- 0:01SPEAKER_01: Don't forget the cocaine.
- 0:02SPEAKER_06: And then he he's still practicing law.
- 0:04SPEAKER_06: He's still driving.
- 0:06SPEAKER_06: And now he's in trouble for practicing law in the oh, and then let's add in stealing money.
- 0:20SPEAKER_06: Welcome to the Stand with Meg Show.
- 0:22SPEAKER_06: I'm your host, Meg, and today we're here with Sean Lee.
- 0:26SPEAKER_06: Welcome, Sean, to the show.
- 0:28SPEAKER_06: This is our episode eight.
- 0:29SPEAKER_06: We were just talking about this.
- 0:31SPEAKER_06: And we're super excited.
- 0:32SPEAKER_06: You know what Sean did when he walked in today?
- 0:35SPEAKER_06: Tell them.
- 0:35SPEAKER_06: Tell our viewers what you said to me about your bow tie.
- 0:38SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, bow ties.
- 0:40SPEAKER_02: Every time I'm really gonna pull something off, I wear a bow tie.
- 0:43SPEAKER_02: It makes me look like a real lawyer.
- 0:47SPEAKER_06: He didn't really say that actually.
- 0:48SPEAKER_02: I did.
- 0:49SPEAKER_02: And I tell the juries that.
- 0:52SPEAKER_06: Maybe I'll say some another time what he said because he can't say it himself.
- 0:55SPEAKER_06: But we're excited about today, and I have no idea.
- 0:58SPEAKER_06: Once again, if you know, I have no idea what he brings in.
- 1:01SPEAKER_06: He doesn't tell me, he brings in his stuff, and so what you see on my expression is exactly what is all fresh and new.
- 1:08SPEAKER_06: It's nothing's rehearsed here at all.
- 1:10SPEAKER_06: So whatever he brings in, he teaches me.
- 1:13SPEAKER_06: So I'm learning just with you.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: Yes, yes.
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: So first I want to I want to thank you for being on the show and for hosting this and for calling attention to this dire, dire need, okay?
- 1:23SPEAKER_02: You're in a way sort of a civil rights advocate, okay?
- 1:26SPEAKER_06: Absolutely.
- 1:27SPEAKER_02: So let's let's start by taking some stock.
- 1:31SPEAKER_06: Let's let's look at I'll be what's that what's the girl that does Will of Fortune?
- 1:35SPEAKER_06: Van Wise?
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: Is that what I think is that a is that a healthy fraud fraud file?
- 1:39SPEAKER_02: Is that a fat, healthy fraud file?
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: What is that her name on the Will of Fortune?
- 1:43SPEAKER_02: I don't know who you're talking about.
- 1:44SPEAKER_06: The blonde girl, you know, that does the Vanna White.
- 1:46SPEAKER_06: Thank you.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: You said it all right, yeah.
- 1:47SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: Your Vanna White.
- 1:49SPEAKER_02: Look how fat this thing is, okay?
- 1:51SPEAKER_02: We started with nothing, and now we've filled this up with fraud reserves.
- 1:55SPEAKER_06: I want to hold it so heavy it is.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, feel that.
- 1:57SPEAKER_06: Oh gosh, yeah.
- 1:58SPEAKER_06: It is.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: Alright, here's what I need you to do.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: I need you to hold it with one arm just like that.
- 2:02SPEAKER_06: With my left hand, my weak hand.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: One hand.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: One hand.
- 2:05SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 2:05SPEAKER_02: Just like that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: Now hold on to that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: That's called a stress position.
- 2:08SPEAKER_03: That's like a good work.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: Welcome to Framely Core.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: Set that down.
- 2:15SPEAKER_02: So we're fan.
- 2:17SPEAKER_03: This worked out.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: Uh let's go back to something here.
- 2:20SPEAKER_02: I drew a little chart here.
- 2:22SPEAKER_02: Meg, here is.
- 2:24SPEAKER_02: Here's a little chart that we drew.
- 2:25SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: Over here, we have all your co-parent stuff, right?
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: All the things you fight about.
- 2:31SPEAKER_02: Who's gonna get you know money and who's gonna get assets and who's gonna get custody, and you know, I don't like what you said, and you don't like what they're doing, blah, blah, blah.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: Here's our little box for that.
- 2:42SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 2:44SPEAKER_02: And you're you're not you're not doing well on these areas, if in your family court.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: But if you're a co-parents, you definitely want to cooperate on the fraud box.
- 2:54SPEAKER_06: Now, I'll people really understand that.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 2:57SPEAKER_06: Because a lot of people can't even speak to their exes.
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: If you have this contentious relationship with your ex, that's okay.
- 3:05SPEAKER_02: That's why you have custody issues, right?
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: But think about it this way: if you do a million dollars and all you have to do is get into a room with your ex for an hour with an FBI agent, and that FBI agent and a United States attorney may go out and get you a million dollars in restitution for a wire fraud charge.
- 3:31SPEAKER_02: Then that's another one.
- 3:32SPEAKER_06: Meaning, would you get along enough to do that?
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: Could you get along?
- 3:36SPEAKER_02: For it the as long as it takes for you to get together in a room and mutually agree, you both got screwed.
- 3:44SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 3:44SPEAKER_03: I agree.
- 3:45SPEAKER_02: It wasn't a scene, it wasn't one of you that got screwed, it's that both of you got screwed.
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: And here's the here's the math on this, Meg.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: There's so many family court cases in America that even if 1% of 1% came forward, people who are professionals who know what a raw deal looks like, if they came forward and they filed fraud complaints, the whole the whole pyramid would collapse.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: Let's go back over some of our types of fraud involving judges.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: We have cash for kids.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: The most well-known is a judge who has a direct financial relationship with a company that the judge enters orders in favor.
- 4:29SPEAKER_02: That's the cash for kids case.
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: Less well known are the political conflicts.
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: Judges who are just politicians and ropes.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: Hannah Dugan, for example.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: There's no evidence that she took money in order to do what she did.
- 4:43SPEAKER_02: She just didn't believe in the federal government's immigration program, took an act in furtherance of disrupting that program.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: And then there's personal.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: You know, we went over Leslie Ann Calabrizzi.
- 4:55SPEAKER_02: She had a personal relationship with a family lawyer, she steered a case his way, covered it up.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: So there's political, financial, and personal conflicts that can catch a judge with a felony in relation to their orders.
- 5:11SPEAKER_02: So let's embark on Operation Judge Hunt.
- 5:15SPEAKER_02: Alright, we're gonna hunt fraud involving judges.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: And I'm gonna walk you down a trail, and at the end of that trail, you're gonna start to figure out what it is that we're doing.
- 5:27SPEAKER_02: So let's start with a case that came up this week.
- 5:32SPEAKER_06: This week?
- 5:33SPEAKER_02: This week.
- 5:34SPEAKER_06: I like the new stuff.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: September 10th, 2026.
- 5:39SPEAKER_02: Take a look at that.
- 5:41SPEAKER_06: Formal Bethel Bethel, what's that word?
- 5:44SPEAKER_06: Bethelto?
- 5:45SPEAKER_06: Is that just a case?
- 5:46SPEAKER_02: Bethalto.
