- 0:15Speaker 1: Hello, beautiful people, Welcome to day three of our ten
- 0:19Speaker 1: day being a Better Bean life reset. I still do
- 0:24Speaker 1: you know what? I'm recording all these episodes and I
- 0:26Speaker 1: haven't figured out like the series name, but as you're
- 0:29Speaker 1: watching this, you would see like a series name for it.
- 0:31Speaker 1: But anyway, we're here to improve our brains, our minds,
- 0:34Speaker 1: our lives, everything all encompassing, included and around. Okay, so
- 0:40Speaker 1: today's episode is about imposter syndrome. Begone. I have a
- 0:45Speaker 1: full episode on this, so I will link the imposter
- 0:48Speaker 1: syndrome episode in the show notes. However, I thought that
- 0:51Speaker 1: it would be a great kickstart for the year for
- 0:54Speaker 1: all of us to have a little reminder of what
- 0:56Speaker 1: you can do if you're someone that is suffering from
- 0:58Speaker 1: imposter syndrome, because it is and I talk about cock
- 1:01Speaker 1: blocks all the time, but imposter syndrome is such a
- 1:04Speaker 1: cock block because not only does it get in the way,
- 1:08Speaker 1: you know of you actually setting out to do certain things,
- 1:12Speaker 1: but it also really changes your mood in that moment,
- 1:16Speaker 1: and it lowers it lowers your mood. It brings you
- 1:18Speaker 1: into this like low fucking vibe state and you just
- 1:22Speaker 1: feel inadequate and out of you know, there's many unpleasant
- 1:27Speaker 1: feelings that we can feel, but feeling inadequate is just
- 1:30Speaker 1: such a shitty feeling to feel. So I want to
- 1:34Speaker 1: talk about three things that you can be doing if
- 1:37Speaker 1: you're going through imposter syndrome right now, or for when
- 1:40Speaker 1: you likely go, you know, and fall into imposter syndrome,
- 1:45Speaker 1: what we can do to tackle that so we can
- 1:47Speaker 1: feel a lot better in that moment and proceed with
- 1:50Speaker 1: bliss and joy, praise be introduce us. I say this,
- 1:54Speaker 1: but I'm I'm an atheist, but I follow this guy
- 1:58Speaker 1: on instead and he always says Jesus loves you at
- 2:01Speaker 1: the end. I love him so much and I don't
- 2:04Speaker 1: even you know, I'm not even religious, but fucking Jesus
- 2:06Speaker 1: loves you. There you go, sense, sense, So let's get
- 2:15Speaker 1: straight into it. So we have our three points. The
- 2:19Speaker 1: first thing that you're going to do is I want
- 2:21Speaker 1: you to have ideally maybe in gernal form, or it
- 2:26Speaker 1: could be in the note section of your phone, but
- 2:28Speaker 1: I feel like writing it out is more. You're using
- 2:31Speaker 1: more of yourself, more of your brain, more, you know,
- 2:34Speaker 1: so it's more visceral, if that's the word. But I
- 2:38Speaker 1: want you to have a list of things that you
- 2:41Speaker 1: have achieved, things that you've done really well at, things
- 2:45Speaker 1: that you succeed at, things that people think that you're
- 2:47Speaker 1: good at as well. Okay, because while we don't want
- 2:52Speaker 1: to be seeking out external validation all the time, I
- 2:55Speaker 1: think it's really eye opening when someone says, you know
- 3:00Speaker 1: what I've learned from you, I've learned blah blah blah,
- 3:02Speaker 1: because sometimes it raises an awareness within you that you
- 3:06Speaker 1: didn't even know that you had about yourself. So include
- 3:08Speaker 1: everything in there. So for example, you could say, you
- 3:12Speaker 1: know I've achieved this. You know I did this course,
- 3:14Speaker 1: I completed this thing, I did all of that, or
- 3:16Speaker 1: I got good results in this, good marks in this.
