Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein, His Death And The Hard to Believe Story That Came After (8/24/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past couple of months, we've been
0:07
Speaker 1: talking quite a bit about the death of Jeffrey Epstein
0:10
Speaker 1: and the so called failures that occurred at MCC leading
0:14
Speaker 1: up to and on the night of his death. So
0:19
Speaker 1: in this episode, we're going to talk a little bit
0:21
Speaker 1: more about those failures and about the narrative they've tried
0:25
Speaker 1: to serve us. Because the official account of Jeffrey Epstein's
0:29
Speaker 1: death at MCC in Manhattan asked the public to believe
0:33
Speaker 1: in a perfect storm of negligence, so dense, so layered,
0:36
Speaker 1: and so convenient that it somehow explains away every inconsistency
0:41
Speaker 1: without ever truly confronting any of them. It tells us
0:45
Speaker 1: that a prisoner who was already one of the most
0:48
Speaker 1: scrutinized inmates in the federal system died during a window
0:52
Speaker 1: in which routine safeguards failed. Staffing feld, supervision felled, record
0:57
Speaker 1: keeping felled, camera coverage fell, and the people tasked with
1:02
Speaker 1: explaining those failures failed. In turn. That's already an extraordinary
1:07
Speaker 1: story before a single critic says a word, The government's
1:11
Speaker 1: own Inspector General conceded that MCC staff committed numerous and
1:15
Speaker 1: serious failures, including falsifying count slips and round sheets, and
1:20
Speaker 1: that Epstein was not checked for hours despite requirements for
1:24
Speaker 1: regular rounds. The same report says no one checked on
1:28
Speaker 1: them from roughly ten forty pm until about six thirty am,
1:33
Speaker 1: which is not a minor lapse but the collapse of
1:36
Speaker 1: the very system the public was told existed to keep
1:39
Speaker 1: an eye on them. That timeline alone obliterates any claim
1:43
Speaker 1: that this was a straightforward custodial event with a clean
1:47
Speaker 1: evidentary chain. When the state loses control of the scene,
1:50
Speaker 1: loses the discipline of the logs, loses the reliability of
1:54
Speaker 1: the rounds, and loses the credibility of its own personnel,
1:58
Speaker 1: it also loses the moral authority to demand blind trust.
2:01
Speaker 1: Yet that is exactly what the official narrative still attempts
2:05
Speaker 1: to do, asking for faith after it destroyed verification. Skepticism
2:12
Speaker 1: under those circumstances is not fringe thinking, but the only
2:16
Speaker 1: irrational posture left, because the central problem with the official
2:20
Speaker 1: narrative is that it depends on the public treating falsified
2:23
Speaker 1: paperwork as an embarrassing side issue rather than the beating
2:27
Speaker 1: heart of the scandal. Tovin Owell and Michael Thomas were
2:31
Speaker 1: not accused of some clerical oversight or a harmless shortcut.
2:36
Speaker 1: They were charged with falsely certifying that required checks had
2:39
Speaker 1: been performed when, according to the government, they had not
2:42
Speaker 1: been performed at all. The indictment and later reporting described
2:46
Speaker 1: them as repeatedly failing to complete mandated counts and rounds
2:50
Speaker 1: while spending substantial portions of the night at their desks
2:54
Speaker 1: browsing the internet. If the records cannot be trusted, then
2:58
Speaker 1: the timeline built on those records can't be trusted either.
3:03
Speaker 1: If the timeline cannot be trusted, then every conclusion that
3:06
Speaker 1: depends on that timeline becomes unstable. The state then shifts
3:11
Speaker 1: the argument by saying the false logs merely concealed negligence.
3:16
Speaker 1: But that move is too cute by half, because falsified
3:19
Speaker 1: records in death cases are not just evidence of negligence,
3:23
Speaker 1: their evidence that the people inside the system understood instantly
3:26
Speaker 1: that the truth was dangerous. People falsify records when the
3:31
Speaker 1: truth is unacceptable to them. That fact should have made
3:35
Speaker 1: investigators more aggressive, not more eager, to wrap the matter
3:38
Speaker 1: in a procedural bo now. The government also wants the
3:42
Speaker 1: public to swallow the idea that these misrounds were simply
3:46
Speaker 1: the product of fatigue and institutional dysfunction, as though exhaustion
3:50
Speaker 1: magically explains the precision with which false documentation was later generated.
3:57
Speaker 1: That's not how innocent forgetfulness looks. According to the OIG,
4:01
Speaker 1: Noel completed and signed more than seventy five separate thirty
4:05
Speaker 1: minute entries indicating that she and Thomas had conducted rounds
4:09
Speaker 1: that the evidence showed they did not conduct. That's not
4:13
Speaker 1: sleepy omission, but an active construction of a false paper trail.
4:18
Speaker 1: It suggests consciousness, not confusion. It suggests that protecting the institution,
4:23
Speaker 1: or protecting oneself within the institution, took immediate priority over
4:29
Speaker 1: a preserving a truthful record in the wake of a
4:31
Speaker 1: high profile death. And once that's established, any honest investigator
4:35
Speaker 1: should ask the next obvious question, what else was shaped, shaded, edited,
4:40
Speaker 1: or softened to preserve the preferred story. Instead, the public
4:45
Speaker 1: got a narrative in which the fabrication of records is acknowledged,
4:49
Speaker 1: yet somehow quarantined from broader implications. That's not serious scrutiny.
4:54
Speaker 1: That's damage control dressed up in formal language. Now the
4:58
Speaker 1: issue becomes even harder to dismiss when one remembers who
5:01
Speaker 1: Epstein was at the moment he died. He wasn't some
5:04
Speaker 1: anonymous inmate lost in the machinery of a federal jail.
