- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot takes, cold facts, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and let's recap rogue style.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Hattie everybody. It is Tuesday, the last day of March,
- 0:17Speaker 2: March thirty first, and I am Linda McLaughlin. This is
- 0:20Speaker 2: the Rogue Recap. We are going to have some fun tonight.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I have decided that today's show is going to be
- 0:28Speaker 2: about a topic inspired by Governor Ron De Santas today.
- 0:32Speaker 2: It's been something that I've wanted to do for a
- 0:34Speaker 2: while and I was like, you know what, I'm going
- 0:36Speaker 2: to do this today because he really made me so happy.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Today he is calling a judge in Florida to the
- 0:44Speaker 2: carpet for her bullshit ruling following the murder of a
- 0:49Speaker 2: child that was a victim of a violent criminal. And
- 0:54Speaker 2: I just think that today is the day to talk
- 0:56Speaker 2: about rogue judges. Not just lawfair the bench, not just
- 1:01Speaker 2: people who abuse their power. We're going to talk about
- 1:04Speaker 2: that too, but truly people that should be held in contempt,
- 1:10Speaker 2: held complicit, held as accomplices, people that should be called
- 1:14Speaker 2: on the carpet for their aiding and a bedding of
- 1:18Speaker 2: criminals whom they should have locked up and instead released
- 1:23Speaker 2: for some of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I mean, this whole thing of he seemed like he
- 1:28Speaker 2: was sorry. I'm like, I'm so sorry. Did you watch
- 1:31Speaker 2: the video of this man? Did you watch the video
- 1:34Speaker 2: of this woman? What they did to their victim. They're
- 1:37Speaker 2: very innocent victim, a victim that had nothing to do
- 1:42Speaker 2: except live their life until they were murdered by the
- 1:45Speaker 2: person you are currently giving a very lenient sentence to.
- 1:49Speaker 2: So I thought we'd have some fun and name these
- 1:53Speaker 2: assholes one by one and kind of go through who
- 1:56Speaker 2: they released and what their reasons were for releasing them,
- 2:00Speaker 2: and then what you guys think should happen to them,
- 2:01Speaker 2: because I know I think they should all be locked up.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I think they should be in the cell with the
- 2:05Speaker 2: person that they think is doing well and rehabilitating. Because
- 2:08Speaker 2: if you think they're doing so well, it's clearly because
- 2:12Speaker 2: you're in their life now and you're ruling upon them.
- 2:14Speaker 2: So maybe you should spend a little bit more time
- 2:16Speaker 2: with them, maybe some of that up close and personal
- 2:18Speaker 2: time that you get into jail cell with somebody, and
- 2:21Speaker 2: perhaps then you'll really see how rehabilitated. They truly are,
- 2:25Speaker 2: because these people are nuts. So we'll start with today.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Governor DeSantis today signed a new law banning judges from
- 2:34Speaker 2: releasing serious criminals into the community while they await sentencing. So,
- 2:40Speaker 2: if you don't know, that's when a lot of these
- 2:42Speaker 2: repeat offenders are able to kill or maim, or rape
- 2:45Speaker 2: or do whatever one more time. So in the last
- 2:48Speaker 2: few cases we've heard, you know, especially the very famous one,
- 2:51Speaker 2: whether we're talking about Irina Karutzka or we're talking about
- 2:54Speaker 2: Stephanie Minter, or we're talking about Sheridan Gorman. You know,
- 2:59Speaker 2: these are like the last three big cases, they were
- 3:01Speaker 2: all by repeat offenders who have been arrested and released
- 3:06Speaker 2: upwards of twenty to thirty times. So the idea becomes
- 3:12Speaker 2: when you have a repeat offender in front of you, Right,
- 3:14Speaker 2: I've always heard of this and I believe it to
- 3:17Speaker 2: be true, and I'm sure there's some psychologists out there
- 3:20Speaker 2: that would back me up on this. But if you
- 3:23Speaker 2: were a person who has murdered someone or raped someone,
- 3:27Speaker 2: you probably started out giving the signs to those around
- 3:31Speaker 2: you pretty early on. You know, you were the kind
- 3:32Speaker 2: of guy that was knocking squirrels and birds out of trees,
- 3:36Speaker 2: you were stabbing animals, you were hurting other kids when
- 3:40Speaker 2: you were little, you know, and you found joy in it. Right,
- 3:44Speaker 2: those are the kids you got to keep an eye on, right,
- 3:46Speaker 2: because they got to screw loose. Something's a little off
- 3:48Speaker 2: and if you don't catch that shit early, there's just
- 3:51Speaker 2: no way, right we're going to We're not bringing this
- 3:53Speaker 2: guy back to the other side. Ron DeSantis today made
- 3:57Speaker 2: a great point and he said, listen, I love this.
