Mega Edition: How Does Lesley Groff's Narrative Hold Up Against Known Evidence? (6/12/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna move on to
0:07
the next member of the Corps of four that we're
0:09
going to discuss, and that's Leslie Groff. And Leslie Groff
0:14
was Jeffrey Epstein's second brain. According to Jeffrey Epstein himself,
0:20
This was somebody that was in charge of setting up
0:23
the massage appointments, flights, and anything else that Jeffrey Epstein
0:27
might need. In fact, she was so important to him that,
0:30
even though she was pregnant, she was indispensable to Jeffrey
0:34
Epstein in his operation, so much so that he gave
0:37
her two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. But according to
0:40
the DOJ, no matter how much eyewitness testimony there was,
0:44
no matter how many of these girls said that they
0:46
were abused by Jeffrey Epstein and that Leslie Groff helped
0:50
facilitate it, there's nothing to see here. There's no case
0:53
to be made, and nobody else should be held accountable,
0:57
and that all of the actionable intelligence that they ever
0:59
had on Jeffrey Epstein was acted upon, and that there's
1:03
nothing left to see here. And that's the narrative that
1:05
everybody should just shut up and keep it moving. Well,
1:09
the truth is that there's still a lot to be
1:11
uncovered here, and a lot that people have no idea about.
1:16
In this episode, we're going to continue talking about Epstein's
1:18
Corps four and this time we're going to turn our
1:22
attention to Leslie Groff, and to do that, we have
1:24
an article from Business Insider. Prosecutors won't charge Jeffrey epstein
1:29
former assistant Leslie Groff, who accusers say book massage appointments
1:34
and flights, according to Groff's lawyers, and that's not a
1:37
shock to anybody that's been following along. They wouldn't be
1:40
able to control the narrative. If they would have charged
1:42
all these people, somebody would have spilt the beans. But instead,
1:46
what did they do. They just decided not to pursue
1:49
charges against people that obviously should have been charged. And
1:53
the whole idea here has always been to manage the narrative.
1:57
So the Feds let the other co conspirators and they
2:00
only go after Maxwell. That way, they give the public
2:03
the red meat that the public's obviously after. Well, at
2:06
the same time, they don't open themselves up to more
2:10
exposure by bringing more people into the criminal charge. That way,
2:15
they kill two birds with one stone, right, They control
2:17
the narrative, and they also throw some red meat to
2:20
the people who expect people to go to prison for
2:23
their role in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Here's the biggest
2:27
problem for them. They thought that all of this would
2:30
blow over by now. They figured that this would all
2:32
go away, that nobody would still care. The problem is
2:36
when you're not truthful with us, we still care, and
2:40
people aren't just gonna let something like this go. And remember,
2:43
even if you don't believe all the crazy stuff about blackmail,
2:46
if you don't believe all the stuff about Jeffrey Epstein
2:49
and all the high level contacts he had, this man
2:53
was still abusing little girls for decades and there were
2:58
people that were helping him do that. And none of
3:00
those people should ever be let off because it's politically
3:03
expedient to do so. No matter who's engaging in that
3:06
kind of behavior, they need to be held accountable and
3:09
there shouldn't be any kind of conversation surrounding it, like
3:13
how is this even an issue where people are arguing
3:16
shouldn't we all want to see people like this held accountable,
3:19
but I guess politics are more important, huh. Federal prosecutors
3:24
have no plans to bring charges against Leslie Groff, an
3:27
associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who was reportedly
3:31
under a criminal investigation for sex trafficking. According to her attorneys.
3:36
Goff's lawyer Michael Backner and John Whitcombe said Thursday in
3:40
a statement provided to Insider that prosecutors in Manhattan would
3:44
not file an indictment against their client. After more than
3:48
a two year investigation by the Department of Justice into
3:52
Jeffrey Epstein's conduct, which included lengthy interviews of witnesses and
3:56
a thorough review of relevant communication, have been informed that
4:01
no criminal charges will be brought against Leslie Groff, Backner
4:05
and Witcom said, And just so we're clear, this was
4:09
in twenty twenty one, So it was Biden's Justice Department
4:13
that decided not to pursue these charges or go after
4:16
Leslie Groff. Just keep that in mind, because when I
4:19
tell you that this is something that's been going on
4:21
for decades and that both parties have been smack dab
4:24
in the middle of it, this is what I'm talking about.