- 3:19Speaker 1: And if you're not academic at all, then you could
- 3:21Speaker 1: be like, I went and did this thing. I helped
- 3:23Speaker 1: this person with that. I was really strong with this thing.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I was able to, you know, go from this level
- 3:30Speaker 1: to this level in this whatever it is that I
- 3:31Speaker 1: was working on, whether it's physical, whether it's emotional, whether
- 3:34Speaker 1: it's intellectual, academic or not. Okay, I want you to
- 3:38Speaker 1: start really building on that list that it could be small,
- 3:42Speaker 1: it can be big. Part of that list, I want
- 3:45Speaker 1: you to demonstrate or pull up examples of times that
- 3:49Speaker 1: you have overcome something difficult, and by overcome something difficult,
- 3:53Speaker 1: it doesn't have to be you've gone through this like
- 3:55Speaker 1: traumatic event and you've come through the other end a
- 3:57Speaker 1: bigger person, because not everyone has these big experiences that
- 4:01Speaker 1: they can reflect back on to be like, oh wow,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I'm really resilient. But it could be something like so,
- 4:06Speaker 1: Like my example is, there were some essays that I
- 4:10Speaker 1: did in my Masters that tested me, like I'm talking,
- 4:14Speaker 1: tested me to the limit where I felt like dead
- 4:16Speaker 1: inside but had to push through that kind of shit.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Those essays that I'd look at being like I am
- 4:22Speaker 1: going to fail this, and I remember there'd be times
- 4:24Speaker 1: where I'd like call my mom crying, honestly, I feel
- 4:28Speaker 1: so bad for like some parents, I'd be like, I'm
- 4:32Speaker 1: actually okay, but I just I don't know how I'm
- 4:35Speaker 1: going to tackle this. And then, like I would frustrate,
- 4:37Speaker 1: I'd psych myself out even more because I'm like, how
- 4:40Speaker 1: am I going to do this? How am I going
- 4:41Speaker 1: to complete this? I don't feel like I'm capable. I
- 4:43Speaker 1: don't And then to then go ahead and actually work
- 4:47Speaker 1: through it, get it done, and not only get it done,
- 4:50Speaker 1: but pass and sometimes pass with like a very good
- 4:53Speaker 1: mark at times, not always, but sometimes, you know, those
- 4:57Speaker 1: are the things that I look at is like I've
- 4:58Speaker 1: overcome I overcome that challenge, or I overcame this emotional
- 5:03Speaker 1: difficult time for me, or I overcame this you know,
- 5:07Speaker 1: addiction or this compulsion. So within that list of things
- 5:12Speaker 1: that you have achieved, I also want you to talk
- 5:15Speaker 1: about things that you have overcome that we're really hard
- 5:18Speaker 1: hard for you, not doesn't have to be proportionate to
- 5:21Speaker 1: other people, but other people who have it harder, no
- 5:23Speaker 1: hard for you. What was hard for you that you overcame.
- 5:27Speaker 1: When we reflect back on these times, it reminds us.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It reminds us of all the things that are necessary
- 5:36Speaker 1: to then go ahead and do harder things in our life.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It reminds us of our ability to overcome a challenge,
- 5:42Speaker 1: our ability to face a challenge not knowing if we
- 5:45Speaker 1: will overcome it or not. Our ability to switch from
- 5:47Speaker 1: reactive mindset to proactive mindset even when it's really hard.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Our ability to get something done, to show up, to
- 5:54Speaker 1: follow through. I don't care if it was ages ago either,
- 5:57Speaker 1: it's you who did it. Okay, So pull up the
- 6:00Speaker 1: examples spend some time, and if you're someone that's quite
- 6:03Speaker 1: self critical, you probably find that initially not much is
- 6:07Speaker 1: coming to mind. But sit with it, sit with it,
- 6:10Speaker 1: give yourself time and allow yourself to just like just
- 6:15Speaker 1: be and things are going to start cropping up being
- 6:17Speaker 1: like oh that time or in high school or whatever
- 6:20Speaker 1: it is. And then I want you to also add
- 6:22Speaker 1: to that list what other people think you're really good at.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Are you really good at, like, if people are having
- 6:28Speaker 1: a fight, can you really like talk them down and
- 6:30Speaker 1: get them talking again? Are you really good at making
- 6:32Speaker 1: other people feel good about themselves with how you interact
- 6:35Speaker 1: with them. Are you really good at hyping someone up?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Are you a great person to like someone can talk to.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You're good at keeping secrets, You're grade at explaining things.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You're a really good teacher. Are you really good at
- 6:51Speaker 1: being someone's accountability buddy? And if you're not, then here's
- 6:54Speaker 1: a whole bunch of ideas for you to start getting
- 6:56Speaker 1: good at those things. Okay, so that's one thing you're
- 6:58Speaker 1: gonna do. The next thing you're going to do. The
- 7:06Speaker 1: next thing you're going to do is you're going to
- 7:08Speaker 1: actually look at the times that you refer to yourself
- 7:11Speaker 1: as a failure and think and reframe it. Okay, So
- 7:16Speaker 1: if something didn't go well for you or something failed,
- 7:18Speaker 1: how did you then deal with that failure? What did
- 7:22Speaker 1: you learn? How did it cause more growth? What did
- 7:24Speaker 1: you get out of it? Because I don't think that
- 7:27Speaker 1: there's ever a time in life where you get nothing
- 7:30Speaker 1: out of a situation. I think something can be learned
- 7:33Speaker 1: or achieved or redirected out of every bad situation or
- 7:37Speaker 1: every failure or every dud thing that happens in our life. Okay.