- 3:59Speaker 2: You know, we are going to ban the ability to
- 4:03Speaker 2: release criminals while they are awaiting they're sentencing, so that
- 4:07Speaker 2: in between time where they're like, oh, I got one
- 4:10Speaker 2: more shot here where they hurt somebody who literally is
- 4:13Speaker 2: doing nothing but live in their life. Now, that takes
- 4:16Speaker 2: it off the table. So they're calling it Missy's Law
- 4:19Speaker 2: in Florida. It's named after a five year old girl
- 4:22Speaker 2: who was killed by a criminal while he was awaiting
- 4:25Speaker 2: sentencing for another crime. And because the judge released him,
- 4:30Speaker 2: he was able to do this to this five year
- 4:32Speaker 2: old little girl. So Desanta said the following he said,
- 4:35Speaker 2: she's got this stepfather. He's a big time scumbag. He
- 4:38Speaker 2: was convicted. First of all, he was abusing the five
- 4:42Speaker 2: year old, okay, and then he was convicted because he
- 4:46Speaker 2: tried to meet a fifteen year old for sex. So
- 4:49Speaker 2: prosecutor said, judge, this is a dangerous individual. You need
- 4:53Speaker 2: to revoke the bail. Please revoke the bail. She refused
- 4:56Speaker 2: to do that. She put him out on bail pending sentencing.
- 5:00Speaker 2: And what happened between the that decision and the time
- 5:03Speaker 2: he was sentenced, he murdered the five year old. And
- 5:05Speaker 2: in Dessanta's's words, it is a preventable and a miscarriage
- 5:10Speaker 2: of justice and a dereliction of judicial duty. I completely agree.
- 5:14Speaker 2: What this bill does is it makes sure that these
- 5:17Speaker 2: types of offenses, sexual and otherwise would not happen, you know,
- 5:21Speaker 2: because a judge is going to remand that convict or,
- 5:24Speaker 2: that defendant, you know, to custody, but he wants them
- 5:27Speaker 2: to take it one step further. He's like, you know
- 5:29Speaker 2: what if you think that you have the right to
- 5:34Speaker 2: put existing victims and the general public at the mercy
- 5:41Speaker 2: of a known criminal. Right, this is somebody who is
- 5:45Speaker 2: a pedophile. He is sexually and physically abusing a five
- 5:48Speaker 2: year old. He is trying to have sex with minors.
- 5:51Speaker 2: He is trying to abuse miners, and this female judge
- 5:55Speaker 2: always kills me when it's the women, right, These women
- 5:57Speaker 2: drive me nuts. Where is your eternal instinct? You don't
- 6:00Speaker 2: want to protect kids at all? Really? But this woman says, Nah,
- 6:05Speaker 2: he's good. We'll put him out on bail and then
- 6:07Speaker 2: we'll figure it out when he comes back. Why how
- 6:09Speaker 2: does that help anybody? Like, do you have a family
- 6:12Speaker 2: member that you would like to see suffer at the
- 6:14Speaker 2: hands of this criminal because you made this decision. That's
- 6:17Speaker 2: the perspective that you have to take when you're making
- 6:19Speaker 2: these decisions, or at least you should right in any event,
- 6:22Speaker 2: Here's a quick clip. This is Governor Ron desanti is
- 6:25Speaker 2: talking about what he thinks should really be happening now
- 6:28Speaker 2: that they've passed Missy's law.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I appreciate the legislature for passing this, but I will
- 6:35Speaker 3: just say to my friends in the Florida House of Representatives,
- 6:40Speaker 3: I don't think what you've done is enough. You have
- 6:43Speaker 3: the power, and you have sufficient numbers in your chamber
- 6:47Speaker 3: to impeach this judge, Tiffany Baker. Until you start holding
- 6:54Speaker 3: these judges accountable, they are going to continue to find
- 6:58Speaker 3: ways to benefit the criminal. Element. This was an outrage.
- 7:03Speaker 3: This was such an easy call to make sure that
- 7:06Speaker 3: this guy was put behind bars, and this judge refused
- 7:10Speaker 3: to do it, knowing the risks, and the result has
- 7:13Speaker 3: obviously been a tragedy. So Florida constitution vests the House
- 7:18Speaker 3: of Representatives with the ability to bring an impeachment against
- 7:22Speaker 3: a circuit judge with two thirds majority. You know, last
- 7:25Speaker 3: time I checked, we've got way more than two thirds
- 7:28Speaker 3: of Republicans. Honestly, I think some Democrats would vote to
- 7:31Speaker 3: impeach given what happened in this case.
- 7:35Speaker 2: What an incredible statement. These are the things that Governor
- 7:39Speaker 2: DeSantis does that I really like. There's a lot of
- 7:41Speaker 2: things that he does that I like. And I think
- 7:45Speaker 2: him pointing out the fact that we've got this rogue
- 7:47Speaker 2: judge and she's decided that she's going to allow a perpetrator,
- 7:56Speaker 2: somebody that hurts kids back onto the street. Why not
- 8:00Speaker 2: him up? Why not? Why would you let him go free?
- 8:05Speaker 2: I'm just I always wonder, like, what is the thought
- 8:07Speaker 2: process behind this? Like what did this judge think when
- 8:12Speaker 2: she had this guy in front of her and he's
- 8:14Speaker 2: trying to rape a fifteen year old and he's already
- 8:16Speaker 2: sexually abused a five year old, where she's like, yeah,
- 8:19Speaker 2: he'll be all right, we'll put him back out. Why
- 8:22Speaker 2: if you've reached the status of being a judge for
- 8:25Speaker 2: the most part, there should be some level of education, right,
- 8:29Speaker 2: There should be some part of your educational process where
- 8:34Speaker 2: you learned. Hmmm, maybe it's not a good idea to
- 8:37Speaker 2: put criminals back on the street. I don't know. This
- 8:41Speaker 2: is the stuff that keeps me up at night and
- 8:42Speaker 2: drives me crazy. So let's move on to the next
- 8:46Speaker 2: asshole judge. Oh, this is a good one. So for
- 8:49Speaker 2: those of you following the story, I know a lot
- 8:51Speaker 2: of you are, there is a teacher in Ireland and
- 8:55Speaker 2: he refused to use the words they them to address
- 9:00Speaker 2: a boy in his school. So, for those of you
- 9:04Speaker 2: who don't know, Ireland is currently under socialist tyranny. They
- 9:10Speaker 2: have an entire leadership administration that is one hundred percent socialist.