4:27
There has been ample opportunity for both sides to stop
4:31
Jeffrey Epstein and to bring his people to account, and
4:35
they refuse to do it time and time again, year
4:37
after year, presidency after presidency. The attorneys added that Groff
4:42
never witnessed anything improper or illegal. The New York Times
4:47
first reported in twenty nineteen that federal prosecutors were considering
4:51
sex trafficking charges against Groff, who worked as an executive
4:55
assistant for Epstein for nearly twenty years. Person for Groff
5:01
told Insider that she was cooperating in the investigation. Oh,
5:04
I'm sure she is, and I'm sure she was. Now,
5:07
let me ask you a question. Do you think that
5:09
if Leslie Groff was running her own cat house and
5:12
her own brothel and she was setting up all of
5:16
these different appointments for people, do you think she would
5:18
have been given leniency or do you think they would
5:20
have threw the book at her. We all know the truth.
5:23
If Jeffrey Epstein wasn't connected and protected, all of these
5:27
people would have been hemmed up because under normal circumstances,
5:31
this is the kind of operation that the Feds live
5:34
to disrupt. They love to drop people out who are
5:37
hurting children. Right, Look, we're doing our job. Give us
5:40
more money for funding, whatever it might be. But all
5:44
of a sudden, when it comes to Epstein, everybody wants
5:46
to clamb up. Nobody wants to do their job. Nobody
5:49
wants to step up to the plate and do the
5:51
right thing. Ask yourself why Groff was one of Epstein's
5:55
employees named in a non prosecution agreement the Financier Pedophile
6:00
sign with federal prosecutors in Florida in two thousand and seven.
6:04
The agreement, which has been widely criticized, allowed Epstein to
6:07
serve a lenient sentence in Palm Beach County Jail in
6:10
Florida on prostitution solicitation charges rather than face a federal
6:15
sex trafficking indictment. The document also said that federal prosecutors
6:20
would not bring criminal charges against Groff and the other
6:24
women who had described as potential co conspirators. Now, why
6:29
would the Justice Department ever allow this? Why would Mukasey
6:33
and Philippe ever direct Acosta to do this? And for
6:37
all the people out there that act like nothing is
6:39
amiss here, can you point me in the direction of
6:42
another NPA that looks anything like this one. Let me
6:45
help you out. The answer is no, you cannot, because
6:48
one doesn't exist. Nobody should ever have an MPa like this.
6:53
Never mind somebody who's been busted for the crimes that
6:57
Jeffrey Epstein was charged with. We're gonna protect the co
7:00
conspirators of a child molester. On what fucking planet? Does
7:04
that sound like a good idea? Like everybody should be
7:07
outraged by this. Everybody should be demanding a new investigation
7:13
into the NPA and the NPA being turned over. That
7:17
NPA is an abomination and it should be done away with.
7:21
Federal agents arrested Epstein in August of twenty nineteen, following
7:26
an investigation from Miami Herald A reporter Julie K. Brown
7:30
that exposed the scope of the agreement. He died in
7:33
his jail cell while awaiting trial. In twenty twenty, the
7:36
FBI arrested Glaine Maxwell on suspicion of sex trafficking girls
7:40
to Epstein and sexually abusing them herself. And that's the
7:44
point that needs to be slammed home, because there seems
7:47
to be a lot of people that don't understand why
7:48
Glaine Maxwell is in prison, And like I always say,
7:52
she's exactly where she belongs, and that's because she was
7:55
abusing girls herself, right along with Jeffrey Epstein's disgusting ass. So, yeah,
8:00
the bipugal serpent exactly where she belongs. Prior to the conviction,
8:06
Maxwell argued that the same non prosecution agreement protected her
8:10
from all federal prosecution. US District Judge Alison Nathan, who
8:14
oversaw her case, rejected that argument, and thank god she did.
8:19
Can you imagine? And the crazy part is we'd be
8:23
getting gasolt anyway. People would be like, oh, you know what,
8:26
the NPA is a good thing. It's good for justice.