5:08
Speaker 1: He was a globally notorious defendant, accused of running a
5:11
Speaker 1: sprawling abuse operation with ties to powerful people, fresh criminal exposure,
5:17
Speaker 1: and obvious reasons to be considered a maximum reputational risk
5:22
Speaker 1: to the government if anything went wrong in custody after
5:25
Speaker 1: an earlier apparent suicide attempt or possible assault. The idea
5:30
Speaker 1: that security around him could be allowed to degrade into
5:33
Speaker 1: a fiction is absurd on its face. The OIG itself
5:37
Speaker 1: found failures surrounding his removal from suicide watch and psychological observation,
5:42
Speaker 1: as well as failures relating to housing, sell assignments and
5:46
Speaker 1: follow through on protective measures. And of course this matters
5:50
Speaker 1: because the public was not told that a robust, carefully
5:53
Speaker 1: managed custody regime failed despite best efforts. The public was told,
5:57
Speaker 1: in effect, that the system had ruled and the rules
6:01
Speaker 1: were tragically not followed. But if the system was already
6:05
Speaker 1: improvising around one of the most sensitive inmates in America.
6:08
Speaker 1: Then the later claim that his death can be understood
6:11
Speaker 1: through routine procedure becomes laughable. There was nothing routine about
6:16
Speaker 1: Epstein's detention. There was only extraordinary risk MEPPI astonishingly casual conduct.
6:24
Speaker 1: And one of the most damning features of the record
6:26
Speaker 1: is a cell mate issue. The OIG report specifically flags
6:30
Speaker 1: the removal of epstein cell mate on August ninth and
6:33
Speaker 1: the failure to assign him a new cell mate that
6:36
Speaker 1: same day. For a prisoner recently taken off a suicide watch,
6:40
Speaker 1: housed under conditions that are already raised concern, that's not
6:44
Speaker 1: a trivial administrative slip. It's a glaring breach and common
6:47
Speaker 1: sense protection. A cell mate is not a magical shield
6:51
Speaker 1: against self harm, but in a gel environment, it's an
6:54
Speaker 1: extra set of eyes, an immediate witness, and a deterrent
6:58
Speaker 1: against an unseen window of catastrophe. Meanwhile, the official narrative
7:03
Speaker 1: treats it like one more unfortunate ingredient in a soup
7:06
Speaker 1: of dysfunction, and I don't buy that. When enough unfortunate
7:10
Speaker 1: ingredients pile up in a single death, the phrase systemic
7:14
Speaker 1: breakdown stops being explanatory and starts sounding like a euphemism
7:18
Speaker 1: for institutional abandonment. Epstein should have never been left alone
7:23
Speaker 1: under those conditions. The fact that he was left alone
7:26
Speaker 1: on that night at that moment is one of the
7:29
Speaker 1: reasons the official story feels engineered to soothe the public
7:33
Speaker 1: rather than satisfy it. Then, of course, that brings us
7:36
Speaker 1: to the camera issue, which is where the official account
7:39
Speaker 1: begins to wobble under the weight of its own convenience.
7:43
Speaker 1: The OIG report acknowledge long standing deficiencies in the Bureau
7:46
Speaker 1: of Prisons camera system and describe camera problems at mcc
7:50
Speaker 1: New York, while also noting that the only camera known
7:53
Speaker 1: to be recording that night had a limited and poor
7:57
Speaker 1: quality view. That's already bad enough, but recent reporting on
8:02
Speaker 1: newly released records showed observation logs in which an orange
8:05
Speaker 1: colored shape was seen moving up the stairway toward the
8:08
Speaker 1: locked tier where Epstein's cell was located at approximately ten
8:12
Speaker 1: thirty nine PM. One internal description reportedly suggested it could
8:17
Speaker 1: possibly be an inmate escorted up the stairs, while the
8:21
Speaker 1: OIG's interpretation softened the image into an unidentified corrections officer
8:26
Speaker 1: possibly carrying orange linen or betting and breaking news. Those
8:30
Speaker 1: are not identical interpretations. In fact, those are materially different
8:35
Speaker 1: readings of potentially critical footage. The government can't demand confidence
8:40
Speaker 1: while its own reviewing entities appear to reach different conclusions
8:43
Speaker 1: about what the camera captured. And once you accept that
8:46
Speaker 1: the video was blurry, incomplete, and interpreted inconsistently, then the
8:51
Speaker 1: old public assurances that no one entered Epstein's tier that
8:54
Speaker 1: night become far more fragile than officials ever admitted that
9:00
Speaker 1: contradiction matters because the official messaging for years leaned heavily
9:04
Speaker 1: on the idea that the video settled the matter. Bill
9:07
Speaker 1: Barr publicly projected certainty. Dan Bongino later said the footage
9:11
Speaker 1: showed Epstein was the only person in there and the
9:13
Speaker 1: only person coming out. Yet, CBS reported that the newly
9:18
Speaker 1: released records raised questions about activity near the tier, including
9:21
Speaker 1: the orange figure on the stairs, and the limits of
9:24
Speaker 1: what the slow recording camera could actually prove. The camera angle,
9:29
Speaker 1: according to the reporting, made it impossible to rule out
9:32
Speaker 1: whether somebody could have climbed the stairs and entered the
9:35
Speaker 1: tier without being clearly visible. That doesn't prove homicide, but
9:39
Speaker 1: it does prove that the rhetorical certainty sold to the
9:42
Speaker 1: public outran the actual evidentary confidence the footage could support.
9:48
Speaker 1: There is a world of difference between the video conclusively
9:51
Speaker 1: disproves all outside involvement and the available video is blurry, incomplete,
9:57
Speaker 1: and subject to competing interpretations. The first statement closes debate,
10:02
Speaker 1: the second invites it. What the public has gotten for
10:06
Speaker 1: years was the first statement, while the underlying record looks
10:10
Speaker 1: much closer to the second, and the handling of the
10:14
Speaker 1: supposed ligature only deepens the distrust. According to review of
10:19
Speaker 1: newly released records, Michael Thomas told investigators that he found
10:23
Speaker 1: Epstein and ripped him down, yet said he did not
10:25
Speaker 1: recall taking the noose from around Epstein's neck. Noel said
10:29
Speaker 1: she saw Thomas lower Epstein to the floor, but did
10:33
Speaker 1: not see the noose around his neck. CBS also reported
10:36
Speaker 1: that the news collected at the scene was later determined
10:40
Speaker 1: not to be the ligature used in Epstein's death. That
10:44
Speaker 1: is a breathtaking sentence in a death in custody case.
