Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Ghislaine Maxwell’s Whistleblower Silenced: Inside the BOP Cover-Up
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Yo, let your boy get something straight. The
- 0:07Speaker 1: person who blew the whistle on Glaye Maxwell's preferential treatment
- 0:11Speaker 1: is the one who got punished. That's what the Bureau
- 0:14Speaker 1: of Prisons and the Department of Justice thinks is the
- 0:17Speaker 1: correct movire. That's the hill they want to die on. Yo,
- 0:21Speaker 1: the audacity. It's almost impressive how shameless these people are.
- 0:25Speaker 1: They look as dead in the eye and tell us
- 0:27Speaker 1: the sky is orange, and when we say, hey, it's blue,
- 0:30Speaker 1: they threaten to fire us too. I guess it shouldn't
- 0:33Speaker 1: be shocking considering how many times they have flipped us
- 0:36Speaker 1: the middle finger when anyone starts asking real questions about
- 0:39Speaker 1: Maxwell's cushy relocation. But to take it a step further
- 0:43Speaker 1: and can the whistleblower, It just pours gasoline on an
- 0:47Speaker 1: already blazing cover up. Now they'll tell you that it
- 0:50Speaker 1: was procedure. They'll tell you that she violated policy by
- 0:53Speaker 1: speaking to the press. They'll trot out every bureaucratic excuse
- 0:57Speaker 1: in the book. But come on, we pay the fucking
- 1:00Speaker 1: We own these institutions. They don't own us. You and
- 1:04Speaker 1: me Joe down the street, killing himself for out a
- 1:06Speaker 1: job that he hates, just to keep the lights on,
- 1:08Speaker 1: the single mother working double shifts for pennies, while these
- 1:11Speaker 1: clowns protect a sex trafficking aristocrat like she's the Crown Jewels.
- 1:16Speaker 1: And then they have the gall to fire the one
- 1:17Speaker 1: woman trying to expose the filth. They really expect us
- 1:21Speaker 1: to nod along and say, thank you, sir, Can I
- 1:23Speaker 1: have another? I guess everything's fine as long as Glaine
- 1:27Speaker 1: gets her puppy and her yoga mats and whatever other
- 1:29Speaker 1: rich girl bullshit she's being coddled with in her club
- 1:32Speaker 1: fed spa resort. It's honestly insane that more people aren't
- 1:37Speaker 1: speaking up about this. This whole situation with Maxwell is
- 1:40Speaker 1: the ultimate fuck you to the public, and an even
- 1:43Speaker 1: bigger one to the survivors, the very people the government
- 1:46Speaker 1: pretends to fight for. Gawayne. Maxwell should not be receiving
- 1:50Speaker 1: preferential treatment, period. She should be rotting in concrete and steel,
- 1:54Speaker 1: not prancing around like she's at some wellness retreat. And
- 1:58Speaker 1: the person who blew the whistle shouln't be ge and fired.
- 2:00Speaker 1: She should get a medal. And yet here we are
- 2:04Speaker 1: watching the cover up expand like mold and a damp basement,
- 2:07Speaker 1: spreading across the system in real time while those in
- 2:11Speaker 1: power stare at us blankly and pretend we're imagining it.
- 2:14Speaker 1: How much more obvious can it get? If the firing
- 2:17Speaker 1: of a whistleblower over the protection of a convicted child
- 2:20Speaker 1: abusing trafficker doesn't move the needle, what will? Does Maxwell
- 2:24Speaker 1: need a fucking heated pool installed before people finally snap awake?