8:29
We can't have people's reputations getting solid. You have to
8:33
be quite the boot liquor to have that outlook on life,
8:37
because if you think you're being told the truth, I
8:39
have some really bad news for you. Bagner had previously
8:43
indicated that Groff would avoid prosecution, telling Brown for her
8:46
book Perversion of Justice, that federal prosecutors do not intend
8:51
to bring criminal charges against Leslie Groff. Yeah, because they'd
8:54
have to open a RICO investigation and it would ruin
8:57
the whole thing. You can't have a Rico invent instigation
9:00
on your own agent. Can you. A representative for the
9:04
US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York,
9:07
which is conducting the investigation into the conduct of Epstein
9:10
and his associates, declined to comment to Insider on the
9:14
decision of whether to charge Groff. Yeah, of course not.
9:18
They don't want any accountability. And you have all these
9:20
FBI agents that were working at this time who are
9:24
now pundits who run around talking all this shit when
9:27
they could have done something when they were in the agency.
9:30
But now you're going to blow the doors off this.
9:32
You're going to tell everybody who Jeffrey Epstein was and
9:34
what he was doing, and how he was in the CIA,
9:37
or this that the other thing. Please stop it, stop
9:40
the bullshit. You had your shot to stop this, dude,
9:43
or at the very least, to blow the whistle, and
9:45
you chose not to. Jerry convicted Maxwell at trial on Wednesday.
9:50
Maria Farmer, whose sister Annie Farmer, testified against Maxwell at
9:54
the trial, told Insider that while her family was elated
9:57
by the verdict, the case was only the tip of
10:00
the iceberg. As thrilled as I am by the arrest,
10:03
It's only the tip of the Iceberg. She said, there
10:06
should be many to follow, and Maria is not wrong.
10:09
And let's remember that Maria blew the doors off this
10:11
bitch in nineteen ninety six, telling the FBI about Jeffrey
10:16
Epstein what he was up to and that the dude
10:18
was an absolute creep. But of course they ignored her right.
10:22
Can't go after your own agent, can't go after a
10:24
guy that's been flipped, and you certainly can't go after
10:26
somebody that's being protected by intelligence. Ken you, that usually
10:31
doesn't work out so well. Ask Keky Kamarena how that
10:35
worked out for him. Virginia Roberts, who also accused Epstein,
10:40
Maxwell and other associates of sexual misconduct, also said on
10:44
Wednesday that other people in their orbit must face justice.
10:48
I hope that today is not the end, but rather
10:51
another step injustice being served. She said. Maxwell did not
10:55
act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith
10:59
that they will be, and I can already tell you
11:01
that if Virginia was still with us, she'd be raising
11:04
holy hell right now. And that's because she knows, just
11:07
like the other survivors, like Maria, like Annie, like everybody else,
11:12
that Epstein wasn't acting alone. That he wasn't some lone
11:15
wolf who did this all on his own with no help.
11:19
He had a whole ass infrastructure built around him. And
11:22
anybody that's trying to tell you that that's a hoax
11:25
or a lie, they're the ones that are lying to you.
11:28
They're the ones that are trying to manipulate you. The
11:31
truth is Jeffrey Epstein didn't act alone. Groff's name came
11:35
up several times in Maxwell's trial. One woman, who testified
11:38
under the pseudonym of Kate, said Epstein's actually abused her
11:42
for years, said that Graff was one of Epstein's office
11:45
assistants who booked flights for her to travel to his
11:49
residences in New York, Palm Beach, and the US Virgin Islands.