- 7:41Speaker 1: So it doesn't necessarily mean that it had to happen
- 7:44Speaker 1: or that it happened for a reason, but you were
- 7:46Speaker 1: able to extract something out of it, even if it's
- 7:48Speaker 1: just growth. Okay. So I want you to look back
- 7:51Speaker 1: at the times where you normally are critical being like, yeah,
- 7:53Speaker 1: but I failed at that and I'm scared that I'm
- 7:54Speaker 1: going to fail again or I did, And I want
- 7:57Speaker 1: you to look at what good came of thing? Okay?
- 8:01Speaker 1: Did I become better at dealing with adversity? Did I
- 8:04Speaker 1: become better at being adaptable? Because I wasn't able to
- 8:07Speaker 1: adapt to that, so then I had to adapt to
- 8:09Speaker 1: something else, and I swam. I thought I'd sink, but
- 8:12Speaker 1: I swam. You know, for every time you remind yourself
- 8:15Speaker 1: of the time you failed, I want you to override
- 8:17Speaker 1: that and be like, well, actually, because of that failure,
- 8:21Speaker 1: I then learned this, or I then gained this, or
- 8:23Speaker 1: I then got this. The more you remind yourself of
- 8:26Speaker 1: all the things that failure quote unquote has actually taught
- 8:29Speaker 1: you or given you or forced you to give to yourself,
- 8:34Speaker 1: the less aversive you are to facing potential failure again. Okay.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And then the third and last thing that I want
- 8:44Speaker 1: you to focus on is aiming for growth over achievements
- 8:50Speaker 1: every time. Okay, because within growth you will achieve. But
- 8:55Speaker 1: if you have your sight set on the win and
- 8:59Speaker 1: the achieve even as the be all, end all for everything,
- 9:03Speaker 1: then you're more likely to be someone that suffers from
- 9:05Speaker 1: imposter syndrome. It's this perfectionism. Okay, Imposter syndrome happens from perfectionism.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It thinks, it's like this idea of I'm not gonna
- 9:13Speaker 1: be able to do it properly. I'm not gonna be
- 9:15Speaker 1: able to do it the way people expect me to
- 9:17Speaker 1: do it. I'm not gonna be who people want me
- 9:19Speaker 1: to be. I'm not going to be like my peers
- 9:22Speaker 1: who I see them as and I don't see myself
- 9:24Speaker 1: as that. You're looking at this end goal, this image
- 9:27Speaker 1: that you need to uphold, and you're thinking, I'm not
- 9:30Speaker 1: I can't, I can't. I fell into this role. It
- 9:33Speaker 1: was a fluke and I can't actually do this, you
- 9:35Speaker 1: know so, And then of course you retreat back. You
- 9:38Speaker 1: retreat back, you freak out your work isn't as good,
- 9:41Speaker 1: or you don't think it's as good. You're not confident,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and the main thing is you're not enjoying yourself. Even
- 9:45Speaker 1: if you're still your output still pretty good, You're just
- 9:47Speaker 1: not enjoying yourself. In your head. You're not having a
- 9:49Speaker 1: good fucking time, okay, And we're here to have a
- 9:52Speaker 1: good time and a long time, okay. So I want
- 9:54Speaker 1: you to look at this idea of like, this is
- 9:56Speaker 1: kind of like the growth mindset, fixed mindset idea. And
- 9:59Speaker 1: if you're someone that has imposter syndrome or even perfectionism,
- 10:02Speaker 1: you likely have a fixed mindset where you are fixated
- 10:07Speaker 1: on I have to have that win, I have to
- 10:11Speaker 1: have it perfect, or I'd rather not do it at all.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I'm not willing to try and fail and then suffer
- 10:17Speaker 1: the consequence of that failure because my identity is tied
- 10:21Speaker 1: into this thing going well for me, or winning this thing,
- 10:24Speaker 1: or it being right, or me being good at something,
- 10:27Speaker 1: because if I fail at that, if I'm not good
- 10:29Speaker 1: at that, then it means that it's damaging my identity.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And therefore I don't think that I'm going to be
- 10:34Speaker 1: able to handle it because it's damaged me. However, if
- 10:37Speaker 1: you remove yourself and instead of having this fixed because
- 10:40Speaker 1: fixed mindset is my achievements are fixed. It can't get better.