- 2:28Speaker 1: And unfortunately for them, I answer the people, their tired,
- 2:32Speaker 1: pathetic narrative isn't gonna fly. It's not gonna work on me,
- 2:35Speaker 1: and it's sure as hell isn't gonna work on anyone
- 2:37Speaker 1: who's paying attention. So once again I'll ask the question,
- 2:41Speaker 1: why was Glenn Maxwell moved? Who came up with the idea,
- 2:45Speaker 1: who signed the paperwork, who gave the order? Until those
- 2:48Speaker 1: questions are answered honestly, transparently, publicly, they can take their
- 2:53Speaker 1: scripted excuses, their pr bullshit, their corporate lawyers spin and
- 2:57Speaker 1: shove it right back into whatever dark hole they drag
- 3:00Speaker 1: that out of. Today's article was published by the Deli Mail,
- 3:03Speaker 1: and the headline nurses fired after revealing Glenn Maxwell's VIP
- 3:07Speaker 1: treatment at comfortable new federal prison where she has access
- 3:11Speaker 1: to puppies. I wouldn't give Glenn Maxwell access to my socks,
- 3:15Speaker 1: never mind a puppy. This article was authored by Will Potter,
- 3:20Speaker 1: a whistleblower who alleged convicted sex trafficker Glenn Maxwell received
- 3:24Speaker 1: VIP treatment at a new prison camp has been booted
- 3:27Speaker 1: from the job. Noela Turnage, a nurse who worked at
- 3:31Speaker 1: federal prison Camp Bryan, revealed that she was fired from
- 3:34Speaker 1: the Texas Penitentiary after coming forward to the House Judiciary
- 3:38Speaker 1: Committee with details of Maxwell's life behind bars. Maybe somebody
- 3:43Speaker 1: should set up a GoFundMe for this lady, because this
- 3:46Speaker 1: is bullshit. You get fired for trying to tell the
- 3:50Speaker 1: truth about a child molester. Maxwell sixty three, was moved
- 3:54Speaker 1: to the minimum security prison in August, soon after she
- 3:58Speaker 1: held two meetings with Donald Trump's reput US Attorney General
- 4:01Speaker 1: Todd Baby Billy Blanche to offer details of her crimes.
- 4:05Speaker 1: With Jeffrey Epstein, she said she didn't commit any crimes.
- 4:08Speaker 1: She didn't offer up anything, so there is no reason
- 4:11Speaker 1: that she should have been moved. You get moved if
- 4:13Speaker 1: you give actionable intelligence, right, Well, that didn't work out,
- 4:17Speaker 1: did it? Now? I'm sure they're going to go back
- 4:19Speaker 1: to Maxwell and try and get some of that intelligence
- 4:21Speaker 1: on the people that they're going after now. But like
- 4:24Speaker 1: I pointed out earlier, I don't know if that's going
- 4:26Speaker 1: to fly in the court. They better be very, very
- 4:29Speaker 1: careful how they're treading right now. Turnich wrote a letter
- 4:34Speaker 1: to the committee alleging that Maxwell was being weighted on
- 4:36Speaker 1: hand and foot in her new facility, including receiving customized
- 4:40Speaker 1: and prepared meals delivered right to her cell. Imagine that
- 4:46Speaker 1: being a prisoner in a federal jail, federal prison and
- 4:50Speaker 1: you're getting custom made food deliveries to your cell like
- 4:54Speaker 1: it's fucking door dash. Yeah, she's really being punished on.
- 4:57Speaker 1: She's really feeling the fury of the American guvern And
- 5:01Speaker 1: the crazy part is, take a look at what happened
- 5:04Speaker 1: to somebody like Kleif Browner, who didn't have any money,
- 5:07Speaker 1: didn't have any friends, didn't even get to see a
- 5:09Speaker 1: judge while he was in Rikers for what two years
- 5:12Speaker 1: or something like that. But Layne Maxwell over here, she
- 5:15Speaker 1: is living the life of fucking Riley. And by the way,
- 5:17Speaker 1: does anyone know who Riley even is? I always wonder
- 5:20Speaker 1: with that statement, who the fuck is Riley and how
- 5:22Speaker 1: they get that great life? But I guess that's neither
- 5:25Speaker 1: here nor there. Because Glanne Maxwell is certainly living her
- 5:28Speaker 1: best life behind bars. How does it get much better
- 5:31Speaker 1: than this? It doesn't. And if you think this is
- 5:34Speaker 1: where she belongs after what she is guilty of, not alleged,
- 5:37Speaker 1: not maybe not mt of, but guilty of, then you're
- 5:41Speaker 1: a degenerate too. Maxwell is also allowed to use recreation
- 5:48Speaker 1: areas after hours, and her visitors are given a special
- 5:51Speaker 1: cordoned off area and snacks and refreshments. House Democrats said
- 5:54Speaker 1: they were told Turnage, who was initially anonymous but has
- 5:58Speaker 1: since been identified as a whistleblower, also said Maxwell was
- 6:02Speaker 1: allowed to play with a puppy in her cell, even
- 6:04Speaker 1: though neither inmates nor staff are ordinarily allowed to pet
- 6:09Speaker 1: service dogs in training. Like what, And here's a very
- 6:13Speaker 1: simple question for people who think this is okay? What
- 6:17Speaker 1: makes it okay for Glenn Maxwell to get these perks
- 6:20Speaker 1: that nobody else is getting. Now, if this was property wide,
- 6:24Speaker 1: facility wide, and everybody else was getting hooked up, okay,
- 6:28Speaker 1: that's the way the facility goes, I guess. But Why
- 6:31Speaker 1: is Maxwell specifically getting all these handouts? The nurse said
- 6:36Speaker 1: that she was dismayed to see the lenient conditions Maxwell enjoys,
- 6:40Speaker 1: despite sex offenders typically being barred from being moved to
- 6:43Speaker 1: a minimum security facility. And they haven't answered that yet either.
