Big Mac DeLaup is BACK to make some waves in the pre-owned buyer process!
Long time friend of the show, Mac DeLaup has spent years in the NEW car business, learning all the ins-n-outs for a dealership. When the time came to retire, even with other business interests to keep him busy, it was not long before Mac wanted back in to the business, but in a different way.
Becoming an independent dealer wasn't too hard, but trying to change the customer experience is a little more involved. Mac joins us to talk about his journey and what he is headed for.
