- 2:33Wow. Well, here we go on the day that the calendar swings to the back half of the year, June 1. Happy
- 2:40happy early days of summer, hopefully, for you. There we go with the radio ranch on the Monday edition starting out our six day segment here for this week, Roger Sales, your host,
- 2:53and,
- 2:54we have some poke. I don't know. We don't have too many folks that usually help us on Monday. So, Paul, your
- 2:59your requirement,
- 3:00your, protocol here should be a little bit abbreviated,
- 3:03it would seem.
- 3:05Unknown: Yeah. A little bit. The only one that's missing is
- 3:10radiosoapbox.com.
- 3:13Mhmm. But we're on eurofolkradio.com.
- 3:15Thanks to pastor Eli James.

- 3:48where you can find links to free conference call so you can join us live on the show. Got room for plenty of you. Come on down. Pull up a chair. Set us back. You got an
- 3:58Unknown: itch.
- 3:59We scratch it pretty much. If you've got an itch Unless it's a lone star tick itch, and then
- 4:05Unknown: you're new. Then you can keep that.
- 4:09Yeah. You can keep that one. Julie
- 4:11Unknown: Julie found a great little
- 4:14what do you call that? A meme, I guess, these days.
- 4:17And it's the American flag,
- 4:19and there's the lone star tick on it.
- 4:22And you know how ticks get their their back end full when they're satiated with blood. Right? Mhmm. And the back end of the tick is full when it's an Israeli flag.
- 4:33Unknown: Oh, no.
- 4:35Unknown: Crazy. Quite dramatic, Jules. Thank you. I did pass it around.
- 4:40Two folks that I know are in a similar mindset. Good morning. Morning, everybody. Hope you had a great weekend. Abbreviated,
- 4:47of course, but good weekend here. I had to
- 4:51the tail end visit of some of our students, one of our old longtime listeners,
- 4:56which I guess Suzanne's been a listener since.
- 5:00Best I can remember, Paul, around 2015
- 5:02or something, so she'd been around a long time.
- 5:05She was one of our going to be one of our you probably didn't know about this, Paul. You didn't know we had a pinup girl
- 5:13deal at one time, did you? No.
- 5:16No. I didn't. Yeah. We had some
- 5:18know, we had a category of these lovely gals called Radio Ranchettes.
- 5:22And, so what we do is when we had a good female listener lead,
- 5:27you know,
- 5:29we'd Tom was doing shows with me back then, Tom Schramm.
- 5:34And Tom was traveling in his chemical business, and so he he he planned a trip over to that part of the country and and go and and these they we had very strict requirements too, Paul. This was not an easy qualifying deal.
- 5:48And so Tom would go out and and and interview him and make sure that they
- 5:53lived up to our specifications.
- 5:55And Suzanne did. Boy, did she. And she was miss August. We gave them the the the month of their birthday. You know? So, anyway, the first time I've got to meet our pinup girl from so many years ago, Suzanne. Of course,
- 6:10she's, it would be a very clean pinup girl because she's married now. So you have to, you know, keep those things within parameters.
- 6:18Her and husband Dean,
- 6:20who was just wonderful,
- 6:22are,
- 6:23landing just about now
- 6:26in Miami.
- 6:28Yeah.
- 6:30Maybe another hour or so.
- 6:32They had to get up at 02:00 in the morning to catch a 06:00 flight.
- 6:37Yikes.
- 6:38But
- 6:39they, they were at the tail end. They did a very nice trip. I'm gonna give you some feedback. Hopefully, Suzanne will come on tell us about it when she gets back. They had a real freaky thing though happened to him
- 6:49because they they went here first, and that's when I'm had dinner with them week before last.
- 6:56And, on Thursday night, and on Saturday, they were on a tour
- 7:00for four days over in the part of this area, and they went over in the jungle for a few days where I've never been.
- 7:07And they were fascinated with the jungle and with the little community they were in over there, and,
- 7:13they were they were just charmed by it. And then they came back here, and then they flew
- 7:18to Cuenca, a very popular expat
- 7:21getaway in Southern Ecuador. It's about 10,000 or more
- 7:25expats down there, believe it or not.
- 7:28Most of them, great percentage, very liberal.
- 7:32And, so they had some friends down there they've known for a while, they
- 7:36spent a few days there and then came back here and polished off their trip. Well, I was gonna take them.
- 7:43They didn't get in till late on Friday, I think. Six or seven. I we didn't get together the next day. We went out and had a nice lunch at one of the restaurants I particularly like. It's owned by Americans, so food is just
- 7:57it's just to die for. I mean, I've never heard anybody
- 8:01get order one thing that they just weren't,
- 8:04just doing backflips over over there. It's Sulucillas,
- 8:07I believe, is the name of it. And then, we had a nice afternoon.
- 8:12And then yesterday, I was gonna take them as if any of you ever come down here,
- 8:17and it looks like some of you might.
- 8:20A lot bubbling under up there, it seems.
- 8:24So if you ever come down here on a visit trip or we're gonna move, one of the things you really will be, I I probably
- 8:30be the one to take is to go up to Quito and
- 8:33there's a tour. I've told y'all before what the
- 8:37the churches in Quito are are they they say they're the most magnificent architectural
- 8:43tour on the continent down here, southern part.
- 8:48And the reason was because the original Indians called Quechua Quechua, I think they're called, had their own language, everything. Cannibals. They were cannibals.
- 8:59And,
- 9:00they were conquered by the Incas. When the Incas came in and conquered them,
- 9:05they had 12 sacred spots
- 9:08that they considered sacred for whatever reason. Don't know.
- 9:12Anyway, the Incas came in, and the the process seems to be you kill the tall, looking ones, and you leave the shorter, dumber ones. And so when the Incas came and took over from the Kichuans, they,
- 9:26they took over the 12 sacred spots,
- 9:29and they had their Inca whatever on there, and then the Spaniards came. When the Spaniards and the conquistadors came,
- 9:37they, again, do repeat, kill the good looking and tall ones, and they took over the sacred spots,
- 9:44and they built a Catholic church on every one of them. Some of them two hundred years plus still under construction.
- 9:50It's pretty magnificent, I gotta add. And,
- 9:54I feel guilty going in there because I'm looking at all these idols, you know, with Jesus and Mary and him and all that. It's just knowing the biblical
- 10:02interpretation of that. Regardless, it is
- 10:05pretty impressive, and I was gonna you can go on this bus tour.
- 10:09Takes you a couple hours. You can get off twice and go meander around the churches or whichever you wanna do,
- 10:16and then that's it. Well, yesterday, I went up as anxious to take them on that. It's pretty impressive they use those double decker buses
- 10:23like they do in England, you know, with the except the top is off, so you get to really see Old Town Quito and what it used to be like hundreds of years ago and all that.
- 10:33But we went up yesterday. I had to go up to Quito to do that, and then they didn't have any buses running for I don't know why.
- 10:40Anyway, so we came back down, found another good restaurant, had a wonderful
- 10:45afternoon. They had to get up so early this morning. They shooed them to bed early. And,
- 10:50anyways, wonderful being with you people when
- 10:53I've never met, you know, I've never met Suzanne in all these years. Of course, I hadn't met Dean.
- 10:58It's just wonderful to sit down and have a conversation. All three of us are on the same page. I don't have to educate anybody about anything.
- 11:05We can just pick up at we're all aware of what's going on, how it works, how to get out of it, all that, and we just have these wonderful conversations because we're all on the same page. It's really pretty startling.
- 11:17And, I was,
- 11:18I really enjoyed it. Dean is a super nice guy in the early seventies.
- 11:24Tall as a string bean. Flacco is the Spanish word. He's thin.
- 11:28And,
- 11:29but charming guy, very, very dead level personality. He's a,
- 11:36holistic dentist
- 11:39and takes mercury fillings and so as out. And he was talking, I said, how'd you find out about this? And he was telling me a story.
- 11:48And then he got cross
- 11:50because he started advertising. He said, hell, I'm I'm killing these patients. I'm putting this mercury stuff in their in their teeth.
- 11:57And so he started advertising that he was taking those things out. Well, the dental association came down on him. So he advertised this again. We're gonna just take your license.
- 12:07All that kind of crap. So I learned from that conversation without exploring it that Dean is like all of us. He's a rebel.
- 12:14He saw something wrong. He was gonna try and ride it, and he ran up against the authorities.
- 12:20So Susanna told me, she said, you know, Roger, if you'd have met Dean,
- 12:24he'd have never listened to you on all this stuff.
- 12:27But, of course, he'll, you know, listen to mama.
- 12:32Anyway, he converted real quickly. Got it very, very quickly, and they,
- 12:37have had two years together as a married couple and just like little lovebirds,
- 12:42happy with each other, and it's so
- 12:44gratifying to see that because, there
- 12:48may not be a lot of those types of happy marriages still in the front end, you know, cup first couple years. They have a tree down here they call the matrimonial
- 12:56tree.
- 12:58And and and one part of the year, about now, I think. About now, it comes out with these beautiful yellow flowers, and it's a stunning, stunning tree in bloom.
- 13:08And then the flower sign, it goes to be this ugly ass tree for the rest of the year. And I guess that's why they call it the matrimonial tree. Anyway,
- 13:18that seems to happen, but, they are not like that at all. They're still, in in beautiful bloom and
- 13:25tickled to death with each other. And that Dean had been married all his life, had a couple of children. He's got nine grandchildren,
- 13:31and then his wife died a couple of years ago in cancer, I guess. I didn't ask and explore all that.
- 13:37But, he rebounded right over, and they they kinda had mutual friends. They ended up meeting, and she ended up being his patient. And, here we are. They're on a little trip to Ecuador. So they really loved it for any of you that are that are thinking of tripping down here maybe or even even more drastic
- 13:57thoughts.
- 13:58Moving.
- 14:01Good good place to come visit. Kick a tire. I just, I feel like I I work for the Chamber of Commerce down here,
- 14:09Paul, because I I I've well,
- 14:13tell me one bad thing about Ecuador. I can't tell you a bad thing about Ecuador.
- 14:20I can't think of one bad element
- 14:23of, living here that I don't like or wish it wasn't that way or
- 14:28whatever.
- 14:29It's a it's a wonderful place. So if any of you and I know more and more people because I've been contacted by
- 14:35people that have been telling me they want to leave for, like, almost twenty years.
- 14:40Well, now it is still it's like the cried wolf.
- 14:44Well, they're crying wolf again, but they're serious this time. K.
- 14:48If any of you are in that situation, if you're contemplating that, if you're in the, situation where you could do that, I know most aren't, many aren't,
- 14:57Heck of a place. And, you can take the word of some of these folks like Annie and Clayton that came down February,
- 15:05and now now Susie and Dean.
- 15:08Heck of a nice weekend for me. So here we go. Refreshed. I don't know a whole lot of what's going on
- 15:15because I've been pretty distracted
- 15:17with them.
- 15:19But,
- 15:20I do know a couple things that are pretty sinister that have popped up over the weekend.
- 15:25I was just hearing about one on a listening to this morning's early interview with the the good judge Napolitano
- 15:32with,
- 15:33a diplomat guy.
- 15:37Have you all heard about this? Paul, are you still there, or are you off running around doing No. I'm still I'm still here.
- 15:42Have you heard about the proposal in the new NDAA?
- 15:46They're going to read the NDA.
- 15:49Well, actually, you've heard. Well, you've heard of everything.
- 15:53Unknown: Yeah. I have it section two four of the 2027
- 15:57national
- 15:57defense authorization act. It's an emergency.
- 16:01Okay. And US military together.
- 16:03Unknown: Hold it.
- 16:06Jeez.
- 16:07Julie.
- 16:10Let's
- 16:11go back. Let's go back
- 16:14fifteen
- 16:15years
- 16:17when they had the first
- 16:19NDAA
- 16:20act. You remember that, Julie? You weren't even awake back then, were you?
- 16:26Unknown: No. I was not. But
- 16:28I
- 16:28reading what I did
- 16:31over the weekend when I saw this,
- 16:34I did
- 16:36educate myself around the time when it was first came passed in 1961.
- 16:43Unknown: Okay. Well, I don't know about that far. When I saw it, it was 2011,
- 16:48The first time, and they ran it through and all that stuff. And this is the interesting story that happened back then.
- 16:55Well, first of all, it's, you know, terrorists
- 16:58in The US, they can go do anything to US citizens. Well, we're excluded from all that.
- 17:04So the good news is it doesn't apply to us.
- 17:08It's only the citizens of The United States and residents.
- 17:11So when that came in and was passed by Obama,
- 17:15I think, if I'm right, and then rolled in at the first of the year. It was active.
- 17:20Well, Julie, you know, a funny thing happened a couple months later.
- 17:26Mister Lieber Lieberju.
- 17:28Remember him?
- 17:30Yeah. Lieberwitz?
- 17:31Okay. Well, Lieberju and one of the other ones up there. I forgot Schumer or who.
- 17:38Well, they pad they they proposed a piece of legislation
- 17:42that said that the NDAA applied to nationals.
- 17:48First of all, they can't legislate that.
- 17:51And secondly,
- 17:52one of them introduced it, and the other cosponsored it,
- 17:55and they never got another person signed up to it, and it went away. But I saw it in a headline.