- 5:47SPEAKER_06: Formal Betalto, attorney accused of stealing over 400,000 from minor clients.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: And who published that?
- 5:54SPEAKER_06: Uh the DOJ, Department of Justice.
- 5:57SPEAKER_02: Okay, and what day did he tr did he publish that?
- 6:00SPEAKER_06: September 10th, 2026, last Thursday.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: Alright, so a week ago.
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: Actually, not even a week ago, two days ago.
- 6:08SPEAKER_02: That got published.
- 6:10SPEAKER_06: And I already did a reel about this.
- 6:11SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 6:12SPEAKER_06: Because like you blew me away when I saw it.
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: I caught that.
- 6:15SPEAKER_06: That's a Guardian Ed Light of So explain to us more because I couldn't, of course, I didn't explain like you.
- 6:20SPEAKER_02: Let's go over some key dates here.
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: Let's go over some real key dates.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: Because I'm gonna walk you in something in real time.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: This got published two days ago, right?
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: Which means it's hot.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: We're probably the first ones in the nation to report on this and to connect these dots.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: Alright.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: Let's start.
- 6:48SPEAKER_06: So you're gonna go now into detail about this case.
- 6:52SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna go into this detail.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: Alright.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: So this is about, this is these are allegations being made by the Department of Justice against David K.
- 7:01SPEAKER_02: Elliott.
- 7:02SPEAKER_06: He is an attorney, a G A he's attorney, but he's a guardian lightum from Illinois.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah, these are allegations, all right.
- 7:09SPEAKER_02: Uh more importantly, Southern District of Illinois, just across the river from St.
- 7:15SPEAKER_02: Louis, East St.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: Louis, very close to where Matt Grant filed his RICO case.
- 7:22SPEAKER_06: Yes.
- 7:22SPEAKER_06: If you guys don't know of Matt Grant, he is also an attorney, and now he's running for congressman.
- 7:27SPEAKER_02: The primary didn't go so greatly.
- 7:29SPEAKER_06: Oh, really?
- 7:30SPEAKER_06: Oh, I didn't get to look into that.
- 7:31SPEAKER_06: But he has he actually is an attorney that filed the federal court and still got dismissed, even though he's an attorney too.
- 7:37SPEAKER_06: He should know what his stuff.
- 7:38SPEAKER_06: But okay.
- 7:39SPEAKER_02: Now I want to show you something on this press release here.
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: Thereafter, from May 19th to October 2022, he fraudulently allegedly fraudulently withdrew 400,000.
- 7:52SPEAKER_02: Do you see that?
- 7:54SPEAKER_06: Therefore, May of 2019 to October 2022, Elliot fraudulently withdrew more than 400,000 from a miners' bank account used and used those funds for his own benefit.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: Alright.
- 8:04SPEAKER_02: What years were those?
- 8:06SPEAKER_06: It was in 2019 to 2022.
- 8:10SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: Here is a report from the Supreme Court of Illinois.
- 8:19SPEAKER_02: Tell me when this man lost his license.
- 8:22SPEAKER_06: Ooh, he lost it in 2020?
- 8:26SPEAKER_06: But wait, 2019 to 2022?
- 8:28SPEAKER_06: So he lost his license and he was still being in GL.
- 8:32SPEAKER_06: Wow.
- 8:34SPEAKER_06: Is that in the report, the DOJ, or do you just found this yourself?
- 8:37SPEAKER_02: I I found this myself.
- 8:38SPEAKER_06: So it's not even in here.
- 8:39SPEAKER_06: So they didn't, because I don't think I read that they I told you.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: We're probably the first ones looking into this.
- 8:46SPEAKER_06: Oh my gosh!
- 8:47SPEAKER_02: Look at that.
- 8:48SPEAKER_06: So effective on 313 at 2020, he's got his lesson suspended for a pit a period of time until further notice or ordered by the court.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:01SPEAKER_06: Misconduct and engaged in misconduct and the misconduct warrants interruption of the lawyer's authority to practice law during a suspension period.
- 9:09SPEAKER_06: Authority to he does not allow to practice law during the suspension air at time.
- 9:17SPEAKER_02: Now look at this article I found in the newspaper.
- 9:25SPEAKER_06: Weapons and drug charges filed against six.
- 9:31SPEAKER_06: Right here.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: A couple more.
- 9:33SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 9:34SPEAKER_06: It printed weird on the internet.
- 9:37SPEAKER_06: Right there.
- 9:38SPEAKER_06: Thank you.
- 9:39SPEAKER_06: David Elliott, 36 of that county that I can't pronounce, was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substances, driving my license with a license revoked license with a class four felony.
- 9:51SPEAKER_06: The case was presented by the Putin Beach Police Department on October 12th.
- 9:57SPEAKER_06: Elliot allegedly was found to be in possession of less than five grams of cocaine and was driving an Illinois 111 with a sus sustain sorry suspended license due to statutory summer suspensions in 2019.
- 10:11SPEAKER_06: He has a 2010 Jackson County conviction for driving while license was invoked.
- 10:17SPEAKER_06: Bail was set to 15K.
- 10:18SPEAKER_06: Wow, he's a piece of work.
- 10:21SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 10:21SPEAKER_02: Look at the date.
- 10:22SPEAKER_06: Oh say, wait a second.
- 10:23SPEAKER_06: He's 36 years old here, and this date is 2021.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: Is that before or after his suspension?
- 10:31SPEAKER_06: That was after his suspension.
- 10:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so after his license is suspended, he gets caught driving while revoked with less than 15 grams of co-tech cocaine.
- 10:43SPEAKER_06: So wait a second, his license is suspended.
- 10:45SPEAKER_06: You mean his attorney license was suspended?
- 10:47SPEAKER_02: And his driver's license.
- 10:48SPEAKER_06: And apparently his driver's license wasn't suspended, but he kept going.
- 10:51SPEAKER_06: He kept driving and he kept practicing law.
- 10:54SPEAKER_02: No license to practice law.
- 10:56SPEAKER_02: And cocaine in the car.
- 10:58SPEAKER_06: And cocaine in the car.
- 10:59SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 11:00SPEAKER_06: And stealing money.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: Okay, oh hold on.
- 11:03SPEAKER_02: We're getting there.
- 11:04SPEAKER_02: We're getting there.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 11:06SPEAKER_06: It's the people that run our family courts.
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: Here's his 2012 case for his license suspension.
- 11:13unknown: Okay?
- 11:14SPEAKER_06: Man, so if he wait, he was 36 in 2021.
- 11:18SPEAKER_06: This is in 2012.
- 11:20SPEAKER_06: He was a young pup then, huh?
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 11:23SPEAKER_02: Now let's go over the indictment.
- 11:26SPEAKER_06: Of this, of 2012?
- 11:27SPEAKER_02: Of Mr.
- 11:28SPEAKER_02: Elliott now.
- 11:29SPEAKER_06: Oh, the current one.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: 2016, 2017, 2018.
- 11:37SPEAKER_06: My worry, he is just on he is a huge criminal.
- 11:43SPEAKER_02: September 16th, 2024.
- 11:47SPEAKER_02: Count four.
- 11:48SPEAKER_06: Count four, twenty twenty.
