Episode #48: Sam Spade, Detective
Today we have a double bill of radio's Sam Spade, starring Howard Duff, the private detective made famous in the movies by The Maltese Falcon. First, Spade is witness at a deathbed confession in a thriller from The Adventures of Sam Spade, and then Gracie Allen recruits Sam Spade to stop a miscarriage of justice in a fun 1949 episode of the George Burns and Gracie Allen Show.