- 10:45Speaker 1: This is where it's at. This is kind of what
- 10:47Speaker 1: I've got to work with. And so it's a lot
- 10:50Speaker 1: scarier if you've got this fixed mentality because you think, well,
- 10:52Speaker 1: I'm only going to try and achieve what's within the
- 10:55Speaker 1: realm of what I think is possible, and if anything
- 10:58Speaker 1: is a little bit higher, I don't think i'm gonna achieve.
- 11:00Speaker 1: That's where imposter syndrome kicks in. Okay, But then you
- 11:03Speaker 1: go with growth mindset and you think I am here
- 11:07Speaker 1: for the fucking journey. I'm going to reward myself on effort.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I'm not going to reward myself for achievement. I mean,
- 11:14Speaker 1: I can if I achieved that like good times, but
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm going to really focus on effort, on the journey,
- 11:19Speaker 1: on the you know. And this is why it's good
- 11:21Speaker 1: to look at where you failed in the past and
- 11:23Speaker 1: what came of it, because that's effort, that's showing growth,
- 11:26Speaker 1: that's showing evolution within the self. So think, how can
- 11:31Speaker 1: I really look at rewarding myself for effort. How can
- 11:34Speaker 1: I focus on the journey, on the growth and really
- 11:38Speaker 1: feel better about it? And if you're struggling to do that,
- 11:41Speaker 1: then I want you to look at examples outside a
- 11:45Speaker 1: few where people have done that, because a lot of
- 11:47Speaker 1: people liked and I was talking to one of my
- 11:50Speaker 1: best friends about this, a lot of people like to
- 11:52Speaker 1: share the journey of where they got only and if
- 11:56Speaker 1: they have succeeded, then they're less embarrassed to be like,
- 12:00Speaker 1: oh my god, I actually failed all these times in
- 12:02Speaker 1: the past. But had I not succeeded, I wouldn't be
- 12:05Speaker 1: announcing to the world that I've had all these failures
- 12:08Speaker 1: because I'd be mortified. But I would go so far
- 12:12Speaker 1: as to say that most people around you right now
- 12:14Speaker 1: that are doing really well have had a handful, if
- 12:17Speaker 1: not more than a handful of things that they've failed at,
- 12:19Speaker 1: things that they were not prepared enough and still took
- 12:21Speaker 1: the leap of faith and it didn't work out for them.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Me I'm a prime example of that. A bunch of
- 12:25Speaker 1: things that I'd done that didn't work out, different blogs,
- 12:28Speaker 1: different things that I tried to do, a T shirt
- 12:32Speaker 1: brand that I started, a little pilates thing that I started,
- 12:35Speaker 1: fail fail fail fail fail fail fail failfol And it's
- 12:39Speaker 1: kind of just like, I've got to throw things at
- 12:41Speaker 1: the wall and see what sticks. Kind of situation. It's
- 12:43Speaker 1: a bit of a numbers game, and you've got to
- 12:45Speaker 1: look at it like that. If you're like, everything I
- 12:47Speaker 1: do has to be perfect, then you're going to paralyze yourself. Okay,
- 12:50Speaker 1: you are going to then absolutely have imposter syndrome because
- 12:53Speaker 1: you think I'm the only one that's feeling this way
- 12:55Speaker 1: while everyone else seems to have their shit together. But
- 12:57Speaker 1: most of the everyone else that you look at didn't
- 13:00Speaker 1: have their shit together in the past. And even if
- 13:02Speaker 1: they do have their shit together right now, it's probably
- 13:04Speaker 1: thanks to learning from failures and mistakes in the past.