- 18:01I go, holy shit. Now this is long time ago. This ride is, you know, as I was getting this information out. Okay?
- 18:07Initially, the book was starting about to be printed and all that, and here they come and they're trying to change the NDAA
- 18:14to order the effects of nationals. Sorry, boys.
- 18:17It just ain't gonna happen. And we're gonna continue to grow as we have since that day.
- 18:23And one of these days,
- 18:25somebody's gonna hunt you with big dogs.
- 18:28Big dogs.
- 18:30Now I'm gonna turn this over to Julie
- 18:32so that since she's done all this research and stuff, I I I don't want her to not be able to give the ability to come out and tell us about it. Paul, did you have a comment right there? But but but but but the word national
- 18:44Unknown: is in the name of the act. It's the national.
- 18:49Unknown: It's Well, I'm just telling you sense. I'll just let you know what
- 18:54remember and and all that. They're overjoyous
- 18:57to get this passed that
- 18:59we're escape
- 19:01see, any of this stuff any
- 19:03of this stuff like that, any of this stuff that comes from The United Nations, if we were still participating in that part,
- 19:10would come to us and it has to be administered regulatorily.
- 19:14Well, that's where we're we're out the back door.
- 19:17Regulations
- 19:18don't apply to us except two of them. That whole 50 titles of the Code of Federal Regulations.
- 19:24Two. Two.
- 19:26Eight seventy one b, eight seventy seven b are the only ones I've ever found that apply to us in the entire regulatory scheme.
- 19:33So, Julie,
- 19:35since you prepped all weekend,
- 19:38if the people haven't heard about this, they'll be well,
- 19:44they might be overjoyed.
- 19:45Who knows? Give us the bad news, Julie, would you please?
- 19:50Unknown: Well, I mean, it's basically,
- 19:54it's fusing
- 19:55the
- 19:57two countries' armed forces together,
- 19:59and it's going to emerge the Israeli and the USA military
- 20:03together.
- 20:05And basically, Donald J. Trump just sold out our nation to Israel via the section two twenty four of the 2027
- 20:13NDAA.
- 20:15Unknown: If it passes,
- 20:17which it probably will,
- 20:19and if he signs it,
- 20:21which he probably will,
- 20:23you could probably go take and put some bets on polymarket
- 20:27on that, couldn't you?
- 20:30Anyway, that's, one of the bigger pieces of news we got, and I just got this, I think, over the weekend this morning something. I don't want my military involved with them. They're wanting to go from because see, if they if we sold them weapons,
- 20:43then there's restrictions.
- 20:45You can't do any of this. Of course, they don't mind them. They they they violate them every time, but still there are restrictions and leverage over them. If but if they get in this situation where they merge the two basically together, there ain't no restrictions.
- 20:59Their generals are right up there in the general's meetings.
- 21:02Their their secret people are over there with the secret area.
- 21:06All that stuff if that happens.
- 21:09The Ecuador Ecuador is very nice, folks.
- 21:16Unknown: Well, I think this is much more deeper and much more darker than what people,
- 21:21know about because it's basically gonna keep everything in the shadows from the budget, and it doesn't involve the military being merged. It also involves
- 21:32Israel having complete and utter control over our data centers
- 21:36and our AI and all of the cybernetics
- 21:39and
- 21:40Unknown: the development and production of autonomous systems and everything. Mhmm. Do you remember have you heard of a guy named Christopher Bolyne,
- 21:48Julie? No.
- 21:50B o l y n, I believe. Is is Murrell on with us? She she knows who he is.
- 21:58Unknown: Murrell, where are you? I
- 22:00Unknown: don't know. It's pretty unusual. You must be out petting her chickens.
- 22:04The,
- 22:04this
- 22:07came out,
- 22:08oh, man, back in the nineties.
- 22:10Christopher Boleyn was American, married a a beautiful foreign girl,
- 22:15had a couple kids. He was a writer for American Free Press.
- 22:20Before him and Michael Collins, Piper got in a pissing match
- 22:24over something.
- 22:26They both wrote for American Free Press. Well, Christopher Boleyn was an excellent journal
- 22:32journalist.
- 22:34And what he did, there's two Jewish guys, they're brothers,
- 22:38and they were over control of the entire Pentagon cyber system.
- 22:43K?
- 22:45And so
- 22:46they were from a small town probably up by Paul, somewhere in New York. I don't remember the town.
- 22:53But Christopher Boleyn, they both were graduates of West Point, Julie.
- 22:59And now they're brothers in controlling the entire cyber thing for the Pentagon, so Christopher Boleyn went up to that little town in New York. It's a little town at a a very small Jewish community.
- 23:10They went to the Jewish community. He said, have you ever heard either one of these guys? They said, we've never even heard of them. So, obviously, what happened was Jacob Javits probably got him an appointment
- 23:19to West Point.
- 23:21They went through West Point. Now they think they're from Americans,
- 23:25and they get in and they control the entire cyber thing of the Pentagon.
- 23:29Julie, they've been in control of this stuff for a long
- 23:32time.
- 23:35Unknown: That was probably in 2012 or 2018. I'm sure. All of this stuff that we're seeing right now has already been, in my opinion,
- 23:43Unknown: done. We're done. Well, that's why I say that I there you're not gonna vote somebody. Well, didn't Trump prove this? They're not gonna let us vote somebody in there that can change things. K?
- 23:54They they they're totally in control and embedded to the point of, thanks for your JPEG, by the way. It's very accurate. The black star tick with a blood
- 24:05blood sack full of around the, Israeli flag.
- 24:09Very accurate. Okay.
- 24:12Wow. Alright. This goes back to my question and the reason I just test these people.
- 24:17If there was some sort of a solution that we could negotiate with them that they would honor,
- 24:23that may be a different story. But they're not to be trusted.
- 24:27That comes from two thousand years of living with them in Europe. They can't be trusted. You can't be they they won't they won't honor any agreements they make. They'll stab your ass in the back the minute you turn your back. They'll steal every penny even over nickels out of dead man's eyes,
- 24:43and they can't be trusted. So okay.
- 24:46The the word out of Europe for a thousand year, two thousand years, they're not trustworthy.
- 24:52Well, guess what? By golly, that's not antisemitic.
- 24:56They're not trustworthy.
- 24:57You can't trust them for an inch.
- 25:00So
- 25:01alright now, what do you do? How do you deal with them? You guys gotta sit back and let them continue to do all this and steamroll overs? You gonna let that happen?
- 25:12Oh, yeah. That's pretty inevitable outcome,
- 25:15isn't it? Don't have to predict too hard.
- 25:18Go over and look at Gaza.
- 25:21Go over and look at the West Bank. Go look at some of those areas, and that's what The US is gonna turn into, folks.
- 25:28If they have their way Trump. That's exactly Yeah. At what they're gonna do. Alright, Julie. You're chomping at the bit. What do you what do you got?
- 25:36Unknown: Well, I just wanna let you know that, you know, since, this all has recently come out that
- 25:42our lovely Donald J. Trump has fast tracked all the AI data centers permitting
- 25:48processes.
- 25:50He gave immunity to Bayers. Glyphosseidi took $250,000,000
- 25:53from the Israeli
- 25:55casino lady. He's ordered the FBI cover up of Charlie Kirk's assassination and the Epstein client names, and he committed
- 26:03insider trading to the tune of billions. And then he campaigned on no new war wars. No new war wars. No new wars. Now he's yelling operation epic fury
- 26:13and all that crap. Epstein.
- 26:15Unknown: That's operation Epstein fury. K?
- 26:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 26:19Unknown: Yeah. Listen. He's turned he he he threw us to the wolves, folks. I was a huge trumpet for the boys. Something wrong. Well
- 26:28okay.
- 26:29Go ahead.
- 26:30Unknown: Before I lose my thought my train of thought here, I everybody on here needs to go to
- 26:37SGT report on
- 26:40Rumble and listen to the latest
- 26:43interview
- 26:43that
- 26:45Sean Turnbull has had. He actually is going to more than likely expatriate
- 26:50from The United States.
- 26:52He needs knee surgeries on both knees. He doesn't trust the anesthesia or any of the what's in anything here. He's having them both done down in Mexico.
- 27:02And there's a lady on there who is some sort of nuclear
- 27:07physicist, and she is bawling her eyes out about
- 27:11the data centers and the water. And this is being done, we all know this, on purpose. But she said,
- 27:18outright on the show, we're all going to die. These things are rolling out at warp speed and Wow.
- 27:24Okay. And agenda twenty thirty moved up to, agenda twenty twenty seven.
- 27:30Unknown: Well, they're having to really press it because they're getting exposed every day, and they the only thing they've got is to accelerate.
- 27:37And the, the good news is
- 27:39there's good news here, Julie. Get your hand in that bad stocking.
- 27:44Well, hell, that'd be a good play. That'd be a good alternative.
- 27:47But the the good news is is when they expedite their agenda, they make mistakes.
- 27:53K?
- 27:54Correct. That's just alright. So that's our advantage.
- 27:57Be on your toes and look for the mistakes they make.
- 28:01Otherwise,
- 28:02I mean, seriously,
- 28:05if you're in a position, you should at least consider leaving there. Because I'm telling you, I've had these people down here, Americans. They're steeped in what's going on. Both of them understand it, and they're down here, there you go. This place is just none of that's here. None of it's coming. Your cyber coins aren't coming to Ecuador, Julie.
- 28:24They will be on the dollar
- 28:27from god knows when to now. Okay?
- 28:30They they will not accept it. They've tried. Then they outlawed Bitcoin for all of the so there that's not gonna be down here at least not anytime soon.
- 28:41So the other other everything else, the food's wonderful. The climate's wonderful. They don't use fertilizers on the food. The people are extremely
- 28:49nice,
- 28:50and, it's just a good place to be. K? So, anyway, we'll report more and more on that as we go forward.
- 28:57You may have other places that might you you you might fancy more. I understand people like. Another one, El Salvador is a good option if you like the beach, water,
- 29:08the sand,
- 29:09insects,
- 29:10heat, humidity,
- 29:12snakes,
- 29:13all that stuff, mosquito. If you like all that, there's another option for you. K?
- 29:19Unknown: You
- 29:20don't have the heat and humidity and the snakes and the mosquitoes down there?
- 29:25Unknown: We don't have that at 8,000 feet. No, ma'am. We don't.
- 29:28Though the air is so thin that that that there are just no bugs. I mean, occasionally,
- 29:34I had a mosquito buzz around my ear, though, over the weekend at night one night, but it's very rare.
- 29:40You can leave your opens windows open with no screens,
- 29:43and there just won't be a house full of bugs.
- 29:46There'll be some little ones, but they don't bug you or anything. They just go around the light. But we don't have any snakes. Have five. There may be spiders, but do do what?
- 29:56Unknown: Yes. Do you have do you have flies?
- 29:59Unknown: Well, they got I think they made up for the lack of everything else with these horrendous little flies. Yes. We have those.
- 30:06And they're and they're particularly
- 30:09bad because they're not like a big American blowfly.
- 30:13You know? You can hear them, and they're pretty fat, and they're not real fast.
- 30:17These little suckers are small,
- 30:21and they're fast as lightning. You can't hardly kill them. Okay?
- 30:25And in fact, the you'll like this, Julie. At one of the restaurants, in one of the malls there in the food court, they used to have a big mural
- 30:33on the wall.
- 30:34It said, too many flies?
- 30:37Add some more guacamole.
- 30:43Unknown: Oh, that's Okay. So that's the only downside there. You don't have the humidity and you don't have the humidity down there, Roger? No. Not not at 8,000 feet. If you go to the beach, you'll find it.
- 30:53Right.
- 30:54Unknown: In fact, Susie was going, my my contacts,
- 30:58it's so dry up here. So she was having problems with her contacts.
- 31:03It's just a lovely place. I I don't know of a better place on the face of the earth for people especially like us to be. And believe me, I look. I talk to other expats.
- 31:13You know, unless you're really hung up on the beach like Scott was, ended up going over to The Philippines.
- 31:19I wonder how many days he's had in a row with no energy and no power over there because of this stupid Trump thing.
- 31:26So, anyway, I just I'll I just what does god what did Jesus tell us?
- 31:32What did Jesus tell us, Julie? He said head to the mountains.
- 31:35K? Didn't say head to the beach.
- 31:38So, anyway, it's a lovely spot. I found my home. I'll die here.
- 31:42I'll probably die in this apartment. It's just got so many advantages for me.
- 31:47And,
- 31:48and, anyway, was a great place.
- 31:50Sorry to get off on this tangent here this morning on the Monday show. We spent a lot of time, talking about Ecuador and the events of my my situation,
- 31:59which,
- 32:00I wanna just relay to you because these are just average, you know, Americans, some little above average, but they're looking around for a place to to like or at least part of the year or whatever. They got a brand new house up in Virginia, Chesapeake area.
- 32:16But, anyway, it was they loved it, fell in love with it, asking all kind of leading questions
- 32:21and,
- 32:22about living here, and it's great. If any of you are in a position to do that and that's on your mind,
- 32:28you should consider here. K?
- 32:31Unknown: Well, do you think they're gonna buy a place there as a secondary resident?
