- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are, last break of the day,
- 0:02Speaker 1: last break of the week. Junior. You had a question
- 0:06Speaker 1: for Ce before we get out of here. Yeah, Unc,
- 0:09Speaker 1: you know, Uncle, you do so many different things. But
- 0:12Speaker 1: why why is so much of this that you do, Uncle,
- 0:14Speaker 1: about other people? You never seen to put yourself first?
- 0:17Speaker 1: You do a lot of service for a lot of people.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Why is that so important to you? You do put
- 0:21Speaker 1: it well? Because at first I don't know if you've
- 0:23Speaker 1: been watch it or Notough, God, ignore him, Junior, don't
- 0:28Speaker 1: that's why he don't have no clothes or remarks. Right,
- 0:32Speaker 1: exactly right, you have noticed on ready for love down.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Don't ask him for no clothes and remarks. Just wrap
- 0:38Speaker 1: this show up and get these people out of here.
- 0:40Speaker 1: We'll see tomorrow. Mister Miles, Oh God, what is? It's
- 0:50Speaker 1: a couple of reasons. First of all, God blesses you
- 0:54Speaker 1: to become a blessing it is, And then the more
- 1:00Speaker 1: you do for others, the more God will do for you.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I absolutely have no fear of ever losing it all
- 1:10Speaker 1: again because I've been trying to bank so much good
- 1:15Speaker 1: will towards other people. I plant so many seeds in
- 1:19Speaker 1: the ground that I forget about knowing and hoping that
- 1:25Speaker 1: they will sprout down the road and God will do
- 1:27Speaker 1: something for me. And then when I do stuff for
- 1:30Speaker 1: other people, I don't look for my reward from them.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I look to my heavenly Father for my reward. If
- 1:38Speaker 1: I give a person some money, I don't ask for
- 1:41Speaker 1: it back. You know, I have a very unique thing
- 1:43Speaker 1: that I do whenever I go to bass Pro shop.
- 1:46Speaker 1: If I'm in line and I see somebody with me
- 1:48Speaker 1: back there in line, I pay for the stuff because
- 1:53Speaker 1: I watch dudes man all the time, they fishing, They
- 1:56Speaker 1: trying to figure out which one of these lures to buy,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and they to be debating for They drive it in
- 2:00Speaker 1: they basket because I know, man like you know, they
- 2:03Speaker 1: got to make a decision. Then they get up to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the counter and I see them a little apprehensive, and
- 2:09Speaker 1: I'll just take care of it for them if I
- 2:11Speaker 1: you know, if when I used to go to grocery stores,
- 2:14Speaker 1: you know, I used to pay for people's stuff, Like
- 2:16Speaker 1: I had to go to Walmart for something and some
- 2:19Speaker 1: people is in line. I just pay for some people's stuff.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Now I'm not gonna try to find them people and go, hey,
- 2:24Speaker 1: remember this time, I did this for you. No man,
- 2:28Speaker 1: I let God mark that down. I let God mark
- 2:32Speaker 1: that down and then return what God has done for me.
- 2:37Speaker 1: He's made me a lender and not a borrower. See,
- 2:41Speaker 1: I'd rather people be asking me for money than to
- 2:44Speaker 1: me to have to ask for money. I'd rather be
- 2:46Speaker 1: that person. Now. I know it get on your nerves sometimes,
- 2:50Speaker 1: or here they come again. But but ain't you glad
- 2:53Speaker 1: it ain't you having to come again? You know. It's
- 2:56Speaker 1: a lot of things, man, And then you have to understand.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You have to get to a port in your life
- 3:00Speaker 1: where you understand your purpose. I say this one hundred times.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Your career is what you paid for, but your calling
- 3:06Speaker 1: is what you made for. And you got to understand
- 3:09Speaker 1: your calling. God didn't make me this way. God didn't
- 3:15Speaker 1: give me all this provision. God didn't give me all
- 3:18Speaker 1: this notoriety so I could just be famous. No, man,
- 3:23Speaker 1: what's the purpose for it? If you ask most people
- 3:28Speaker 1: who are spiritual about their fame, there's an underlying current
- 3:35Speaker 1: behind it that it has driven them to take a
- 3:38Speaker 1: portion of their prosperity to make a way for others.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Most people do that. You hear about people giving tens
- 3:45Speaker 1: of millions to charity. Well, okay, you know, I get it.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I get it. It helps, it helps some people. You
- 3:56Speaker 1: get a write off for it and all like that.