- 9:19Speaker 2: And the story of Enoch Burke has been in the
- 9:23Speaker 2: news for quite a while because of the fact that
- 9:27Speaker 2: he was standing his ground. He was like, listen, you know,
- 9:29Speaker 2: I am I am a proud Catholic, I am a
- 9:32Speaker 2: practicing Catholic. I do not believe in they them, this
- 9:35Speaker 2: is against my religion. I'm here to teach. I'm not
- 9:38Speaker 2: here to you know, play games in your identity crisis
- 9:42Speaker 2: that has probably been forced upon you by your woke
- 9:44Speaker 2: as a joke, stupid ass parents who should let you
- 9:46Speaker 2: be a kid, right, But instead a lot of these people,
- 9:48Speaker 2: you know, they put their agendas on their kids and
- 9:51Speaker 2: then they let their kids sort of assume this identity
- 9:54Speaker 2: because it gives them something to do with their lives, right,
- 9:57Speaker 2: because they're probably feckless and useless and a the other things.
- 10:00Speaker 2: But Catherine Connelly is the tenth. She's the current President
- 10:04Speaker 2: of Ireland. And while she says she is an independent politician,
- 10:09Speaker 2: anybody that you talk to will tell you that she
- 10:13Speaker 2: is a psychotic lunatic and she actually is a psychologist.
- 10:17Speaker 2: She is a barrister and a psychologist, and she's all
- 10:21Speaker 2: about these socialist policies. So this man has been in
- 10:27Speaker 2: jail with hardened criminals because he won't use the day
- 10:32Speaker 2: then pronouns. So because he wouldn't do that, he has
- 10:36Speaker 2: spent he's already spent six hundred days in prison. Now,
- 10:42Speaker 2: remember that while we have rapists and murderers that are
- 10:48Speaker 2: migrants from Third world countries landing on the shores of
- 10:52Speaker 2: Ireland and raping Ireland's children on a daily basis. I mean,
- 10:56Speaker 2: we have entire hotels being turned into hostile in Ireland
- 11:01Speaker 2: right now, and they bring these migrants and then they
- 11:04Speaker 2: go and they roam these little towns that used to
- 11:07Speaker 2: be just all Irish people live in their lives, and
- 11:09Speaker 2: now they're filled with people from you know, Haiti and
- 11:12Speaker 2: Africa and the Middle East, and they just come over
- 11:15Speaker 2: and they rape the kids, they rape the women, and
- 11:18Speaker 2: you know what is the Irish you know, government doing
- 11:21Speaker 2: absolutely nothing except silencing and jailing people like Enoch Burke.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Now his mother and his sister attempted to go and
- 11:32Speaker 2: see Enoch because they're worried about him. I could completely
- 11:36Speaker 2: understand that. And mind you, this has been going on,
- 11:39Speaker 2: okay since twenty twenty two when he was first removed
- 11:44Speaker 2: from his teaching post. So this is something that's been
- 11:46Speaker 2: going on for a very very long time. And you
- 11:49Speaker 2: would think there would be some kind of support from
- 11:52Speaker 2: the church in Ireland, like, yeah, it's okay, he's a Catholic,
- 11:55Speaker 2: just you know, let him go teach to Catholic school then,
- 11:57Speaker 2: you know, But instead they've got this situation where they're
- 12:01Speaker 2: standing with the government. They're not getting involved. So the
- 12:04Speaker 2: sister Martina and Ami Burke go to see their family member,
- 12:09Speaker 2: right their brother and their son, and the judge throws
- 12:13Speaker 2: them in jail because she didn't The judge didn't want
- 12:17Speaker 2: her to go see her son, didn't want him to
- 12:20Speaker 2: have any visitors. What. So, I'm like, let me get
- 12:25Speaker 2: this straight. You have children stuck in a classroom being
- 12:29Speaker 2: taught this perverted, disgusting way of life, this mutilation of
- 12:34Speaker 2: their bodies. You want them to think that's normal. Some
- 12:37Speaker 2: trans kid comes in, We've got to all bend over
- 12:40Speaker 2: for him because he can't figure out who the hell
- 12:42Speaker 2: he is. That's a hymn problem. I don't have to
- 12:45Speaker 2: subscribe to your crazy. You want to be a them,
- 12:49Speaker 2: knock yourself out. You're eighteen, you want to be a
- 12:52Speaker 2: ay them? Go live your life. But just because you
- 12:55Speaker 2: call yourself avay them. If you're a boy, you're a boy.
- 12:59Speaker 2: It's a very easy test. I can look between your legs,
- 13:03Speaker 2: I can tell which side of the aisle you belong on.
