  her

• 0:39
  She
• 0:40
  is
• 0:40
  trying
• 0:40
  to
• 0:41
  figure
• 0:41
  out
• 0:41
  how
• 0:41
  to
• 0:41
  encourage
• 0:42
  members
• 0:42
  to
• 0:42
  participate
• 0:43
  and
• 0:44
  she's
• 0:44
  open
• 0:44
  to
• 0:45
  other
• 0:45
  ideas
• 0:45
  too.
• 0:45
  So.
• 0:46
  Okay,
• 0:46
  here's
• 0:47
  my
• 0:47
  thoughts.
• 0:48
  Actually,
• 0:48
  let
• 0:48
  me
• 0:48
  go
• 0:49
  through
• 0:49
  a
• 0:49
  few
• 0:49
  examples
• 0:49
  where
• 0:49
  I've
• 0:50
  seen
• 0:50
  this
• 0:50
  in
• 0:50
  practice
• 0:50
  and
• 0:51
  then
• 0:51
  we
• 0:51
  can
• 0:51
  talk
• 0:51
  about
• 0:51
  how
• 0:52
  to
• 0:52
  encourage
• 0:52
  members
• 0:53
  to
• 0:53
  participate.
• 0:54
  So
• 0:55
  Ellen
• 0:55
  Frost,
• 0:56
  who
• 0:56
  owns
• 0:57
  Local
• 0:57
  Color
• 0:57
  Flowers,
• 0:58
  she
• 0:58
  has
• 0:58
  a
• 0:58
  community
• 0:59
  of
• 1:00
  flower
• 1:00
  creators
• 1:01
  and
• 1:01
  hobbyists
• 1:02
  and
• 1:02
  she
• 1:02
  has
• 1:03
  people
• 1:03
  in
• 1:03
  her
• 1:04
  community
• 1:04
  host
• 1:04
  what
• 1:04
  she
• 1:05
  calls
• 1:05
  lunch
• 1:05
  and
• 1:05
  learns.
• 1:07
  It's
• 1:07
  very
• 1:07
  informal,
• 1:08
  so
• 1:08
  people
• 1:09
  show
• 1:09
  up
• 1:09
  to
• 1:09
  the
• 1:09
  lunch
• 1:10
  and
• 1:10
  learn.
• 1:10
  Somebody
• 1:10
  is
• 1:11
  set
• 1:11
  to
• 1:11
  like
• 1:11
  share
• 1:12
  on
• 1:12
  a
• 1:12
  topic
• 1:13
  and
• 1:13
  they
• 1:13
  basically
• 1:14
  have
• 1:14
  lunch,
• 1:14
  hang
• 1:14
  out,
• 1:15
  and
• 1:15
  just
• 1:15
  talk
• 1:16
  about
• 1:16
  whatever
• 1:17
  the
• 1:17
  person
• 1:18
  that's
• 1:18
  sharing
• 1:19
  shares.
• 1:19
  I
• 1:20
  really
• 1:20
  like
• 1:20
  this
• 1:20
  because
• 1:20
  it's
• 1:21
  really.
• 1:21
  It
• 1:21
  sounds
• 1:22
  really
• 1:22
  similar,
• 1:22
  but
• 1:22
  it's
• 1:23
  a
• 1:23
  very
• 1:23
  fun
• 1:23
  way
• 1:23
  to
• 1:23
  position
• 1:24
  it.
• 1:24
  Lunch
• 1:24
  and
• 1:24
  Learns,
• 1:25
  it's
• 1:25
  super
• 1:25
  informal
• 1:26
  and
• 1:26
  I
• 1:26
  think
• 1:26
  that
• 1:26
  that
• 1:27
  helps
• 1:27
  with
• 1:27
  getting
• 1:27
  people
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  participate
• 1:29
  because
• 1:29
  it's
• 1:29
  not
• 1:30
  a
• 1:30
  high
• 1:30
  stakes
• 1:30
  situation.
• 1:31
  It's
• 1:31
  like,
• 1:31
  hey,
• 1:32
  come
• 1:32
  have
• 1:32
  lunch
• 1:32
  with
• 1:32
  us.
• 1:33
  Learn
• 1:33
  from
• 1:33
  one
• 1:33
  of
• 1:33
  your
• 1:33
  community
• 1:34
  members
• 1:34
  and
• 1:34
  we'll
• 1:35
  like
• 1:35
  connect.
• 1:35