- 32:35Unknown: Well, I don't know.
- 32:36I'm I'm I'm not pushing them. I'm letting them all all these folks, Clayton and Annie too, just letting them make their own decision.
- 32:45I don't wanna be pushy. You know? I'll I let the area speak for itself, Julie. It's a lovely spot. And you, especially
- 32:53with your see, Julie's very unusual because she's gotten pretty damn good on her Spanish
- 32:59just out of a whim to learn it, ran across some Spanish books,
- 33:03found it fascinating, started studying, and she's pretty fluent in it. But she's never been in a Spanish speaking country. You'd have a ball down here for a couple of days, Julie.
- 33:13Unknown: Yeah. I'm sure I would.
- 33:16Unknown: It's,
- 33:17so it's good. And,
- 33:19anyway, that's kinda how I spent my weekend. Let's see. There's some other things that were happening. I did wanna mention,
- 33:24pretty good,
- 33:26on Tucker. Have you seen the the latest Tucker installment, Julie? Did you watch that?
- 33:31Unknown: I have not, but I saved it. I didn't have time to watch it. The
- 33:35Unknown: guy with the, Russian Orthodox priest
- 33:39who gets a little too jovial. He's a little too jovial in his interview because he's always laughing. Okay? Well, okay. I can take this stuff lightly.
- 33:48But, anyway, does a good job. And what I noticed so far, Tucker
- 33:53is Tucker's really trying to find out and pin down who these people are.
- 33:58See, you haven't watched that yet. Probably some of the people in the audience have.
- 34:03But he's going back and asking this priest about, well, what about the Nephilim? What about all this? What about the the the the the women that they liked and the the flood to get rid of all that? And he's really probing into all that,
- 34:19which he is on the warpath to get a scalp from these guys.
- 34:23So
- 34:25we'll see. I love to see it. It was a pretty good interview. That was very I would I would encourage all of you to watch that.
- 34:33Let's see what else over the weekend got me, Julie.
- 34:39I I I I was just spending such so much time with them and watching baseball a little bit. I was in Swampland DC working all weekend long, and I have never seen the number of road closures
- 34:53Unknown: and
- 34:54barracks and
- 34:56concrete
- 34:57structures blocking off everything. I drive by the capital to get to several of my investment properties, and I was unable to do that and had to reroute all over to North Capitol Street, couldn't get through that. Another road closure there, and I was unable to figure out
- 35:14what the deal was, if it was security, if it was construction.
- 35:18I didn't see any construction going on. I wanted to know if there were any
- 35:23they have these tents,
- 35:26bazaars on the weekends sometimes, where people will come in,
- 35:30bazaars food
- 35:32and stuff like that, and arts and crafts bazaars. And I couldn't see any of the white tents that indicated that, or any sort of Taste of DC
- 35:41restaurant
- 35:43venues taking place over the weekend. So I don't know. But the Capitol was very
- 35:49discerning in terms of the
- 35:51they had
- 35:52military
- 35:54blast out
- 35:55windows
- 35:56on all of these humongous
- 35:58Jeeps.
- 35:59They're worse than Jeeps. They're huge.
- 36:02And just cops with sirens on everywhere. So I don't know what was going on. I don't know if there was some sort of threat or something. I just couldn't find anything in the news. But normally takes me about fifteen, twenty minutes to get to my investment properties. Took me an hour and fifteen minutes.
- 36:17Unknown: Good lord.
- 36:20I haven't heard anything unusual
- 36:22that's going on. That sounds like unusual activity, though.
- 36:27Unknown: Yeah. I searched and searched and searched when I got home in the evening, and I could not find anything. And I used all the different browsers and just tried to figure out what was going on. And I've got a friend's friend who's military.
- 36:40He didn't know anything,
- 36:42so I've got no clue.
- 36:45Unknown: Well, it's strange times, folks. There's somebody right there saying, is that George?
- 36:52Unknown: No. It's Ed from Michigan.
- 36:54Unknown: Hi, Ed. Ed. How are we doing, Ed? Good.
- 36:57Unknown: Got a question for you guys.
- 36:59Alright. The and I think you've mentioned this a number of time, Roger, about how when
- 37:05resident is used, it's always used in a certain manner.
- 37:10Yes. I forgot where that was. Do you That's the ambassador. Well, it's its origin.
- 37:16Unknown: That's how they're using it. See, you're and this is something I've just kind of
- 37:20stumbled into figuring this out lately as we've explored these words
- 37:25and what they're doing to people.
- 37:27The very first way that resident was used to my knowledge, what John taught us, came from ambassadorial
- 37:34law after the Westphalian agreement.
- 37:36Countries were founded,
- 37:38and countries started exchanging ambassadors
- 37:40to rely on diplomacy as opposed to war.
- 37:44And so when they exchange ambassadors,
- 37:46they sign a treaty,
- 37:48and they exchange ambassadors.
- 37:49Of course, the example I always use is because I'm here. Ecuador, let's say the, because I actually know the family of one of The US ambassador or the Ecuadorian ambassador to The US for, like, twenty five years. I know his son.
- 38:04And,
- 38:04and
- 38:05the the really nice people.
- 38:08And he was in residence up there. So if he got caught at Dulles Airport with a kilo of cocaine in his diplomatic pouch,
- 38:17they would not send him to the nearest
- 38:20federal prison for
- 38:22importing or trafficking.
- 38:24They would stick him on a plane and send him back to Ecuador
- 38:29because he is in
- 38:31residence.
- 38:33That really means the laws of Ecuador apply to him and not the laws of The United States.
- 38:40So that's the way they're using it. That's why they've never asked you, hey, Ed. Are you a resident of Michigan?
- 38:49Unknown: Yeah. No. They don't.
- 38:51Unknown: They don't ask any state. It's always just resident.
- 38:54Goes back to the very last of the fourteenth amendment.
- 38:57And what they're really asking you and what that question really is is what set of laws do you live under?
- 39:04Now notice
- 39:06that we have found, and you can under when you understand this, you can understand why,
- 39:13that the term resident is a rebuttable
- 39:16presumption.
- 39:17Here we go under presumption again. We're gonna roll on on presumption until somebody stops us. What is the presumption that I'm able to rebut
- 39:27that I'm a resident?
- 39:29What does that mean?
- 39:31It means what set of laws do you live under?
- 39:34So if you go back to Vattel's law of nations, Ed, which was written a hundred years approximately after the Westphalian
- 39:42agreement where countries were formed,
- 39:45you go back to that and look at the pages on resident
- 39:49in Battelle,
- 39:52and he doesn't use the word just resident.
- 39:56In fact, he never uses the word resident.
- 39:59He always
- 40:00says
- 40:01resident
- 40:02alien.
- 40:04Now if they were to ask you in those two questions, Ed, are you an resident alien?
- 40:11You go, what the hell do you mean? I live here, yet I'm an alien? What the hell are you talking about, you crazy legal people?
- 40:21Because it means that the laws where you are don't apply to you.
- 40:27So they ask you, are you a resident? Yeah. Hey. I live right over there.
- 40:32Oh, okay. So you're under the fourteenth amendment, the laws of Washington DC then.
- 40:37Yeah. Yeah. I live right over there.
- 40:40So there's the disconnect.
- 40:42It's in where you live.
- 40:44It's what laws are you under.
- 40:47Okay. And it's your choice because everything's gotta be voluntary.
- 40:51If it's not voluntary, it's tyranny.
- 40:53So that's why the term resident has to be a rebuttable presumption.
- 41:00Unknown: Okay.
- 41:02Unknown: So here's what they're doing.
- 41:04Now they're taking as I've said so many times over the years, if someone wants to go back and do the research on the etymology,
- 41:13the origin
- 41:14of this word,
- 41:17You're you're you're gonna find this information there.
- 41:20Yet, when you find where they've added a geographical definition,
- 41:25like in Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, the after fact of living or dwelling in a place for some time,
- 41:31that's the geographical definition.
- 41:34That's what the states are they're gonna throw at you and say, well, no. That means you're you've got a drivers like they did to Mike. Well, no. You've got here's a criteria. You got a driver's license, have kids in school.
- 41:45Do you do you do you do this, do that, do that? Well, if you're fit all these things, then you're a resident.
- 41:52So they're taking man made criteria
- 41:55that doesn't apply to you unless you know how to get out of it, and they're saying you're a resident. You owe all this because you live here and you vote here. Sorry. The term residents are rebuttable presumption.
- 42:08I can rebut that. Those are man made criteria.
- 42:11This applies
- 42:12to hear an ambassadorial
- 42:14law, and you could,
- 42:16you can go back on what I just went over with Mattel and all that, and and that's what William's doing. William's over there basically going to an appeals.
- 42:25They've told him he's a sovereign citizen. They're charging him over $4,000
- 42:29in fees.
- 42:30And on
- 42:32on the on the guilty verdict of being a sovereign citizen,
- 42:36which they cannot define or explain or point to any points of origin.
- 42:41Unknown: Right.
- 42:43Unknown: Right. And what is that? That's this presumption.
- 42:47A presumption of law is a presumption
- 42:50that's founded from another fact.
- 42:53So they go get a oh, we got a bankruptcy.
- 42:56There's a there's just bankruptcy in the bond market back in the thirties. Well, you know, it's the damnedest thing, Ed. We had this condition here, this political status, the citizen of The United States. And underneath all that was the feudal system, and we had a property right in these people.
- 43:12So we've got a debt. Why don't we just take the property right we have on them and put everybody in a sureties for a hypothecated
- 43:21debt? Now we've got a presumption by golly. We're gonna presume
- 43:26that you're in there to take care of this debt and that you've agreed to it. Every time we ask you, you agree to it, and we're just gonna roll on under that until we're notified otherwise.
- 43:36Oh, you can only notify us otherwise one way?
- 43:40Well, tough tough ski shitsky, Ed. That's what they say in the Russian marines.
- 43:45You know what they say in the Mexican marines? El tougho shito. That's what they say in the Mexican marines.
- 43:52Unknown: So
- 43:54where where you know, I I know I've heard it mentioned a a time or two.
- 43:59Somewhere, I think it's in some case or some law where it says that,
- 44:08you know, somewhere where it says that
- 44:11oh, shoot, Roger. I'm sorry. I just got interrupted by somebody.
- 44:16Unknown: Know How about that?
- 44:20Unknown: Yeah. You know, we're we're, you know, where residency
- 44:23is always used in a legal way if it's used.
- 44:29Unknown: Do you remember where that came from?
- 44:31I think it's Oh, yeah. Words and phrases. No. I can tell you where it came from.
- 44:36Go to your law library.
- 44:37Go to a group of book called words and phrases.
- 44:41Yeah. Words and phrases and look under the word resident. That's not the only court
- 44:46comment.
- 44:47There'll be a bunch of other ones because I had some people look at it recently.
- 44:51I just remembered that one from all those years ago.
- 44:55The term resident is a rebuttable presumption.
- 44:58Okay.
- 45:00And whenever it's used in any legal context,
- 45:03its definition is always legal. That's what they're trying to do. There's the equivocation.
- 45:08Oh, does it mean I live here? If so, why didn't you ask me if I was a resident
- 45:13of the state I'm in? Why do you just ask me if I'm a resident?
- 45:17Unknown: Hey, Raj.
- 45:19Unknown: Yes, Paul.
- 45:21Unknown: Couldn't we
- 45:22stop this right out of the gate,
- 45:25with language in the affidavit,
- 45:28that claims you. You are not a citizen of The United States under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment
- 45:36and not
- 45:37a resident
- 45:40or in residence
- 45:42under
- 45:44statutory law.
- 45:46Unknown: Well, we do it in a different approach. We do it in the second paragraph and using the IRS and nonresume.
- 45:53The term national is just is is
- 45:56deceitfully
- 45:58defined
- 45:59as it's in that second paragraph. It's a little different approach from what you just said.
- 46:05Hey, folks. You can do your affidavit
- 46:08any way you want.
- 46:11You can go do a 31 page David Strait affidavit with sovereign citizen in it. You do all that kind of stuff if you want to. You can go back to the one sentence
- 46:21that that that William put in on his, and you see that's backlash on him because now you didn't have the IRS paragraph in there to take into his hearing and show on the affidavit. He just had the one sentence.
- 46:35So, yes, it's abbreviated,
- 46:37but, yes, evidently, it's got some potential backlash because it backlashed on William.
- 46:42Unknown: But I'm specifically
- 46:46leaning in the direction that we've gotta spell it out for these monkeys.
- 46:50Unknown: You know? Because Listen.
- 46:53Unknown: Expecting the doctor's poach is ridiculous. Well, that
- 46:57Unknown: I have come to understand and said many times how important the term reward resin is.
- 47:03And what I just explained to Ed, that's what they're doing with everything. They're they've got you or they're sticking it to you underneath on this ambassadorial
- 47:11thing, but they're faking you and head faking you on the geographical
- 47:15definitions.
- 47:16And what what stops that
- 47:19is the term resident is a rebuttable presumption.
- 47:23That's just a presumption. No. It doesn't apply to me.
- 47:28If you wanna put it in the affidavit, that'd be fine. Work up a sentence, whatever.