- 13:05Speaker 2: That's where I live. I live in science. I live
- 13:08Speaker 2: in biology. You want to pretend you're something else go
- 13:12Speaker 2: for it. But this guy's sitting in jail for over
- 13:15Speaker 2: six hundred days, and then the judge has the audacity
- 13:19Speaker 2: to lock up his mother and his sister for two
- 13:22Speaker 2: weeks at a women's prison because they won't be quiet,
- 13:26Speaker 2: because they keep speaking out for their son and their brother.
- 13:29Speaker 2: So now he's in jail because he's not a liberal lunatic,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and his mom and sister are in jail because they
- 13:35Speaker 2: refuse to not defend him. Put yourself in that position.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Would you let your family member ride away in prison
- 13:43Speaker 2: to preserve yourself? Of course you wouldn't. You would stand
- 13:46Speaker 2: up for your family member. I don't know what is
- 13:49Speaker 2: going on with these countries. I don't know why Ireland,
- 13:53Speaker 2: Why England, Why Italy, why Spain? You guys have lost
- 13:59Speaker 2: your mind. This is not going to end well. These
- 14:02Speaker 2: are not people that are coming to your countries because
- 14:04Speaker 2: they want to assimilate. They're not bringing amazing culinary wiles
- 14:10Speaker 2: that you'll use in your restaurants, or fantastic manufacturing ideas
- 14:15Speaker 2: or skill sets that will take your economy to the
- 14:18Speaker 2: next level. They have no skill sets, no money, no education.
- 14:23Speaker 2: They are there to divide and to conquer and in
- 14:26Speaker 2: the process. If your women and children are raped and murdered,
- 14:29Speaker 2: so be it. And the judges are allowing it, the
- 14:32Speaker 2: government is allowing it. What are these people supposed to do?
- 14:36Speaker 2: This is their home. I just I don't know. It.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Honestly baffles me to no end when I hear people
- 14:44Speaker 2: say that we have to be kinder and be more accepting.
- 14:47Speaker 2: I'm not interested in being kind or accepting of anybody
- 14:50Speaker 2: unless you've earned it. If you come to a country
- 14:53Speaker 2: and you work hard, and you do it legally and
- 14:56Speaker 2: all the things, that's awesome. I got nothing against you.
- 14:59Speaker 2: But if you come to country you live off of welfare,
- 15:02Speaker 2: you rape, you rob, you murder, you commit crimes on
- 15:05Speaker 2: a daily basis, Yeah, I got a problem with that.
- 15:08Speaker 2: And the idea that the governor the government is calling
- 15:11Speaker 2: out the people who make you aware of the crimes
- 15:13Speaker 2: being committed just shows how ass backwards they are. All right,
- 15:17Speaker 2: Judge number three, this guy's a real piece of work. Now.
- 15:20Speaker 2: This story just came out March twenty ninth. I saw
- 15:23Speaker 2: it a few days ago, and it's funny because I
- 15:25Speaker 2: saw it and I kind of moved on. But it's
- 15:26Speaker 2: actually picking up steam because obviously this guy So this
- 15:30Speaker 2: is a Harris County judge in Texas. His name is
- 15:34Speaker 2: Judge Nathan J. Million, and he's of the two hundred
- 15:38Speaker 2: and fifteenth Civil Court. Now, and what you're about to
- 15:42Speaker 2: hear it looks like he had to get on maybe
- 15:45Speaker 2: a zoom or something for one of his cases and
- 15:48Speaker 2: the audio wasn't working. So they call in the guy
- 15:51Speaker 2: from technical support and he's asking him, you know, how
- 15:55Speaker 2: to fix it or whatever. So the guy is like,
- 15:56Speaker 2: you know, trying to be nice and respectful because he's
- 15:59Speaker 2: in the courtroom, and he's like, okay, just one second,
- 16:01Speaker 2: let me hop in here. And the judge is kind
- 16:03Speaker 2: of just like dismissive and like, you know, kind of pricky,
- 16:07Speaker 2: and then he sits back down and the the it
- 16:09Speaker 2: guy very like jokingly goes, oh, I guess it was
- 16:12Speaker 2: all okay after all, And this guy freaks. He's so mad.
- 16:15Speaker 2: He goes, no, it wasn't okay. It wasn't okay after all.
- 16:17Speaker 2: So I'll let you listen to it and then we'll
- 16:19Speaker 2: talk a little bit more. On the other side. You
- 16:22Speaker 2: don't and you're just joined from the audio here, yes
- 16:25Speaker 2: should be you see? Sorry, well, rio, did I make
- 16:29Speaker 2: this up? Five seconds. You don't have to go for her.
- 16:33Speaker 2: You're dis joined. Okay, you're good, Okay, boss alarm. No,
- 16:39Speaker 2: it wasn't a false alarm. Don't choke around. I'm serious
- 16:46Speaker 2: about this. It was happening. I understand, I understand it.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I'm just saying I can't see it. We're good. They
- 16:51Speaker 2: thank you. Get out of my court room. Fine, you
- 16:53Speaker 2: supervising Jesus nice, sick and taring this bullshit today. So
- 17:00Speaker 2: this guy comes in, he helps him. He fixed what
- 17:04Speaker 2: was probably a user error, right, because it looks like
- 17:07Speaker 2: he literally leaned in and just like unmuted the mic.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Because this guy's probably a complete moron with a little
- 17:13Speaker 2: prick and thinks he can treat everybody like that. So
- 17:16Speaker 2: he is yelling at him for helping him, and the
- 17:20Speaker 2: guy is just funny. He's just making a joke. He's like, oh,
- 17:22Speaker 2: false alarm, We're good. Any normal person would just say
- 17:27Speaker 2: thanks man, really appreciate that, and just get back to work.