10:49
Speaker 1: In any serious inquiry, the instrumentality of death should be
10:52
Speaker 1: among the most basic and secure evidentiary pillars. If the
10:57
Speaker 1: collected noose was not the ligature actually used used than
11:00
Speaker 1: the chain of custody, scene reconstruction, and contemporaneous handling of
11:04
Speaker 1: the body all deserve much harsher scrutiny than they've received
11:08
Speaker 1: in the public facing narrative. Again, this does not prove
11:12
Speaker 1: an alternate cause of death. What it proves is that
11:15
Speaker 1: the evidence handling was too messy to support the level
11:18
Speaker 1: of certainty officials projected. In a normal case, that alone
11:22
Speaker 1: would be enough to trigger sustained outrage. The medical examiner's
11:28
Speaker 1: finding of suicide is routinely invoked as though it closes
11:32
Speaker 1: every argument, but that is a misuse of what medical
11:35
Speaker 1: rulings can and cannot do. The OIG report says the
11:39
Speaker 1: Office of the Medical Examiner concluded that the cause of
11:42
Speaker 1: death was hanging and the manner of death was suicide,
11:45
Speaker 1: and that the autopsy showed no defensive wounds of the
11:48
Speaker 1: kind often seen in strangulation homicides. Fine, that is relevant evidence,
11:54
Speaker 1: and those serious analysis should pretend otherwise. But a medical
11:58
Speaker 1: conclusion does not londer a corrupt custodial record. It doesn't
12:02
Speaker 1: restore missing rounds, it doesn't fix false logs, it doesn't
12:06
Speaker 1: sharpen blurry footage. It does not answer who was or
12:10
Speaker 1: who was not on the tier, why procedures failed in clusters,
12:14
Speaker 1: or why so much of the scene and supervision picture
12:17
Speaker 1: feels compromised. In plain English, an autopsy can speak to
12:22
Speaker 1: the body, it cannot by itself rescue a broken institutional narrative.
12:27
Speaker 1: The status leaned on the medical ruling as though it
12:30
Speaker 1: excuses every surrounding defect, when in fact it merely exists
12:35
Speaker 1: inside a much wider field of unresolved problems. And that's
12:39
Speaker 1: why the official narrative that they keep serving is so
12:42
Speaker 1: hard to swallow. All right, folks, we're going to wrap
12:45
Speaker 1: up episode one right here, and in the next episode,
12:48
Speaker 1: we're gonna pick up where we left off. All the
12:51
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
12:54
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
12:57
Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicle. In this episode, we're going
13:01
Speaker 1: to pick right back up where we left off talking
13:04
Speaker 1: about the narrative surrounding the death of Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
13:10
Speaker 1: the OIG report also reads less like a final dismantling
13:14
Speaker 1: of doubt and more like a document that wants to
13:16
Speaker 1: acknowledge scandal without detonating the larger implications of scandal. It
13:22
Speaker 1: catalogs failure after failure, but the tone remains curiously managerial.
13:27
Speaker 1: It's fuller recommendations, process observations, and bureaucratic remedies, as though
13:32
Speaker 1: the true lesson of the most notorious federal custodial death
13:36
Speaker 1: in modern history is that the checklists need tightening. And
13:40
Speaker 1: that is precisely what I mean when I say the
13:42
Speaker 1: investigation feels soft handed. Through report admits that the staff
13:46
Speaker 1: knowingly and willingly falsified BOP records. It admits that required
13:51
Speaker 1: rounds were not performed. It admits camera deficiencies, It admits
13:55
Speaker 1: failures involving housing, psychological observation, and the lack of a
13:59
Speaker 1: replacement SELT. Yet it stops just short of confronting the
14:03
Speaker 1: broader inferential point that any reasonable observer draws from that
14:07
Speaker 1: pile of admissions, namely that the state has not earned
14:10
Speaker 1: the right to present this as a closed and tidy story.
14:14
Speaker 1: It reads like an institutional confession, carefully calibrated to prevent
14:19
Speaker 1: institutional upheaval. Now consider also the prosecutorial outcome for Noel
14:25
Speaker 1: and Thomas. The OIG report states that the two entered
14:28
Speaker 1: deferred prosecution agreements in twenty twenty one admitted to falsely
14:32
Speaker 1: certifying counts and rounds and ultimately have the charges dismissed
14:36
Speaker 1: after fulfilling the terms of those agreements. The same report
14:41
Speaker 1: notes that prosecution was declined for other BOP employees assigned
14:45
Speaker 1: to the shoe who also falsely certified records around the
14:49
Speaker 1: time of Epstein's death. That's an astonishing endpoint if one
14:54
Speaker 1: actually believes this case cried out for truth rather than closure.
14:58
Speaker 1: When multiple employees in the relevant chain are linked to
15:02
Speaker 1: false records in a death case and the legal system
15:04
Speaker 1: resolves the matter with deferred prosecution and declinations, the public's
15:09
Speaker 1: entitled to ask whether accountability was the goal at all.
15:14
Speaker 1: The message sence poisonous. It tells every observer that, in
15:18
Speaker 1: one of the most consequential Geil debts in America, falsify
15:21
Speaker 1: what you like, cooperate later, and the system may decide
15:25
Speaker 1: it's hurt enough. That's not how confidence is built. That
15:29
Speaker 1: is how cynicism becomes the only defensible reaction. And the
15:34
Speaker 1: more one studies the chronology, the less this looks like
15:37
Speaker 1: a single failure and more it resembles a chain of
15:40
Speaker 1: compounding decisions that left Epstein exposed and the truth obscured,
15:45
Speaker 1: he was taken off suicide watch after the prior incident.
