- 0:09Speaker 1: Vice Shoe.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's hell level and love and Levi and levell No.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Welcome to the Naught even nicer. I'm your host, Rob Shooter,
- 0:18Speaker 2: and it's Thursday, which means our dear friend Mark Lupo
- 0:21Speaker 2: joins us. Hey, Loopy are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Lewis here here?
- 0:25Speaker 2: Loopy? Lou's been looking at the podcast charts. I see you.
- 0:29Speaker 2: We're doing pretty well, maman, top ten, That's what I'm saying,
- 0:32Speaker 2: hop ten. And we're so naughty as the word that's
- 0:37Speaker 2: use that word. We're so naughty. We've been looking up
- 0:39Speaker 2: some of our competitors, I know, because we've a few
- 0:43Speaker 2: people that we are not big fans of, are not
- 0:46Speaker 2: quite as high up the charts. What shocks me is
- 0:49Speaker 2: that we are well a thank you, naughty is it's
- 0:51Speaker 2: all because of you, but be we are punching above
- 0:55Speaker 2: our weight. We have more listeners than Billy Bush, than
- 1:00Speaker 2: t m Z. It's just I almost feel like we
- 1:03Speaker 2: should send them in apology. I feel I feel terrible. Hey,
- 1:07Speaker 2: thank you Naughtise you did this, and I'm gonna be
- 1:10Speaker 2: internally eternally greateful. Okay, what time is it, my friends?
- 1:16Speaker 2: It is tea time. Big story at the top of
- 1:21Speaker 2: the show. So this is a bit of a shocking story.
- 1:23Speaker 2: So while everybody in New York who has ever met
- 1:25Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein was running away from him, I've never met him,
- 1:28Speaker 2: I don't know him, I know nothing about him. Bravo,
- 1:30Speaker 2: God bless Bravo, he's running in the opposite direction and
- 1:34Speaker 2: actually using Epstein's name in the trailer for the new
- 1:37Speaker 2: Real Housewives of New York. Let me explain. Carol Raziwell
- 1:40Speaker 2: is back on the show. You know her from being
- 1:43Speaker 2: Kennedy adjacent. She was part of the Kennedy clan. I
- 1:45Speaker 2: don't think she really is anymore. However, when she rolled
- 1:51Speaker 2: in those fancy cirtles, and I'm not making an excuse here,
- 1:54Speaker 2: she became very close friends with Gallaine Maxwell. Now we
- 1:58Speaker 2: know they're close friends because the book cover, you know,
- 2:01Speaker 2: when you put a book out, it has a photograph
- 2:02Speaker 2: in Guess who took the photograph of Carol in Carol's book,
- 2:08Speaker 2: Glayne Maxwell. Glaine gets the photo credit. Now, anyone that's
- 2:13Speaker 2: ever had a book I have, thank you very much,
- 2:15Speaker 2: knows that that's a really intimate, important photograph. You don't
- 2:19Speaker 2: ask anybody to just take a snap. You ask like
- 2:21Speaker 2: someone you really trust, somebody you really admire, and it
- 2:24Speaker 2: was Glayne Maxwell. Now Carol is saying I barely knew her.
- 2:28Speaker 2: We just sort of hung out at the same part
- 2:31Speaker 2: she took the picture that you use in your book. Now,
- 2:35Speaker 2: Carol is also claiming she never met Jeffrey, not once,
- 2:39Speaker 2: even though she was friends with Glaine. Never met Jeffrey.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Very unlikely, is what insiders say. But even if you
- 2:45Speaker 2: take Carol at her word, what is Bravo up to now?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Initially I did a story on this when Carol signed
- 2:54Speaker 2: up to return to the show several months ago. I
- 2:57Speaker 2: did a story asking Bravo would Epstein be a storyline
- 3:01Speaker 2: and they were like, no, no, no, it might be
- 3:04Speaker 2: casually mentioned, but it's too dark. We don't want any
- 3:08Speaker 2: part of that. I was like, that makes sense then
- 3:11Speaker 2: the trailer. In the trailer, they are using Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:18Speaker 2: as bait as a way to get viewers to watch.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I've never seen anything like this mark. Normally TV shows
- 3:26Speaker 2: they run away from this stuff. Bravo runs towards scandal.