- 13:07Speaker 1: It's very rare. I'm sure it's possible, but it's actually
- 13:10Speaker 1: very rare for someone to have a seamless journey when
- 13:13Speaker 1: they're really working hard and put and doing things that
- 13:16Speaker 1: are difficult. If you want a seamless journey in your
- 13:19Speaker 1: life where there's no failures, there's nothing, then you're going
- 13:23Speaker 1: to have a pretty boring life because you've got to
- 13:25Speaker 1: lower the bar so low, right, And thus you don't
- 13:27Speaker 1: want that. You want to have experiences. You want to
- 13:30Speaker 1: have challenges. You want to feel like you know you're
- 13:32Speaker 1: achieving something by overcoming challenges that you've put in front
- 13:36Speaker 1: of you. But you're not going to overcome every single
- 13:39Speaker 1: challenge the first time around. You might overcome every single
- 13:42Speaker 1: challenge eventually, but not the first time around. If they're
- 13:45Speaker 1: challenging enough, you're going to have some failures, and that's
- 13:48Speaker 1: a good thing to have. I would be pretty disappointed
- 13:51Speaker 1: in myself as far as how much I put myself
- 13:54Speaker 1: out there in my life. If I looked back right
- 13:56Speaker 1: now and said I had no failures, it means I
- 13:58Speaker 1: did not experience there is to experience in life. And
- 14:01Speaker 1: I haven't challenged myself enough, and I haven't pushed the
- 14:03Speaker 1: limits of what I am and am not capable off
- 14:06Speaker 1: and where I need to grow and where I don't
- 14:08Speaker 1: need to grow. If I had not ever failed, how
- 14:11Speaker 1: would I know what my limit is or where work
- 14:13Speaker 1: needs to be done. Failure has taught me how to redirect.
- 14:17Speaker 1: It's taught me how to be like, well, that needs
- 14:20Speaker 1: some fucking work. Definitely, that's not good enough. That's not
- 14:23Speaker 1: up to par with what your peers are putting out.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That needs improvement, that needs And it's not even about
- 14:28Speaker 1: negative self talk. It's about critiquing yourself well okay, And
- 14:32Speaker 1: when you focus on growth, you become great at critiquing
- 14:35Speaker 1: yourself with fucking gusto in a good way where you
- 14:38Speaker 1: can be like, yeah, k old, that was tragic what
- 14:41Speaker 1: I put out there, but I can fix it. I
- 14:43Speaker 1: can do it like this next time. I'm going to
- 14:44Speaker 1: approach it this way. I can learn from that person
- 14:46Speaker 1: and it becomes just a big it's a lighthearted thing
- 14:49Speaker 1: instead of thinking I am not going to fucking fail.
- 14:52Speaker 1: If I fail, I'm a failure and I can't handle that,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and therefore I'm not going to push myself past that,
- 14:59Speaker 1: and then I'm to live my whole life in fear. Okay.
- 15:02Speaker 1: So those three things that we spoke about was Number one,
- 15:04Speaker 1: have a list of things that you have achieved, just
- 15:06Speaker 1: to remind yourself that there's many things that you've achieved,
- 15:08Speaker 1: there's many things that people think that you're good at,
- 15:10Speaker 1: there's many things that you've overcome, okay, And given that
- 15:15Speaker 1: with life being the way it is, being a numbers game,
- 15:17Speaker 1: that means that there's many more to come as well
- 15:19Speaker 1: in your future. The next one is to the next
- 15:36Speaker 1: one is to kind of challenge your beliefs around you know,
- 15:41Speaker 1: your achievements versus not achieving things, versus what you're capable of,
- 15:45Speaker 1: what you're not capable of, and then of course this
- 15:47Speaker 1: fixed mindset and this growth mindset, all right, The next
- 15:57Speaker 1: one is to change what failure looks like and to
- 16:01Speaker 1: ask yourself, what have I gained from failure in the past?
- 16:03Speaker 1: What have I learned from failure? How did it redirect me,
- 16:06Speaker 1: where did it push me to and what did I
- 16:08Speaker 1: gain from that? Because if you turn around and say, well, no,
- 16:12Speaker 1: I've just never failed, because I've just lived life so carefully,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you need to fucking be a little less careful, is
- 16:16Speaker 1: what I'm telling you right now. Be a little less careful.