- 6:47Speaker 1: They refuse to answer it. Oh, it was for safety purposes. Bullshit,
- 6:51Speaker 1: bull frickin' shit. I don't buy it for a minute,
- 6:54Speaker 1: and I don't think anybody else does either. Let us
- 6:57Speaker 1: see a full report of all the safety issues she
- 7:00Speaker 1: was dealing with. Oh they won't do that either, will
- 7:02Speaker 1: they the most transparent administration and history? Oh you want
- 7:08Speaker 1: them Trump files. Best I can do is Amelia Earhart.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Although Epstein continues to cause a firestorm in Washington, Turnage
- 7:17Speaker 1: said she was not motivated by politics and told NBC
- 7:20Speaker 1: News her decision to come forward was about common human
- 7:23Speaker 1: decency and doing what's right for all the inmates. Nobody
- 7:27Speaker 1: should get special treatment, nobody, especially Glenn Maxwell. If you're
- 7:31Speaker 1: gonna give somebody special treatment, make it somebody that you
- 7:34Speaker 1: know may be cheated on their taxes something like that. Okay,
- 7:38Speaker 1: I can stomach that. Right. Still not great, but at
- 7:40Speaker 1: least they weren't abusing children. I mean, are you guys
- 7:43Speaker 1: kidding me? Right now? Is this even a conversation? How
- 7:46Speaker 1: is this even the real world. I honestly feel like
- 7:48Speaker 1: I'm suffering from some kind of traumatic brain injury because
- 7:52Speaker 1: this can't even be real. Turnage said that she decided
- 7:56Speaker 1: to come forward because she was upset to see the
- 7:58Speaker 1: disparity and how ex was treated compared to other inmates.
- 8:03Speaker 1: She felt that when even one inmate is wrongly retaliated
- 8:06Speaker 1: against an influence gets another one protected, somebody had to
- 8:10Speaker 1: say something. Well, God forbid, somebody talks out a line,
- 8:13Speaker 1: God forbids, somebody rats on the institution, right, got to
- 8:17Speaker 1: circle the wagons. That's the kind of mentality these people have.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Turnage said that she feels failed by the institution and
- 8:27Speaker 1: was fired for her role at the penitentiary on November tenth.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Her firing came a day after Democrat Jamie Raskin wrote
- 8:34Speaker 1: a letter to the White House saying the White House
- 8:36Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee, of which he is the ranking member, detailing
- 8:40Speaker 1: the whistleblower's allegations. Yeah, well, maybe mister Raskin should reevaluate
- 8:46Speaker 1: his life because this man got up there and shamelessly
- 8:50Speaker 1: defended Stacy Plaskett from being censored. And look, if you
- 8:54Speaker 1: want to look at Stacy Plaskett and say, oh, it
- 8:56Speaker 1: was a mistake. She was talking to her constituent. Fine,
- 9:00Speaker 1: you're wrong, because it's much deeper than that. Her and