- 17:31Speaker 2: He didn't say anything that I thought was dismissive or
- 17:35Speaker 2: condescending or anything like that. He was just like, ah, cool,
- 17:38Speaker 2: false alarm, moving on, and this guy's freaking out. So
- 17:42Speaker 2: what's funny is once this video was released, and I
- 17:46Speaker 2: have no idea how they got this video or how
- 17:48Speaker 2: it made its way to the internet. It turns out
- 17:51Speaker 2: this guy is like a massive asshole and is scaring
- 17:55Speaker 2: people in his courtroom that work for him, whether they're
- 17:57Speaker 2: clerks or bailiffs or or people that are doing work
- 18:01Speaker 2: like that on computers. And he's constantly threatening jail. So
- 18:05Speaker 2: if you do something, if you say something, if you
- 18:08Speaker 2: are not one hundred percent in his lane where he
- 18:11Speaker 2: wants you to be at any said moment, he flips
- 18:14Speaker 2: his shit and then he threatens to send you to jail.
- 18:17Speaker 2: So all this stuff is coming out about him now,
- 18:19Speaker 2: which I think is really funny because it couldn't happen
- 18:21Speaker 2: to a nicer guy. But keep your eye out for
- 18:23Speaker 2: this guy, because I know I am. I'm gonna be
- 18:25Speaker 2: looking for I mean, there's got to be more video,
- 18:27Speaker 2: right if he's that much of a prick all the time.
- 18:29Speaker 2: His name again, this is Harris County, Texas Judge Nathan J.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Million of the two hundred and fifteenth Civil Court, And
- 18:39Speaker 2: I can't wait to see what else comes out. Honestly,
- 18:42Speaker 2: he obviously puts some posts on Facebook too, like somebody
- 18:45Speaker 2: didn't come to a party or something he had and
- 18:47Speaker 2: he was like all pissed off and he's like cursing
- 18:49Speaker 2: the guy out online. I'm like, dude, you got to
- 18:52Speaker 2: get a hobby. You could just be curse of people
- 18:55Speaker 2: out like that called him. I mean just, I mean, honestly,
- 18:58Speaker 2: every time I think I've heard the craziest thing, totally wrong.
- 19:01Speaker 2: All right, So that was our lighthearted asshole of the day.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Asshole number four. This case is a judge who could
- 19:10Speaker 2: not keep Alexis Lara, who was on probation for a dui.
- 19:15Speaker 2: He was charged with another dui, but this time he
- 19:19Speaker 2: had a twenty two month old baby in the car,
- 19:22Speaker 2: so the judge said that he couldn't keep Alexis Lara.
- 19:25Speaker 2: This is a man in prison because of JB. Pritzker's
- 19:30Speaker 2: Safety Act, which eliminates cash bail and offers on a
- 19:35Speaker 2: pre trial release. What so, this guy's driving around, he's drunk,
- 19:41Speaker 2: he's got a twenty two month old baby in his car,
- 19:45Speaker 2: and the judge will not hold him because of the
- 19:48Speaker 2: Safety Act that was initiated under Governor Pritzker, who we
- 19:52Speaker 2: also know is a total prick. Listen, listen to this
- 19:55Speaker 2: report because it's just nuts well.
- 19:57Speaker 4: He's Police arrested Alexis Laura last night after responding to
- 20:01Speaker 4: a disturbance call. They found him behind the wheel of
- 20:04Speaker 4: an SUV with his twenty two month old child in
- 20:07Speaker 4: the backseat. The officers also saw several open bottles of beer.
- 20:11Speaker 4: His blood alcohol level came back as point two pah eight,
- 20:14Speaker 4: according to police, which is more than twice the legal limit,
- 20:18Speaker 4: despite being on probation for a previous DUI. The DuPage
- 20:21Speaker 4: County State's attorney says the Safety Act tied the judge's
- 20:24Speaker 4: hands in the way that Laura would be released.
- 20:28Speaker 2: So, for those of you who don't know, the Illinois Safety, Accountability,
- 20:33Speaker 2: Fairness and Equity to Day Act came across in twenty
- 20:38Speaker 2: twenty one as criminal justice reform that implemented extensive changes
- 20:44Speaker 2: to the way policing, pre trial, detention, sentencing, and corrections
- 20:48Speaker 2: were handled. The most controversial and the most discussed provision
- 20:53Speaker 2: was the elimination of cash bail, which took effect in
- 20:57Speaker 2: September of twenty twenty three. Now, the Illinois Supreme Court
- 21:02Speaker 2: ruling upheld this Act and it's part of the Illinois Constitution,
- 21:07Speaker 2: and it's absolutely insane. Why are they working so hard
- 21:13Speaker 2: to defend the criminals. I mean, I really don't understand,
- 21:17Speaker 2: you know, Bukeley was asked the other day. They said,
- 21:20Speaker 2: you know you're doing so much to jail all of
- 21:23Speaker 2: the criminals, and you know your country has really turned around.