- 47:33But but we do kinda cover that in a back backwards
- 47:37approach,
- 47:38Paul.
- 47:39Now
- 47:40who is someone
- 47:42there was somebody else that had something to say ask or something there. Anybody have any any questions or comments on what we've covered so far, especially this little segment with Ed because we're getting into the meaty stuff here.
- 47:56Unknown: Right. That, so that's that's in the words and phrases
- 48:00Unknown: that Yeah. Okay. Let me explain to you what words and phrases is a wonderful
- 48:06resource.
- 48:07What did we find out if you wanted,
- 48:10subscribe
- 48:11to us, like, a 1,500
- 48:13a month?
- 48:15Go to law library. Ask them where oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. If you ask them where words and phrases is, they'll point it out to you. They'll have it in there. And you go to
- 48:25it's a it's
- 48:26a somebody that is compiled and goes over all these court cases.
- 48:30And when there's an important word or phrase used in a court case, they pull it over with that site,
- 48:36and they put it in that book under the category.
- 48:39Okay? So you can go look at the term resident,
- 48:43and you can see what all these different courts have said about it. Okay? One of them was the one I've repeated. I've done that, but it's been years. Okay. So Yeah. Go to words and phrases, and the cases will be there.
- 48:56That's The this so well, that that
- 48:59will be one of them I quoted that we just talked about will be theirs is the when the
- 49:04when the word resident is used in any legal
- 49:08context,
- 49:10its definition
- 49:11is always
- 49:13legal.
- 49:14The legal definition
- 49:15of resident Roger. Is ambassadorial
- 49:18law.
- 49:19Well, go find it. There's a bunch of other ones too. Yes, Julie.
- 49:23Unknown: Go ahead. Yeah. There's a, there's a words and phrases that was published by West Group, which is the same thing as Thomas Reuter. This law. Yeah. Rothschilds.
- 49:35Yep.
- 49:36But it contains thousands of judicial definitions
- 49:40from 1658
- 49:42to the present.
- 49:44And it's distinct from the standard law dictionaries like Black's Law Dictionary because they focus on how specific words and phrases have been interpreted and defined by the courts in actual case law rather than providing just general legal definitions.
- 50:00Unknown: Yeah. So they're Fabulous.
- 50:02Listen. It's a fabulous research source.
- 50:05It's fabulous research source.
- 50:08Words and phrases.
- 50:09Westlaw.
- 50:12Unknown: Published by Westlaw. Westgroup. Westgroup.
- 50:15Unknown: Yeah. Or otherwise known as Thomas Reuters because they they bought them. Reuters.
- 50:21Unknown: Okay. Because they're Rothschild.
- 50:23Reuters is Rothschilds.
- 50:25Westlaw is Rothschilds.
- 50:26All of it's Rothschilds. So
- 50:30when the guy goes across from me at lunch, he goes, why are you always blaming the Jews on everything and starts all this bullshit? Well, you ignorant.
- 50:40The is yeah. You're 60 years old, and you never heard of the Rothschilds or understand their function?
- 50:46Well, tell me. Who's off base here?
- 50:49Right. I don't deal with functional illiteracy.
- 50:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 50:54I remember years ago having a conversation with somebody who didn't even know who JP Morgan was, and I'm like,
- 51:01where do you go from?
- 51:04Unknown: Anyway You can't go yeah. Well, you just pray for them, Ed. All you do is pray for them. Yeah.
- 51:11Unknown: Yeah.
- 51:11Unknown: So let's query the audience here if there's any we haven't even asked for any new folks. I may have some, but if any of you have any questions or comments on what we've discussed here
- 51:21or what you might want us to talk about with you, we'd love to talk to you. Please come forward. Star six is the unmute protocol and go, hey, Roger.
- 51:32So if you wanna do that, feel free.
- 51:35Otherwise, we'll, we'll
- 51:37continue with the rolling conversation here.
- 51:41So nobody?
- 51:42There's is that somebody? Hey, Roger.
- 51:45Unknown: Yes? Roger, can
- 51:48Yes. This is Steve. Can you hear me?
- 51:51Unknown: Yeah. Steve who? Steve where? What part of the country, Steve? Have we talked before?
- 51:57Unknown: Well,
- 51:58kind of communicated with you email and stuff.
- 52:01Unknown: Okay. Alright.
- 52:04Unknown: Well, how can we What can we do? Here.
- 52:07Unknown: Okay. What can we do you for this morning?
- 52:11Unknown: Okay. The IRS is,
- 52:14not seeming to accept my,
- 52:20accept my affidavit.
- 52:22Unknown: Yeah. They're wanting to bully you.
- 52:25Unknown: Yeah.
- 52:27I was thinking on the on the last correspondence I had with them, I kinda said I was the national.
- 52:33And I'm just wondering if I sent
- 52:36I didn't include that last paragraph you had on on the
- 52:42on your affidavit
- 52:43and
- 52:44I I submitted
- 52:46I'm gonna submit that with it
- 52:48that says not a resident.
- 52:51I'm a say I'm a resident alien.
- 52:53Unknown: Yeah. Well, you can no. No. No. Don't don't bring in Vattel's. Don't bring that into the picture. They don't know about that stuff.
- 53:01K?
- 53:02But if you did you just use the one sentence affidavit,
- 53:07Unknown: Steve? Yeah. I I I
- 53:10did that the,
- 53:11yes. I I sent that one sentence affidavit to them.
- 53:16Unknown: Well, you know, it's, and this is twice now. Of course, I promoted it because it comes from the state department. How can they deny something that is their own internal policy?
- 53:27They're evidently just, they they've got to a point where they don't know what to do. They're just gonna start refusing. We've seen that on several issues.
- 53:35You could go and redo the affidavit.
- 53:38And Can I comment? Sure.
- 53:41Go ahead, Julie.
- 53:43Unknown: I'm a member of a bunch of other groups, Steve. So if they're not accepting it, my advice is to go to Dave and Kay's website,
- 53:52nationalstatus.
- 53:54Yep.
- 53:58And then
- 53:59click on Remedy.
- 54:02Click on IRS and click on revocation
- 54:05of election. And they offer three on their website.
- 54:09Use the 13 pager
- 54:12from Weiss Paris.
- 54:15And
- 54:17you will want to send that not only to the IRS commissioner,
- 54:22but also to the director
- 54:25of the nearest
- 54:26IRS
- 54:28local office near your state, and you'll have to look that up. Like mine is Cincinnati,
- 54:34Ohio.
- 54:35So there's other groups of people who are zero
- 54:39problems with the wife Paris
- 54:42ROE. And the reason why I can make that statement is they're literally going into the irs dot gov website back into their transcript
- 54:51and looking up where and it will specifically state on the IRS website, no tax return is due.
- 54:59Unknown: Mhmm.
- 54:59Mhmm. And
- 55:01Unknown: I don't know if they've changed things, Roger, or not, but they seem to be coming down a lot more aggressive. They're being a lot more aggressive these days in terms of going after people.
- 55:10And so Yes. The people who are using the 13 pager White
- 55:14one that cites
- 55:15all these court cases and everything,
- 55:18they're not having any issues. They're getting a
- 55:21sixty day letter later on saying that there's really nothing left that they need to do and
- 55:26that
- 55:28they don't have to file tax returns.
- 55:31They might just want to go with that one. And David, have AI software. So you just enter your name and your social security number. It spits out a letter, and it also spits out a cover letter for you. Print it out and mail it to the IRS commissioner, and then also send it to the nearest IRS director's
- 55:48office closest to the state wherein which you are domiciled.
- 55:53Unknown: I yield. Get all that, Steve? Steve, you can go back to today's recording. Is Paul Paul, are you right there?
- 56:00Do you know about the transcript and stuff on our website? Yes. Yes.
- 56:05Okay. You can go back and get all that. Julie
- 56:08speaks a little bit quickly, especially in some of these complex areas for folks. So go back if you need additional while. Go over that again. You can go back and do that.
- 56:19I wanted to comment
- 56:21on the one sentence affidavit because,
- 56:24you know, I tell people and that you can get out of it with one sentence. But
- 56:29in these two situations,
- 56:31both,
- 56:32Williams
- 56:33in in a hearing going to be appealed and yours,
- 56:37because you use the one sentence affidavit,
- 56:40you can't refer back to the second paragraph dealing with the IRS and their fraud on nonresident alien because
- 56:47it wasn't in your affidavit.
- 56:49Okay?
- 56:49So that's why I say that's a suggested affidavit on the website. I wrote it. There's no wiggle room. There's two paragraphs,
- 56:58and they got no wiggle room. Now here's where that would have advantaged to you, Steve,
- 57:04as a I e, an example for everybody else. Okay?
- 57:09Because that second paragraph
- 57:11this is an affidavit.
- 57:12If they've accepted it and they haven't expressly rejected it in the formal manner they have to,
- 57:18then your paragraph stands.
- 57:20Hold it. I you can go back and highlight it or circle it and resend it to them if they start inquiring.
- 57:26Though you haven't disproven this.
- 57:28The only way they can disprove it is to come out with facts
- 57:32and put it in an affidavit form and sign it under penalty of perjury. And at that point, that affidavit trumps yours. But right now, even with one sentence,
- 57:41you're still the king of the mountain, but they find
- 57:44a way because that second paragraph wasn't included to come back and be miners and sappers.
- 57:50So they're trying to dig underneath your mountain that you're at the top of and see if they can implode that some bitch from down below. K? If you've got that second paragraph hold on, please. If you've got that second paragraph in there, you go back to him and say, you never overcome this, buddy. Sorry.
- 58:07And just keep throwing that in their face. But if you just use the one sentence,
- 58:12you your heels higher and steeper to climb because you don't have that fall back on. It's just like not notifying your local officials.
- 58:20If you don't do it, you procrastinate,
- 58:22you screw up, get an accident, a ticket, or whatever else. Oh, yeah. You you but you didn't notice them. So you've done everything else, but now your battle that you're gonna have to fight that is steep uphill because you didn't do something correctly at the first.
- 58:37All this process and stuff we talk about and and suggest to people if you wanna follow through on it, we didn't just pull this out of our sphincter muscle.
- 58:47This is long and tried and proven.
- 58:50And when there's things that screw up, we go back and reevaluate and change the protocol.
- 58:55There's a reason for the madness here.
- 58:57So that one paragraph missing
- 59:00has caused both of you guys grief.
- 59:03Okay? Mhmm. Now Mhmm. You could I they do what Julie says. You could go back and if you wanted to, you could just cancel and supersede all those other affidavits.
- 59:14You could go and do the new two paragraph one, send it to old
- 59:19Cuban boy up there, whatever, Raul,
- 59:22whatever his name is. Marco Marco Rubio. Rubio.
- 59:26Mister Rubio, mister cocaine cowboy,
- 59:28and you'd send that to him, and then you go back and notice them again. Put something like this affidavit cancels or supersedes the earlier one of whatever.
- 59:37Now the second paragraph's in there.
- 59:41Uh-huh. Uh-huh. So you got a couple options, Steve. But I think that's a good lesson, and I'm really glad.
- 59:48And I thank you for bringing that forward this morning because this one sentence affidavit,
- 59:54as fine as it is and as wonderful a selling point to somebody. Look. It's right here in the state department. It's policy
- 1:00:02from the state department.
- 1:00:03Here it is. They go, god. That's just too simple. Well, it might be too simple.
- 1:00:10Unknown: What what state is Steven? What state is Steven?
- 1:00:14Unknown: Don't I don't think I asked. You're in Texas? So
- 1:00:17Unknown: if you're in Texas, then you would send your,
- 1:00:21the Weiss Paris
- 1:00:22ROE not only to the IRS Commissioner, but you'd send it to the Director of the IRS Center
- 1:00:29in Austin, Texas. So it's Post Office Box 149338,
- 1:00:34Texas 78714
- 1:00:36Dash 9338.
- 1:00:38Yeah. And you can cut off the transcript.
- 1:00:41Unknown: It's a big ass service center down there in Austin.
- 1:00:46So, Steve, go explore some of those. Any other questions you got?
- 1:00:52Unknown: Well, I was just wondering if I I couldn't just, kinda quote that
- 1:00:58that
- 1:00:59that in
- 1:01:00on the income tax on individual, the general rule,
- 1:01:04and,
- 1:01:06ask them why why,
- 1:01:09you know, it says in
- 1:01:11in the affidavit, it says, I'm not a citizen or resident, so I don't have to pay those taxes, but I am
- 1:01:18nonresident
- 1:01:19alien
- 1:01:20in your in your definition.
- 1:01:23So Oh, boy. I shouldn't have to pay.
- 1:01:27Unknown: Well,
- 1:01:27yeah, that's what that whole second paragraph's
- 1:01:31about.
- 1:01:31It just cuts all that fluff out and goes, this is deceptive. The national
- 1:01:37is as you what you've told them in the paragraph above what it is. United States Of America sworn under penalty of perjury,
- 1:01:43not a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 1:01:46You've made that specific.
- 1:01:48Underneath it, that paragraph takes the word national,
- 1:01:51and it says, at 26 CFR 1.1 dash one a, which is the red you're talking about, this is deceptively
- 1:01:58identified
- 1:02:00as a nonresident
- 1:02:02alien.
