- 0:00Speaker 1: Now from his breast into the eyes. The ache of
- 0:03Speaker 1: longing mounted, and he wept at last, his dear wife,
- 0:07Speaker 1: clear and faithful in his arms, longed for as the
- 0:11Speaker 1: sun warmed earth is longed for by a swimmer. There's
- 0:15Speaker 1: a blue rocking chair sitting in the sand, weathered by
- 0:19Speaker 1: the storms and well oiled hands. It sways back and
- 0:23Speaker 1: forth with the help of the winds, seems to always
- 0:27Speaker 1: be there, like an old trusted friend spent in rough
- 0:31Speaker 1: water where his ship went down under Poseidon's blows, gale
- 0:36Speaker 1: winds and tons of sea. Few men can keep alive
- 0:39Speaker 1: through a big surf, to crawl clotted with brine on
- 0:43Speaker 1: kindly beeches and joy enjoy knowing the abyss behind. And
- 0:49Speaker 1: so she too rejoiced, her gaze upon her husband, her
- 0:53Speaker 1: white arms round him, pressed as though forever. I've read
- 0:57Speaker 1: a lot of books, wrote a few songs, looked at
- 1:00Speaker 1: my life where it's going, where it's gone. I've seen
- 1:03Speaker 1: the world through a bus windshield, but nothing compares to
- 1:08Speaker 1: the way that I see it when I sit in
- 1:11Speaker 1: that old blue chair.