- 21:26Speaker 2: For those who don't know, Nai Bukeley is the president
- 21:28Speaker 2: of El Salvador, and he has done an incredible job,
- 21:33Speaker 2: truly with his nation. And he has people that are
- 21:38Speaker 2: openly out in the streets. They praise Jesus, they have
- 21:41Speaker 2: amazing holidays because they are a Christian nation. They don't
- 21:45Speaker 2: allow third world immigration, they don't allow radical Islamic migrants
- 21:50Speaker 2: to come into their country, and they don't allow criminals
- 21:53Speaker 2: to roam the streets anymore. And somebody asked him, well,
- 21:56Speaker 2: how do you feel about the fact that you're so
- 21:58Speaker 2: hard on criminals and your taking away their civil liberties?
- 22:01Speaker 2: And he said, why do I care about the criminals
- 22:04Speaker 2: civil liberties? Why don't I care more about my constituents
- 22:08Speaker 2: and everyday civilians who aren't doing anything wrong. Why don't
- 22:11Speaker 2: I start to worry about them and less about the criminals.
- 22:15Speaker 2: If I know about you and you're a criminal, then
- 22:18Speaker 2: you are the problem, not the innocent civilian. And I
- 22:22Speaker 2: really do think I wish that we could. I never
- 22:24Speaker 2: thought I'd be saying, gosh, I wish we could be
- 22:26Speaker 2: more like Al Salvador. Right, But Bookley has really turned
- 22:29Speaker 2: that country around. It's thriving, the economy is growing, and
- 22:33Speaker 2: people are buying property over there. It's finally coming into
- 22:37Speaker 2: its own because it's not hamstrung by Democrat leadership that
- 22:42Speaker 2: believes in this communist manifesto that has been going on
- 22:46Speaker 2: far too long in Central America for you know, as
- 22:48Speaker 2: many as you know. I just I mean, I honestly,
- 22:50Speaker 2: when I heard that story, I was like, so, now
- 22:53Speaker 2: you're letting him go because you can't work around this law.
- 22:59Speaker 2: And there's that again equity, because the equity in this
- 23:02Speaker 2: act says you got to let them go. And so
- 23:04Speaker 2: now this twenty two year old little baby is subjected
- 23:06Speaker 2: to driving around with a criminal who's drunk driving, and
- 23:12Speaker 2: we let it happen because the laws are preventing us
- 23:15Speaker 2: from protecting the child. What kind of laws are we
- 23:19Speaker 2: putting into office until you know, into our government when
- 23:23Speaker 2: we're not when we're not protecting the kids. This has
- 23:27Speaker 2: been an ongoing conversation. Now I would say, for the
- 23:30Speaker 2: past couple of decades, because there seems to be such
- 23:32Speaker 2: a disregard, you know, for victims of abuse, and I
- 23:37Speaker 2: often wonder, you know, if I could put you know,
- 23:40Speaker 2: these judges and these defense attorneys into a room and
- 23:44Speaker 2: let them watch the videotape of the victim that they're
- 23:48Speaker 2: trying to make take more of the blame and the
- 23:52Speaker 2: criminal raping that victim, if they would feel the same
- 23:55Speaker 2: way about the criminal. I'm like, what do you have
- 23:57Speaker 2: to Does it have to happen to you? Do you
- 23:59Speaker 2: have to see it firsthand for it to actually matter.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Have you lost that much sensibility in your job that
- 24:07Speaker 2: you're not able to judge and observe objectively anymore? Is
- 24:12Speaker 2: that what's happened? I mean, I know there's a lot happening,
- 24:15Speaker 2: and I know that we get to a place where
- 24:17Speaker 2: you're just so desensitized to everything because you see it
- 24:20Speaker 2: every day. I get it because I work in news,
- 24:22Speaker 2: so I see it every day. But my heart still
- 24:25Speaker 2: breaks when I see a child hurt. My heart still
- 24:28Speaker 2: breaks when I see an animal hurt. My heart still
- 24:30Speaker 2: breaks when I see someone weeping for the loved one
- 24:34Speaker 2: that they've lost. That doesn't fill me with any kind
- 24:37Speaker 2: of I don't feel let me rephrase that, I don't
- 24:41Speaker 2: ever just feel like it wasn't important, you know, like
- 24:44Speaker 2: another news story. When I see those stories and I
- 24:47Speaker 2: read about people and what they're going through, my heart
- 24:50Speaker 2: hurts for them. It does. And even though you can't
- 24:53Speaker 2: help everybody and you can't cover every story, I think
- 24:56Speaker 2: about it, and I do I pray for those people,
- 24:59Speaker 2: because God forbid your in that situation, you would hope
- 25:01Speaker 2: that somebody would do that for you. All right, let's
- 25:03Speaker 2: move on to the next scumbag, right, because there's no
- 25:06Speaker 2: shortage of that. We have Nancy Brasel. She is a
- 25:10Speaker 2: US district judge who's sentenced wait for it, feeding our
- 25:15Speaker 2: future fraudster Abdul Abubakar Ali to only one year in
- 25:22Speaker 2: prison because he showed quote genuine remorse quote for his crimes.
- 25:29Speaker 2: He stole millions of dollars. He got caught. He said, gosh,
- 25:33Speaker 2: I'm real sorry about that. He gets one year in prison.