  And
• 1:35
  it's
• 1:36
  just
• 1:36
  a
• 1:36
  good
• 1:37
  connection
• 1:37
  event
• 1:38
  as
• 1:38
  well
• 1:38
  as
• 1:38
  a
• 1:38
  learning
• 1:39
  opportunity.
• 1:40
  Another
• 1:40
  example
• 1:41
  is
• 1:42
  from
• 1:42
  Jay
• 1:43
  Clouse.
• 1:43
  So
• 1:44
  in
• 1:44
  his
• 1:44
  community
• 1:45
  he
• 1:45
  has
• 1:45
  this
• 1:45
  section
• 1:46
  called
• 1:46
  Experiments
• 1:47
  Share
• 1:47
  an
• 1:47
  experiment
• 1:48
  where
• 1:49
  he
• 1:49
  encourages
• 1:49
  people
• 1:50
  to
• 1:51
  share
• 1:51
  a
• 1:52
  goal,
• 1:52
  a
• 1:52
  hypothesis,
• 1:54
  the
• 1:55
  actual
• 1:55
  result
• 1:56
  and
• 1:56
  what
• 1:56
  they
• 1:57
  learned
• 1:57
  from
• 1:57
  it.
• 1:58
  And
• 1:58
  I
• 1:58
  know
• 1:59
  you
• 1:59
  said
• 1:59
  you
• 2:00
  wanted
• 2:00
  answers
• 2:01
  that
• 2:01
  weren't
• 2:01
  to
• 2:01
  the
• 2:02
  community
• 2:02
  forum,
• 2:02
  but
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  think
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  because
• 2:04
  he
• 2:04
  has
• 2:04
  such
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  strict
• 2:05
  formatting
• 2:05
  for
• 2:06
  this
• 2:06
  and
• 2:07
  he's
• 2:07
  like,
• 2:07
  this
• 2:07
  is
• 2:07
  how
• 2:08
  you
• 2:08
  do
• 2:08
  it.
• 2:08
  It's
• 2:09
  very
• 2:09
  like
• 2:09
  clear
• 2:09
  expectations
• 2:10
  pinned
• 2:10
  at
• 2:11
  the
• 2:11
  top
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  then
• 2:12
  people
• 2:12
  add
• 2:12
  them.
• 2:13
  He
• 2:13
  asks
• 2:14
  people
• 2:14
  to
• 2:14
  share
• 2:14
  them,
• 2:14
  especially
• 2:15
  when
• 2:15
  they
• 2:15
  share
• 2:16
  a
• 2:16
  win
• 2:16
  with
• 2:16
  him.
• 2:16
  He's
• 2:17
  like,
• 2:17
  hey,
• 2:17
  will
• 2:17
  you
• 2:17
  actually
• 2:17
  share
• 2:18
  this
• 2:18
  as
• 2:18
  an
• 2:18
  experiment
• 2:18
  in
• 2:19
  the
• 2:19
  community?
• 2:19
  So
• 2:19
  he's
• 2:19
  encouraging
• 2:20
  people
• 2:20
  to
• 2:20
  do
• 2:20
  it
• 2:21
  one
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  one,
• 2:21
  but
• 2:22
  he's
• 2:22
  also
• 2:22
  incentivizing
• 2:23
  it
• 2:23
  through
• 2:24
  social
• 2:24
  currency.
• 2:25
  So
• 2:25
  this
• 2:25
  is
• 2:26
  how
• 2:26
  he
• 2:27
  encourages
• 2:27
  members
• 2:27
  to
• 2:27
  participate
• 2:28
  is
• 2:28
  like
• 2:28
  when
• 2:29
  you
• 2:29
  share
• 2:29
  one
• 2:30
  of
• 2:30
  these,
• 2:30
  you
• 2:30
  get
• 2:31
  like
• 2:31
  a
• 2:31
  little
• 2:32
  status
• 2:32
  icon
• 2:33
  on
• 2:33
  your
• 2:33
  profile.
• 2:34
  He
• 2:34