- 9:03Speaker 1: Epstein were in emails together. Epstein donated a ton of
- 9:07Speaker 1: money to her, She worked out a law firm that
- 9:09Speaker 1: Epstein used previously. It goes a lot deeper, Okay. And
- 9:13Speaker 1: for Jamie Raskin to get up there and talk his
- 9:15Speaker 1: shit the way he did, bro just shot himself directly
- 9:18Speaker 1: in the foot when it comes to credibility. And this
- 9:21Speaker 1: is the kind of shit that people are going to
- 9:22Speaker 1: use to say that this is nothing more than a
- 9:24Speaker 1: partisan issue. It has to be everybody, including people like
- 9:29Speaker 1: Stacy Plaskett, because her and the whole entire USVII government
- 9:33Speaker 1: at the time, they were all enabling Jeffrey Epstein in
- 9:37Speaker 1: my opinion. Raskin said that the committee also received email
- 9:43Speaker 1: correspondence Maxwell sent in her first months at FPC Brian,
- 9:48Speaker 1: in which the convicted sex trafficker said she was much
- 9:50Speaker 1: happier than she was when she was housed at low
- 9:53Speaker 1: security Facility FCI Tallahassee or where she was able to
- 9:57Speaker 1: have a field day, where she was able to go
- 10:00Speaker 1: into all these different programs. And they're talking like Tallahassees,
- 10:04Speaker 1: like this big shithole. It's not. And the people that
- 10:07Speaker 1: are saying that are people that are obviously trying to
- 10:10Speaker 1: run some kind of interference or carry water. For Glenn Maxwell.
- 10:15Speaker 1: The institution is run in an orderly fashion, which makes
- 10:18Speaker 1: it for a safer, more comfortable environment for all people concerned,
- 10:22Speaker 1: in mates and guards alike. Maxwell wrote in one email,
- 10:25Speaker 1: She wrote that the staff were more polite at her
- 10:27Speaker 1: new facility and the food was better, and said her
- 10:30Speaker 1: situation has improved by her move to Texas. Well. Isn't
- 10:34Speaker 1: that nice as long as Glene Maxwell's getting taken care of?
- 10:37Speaker 1: Who cares about anything else? Write President Trump? Write Billy
- 10:41Speaker 1: Blanche right PAMBONDI write Cash Betel. The kitchen looks clean too,
- 10:48Speaker 1: no possums falling from the ceiling to fry unfortunately on
- 10:51Speaker 1: ovens and become mingled with the food being served. Maxwell
- 10:55Speaker 1: said of her last prison, I feel like I have
- 10:57Speaker 1: dropped through Alice in Wonderland's looking glass. I'm much happier
- 11:01Speaker 1: here and more importantly safe. Oh you were safe in
- 11:04Speaker 1: the other facility to shut up. God, I'm so tired
- 11:07Speaker 1: of the whole Glene Maxwell bullshit, and I'm certainly tired
- 11:10Speaker 1: of everybody that's involved in cutting this lady a brake.
- 11:14Speaker 1: She had her trial, she had her chance to defend herself,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and a jerry of her peers found her guilty. That's it.