- 11:49SPEAKER_02: So Meg, answer me this.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: Did Count Four occur before or after the Supreme Court suspended his license?
- 11:57SPEAKER_06: Count after.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 11:58SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 11:59SPEAKER_06: It's bank fraud.
- 12:00SPEAKER_06: Count four is bank fraud.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: And count five.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: Before or after suspended his license.
- 12:08SPEAKER_06: Count five is bank fraud after.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 12:11SPEAKER_02: Count six before or after the Supreme Court suspended his license.
- 12:16SPEAKER_06: Same.
- 12:17SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 12:18SPEAKER_02: Now, April 5th.
- 12:21SPEAKER_06: Is that in wait a second?
- 12:21SPEAKER_06: Is that in here at all?
- 12:22SPEAKER_06: His indictment?
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: No.
- 12:24SPEAKER_06: That's not even in there?
- 12:25SPEAKER_02: It's not in there.
- 12:25SPEAKER_06: That he they didn't even look up and see his license.
- 12:30SPEAKER_02: We're getting there.
- 12:33SPEAKER_06: Did you call the attorney general?
- 12:35SPEAKER_06: You gotta call the DOJ.
- 12:37SPEAKER_02: Meg, if we've if we've established one thing so far, it's that law enforcement is not gonna care unless the masses care.
- 12:45SPEAKER_06: And yeah, and they don't really investigate that much, apparently.
- 12:49SPEAKER_02: So so look at the date on this.
- 12:51SPEAKER_06: Yeah, 2021.
- 12:52SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: Was that before or after he got caught with cocaine?
- 12:56SPEAKER_06: Oh, cocaine?
- 12:57SPEAKER_06: Wasn't it what 2019?
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: When did he get caught with cocaine?
- 13:01SPEAKER_06: 2009 uh 2021.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: What what month and day?
- 13:04SPEAKER_06: June 21st, 2021.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 13:07SPEAKER_06: April 5th, 2021.
- 13:11SPEAKER_06: Now I'm just Well, June 20, where that says that the day it was reported.
- 13:15SPEAKER_06: What was the actual date he got charged?
- 13:18SPEAKER_06: Well?
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: I don't think it says so on there.
- 13:21SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 13:21SPEAKER_02: Alright, April 5th, 2021, count eight.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: Count nine, August 4th.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: Is that before or after he gets caught with the cocaine?
- 13:33SPEAKER_06: After he gets caught with cocaine.
- 13:34SPEAKER_06: And he's still doing bank fraud.
- 13:36SPEAKER_02: More importantly, after he gets caught with the cocaine in Madison County, he's still a G A L for minors in Madison County.
- 13:45SPEAKER_06: For three minors, right?
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: Well, I don't know how many minors.
- 13:48SPEAKER_02: So he the fraud alleges three minors, but this guy could very well have hundreds of minors.
- 13:57SPEAKER_06: Probably does.
- 13:59SPEAKER_06: Are they investigating into those?
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: That's a good question, Meg.
- 14:03SPEAKER_02: That is a good question.
- 14:05SPEAKER_06: Are you sure you don't want to go work for the DOJ?
- 14:07SPEAKER_02: They don't pay enough.
- 14:10SPEAKER_02: April 23rd, 2022.
- 14:13SPEAKER_02: Count 11.
- 14:15SPEAKER_02: Before or after.
- 14:16SPEAKER_06: After 2022.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: After his license suspended, after he's caught with cocaine by law enforcement in Madison County.
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: Still a GAL, oh, controlling the bank accounts of minors.
- 14:30SPEAKER_05: We gotta be the last thing.
- 14:32SPEAKER_02: March 7th, 2022.
- 14:37SPEAKER_06: How many counts do they end up doing?
- 14:39SPEAKER_02: Well, we're getting there.
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: October 26, 2022.
- 14:42SPEAKER_06: We're on 13 count right now.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: October 6th, 26, 2022.
- 14:46SPEAKER_06: So here in what people don't understand, when he says there is um per violation, so they're now they are putting every time he violated the bank fraud.
- 14:56SPEAKER_06: So that's why you see count 13.
- 14:58SPEAKER_06: Um, then they show the date.
- 15:00SPEAKER_06: So anytime they do, right, it just bam, bam.
- 15:03SPEAKER_06: It can go up to 30 to 50, correct?
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: So that's that's the the biter.
- 15:07SPEAKER_02: You know, that's how you get bit in federal court.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: You commit this crime over and over and over again.
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: If you get count charged with 100 counts, that that's what they mean when they say, I'll put you under the prison.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: It means you'll die in prison and you'll get buried in the prison cemetery.
- 15:22SPEAKER_06: Because it's but 30 years per violation.
- 15:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you will die in prison and you'll get buried in a prison cemetery.
- 15:28SPEAKER_02: You will never leave a prison the rest of your life or non-life.
- 15:33SPEAKER_02: You'll get buried on the prison grounds.
- 15:35SPEAKER_06: So as of right now, we are on count 13.
- 15:38SPEAKER_06: Take that times 30 years times.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: Count 13.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 15:43SPEAKER_02: Now, this one, April 5th, 2021 through October 21st, 2022.
- 15:48SPEAKER_02: Now, October 21st, 2022, how long is that after his cocaine possession?
- 15:54SPEAKER_06: About a year and a half.
- 15:57SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 15:58SPEAKER_06: Year and a few months.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: And then do do do.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: Now, here's an important thing to show, okay?
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: Fraudulent order stated that as a manner of Illinois law and policy of this court, any and all funds claimed on behalf of a minor shall be held until that minor reaches the age of 21.
- 16:25SPEAKER_02: This was this was false, and the fraudulent order was created by Elliott to conceal his fraud and delay the release of the settlement funds to TA.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: Fraudulent order.
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: Page 12, count So he 15.
- 16:42SPEAKER_06: So he faked an order and mailed it to these minors.
- 16:47SPEAKER_06: Was it um mail fraud?
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: Count 14.
- 16:50SPEAKER_06: Was it mail fraud?
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah, count 14, page 12, paragraph eight.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: That's the fraudulent order.
- 16:58SPEAKER_02: Now, what have we been complaining about over and over and over again?
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: Fraudulent orders.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 17:05SPEAKER_02: And here you finally have a quote from a Department of Justice United States attorney claiming that this Guardian Ed Lightham created a fraudulent order to pay himself.
- 17:16SPEAKER_06: So here's my question on that.
- 17:17SPEAKER_06: He mailed it or sent it over to these kids.
- 17:19SPEAKER_06: They think they can't touch the money until they're 21, all while he's taking money from it, right?
- 17:27SPEAKER_06: Now, question is this did he file that within the system?
- 17:31SPEAKER_06: Did you look up to see if it was filed in the system?
- 17:34SPEAKER_02: Well, that's the allegation here is that they even filed it within the courts?
- 17:37SPEAKER_02: Um, and then October 21st, 2022.
- 17:41SPEAKER_06: The attorney used fake court orders to do it.
- 17:45SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 17:48SPEAKER_02: 14.
- 17:50SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 17:51SPEAKER_02: So I printed out all the judges for Madison County.
- 17:58SPEAKER_06: Oh, he mailed, I knew it read mailed.