- 25:37Speaker 2: How much time do you think you or I would
- 25:39Speaker 2: get in prison if we stole millions of taxpayer dollars
- 25:44Speaker 2: and misappropriated it. Mind you, he's not repaying it. Nobody's
- 25:48Speaker 2: getting their money back. Money's gone. So he's giving one
- 25:53Speaker 2: year of his life one year after robbing all of
- 25:58Speaker 2: these people of their money. Imagine feeding our future and
- 26:02Speaker 2: you stole from it. And then this moron judge is like,
- 26:07Speaker 2: it's fine, it's no big deal. Yep, he's super sorry. Yeah,
- 26:12Speaker 2: he's not going to do that again. So Nancy, maybe
- 26:16Speaker 2: you should go to jail if he does anything else.
- 26:20Speaker 2: How about that, And how about you be responsible for
- 26:24Speaker 2: some of that money since you don't think it's a
- 26:26Speaker 2: big deal. I guess you're living large and you think
- 26:29Speaker 2: it's not a big deal. So that's great. So Nancy
- 26:32Speaker 2: and Abdul are going to take care of abdul sentence
- 26:35Speaker 2: together because Nancy doesn't think that he's really that bad
- 26:39Speaker 2: of a guy. He's showing remorse for his crimes. Is
- 26:43Speaker 2: that what you think, Nancy. He's showing remorse because he's
- 26:46Speaker 2: in your courtroom and he doesn't want to go to jail.
- 26:49Speaker 2: If he was remorseful, he never would have done what
- 26:52Speaker 2: he did because his conscience, okay, his moral compass would
- 26:57Speaker 2: have told him, hmm, you know what, Abdul, don't do
- 26:59Speaker 2: this not a good idea, but instead Abdul says a
- 27:03Speaker 2: screw it, I'm gonna go do what I want. And
- 27:05Speaker 2: Nancy says it's okay, Abdul, that's really it and a
- 27:09Speaker 2: short story and somehow this is this is real life
- 27:15Speaker 2: Nancy Brasel, everybody, lovely human being, all right? Next, asshole
- 27:20Speaker 2: leftist judge Catherine Menendez is now throwing out the Trump
- 27:25Speaker 2: DOJ effort to block illegal aliens from getting discounted tuition
- 27:30Speaker 2: in Minnesota. Now, this to me would seem pretty basic.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Why would we be giving discounted tuition to illegal aliens?
- 27:38Speaker 2: Why is this a thing? You're here illegally, you shouldn't
- 27:42Speaker 2: be here. We have our own kids. They need money
- 27:47Speaker 2: just as much as anybody else to go to school.
- 27:49Speaker 2: But you're allocating discounted tuition to the illegals. Have that right?
- 27:54Speaker 2: So under tim walls, this lunatic says, let's give money
- 27:59Speaker 2: to the illegal alien and we're going to block President
- 28:01Speaker 2: Trump from stopping that. That's what we're spending our days doing. Okay,
- 28:06Speaker 2: how about this guy. Senior US District Judge Richard Leon
- 28:10Speaker 2: has just halted President Trump's entirely self funded four hundred
- 28:15Speaker 2: million dollar White House ballroom project. Did you hear that
- 28:19Speaker 2: President Trump's entirely self funded, four hundred million dollar White
- 28:24Speaker 2: House ballroom project, he says, and his ruling declares that
- 28:30Speaker 2: he needs congressional approval first. Now, this is bullshit, because
- 28:36Speaker 2: in the core executive part of being in the White House,
- 28:40Speaker 2: decisions about the White House while the president is in
- 28:42Speaker 2: there is up to the president. As I'm sure you've
- 28:45Speaker 2: probably heard, presidents have added swimming pools and parking lots
- 28:48Speaker 2: and bowling alleys and basketball courts and gardens and everything else.
- 28:54Speaker 2: So he wants to make a ballroom. He's paying for
- 28:58Speaker 2: it himself. And this asshole saying, no, why why do
- 29:02Speaker 2: you care? Why are you doing that? That makes absolutely
- 29:05Speaker 2: no sense. The taxpayers aren't paying for it. You're not
- 29:08Speaker 2: paying for it, and it's something beautiful that everyone can
- 29:12Speaker 2: use in perpetuity, it'll be a legacy piece. Nope, we
- 29:15Speaker 2: don't want that. We don't want anything that makes it
- 29:17Speaker 2: look better, and we certainly don't want it to look
- 29:19Speaker 2: better on Trump's watch, because then we have to say
- 29:20Speaker 2: thank you to Trump. Left wing activistes Jessica Fahrenbach released
- 29:27Speaker 2: an eighteen year old felon from prison four days later.
- 29:32Speaker 2: That same felon was charged with shooting someone dead. So
- 29:35Speaker 2: my question to you is, he's eighteen years old, he's
- 29:38Speaker 2: a felon, he's a repeat offender, he's got a ton
- 29:42Speaker 2: of this in his past, and you said, yep, let's
- 29:45Speaker 2: put him back out on the street. Does that make
- 29:47Speaker 2: any sense to you? Why on earth would this person
- 29:53Speaker 2: do that? Why? So, this judge, Jessica Fahrenbach, in my opinion,
- 29:58Speaker 2: should be held accountable and complicit and an accomplice in
- 30:02Speaker 2: this murder, because if Jessica had done her job, then
- 30:07Speaker 2: this felon would be in prison and would not have
- 30:10Speaker 2: been on the street shooting anybody, don't you think so?