15:48
Speaker 1: He was then placed on psychological observation rather than kept
15:52
Speaker 1: under the most restrictive self harm safeguards. The OIG later
15:57
Speaker 1: found issues with how approval for legal visits while on
16:00
Speaker 1: suicide watch or psychological observation was documented, including no evidence
16:05
Speaker 1: that certain approvals had been obtained. His cellmate was removed
16:09
Speaker 1: and not replaced. The officers responsible for rounds didn't do them.
16:14
Speaker 1: The logs were fabricated, the camera coverage was incomplete and
16:18
Speaker 1: partly non recording. By the time his body was found,
16:22
Speaker 1: the state had already sabotaged its own ability to produce
16:25
Speaker 1: a persuasive, transparent reconstruction. And that's why the public's distrust
16:31
Speaker 1: has endured. People are not reacting to one oddity. They're
16:35
Speaker 1: reacting to the cumulative force of many oddities that, taken together,
16:39
Speaker 1: make the official story less like a finding and more
16:42
Speaker 1: like a verdict in search of a stable foundation. Now,
16:46
Speaker 1: of course, the defenders of the official narrative often respond
16:49
Speaker 1: by saying that conspiratorial thinking thrives whenever a notorious prisoner
16:54
Speaker 1: dies in custody. Now, that might be true in the abstract,
16:57
Speaker 1: but it's irrelevant in this case. Skepticism here is not
17:02
Speaker 1: built on Internet folklore or anonymous message boards. It's built
17:06
Speaker 1: on the government's own documents, the government's own admissions, and
17:09
Speaker 1: the government's own inability to keep its story clean. When
17:12
Speaker 1: the official account depends on asking the public to ignore
17:16
Speaker 1: falsified records, ignored safeguards to graded surveillance, contradictory interpretations of footage,
17:22
Speaker 1: and a muddled evidentary scene, the burden is on the
17:26
Speaker 1: state to overcome that distrust. It is not done so. Instead,
17:31
Speaker 1: officials have too often substituted certainty of tone for certainty
17:35
Speaker 1: of proof, and that's a dangerous habit in any case.
17:39
Speaker 1: In a case involving Jeffrey Epstein, a defendant whose death
17:43
Speaker 1: conveniently foreclosed public trial testimony, deeper co conspirator exposure, and
17:48
Speaker 1: an adversarial airing of evidence, that habit is catastrophic. The
17:53
Speaker 1: state doesn't get the benefit of the doubt merely because
17:56
Speaker 1: it says the magic words systemic breakdown. It must show
17:59
Speaker 1: its work, and here its work is riddled with holes.
18:04
Speaker 1: Now there's also a public communications problem, which should not
18:07
Speaker 1: be underestimated. Once authorities stepped forward with emphatic assurances they
18:12
Speaker 1: created a standard they were required to meet. If they
18:15
Speaker 1: had said from the outset that the record was messy,
18:18
Speaker 1: the footage incomplete, and the institutional failure is profound, the
18:22
Speaker 1: public might still have been outraged, but at least the
18:24
Speaker 1: government would have been speaking honestly about the limits of
18:27
Speaker 1: its certainty. Instead, we got high level messaging repeatedly implied
18:32
Speaker 1: that the broad questions had essentially been settled. Later disclosures
18:36
Speaker 1: then showed that the video didn't resolve anything, that internal descriptions,
18:40
Speaker 1: the key visuals diverged, and the infrastructure around Epstein's confinement
18:45
Speaker 1: was far shakier than the public had been led to believe.
18:48
Speaker 1: That sequence is devastating because it transforms ordinary doubt into
18:53
Speaker 1: justified suspicion. People can forgive incomplete evidence, they are far
18:58
Speaker 1: less willing to forgive confident overstatement built on incomplete evidence.
19:03
Speaker 1: In that sense, the state did not merely fail to
19:06
Speaker 1: answer questions, it worsened them by pretending not to have them.
19:13
Speaker 1: The cash deposit issue tied to Noel is another reason
19:16
Speaker 1: that matter refuses to die, even if it does not
19:19
Speaker 1: independently prove foul play. Reporting in twenty twenty six noted
19:23
Speaker 1: a series of cash deposits to Noell's bank account totaling
19:27
Speaker 1: roughly twelve thousand dollars between April twenty eighteen and July
19:32
Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, with the last deposit occurring ten days before
19:36
Speaker 1: Epstein's death. ABC reported that the deposits were flagged to
19:40
Speaker 1: the FBI in a suspicious activity report filed after Noel's indictment.
