- 4:14Sheriff Jerry Pinkston, Chief Deputy Ryn Davis, and Deputy Tony
- 4:18Golden executed a bench warrant on Wade Mumford, twenty nine
- 4:22years old, of Short Creek Lane. The charges on the
- 4:25warrant were wireless emergency phone service violations and harassing communications.
- 4:31Mumford allegedly used the nine one one emergency service line
- 4:35more than thirty two times in one day for no
- 4:37legitimate purpose. Some of the calls from Mumford were nine
- 4:40to one one hang ups, and during some of the calls,
- 4:43Mumford screened and threatened Washington County nine one one dispatchers.
- 4:47According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, this has been
- 4:51an ongoing safety issue since September fourteenth, twenty twenty five.
- 4:55These actions from Mumford tie up the nine one one

- 7:02and Away by Jane Reclimb, October twenty second, twenty twenty five.
- 7:07A group of planes fly over a sporting event, an
- 7:10outdoor concert, were a festival. They move as one in
- 7:13perfect unison for an amazing display. Sometimes they produced a
- 7:17trail of smoke to truly high right the flight overhead.
- 7:20For those on the ground, learning to fly in formation
- 7:22in unison isn't exactly easy, but according to the owners
- 7:26of smoke On Aviation, it isn't really hard either. It
- 7:30just takes training and patients, I'm sorry, training and practice.
- 7:35Smoke On Aviation trained pilots from across the country to
- 7:38fly in formation at the Lebanon Springfield Airport last weekend.
- 7:42The training was scheduled from Thursday, October sixteenth through Sunday,
- 7:46October nineteenth. At the airport, pilots came from Florida, Wisconsin,
- 7:50Texas and other states to train and learn. All the
- 7:54pilots for this training were flying a type of plane
- 7:57note known as the Vans Rving These planes are all
- 8:02from the same designer and engineer and home built by
- 8:05the owners in a garage or airport hangar. They are
- 8:08considered experimental, but owners say they felt totally safe in
- 8:11the cock heads of these aircraft. Jeff Scott, Dave Schmidt,
- 8:15and Kurt Rausch founded Smoke On Aviation in twenty nineteen
- 8:19and traveled to various locations to provide training. Scott said
- 8:23forty four pilots signed up for this training at the
- 8:25Lebanon Springfield Airport. Requirements for participating in the training is
- 8:30Bay safe. You must be a pilot with significant flight time,
- 8:34said Scott. Scott and Schmidt said that the training starts
- 8:37on the ground. In ground school, participants are taught about
- 8:41safety and where they need to be in order to
- 8:43be safe in the air. Scott says pilots communicate with
- 8:47radios and hand signals while in the air. He said
- 8:50groups of pilots can fly an entire show without the radios,
- 8:53relying solely on hand signals, but we use the radios
- 8:57more with the trainees. He said, it's all about safety
- 9:01end of quote quote. We trained to national standards that
- 9:04are endorsed and overseen by the FAA, Scott explained, with
- 9:08uniform training, we can fly safely with pilots we have
- 9:11never flown with before, pilots from other states we have
- 9:14never met. End of quote. Training starts with ground school
- 9:18in the classroom. Then trainees fly as a passenger with
- 9:21an experienced formation pilot. In the next days of training,
- 9:25the pilot goes up for a two ship or formation
- 9:27of two planes with an experienced coach. Scott said, once
- 9:32the coach fills the pilot is ready, that pilot will
- 9:34perform a two ship formation without the coach. Once mastered,
- 9:38more planes are added to the formation. Two planes or
- 9:41a two ship is called an element, said Raush. Two
- 9:45elements are called a flight, meaning four planes is a
- 9:48formation and a formation is a flight. Quote. We build
- 9:52up from there, Raush explained, saying largertions are made by
- 9:57adding four ship flights to this formation quote. This is
- 10:01all based on military and war standards, said Scott. As
- 10:05long as we keep to the standard and keep it uniform,
- 10:08we can fly safely with pilots from the West Coast
- 10:11that we had never flown this before. End of quote.
- 10:14Raush and Scott said people often questioned them about the
- 10:17smoke quote people will call that a plane is on fire,
- 10:20or they want to know what we were spraying on them.
- 10:22They said, we aren't spraying anything. It is simply an
- 10:25additive to the exhaust for visual effect. It is not
- 10:28dangerous or hazardous end to quote. Smoke On Aviation likes
- 10:32to finish training weekends with an all up where all
- 10:35the planes and the training take to the sky in
- 10:38a large formation and they fly together over the host
- 10:41city with bad weather moving in on Saturday evening. Scott
- 10:45said on Thursday he expected many of the pilots to
- 10:48depart Saturday afternoon and was unsure if an all up
- 10:52would be possible with this training. Lebanon man charged in
- 10:59Springfield shooting by Jane Recline, October twenty second, twenty twenty five.

- 14:26stick Tight's bike and band member Ronnie Hill runs out
- 14:29of the clubhouse with a guitar quote, Hay Sticks, we
- 14:32gotta go end of quote, he says with a sense

- 14:38Hill jumps on a nearby bike, and the director says, cut,
- 14:41let's do it again end of quote and gives a
- 14:44few instructions to the bikers and camera crew. A young

- 15:25pre production meetings where we discuss what we want to do.
- 15:29End of quote. He said they discussed the scenes, props needed,
- 15:33the people, and the location. Quote it takes a few
- 15:35weeks to get all those scenes together and a quote.
- 15:38He said. Eternal Flair will make suggestions, but Chesster said
- 15:42it is ultimately up to stick Tight if he likes
- 15:45or doesn't like those suggestions He needed for this video
- 15:48where motorbikes, the location of a motorcycle clubhouse or bar,

- 16:40the shot gives the illusion that he followed stick Tight
- 16:43out of the parking lot. Quote that night was the
- 16:46first time I ever met those guys, said Chester about
- 16:48the peacemakers. They were very helpful and cooperative, willing to

- 17:52for all. The filming of the various segments of the
- 17:55video may have been done, but Chester in Nation's work
- 17:57was far from complete. Chester said is now beginning to
- 18:01edit and piece together the segments into a seamless video quote.
- 18:05This will take at least another month, he said. He
- 18:08also noted that stick Tight will be helping edit the video.