- 3:58Speaker 1: That's cool too, But the idea is to help somebody. Man,
- 4:03Speaker 1: That's that's the problem. I don't want to go down
- 4:07Speaker 1: that road. I don't. I don't. I don't care about
- 4:09Speaker 1: politics because I'm starting to get very unpolitical as I
- 4:13Speaker 1: get older, because I'm starting to understand it all. There's
- 4:17Speaker 1: two parties in this country, and they hold the line
- 4:21Speaker 1: no matter what happens, even when they're wrong. They hold
- 4:24Speaker 1: the line. The Republicans hold the line even when they're wrong.
- 4:29Speaker 1: But the Democrats hold the line even when they're wrong.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Even if one side there's something that's kind of cool
- 4:39Speaker 1: or correct, the other one's position is always to oppose it.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You know, man, what happened to that thing called bipartisanship?
- 4:49Speaker 1: Remember you hear people talking about this is a bipartisan bill,
- 4:51Speaker 1: this is this is something that can be agreed upon
- 4:54Speaker 1: on both sides of the hour? What hass that? Because
- 4:57Speaker 1: I ain't seen it of late, I ain't seen it
- 4:59Speaker 1: in a long time. I ain't seen it since Obama
- 5:01Speaker 1: got in office. I ain't seen nothing by partisans since
- 5:05Speaker 1: Obama got in office. Man, I have yet to see
- 5:09Speaker 1: Congress and the Senate Republican Democrats agree on anything because
- 5:14Speaker 1: it's about power, position and money all the time. But you,
- 5:22Speaker 1: as a person should pull yourself back from politics and
- 5:28Speaker 1: party and just do the right thing. That's why I
- 5:33Speaker 1: don't care nothing about politics, because I want to do
- 5:35Speaker 1: the right thing. What I choose to do with the
- 5:38Speaker 1: Steven Marga Harvey Foundation is the right thing to do
- 5:43Speaker 1: when I'm growing crops on my farm, organic foods, and
- 5:47Speaker 1: just a month ago gave away over eight hundred pounds
- 5:50Speaker 1: of vegetables free to people. Do you know I still
- 5:53Speaker 1: get pushed back from that. You're not supposed to have
- 5:56Speaker 1: a garden that close to the road. Man, y'all got
- 5:59Speaker 1: all types of stuff in this white neighborhood that's close
- 6:02Speaker 1: to the road. You ain't said nothing to them. And
- 6:05Speaker 1: with Chick fil A on the place, you didn't say
- 6:07Speaker 1: he could do whatever he want to do. But every
- 6:08Speaker 1: time I try to do something, here comes some crazy counseling,
- 6:12Speaker 1: some pushback. Man, I'm gonna do what God tell me
- 6:16Speaker 1: to do, and that ain't nothing I can do about it.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And you slowly find it out. There's nothing you can
- 6:22Speaker 1: do about it. I would stop going against God if
- 6:25Speaker 1: I was you, That's what I would do. I don't
- 6:27Speaker 1: know why I turned it into that, but I did.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Those are my clothes and remarks. Why because they mind?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Why because it's my show. This is Steve Halmurny Show.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Feel how you want to feel. I'm giving away some
- 6:36Speaker 1: more free stuff there a couple of weeks too. Thousand
- 6:39Speaker 1: pounds is to go. Thank you very much. For all