19:46
Speaker 1: CNN's based local reporting also noted new details about those
19:51
Speaker 1: deposits when Noel was called to testify. To be very clear,
19:54
Speaker 1: suspicious deposits are not a murder case by themselves, and
19:58
Speaker 1: anyone claiming otherwise is getting ahead of the record. But
20:02
Speaker 1: in a case already contaminated by false logs, mischecks, and
20:06
Speaker 1: institutional evasiveness, unexplained financial questions linked to a guard on
20:12
Speaker 1: duty are not a nothing burger either. They're the kind
20:16
Speaker 1: of lead a truly aggressive inquiry would press hard, precisely
20:19
Speaker 1: because the public's confidence was already gone. The fact that
20:23
Speaker 1: these threads seem to emerge on the margins instead of
20:26
Speaker 1: about the center of the official record is part of
20:28
Speaker 1: the problem. Now. Look, even if one sets aside the
20:32
Speaker 1: most suspicious interpretations, the official narrative still fells on its
20:37
Speaker 1: own terms because it never adequately explains why so many
20:40
Speaker 1: safeguards around one inmate broke at once. The OIG can
20:45
Speaker 1: call them reoccurring GOOP problems, and perhaps some of them more,
20:48
Speaker 1: but recurring problems do not become less scandalous because they
20:52
Speaker 1: are recurring. They become more scandalous. The federal government knew,
20:57
Speaker 1: according to the OIG, about broader camera to decies across
21:01
Speaker 1: BOP institutions, and had previously identified the need for upgrades,
21:05
Speaker 1: including at mcc New York. So we're not talking about
21:09
Speaker 1: a bolt from the blue. We're talking about known institutional
21:13
Speaker 1: weakness intersecting with one of the most sensitive prisoners in
21:17
Speaker 1: the country. It's not merely negligence. It's a form of
21:21
Speaker 1: custodial recklessness so severe that the official story's reliance on
21:25
Speaker 1: generic bureaucratic language becomes almost insulting. When the state knows
21:29
Speaker 1: the roof leaks and still stores the most explosive evidence
21:32
Speaker 1: underneath it, it can't call the flood an accident and
21:35
Speaker 1: expect applause. Now, for me, what makes the OIG's framing
21:40
Speaker 1: especially unsatisfying is that it often seems more interested in
21:44
Speaker 1: crawling blame into procedural buckets than in following the implications
21:49
Speaker 1: of its own findings wherever they lead. Its report is
21:53
Speaker 1: strong when diagnosing policy non compliance. It's far weaker at
21:57
Speaker 1: addressing where the public should trust the completeness of a
22:00
Speaker 1: reconstruction built on personnel who lied, systems that malfunctioned, and
22:05
Speaker 1: physical evidence that left obvious questions behind. A rigorous inquiry
22:10
Speaker 1: into a death like this should not merely ask whether
22:13
Speaker 1: the body was consistent with hanging. It should test every
22:17
Speaker 1: assumption in the custodial chain with hostility equal to the stakes.
22:21
Speaker 1: It should treat each false statement as a possible doorway
22:24
Speaker 1: into a larger concealment, not simply as a completed offense
22:28
Speaker 1: with its own need caption. It should explain the contradictions
22:32
Speaker 1: in plain terms. It should address why official pronouncements outpaced
22:36
Speaker 1: what the actual video could establish. It should satisfy skeptics
22:41
Speaker 1: by grappling with the strongest skeptical case. The OIG report,
22:45
Speaker 1: whatever its useful detail, does not clear that bar. The
22:50
Speaker 1: defenders of closure sometimes say that because no definitive evidence
22:54
Speaker 1: of homicide has been produced, the official account remains the
22:58
Speaker 1: only responsible conclusion that's a false binary. One may reject
23:03
Speaker 1: the can place an official narrative without pretending to possess
23:06
Speaker 1: a courtroom ready alternative theory of every second that passed
23:09
Speaker 1: in the shoe. The proper conclusion at this stage is
23:13
Speaker 1: much more narrow and in my view, far more devastating
23:16
Speaker 1: to the government. It's that the federal custodial record in
23:19
Speaker 1: Epstein's death was so compromised that the public has never
23:23
Speaker 1: been given a fully trustworthy explanation. And yo, that's not
23:27
Speaker 1: a slogan. That's an implication of falsified rounds, the missing
23:32
Speaker 1: checks and housing failures, the camera deficiencies, the unresolved visual anomalies,
23:38
Speaker 1: the conflicting recollections at the scene, and the soft landing
23:41
Speaker 1: ultimately provided to multiple custodial actors. In other words, the
23:46
Speaker 1: problem is not merely what happened to Epstein. The problem
23:50
Speaker 1: is that the system responsible for preserving the truth about
23:53
Speaker 1: what happened was itself one of the primary destroyers of
23:57
Speaker 1: confidence in that truth. Understood in that way, public suspicion
24:01
Speaker 1: stops looking irrational and it starts looking earned. Epstein's death
24:07
Speaker 1: didn't become permanent national suspicion because the public is incapable
24:11
Speaker 1: of accepting uncomfortable facts. It became permanent national suspicion because
24:16
Speaker 1: the facts delivered by the government were compromised at the source.
24:20
Speaker 1: Every time officials told the country to move along, another
24:23
Speaker 1: defect surfaced. Every time they implied the case was settled,
24:27
Speaker 1: another inconsistency reminded everyone that the settlement rested on rotted beams.
24:32
Speaker 1: The state had one job after Epstein died in custody.
24:36
Speaker 1: Preserve the scene, preserve the records, preserve the chain, preserve
24:39
Speaker 1: public confidence. It failed at all four. Then it tried
24:43
Speaker 1: to sell the failure as a complete explanation. That's why
24:47
Speaker 1: the official narrative collapses once you trim away the euphemisms.
24:51
Speaker 1: The issue was never simply that the man died in jail.
24:54
Speaker 1: The issue was at the institution entrusted with safeguarding him
24:58
Speaker 1: and documenting his death behaved in ways that made their
25:02
Speaker 1: own conclusion impossible to accept at face value. So when
25:07
Speaker 1: I look at the death of Jeffrey Epstein at MCC,
25:10
Speaker 1: I don't see a story that's been solved and unfairly
25:13
Speaker 1: maligned by skeptics. I see a story that was mishandled
25:17
Speaker 1: at every level where confidence should have been built. I
25:20
Speaker 1: see officers who lied on records, supervisors and systems that
25:23
Speaker 1: failed to catch or prevent the collapse, surveillance evidence that
25:28
Speaker 1: was less definitive than officials claimed, and an inspector General
25:32
Speaker 1: report that documented enough scandal to fuel doubt for years,
25:36
Speaker 1: while still stopping short of confronting the full political and
25:40
Speaker 1: institutional meaning of its own findings. I see a death
25:44
Speaker 1: scene whose basic custodial integrity was too degrade it to
25:48
Speaker 1: support triumphant certainty. I see a government that wanted the
25:52
Speaker 1: argument to end long before the record justified ending it.