- 18:00SPEAKER_06: He mailed the minor a fraudulent court order that appeared to have been entered, appeared to be entered into Madison County Circuit Court.
- 18:07SPEAKER_06: So it appeared, so he didn't put it in really.
- 18:09SPEAKER_06: He probably said a fake stamp and all that fun stuff.
- 18:11SPEAKER_02: I think that's what the allegation is.
- 18:13SPEAKER_02: So so look, we have suspension by the by the Illinois bar for misconduct.
- 18:20SPEAKER_06: Well, let's start at the beginning though.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:22SPEAKER_06: So in 2000, when he was young, 2012.
- 18:25SPEAKER_06: He what was the charge?
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: I think he's in his twenties or something like that.
- 18:29SPEAKER_02: He gets charged with driving without a license because he had a DUI.
- 18:34SPEAKER_06: And yeah, so in 2012 was yep, license suspended.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:38SPEAKER_06: Then his next thing was 2000.
- 18:41SPEAKER_06: Um, gosh, he's just a mess.
- 18:43SPEAKER_06: The other one.
- 18:46SPEAKER_06: 2000.
- 18:47SPEAKER_06: Oh, then he got his attorney license revoked or suspended in 2020.
- 18:53SPEAKER_06: And then he gets a ro pulled over for driving without his license.
- 19:00SPEAKER_06: And then so he has no license, no attorney license, and now he's in trouble for still practicing law.
- 19:07SPEAKER_06: Oh, he has cocaine, don't forget the cocaine in there.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: Don't forget the cocaine.
- 19:10SPEAKER_06: And then he he's still practicing law, he's still driving, and now he's in trouble for practicing law.
- 19:16SPEAKER_06: And no, and then let's add in stealing money.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: And look, this is a 2018 issue, so he apparently had a license suspension in 2018, too.
- 19:25SPEAKER_06: Oh, wow.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: So I think there's three driving on on a without a license cases.
- 19:31SPEAKER_06: And he's representing children.
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: And so that's the thing I want to point out is that as he got worse and worse, you know, and these are allegations, some of which, some of which he's been convicted on, but the DUI around 2012, the driving on a suspended license 2012, the driving on a suspended license somewhere around 2018, what suspension of his law license in 2020, possession of cocaine 2021, and driving without a license.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: And in 2022, one of these judges, or more, is letting him be a G A L.
- 20:16SPEAKER_06: And they have access to all this.
- 20:19SPEAKER_02: Here's what I want you to imagine.
- 20:21SPEAKER_02: I called this Operation Judge Hunter, right?
- 20:24SPEAKER_02: How?
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: How did this guy become a guardian ad light?
- 20:35SPEAKER_06: So this makes me really think, too.
- 20:36SPEAKER_06: Are is ever are you guys all looking at your Guardian Lightheams history?
- 20:41SPEAKER_06: I did with my federal judge, the federal judge that I went to federal court with.
- 20:45SPEAKER_06: She had a DUI in this county.
- 20:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:48SPEAKER_06: And so she knows all the judges.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: Hey, d DUIs happen and some people recover, but in this particular circumstance, what it looks like is after he lost his license.
- 20:58SPEAKER_06: It just he still kept doing it.
- 21:00SPEAKER_06: People can make mistakes, I get that.
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:02SPEAKER_06: But he but then driving when you're not supposed to, that's that's legitimately, I'm making a choice to to you know go against the law.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: Well, it looks plainly like he's using the the bank and the trust funds to fund his cocaine addiction.
- 21:16SPEAKER_06: That's what I was about to say next.
- 21:17SPEAKER_06: He's he ran out of money because he his addiction got worse.
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: But this goes to our overarching uh complaint about family courts is that because they're sealed proceedings and because there's all these protective protections in place for children, these criminals come into the system, commit these horrific frauds.
- 21:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:39SPEAKER_02: And then when the family jumps up and down and is like, this is fraud, the judges or the court or the GAL retaliates and says, You're crazy.
- 21:52SPEAKER_02: You just don't like because I, you know, because I'm ruling against you.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: And that's how people, that's how People who are are dirty get into the GAL and into the family court business because they can't do anything else because there's scrutiny.
- 22:08SPEAKER_06: Or they're not good actually as an attorney.
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: And then that's how they conceal their crimes is through the protective orders and retaliating against their victims.
- 22:21SPEAKER_06: Well, and let's mention to this, these children didn't have any parents.
- 22:25SPEAKER_06: Right?
- 22:26SPEAKER_06: The mother died.
- 22:27SPEAKER_06: And so this is only one situation because let's say he was doing this to another, he probably was doing this to other children, right?
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:37SPEAKER_06: Then it's let's say the parents Well, who knows how many kids he's got.
- 22:40SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 22:41SPEAKER_06: But let's say the parents see, wait a second, this is happening by looking at the invoices.
- 22:45SPEAKER_06: Guess what that happened then?
- 22:46SPEAKER_06: Oh, you lose your kids.
- 22:47SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 22:48SPEAKER_06: Retaliation.
- 22:49SPEAKER_02: You go looking at the GAL's bill and you're like, hey, you didn't do anything on this case.
- 22:54SPEAKER_02: You did literally nothing of value on this case.
- 22:57SPEAKER_02: And your opinion is pure bullshit.
- 22:59SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: And then they retaliate.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 23:02SPEAKER_02: But remember what I said at the beginning.
- 23:04SPEAKER_02: I said, Meg, this is Operation Judge Hunter.
- 23:07SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 23:08SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: This guy might be dirty, but we want him to flip.
- 23:14SPEAKER_06: Flip?
- 23:15SPEAKER_06: What do you mean?
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: Let me go back to our cast.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: Alright?
- 23:20SPEAKER_02: Remember our task force?
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 23:23SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 23:23SPEAKER_06: This is the Chicago police.
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 23:26SPEAKER_06: A vet treasurer agent accountant, if you haven't seen.
- 23:29SPEAKER_06: We talk about these almost in every episode.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 23:32SPEAKER_02: We want this guy, this guardian Ed Lightham, who's four at the same time.
- 23:39SPEAKER_02: Alright, you hold on to that.
- 23:41SPEAKER_02: He's got this big fat indictment.
- 23:43SPEAKER_02: Who's he?
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: Elliott.
- 23:45SPEAKER_02: Elliot.
- 23:45SPEAKER_02: David K.
- 23:46SPEAKER_02: Elliott.
- 23:46SPEAKER_02: David K.
- 23:47SPEAKER_02: Elliott's got this big fat indictment.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: David K.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: Elliott, he's got so much on his plate, he's in trouble, right?
- 23:53SPEAKER_02: And he's a young man.
- 23:54SPEAKER_02: He doesn't want to die in prison, right?
- 23:56SPEAKER_02: But that's a lot of years, that's a lot of bank fraud, that's a lot of victimized people, but he doesn't want to die in prison.
- 24:02SPEAKER_02: And so what he does is if he's smart, and if the agents, the task force, are smart, is they say, hey, look, we want to do a proffer interview.
- 24:14SPEAKER_02: Do you know what a proffer interview is?
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: No.
- 24:16SPEAKER_02: You've seen it.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: You've seen it on crime shows.