11:54
Larry Vasoski and David Rodgers, two of Epstein's longtime private
11:58
jet pilots, both said that Groff was the secretary who
12:01
worked for Epstein in the nineties and two thousands and
12:05
two schedule flights for Epstein. And this has a Rico
12:08
operation written all over it. You don't have to be
12:11
some kind of expert in Rico to understand that Epstein's
12:14
whole entire operation was built to protect and to cloak
12:18
what he was doing. And how do you justify having
12:21
RICO charges against Ditty but not having RICO charges against
12:25
Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. There is no justification for it,
12:29
especially in hindsight considering the absolute failure that was the
12:34
RICO case that was brought against Ditty by the federal government,
12:38
because that was a complete failure. So how can you
12:40
look at what Diddy was doing and then look at
12:43
Epstein and Maxwell and only charge Ditty with RICO? Make
12:47
that make sense? According to our attorney, Groff's job included
12:51
making appointments for Epstein as directed by him, taking his messages,
12:56
and setting up high level meetings with CEOs, business executives, scientists, politicians, celebrities,
13:03
charitable organizations and universities. In a two thousand and five
13:08
interview with The New York Times, Groff described herself as
13:11
an extension of Epstein's brain. That statement, age, well, huh
13:16
what section of his brain? The section that made him
13:18
want to diddle little girls? It comes down to the bond,
13:24
she told the Times. I know what he is thinking,
13:26
and I know when I need to be fast. It's
13:30
a nice role that we're on. Oh, I bet it
13:32
is not a nice role for the girls, though not
13:35
a nice role for the survivors. In the same article,
13:38
Epstein described Groff as so valuable that when she became
13:42
pregnant in two thousand and four, he paid for a
13:45
full time nanny and brought her a Mercedes Benz so
13:48
that she could keep working for him. But I'm sure
13:50
that Leslie Groff had no idea what was going on,
13:53
not a single clue. There is no way that I
13:57
could lose Leslie to motherhood, Epstein told The Times. Civil
14:02
lawsuits filed against Groff, all of which have since been dropped,
14:06
depict her as one of Epstein's enablers. One lawsuit, filed
14:10
in October by an anonymous Jane Doe, alleged that Graff
14:13
facilitated Epstein's trafficking and sexual abuse of Jane, including by
14:18
purchasing plane tickets, sending money, making appointments, and sending various communications.
14:24
The suit, also filed against the executors of Epstein's estate,
14:28
says Epstein sexually abused Jane in New York, France, the US,
14:33
Virgin Islands, and Florida between twenty seventeen and twenty nineteen
14:39
up until Epstein was arrested. Groff also paid Jane cash
14:43
after sexual encounters. The lawsuit alleges, how is that not
14:47
an associate? How is that not somebody that's engaging in
14:50
a criminal conspiracy She spent out the money right Sure
14:54
sounds like a criminal conspiracy to me. Jane and Groff
14:58
jointly agreed to volunteer. Barely dismissed the lawsuit with respect
15:02
to Groff on Wednesday night, shortly after the verdict against Maxwell.
15:06
The lawsuit is still pending with respect to the executors
15:10
of Epstein's estate over the late financier pedophiles allegedmist conduct.
15:15
An attorney for Jane didn't immediately respond Thursday to Insider's
15:19
requests for a comment. Backner and Whitcomb said they were
15:23
not surprised the case was dropped. Our hearts truly break
15:26
for any person victimized by Epstein, But the truth is
15:30
Leslie had no knowledge of, a no participation in any
15:34
of the illegal conduct alleged in that lawsuit, the attorney
15:37
said in a statement. Meanwhile, back in reality, at least
15:41
two other accusers, Sarah Ransom and Jennifer Aureos, previously brought
15:46
civil lawsuits against Groff. Both women dropped their litigation once
15:50
they accepted money from the Epstein Survivor's Compensation Program, which
15:54
was established by Epstein's estate after his death to pay
15:58
compensation to his victims. But as Insider previously reported, the
16:03
program required claimants to abandon civil claims against the estate
16:07
and Epstein's former employees, including Graff and Maxwell. Graff denied
16:12
wrongdoing in Ransom and Arraos lawsuits as well. A Raos
16:16
lawsuit had accused Groff of scheduling massages with Epstein, who
16:20
sexually abused ARREOs on those occasions. Participation in the victims
16:25
Compensation Program requires permanent discontinuance of all legal action against
16:31
former employees of Jeffrey Epstein, including Ms Groff. ARREOs attorney
16:36
Eric Lerner told The Daily News at the time, my
16:40
client maintains the truth and veracity of all the allegations
16:43
and her pleatings. So not only was the NPA in
16:46
place to protect people like Leslie Groff, the whole compensation