25:56
Speaker 1: And I see a public that was entirely right to
25:59
Speaker 1: refuse that to the official narrative does not fail because
26:03
Speaker 1: people are paranoid. It fails because the government's own evidence
26:07
Speaker 1: made confidence impossible. In the end, the real scandal is this,
26:11
Speaker 1: not only that Epstein died in federal custody, but that
26:15
Speaker 1: the truth about the death was handled by institutions that
26:19
Speaker 1: behaved as though closure mattered more than credibility. What remains, then,
26:24
Speaker 1: is not a mystery in the cinematic sense, but a
26:27
Speaker 1: credibility crisis in the institutional sense, and that distinction is everything.
26:32
Speaker 1: The unanswered questions are not fringe embellishments. There are direct
26:36
Speaker 1: consequences of a system that failed to preserve its own
26:39
Speaker 1: evidence and then asked to be believed anyway. Until there's
26:43
Speaker 1: a level of transparency that matches the scale of that failure,
26:47
Speaker 1: until the contradictions are confronted had on instead of softened
26:50
Speaker 1: into bureaucratic language, and until the full weight of accountability
26:54
Speaker 1: is applied rather than deferred, the case will never truly
26:58
Speaker 1: be closed in the court of public just judgment. The
27:01
Speaker 1: official narrative did not collapse because it was attacked. It
27:05
Speaker 1: collapsed because it was built on a foundation that cannot
27:08
Speaker 1: bear scrutiny. And when the institutions tasked with guarding both
27:12
Speaker 1: life and truth falter this completely. The burden is no
27:16
Speaker 1: longer on the public to trust, it's on the state
27:19
Speaker 1: to finally earn it. All the information that goes with

39:15
Speaker 1: surrounding the death Of Jeffrey, epstein and that, report in my,
39:19
Speaker 1: opinion is inconclusive at. Best what it looks like is
39:25
Speaker 1: a whitewash of the narrative that the government wants you to.
39:29
Speaker 1: Believe so THE oig report comes, out and it's pretty
39:34
Speaker 1: convenient that all of the blame is put on the,
39:37
Speaker 1: institution is put on this, one it's put on that.

Speaker 1: other than it being cover for the legacy media to
39:55
Speaker 1: continue running a bullshit. Narrative that's really what it comes down, To,
39:59
Speaker 1: Right like every other internal report that we ever talk
40:03
Speaker 1: about or that we ever hear, about it comes down
40:06
Speaker 1: to cya cover your, Ass and that's exactly what THE
40:10
Speaker 1: oig report for the government was, here cover your ass
40:15
Speaker 1: kind of, report one that goes to bolster the narrative
40:19
Speaker 1: that they've been running with since the very, beginning and
40:23
Speaker 1: still little to no evidence provided by the government to
40:28
Speaker 1: support the narrative that they expect us all to, Believe
40:32
Speaker 1: and after four, years that's all that they can come up,
40:35
Speaker 1: with the nonsense that we saw inside of THAT oig.
40:39
Speaker 1: Report that's the best you can do with your overbloated ass,
40:43
Speaker 1: budget all that, money all those people subpoena, power and
40:48
Speaker 1: this is the best you can come up. With. Huh
40:50
Speaker 1: and for all of the bluster and all of the

40:57
Speaker 1: who didn't do their job, correctly how many of them

Speaker 1: Will so what exactly did THE oig report even accomplish
41:33
Speaker 1: besides wasting money and whitewashing a story that we all
41:37
Speaker 1: know IS bs. Anyway today's article is From radar online
41:42
Speaker 1: Dot com and the headline cover UP ems report In
41:46
Speaker 1: Jeffrey epstein's prison death remains top secret even to his.
41:50
Speaker 1: Family now you would think that they turn over THIS
41:53
Speaker 1: ems report to the family at the very. Least and
41:57
Speaker 1: what's the big secret about this guy's? Death? Right who
41:59
Speaker 1: can is just a regular guy died in? Prison not national?
42:03
Speaker 1: Security these are in state. Secrets what are, you folks
42:07
Speaker 1: so worried? About why won't you just release the whole?
42:10
Speaker 1: Story what's going? On why are you dripping? It why
42:13
Speaker 1: does it take four years for you to come out
42:16
Speaker 1: with a whitewashed ass bs water carrying story for the. Government,
42:21
Speaker 1: meanwhile at the same, time ignoring requests from the family
42:25
Speaker 1: to get the full complete picture about what happened to
42:28
Speaker 1: their family member inside of that. Jail and, look as
42:31
Speaker 1: you all, KNOW i am not a fan Of Jeffrey,
42:34
Speaker 1: epstein but his family certainly deserves to know what happened
42:38
Speaker 1: and to have a full report and a full comprehensive
42:41
Speaker 1: picture about what happened To epstein in that. Cell and
42:44
Speaker 1: if the government is PLAYING koi with his, family do
42:47
Speaker 1: you really think that they're telling you the. Truth the
42:50
Speaker 1: author of this article Is Douglas. Montero The city Of
42:55
Speaker 1: New york is refusing to release a copy of the
42:57
Speaker 1: paramedic report on the mysterious risen death Of Jeffrey, epstein
43:02
Speaker 1: not even to his own next of. Kin radar online
43:05
Speaker 1: Dot com has exclusively. Learned, look if somebody, dies, RIGHT
43:10
Speaker 1: i would think that their family members would be entitled
43:12
Speaker 1: to have all of the information about the events that
43:16
Speaker 1: led up to their, death especially if they were in
43:19
Speaker 1: the care of the. Government. Right probably pretty important for
43:22
Speaker 1: a family to understand how their loved one, died even
43:26
Speaker 1: if that loved one is this, sick demented Bastard Jeffrey.