- 3:29Speaker 1: What do you think, of course they do. I mean
- 3:31Speaker 1: I have a few thoughts here. So last season it
- 3:34Speaker 1: was a disaster and they knew it. It did not
- 3:37Speaker 1: work out. They had a few of the girls go
- 3:40Speaker 1: and now they have to revamp it increasing excitement. If
- 3:43Speaker 1: you watch the trailer, it's so embarrassing. They have Carol
- 3:46Speaker 1: walking on the street New York and some random person
- 3:49Speaker 1: out of nowhere yells that's the woman of Epstein. When
- 3:54Speaker 1: would that happen?
- 3:55Speaker 2: It's just never never. They work at Bravo. It's an
- 3:58Speaker 2: interurn at Bravo. They put on the corner of the street.
- 4:01Speaker 2: It's a production assistant and they said that Carol walks
- 4:03Speaker 2: pass screamed that that's how that happened. Yes, it's so.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Silly, and so you know, I advidly knew just watching
- 4:09Speaker 1: how it played up in the trailer. It's going to
- 4:12Speaker 1: be like the arc of the show, like they need
- 4:13Speaker 1: to do something really spicy and juicy to keep us interested.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And I don't think there's really much too that. I'm
- 4:18Speaker 1: sure it's you know, there is. She was mentioned in
- 4:20Speaker 1: the documents a few times, but if she was in
- 4:22Speaker 1: real trouble, we would know that already.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Yeah, we would know it. It's guilty by association, but
- 4:27Speaker 2: you know, it still is what it is, Like a
- 4:30Speaker 2: lot of people are in those files, and there has
- 4:33Speaker 2: been very few consequences here in America at least, and
- 4:36Speaker 2: Prince Andrew has been arrested, has been investigated, or has
- 4:40Speaker 2: been investigated in Britain. This is a real problem for Carol.
- 4:44Speaker 2: I know Carol a little bit. We email each other
- 4:46Speaker 2: every so often. She does present herself as a Kennedy aires.
- 4:51Speaker 2: She does present herself as a little smarter than all
- 4:54Speaker 2: the other housewives. She's not in this for famek No,
- 4:57Speaker 2: she just wants a few giggles that she's a an
- 5:00Speaker 2: Emmy award winning producer from a news organization. She's friends
- 5:04Speaker 2: with Diane Sawyers, so this little show, she's only doing
- 5:08Speaker 2: this for a little bit of a love. Absolutely not true.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Carol loves being famous. That last name she kept. She
- 5:15Speaker 2: has never remarried. Carol wrote a book about the Kennedys,
- 5:19Speaker 2: which they did not like at all. And now this
- 5:22Speaker 2: Epstein association, let's be generous here and just say that
- 5:26Speaker 2: it is an association nothing more. There's no proof of that.
- 5:30Speaker 2: I would not be returning to a reality show if
- 5:34Speaker 2: I had this really dark, ugly Skelington in my closet.
- 5:38Speaker 2: And this isn't that I was friends with John Mayer
- 5:43Speaker 2: or some awful person. This isn't that, this is a
- 5:46Speaker 2: convicted pedophile. This isn't funny. Like, you know, it's sort
- 5:50Speaker 2: of campy to be friends with Eliza Manelli. It's sort
- 5:53Speaker 2: of campy to be Martha Stewart's makeup artist. She's on
- 5:56Speaker 2: the show. It's very different. Jeffrey Epstein is not camping.
- 6:00Speaker 2: It is not funny, and I'm shocked the brother's even
- 6:03Speaker 2: touching it.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Well, you know, she's supposed to be a friend of
- 6:06Speaker 1: the series for this, this iteration, and clearly the storyline
- 6:10Speaker 1: has generated an interest the producers to keep her around.
- 6:14Speaker 1: But you know, going back to her character. A few
- 6:16Speaker 1: years ago and I was working at US Weekly, she
- 6:18Speaker 1: was hawking vibraeders. I interviewed her about the vibrator, So
- 6:21Speaker 1: I knew then that she was just desperate for money
- 6:23Speaker 1: and for attention, And so this doesn't surprise me. She'll
- 6:26Speaker 1: capitalize on something like this.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah, they let they let their true colors show, even
- 6:32Speaker 2: when they are Kennedy adjacent, which brings us to our
- 6:34Speaker 2: pole question of the day. Brather is hoping that Jeffrey
- 6:39Speaker 2: Epstein can save the Real Housewives of New York imagine that.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Just just think about that for a minute. It's not funny.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Brather is leaning into Jeffrey Epstein. Every other person that
- 6:52Speaker 2: is associated with him is running away, not Bravo, although
- 6:56Speaker 2: brav will come out of this smelling like a rose
- 6:58Speaker 2: because they'll say we didn't do it, she did it.