- 24:18SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: That's where somebody says, Look, I want to talk to the cops, I'll give you XYZ criminals if you'll take a little off this.
- 24:27SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 24:28SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: And that's where David K.
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: Elliott.
- 24:33SPEAKER_06: Oh, please don't tell me what you're just gonna say.
- 24:35SPEAKER_02: Works with the Department of Justice to take down dirty judges.
- 24:42SPEAKER_06: Okay, so now Elliot is working with Hypothetically.
- 24:46SPEAKER_06: Oh, hypothetically.
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: Allegedly, hypothetically.
- 24:49SPEAKER_06: Okay, is working with the DOJ to take down dirty judges.
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: So that could be, so in criminal law, you generally want to decide early.
- 24:57SPEAKER_02: You want to decide, all right, am I going to trial?
- 25:00SPEAKER_02: If you're going to trial, go to trial.
- 25:02SPEAKER_02: Get the case set, get the witnesses, you know, uh subpoenaed, file motions, and go fight the case at trial.
- 25:10SPEAKER_02: But if your client's got information to sell, and your client wants to go the route of cooperation, some people call it snitching, some people call it ratting, whatever.
- 25:22SPEAKER_06: So now there's the you're saying the GAL can now snitch and get out of all his convictions.
- 25:26SPEAKER_02: Not get out of.
- 25:27SPEAKER_06: Oh, just lower him.
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: But potentially they'll work, you know, sometimes they'll work with you on sentencing, sometimes they'll work with you on the severity of the crimes charged, the number of the crimes charged.
- 25:40SPEAKER_06: So give me some information and I'll make it not be so hot.
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: And if the information is valuable, they'll they'll the DOJ will work with them.
- 25:50SPEAKER_06: And that's kind of what the Charlie Kirk's case is going on.
- 25:52SPEAKER_06: Tyler Robinson's roommate is now immune because he told all this stuff, even though his fingerprints is more on the stuff than Tyler's.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: And so this task force, through this gentleman right here, could potentially have the in on every piece of dirt in the Madison County Family Court system from 2012 to present.
- 26:18SPEAKER_06: And some GALs working not just in one county.
- 26:21SPEAKER_06: Some GALs can hop around.
- 26:23SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 26:24SPEAKER_06: There might be more.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: So one of these judges appointed this man to be the guardian ed light.
- 26:30SPEAKER_06: One or more of the Is that how GALs go in?
- 26:33SPEAKER_06: They get appointed?
- 26:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 26:34SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 26:35SPEAKER_02: One of these judges, one or more, appointed this man to be a guardian ed light up.
- 26:40SPEAKER_02: Alright?
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: And that judge, right now, has got to be nervous.
- 26:45SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: And the families.
- 26:48SPEAKER_06: Is it public knowledge who appoints them?
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: Should be.
- 26:51SPEAKER_02: I tried to look this up.
- 26:52SPEAKER_06: I didn't know it was like it should be because I've never even seen any of any jails, like any news.
- 26:56SPEAKER_06: Someone appointed this.
- 26:57SPEAKER_06: You know, you always hear somebody got appointed for this by this judge.
- 27:01SPEAKER_06: No, nothing.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: So I want you to consider like a sweater.
- 27:04SPEAKER_02: We found a little loose thread on a sweater.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: We're going to tug on that thread to try and get deeper into the sweater.
- 27:12SPEAKER_06: Okay, apart with a sweater.
- 27:14SPEAKER_02: So David K.
- 27:15SPEAKER_02: Elliott, he's in trouble.
- 27:18SPEAKER_02: These are serious allegations.
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: Clearly, there's a task force investigating.
- 27:24SPEAKER_06: So now they're investigating, they haven't arrested him yet.
- 27:26SPEAKER_02: No, they've they've arrested him.
- 27:28SPEAKER_06: They've arrested him.
- 27:29SPEAKER_06: The bailout.
- 27:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the indictment has been unsealed.
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: He has been charged.
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: Look at the date on this.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: August 18th, 2026, right?
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: So he's he's got so there's two avenues he's got.
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: He's got obviously the cocaine.
- 27:46SPEAKER_02: Whoever he's buying coke from, you know, that'll be one avenue he can go from.
- 27:51SPEAKER_06: Oh, you mean expose the people that are selling him the cocaine.
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: And and typically it's some low-level dealer and the cops won't care because the cops are probably on to whoever it is already.
- 28:00SPEAKER_02: But a judge, if you've got an in to a judge and you're influencing judges' opinions, he could roll over on who knows how many families, cases who've had their lives destroyed.
- 28:13SPEAKER_02: So if you're in the if you're in southern Illinois right now and you've got this guy as a GAL, or the judges who were appointing this guy as a GAL over your case, you need to take a very serious moment to consider going to the law enforcement agencies who indicted him with copies of your invoices.
- 28:40SPEAKER_06: Correct.
- 28:41SPEAKER_06: So they can do investigation.
- 28:42SPEAKER_02: So do you like Operation Judge Hunter so far?
- 28:45SPEAKER_06: Love it.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you like that?
- 28:47SPEAKER_06: Mm-hmm.
- 28:47SPEAKER_06: Makes me want to go look up my G A L.
- 28:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 28:51SPEAKER_02: So that's kind of what why people who are like this gravitate to family law, is because your victims are kind of under a gag order.
- 29:00SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 29:01SPEAKER_02: And nobody's gonna believe them anyway.
- 29:02SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 29:02SPEAKER_06: And then they you can't and then if you expose them, you can lose your kids.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 29:07SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 29:08SPEAKER_02: So I thought that was fun.
- 29:09SPEAKER_06: I think attorneys play into this as well.
- 29:12SPEAKER_06: You know, attorneys play both sides, they use their you know, attorney's side to do whatever they want, um, and then bam.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 29:20SPEAKER_06: You know, you can't expose them because you're in trouble if you do.
- 29:24SPEAKER_06: Oh, well, we're not gonna let Oh, now you gotta survive visits.
- 29:27SPEAKER_06: Oh, now your survivors is taken away.
- 29:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 29:29SPEAKER_06: Because they don't want you exposing what they're doing.
- 29:32SPEAKER_06: I wonder how many children are blackmailed.
- 29:35SPEAKER_02: I wonder how many of his visits in the Madison County Court were virtual court sessions.
- 29:42SPEAKER_06: I wanted to see if any yeah, I agree.
- 29:44SPEAKER_06: I wanted to see if I recognize any of these judges.
- 29:46SPEAKER_02: And I would also note that all of the fraud that occurred, almost all of it, occurred after COVID.
- 29:54SPEAKER_02: When everybody was doing virtual court and remote work.
- 29:57SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 29:58SPEAKER_06: Nope, don't recognize any of them.
- 29:59SPEAKER_06: Hop to look up on my um.
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: But yeah, cross-represent.
- 30:04SPEAKER_06: I want to see the registry survey too.
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: If you're in if you're in eastern St.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: Louis right now, or you have a relationship, if you're in St.
- 30:13SPEAKER_02: Louis and you have a co-parent in eastern St.
- 30:15SPEAKER_02: Louis, and your case is in Madison County, and you got a lawyer over there, you need to very seriously investigate.
