  move with a large family. And obviously with that hurried

  timeline to get out of the state, it's not like they were

  spending so many hours everyday looking for homes.

  a couple of times and then while they were in town drove around

  It's not that it didn't exist, but you know that they're like

  the realtor. They didn't have like realtor

  app on their phone or whatever because they move to Vegas and

  they move into the rental. So while they do want to find a

  home, it's not like they're in crisis mode to find home.

  Yeah, but much less looking for a home for four families too,

  a home for one family. So I'm like, OK, one year has

  been so long. Well, when they're at the

  cul-de-sac, there's a voice over, I'm not sure who from

  where. They say that there are two

  homes in progress being built and we get to see them.

  This is our first glimpses of like their future homes and

  they're building, I'm assuming the builders are building model
• 3:57
  homes. It sounds like they have a plan

  for all four plots and whoever's going to buy them will come in

  and customize their homes is they don't give us these
• 4:08
  details. But that's the vibes of like

  these, you know, suburban sprawl, neighborhood things.

  Yeah, because Meri makes a comment that she threw out the

  plans for her home because she just didn't want to get her
• 4:21
  hopes up and just thought that it probably wasn't going to
• 4:23
  happen. So she threw out the plans to

  her home as if she, like, threw out some important document that
• 4:30
  was made just for her. And these plans were

  specifically just to be given to her.

  And now she doesn't have them anymore.

  It's like, I'm pretty sure, like you're saying, they're model

  homes. It's going to be one of four

  eventually tell the builders what they're looking for in

  these homes. They have not told us this.

  This is just what you would gather by being a human being

  watching this ridiculous family. Tanya, the loan officer, tells

  pre qualification discussions because if they're in a hurry

  it is. This is where I kind of start

  picking apart the Janelle Ness of the whole, like, being on top

  of things, being the number cruncher, being the family

  Kody wants him to stay and go to a local college, so he wants him

  to feel comfortable and have a home.

  So dumb when you think of it, because it it's almost like, you

  know, these other women could be building credit or they could be

  showing that they're having an income and they would probably

  So it'd be stupid for them not to be divvying it up amongst

  themselves as five separate paychecks, 5 separate incomes.

  That was one thing we talked about a lot when I worked at a

  salon was reporting your tips, reporting 50% of your cash tips

  at least, so that if you ever needed a loan, wanted a car,

  wanted to buy a house, you have that income reported because you

  are making it and you're kind of screwing yourself over by not

  reporting that income. I know a lot of people think

  If the family is getting paid a lump sum into a checking

  And then there's this moment on the couch where Kody says we've

  dealt with heartbreak before and he gets all like, berklamped and

  emotional. His eyes are all teary and they

  show Meri and she's teary eyed and Robyn's not crying but she's

  she's doing her thing where she looks up at the ceiling and is

  blinking a lot. Kody's shaking his head to shake

  his hair out of his face like he does.

  So we could overcome this heartbreak if it happens.

  And I it to me, it feels like they're alluding to what's going

  to come up later in the episode of the heartbreak of losing a

  pregnancy and to like, it's gross that you would compare

  losing potential homes to losing a pregnancy.

  But I really think that's what he was alluding to here is the

  heartbreak in the family from the loss of the Lehigh home and

  having to leave Utah, probably referencing that.

  But it also seems like he's referencing pregnancy loss.

  And I was like, you're comparing not getting the homes you want

  to pregnancy loss. It very much seemed like that's

  You know, if you want to step back and surface level it, it is

  I, you know, he asks the wives to believe in what could happen.

  Was it was a forced moment of passion from Kody, as per usual.

  conflating it with all of these serious things that have