- 7:01Speaker 2: All this is going to be laid at the feet
- 7:04Speaker 2: of Carol. You are playing with fire. And if you
- 7:06Speaker 2: thought you could trust them, which she did because she's
- 7:09Speaker 2: friends with Andrey. Again, you can't trust brom you could.
- 7:13Speaker 2: If they have a chance to get more ratings by
- 7:15Speaker 2: destroying you, they will do it without even thinking about it.
- 7:20Speaker 2: So do you think this strategy will work? Maybe it will.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Maybe people will tune in to see what Carol really
- 7:27Speaker 2: knew about Jeffrey Epstein. Hey, go vote on our ex
- 7:29Speaker 2: page at Twitter page had Naughty Nice rob Our facebook
- 7:34Speaker 2: page is Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check back
- 7:38Speaker 2: tomorrow to hear your shocking results. It's a shocking conversation
- 7:41Speaker 2: that I never thought would be having on the naughty
- 7:43Speaker 2: put Nice said, Hey, Lupete, what are you working on?
- 7:45Speaker 1: You? So, Jason Alexander, his apology is not a reason
- 7:49Speaker 1: his past. Let me explain so. Jason Alexander has apologized
- 7:54Speaker 1: for a twenty twelve comedy sketch with Courtney Starting and
- 7:57Speaker 1: the think he was inappropriate and seeing he truly regrets
- 8:01Speaker 1: it now. The former Seinfeld star issued the statement after Stadden,
- 8:05Speaker 1: who was just seventeen during the filming, publicly revisited the
- 8:08Speaker 1: sketch and described feeling exploited by the adults around her.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Jason offered a direct apology, saying he was sorry for
- 8:15Speaker 1: any harm this sketch caused. And this renewed controversy has
- 8:19Speaker 1: also reignited debate over child marriage consent and the entertainment's
- 8:24Speaker 1: industry is responsibility to protect the minors.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Rob oh my, oh my, Frank goodness. Yeah, we've come
- 8:29Speaker 2: a long way in just a decade, In just ten years,
- 8:32Speaker 2: this wouldn't happen now. I hope it wouldn't happen now,
- 8:34Speaker 2: But back then it happened without any any consequence. And
- 8:37Speaker 2: the question is why are you saying sorry? N I Jason?
- 8:40Speaker 2: Is it because we're talking about it? You had a
- 8:42Speaker 2: decade to say sorry about this. You know what you did,
- 8:44Speaker 2: you were on that set. It's just so creepy. It's
- 8:48Speaker 2: hard though to look back at TV at stuff that
- 8:52Speaker 2: happened in the past through today's lens. We've seen this
- 8:55Speaker 2: with America's Next Top Model, and we've even seen it
- 8:57Speaker 2: maybe with Sex in the City. We evolve, we change.
- 9:01Speaker 2: That's a good thing that is growing up. But apologizing,
- 9:04Speaker 2: I think it is the right thing to do. I'm
- 9:07Speaker 2: not sure about this, Jason Alexander. I remember my husband
- 9:10Speaker 2: Bruce had a musical he was working on and Jason's
- 9:14Speaker 2: name was up to play the lead and he wouldn't audition,
- 9:18Speaker 2: but they had a conversation, like just to chat the
- 9:21Speaker 2: authors and the potential star. He was really rude. He
- 9:25Speaker 2: was there and he was arrogant. He's got Seinfeldton all day.