  uses
• 2:35
  circle,
• 2:35
  so
• 2:35
  that's
• 2:36
  available
• 2:36
  there.
• 2:37
  But
• 2:38
  he
• 2:38
  gets
• 2:38
  like
• 2:38
  a
• 2:38
  status
• 2:39
  icon
• 2:39
  that's
• 2:39
  like
• 2:40
  helpful
• 2:40
  or
• 2:40
  something
• 2:40
  like
• 2:41
  that.
• 2:41
  Like
• 2:41
  he,
• 2:41
  he
• 2:41
  has
• 2:42
  these
• 2:42
  like
• 2:42
  positive
• 2:42
  words.
• 2:43
  So
• 2:43
  when
• 2:43
  you
• 2:44
  give
• 2:44
  back
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  community,
• 2:45
  like
• 2:45
  you
• 2:45
  get
• 2:45
  helpful
• 2:46
  or
• 2:46
  like
• 2:47
  generous,
• 2:48
  those
• 2:48
  kind
• 2:49
  of
• 2:50
  things
• 2:50
  populate
• 2:51
  your
• 2:51
  profile,
• 2:51
  which
• 2:51
  just
• 2:52
  makes
• 2:52
  you
• 2:52
  feel
• 2:52
  good,
• 2:52
  makes
• 2:52
  you
• 2:53
  feel
• 2:53
  like
• 2:53
  a
• 2:53
  good
• 2:53
  person,
• 2:53
  adds
• 2:54
  social
• 2:54
  currency
• 2:55
  to
• 2:55
  your
• 2:56
  member.
• 2:56
  Prof.
• 2:57
  And
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  way
• 2:57
  you're
• 2:58
  connecting
• 2:58
  with
• 2:58
  others,
• 2:58
  this
• 2:59
  is
• 2:59
  a
• 2:59
  very
• 2:59
  peer
• 2:59
  driven
• 3:00
  community,
• 3:00
  very
• 3:00
  similar
• 3:01
  to
• 3:01
  your
• 3:01
  sepi,
• 3:02
  where
• 3:02
  people
• 3:02
  are
• 3:02
  connecting
• 3:03
  with
• 3:03
  each
• 3:03
  other
• 3:03
  on
• 3:03
  this,
• 3:04
  this
• 3:04
  journey,
• 3:05
  this
• 3:05
  goal
• 3:05
  that
• 3:05
  they're
• 3:05
  working
• 3:05
  toward.
• 3:06
  That's
• 3:06
  kind
• 3:06
  of
• 3:06
  like
• 3:07
  long
• 3:07
  term.
• 3:09
  I
• 3:09
  also,
• 3:09
  I
• 3:10
  hosted
• 3:10
  a
• 3:10
  community
• 3:10
  roundtable
• 3:11
  once
• 3:11
  and
• 3:12
  this
• 3:12
  is
• 3:12
  something
• 3:12
  you
• 3:12
  could
• 3:12
  position
• 3:13
  as
• 3:13
  an
• 3:13
  event
• 3:13
  which
• 3:14
  is
• 3:14
  it
• 3:14
  was
• 3:15
  a
• 3:15
  community
• 3:15
  roundtable
• 3:16
  where
• 3:16
  community
• 3:16
  builders
• 3:17
  came
• 3:18
  and
• 3:18
  then
• 3:18
  I
• 3:19
  basically
• 3:19
  prompted
• 3:20
  them
• 3:20
  as
• 3:20
  the
• 3:21
  facilitator.
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  prompted
• 3:23
  them
• 3:23
  with
• 3:23
  questions
• 3:24
  and
• 3:24
  allowed
• 3:24
  them
• 3:24
  to
• 3:25
  like
• 3:25
  not
• 3:25
  allowed
• 3:25
  them,
• 3:26
  but
• 3:26
  I
• 3:26
  prompted
• 3:27
  them
• 3:27
  with
• 3:27
  questions
• 3:27
  and
• 3:28
  then
• 3:28
  they
• 3:28
  went
• 3:28
  around
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  room