16:50
fund was set up so people couldn't go after people
16:53
like Leslie Groff if they took compensation. And that was
16:57
all by design, And now all these years later, even
17:00
though we still don't have any answers about any of this,
17:03
the DOJ just decides out of the blue that there's
17:07
nothing left to see here and that it's time for
17:09
everybody just to move on because the case is closed,
17:12
and according to them, that's the end of it. And
17:15
my response to that is we've only just begun. All
17:20
of the information that goes with this episode can be
17:22
found in the description box. Hello everyone, and welcome to
17:27
The Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host, Bobby Capucci, and
17:31
this is a morning update. Before we jump into our
17:35
article today about Leslie Groff, I just like to let
17:38
you know that doctor Stephen Delay, who is a friend
17:41
to the program, a very very very intelligent man and
17:47
an incredible philosopher, has a new book out and the
17:51
name of the book is Before God Exercises in Subjectivity
17:57
and doctor Delay and I have been speaking in emails
18:00
and he graciously offered to send me a copy of
18:02
the book, so I am pumped about receiving it. When
18:05
it comes, I'm going to dive into it, devour it,
18:09
and afterwards I'm going to see if doctor Delay has
18:12
some time in his schedule to pop back onto the
18:15
podcast and speak with us once again, because for my money,
18:20
doctor Stephen Delay was one of the most fascinating hours
18:23
we have ever spent here on the podcast and what
18:26
he added to the catalog was incredible. So if you're
18:32
looking for some real brain work and you really want
18:35
to work out that old brain of yours, I highly
18:37
suggest you pick up the book Before God Exercises and
18:41
Subjectivity by doctor Stephen Delay. And here's a little blurb
18:46
from Google Books about what you can expect within the pages.
18:51
Since Heidegger, it has become something of an unquestioned presupposition
18:55
to analyze the structure and essence of selfhood from the
18:59
perspective of being in the world. However, in this original work,
19:03
doctor Stephen Delay, using a wide breadth of philosophical sources,
19:08
articulates a view of selfhood which emphasizes humanity's experience before God.
19:14
The work presents an original view of the relationship between
19:17
philosophy and theology, namely that there is no distinction between
19:22
the two. And I don't know about you, folks, but
19:25
that kind of stuff right there gets your boy fired up.
19:28
I love reading stuff like that, especially when I know
19:33
that the source means business and if anything, Doctor Delay
19:37
is not only credible, but the man knows what he's
19:40
talking about. So if you're interested in this sort of thing,
19:43
you're interested in philosophy, I seriously suggest you grab this
19:47
book now. I think the ebook is coming out soon
19:51
as well. I know that the hard copy is a
19:53
little pricey, but either way, make sure if you're looking
19:57
for something to read and you're looking for a real
20:01
workout of the brain, because remember it's a muscle, it
20:03
needs to be worked out as well, I really suggest
20:07
you take a look and you grab this book. So
20:10
I'm going to try and get doctor Delay back on
20:13
after I read the book. I want to read it
20:16
first before I ask questions about it, obviously, And yeah,
20:20
so I'm going to talk with doctor Delay try and
20:22
get it set up. After I read the book. I'll
20:24
have him come on and then we'll be able to
20:27
speak with him about it. And also, if you decide
20:31
to pick the book up and you have some questions,
20:34
make sure you shoot me some emails and I will
20:36
read those emails on air with Doctor Delay if and
20:40
when we can get them to come back on. So
20:43
that's something that we can be looking forward to going forward.
20:46
And also if you're looking to read something and you
20:49
want to get that brain worked out, and you're bored,
20:51
you're still quarantined, whatever it may be, this is the
20:54
perfect time to pick up the book before God exercises
20:58
and subjectivity. All right, So on to our article for
21:04
the day, the morning, I should say, today, we're going
21:07
to talk about one of Jeffrey Epstein's core four who
21:11
feels like she is being besmirched. Oh well, why is
21:15
everybody talking about me in your news? I'm speaking about
21:20
Leslie Groff. There's an article out in the New Canaan
21:24
Advertiser and the headline is assistant to Jeffrey Epstein says
21:29
she was falsely besmirched, really falsely besmirched. Huh. You've had
21:35
all these years to come forward, provide information, tell people
21:39
what you know about Jeffrey Epstein, considering you were so close,
21:43
considering he called you his brain, and now you have
21:49
the audacity to act like you're being besmirched. Give me
21:53
a break. The author of this article is Robert Marshaant.
