A 35-year-old woman, Jessica Bowie, was arrested after allegedly plotting to bomb New York’s State Capitol using a fake explosive disguised in a food delivery bag. Converted to Islam five years ago and pledging allegiance to ISIS, she reportedly communicated with FBI informants about building explosives and targeting Albany’s Capitol — home to Governor Hochul and state lawmakers.