  okay,

  I'm
• 3:54
  coming
• 3:54
  to
• 3:54
  talk
• 3:54
  about
• 3:54
  maybe
• 3:54
  you
• 3:55
  do
• 3:55
  like
• 3:55
  something
• 3:56
  Spain
• 3:56
  roundtable
• 3:56
  or
• 3:56
  you
• 3:57
  could
• 3:57
  do
• 3:57
  different
• 3:57
  countries
• 3:58
  or,
• 3:58
  or
• 4:00
  maybe
• 4:00
  it
• 4:00

• 4:04
  I

  are
• 4:05
  some
• 4:05
  like
• 4:05
  roundtable
• 4:06

  that
• 4:07
  you
• 4:07
  could
• 4:07
  position
• 4:07
  this
• 4:07
  as
• 4:08
  where
• 4:08
  people
• 4:08
  are
• 4:08

  they're

  and
• 4:10
  they
• 4:10
  want
• 4:10

  they

  you're

  for

• 4:16
  of
• 4:16

• 4:17
  I
• 4:18
  also

  love
• 4:19
  just
• 4:19
  like
• 4:19
  sharing
• 4:20
  member
• 4:20
  profile
• 4:20
  or
• 4:21
  not
• 4:21

• 4:22
  but
• 4:22
  member
• 4:23

• 4:24
  Like
• 4:24
  you're
• 4:24
  so
• 4:24
  good
• 4:24
  at
• 4:25
  just
• 4:25
  highlighting
• 4:25
  your
• 4:26
  members
• 4:26
  and
• 4:26
  what
• 4:26
  their
• 4:27