22:00
Recently filed court papers say that a New Canaan woman
22:03
who worked for Jeffrey Epstein when he was allegedly sexually
22:06
abusing miners, has been unfairly tarnished by litigation against her,
22:11
and is innocent of wrongdoing. You notice she doesn't say
22:14
that she's being defamed or there's been libel spoken about
22:18
her in the news. None of that right. No, she's
22:22
going after the litigation because they know that that's our
22:25
best bet. Go into the courtroom. And well, the courts
22:28
have been so favorable with Jeffrey Epstein and his friends.
22:31
Why not one mo Again, that's how Leslie groff is thinking.
22:35
She doesn't think that she's going to be in trouble
22:37
for this. Well, she was just an assistant, she had
22:39
nothing to do with it. Meanwhile, we know that's not
22:41
the case. Meanwhile, we know that Epstein bought her a Benzito. Meanwhile,
22:45
we know that Epstein said he couldn't function without her. Meanwhile,
22:48
we know that she's been in Epstein's atmosphere for decades.
22:53
Leslie Groff, you are one of the core four and
22:56
nobody believes you. Leslie Groffs was cited in a lawsuit
23:02
last year by a survivor of Epstein, a longtime sexual predator.
23:07
Jennifer arah Is a teenager when she was sexually assaulted
23:10
at Epstein's Manhattan home suit as a state in New
23:13
York State Supreme Court last year. Well, yeah, for Leslie
23:18
Groff to act like she had nothing to do with it,
23:21
to act like she was never there, she was never around,
23:23
she was never involved, she didn't know anything. We're all crazy.
23:27
Blah blah blah blah blah. It's ludicrous, it's an embarrassment,
23:33
and anybody who was buying this BS is naive at best.
23:40
Leslie Groff and Jeffrey Epstein were as tight as tight
23:43
could be. All you have to do is listen to
23:48
the survivors and they will tell you this story, because folks,
23:51
that's what it comes down to. When you break this
23:53
down to it's very visceral core. What this comes down
24:00
to is who do you believe at this point? Do
24:02
you believe these survivors or do you believe these scumbags
24:05
that were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein who have had
24:08
all the time in the world to come forward and
24:10
speak out against what was occurring, but have yet chosen
24:13
to do chosen not to do so. But we're supposed
24:18
to believe that Leslie Groff is being besmirched. Please, Okay,
24:23
nobody's buying it. Groff was the secretary working for Epstein
24:29
who was found dead in a federal lock up in August,
24:32
presumably by suicide. Let's drop out presumably and go with
24:36
allegedly huh, and she was more than a secretary. What
24:39
kind of secretary do you know that has a brand
24:41
new Benz? What kind of secretary do you know that's
24:44
making six figures? What kind of secretary do you know
24:47
that's called Jeffrey Epstein's brain. That's not a secretary, folks,
24:51
That's a confidant. That's somebody in his inner circle. That's
24:54
somebody that has knowledge of what is going on and
24:57
has knowledge of how this criminal enterprise is run. That
25:03
suit filed by Araz's attorneys contended that miss Groff directly facilitated,
25:08
as well as conspired with Epstein and the other co
25:11
conspirators to make possible and otherwise facilitate, the sexual offenses
25:16
committed against minor plaintiff, Miss Araz. It is seeking damages
25:20
from the Epstein estate. Yeah, as it should. The audacity
25:27
of Leslie of Groff here, Leslie Groff here to act
25:30
like she was not a part of this, to act
25:32
like she is a victim in all of this and
25:35
all of the evidence that has been compiled against her
25:37
as a bunch of bs. These people truly think that
25:42
all of their old tactics are going to work in
25:44
the new world. Well, they're about to find out that
25:48
they are wrong. They are about to find out that
25:50
they are in for a very, very big surprise this
25:54
time around, because people like Leslie Groff and the Core Four,
25:58
your days of running are over, your days of hiding
26:01
are over. Your days of not being put on blast
26:04
in the media will at least in the independent media
26:08
are over, and you have nobody but yourself to blame.
26:17
Groff had denied allegations previously through a New York lawyer,
26:20
Michael Bockner, and now a more robust defense has been
26:24
put forward and a motion filed last week on her behalf.