- 9:28Speaker 2: So he's got so much money that he does not
- 9:32Speaker 2: He thinks he doesn't need to be nice anymore. I
- 9:35Speaker 2: argue that just because you're rich doesn't suddenly mean your
- 9:37Speaker 2: manners go out the window. And so I've got a
- 9:42Speaker 2: bad feeling about him. I'm glad he apologized. He did
- 9:44Speaker 2: the right thing, but it took him a decade and
- 9:46Speaker 2: us talking about it to get bad apology. Okay, moving along,
- 9:50Speaker 2: Prince George's biggest challenge isn't eat and he's going to
- 9:53Speaker 2: a fancy school. It's growing up in the spotlight. So
- 9:55Speaker 2: he turned thirteen yesterday a beautiful mo new portrait was
- 9:59Speaker 2: released of him, and in just a few weeks he's
- 10:02Speaker 2: going to begin Eton College. I know a few of
- 10:05Speaker 2: my fancy friends at university. Hi, I only met fancy
- 10:08Speaker 2: people when I left Birmingham I went to Edinburgh. I
- 10:10Speaker 2: did not grow up fancy. But when you go to
- 10:13Speaker 2: a really good university you meet everybody, which is part
- 10:16Speaker 2: of the joy of going there. So even though at
- 10:18Speaker 2: university I was very much part of the working class group,
- 10:22Speaker 2: I had a few friends who were sort of yrs.
- 10:25Speaker 2: That's what we call posh people in Edinburgh, yars. And
- 10:28Speaker 2: a couple of my friends did go to Eton, and
- 10:30Speaker 2: I said it was delightful. It was really hard academically.
- 10:34Speaker 2: The good news about Eton is they have a ban
- 10:37Speaker 2: on cell phones. So can you imagine if the future
- 10:41Speaker 2: king was in your class, you'd record him all day
- 10:44Speaker 2: long and send it to me or the daily mail, like,
- 10:46Speaker 2: that's what you would do. So I think that's a
- 10:48Speaker 2: good thing. He knows he's going to be the king
- 10:51Speaker 2: one day. It's wild to think a thirteen year old
- 10:55Speaker 2: imagine what you were like at thirteen, Mark, you were
- 10:57Speaker 2: a monster. If you knew, if you knew it thirteen,
- 11:00Speaker 2: that you were going to be the king giving, you'd
- 11:02Speaker 2: be even worse. I mean, can you just the pressure
- 11:05Speaker 2: I feel for this kid?
- 11:06Speaker 1: What do you think I would I was advancing to
- 11:08Speaker 1: be really it would be really bad if I if
- 11:10Speaker 1: I hadn't known that. You know, it's funny. I was
- 11:12Speaker 1: looking at pictures of him last night. He looks like
- 11:14Speaker 1: the canary. He's a quaft, hair's perfect teeth and like
- 11:18Speaker 1: at thirteen, I had braces and looks crazy. I mean,
- 11:21Speaker 1: he looks prepared for the next step. He really does.
- 11:24Speaker 2: It's a good role. We wish him the best After school?
- 11:27Speaker 2: How do the other kids talk to him? If I,
- 11:31Speaker 2: if you and me Mark had a child who was
- 11:33Speaker 2: in that class, I'd say every day you make friends
- 11:35Speaker 2: with the car going to school, on the buzz going
- 11:38Speaker 2: to school, I would be in my child's ear said
- 11:41Speaker 2: you give George and apple, you sit next to George,
- 11:44Speaker 2: you'd be friends with because he's going to be the king. Okay,
- 11:48Speaker 2: talking about families, Brooklyn Beckham and his wife are starting
- 11:52Speaker 2: to look ridiculous. Explain what they are up to now?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Ohs too okay. So Brooklyn Beckham and the Call of Helps.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Their latest social media post shows them walking together on
- 12:03Speaker 1: the same treadmill or the clearing They do everything together.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Oh and what was meant to be romantic instead looks
- 12:12Speaker 1: painfully performative, healthy relationships. They do five a bunch together individuality.
- 12:20Speaker 1: What do you think about?
- 12:22Speaker 2: Oh, it's awful these two And it's no surprise. It's
- 12:25Speaker 2: happened just days after the World Cup, where the Beckham's
- 12:28Speaker 2: got an enormous amount of publicity. And so I think
- 12:31Speaker 2: they're just jealous. I think that this is just responding
- 12:34Speaker 2: to that. But what are we they going to get
- 12:36Speaker 2: pictures of next and both of us in the bathroom
- 12:38Speaker 2: together and both cleaning up. It's just like, really, like,
- 12:41Speaker 2: we get it. You're in love, We're happy for you,
- 12:43Speaker 2: you were in love. Why do you need to keep
- 12:45Speaker 2: telling us this? And particularly because neither one of you
- 12:48Speaker 2: are that famous. Like, I'd never heard of her, she's
- 12:50Speaker 2: very very wealthy as a wealthy family. I didn't know
- 12:52Speaker 2: what she looked like before this, had heard of her family.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I didn't even really know Brooklyn. And it's sort of
- 12:57Speaker 2: like a scrawny version of his dad. He's sort of
- 12:59Speaker 2: like a not kind of cute enough version. David's like,
- 13:04Speaker 2: and so I just feel like I want them to
- 13:07Speaker 2: find happiness. I do, But they're not going to find
- 13:09Speaker 2: happiness by playing games with the press or playing games
- 13:12Speaker 2: with the family. It's so petty, it's so smart, spiteful.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Go and enjoy your life. You're multimillionaires, you live in
- 13:18Speaker 2: a mansion, You've got a ton of privilege, a ton
- 13:21Speaker 2: of power. You don't need me a mark to be
- 13:25Speaker 2: impressed with you. Just go. Couples do that, don't that.