- 30:16Speaker 2: How about this guy, Antoine Watson randomly shoved an elderly
- 30:20Speaker 2: time in into the concrete. He killed him. He was
- 30:24Speaker 2: sentenced to eight years in prison. This happened in California.
- 30:28Speaker 2: San Francisco's Superior Court Judge Linda Colfax suspended his sentence
- 30:33Speaker 2: this week. Why why would you suspend his sentence? This
- 30:39Speaker 2: is an old man walking on his property, not bothering anybody.
- 30:44Speaker 2: He's bothering nobody, and you walk up and you shove
- 30:48Speaker 2: him so hard, and he's old and frail that he dies.
- 30:52Speaker 2: So you took his life because you decided you wanted
- 30:56Speaker 2: to do that, and this judge allowed it to happen.
- 31:00Speaker 2: So now that this judge is allowing you back out
- 31:03Speaker 2: on the street, who goes to jail when he kills again? Linda,
- 31:07Speaker 2: do you go to jail? Are you responsible for that?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Knowing that he has a pattern for this behavior. When
- 31:12Speaker 2: Antoine decides he wants to push somebody again, he's going
- 31:15Speaker 2: to push him off a bridge, push him off a building,
- 31:17Speaker 2: push him on the tracks. Is everybody going to turn on?
- 31:20Speaker 4: Go?
- 31:20Speaker 2: Better? Call Superior Court Judge Linda Colfax. She seemed to
- 31:24Speaker 2: think that Antoine was a good guy, because I know
- 31:27Speaker 2: I would be pissed off if that was my family.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Forget about it. And how about this one? Eduardo Ebarra
- 31:35Speaker 2: Guerrero sounds like a lovely person. Another illegal alien sentenced
- 31:40Speaker 2: to just two and a half years in prison after
- 31:43Speaker 2: he killed a seventy five year old woman in a
- 31:45Speaker 2: hit and run. Okay, so this guy was driving without
- 31:48Speaker 2: a license. He drove multiple blocks with her on the
- 31:53Speaker 2: car before she fell off and died. Just think about that.
- 31:57Speaker 2: So this guy in Arizona runs over a seventy five
- 32:01Speaker 2: year old woman, and even though he's illegal, driving without
- 32:05Speaker 2: a license and fleeing the scene of a crime, he
- 32:08Speaker 2: was not charged with her death. And he's only serving
- 32:11Speaker 2: two years in prison. What would you call it? At
- 32:17Speaker 2: what point are you guilty of someone's death? Was it
- 32:20Speaker 2: when you were driving down the street and you went
- 32:23Speaker 2: so fast that she swung off of the car and
- 32:25Speaker 2: then dies in the street. I don't what does it
- 32:30Speaker 2: take to be charged with someone's murder? Is it because
- 32:34Speaker 2: you're here illegally, we give you a pass. I would
- 32:36Speaker 2: think you would be committing your second crime, then god
- 32:39Speaker 2: knows how many you already have committed. And last, but
- 32:43Speaker 2: not least, we have Kathleen McCormick, who is a Democrat
- 32:47Speaker 2: appointed judge and she has just now removed herself from
- 32:53Speaker 2: overseeing multiple lawsuits against Elon Musk because guess what. In
- 32:59Speaker 2: her past on social media, all she did was celebrate
- 33:03Speaker 2: all the verdicts against Elon Musk. But she didn't do
- 33:06Speaker 2: it until people found her posts. She didn't do it willingly.
- 33:10Speaker 2: She didn't say, hey, I can't oversee this or be
- 33:12Speaker 2: on the bench for this because I really don't like
- 33:13Speaker 2: him and I'm not going to be able to judge.
- 33:14Speaker 2: It fairly. Just think about that. So even though she
- 33:19Speaker 2: made the right choice, she didn't make it proactively. She
- 33:22Speaker 2: made it because people found out about it. They exposed
- 33:26Speaker 2: her for her bias bullshit, and then she said, all right,
- 33:29Speaker 2: final step down again, another rogue judge who is just
- 33:35Speaker 2: gone to their heads with power and they think they
- 33:38Speaker 2: can do this, They think that they are untouchable. The
- 33:41Speaker 2: problem is they're making the criminals untouchable. They're making the
- 33:44Speaker 2: victims have absolutely nowhere to go, and we're all just
- 33:47Speaker 2: sort of trapped in this strange third tier life because
- 33:51Speaker 2: they're living in the first tier, right because this life
- 33:54Speaker 2: is for thee, not for me in their world, and
- 33:57Speaker 2: we have nowhere to go. If the judges aren't going
- 34:00Speaker 2: to uphold the law, if the police are beholden to
- 34:03Speaker 2: the judges, and the migrants aren't held accountable for anybody,
- 34:06Speaker 2: what's left who's left holding the bag? That's right, me
- 34:08Speaker 2: and you? I don't know. I just feel like Ron DeSantis,
- 34:12Speaker 2: which is where I started today, was onto something. I
- 34:14Speaker 2: think every judge that releases a criminal while they're waiting
- 34:18Speaker 2: to be sentenced should then be charged with the crime
- 34:22Speaker 2: that the criminal commits. They're just as guilty. I bet
- 34:26Speaker 2: you this shit would slow down. Then this is the
- 34:28Speaker 2: Rogue Recap. You guys. We want to thank you for