43:30
Speaker 1: Epstein the stunning revelation is fueling speculation by his family
43:35
Speaker 1: that The bureau Of prisons is in cahoots with the
43:38
Speaker 1: city is allegedly trying to bury key evidence in The
43:42
Speaker 1: august twenty nineteen death of the billionaire pedophile found hanging
43:47
Speaker 1: in his cell at The Metropolitan Correctional. Center and everybody
43:51
Speaker 1: wants to blame people, for you, know the conspiracy theories
43:54
Speaker 1: surrounding this, case AND i know they do get. Tiresome
43:58
Speaker 1: but the government has nobody but itself to. Blame and
44:01
Speaker 1: that's because when you're so secretive for so long about
44:05
Speaker 1: something such as The epstein, case nobody is going to
44:08
Speaker 1: take what you have to say at face, value you
44:11
Speaker 1: have to provide some proof of. That and it's not
44:14
Speaker 1: like you can, say, well the government or The Medical
44:17
Speaker 1: examiner's office here deserves the benefit of the. Doubt why should?
44:21
Speaker 1: They why SHOULD i give them the benefit of the.
44:23
Speaker 1: Doubt they haven't earned that from. Me in, fact with
44:27
Speaker 1: all the, obfuscation all the, bs it's the complete. Opposite
44:32
Speaker 1: you want people to believe what you have to say,
44:34
Speaker 1: here and you want people to stop with the conspiracy.
44:36
Speaker 1: Theories well prove all of those conspiracy theories wrong by
44:40
Speaker 1: releasing all of this stuff unredacted so the public can
44:45
Speaker 1: have a. Look what's, more The Vital First Responders report
44:49
Speaker 1: was surprisingly missing from The department Of Justice Inspector General's
44:53
Speaker 1: office quintessential one hundred and twenty eight page investigative report
44:58
Speaker 1: Into epstein's death that took four years to. Complete and,
45:02
Speaker 1: also remember not one mention that Four chan reported this
45:06
Speaker 1: story thirty eight minutes before the legacy media even had
45:10
Speaker 1: their teeth sunk into. It so who was making those?
45:13
Speaker 1: Posts was it one of the, EMTs was it one
45:15
Speaker 1: of the? Guards was it somebody else at the? Facility
45:18
Speaker 1: it had to be somebody who was leaking this information
45:21
Speaker 1: thirty eight minutes before it was even reported by the national,
45:25
Speaker 1: media and not even a mention of. That you would
45:28
Speaker 1: think that's some sort of security. Breach. No renowned Attorney Stacey,
45:33
Speaker 1: richmond who Represents epstein's, brother exclusively told RadarOnline dot com
45:38
Speaker 1: she has been trying to get a copy of the
45:40
Speaker 1: report since twenty, nineteen only to get stonewalled by. Officials
45:45
Speaker 1: now why would they do? That why wouldn't they just
45:48
Speaker 1: give over the information they have and be done with.
45:50
Speaker 1: It Mark epstein has already received The Medical examiner's, report
45:56
Speaker 1: along with a grizzly array of photographs of his dead,
45:58
Speaker 1: brother but for some, reason THE ems report is sacracent
46:03
Speaker 1: for his. EYES i just find it interesting that there
46:07
Speaker 1: are so many things that are not included in The
46:09
Speaker 1: Inspector general's report that would have been local investigative things
46:14
Speaker 1: that they could have, Done richmond, SAID i would think
46:17
Speaker 1: having THE emt report attached would be significant as a
46:22
Speaker 1: piece of. Information it completes the. Narrative, well that might
46:26
Speaker 1: be the. Problem the fact that it might complete the
46:28
Speaker 1: narrative is a reason for them not to include. It,
46:32
Speaker 1: oh this is still under. Seal we have private information
46:35
Speaker 1: in This and, Look i'm not saying that they're hiding
46:38
Speaker 1: the fact that something happened To ebstein in that, cell
46:41
Speaker 1: as far as somebody killed, Them i'm not saying. THAT
46:43
Speaker 1: i don't. Know WHAT i am saying is, This THE
46:46
Speaker 1: oig report on its own does not convince me of
46:51
Speaker 1: the narrative that the government is trying to sell. Us
46:55
Speaker 1: and if the issues AT mcc were so, bad and
46:59
Speaker 1: the issues or so bad, systemically then how is it
47:02
Speaker 1: that everybody at THE bop isn't fired and how is
47:06
Speaker 1: it that we're not starting? Over so what you're telling
47:09
Speaker 1: me is this whole report came, out and let's say
47:11
Speaker 1: that it's true every last word in that report is.
47:14
Speaker 1: True then still this is a big problem because that
47:18
Speaker 1: means systemically none of this stuff has been cleaned, up
47:21
Speaker 1: and we're on our way to another issue like this
47:24
Speaker 1: happening in the. Future so either way you look at,
47:28
Speaker 1: it this is terrible for the government and as far
47:31
Speaker 1: as bad, press this is certainly a better path for
47:34
Speaker 1: them to travel than admitting that something happened To epstein
47:38
Speaker 1: under their. Watch can you imagine the shit show that
47:41
Speaker 1: that would. Be forensic pathologist Doctor Michael, baden who Insists
47:46
Speaker 1: epstein's neck fractures were consistent with manual, strangulation not, suicide
47:51
Speaker 1: also blasted The Inspector general's report for ignoring THE ems report.