26:28
Groff played no part in facilitating Epstein's crimes, according to
26:32
a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in which she was named.
26:35
And again, folks, this stuff doesn't all happen in a vacuum.
26:39
You notice how all of this stuff is happening at
26:41
the same time. You notice how the MLA was released,
26:44
and now we have one of the Core Four coming
26:46
out with this suit here filing paperwork in the case
26:53
of her being a facilitator. You think this is all
26:56
just happening coincidentally, of course not. There is much more
27:00
going on behind the scenes. Now. I'm trying to figure
27:05
out what exactly is going on behind the scenes. You know,
27:08
I have a couple of questions out there to reliable sources,
27:11
but so far we've got nothing concrete back. And that's
27:15
what happens a lot of times in these sort of
27:17
cases when the FBI is on their game, when the
27:20
FBI isn't playing games, and when the FBI isn't being corrupt.
27:24
I know, very very rarely does that happen. But when
27:27
they're actually pursuing crimes, they know what they're doing, right.
27:30
The field agents are good at compiling evidence and getting
27:34
things going. The problem is the bureaucrats. But Leslie Groff,
27:40
she really thinks people are gonna believe that she had
27:43
no part in facilitating Epstein's crimes. Huh wow, the audacity
27:48
of it all. But when you look at the big
27:50
picture here, folks, there is something else brewing behind the scenes.
27:54
Without a shadow of a doubt in my mind, the
27:57
court paper state it is not our intent to besmirch plaintiff. Rather,
28:02
given the passage of almost twenty years the allege events,
28:05
it is likely that the plaintiff is simply mistaken. Regardless
28:09
her conclusion, Her conclusionary allegations against miss Groff are egregiously
28:15
false and do not remotely satisfy applicable pleading standards. So
28:21
GRAF defense here is, well, this was a long time
28:24
ago and you just don't remember. So we're not trying
28:27
to besmirch you or anything like that, but you don't
28:29
know what you're talking about. You don't remember what happened.
28:31
And Leslie Groff was not involved. It's like they tried
28:34
to do they're trying to do a Jedi mind trick here.
28:38
This is not the Grof you're looking for. I mean, really,
28:42
what sort of lawyers are these people finding and where
28:45
are they coming up with these ideas? Because if they
28:48
think that this is going to work, they're wrong. A
28:51
guy like Bradley Edwards is going to chew this kind
28:54
of shit up and spit it out. The latest court
28:58
filing emphasized that at Grof now fifty three did not work.
29:02
At the Upper East Side residence where Epstein sexually abused teenagers,
29:06
such as Araz, who was fourteen years old at the
29:09
time in two thousand and one when the criminal activity began.
29:12
According to court records, her office was located elsewhere. Yeah,
29:16
you know where. Her office was located in the other
29:18
building Epstein owned, the one where his brother supposedly owned it, right, Yeah,
29:23
where they kept all of the girls. Yeah. Oh, no, Grove.
29:26
It's okay because Grof worked at another building owned by Epstein.
29:29
She wasn't just at the townhouse or anything like that,
29:32
so she had nothing to do with it. These people
29:36
truly believe that their nonsense is gonna win them the
29:40
day again. They think that all of their nonsense is
29:44
really just going to be accepted. Well, they're in for
29:49
a big surprise, like I said earlier, because nobody's believing
29:51
in anymore. Grof isn't going to be able to get
29:54
out of this nonsense with these BS alibis and these
29:57
BS excuses, and nobody's gonna let them all the hook.
30:02
Not independent journalists and certainly not the survivor's lawyers. The
30:08
new motion by Groff's legal team states Miss Groff never
30:11
engaged in any criminal or civil misconduct. She did not
30:15
conspire with anyone to sexually abuse plaintiff or any other
30:19
survivor of Epstein, an innocent party. Miss Groff has been
30:23
subjected to widespread defamatory and silicious allegations against her in
30:27
the media. Well why don't you go ahead and sue
30:31
some people? Then? If that's the case and miss Groff
30:34
is being so terribly besmirched in the media, start throwing
30:38
out some lawsuits, start suing the newspapers who are supposedly
30:42
besmirching her, and let's get to the discovery phase. Are
30:45
any of the core four ever going to have the
30:47
courage to get the discovery phase or are they just
30:50
going to try and litigate to waste more time. We
30:54
all know the answer. They don't want their day in court.