- 30:22SPEAKER_06: So St.
- 30:23SPEAKER_06: Louis, that county, is kind of like our county where we're right next to the Missouri border.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: There's just like Kansas City's got Kansas City, Kansas, Kansas City, Missouri, there's St.
- 30:32SPEAKER_02: Louis, Missouri, St.
- 30:33SPEAKER_02: Louis, Illinois.
- 30:34SPEAKER_06: I did not know that.
- 30:34SPEAKER_06: I've always wondered if there's another city like ours.
- 30:37SPEAKER_06: There is.
- 30:37SPEAKER_06: And it's funny it's in the same.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: And one of them is immensely better than the other one, just like Kansas City, Missouri is better than Kansas City, Kansas.
- 30:45SPEAKER_05: Well, you know why that's happened.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:47SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 30:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:48SPEAKER_05: That's a whole thing you don't want to know.
- 30:49SPEAKER_05: What's too much work?
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: So the National Fraud Enforcement Division is going after lawyers.
- 30:55SPEAKER_02: And I know that because they say that right here in their press release.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: Yay! So read this right here.
- 31:06SPEAKER_06: Let's go.
- 31:07SPEAKER_06: Let's get him.
- 31:08SPEAKER_06: Let's do it.
- 31:09SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 31:10SPEAKER_06: So this is the DOJ, Houston, a 44-year-old Houston woman has been charged with male fraud and false statements in relation to her job as an immigration attorney.
- 31:23SPEAKER_06: False statements.
- 31:24SPEAKER_06: The Department of Justice has created the National Fraud Enforcement Division.
- 31:28SPEAKER_06: The core mission of the fraud division is to zealously investigate and prosecute prosecute those who sorry, I'm going to start this over.
- 31:35SPEAKER_06: The core mission of the fraud division is to zealously and vet zealously investigate and prosecute those who steal or fraudulently misuse taxpayer dollars.
- 31:44SPEAKER_06: Department of Justice efforts to combat fraud support President Trump's tax force to eliminate fraud.
- 31:51SPEAKER_06: Followed by the D Vance.
- 31:53SPEAKER_06: Eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse within the federal benefit program.
- 31:57SPEAKER_06: Well, can we go up to Title IV D and E, please?
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 32:01SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 32:01SPEAKER_06: That's the highest one.
- 32:02SPEAKER_02: You just bill for anything and everything, even if it has no value and leads to you billing more money.
- 32:09SPEAKER_06: Mm-hmm.
- 32:09SPEAKER_06: Exactly.
- 32:10SPEAKER_06: So that's really cool.
- 32:11SPEAKER_06: So that is an attorney, the immigration attorney, the mail fraud and false statements.
- 32:18SPEAKER_02: So yeah, they're going after lawyers right now.
- 32:20SPEAKER_02: And for good reason.
- 32:21SPEAKER_02: Some of these lawyers have used remote work in order to gauge in the worst schemes and artifices to defraud.
- 32:28SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 32:28SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 32:29SPEAKER_02: I mean, I I I've seen it in the courts.
- 32:33SPEAKER_02: There have been so many instances between 2020 and now where I thought to myself, is that person committing fraud?
- 32:40SPEAKER_02: You know, is this court allowing fraud by allowing this person to zoom into court?
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 32:47SPEAKER_02: And now the DOJ appears to be filing indictments because look at the date on this one.
- 32:53SPEAKER_02: That is one day prior to the indictment.
- 32:58SPEAKER_02: So two lawyer indictments within DOJ.
- 33:02SPEAKER_06: Different states, right?
- 33:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:05SPEAKER_06: So who reported these people?
- 33:08SPEAKER_06: So we're teaching people how to report fraud within DOJ.
- 33:11SPEAKER_06: Who reported them?
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: So take a look here.
- 33:18SPEAKER_02: It was the victims.
- 33:21SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 33:21SPEAKER_06: So this is the United States, and this is the indictment against somebody, right?
- 33:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and see how it says sealed up here?
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: That has been unsealed since then, uh, because uh the for the the person got arrested.
- 33:36SPEAKER_02: So what they'll do is they'll file the indictment under seal so that the person doesn't know it's coming.
- 33:42SPEAKER_02: That it's coming.
- 33:43SPEAKER_06: Is this regarding this?
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:45SPEAKER_06: Oh, so this is the indictment.
- 33:47SPEAKER_06: So this is September 2nd, they indict him, it's sealed, and then they announce that they then because they got arrested, and then they announce that he got.
- 33:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they unseal it after they arrest them.
- 33:57SPEAKER_02: They don't want person a person being warned and taking flight.
- 34:04SPEAKER_06: So Allah, is this the attorney?
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 34:08SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 34:08SPEAKER_06: The attorney, so this is the the indictment from the DOJ.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 34:16SPEAKER_06: Would be their attorney general, right?
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 34:19SPEAKER_06: Which would be who is our attorney general for the United States?
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: I should know the answer to this.
- 34:26SPEAKER_06: Another like getting out of the spot!
- 34:28SPEAKER_02: Oh, uh, Todd Blanche.
- 34:30SPEAKER_06: Todd Blanche, okay.
- 34:32SPEAKER_06: So you said where are the people that showed that they're victims?
- 34:36SPEAKER_06: Who reported it?
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: A C uh their initials right here.
- 34:40SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 34:40SPEAKER_02: A C and G C.
- 34:42SPEAKER_06: So these two people, AC and G C showed that there's false and fraudulent priestesses representing by AC and G C.
- 34:53SPEAKER_06: So they said, hey, help me, DOJ, this attorney is doing all this.
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: They filed complaints with the FBI against their lawyer.
- 35:04SPEAKER_06: Causing AC to submit unnecessary documents to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, including vaccination records, which would be the uh Postal Service.
- 35:15SPEAKER_06: That was the fraud and the tracking number.
- 35:20SPEAKER_06: So these people then said, hey, uh reported it to the DOJ, and then they looked into it and found the problems.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:31SPEAKER_06: So what you're saying is the let's say two men or man and woman sent the DOJ their in their proof of evidence as to prove they're doing this?
- 35:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, basically.
- 35:44SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: It's not it's not a crime to have a niche argument, you know, uh an interesting take on the law, you know, something that is unique.
- 35:55SPEAKER_02: It's not an it's not criminal to do that.
- 35:58SPEAKER_02: It's also not a crime to be wrong.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: Or to submit something that you had a good faith belief was true and then subsequently find out it wasn't.
- 36:07SPEAKER_02: Okay, those aren't crimes.
- 36:09SPEAKER_02: It is a crime to engage in a scheme or artifice to defraud where you know that you are getting rich committing crimes based on complete and total nonsense that you were filing.
- 36:24SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 36:24SPEAKER_06: So this is interesting.
- 36:26SPEAKER_06: So Sean's been teaching us how to do a memorandum, okay?
- 36:29SPEAKER_06: And there's all all on our website.
- 36:32SPEAKER_06: You can download it.
- 36:33SPEAKER_06: But here it says these two people, the clients, filed a memorandum that said that um the attorney told them that they had to request certain information from the US CIS, which I guess that's the immigration of customs or something.