• 4:27
  has
• 4:27
  been.
• 4:28
  So

  of

  doing
• 4:29
  these
• 4:29

  interviews
• 4:30
  or
• 4:30
  getting
• 4:30
  to
• 4:31

• 4:31
  people
• 4:31
  and
• 4:31
  then
• 4:31
  sharing
• 4:32
  with
• 4:32
  the
• 4:32
  community
• 4:33
  what
• 4:33
  they're
• 4:34
  up
• 4:34
  to.
• 4:34
  Where
• 4:34
  like
• 4:34
  you're
• 4:35
  publishing
• 4:35
  it,
• 4:35
  you're
• 4:35
  taking
• 4:36
  a
• 4:36
  little
• 4:36
  bit
• 4:36
  of
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  work
• 4:37
  off
• 4:37
  of
• 4:37
  the
• 4:37
  member,
• 4:38
  but
• 4:38
  you're
• 4:38
  still
• 4:39
  sharing
• 4:39
  their
• 4:39
  story
• 4:40
  and
• 4:40
  their
• 4:40
  knowledge
• 4:41
  with
• 4:41
  the
• 4:41
  rest
• 4:41
  of
• 4:41
  the
• 4:42
  group
• 4:42
  I
• 4:42
  think
• 4:42
  can
• 4:42
  be
• 4:43
  really
• 4:43
  nice
• 4:43
  as
• 4:43
  far
• 4:44
  as
• 4:44
  like
• 4:44
  a
• 4:44
  content
• 4:44
  strategy.
• 4:46
  Okay,
• 4:46
  my
• 4:46
  last
• 4:46
  event
• 4:47
  idea
• 4:47
  on
• 4:47
  this
• 4:48
  would
• 4:48
  be
• 4:49
  like
• 4:49
  a
• 4:49
  podcast
• 4:50
  type
• 4:51
  interview.
• 4:51
  And
• 4:51
  this
• 4:52
  can
• 4:52
  be
• 4:52
  a
• 4:52
  live
• 4:52
  taping.
• 4:53
  It
• 4:53
  doesn't
• 4:53
  even
• 4:53
  need
• 4:53
  to
• 4:54
  be
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  podcast,
• 4:54
  but
• 4:54
  it's
• 4:55
  you
• 4:56
  interviewing
• 4:56
  a
• 4:57
  member
• 4:57
  about
• 4:58
  their
• 4:58
  experience.
• 4:58
  So
• 4:58
  they
• 4:59
  don't
• 4:59
  need
• 4:59
  to
• 4:59
  prep
• 4:59
  anything,
• 5:00
  but
• 5:00
  they
• 5:00
  just
• 5:00
  need
• 5:00
  to
• 5:00
  show
• 5:00
  up
• 5:01
  and
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  basically
• 5:01
  put
• 5:01
  them
• 5:02
  in
• 5:02
  the
• 5:02
  hot
• 5:02
  seat,
• 5:02
  you
• 5:02
  ask
• 5:02
  them
• 5:03
  questions
• 5:03
  and
• 5:04
  they're
• 5:04
  sharing
• 5:04
  their
• 5:05
  experience
• 5:05
  and
• 5:05
  then
• 5:06
  other
• 5:06
  people
• 5:06
  that
• 5:06
  are
• 5:07
  attending
• 5:07
  it
• 5:07
  are
• 5:07
  able
• 5:08
  to,
• 5:09
  you
• 5:09
  know,
• 5:09
  jump
• 5:09
  in,
• 5:09
  answer,
• 5:10
  ask
• 5:10
  questions.
• 5:11
  So
• 5:12
  I
• 5:12
  think
• 5:12
  that's
• 5:12
  really
• 5:12
  nice.
• 5:13
  What's
• 5:14
  coming
• 5:14
  to
• 5:14
  mind
• 5:14
  for
• 5:15
  me
• 5:15
  around,
• 5:15
  like,
• 5:15
  how
• 5:15
  do
• 5:15
  you
• 5:16
  encourage
• 5:16
  members
• 5:16
  to
• 5:16
  participate?
• 5:17
  A
• 5:17
  lot
• 5:17
  of
• 5:17
  it
• 5:17
  is
• 5:18
  just
• 5:18
  directly
• 5:18
  asking
• 5:19
  them
• 5:19
  honestly
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  participate.
• 5:21
  This
• 5:21
  always
• 5:22
  comes
• 5:22
  back
• 5:22
  to
• 5:22
  setting
• 5:23
  expectations
• 5:24
  and,
• 5:24
  and
• 5:24
  just
• 5:25
  the
• 5:25
  follow
• 5:25
  through
• 5:26
  of
• 5:26
  that.
• 5:26
  Like
• 5:26
  we
• 5:26
  have
