- 0:12Speaker 3: On the air where it's prop Control.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Live from downtown Vaton Rouge.
- 0:20Speaker 2: It's off the bench, all right.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Welcome back here now re number three of ot B.
- 0:49Speaker 5: Jake Flynn, Alandra Tata here with you four another hour.
- 0:53Speaker 5: We got Devin Snow joining us in about fifteen minutes
- 0:55Speaker 5: from now. We're gonna keep the good vibes going. We're
- 0:58Speaker 5: gonna talk about some of the other big wins, some
- 1:02Speaker 5: weekend winners, maybe even some more losers. Here as we
- 1:05Speaker 5: lead into dev I do want to give a shout
- 1:07Speaker 5: out to Vandy. Vandy wins seventy to twenty one over
- 1:11Speaker 5: Georgia State. Why does that matter? Georgia State beat Vanderbilt
- 1:15Speaker 5: last year. This is Vanderbilt showing that, hey, you know what,
- 1:19Speaker 5: we can actually go and take care of business now
- 1:22Speaker 5: because last year they were good, but now they're doing
- 1:25Speaker 5: things they are supposed to do. Or last year is
- 1:28Speaker 5: like they would have a game like that and then
- 1:30Speaker 5: they go beat Alabama, then they have a bad game,
- 1:32Speaker 5: then they go almost beat Texas, So big win for
- 1:36Speaker 5: Clark Lee and Vandy, and that game looks completely different
- 1:40Speaker 5: for your LSU Tigers here coming up in a couple weeks.
- 1:43Speaker 6: Yeah, we were just talking about it, like, looking at
- 1:46Speaker 6: LSU's schedule for the rest of the season, who do
- 1:49Speaker 6: we think, Like the biggest hurdle is who do we
- 1:52Speaker 6: think the best team as of right now? Where are
- 1:54Speaker 6: we sitting in this chair today, Who do we think
- 1:56Speaker 6: the best team that LSU is going to face the
- 2:00Speaker 6: rest of the season. I know, you know, we have
- 2:02Speaker 6: the benefit of not having to think of like one
- 2:05Speaker 6: week at a time. We can think of the whole thing.
- 2:06Speaker 6: We don't have to go one to know this week.
- 2:08Speaker 6: We can think of every single game. So, like, what
- 2:10Speaker 6: do y'all think?
- 2:12Speaker 7: Yeah, last game of the year, that was was kind
- 2:15Speaker 7: of the Oklahoma.
- 2:17Speaker 6: I think after this past weekend, I'm not as high
- 2:19Speaker 6: on Oklahoma. Maybe they just maybe they just played a
- 2:21Speaker 6: little bit of a stinker of a game, but they gotta,
- 2:23Speaker 6: they gotta.
- 2:24Speaker 7: It was just it wasn't very Yeah is way better
- 2:28Speaker 7: than yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 8: To be fair, I didn't watch that game, so I
- 2:31Speaker 8: don't know what they looked like. Against Auburn. I do
- 2:34Speaker 8: know that they won, but I don't know how resounding
- 2:39Speaker 8: of a win it was or anything like that. And
- 2:41Speaker 8: like you said, Auburn does look better than all of
- 2:43Speaker 8: us thought they were gonna look.
- 2:44Speaker 7: But Oklahoma is just so physical. They are really good.
- 2:49Speaker 8: Yeah, they're playing really weird on both sides.
- 2:51Speaker 9: Fall Yeah, you watched that game, right, Matt. Yeah, I
- 2:56Speaker 9: kind of thought Auburn should have won that game at times,
- 2:58Speaker 9: like I thought should.
- 3:01Speaker 7: Which was all.
- 3:02Speaker 5: Player, Well, the fake player going to the sidelines, which
- 3:05Speaker 5: is which is.
- 3:06Speaker 9: Illegal to that gave Oklahoma a touchdown. Then the obvious
- 3:10Speaker 9: catch fumble. I thought it was obvious they returned that
- 3:13Speaker 9: for a touchdown, gets overturned.
- 3:15Speaker 7: Oklahoma goes and kicks a field goal in that drive.