47:56
Speaker 1: Altogether where is the ambulance, report which would be more
48:01
Speaker 1: valuable than relying on what the two corrections officers that
48:04
Speaker 1: Found epstein said and refused to initially give any. Information
48:09
Speaker 1: Doctor boden, asked he's not. Wrong why aren't we hearing
48:13
Speaker 1: from THE. Mts why wasn't policy followed in the wake
48:17
Speaker 1: of his death in that jail. Cell why wasn't it
48:19
Speaker 1: treated like a crime. Scene there's still a whole lot
48:23
Speaker 1: that hasn't been, answered and THE oig report certainly hasn't
48:26
Speaker 1: answered even a percentage of these. Questions the autopsy report
48:33
Speaker 1: was released to the, family but not THE ems. Report
48:37
Speaker 1: the only evidence that gives you an independent assessment of
48:40
Speaker 1: the body's condition at the time of its, Death Doctor boden,
48:43
Speaker 1: said the paramedics file a three to four page report
48:48
Speaker 1: that has a lot of important information on. It, otherwise
48:51
Speaker 1: investigators are relying on the two guards that move the,
48:54
Speaker 1: body and as the report itself told, us these guards
48:58
Speaker 1: aren't trained to even. Stay it would look like and
49:01
Speaker 1: mind these prisoners who they're supposed to be, guarding so
49:05
Speaker 1: all of a, sudden now we're going to rely on
49:07
Speaker 1: them to go and clear this gel cell after he's
49:10
Speaker 1: dead and report accurately about what. HAPPENED i, MEAN i
49:14
Speaker 1: guess if that's what you want to rely, on, Okay
49:17
Speaker 1: and THE oig report relies on a lot of unreliable.
49:22
Speaker 1: Narrators if you, WILL i MEAN tartaglioni as a, Witness,
49:26
Speaker 1: sure let's just listen to whatever this guy has to
49:28
Speaker 1: say and believe. Them that's basically what THE bop. Did
49:33
Speaker 1: Doctor boden And richmond know That epstein was discovered inside
49:37
Speaker 1: his cell at six thirty am with a noose made
49:40
Speaker 1: from bed sheets wrapped around his, neck but everything else
49:44
Speaker 1: after the fact remains shrouded in. Mystery The Inspector general's,
49:49
Speaker 1: report accidentally or on, purpose raises questions about the condition
49:54
Speaker 1: Of epstein's, body which was moved before paramedics. Arrived the
49:59
Speaker 1: prison's clinical nurse memorandum reads That epstein was, cold with
50:03
Speaker 1: bruising around his neck and posterior mottling skin, coloration pupils
50:09
Speaker 1: fixed and, dilated and no palpable pulses were. Felt The
50:14
Speaker 1: Inspector general's report stated Doctor, bowden who spent fifty years
50:19
Speaker 1: as a pathologist for The New York State Corrections Medical Review,
50:22
Speaker 1: board which investigates all deaths inside prison and jail, cells
50:27
Speaker 1: Estimates epstein was dead for about two hours before being,
50:31
Speaker 1: discovered based on the clinical nurse's written. Statement after Cutting epstein,
50:37
Speaker 1: down a decision was made to move his corpse to
50:40
Speaker 1: THE Mcc Health Service unit treatment, room WHERE cpr was
50:44
Speaker 1: administered UNTIL ems. Arrived The Inspector general's report, STATED ems
50:50
Speaker 1: and paramedics arrived on the, scene Intubated epstein and gave
50:54
Speaker 1: him medications and. Fluids the report Stated epstein was transported
50:58
Speaker 1: to the local emergence WITH cpr in progress at approximately
51:03
Speaker 1: seven to ten, am so he was dead for two
51:05
Speaker 1: hours already when they got in the room and they
51:08
Speaker 1: were still USING cpr to try and resuscitate the. Dude,
51:12
Speaker 1: meanwhile they knew he was, dead and they knew that
51:14
Speaker 1: they were going to be in big. Trouble so that's
51:17
Speaker 1: when the cover up amongst the staff truly. Began Doctor
51:21
Speaker 1: boden Told Radar. Online Moving epstein's corpse is extremely. Suspicious
51:27
Speaker 1: if this was A New York city, case the body
51:30
Speaker 1: would not have been, disturbed he, explained detailing the difference
51:34
Speaker 1: between the state and federal prison. Protocols whoever was in
51:38
Speaker 1: charge decided to move the body BEFORE ems, arrived and
51:42
Speaker 1: that is not the way you should go about. It
51:44
Speaker 1: but of course they know better here Right the guards
51:47
Speaker 1: at mcc obviously well. Trained they know what they're, doing
51:52
Speaker 1: Doctor boden Told RadarOnline dot. Com THE ems report details
51:57
Speaker 1: the time of, death whether rigle mortis had set, in
52:01
Speaker 1: and more, importantly why they rushed them to the hospital
52:04
Speaker 1: if he was already. Dead for, now THE ems report
52:08
Speaker 1: remains top, secret not even worthy of a painstakingly crafted
52:12
Speaker 1: report by the federal. GOVERNMENT i put in A freedom
52:16
Speaker 1: Of Information act request because there is no active case
52:20
Speaker 1: in WHICH i can issue a, Subpoena richmond Told RadarOnline dot.
52:23
Speaker 1: COM i don't know if they don't want to or
52:26
Speaker 1: if they are too. BUSY i don't, know but there
52:29
Speaker 1: is no reason we can't have it at this, juncture
52:32
Speaker 1: And i've been asking from the. Onset when asked if
52:36
Speaker 1: it was unusual for the city to withhold THE ems
52:39
Speaker 1: report from family, members she, SAID i really don't have
52:42
Speaker 1: anything to compare it to because of how much more
52:45
Speaker 1: unusual of a situation can we get with this? Case and,
52:49
Speaker 1: look she's not. Wrong everything around this case is goofy
52:53
Speaker 1: and none of it makes. Sense all of these reports
52:55
Speaker 1: should have been handed over to the family the second
52:58
Speaker 1: they were. Completed these aren't stay. Secrets we're not talking
53:01
Speaker 1: about a new nuclear weapon, here, Right we're talking about
53:05
Speaker 1: a child, molester a pedophile who got caught red handed
53:09
Speaker 1: molesting little girls and trafficking girls and. Women that's what
53:12
Speaker 1: we're talking about. Here now ask yourselves why your government
53:17
Speaker 1: wants to keep that shit? Secret all, right, folks that's
53:19
Speaker 1: gonna do it for this. One all of the information
53:21
Speaker 1: that goes with the episode can be found in the description.