- 11:20Speaker 1: No more discussion, especially after every single appeals court in
- 11:24Speaker 1: the land, including the Supreme Court, have told her to
- 11:27Speaker 1: kick rocks. So why are we having this discussion still?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Who's protecting her and why? And considering what we're seeing here,
- 11:34Speaker 1: I think that answer is relatively obvious. The Judiciary Committee
- 11:39Speaker 1: also said that it was told Maxwell has been allowed
- 11:41Speaker 1: to shower late at night when other inmates are in bed,
- 11:44Speaker 1: and the inmates were allegedly threatened with retaliation if they
- 11:47Speaker 1: speak about Maxwell with the media. Maxwell has been serving
- 11:51Speaker 1: her sentence alongside other famous inmates, including Real Housewives star
- 11:56Speaker 1: Jen Shaw and biotech fraudster Elizabeth Holmes, while reportedly working
- 12:01Speaker 1: on commutation application to the White House. Leasaffian, an attorney
- 12:06Speaker 1: for Maxwell, told NBC that Turnage was fired from FPC
- 12:10Speaker 1: Brian because Maxwell's emails were shared, so she was fired
- 12:14Speaker 1: because policy wasn't followed. Imagine that shit. Huh. The hypocrisy
- 12:18Speaker 1: is almost too much to bear. If that's the case
- 12:21Speaker 1: and people are getting fired for not following policy, then
- 12:24Speaker 1: whoever moved Maxwell should be fired right this second, right,
- 12:27Speaker 1: because that's certainly not policy. The attorney said staff were
- 12:31Speaker 1: terminated for improper unauthorized access to the email system used
- 12:36Speaker 1: by the federal Bureau of Prisons to allow inmates to
- 12:38Speaker 1: communicate with the outside world. The Bureau of Prisons did
- 12:42Speaker 1: not immediately respond to a request for a comment from
- 12:45Speaker 1: The Daily Mail. Of course not they're going to They're
- 12:48Speaker 1: not gonna say shit. A spokesperson for House Judiciary Democrats
- 12:52Speaker 1: said it was dismayed at Turnage being fired, and said
- 12:55Speaker 1: it would continue to support government employees who come forward
- 12:58Speaker 1: with allegations. Well, what about protecting her. You're the oversight committee.
- 13:03Speaker 1: The BOP doesn't have the final say. You guys have oversight,
- 13:07Speaker 1: so you guys better figure this out. Trump's Bureau of
- 13:11Speaker 1: Prisons appears to have wrongfully fired an individual for blowing
- 13:14Speaker 1: the whistle to Congress on the pampering of convicted child
- 13:18Speaker 1: sex trafficker Glain Maxwell. The spokesperson said retaliating against whistleblowers
- 13:24Speaker 1: is a violation of federal law one thousand percent it is.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So if they can prove that that's what happened, then
- 13:30Speaker 1: they need to go for it. Because if she was
- 13:32Speaker 1: fired in retaliation for letting the rest of us know
- 13:36Speaker 1: about the treatment Maxwell is getting, then this lady is
- 13:39Speaker 1: a hero, because we all deserve to know. If Glenn
- 13:43Speaker 1: Maxwell is being treated in a different manner than anyone
- 13:46Speaker 1: else at the facility, we should know. And that goes
- 13:49Speaker 1: both ways. If she was thrown in some hole and
- 13:52Speaker 1: being treated absolutely horrendously, I would speak out about that too,
- 13:56Speaker 1: because that's not right either. All I've ever asked for
- 13:59Speaker 1: is real justice here, a real trial, robust investigation, the
- 14:04Speaker 1: whole thing. And yet at every turn we keep dealing
- 14:08Speaker 1: with bullshit like this. But look, let them keep retending
- 14:11Speaker 1: that firing whistleblowers is some kinds of noble service to
- 14:14Speaker 1: the republic. Let them keep spinning this fairy tale about
- 14:17Speaker 1: protocol and procedure as if we were all born yesterday.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Every time they pull this garbage, they rip another layer
- 14:24Speaker 1: off the bullshit veneer they've been hiding behind. They want silence,
- 14:27Speaker 1: they want compliance, They want us to sit down and
- 14:30Speaker 1: shut up while they rewrite reality in real time. But
- 14:34Speaker 1: I don't think that's gonna happen, not anymore, not with Maxwell,
- 14:37Speaker 1: not with Epstein, not with the banks, not with the media,
- 14:40Speaker 1: not with the DOJ, and definitely not with the GOP
- 14:43Speaker 1: clowns who think they can bully the truth into disappearing.
- 14:46Speaker 1: So if they're thinking that this story dies because they
- 14:49Speaker 1: fired one woman with a conscience, they're out of their minds.
- 14:52Speaker 1: It only adds fuel. It only confirms that they're terrified
- 14:55Speaker 1: of sunlight, and sunlight is coming, whether they like it
- 14:58Speaker 1: or not. Questions they're not going away. They're getting louder, sharper,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and harder to dodge. Why was Maxwell moved? Who authorized it,
- 15:08Speaker 1: who signed the order? They can either answer or get
- 15:12Speaker 1: swallowed by the consequences of refusing. All of the information
- 15:17Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 15:20Speaker 1: description box.