- 13:28Speaker 2: You don't have to be famous. My friends who are
- 13:30Speaker 2: in couples, who are always having to kiss in front
- 13:33Speaker 2: of me, hold hands in front of me, you jump
- 13:35Speaker 2: on each other. I'm like, really, really, how are you
- 13:38Speaker 2: about that? Markus as somebody that's in a couple yourself.
- 13:41Speaker 1: My thing is this, you have to take more of
- 13:43Speaker 1: the body language, and you have to look, you know,
- 13:45Speaker 1: in between the lines of what's really going on. I'm
- 13:48Speaker 1: never impressed by that kind of stuff. And I just
- 13:50Speaker 1: really don't care. I do not care. You can do it,
- 13:53Speaker 1: do it whatever. I don't want to know.
- 13:55Speaker 2: That's the best reaction. I just roll my eyes. Okay,
- 13:58Speaker 2: quickly before we get a break. FIFA. It's been argued
- 14:00Speaker 2: you should scrap at the World Cup halftime show, So
- 14:03Speaker 2: it went on for twenty seven minutes. There's a rule
- 14:05Speaker 2: at the World Cup that you're only allowed to have
- 14:07Speaker 2: a break for fifteen minutes, so it went on a
- 14:10Speaker 2: long time. The players had to warm up. It broke
- 14:13Speaker 2: momentum inside as are saying the football is the star
- 14:16Speaker 2: of the show. They don't need Madonna coming out to
- 14:18Speaker 2: be the star of it, and annoyed people that they
- 14:21Speaker 2: had to wait an extra fifteen minutes for the second
- 14:24Speaker 2: half of the match. I love me some entertainment I do.
- 14:30Speaker 2: This is too long, It was messy, It wasn't really
- 14:33Speaker 2: very well produced. I hear that if they do move
- 14:36Speaker 2: forward with it, Chris Martin, who put it together, will
- 14:38Speaker 2: be gone. They should bring in jay Z. Jay Z
- 14:41Speaker 2: does the Super Bowl. He knows how to do this.
- 14:44Speaker 2: They know how to get a stage on a football
- 14:47Speaker 2: thick pitch. What is it a soccer? What do they
- 14:49Speaker 2: call it the Super Bowl? A stadium? We'll say a stadium.
- 14:52Speaker 2: They know how to get a show rolled out and
- 14:55Speaker 2: done in twelve minutes, like they could get Madonna on
- 14:58Speaker 2: and off this, they need to hire jay Z. I
- 15:01Speaker 2: don't think it's necessarily the show itself that's the problem.
- 15:05Speaker 2: It just wasn't very well executed, and they didn't need
- 15:08Speaker 2: all those performers. Just get Shakira, give her ten minutes.
- 15:12Speaker 2: That's all we need. Enough. Justin put down that guitar.
- 15:16Speaker 2: It's enough. Okay, we're going to take to a quick
- 15:18Speaker 2: break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 15:22Speaker 2: the Naughty but Nijo Ho. Let's get to the polls. Mark,
- 15:25Speaker 2: this is going to sound familiar. Jennifer Anderstood is being
- 15:31Speaker 2: used as bait to sell her boyfriend's book. So a
- 15:34Speaker 2: little source of mine, a friend of mine, a little
- 15:37Speaker 2: bertie told me they might have tickets to the ninety
- 15:40Speaker 2: second Street Why that they paid one hundred dollars for
- 15:43Speaker 2: to see Jen. Now, technically it is a Jim Curtis event.