- 1:02:03If they don't rebut that,
- 1:02:05your stance.
- 1:02:07It's approaching it a little bit different way than you and Paul did, but it's the same thing. It's even more solid.
- 1:02:14There's no wiggle room in that paragraph, Steve.
- 1:02:18Yeah.
- 1:02:19Roger.
- 1:02:20Yes.
- 1:02:21It was good Larry. Larry's gonna weigh in for us. Morning, Larry. You have a good weekend?
- 1:02:27Unknown: Yeah. I did. I worked on a car all weekend.
- 1:02:30Oh. Had to do a timing belt job on a 2017
- 1:02:33Honda Odyssey or Honda Pilot.
- 1:02:36Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:37Unknown: Water pump was leaking, and the timing belt drives the water pump.
- 1:02:41Unknown: Okay. So I just did it every day. Vehicle?
- 1:02:43Your vehicle or somebody else? No. A friend a friend of mine's.
- 1:02:47Uh-huh. Well, I'll tell you, folks. Let me tell you. Larry is a good friend to have.
- 1:02:52K? So you better be nice to him.
- 1:02:54He comes help all these people with all this IRS stuff. He takes other people's cars and spends his weekend when he's got a family right there fixing somebody else's car. You're a hell of a guy, Larry.
- 1:03:08Unknown: Well,
- 1:03:08Unknown: thank you. He did pay me for it, so just so you know. Okay. Well, that's on the hell. I I would insist on doing that too if I took your weekend.
- 1:03:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:03:19So, yeah, I do I work on cars on the side too. So I've always maintained my own vehicles.
- 1:03:25Uh-huh. And I help out friends and family with theirs and word-of-mouth.
- 1:03:30You know?
- 1:03:31Probably once a weekend,
- 1:03:33I'm always working on a car, someone's car,
- 1:03:37Unknown: make a little extra money on the side. Got you, buddy. Yep. That hats off. Yeah. So what have you got to offer for Xavier?
- 1:03:47Unknown: Well, I was just gonna say, shouldn't your affidavit
- 1:03:50have the same effect as a 13 page revocation of election, Roger?
- 1:03:56What did what did It should be. Glenn It should. And John used to
- 1:04:00submit with their their ten forty x's and ten forty n r's.
- 1:04:05What kind of, like, statement did they used to make on the paper? Like, do you remember the do you remember the gist? I
- 1:04:11Unknown: don't remember shit from thirty six years ago or whatever when I walked into this office and got a presentation over a weekend that changed my life on this high end legal stuff and everything else.
- 1:04:23My world was spinning, and I have no idea what they did.
- 1:04:28Unknown: I know that they had sent something. Right? Some type of,
- 1:04:33attachment
- 1:04:34to go witness
- 1:04:35documents.
- 1:04:36Unknown: Right? Larry,
- 1:04:37they probably did, but I don't know what it was. I didn't even understand what I was doing.
- 1:04:43But I felt like I should do it because I thought there was something of great substance there.
- 1:04:48And here I am. Alright. Let me For twenty something years. Hold on. For about twenty years of my life since the sixties,
- 1:04:54I've been knowing something screwed up in this country, in this world. I never could identify it, and then all of a sudden, this comes along. I dove in the deep end of the pool, man. I I was I was like you guys. I was looking for truth. That's one common denominator that all of us have. We're looking for some sort of truth.
- 1:05:14We are actively looking
- 1:05:18for it. That may be that you're weren't actively out looking for it, but you were receptive
- 1:05:23and sitting back waiting for it, which what happened to me. Anyway,
- 1:05:28that's just a big difference in us, Larry. No. I don't have any idea what they did. All I know is I got a nice letter back, and I was $1,500
- 1:05:36in debt from three frivolous filing penalties.
- 1:05:40That's what I knew.
- 1:05:42Unknown: Right. I'm thinking, you know, why is this 13 page revocation of election having an effect when,
- 1:05:49at times, your affidavit
- 1:05:51that has the proper language in there, like you're trying to explain to Steve,
- 1:05:56why that doesn't have the same effect because it ought to have
- 1:06:00Unknown: Well, in one sentence, and it doesn't have you don't have anything to hold their feet to the fire on with that one sentence except it's an affidavit. They can still come back and do all this bantering and everything else.
- 1:06:13That's why I strongly suggest
- 1:06:15that people use the the suggested one we've got on the website.
- 1:06:19There's two paragraphs. The second one dealing with IRS
- 1:06:23will give you leverage to dab this debate with them. The first sentence, one sentence doesn't.
- 1:06:30You gotta continue. Okay. So I'm a national 26 CFR 1.1 dash one a. It's a you gotta continue the argument because you didn't have it stated in the affidavit.
- 1:06:44Unknown: I don't know if you're aware of this, Roger, but, these affidavits
- 1:06:47that are I don't know if I don't know if you wanna call them an affidavit,
- 1:06:51but they they kinda are a form of an affidavit. But the revocation of elections that are floating out floating around out there, SCDMs
- 1:06:59and Weiss Paris and god knows who else put one of these ROEs out there.
- 1:07:05They all quote court cases.
- 1:07:07They all
- 1:07:09refer to the
- 1:07:11person as American National,
- 1:07:14and you have to get them notarized.
- 1:07:16And, really, in an affidavit, all you're stating is fact. You're really not supposed to write in
- 1:07:23court cases
- 1:07:24or or see a law. Well,
- 1:07:27Unknown: That's not that that's not Larry, that's not true. Conclusion
- 1:07:32Unknown: of law.
- 1:07:33That's indeed true.
- 1:07:35Unknown: John and Glenn's original affidavit is five pages long,
- 1:07:39three and a half or more pages are nothing but court sites
- 1:07:44about the two different Right. When you when you do that, I think it loses
- 1:07:49Unknown: think it loses its effect as being a genuine affidavit
- 1:07:53because an affidavit is only supposed to state
- 1:07:56the the facts of the matter according to your five senses.
- 1:08:02Unknown: And also according to your
- 1:08:05Unknown: I don't think court
- 1:08:06also supporting to your sixth sense,
- 1:08:09Unknown: for example, let's just say,
- 1:08:11somewhat somebody was committing a crime and you felt very fearful of losing your life,
- 1:08:17you you could actually put that in an affidavit
- 1:08:20because even though that's an inward emotion,
- 1:08:23it's still a fact.
- 1:08:25Unknown: And so you're really not supposed to put court cases and things like that. United States Code. Incorrect. I never I've never. Larry, I'm sorry. I've never heard that before. I just I just don't agree with you on that. Okay? Roger, you are behind all
- 1:08:40of America.
- 1:08:41All that. We don't need three people trying to talk at the same time, please.
- 1:08:48All I know, I've never seen that rule. Never heard about it. And if it's some unimportant court cases, landmark,
- 1:08:54like the slaughterhouse cases or Wong Kimark, you're not gonna get an objection from supporting that. Hell, that's what they discussed in the damn hearing at the supreme court.
- 1:09:03It's court cases. So I don't agree with that, but listen. You do what you wanna do. You don't have to add that second paragraph if you don't want to. I'm showing you the legitimacy
- 1:09:15and the thought that was taken out beforehand
- 1:09:18and the care to write that as tight as it is for that reason.
- 1:09:24That it was all premeditated.
- 1:09:27I never dreamed that one sentence came through.
- 1:09:31Hold on. They would have backlashes like that, but I'm glad it's come up because it's a real interesting wrinkle. Okay? Now we can go back and forth further evaluate another level. It's if you wanna do that, you do it, but here's what you're potentially missing. Bam. Okay? Now Merck is trying to say something. Larry's trying to continue.
- 1:09:52Hold on, Merck. Go ahead, Larry.
- 1:09:55Unknown: Yeah. Before Merck rebuts me, you can't this is my opinion.
- 1:10:00Based upon my study,
- 1:10:03you can't include conclusions of law in an affidavit.
- 1:10:06That includes court, you know, court cases Okay. Well United States code, different things like that. You can only state the facts of what you witnessed with your five senses.
- 1:10:18Okay. And if you can include this that what they call the sixth sense
- 1:10:23that it had to do with you, like, you were fearing for your life because that's considered an emotion. Okay. Okay? Okay. And another thing I wanted to ask is if you Can I address that first? Well,
- 1:10:36one more thing, and I'll I'll get off.
- 1:10:40Unknown: No.
- 1:10:40There's thousands
- 1:10:42Do you like her Gatling gun? You want oh, all that. Now here's something else.
- 1:10:46Can I just I know? But I I gotta I gotta make a delivery. Off the table.
- 1:10:52That five page Yeah. Go ahead. Davis. It's reprinted in my book that people have no doubt taken word for word and submitted is five pages, four of it, or for three and a half of court cases. There's never been any objection.
- 1:11:05I used it for a number of years. There's never been an objection, Larry. You may be right. It's probably not formal. I'm not held to strict
- 1:11:13details like that because I'm not an attorney.
- 1:11:16I'm just a layperson.
- 1:11:18Unknown: So I'm not held to those kind of requirements. Well, I'm just saying that opposing counsel could strike that affidavit of conclusion of law.
- 1:11:27Yeah.
- 1:11:28But I was wondering also if
- 1:11:31there's you know, Glenn and John had conducted
- 1:11:34thousand or not you know, hundreds of seminars across the country, probably hundreds
- 1:11:39for, you know, thousands of students.
- 1:11:42The material that they handed out that and I know I've asked you this before, but maybe I'm making a plea to the audience.
- 1:11:50Is there anyone that has
- 1:11:52that original material
- 1:11:54that they could share
- 1:11:55that we can further study
- 1:11:58as far as what they used to distribute?
- 1:12:02Unknown: I'm done. There
- 1:12:04was nothing like that. The only thing that would even resemble that
- 1:12:08was the workbook
- 1:12:10that we used where they compiled a lot of things so they could give the seminar at this point, that point, open up your book to this page. Well, it's just copies of IRS regulations,
- 1:12:21supreme court cases,
- 1:12:23some of the old English law bit. That's all we ever had. There was a few handouts,
- 1:12:27Larry. I've got one of them on the website because one of the audience here kept begging me to go back and get it scanned,
- 1:12:35and that's that where there's eight different seven or eight different, systems of law. Paul's got it on the website. It shows you every system of law, equity,
- 1:12:44common law, maritime
- 1:12:46law,
- 1:12:47admiralty law,
- 1:12:49UCC,
- 1:12:51menoral law, and it's got whatever the body is. It's got the next column, whatever they call the presiding officer because they're not all judged.
- 1:13:01Some of them are chancellors. Some of them are different
- 1:13:04different
- 1:13:05labels.
- 1:13:06So every system of law
- 1:13:08has a different
- 1:13:10adjudicator.
- 1:13:11Then they got the next column, and it's got the actions that would be done. And in in common law, if it was
- 1:13:19respite
- 1:13:20or what there's about eight different ones.
- 1:13:23And the next one in equity is whatever those forms were. Every system of law has a different way of communicating internally with the facts. And then the most important of all was the one over on the far right where it gave remedies
- 1:13:38because the law is rights, duties, and remedies.
- 1:13:41It's not just rights.
- 1:13:44Occasionally, somebody will mention duty.
- 1:13:46Virtually, nobody mentions remedies.
- 1:13:49That's the formula,
- 1:13:50r plus d equals r.
- 1:13:53So you get over to remedies,
- 1:13:55and there you're gonna find some real interesting stuff because all the remedies are different too.
- 1:14:01It shows you what the common law and the the all these different ones, and the only two places
- 1:14:08out of all of those examples of different bodies of law
- 1:14:12where self help remedies were used, lien levy garnishment,
- 1:14:17and seizure.
- 1:14:19Who uses those?
- 1:14:22Were the law merchant,
- 1:14:25the Babylonian merchant code,
- 1:14:27and the manorial
- 1:14:29law,
- 1:14:30the law on the manors before the Westphalian
- 1:14:34agreements.
- 1:14:36And but they used the Babylonian
- 1:14:39merchant law
- 1:14:40because as the trade
- 1:14:43tours and caravans of goods that went around Europe
- 1:14:47that everybody wanted because somebody's bringing, like, the latest Chinese boatload of stuff into town or whatever,
- 1:14:54because trade is the absolute basic thing,
- 1:14:57One of them that separates us from every other animal on Earth. None of the other animals trade. We do.
- 1:15:04K?
- 1:15:05And so because the traveling, vending circuit
- 1:15:09tours throughout Europe used the Babylonian merchant code because it's the
- 1:15:13code of the merchants. It's rife in the Bible.
- 1:15:17Then they just adopted it as the menorah law. So the only two places that lien levy garnishment and seizure very prominent remedies
- 1:15:25were ever used to the history of the planet
- 1:15:28were in the law merchant,
- 1:15:30labeled otherwise,
- 1:15:32the Babylonian merchant code, same thing, different label,
- 1:15:36Babylonian merchant code,
- 1:15:38law merchant,
- 1:15:40UCC.
- 1:15:43UCC.
- 1:15:45You know, I've said this before, Larry.
- 1:15:48I remember John saying
- 1:15:50the nations will be,
- 1:15:53rule with their sorcery. They'll rule the nations in Revelation with their sorcery.