- 16:19Speaker 1: If you're not failing, there's something up, Okay, you need
- 16:23Speaker 1: to fail. It's crucial in order to like. It means
- 16:27Speaker 1: you're not pushing yourself hard enough, or it means that
- 16:29Speaker 1: you're living in fear, which is so painful. Trust me,
- 16:33Speaker 1: failing is so much easier than living in fear of failure.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I can guarantee you that guarantee. And then the last one,
- 16:41Speaker 1: we're talking about growth mindset versus fixed mindset, focusing on
- 16:44Speaker 1: the journey instead of needing all these outcomes, because the
- 16:47Speaker 1: outcomes are just gonna they're going to come. When you
- 16:49Speaker 1: focus on the journey, things are just going to come
- 16:51Speaker 1: your way. Something's weren't, somethings will. But you're like, well,
- 16:53Speaker 1: I'm growing, I'm changing. All these good things are happening.
- 16:55Speaker 1: You're going to see open doors where before you didn't
- 16:57Speaker 1: see them because you had you fixated on one thing.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And it's just a much easier way to live when
- 17:03Speaker 1: you're focusing on, you know, being this growth mindset of
- 17:07Speaker 1: learning and adapting because you don't look at your identity
- 17:11Speaker 1: as being your achievements. All right, So hopefully you're able
- 17:15Speaker 1: to put these things into practice not only over the
- 17:17Speaker 1: next ten days, but forever, and you're able to really
- 17:21Speaker 1: hit the ground running when it comes to imposter syndrome
- 17:23Speaker 1: and perfectionism, because that shit is so we don't need
- 17:26Speaker 1: that shit. Okay, use these three tools as many times
- 17:29Speaker 1: as you need, as many times as a day that
- 17:31Speaker 1: you need, and you will start to change how you
- 17:34Speaker 1: approach these things. You're going to feel like way less
- 17:36Speaker 1: of an imposter. You're going to realize that all of
- 17:39Speaker 1: us go through these emotions, some more than others, but
- 17:42Speaker 1: all of us have gone through failures. And the people
- 17:44Speaker 1: that are doing what you want to be doing, it's
- 17:47Speaker 1: not been seamless. It might look like it's seamless, but
- 17:50Speaker 1: for most people, most people, especially what it requires, hard
- 17:53Speaker 1: work and effort, it has not been seamless. And we're
- 17:56Speaker 1: not here to be seamless. We're here to experience. It's life.
- 18:00Speaker 1: The highs and the lows, and the highs are feel
- 18:03Speaker 1: so good because we've gone through the fucking shit to
- 18:06Speaker 1: get there, and it's make it lighthearted, make it fun,
- 18:10Speaker 1: make it something that you can laugh at. I look
- 18:12Speaker 1: back at my failures and it's it's endearing. I'm like lol,
- 18:16Speaker 1: but I don't look at it as like I'm mortified.
- 18:18Speaker 1: I'm so embarrassed. I look at it with like kind eyes,
- 18:21Speaker 1: thinking like that was so cute. I really tried it.
- 18:23Speaker 1: That was a fucking disaster. It's hilarious. Okay, that's what
- 18:27Speaker 1: you want to look at. Even in the moment when
- 18:30Speaker 1: something's going wrong, you can say to yourself, I can't
- 18:31Speaker 1: wait to laugh about this later. I cannot wait until
- 18:34Speaker 1: this is hilarious, and then it instantly changes your mood
- 18:38Speaker 1: because you're framing it differently. Okay, because we all do it.
- 18:42Speaker 1: We all do it, and better have a failure that
- 18:45Speaker 1: you can laugh at than having not lived at all
- 18:47Speaker 1: and it was just boring because you were scared to
- 18:49Speaker 1: step one foot out of line. Okay. I'd much rather
- 18:51Speaker 1: laugh my head off at the most random shit that
- 18:54Speaker 1: I tried, then not have anything to laugh at at
- 18:56Speaker 1: all and be like, well, I lived very, very, very
- 18:59Speaker 1: boring and strict life, and I was scared to whatever,
- 19:03Speaker 1: because what you fail and then what nothing? No one
- 19:06Speaker 1: actually gives a fuck. Anyway, I'm gonna stop rambling. That
- 19:09Speaker 1: is all for today's episode, Day three, Love it so much.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Ten days to Bliss and Sunshan, Love you guys so much.
- 19:16Speaker 1: As always remembered, becind to yourself, becont to your brain,
- 19:18Speaker 1: don't take shit from anyone, and especially don't take shit
- 19:20Speaker 1: from yourself. Dunk
