemy. Time
- 14:24Speaker 1: is a resource. Time is responding to your energy. Time
- 14:29Speaker 1: is generous. When you believe that time gets to be
- 14:32Speaker 1: generous and time expands for you as you see it
- 14:36Speaker 1: as a resource designed to support you, not limit you,
- 14:41Speaker 1: you will be amazed how things start to work on
- 14:45Speaker 1: your behalf. My start guys are jumping in and I
- 14:48Speaker 1: didn't put this in the notes, but they're showing they
- 14:50Speaker 1: flashed it. Don't feel pressure. Don't feel pressure. If something
- 15:02Speaker 1: outside of you feels like it's pressing down on you,
- 15:05Speaker 1: it's so easy to feel like it has power over you.
- 15:09Speaker 1: It doesn't. It doesn't have any power over you. I'm
- 15:12Speaker 1: not saying to ignore things that matter to you, but
- 15:15Speaker 1: remember you're not You're not responsible for anybody but you,
- 15:24Speaker 1: and so do your best to use your time in
- 15:30Speaker 1: a way that feels good to you. Let's talk about