- 1:16:00And he goes, well, I went to the dictionary and looked up sorcery.
- 1:16:06I had several definitions there. One of them
- 1:16:10was chant.
- 1:16:13Chant.
- 1:16:16And he said, could their sorcery be
- 1:16:20UCC.
- 1:16:23UCC.
- 1:16:25Like the Roman Orman
- 1:16:28in the galley.
- 1:16:30UCC.
- 1:16:32Hoist them, boys. UCC.
- 1:16:36That's what we're trapped in. And that what I just told you proves to you what it is and where it came from. You want additional proof?
- 1:16:44And this brought it by our our buddy Sketch.
- 1:16:47Fertile Mind Sketch came on there one day with this, blew me away.
- 1:16:52Blew me away. I still think of it often.
- 1:16:55You know what the definition of the symbol of of feudalism is?
- 1:17:01You know, they're big on symbols
- 1:17:04because symbols don't change.
- 1:17:06See, definitions of words change. Gay.
- 1:17:10Has that changed from 1940?
- 1:17:12You bet your ass it has. But the symbol for taking it up the rear end never has. You know exactly what that it's been around for five thousand years back to Egypt
- 1:17:22because those don't change.
- 1:17:25And that's how the the these people can also relate to each other generationally
- 1:17:30because they know that's not gonna change. That's why they use them so much.
- 1:17:35So what's the definition of feudalism? What's the symbol of feudalism?
- 1:17:41Mirka, do you remember?
- 1:17:47Larry, you remember?
- 1:17:50Jenny five It's
- 1:17:52Unknown: It's a pyramid,
- 1:17:54Rog. It's a pyramid.
- 1:17:56Unknown: The pyramid is the symbol of feudalism. Boy, I wish I'd known that thirty three years ago.
- 1:18:02I didn't learn it except through sketch here on this program just, you know, fairly recently.
- 1:18:08And I see it's under dollar bill. You've used your whole life. It's everywhere. It's the it's the pyramid. It's the triangle. It's all that. It's all the same thing. We explained that what that is, I believe, pretty accurately here on the program.
- 1:18:21So, anyway,
- 1:18:23it's a hell of a thing, man. What we've got what we've got here,
- 1:18:27it was it was really interesting with Dean
- 1:18:31because Dean's 71 years old, very accomplished man, holistic dentist, all this stuff, interesting
- 1:18:37life.
- 1:18:38And he didn't learn about this until two years ago. And I said, what's it like
- 1:18:43being 69,
- 1:18:4470 years old and finding out you've lived a lie your whole life? A lot of people can't accept that. That's a lot of reasons we don't get those older people. They just flat cannot face.
- 1:18:54They've lived a whole life of a lie.
- 1:18:59Think about it.
- 1:19:02Think about it. Right?
- 1:19:04Okay. So, anyway, pontificating
- 1:19:07here. I'm off on a rant, but that's very information,
- 1:19:09valuable information.
- 1:19:11If anybody says Roger Sales doesn't know what he's talking about, you know, shit, bring him on the program here. Let's have a little debate.
- 1:19:19K? I don't care. Attorney, judge, whoever.
- 1:19:25These people were never taught this stuff.
- 1:19:28The modern people, they were never exposed to it. So who's got something to add here? We'll go off in a different direction or question on what we just covered. Yes.
- 1:19:37Mirka, there you are.
- 1:19:39Unknown: Just wanted you to, I wanted to I was writing things down because I didn't wanna forget what I was gonna say,
- 1:19:45about what Larry is saying is incorrect,
- 1:19:48and, there's plenty
- 1:19:50of people that I know that are using affidavits in court cases
- 1:19:55Yeah. To defend
- 1:19:57themselves
- 1:19:58and Mhmm. Make it a point that it is a documented fact
- 1:20:03that it has happened,
- 1:20:05and it it proves
- 1:20:07Unknown: the difference between a a private individual.
- 1:20:10A fact. Well, even a more overriding,
- 1:20:14let's say, of that is,
- 1:20:17are you a lawyer?
- 1:20:19No. Any of us lawyers? I don't know. We got any you crooked guys but Brent on here? No. It doesn't it doesn't matter. We're not held to that. They're they had whatever rules they can hold an attorney to, they're not gonna hold us to because we're not an attorney,
- 1:20:37and we're not presumed to be at that level of expertise.
- 1:20:40In fact, if you do get into a courtroom and we try and keep you out of court, the judge is supposed to give you deference
- 1:20:50in any in any hearing because of that. Paul, are you trying to get something in here?
- 1:20:56Unknown: I am not a lawyer. I didn't even play one on TV.
- 1:20:59I'm sorry. I didn't know I was on mute. I was talking to myself. I do that during the show. I talk to myself.
- 1:21:06Unknown: I thought I heard you in an objection on a Perry Mason episode. Come on.
- 1:21:12Roger.
- 1:21:13Yes. Roger, so so Overrule. That that objection is overruled,
- 1:21:18Paul. Go ahead, Mark.
- 1:21:20Unknown: So people do use the cases under,
- 1:21:23affidavit, which is a fact.
- 1:21:26Unknown: That can prove, you know, information. No. Listen. And There is no argument. We're not attorneys.
- 1:21:32There's never been an objection to it. We're not held to that standard.
- 1:21:37There is no other argument.
- 1:21:40Unknown: Another thing, Roger.
- 1:21:42Larry Kew was talking about court. Right? We're not in court. We're using our administrative court, you know, with with the administrative process and
- 1:21:50our lawful legal notices,
- 1:21:52and that's completely different. And we're not US persons. We do not follow their rules.
- 1:21:57Unknown: They don't that stuff doesn't apply to us. This NDAA
- 1:22:02where they're gonna murder. Where what's all what's that noise coming from, please? Who's
- 1:22:08Unknown: who's
- 1:22:09Unknown: who's scooping out the Here's the horse pin? It was just that or concrete out of the pickup truck or something.
- 1:22:17Unknown: That was me, Roger. My bad. I just have a car Alright, Boris. Well do everything. That's okay. We're gonna make you go sit down really quick. Dun's hat. Yes.
- 1:22:26Unknown: One more thing. And for people to understand what we're saying about using the affidavit
- 1:22:32as a fact
- 1:22:34for what we're saying.
- 1:22:35We have to understand who we are as a private individual in the private.
- 1:22:39We are no longer a US person
- 1:22:42and we do not need to follow the rules.
- 1:22:45We need to use our administrative process and build it up that we can defend ourselves if ever we get into court.
- 1:22:53Unknown: Let's say a lot of that stuff that comes under the label of public policy, and just like Merck is saying,
- 1:23:00we're not affected by public policy because we're private entities.
- 1:23:05Unknown: It's that damn simple. K? Right. And people really need to detox The US system because when you're following their rules, you're still stuck in their system.
- 1:23:14Well, and you keep out of that system and think outside the box as a prime individual
- 1:23:20Unknown: under natural law. And and and that's what people in especially in the anybody in the other circles, pretty much of the patriot community.
- 1:23:29I don't know when you get into court. You do this in court. Folks,
- 1:23:33those courts don't have any jurisdiction over you. That's what we try and preempt
- 1:23:38from the very start. I don't want you in court. I don't wanna train you what to do in court unless you're actually in the for whatever god forsaken reason, Like Christian, he gets into that damn situation, backs into it,
- 1:23:52gives him all this permission and everything. Didn't realize what he's doing. I I get it.
- 1:23:57But we try and preempt all of that. And if we do get to that situation exactly like Mirka said, we've been advising people to handle it administratively
- 1:24:06with a
- 1:24:07a
- 1:24:08abatement and that kind of thing. So we don't want you in court, but our people just that's where they automatically
- 1:24:15think in their minds when they deal with the government because they don't realize
- 1:24:19that they're under the administrative
- 1:24:21deep state.
- 1:24:23They're a court of record, but not one you'd recognize.
- 1:24:27And that's what you've got to go through first. If you're one of those persons, quote, unquote, persons that is in public policy,
- 1:24:36you've got to go through the administrative
- 1:24:39process
- 1:24:40and exhaust it before you could take that case to federal court, or they could bring you.
- 1:24:47That's a court of record. It's the first step. Well, guess what? It doesn't apply to us. Two regulations
- 1:24:54have the entire regulatory
- 1:24:56scheme applied to us, and they're both constitutional
- 1:25:00taxes,
- 1:25:01and they're both very, very obscure.
- 1:25:04K?
- 1:25:07So, anyway, that's my spiel. I don't want you in court.
- 1:25:11I know we talk about it a lot,
- 1:25:14but it just doesn't apply to us, generally speaking.
- 1:25:17Now that doesn't mean that you
- 1:25:20cannot be a moving party.
- 1:25:23You can be a moving party because you can move against a citizen of The United States even though you're a national.
- 1:25:30K?
- 1:25:31Diversity is citizenship.
- 1:25:34So it doesn't
- 1:25:36I just don't want you in court. There's no reason for you to be there.
- 1:25:40That's the whole the whole deal of the exercise here is to get you out of that kind of a situation
- 1:25:46and to get things done properly
- 1:25:50out front with all the notifications
- 1:25:52and the things that we suggest that you do
- 1:25:55so that that is another defense against you being in court.
- 1:26:02And then you can rely back on it. You've got a solid defense.
- 1:26:06And like I said,
- 1:26:07if you don't use the two paragraph affidavit, well, you don't have any IRS
- 1:26:12sources in there as to what your statement is.
- 1:26:15So now if you get in a piss and match with the IRS,
- 1:26:19you're gonna have a steeper uphill battle
- 1:26:22because that second paragraph wasn't in there. Just the same as if you don't do your notices. We had the gal that noticed her county, a situation down there in Georgia where she had to go into the adjacent county,
- 1:26:35had something with her son on her mind, got caught speeding,
- 1:26:39but she'd never done any of the Georgia notices.
- 1:26:41Not only the county that she was in, but this county where she got the speeding ticket.
- 1:26:47So now her whole climb
- 1:26:49is very steep uphill because you didn't do it out front right.
- 1:26:54We put this together with a lot of experience from many people and with a lot of thought and held a lot of discussion
- 1:27:01like we do here on a daily basis.
- 1:27:04I mean, you know, you ought to take that into consideration,
- 1:27:07but I'm not gonna tell you to. It's your freedom. It's your hill to climb if you're challenged,
- 1:27:13and I'm gonna let you make all those decisions.
- 1:27:16Roger. Because I don't want somebody coming back. Paul and Roger said, damn.
- 1:27:21I'm not gonna have that. K?
- 1:27:23Hey, Roger. Your
- 1:27:25freedom. Your your decisions. You want personal responsibility.
- 1:27:30Grow up then.
- 1:27:33Unknown: Yeah. The only reason that you would ever go to court would be to
- 1:27:37challenge the jurisdiction
- 1:27:40of the court and do not allow the court or the judge to proceed to subject matter because
- 1:27:47subject matter does not apply until the jurisdictional
- 1:27:50issue is settled,
- 1:27:52and settling it means the court doesn't have jurisdiction over you. No. No.
- 1:27:59That's the only reason you would appear.
- 1:28:03Unknown: Get you.
- 1:28:05Unknown: Yes.
- 1:28:06I I think Mark had a a a thing to say about that, Paul,
- 1:28:12and it was getting a
- 1:28:15decision before jurisdiction
- 1:28:18occurred. I forget what it was called.
- 1:28:21Unknown: But I'm Judicial decision?
- 1:28:23Judicial opinion?
- 1:28:24Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Well Judicial
- 1:28:27determination.
- 1:28:29Unknown: Well,
- 1:28:30you know, we've got that now.
- 1:28:31We didn't have it till this
- 1:28:34Utah Supreme Court case came up. Well, here's the Supreme Court case in Utah. Everything I'm saying is right there and in what the judge wrote subsequently.
- 1:28:44So we do have some fall back on that's precedent.
- 1:28:48And you folks in Utah,
- 1:28:50by hell, you better start sleeping with this court case.
- 1:28:57Unknown: I wanted to comment on the affidavit. It it it and I looked up the elements, and it's it's a statement that explains
- 1:29:05you are swearing
- 1:29:07to the truthfulness
- 1:29:09of the information.
- 1:29:10So you have to put the information in,
- 1:29:13Larry
- 1:29:15Let me tell in order to swear the truthfulness
- 1:29:18Unknown: of it. Let me I'm gonna interrupt you. Hold on, Sketch, as it applies to Larry and his comments.
- 1:29:24Yeah. Do you think if you put those court cases, that three and a half pages of John with Wong Kim Mark in the slaughterhouse cases and all the other definitive
- 1:29:33findings, black
- 1:29:34letter law,
- 1:29:36do you think if you put that in an affidavit
- 1:29:39and the IRS came back at you,
- 1:29:42how about if you were gonna use the willfulness defense?
- 1:29:46You have to be willful failure to file.
- 1:29:49You were failing to file, and you weren't willfully file. You've got these court cases you've read with these clear cut decisions,
- 1:29:57and I felt so strong that they influenced me that I put them in my affidavit.
- 1:30:05Unknown: Good one, Roger. They're true.