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  set
• 5:27
  expectations,
• 5:27
  ask
• 5:27
  people
• 5:28
  what
• 5:28
  we
• 5:28
  want
• 5:28
  them
• 5:28
  to
• 5:29
  do,
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  then
• 5:30
  model
• 5:30
  that
• 5:30
  behavior
• 5:30
  in
• 5:31
  order
• 5:31
  for
• 5:31
  other
• 5:31
  people
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  start
• 5:32
  participating
• 5:32
  and
• 5:33
  doing
• 5:33
  the
• 5:33
  same.
• 5:34
  The
• 5:34
  other
• 5:35
  thing
• 5:35
  that
• 5:35
  comes
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  mind
• 5:35
  is
• 5:36
  just
• 5:36
  this
• 5:36
  idea
• 5:36
  around
• 5:37
  social
• 5:37
  currency.
• 5:37
  Like
• 5:38
  what
• 5:38
  can
• 5:38
  you
• 5:38
  give
• 5:39
  people
• 5:39
  or
• 5:39
  what
• 5:39
  can
• 5:39
  they
• 5:40
  unlock
• 5:40
  by
• 5:41
  participating
• 5:41
  in
• 5:41
  this
• 5:42
  kind
• 5:42
  of
• 5:42
  thing?
• 5:42
  Like
• 5:42
  if
• 5:42
  you
• 5:43
  are
• 5:43
  somebody
• 5:43
  that
• 5:43
  shares
• 5:44
  knowledge
• 5:44
  in
• 5:44
  this
• 5:44
  community,
• 5:45
  then
• 5:45
  you're
• 5:45
  going
• 5:46
  to
• 5:46
  get
• 5:46
  an
• 5:46
  added
• 5:47
  experience
• 5:48
  or
• 5:48
  you're
• 5:48
  going
• 5:48
  to
• 5:49
  get
• 5:49
  more
• 5:50
  support
• 5:50
  from
• 5:50
  Sepi
• 5:51
  or
• 5:51
  maybe
• 5:52
  like
• 5:52
  a
• 5:52
  special
• 5:53
  unique
• 5:53
  event
• 5:53
  that
• 5:54
  you
• 5:54
  do
• 5:54
  or
• 5:54
  I
• 5:55
  don't
• 5:55
  know,
• 5:55
  maybe
• 5:55
  it's
• 5:55
  a,
• 5:56
  a
• 5:56
  swag
• 5:57
  type
• 5:57
  gift
• 5:58
  or
• 5:58
  something.
• 5:58
  But
• 5:59
  just
• 5:59
  think
• 5:59
  through,
• 5:59
  like
• 6:00
  how
• 6:00
  can
• 6:00
  you
• 6:00
  reward
• 6:01
  through
• 6:02
  some
• 6:03
  sort
• 6:03
  of
• 6:03
  social
• 6:03
  currency
• 6:04
  where
• 6:04
  people
• 6:04
  are
• 6:05
  viewing
• 6:06
  them
• 6:06
  as
• 6:06
  a
• 6:06
  different
• 6:06
  like
• 6:07
  status
• 6:07
  in
• 6:07
  the
• 6:07
  community.
• 6:08
  Like
• 6:08
  maybe
• 6:08
  these
• 6:08
  become
• 6:09
  your
• 6:09
  ambassadors
• 6:10
  or
• 6:10
  something
• 6:11
  like
• 6:11
  that,
• 6:11
  or
• 6:12
  there's
• 6:13
  an
• 6:14
  element
• 6:14
  of
• 6:14
  like
• 6:16
  they
• 6:16
  get
• 6:16
  something
• 6:17
  special.
• 6:18
  So
• 6:18
  one
• 6:18
  of
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  things
• 6:19
  Jay
• 6:19
  does
• 6:19
  too
• 6:20
  that
• 6:20
  just
• 6:20
  came
• 6:20
  to
• 6:20
  mind
• 6:21
  is
• 6:21
  with
• 6:21
  his
• 6:22
  mastermind
• 6:22
  groups,
• 6:24
  if
• 6:24
  you
• 6:24
  volunteer
• 6:25
  to
• 6:25
  facilitate
• 6:26
  a
• 6:26
  mastermind
• 6:26
  because
• 6:26
  they're
• 6:27
  all
• 6:27
  member
• 6:27
  led,
• 6:28
  then
• 6:28
  you
• 6:29
  get
• 6:29
  access
• 6:29
  to
• 6:29
  a
• 6:30
  mastermind
• 6:30
  with
• 6:30
  J.
• 6:31
  So
• 6:31
  that's
• 6:31
  really
• 6:31
  nice.
• 6:32
  So
• 6:32
  people
• 6:33
  are
• 6:33
  like