- 15:48Speaker 2: He is promoting his book. But let's be honest, everybody's
- 15:51Speaker 2: going to buy a ticket, including Mark and I to
- 15:54Speaker 2: see Jen. What do you think about this? Is it smart?
- 15:58Speaker 2: It's maybe getting good public at least not not good publicity,
- 16:01Speaker 2: but it's getting a lot of publicity. Or is it sketchy?
- 16:03Speaker 2: Eighty two percent said sketchy. It's so sketchy, it's not
- 16:07Speaker 2: a good look. I would rather play a much smaller
- 16:11Speaker 2: venue and sell my books there, like at a little
- 16:13Speaker 2: independent bookstore. Get a bar to Noble. You don't have
- 16:16Speaker 2: to get the ninety second Street. Why and the only
- 16:19Speaker 2: reason you're getting it is because Jen is hosting this evening.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Shady shady, shady. Hey, don't forget to vote on today's pool.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Go to our Twitter, our ex page, add naughty nice
- 16:30Speaker 2: rob our Facebook pages naughty Gossip and be sure to
- 16:35Speaker 2: check back to Marie to hear your results. And now, oh,
- 16:37Speaker 2: I love this part of the show. It's time for
- 16:39Speaker 2: the nicest of the day.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Oh z, there's three word response said everything about her marriage,
- 16:51Speaker 1: and I explained when a Ben jugglingly proposed Is and
- 16:54Speaker 1: Dia at a spider Man Brand New Day event, the
- 16:57Speaker 1: actress didn't hesitate. She said, you're too late. The playful
- 17:01Speaker 1: three work reply instantly won over the crowd, but already
- 17:05Speaker 1: knew they're married.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Oh that's adorable. Will you marry me? You are too late?
- 17:10Speaker 2: She's married. I love this couple. I just think after
- 17:13Speaker 2: the Taylor Swift wedding and the sort of vulgarity of
- 17:16Speaker 2: this overtop romance. This is so refreshing. I love it,
- 17:21Speaker 2: I love it, I love it. And Nicest of the Day,
- 17:22Speaker 2: and now our Naughties of the Day, and what is
- 17:24Speaker 2: the day's cancer? William Shatner is revealing that both he
- 17:27Speaker 2: and his daughter had catcer at the same time. So
- 17:31Speaker 2: William has been a hero on screens, but he's fighting
- 17:34Speaker 2: his toughest battle right now. He's ninety five years old.
- 17:37Speaker 2: He's revealed that he and his daughter Melanie were battling
- 17:40Speaker 2: separate stage four cancer at the same time. Thankfully both
- 17:44Speaker 2: are now cancer free. Oh their story. It's not about celebrity.
- 17:48Speaker 2: It's about resilience and family and refusing to surrender when
- 17:53Speaker 2: the odds seem overwhelming. That's sort of our nicest as
- 17:57Speaker 2: well as our Naughties of the Day. Hayler's end with
- 17:59Speaker 2: a moment and I've rob you, rob you, gonna rob you,
- 18:01Speaker 2: gotta ub you gona roub. The life you want is
- 18:04Speaker 2: hidden inside the things that you are avoiding, the gap
- 18:08Speaker 2: between you where you are today and where you want
- 18:10Speaker 2: to be tomorrow. It isn't about talent or look or
- 18:13Speaker 2: even motivation. No, it's not filled with that that gap
- 18:16Speaker 2: is not filled with talent, look or motivation. What it's
- 18:19Speaker 2: filled with things that you don't really want to do.
- 18:22Speaker 2: So every workout that you've skipped, every difficult conversation that
- 18:26Speaker 2: you've not had, every morning you get up and you
- 18:29Speaker 2: roll oliver and go back to bed, that is what
- 18:33Speaker 2: is holding you back. So don't wait to feel motivated.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Motivation is garbage, it doesn't exist. The life you want
- 18:41Speaker 2: is waiting on the other side of the things that
- 18:45Speaker 2: you have been putting off. Think about it today. What
- 18:47Speaker 2: have you been putting off? What's that one email you
- 18:49Speaker 2: haven't returned. What's that one gym session that you should
- 18:52Speaker 2: go to today but you don't. Why haven't you drank
- 18:54Speaker 2: more water? Like we all know how to live a
- 18:57Speaker 2: better life, Why aren't we doing get That's what's holding
- 19:01Speaker 2: you back? Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