- 1:30:08Unknown: No harm, no foul.
- 1:30:10Unknown: K.
- 1:30:12Unknown: Yeah. So, anyway I wanna Is it okay is it okay if I change the subject now?
- 1:30:18I can't. I got just for you, I wouldn't let anybody else do it, but I'll let you do it. I came across a a term that I've heard many times, but it made me my fertile mind got going. So the term is duly authorized agent. So my question, it's two parts. Are
- 1:30:38you a duly authorized agent at in any capacity
- 1:30:42as a national
- 1:30:44and
- 1:30:45you have a birth certificate.
- 1:30:48Unknown: Yes. You are.
- 1:30:50Unknown: Is is you are. Okay. Could you explain Yes. How you were a a duly
- 1:30:56Unknown: You got a relation.
- 1:30:58You you got a relationship
- 1:30:59with the big g, capital g,
- 1:31:02agency.
- 1:31:04I I think you could at least look at it like that.
- 1:31:08Unknown: Okay. Alright. Well, I appreciate it. Now now we have a birth certificate.
- 1:31:13Okay?
- 1:31:14And that is property of of the state,
- 1:31:18not yours really. Right?
- 1:31:20Unknown: So I don't know about capacity.
- 1:31:23Unknown: Pardon?
- 1:31:24Unknown: I don't know about that, but go ahead.
- 1:31:27Well, I've kind of researched it. And Okay. Well, I'm not I'm not gonna argue with you. I'll just let me see if I can give it to you in a different way.
- 1:31:37John would say,
- 1:31:39I don't have a Social Security number.
- 1:31:42I
- 1:31:43have an account
- 1:31:45with Social Security, and they identify that account with that number,
- 1:31:50but I do not have a number.
- 1:31:56Unknown: But what about the birth certificate?
- 1:31:59Unknown: Okay. Can you use that same
- 1:32:01rationale
- 1:32:02here? I don't have a birth certificate. I had a birth. I know a lot of people that well, not a lot. I know a few that just had a certificate of of live birth.
- 1:32:12They didn't want a birth certificate,
- 1:32:14and Tom Schramm with his son.
- 1:32:17And so when he went to apply for a passport,
- 1:32:20a DS11,
- 1:32:22and they require
- 1:32:24a birth certificate,
- 1:32:25And the the passport people wrote back, so why don't you check with the,
- 1:32:29Georgia
- 1:32:31Vital Statistics?
- 1:32:33And so Tom went over there, and the damnedest thing, Sketch, that year his son was born was the year of a census. They were living up in a rented house up in the above Atlanta in the mountains in a resort up there,
- 1:32:47and the census taker came by the house and registered the birth,
- 1:32:52and it was on file with the a Bureau of Vital Statistics.
- 1:32:55How about that? I thought that was kinda freaky.
- 1:32:59But then they never would issue him one for whatever reason, and Tom is so stubborn. He refuses to deal with the federal government,
- 1:33:08and so he does all this stuff in state and muddies the water so much that you can't get it damn straightened out. I tried to get him to go to the US court of claims,
- 1:33:18which we think is a venue that might solve that problem, but he wouldn't do it. So
- 1:33:24that's about all I can tell you. On the birth certificate,
- 1:33:29now I will say Lisa, one day, our moderator and old listener, dear friend Lisa,
- 1:33:35one day did a little research when we were on this subject online,
- 1:33:40and it comes out that there were states,
- 1:33:44sketch,
- 1:33:45that had birth certificates all the way back to the middle of the eighteen hundreds,
- 1:33:50but the feds didn't have them.
- 1:33:53And they more than likely were hold on just a second.
- 1:33:57They were more than likely not using
- 1:34:01them to attach them as property.
- 1:34:04Feds passed it in 1921.
- 1:34:08This was in the first depression.
- 1:34:11I forget who was the who was the president, Coolidge, or one of those guys didn't do anything.
- 1:34:17Then after World War one, they went into the first depression twenty one, twenty two.
- 1:34:22They didn't do anything. He let it work itself out, and it cured itself in two years.
- 1:34:27And it was in that period of time that they did the federal birth certificate law
- 1:34:32because we know them. We know that twelve years later, they were planning on bringing this into real because now it was gonna be collateral.
- 1:34:41And so in their scheme
- 1:34:42and so they started compiling them back in the twenties. Boom.
- 1:34:46When '33 came, well, hell, there's a pile of these things here. Let's see. God, these people are our property now. We'll just assign that to them. So I think that's when it took on those attributes
- 1:34:57of identifying property with the property right.
- 1:35:01I don't think it did before. I've never done the research.
- 1:35:04Sketch, I couldn't even I I just don't know.
- 1:35:07You know? I know a lot of facts. I've done some research on some of this. I've been able to as you go along
- 1:35:14even though you might not research it,
- 1:35:17something will come along and the the dots connect and you see it just clear, crystal clear.
- 1:35:22So sometimes that's happened, but I don't know. It's interesting, though, isn't it?
- 1:35:28So you're asking, is the birth certificate
- 1:35:31my
- 1:35:32papers and my birth certificate?
- 1:35:34Well, again,
- 1:35:36it represents
- 1:35:37me
- 1:35:38in a number of ways,
- 1:35:40and is being used in some ways that aren't exactly intended or stated from the start. They don't say it's gonna be attached to bonds as collateral for debt. Well, they tell you it's got all your birth information on it. Well, how big, how cute were my little feet when I was born? Look at that little inky foot right there.
- 1:36:03Unknown: Comment?
- 1:36:05Unknown: Excuse me. Now one of our females was trying to say something. There's Julie.
- 1:36:10Unknown: Yeah. So the government,
- 1:36:13specifically the state, county, or local vital records office, owns
- 1:36:17and retains permanent ownership in custody of the original birth registration.
- 1:36:23It is never released to the public.
- 1:36:25It is your master file for verifying identity and citizenship.
- 1:36:30Mhmm. You only own the certified copy.
- 1:36:34Unknown: Wonder wonder why they or the original. They why wonder why they put a policy like that in.
- 1:36:42Unknown: Yep.
- 1:36:43And so it's, you only get the certified copy. That's it. The original is owned by Vital Records Office. And then the documents given to parents at the hospital that oftentimes have your footprints,
- 1:36:54Those are just considered
- 1:36:56commemorative keepsakes.
- 1:36:57They're not legal proofs of birth, they're not owned by the government
- 1:37:02as the registered the original record is.
- 1:37:07Unknown: So I get Julie, do y'all know do y'all know how much fun you're giving me?
- 1:37:15I I had a friend, old friend in the old days. They had a they had a a little daughter, and and I was talking to Rob, and he said, you know, if she knew how much fun she was giving us, she'd charge us. Well, I don't want y'all charging me, but I do want you to know that you give me a lot of joy, a lot of great feedback,
- 1:37:33warm fuzzies if you want to.
- 1:37:36Call it that, but just this program and you and this group and this subject matter
- 1:37:41and what we talk about and the ability to overcome, we shall overcome.
- 1:37:46No. We've already overcome.
- 1:37:49We beat the bastards when we file that paper.
- 1:37:52You really beat them when you made up your mind to do it. The technicality
- 1:37:57is that isn't total you couldn't speak in a court. You couldn't take that. Oh, judge. Hell, I wrote this affidavit in my mind and all that, and damn it. Solid.
- 1:38:08No. I never did send it to him. Oh, well, I guess then you didn't finish the execution of the entire process,
- 1:38:15did you? Well, I guess not.
- 1:38:18But once you do that,
- 1:38:20look what it does for your life.
- 1:38:23I I tell you my wish, honestly, for all of you,
- 1:38:27is that this information touches you,
- 1:38:30changes your life even half as much as it has mine,
- 1:38:35even half as much.
- 1:38:37And I'm sure with some of you, it may even exceed what it's done with mine at some point.
- 1:38:42But I'm just so grateful to know you. Even though I don't know you, you're out there listening on a black screen here with Paul's
- 1:38:50picture in it.
- 1:38:53I don't know where you are.
- 1:38:55I don't know how old you are, what sex you are,
- 1:38:59any of that,
- 1:39:01but I just love you. And I know we really resonate with each other on this really truth seeking
- 1:39:08level.
- 1:39:10You know, back when I was a kid, Julie,
- 1:39:13I think you'll like this.
- 1:39:15When I was coming up and and and and, before I got into radio, I was selling women's shoes.
- 1:39:22Can you imagine how much fun that is?
- 1:39:27Probably why I'm still not married.
- 1:39:29You know? But
- 1:39:32the guy that owned the shoe store
- 1:39:36Unknown: Roger, that would be a dog.
- 1:39:39Unknown: Yes. Yes.
- 1:39:40Anyway, they were telling me one time when when I first got there, and the room I'm, like, 18, nine, or 20 years old, whatever. And they were talking about this girl that came in to apply for a job
- 1:39:51and where it gets down to sex.
- 1:39:53She said, yes. Once in Omaha.
- 1:40:01I don't know if that tickles you like it did and still does me.
- 1:40:08Talking about the stupid American public.
- 1:40:11Yikes. Okay. We got a few minutes left on the Monday edition. We've had a real good show today. I've enjoyed it. I hope you didn't mind too much of that front end conversation on Ecuador, but you can't just jump into the week right into the deep end of the pool sometimes.
- 1:40:27I felt real good on the air today. I just love doing this and talking with you guys and discussing all these things.
- 1:40:35I just love it. Yeah. Samuel, is that you, buddy?
- 1:40:39Unknown: No. It's man in Montana.
- 1:40:41Unknown: It's who? Oh, and
- 1:40:44manna?
- 1:40:45Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:40:47Unknown: Hey hey, Mana. What you got on?
- 1:40:50Unknown: Your mind? I just,
- 1:40:53on that note with the,
- 1:40:55birth certificate,
- 1:40:57my, I have a
- 1:40:59my personal story with that is kinda may may be interesting.
- 1:41:04I was born at home, and my dad delivered me. It was just my dad, my mom, and
- 1:41:11their dog at a in a trailer. And
- 1:41:15my dad made some
- 1:41:17sort of
- 1:41:19birth certificate with my footprints on it and had it Yeah. I think some sort of
- 1:41:26Unknown: seal or maybe had it notarized or something. Yeah. Yeah. By you and him and mom and dad, that'd be good. That would be called, manna,
- 1:41:35a certificate of live birth.
- 1:41:39Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. So yeah. So yeah. And
- 1:41:43so then he and he had
- 1:41:45yeah. And then he had so that was, like, kinda looked like it was photocopied
- 1:41:50and has the,
- 1:41:52like, fancy little border on it. And and so I always had
- 1:41:57this certificate of live birth, and I thought that was my birth certificate
- 1:42:02as far as when people talk to me.
- 1:42:05That well
- 1:42:06so
- 1:42:07I think it was when I went to go get a job
- 1:42:11because I
- 1:42:12I didn't even, like, have a Social Security card. I, like, got my parents or I never
- 1:42:19Unknown: went They never applied for you. Yeah. They never applied for you.
- 1:42:25Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:42:26So when I went to go get a
- 1:42:28I had a job or two before where they didn't really care that much, but then I was gonna work for this restaurant, and they're a little more
- 1:42:36corporate
- 1:42:37or whatever. So they wanted
- 1:42:40my birth certificate
- 1:42:41and maybe my Social Security card.
- 1:42:44And I I so I brought in that
- 1:42:47certificate
- 1:42:48of of, live birth, and they just were like, this ain't a birth certificate. I was like, what do you mean?
- 1:42:55And and they're like, the and so there was suddenly, I was slapped in the face with the
- 1:43:02the
- 1:43:03state and kinda all that stuff, and I had to go. And and on that weird note about that story you said about your friend,
- 1:43:14They I was like, well, what do I do? And they're like, what do you mean this isn't a birth certificate? And they're like, oh, you gotta go just go down to Kalispell
- 1:43:22and ask them for a certified
- 1:43:25copy of your birth certificate.
- 1:43:28And I was like, okay.
- 1:43:30So I went down there,
- 1:43:33and, sure enough,
- 1:43:35I paid $3, and they gave me
- 1:43:38a certified copy of my birth certificate.
- 1:43:41And there you go. So I had two
- 1:43:43documents
- 1:43:45completely different,
- 1:43:47and it just blew my mind, really.
- 1:43:50Unknown: Well, there you you probably could have filled out some kind of form, I think. You've done an alternate, and you submit that with the form. Because even though it might not be a quote, unquote birth certificate, what kind of a definition
- 1:44:02are you imputing into that? And by the way, why?
- 1:44:06Because this represents my birth
- 1:44:08even more so than this because this was done when I was delivered.
- 1:44:14This is done years later or well, we're later.
- 1:44:18But, of course, what none of it no. Nobody knows
- 1:44:21underneath
- 1:44:23that that is if you look at the certified copy, there's a red number down at the bottom, man. I call it QSIP number.
- 1:44:32Have you ever noticed that? Yep.
- 1:44:34I did notice that. I do Well, that's what connects you to bonds
- 1:44:40and whatever they're doing with your birth certificate
- 1:44:43on a financial side because
- 1:44:46until
- 1:44:47even though you're born at home and all that, even until
- 1:44:50you were always considered
- 1:44:52under this presumption
- 1:44:54that you were a citizen of The United States until you file that affidavit.