- 36:50SPEAKER_06: Um, but this attorney told these two people that they had to do this information, but which is not true at all.
- 36:58SPEAKER_06: So it's kind of like a GAL, let's just say, is telling you or a parent to go, you have to go get a um psych evaluation because the court told you to.
- 37:08SPEAKER_02: Maybe.
- 37:09SPEAKER_02: So you you're kind of talking apples and oranges.
- 37:13SPEAKER_02: Um if a GAL has no relationship whatsoever, let's pull out our cast up care.
- 37:21SPEAKER_06: But this is their client.
- 37:22SPEAKER_06: This the this attorney, that was their his client.
- 37:26SPEAKER_06: They hired him to represent them.
- 37:28SPEAKER_02: That's what I'm saying.
- 37:29SPEAKER_06: And then he says, no, you need to go request this information, but knowing that no such request had been made.
- 37:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: So it was a fraud.
- 37:40SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 37:40SPEAKER_02: No request had been made.
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: Now, let's say a GAL said you need to get a psych evaluation, but there was never an order.
- 37:48SPEAKER_02: There was never any question whether there was, it was just a scheme to get the person to pay money to somebody.
- 37:54SPEAKER_02: That would be a scheme.
- 37:55SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 37:55SPEAKER_02: So let's look at our teleguardian ed item, right?
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 37:58SPEAKER_02: Everybody can empathize with this.
- 38:00SPEAKER_02: This is this fictional person that's catfishing you in the court.
- 38:03SPEAKER_02: You can never catch them out in real life.
- 38:06SPEAKER_02: You can find them online, they're always available by Zoom or email or call or text.
- 38:11SPEAKER_02: But you can't catch them out in the wild.
- 38:13SPEAKER_02: Not in a court, certainly not during a home inspection.
- 38:16SPEAKER_02: And they're not going to need any witnesses.
- 38:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah, if they even do that.
- 38:20SPEAKER_05: Yeah, then I would do that.
- 38:21SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: So this very well could be, and in many cases that's my allegation, is that this is a scheme and artifice to defraud.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: Because you're a lawyer for the child, okay?
- 38:36SPEAKER_02: And if you're not doing your job to the standard that a normal ordinary lawyer would do for an adult, then you are committing fraud.
- 38:46SPEAKER_06: And this is not just an attorney, this can be a therapist, this can be a psychiatrist, right?
- 38:51SPEAKER_02: Anyone can pull off remote work fraud.
- 38:53SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: Any profession can pull off remote work fraud.
- 38:56SPEAKER_02: If you're billing for a service that you were not providing, okay, or is so recklessly and negligently provided as to not have been provided at all, that's the very definition of fraud.
- 39:11SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 39:11SPEAKER_02: There's no there's no telegardian ed lightum history.
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: It existed from 2020 to present exclusively off of the administrative orders of presiding judges in response to COVID-19.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: There's no history for this.
- 39:30SPEAKER_02: They're making it up as they go.
- 39:32SPEAKER_02: And many of them have gotten quite wealthy because they can build$250 an hour with almost no overhead, aside from their Airbnb, you know, and their and their their laptop, right?
- 39:44SPEAKER_02: And they're uh, you know, their Apple AirPod Maxes, so they can tune out the cafe sounds around them.
- 39:51SPEAKER_02: They've got no overhead, so they're billing pure profits, and because nothing is getting solved, they create a pyramid scheme where the cases keep artificially inflating in value.
- 40:04SPEAKER_02: They get more clients, they get their clients stay in the system longer, their clients need more and more services because the Teleguardian Ad Lightem is not doing their job and yet billing$250 an hour for their hours spent remote working.
- 40:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 40:20SPEAKER_02: That's the fraud.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 40:25SPEAKER_06: Y'all better be educating yourself on this, and as well as looking at your invoices and emails.
- 40:31SPEAKER_06: Because I can't wait to take my file in.
- 40:34SPEAKER_02: Listen though, I want to point out something to you, okay?
- 40:41SPEAKER_02: Look at A C and G C.
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: No one came to their rescue but them.
- 40:50SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 40:50SPEAKER_06: It's not like they hired an attorney to file this amendment.
- 40:53SPEAKER_06: They just said, hey, we have the two people, and they we don't even know they could not have known each other, right?
- 40:57SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 40:58SPEAKER_06: Um, and they did this, and then all of a sudden, I bet they are just laughing their butts off.
- 41:05SPEAKER_02: They're they're like, we were right, but let me take you back.
- 41:09SPEAKER_02: This is what families have to gain when they work together against the fraud.
- 41:13SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 41:13SPEAKER_02: You want to fight about co-parent stuff, go fight about co-parent stuff.
- 41:17SPEAKER_02: But get together for your kids to put together a$1 million wire fraud case for the fraud that you endured in family court.
- 41:30SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: Because that's what these people did, and the DOJ filed it.
- 41:35SPEAKER_06: Yep.
- 41:36SPEAKER_06: Now it doesn't look like they're married.
- 41:38SPEAKER_06: They were married.
- 41:38SPEAKER_06: I mean, because the last name's C, but it could be two, it could be two victims of the same G A L.
- 41:44SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: So you think that the DOJ won't file cases against lawyers, that they're all in it together, but I I think I've given you proof.
- 41:54SPEAKER_02: Department of Justice absolutely will file criminal cases against lawyers and judges, and in fact, that's their specialty.
- 42:02SPEAKER_06: So that's what because I remember there are a few people that have commented, like, we've reported it and nothing's happened.
- 42:07SPEAKER_06: Um can you see if you they reported it within their county or state, and they or and then let's say nothing happened and they went to the DOJ?
- 42:14SPEAKER_02: Well, yes and no, but let's move on to how we can see these things, okay?
- 42:21SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 42:23SPEAKER_06: He's like, I don't really want to answer your questions, Megan.
- 42:25SPEAKER_02: No, I I do want to answer your questions, but I'm gonna answer your questions with research, okay?
- 42:31SPEAKER_02: Because there's the extent to which you want my opinion and the extent to which you want my research.
- 42:36SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 42:37SPEAKER_06: Proof, evidence.
- 42:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you like my research because you didn't know.
- 42:40SPEAKER_06: Well, and that's why everyone always is like, well, show me the evidence evidence.
- 42:43SPEAKER_06: I was like, he does it every episode.
- 42:45SPEAKER_06: All you do is when you tell us anything, you have evidence to support it.
- 42:49SPEAKER_06: You're not just sitting there fluffing everyone's feathers up and saying you can do this.
- 42:53SPEAKER_06: No, this is actual proof that he brings us every week.
- 42:57SPEAKER_02: These are real cases.
- 42:58SPEAKER_02: Look, this has got a file stamp from a court, signature from a prosecutor, probable cause affidavit from law enforcement.
- 43:07SPEAKER_02: It's a pending criminal case.
- 43:11SPEAKER_06: And everybody can build this themselves if they like the physical stuff.
- 43:15SPEAKER_06: You can download all of this documentation and make your own.
- 43:19SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 43:20SPEAKER_02: So that's gonna bring me to Wait, can I see that?
- 43:23SPEAKER_05: Or are you not talking about?
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna show you all of it.