30:57
They're doing everything to out themselves from having their day
31:01
in court. And frankly, folks, that's all I'm asking for
31:05
here is a trial, a day in court. Let's let
31:08
the light of the sun purify the madness. The court
31:15
papers filed on Groff's behalf set her activities centered on
31:18
scheduling and meetings on business matters. Okay, well, let's just
31:22
say for a minute, okay, she didn't have anything to
31:25
do with the trafficking portion of it, which I do
31:27
not believe. But let's say for a minute she didn't.
31:30
She was only involved in the business matters. Huh. Well,
31:33
how much money laundering did you facilitate? How many deals
31:37
did you set up where the money was washed? Miss Groff? Oh,
31:41
don't think there's just one angle to this case, because
31:43
there are many fronts and many battles still to be fought.
31:47
So anything that you try and do here, miss Groff,
31:50
well you're caught in a spider web. And again you
31:53
have nobody to blame but yourself. The era's lawsuit also
32:00
cited Elaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime companion, well as Groff two
32:06
others excuse me, as well as Groff and two other
32:09
of Epstein's associates. Every penny of Epstein's estate should go
32:13
to the survivors. Eros's lawyer Dan Kaiser told the media
32:17
when the suit was filed last year, one hundred percent.
32:21
I've been saying that from the beginning back the Brinks
32:24
truck up, each one of these girls should get pieced
32:26
off with a fat chunk of change. I'm talking windfall
32:30
status because what they went through with Jeffrey Epstein and
32:35
then what the media did to them, and to pile
32:38
it on top what the prosecution has done to them.
32:42
If anybody has ever deserved a fat payout, a huge payday,
32:46
it is these survivors. Maxwell's whereabouts are not currently known.
32:52
The motion to dismiss notes that there have been specific
32:56
and well detailed accusations about other Epstein employees, yet there
33:00
were no specific allegations that she personally participated in Epstein's
33:06
sexual misconduct. Well, that's true. I haven't heard that Leslie
33:10
Groff was actually doing the abusing, but that doesn't make
33:13
her any better, really, right, she was enabling this, procuring
33:17
these girls, helping Jeffrey Epstein facilitate this, manage the fallout,
33:21
make sure Epstein knew where he was going. Again, she
33:23
was Jeffrey Epstein's brain, That's what Epstein said. A court
33:28
data scheduled for August fourteenth on the latest motion in
33:31
the case. A call left with Roses lawyer Dan Kaiser
33:35
was not returned. Groff's legal team had no comment. A
33:39
number of lawsuits have been filed by alleged victims of Epstein.
33:44
Groff was named as a potential co conspirator in another
33:47
court document. A secret non prosecution agreement that Epstein managed
33:51
to secure in two thousand and eight. Imagine that, if
33:55
Groff had nothing to worry about, if she wasn't involved
33:57
in any of the crimes, why was it so important
34:01
that she was cut in on that immunity deal? Answer
34:05
me that, mister lawyer for Leslie Groff. The agreement related
34:10
to Epstein's misconduct came to light last year, triggering new
34:14
investigations into his activities and his eventual arrest. That pretty
34:20
much sums it up right. Why did Leslie Groff need
34:23
to be part of that immunity deal if she had
34:25
nothing to offer, if she didn't have the goods on
34:28
Jeffrey Epstein and the organization. Folks, they are not going
34:34
to be able to muddy the waters this time. They
34:36
can file all the lawsuits they want, they can go
34:39
crazy with their lawsuits, and they can try and litigate
34:42
this till the cows come home. But the survivors, lawyers,
34:47
these folks have taken the center of the ring. They've
34:52
taken the initiative and they are on the offense. Now,
34:56
you see the difference when you go on offense and
34:58
then playing defense all the time. Time you have to
35:04
take the initiative. You have to force the issue, and
35:09
that's the point we're at now, folks. The issue is
35:12
being forced, and you see all of the scum that
35:16
remains in the shadow of Jeffrey Epstein's death begin to
35:22
scurry like the rats that they are. If you'd like