- 1:45:01Unknown: The
- 1:45:02interesting thing was that that that existed,
- 1:45:06but what I recall
- 1:45:08is that my dad,
- 1:45:11a few
- 1:45:13weeks.
- 1:45:14I don't think it was years. I think it was weeks after I was born.
- 1:45:18He kinda was like, yeah. I thought maybe I should call
- 1:45:24the
- 1:45:25I I I don't remember what he said he called, but he said he should let maybe I should let the state know that I had a kid.
- 1:45:33And I'm wondering if that's what generated
- 1:45:35that birth certificate
- 1:45:37there
- 1:45:38Unknown: for me to get a copy of Well, I I don't think there's much doubt if you went down to Kalispell and they had one of their records they could give you. I'm pretty sure he did that or they wouldn't have that information
- 1:45:48otherwise.
- 1:45:50Yeah. Definitely.
- 1:45:52Don't they call it off the books?
- 1:45:57Well, look who dropped in
- 1:45:59to see what condition his condition was in.
- 1:46:03He he's off the books.
- 1:46:05Don't they call it off the books?
- 1:46:09Well, they call that. They put that label on all kinds of stuff, Waheeb. I don't know if that's what they call this.
- 1:46:15Maybe some Jew Jew accounted up at the top levels might.
- 1:46:20Has a goy off the books. Let's get him.
- 1:46:24I don't know, Wahid,
- 1:46:26but, I will tell you that if he's got a when he went down, they sold him for $3.
- 1:46:32His daddy had to have called that in because you were born at home. Now
- 1:46:37I was a well, how old are you, man?
- 1:46:41Unknown: When when?
- 1:46:43Now. When I
- 1:46:46oh, right now?
- 1:46:47Yeah.
- 1:46:4942.
- 1:46:51Unknown: Okay.
- 1:46:52So long, long time ago when this all happened,
- 1:46:56they didn't have this in effect because you were born back in the eighties or late seventies. Okay?
- 1:47:02Well, now in the nineties, they passed one of these treaty things
- 1:47:07called the GATT treaty, g a t t,
- 1:47:10back in the middle
- 1:47:12of the nineties to Bill Clinton.
- 1:47:15And what that said is every
- 1:47:18child
- 1:47:19born
- 1:47:20in America
- 1:47:22has to have a Social Security number
- 1:47:25assigned at birth.
- 1:47:29For now,
- 1:47:30it's just been. Up to the other time, you didn't have
- 1:47:34to have a Social Security number except to work for somebody so they could involve you in the pension scheme.
- 1:47:41And so let me ask you this. Here's our brilliance of our patriot community and how deeply
- 1:47:46and thoroughly they think.
- 1:47:49Because everybody says it's the Social Security number that's the obligator. Right?
- 1:47:54Well, here's the here's the here's the Patriot logic.
- 1:47:59Everybody's gotta pay an income tax.
- 1:48:02Everybody has to have a Social Security number. I'll bet it's the Social Security number that's the predicator for the income tax. That's patriot logic.
- 1:48:13K? They don't say,
- 1:48:15you think you're really gonna wait until you're 16, 17, or 18 years old and get your first job and have to go get one of these that there's gonna be the point that obligates you?
- 1:48:27These guys aren't gonna do anything like that. They're gonna set up a scheme where you're obligated from birth. And not only are you obligated from birth, they got it set up in a reverse damn
- 1:48:40dialectical way that you ain't got no damn chance of identifying it.
- 1:48:46You see? That's
- 1:48:49that one point.
- 1:48:50Any patriots going, yes, the Social Security number is it. But you're have to wait till you're in your teens
- 1:48:56to start working and apply for it before you think they got you latched into the system. Don't be naive.
- 1:49:03These people are sophisticated.
- 1:49:05These people are sophisticated we're dealing with. This is Satan, folks, right here. But, Raj. Pure Satan.
- 1:49:11Paul. Yes, sir. But, Raj,
- 1:49:14Unknown: now they're they're generating birth certificates for children before their first birthday,
- 1:49:20before age one. No. They're just generating them right away.
- 1:49:24Unknown: So Oh, I know that. Well, yes.
- 1:49:27Well, because the GATT treaty, they got assigned a Social Security number at birth. All these countries agreed to it.
- 1:49:34So
- 1:49:35and and but
- 1:49:38just Social Security number we know isn't a nexus. Other people think it is. It's not. It's just they moved it up to the first just like they're gonna assign you to be involuntary
- 1:49:49servitude.
- 1:49:50Yeah. When your big toe,
- 1:49:53the last one comes out of mama's birth canal,
- 1:49:56you are indentured.
- 1:50:02Here's
- 1:50:03the for if you're new
- 1:50:05if you're new,
- 1:50:07big,
- 1:50:08big, big picture here.
- 1:50:12Esau Edom
- 1:50:14has tricked you into giving his birthright
- 1:50:18back that he sold.
- 1:50:20That's what's going on here,
- 1:50:22and we caught him.
- 1:50:24We caught him red handed,
- 1:50:26and he's gotta give it back.
- 1:50:29When you do this the right way,
- 1:50:32Esau, Edom, the biggest, baddest, richest, most vicious,
- 1:50:35vindictive,
- 1:50:37premeditated,
- 1:50:38heinous son of a bitches that have ever walked this Earth,
- 1:50:42and we get him to stand silent sometimes
- 1:50:45with one sentence
- 1:50:48on one eight and a half piece of paper
- 1:50:51to one guy.
- 1:50:53And they stand silent, these powerful,
- 1:50:55powerful rulers of the universe.
- 1:50:58That's truth, folks. Only truth can do that.
- 1:51:05Aren't you lucky?
- 1:51:07Yes. God has blessed you.
- 1:51:10And as we, you know, have thought for so long, what makes us different? What makes us different?
- 1:51:16As friend of mine said, since the difference is you're chosen.
- 1:51:20When you think about that, we are chosen, aren't we? We're chosen because somehow
- 1:51:25god has blessed us with a truth seeking gene,
- 1:51:29and we just can't get enough of it. You couldn't take me. And if you had the truth
- 1:51:35on the other side of a concrete block wall, I had to walk through it to get it. Now I see that in others here,
- 1:51:42and I'm just tickled to death that this information
- 1:51:45draws us like a moth to the flame.
- 1:51:49This truth thing,
- 1:51:51it's it's unbelievably important.
- 1:51:53It's unbelievably
- 1:51:54emotional.
- 1:51:56Some people don't realize
- 1:51:58what it is and what they've got and the rarity of it. And and and and as Patrick Henry say, don't if you get this liberty thing, don't let that jewel. Don't let anybody steal that jewel.
- 1:52:09Now we got it.
- 1:52:11Now we gotta spread it. More we spread it, the stronger we are, the bigger the jewel gets.
- 1:52:18K?
- 1:52:19And that's where that's where we are. We're these special people that somehow,
- 1:52:23not necessarily our choice,
- 1:52:26just always
- 1:52:27been driven by some inner factor. Dean, I told you the story a minute ago.
- 1:52:33When he told us at dinner last night, he's he he said, I I got into this, been a dentist for years, started figuring out some of this stuff about mercury and some of the other stuff, and I I dug deeper and deeper. I said, no. I'm killing my patients.
- 1:52:48And so he started advertising
- 1:52:50that he would take out mercury fillings. That's when the dental association jumped on him. He didn't say he couldn't do it. They just said he couldn't advertise that they'll yank his license.
- 1:53:01And so that's when at that table, I didn't even voice it to Dean, and there him and Suzanne are probably walking around the Miami Airport
- 1:53:09looking for a connecting flight right now.
- 1:53:12And and and just wanna say, see, that's why you're here. That's why when Suzanne came along, I don't know if you'd have been receptive if I had told you or one of your other friends or whatever, but when his sweet thing tells him, he's receptive, and he just jumped right in the pool. Saw it immediately,
- 1:53:29felt it. He said, I'm not and the point of his dentistry thing is I'm killing my patients. I don't care if it's for money or whatever else,
- 1:53:38and I'm not gonna do it.
- 1:53:41That's like all the rest of us.
- 1:53:43But whatever your individual circumstances
- 1:53:46are, should that situation have crossed your path, you made that correct decision. I wanna do the right thing.
- 1:53:54I wanna do the right thing, and it's not about me.
- 1:53:57It's about other people.
- 1:53:59I mentioned
- 1:54:01Tom Hopkins the other day, famous sales
- 1:54:06trainer and and and and motivator.
- 1:54:10And Tom Hopkins is a statement I heard him make when I was watching one of his tapes. I was in my twenties.
- 1:54:15K?
- 1:54:18The only way to get what you want
- 1:54:22is to help enough other people get what they want.
- 1:54:28Now I suggest you write that down or think about it.
- 1:54:33The only way
- 1:54:34to get what you want without all these negative feelings and breaking laws and stealing and to gripping over people and harming them is in any number of ways. The only way to get what you want
- 1:54:47is to help other people get what they want. It's a formula for success.
- 1:54:53Find a need and fill it and apply that formula.
- 1:54:56K?
- 1:54:58And that and that's it just always works. It's the only way that works, and then everybody's happy all the way around. You don't have the the slick salesman that sells Eskimos,
- 1:55:08icebergs, you know, or polar bears.
- 1:55:12So as I dribble along a ramble here on Monday morning, it's beautiful. Just about to be afternoon. Beautiful here in Ecuador.
- 1:55:20Today, we've had we're into our summer pattern already. They call it a dry season. We think of it as summer, and it's a lovely time of year.
- 1:55:30Here, it's dry with a lot of wind to blow the clouds away and
- 1:55:34and, always sunny. And we are the highest
- 1:55:37point
- 1:55:38in the world on the Equator with ultraviolet
- 1:55:42rays.
- 1:55:43So, sometimes our
- 1:55:45reading goes off the scale.
- 1:55:48So, you need to be cautious of that. Glad
- 1:55:51Unknown: Hey, Roger.
- 1:55:53Unknown: Glad that,
- 1:55:54Dean and and and and
- 1:55:57and Susie both got their little Ecuadorian hats. Yes. Is that Nancy?
- 1:56:02Unknown: It is.
- 1:56:03Unknown: Hey, Nance.
- 1:56:05Your sissy's in Miami, I figure, right now.
- 1:56:08Unknown: Oh, yeah. I know. They have a four something flight out of Miami and get in to Norfolk,
- 1:56:15right about seven.
- 1:56:17So I was gonna I was gonna say one of the other things
- 1:56:22that
- 1:56:23helped
- 1:56:24Dean I mean, he's a pretty open
- 1:56:27person.
- 1:56:28Unknown: Yes. He is.
- 1:56:30Unknown: When he met Suzanne and pursued her,
- 1:56:35he
- 1:56:36her the first obstacle is she communicated that she had just she had committed to herself that she was never going to date someone who took the COVID shots.
- 1:56:45Unknown: Oh, that's right. And he did.
- 1:56:47Unknown: And he did. And Singular. So he had right. Well, no. Yeah. Maybe one. I don't know. But anyway, big and so she him being a pilot too,
- 1:56:58he had offered to take her up in his the planet he co owned with a bunch of other people. And she said she would not until he got his d dimers tested.
- 1:57:09That shows the spike, the the, the micro clotting.
- 1:57:13And so he did take that test.
- 1:57:17At first, he was crestfallen
- 1:57:19and, like, how does he overcome this thing about take having taken the COVID shots? You know? This one saying that's yeah. But she she said but she said also in that meeting, that dinner said, but I'm sitting here. You have my attention.
- 1:57:33So it was no. So she reconsidered that
- 1:57:37after
- 1:57:38him being crestfallen and then researching that there number one, he went and got a test, d dimer test, and his his were elevated. So that was proof
- 1:57:49that what she was sharing was
- 1:57:52fact And
- 1:57:54then he started looking
- 1:57:56researching,
- 1:57:57and lo and behold, there was a solution. There was remedy
- 1:58:01to those shots.
- 1:58:02So,
- 1:58:03you know and the and the rest is history. So when when the other information about the national status and I'll stop talking about you know, he was he was open.
- 1:58:12Unknown: He was open. Well, she's a rebel. I as I illustrated by that confrontation
- 1:58:18with the dental side, he's kind of a rebel thigh. I'm not gonna do the wrong thing. He's motivated by good intentions and and and biblical principles and kill my patients. It's pretty self defeating too. You know? So, Nancy, your sister is just charming.
- 1:58:35Dean was wonderful. I really, really enjoyed my time with them and I think we became pretty good friends in a short amount of time because why? We're all on the same page.
- 1:58:47Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:58:49Good.
- 1:58:50Unknown: Yeah. Very cool. So thanks. I'm sure you'll hear some stories.
- 1:58:54They had one about this plane flight that was it was I'll tell it. I'll tell you what. I'm gonna titillate.
- 1:59:01I'm gonna titillate the listeners
- 1:59:03here and say, I'm gonna tell the story
- 1:59:06that they showed me.
- 1:59:08The picture of from a actual live shot of the plane they were in flying the Cuenca when one of the engines blew out
- 1:59:18right on the side.