• 6:33
  encouraged
• 6:34
  or
• 6:34
  incentivized
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  be
• 6:36
  the
• 6:37
  facilitator
• 6:37
  because
• 6:38
  then
• 6:38
  they
• 6:38
  get
• 6:38
  more
• 6:39
  access
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  him.
• 6:40
  So
• 6:40
  yeah,
• 6:41
  just
• 6:41
  think
• 6:41
  through,
• 6:41
  like
• 6:42
  how
• 6:42
  could
• 6:42
  you
• 6:42
  incentivize
• 6:43
  people
• 6:43
  through
• 6:44
  reward
• 6:45
  through
• 6:45
  like
• 6:45
  giving
• 6:46
  them
• 6:46
  more
• 6:46
  access
• 6:46
  or
• 6:47
  something
• 6:47
  unique
• 6:48
  that
• 6:49
  maybe
• 6:49
  you
• 6:49
  can't
• 6:50
  give
• 6:50
  everyone,
• 6:50
  but
• 6:50
  you
• 6:51
  could
• 6:51
  give
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  smaller
• 6:51
  subset
• 6:52
  of
• 6:52
  people.
• 6:53
  Okay,
• 6:53
  hope
• 6:54
  this
• 6:54
  helps.
• 6:54
  Oh,
• 6:55
  you
• 6:55
  can
• 6:55
  also
• 6:55
  do
• 6:55
  this
• 6:56
  with
• 6:56
  like
• 6:56
  a
• 6:56
  resource
• 6:57
  too.
• 6:57
  So
• 6:58
  if
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  have
• 6:59
  an
• 6:59
  additional
• 6:59
  resource,
• 7:00
  maybe
• 7:00
  that.
• 7:01
  It's
• 7:01
  like
• 7:01
  when
• 7:02
  you
• 7:02
  share
• 7:02
  something,
• 7:02
  when
• 7:02
  you
• 7:03
  do,
• 7:03
  when
• 7:03
  you
• 7:03
  host
• 7:03
  one
• 7:04
  of
• 7:04
  these
• 7:04
  events
• 7:04
  or
• 7:04
  when
• 7:04
  you
• 7:04
  do
• 7:05
  a
• 7:05
  knowledge
• 7:05
  share,
• 7:06
  when
• 7:06
  you
• 7:06
  share
• 7:07
  an
• 7:07
  experiment
• 7:07
  or
• 7:07
  share
• 7:08
  in
• 7:08
  this
• 7:08
  community,
• 7:09
  then
• 7:09
  you're
• 7:09
  going
• 7:09
  to
• 7:10
  get
• 7:10
  access
• 7:10
  to
• 7:11
  XYZ
• 7:12
  Extra
• 7:12
  thing.
• 7:13
  Maybe
• 7:13
  it's
• 7:14
  like
• 7:15
  not
• 7:15
  something
• 7:15
  core
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  what
• 7:16
  they
• 7:16
  need,
• 7:16
  but
• 7:17
  something
• 7:17
  that's
• 7:17
  like
• 7:17
  really
• 7:17
  nice
• 7:18
  additive,
• 7:18
  like
• 7:19
  pack
• 7:19
  lists
• 7:19
  or
• 7:20
  something
• 7:21
  that
• 7:21
  like,
• 7:22
  feels
• 7:22
  like
• 7:22
  a
• 7:22
  total
• 7:22
  bonus
• 7:23
  because
• 7:24
  people
• 7:25
  love
• 7:25
  unlocking
• 7:26
  something.
• 7:26
  You
• 7:26
  might
• 7:26
  have
• 7:26
  seen
• 7:27
  this
• 7:27
  in
• 7:27
  like,
• 7:27
  newsletter
• 7:28
  referral
• 7:29
  programs.
• 7:30
  It's
• 7:31
  very
• 7:31
  effective
• 7:31
  there,
• 7:32
  and
• 7:32
  I
• 7:32
  think
• 7:32
  it
• 7:32
  can
• 7:32
  be
• 7:32
  effective
• 7:33
  here
• 7:33
  in
• 7:33
  the
• 7:33
  same
• 7:33
  way.
• 7:34
  Okay,
• 7:34
  loved
• 7:35
  this
• 7:35
  question.
• 7:35
  Hope
• 7:35
  it
• 7:36
  helps.
• 7:36
  And
• 7:37
  I
• 7:37
  just
• 7:37
  love
• 7:37
  everything
• 7:38
  you're
• 7:38
  doing,
• 7:38
  Sepi,
• 7:39
  and
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  appreciate
• 7:39
  you.