- 43:26SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
- 43:27SPEAKER_02: So that brings me to um how to file a complaint.
- 43:32SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 43:33SPEAKER_04: Okay, this is the stuff we want to hear.
- 43:35SPEAKER_02: Do you remember this this fine gentleman?
- 43:38SPEAKER_02: He's got he's facing some serious allegations right now.
- 43:42SPEAKER_06: Shh, state of Kansas versus Sean McHallman.
- 43:47SPEAKER_06: Comes now, the duty appointed district attorney of the 18th district, district K.
- 43:53SPEAKER_06: That's Johnson County, too, 18.
- 43:54SPEAKER_06: We're 18, right?
- 43:55SPEAKER_02: That's Wichita.
- 43:56SPEAKER_06: Oh no, that's Wichita.
- 43:57SPEAKER_06: I'm sorry, I think we're 10.
- 43:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 43:58SPEAKER_06: And for on beef.
- 44:00SPEAKER_06: Have the state gives the court understanding information like kind of say Sean P did unlawfully make, generate, distribute, and draw, or cause to be made, generate, distribute, or draw a written instruct, electronic data, or entry in a book of accounts to it.
- 44:18SPEAKER_06: Email request an LOP.
- 44:20SPEAKER_06: What's that, LOP?
- 44:22SPEAKER_02: Limited liability partnership.
- 44:25SPEAKER_06: Appointment with knowledge of such information falsely states or represents a semitar matter.
- 44:30SPEAKER_06: None of this makes any sense to me.
- 44:33SPEAKER_02: Look at the charge at the bottom.
- 44:37SPEAKER_06: Making false information.
- 44:39SPEAKER_06: Oh, this is the guy that um is this the guy that uh did not report the child abuse?
- 44:47SPEAKER_02: So the allegation is that he was a police officer in Wichita.
- 44:50SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 44:51SPEAKER_02: And that a a juvenile reported neglect and abuse to him and a DCF worker, that he then did something within their systems that prevented the investigation from going forward.
- 45:06SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 45:07SPEAKER_02: And that the DCF worker was like, what are we doing?
- 45:10SPEAKER_02: And he generated something false.
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: And so the uh Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department conducted a criminal investigation on a Wichita police department investigator.
- 45:28SPEAKER_06: I think I have something just like that on my little pocket.
- 45:31SPEAKER_02: Okay, so let's look at our cast of characters.
- 45:47SPEAKER_02: Okay, let's look at our uh cast of characters.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: We've got you hold up our our sheriff's deputy.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: And I'll hold up our patrol officer, okay?
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: Um I get that right.
- 46:08SPEAKER_02: No, I did not get that right.
- 46:19SPEAKER_02: All right, hold this one up.
- 46:25SPEAKER_02: So the McMahon case, the allegation is that a police officer, okay, took information from a child.
- 46:35SPEAKER_02: This information was uh substantiated or information worth substantiation for abuse and neglect, okay?
- 46:45SPEAKER_02: And a DCF worker heard it, followed up, and was like, what are we doing?
- 46:50SPEAKER_02: And the allegation is that the officer for the police department filed false information in order to make it go away.
- 46:59SPEAKER_02: The Sheriff's Department conducted a criminal investigation into the police department officer to determine if the police department officer committed the felony of making false information.
- 47:14SPEAKER_02: So, cannibalistic.
- 47:16SPEAKER_02: Law enforcement will eat their own.
- 47:19SPEAKER_06: So you're saying somebody reported to them saying they didn't do their job.
- 47:27SPEAKER_06: And so them went after them.
- 47:29SPEAKER_02: I'm just hypothesizing here, but I would imagine it was part of the family that was like, hey, our child reported abuse and neglect here.
- 47:37SPEAKER_02: What are you doing?
- 47:38SPEAKER_06: Or the the CDF, DCF?
- 47:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, or DCF, one or two of them, or the Sedgwick County prosecutor's office.
- 47:45SPEAKER_02: Uh it's unclear to me.
- 47:47SPEAKER_02: But either way, the Sheriff's Department, it could also have been the Wichita Police Department.
- 47:53SPEAKER_02: This person's partners could have been like, hey, something's wonky here.
- 47:57SPEAKER_02: Let's get an outside agency involved due to a conflict, and then the outside agency.
- 48:02SPEAKER_02: So a variety of sources could have resulted in the outside agency investigating this agency.
- 48:09SPEAKER_06: But and then Kansas went, and then the attorney general went after him.
- 48:13SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 48:13SPEAKER_06: Which is Chris.
- 48:16SPEAKER_06: Well, is it the state of Kansas?
- 48:18SPEAKER_06: That's not Attorney General.
- 48:19SPEAKER_06: Oh no, that is just this this the county.
- 48:21SPEAKER_02: The county prosecutors come after him.
- 48:23SPEAKER_06: Right, okay.
- 48:24SPEAKER_02: Now, let's bring you and your viewers to how to file a law enforcement affidavit that sticks.
- 48:34SPEAKER_06: Well, that was the ending of this episode, and I love what we learned today.
- 48:39SPEAKER_06: Run do a little rundown, Sean, of what you taught our viewers today.
- 48:45SPEAKER_02: Oh, so much fun stuff.
- 48:47SPEAKER_02: Uh my favorite part was us doing a deep dive on an indictment that was published two days ago.
- 48:55SPEAKER_06: Two days.
- 48:57SPEAKER_06: So, once again, Sean doesn't just tell you what he wants to hear, what y'all want to hear.
- 49:01SPEAKER_06: He brings evidence and then talks about it.
- 49:04SPEAKER_06: There's proof.
- 49:05SPEAKER_06: Evidence.
- 49:07SPEAKER_06: So, what are we gonna be talking about the next episode?
- 49:11SPEAKER_02: We want to inform your viewers on how to write like a cop.
- 49:18SPEAKER_02: Okay?
- 49:19SPEAKER_02: Your viewers right now, they are just word vomiting their story.
- 49:24SPEAKER_04: I've done this, I've done this, no one listens to me.
- 49:27SPEAKER_04: Just blah.
- 49:29SPEAKER_04: Is this fraud?
- 49:30SPEAKER_04: Is this right?
- 49:31SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 49:31SPEAKER_02: They're just blah blah blah.
- 49:33SPEAKER_02: And you know what?
- 49:34SPEAKER_02: That's that's not gonna get you where you need to go.
- 49:36SPEAKER_06: Correct.
- 49:38SPEAKER_02: So we need to teach your reviewers how to write like a cop so that a cop just copies and pastes their information into a probable cause affidavit.
- 49:50SPEAKER_06: So excited.
- 49:50SPEAKER_06: I'm so excited.
- 49:51SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 49:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 49:53SPEAKER_06: All right, we'll tune in next time.
- 49:54SPEAKER_06: I'm Meg with Stand with Meg, and thank you, Sean, for being here today.
- 49:58SPEAKER_06: Really appreciate you.
- 49:58SPEAKER_06: And what's your slogan?
- 50:00SPEAKER_02: There's less crime in criminal law than in family law.
- 50:03SPEAKER_06: Oh, you're best yet! All right, we'll see you next time.
- 50:07SPEAKER_06: Stand with Meg.