- 3:17Speaker 9: So that's ten points for Oklahoma. You took away seven
- 3:20Speaker 9: for our Auburn. Like I kind of thought Auburn should
- 3:23Speaker 9: have won the game.
- 3:24Speaker 6: Auburn should have won the game. I mean it could have.
- 3:26Speaker 6: It could have gone either way, but those were two
- 3:28Speaker 6: blown calls. Yes, like the trick play, you can't do it.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Yeah, obvious to the office.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Which almost makes me more man when somebody comes back. So, yeah,
- 3:38Speaker 5: we screwed that up. Okay, what can we do about it?
- 3:39Speaker 7: Nothing? Gotcha got it?
- 3:41Speaker 5: And they came out they're like, yeah, this should not
- 3:43Speaker 5: have been allowed, right, how about you just I don't
- 3:45Speaker 5: know we had this technology, Like, hey, guys, you can't
- 3:49Speaker 5: do that, so throw a flag.
- 3:51Speaker 6: Right if you could clear an obvious situation like that
- 3:54Speaker 6: on a on a like you can I know, you
- 3:57Speaker 6: can't review palnds you don't want. You don't want get
- 3:59Speaker 6: a situation where or you're reviewing past interference like the
- 4:01Speaker 6: NFL try to do and reviewing different things like that.
- 4:04Speaker 7: But like on a.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Clear break of a rule, yeah, procedural thing, have an
- 4:10Speaker 6: illegal play, Yeah, there should be something that's like a
- 4:13Speaker 6: clear and obvious something like that. And then the fumble,
- 4:18Speaker 6: I give it was so clear and obvious that it
- 4:19Speaker 6: was a fumble. I think most most times head coaches
- 4:23Speaker 6: are pretty mum during the game. They did a live
- 4:25Speaker 6: interview a few freeze during the game. He's like, yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 6: that was clearly a fumble that should have been a
- 4:29Speaker 6: touchdown for us. Usually the coaches are going to like
- 4:32Speaker 6: downplay it a little bit, but yeah, and the catch
- 4:34Speaker 6: that wasn't really a catch.
- 4:35Speaker 5: If if Breyon Brown's catch against Clemson's not a catch.
- 4:39Speaker 4: That's sure as hell.
- 4:40Speaker 9: Was not a cat right, Well, and then okay, you
- 4:42Speaker 9: were saying, like, that's a clear fumble. I agree, Why
- 4:45Speaker 9: was Bower sharp taking one step against Clemson rule of fumble?
- 4:49Speaker 9: This guy here takes three and cuts upfield and it's
- 4:51Speaker 9: not a fumble.
- 4:52Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly. That's such a judgment.
- 4:53Speaker 6: That's the It is a judgementcallin it shouldn't be like
- 4:56Speaker 6: if you take why is one step and a strip
- 4:59Speaker 6: of fumble and two steps and then a drop?
- 5:03Speaker 7: A drop?
- 5:05Speaker 6: I don't know, but anyway, I think we got to
- 5:07Speaker 6: that by saying Oklahoma's pretty Yeah. I think they looked
- 5:10Speaker 6: a little flappable. John Mattier didn't look I mean, he
- 5:14Speaker 6: looked fine, looked good, but he didn't look like the
- 5:17Speaker 6: guy that can destroy somebody single handedly.
- 5:20Speaker 4: So like, that's the question I'm starting to ask myself.
- 5:22Speaker 5: I'm looking at that hurt that hurts you, that hurts
- 5:25Speaker 5: you there and the most sort you got on too.
- 5:28Speaker 4: There was nothing to protect him.
- 5:29Speaker 7: Well, see, I got your old chair over here.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Oh they upgraded me and gave you the ald chair.
- 5:35Speaker 8: Yeah, how much of a big deal a chair is here?
- 5:41Speaker 4: In this building.
- 5:43Speaker 8: That has been an issue for years, and I do
- 5:47Speaker 8: not understand it.
- 5:48Speaker 7: It has been he got a new one over there.
- 5:49Speaker 6: There was a new one here last week with like
- 5:52Speaker 6: a little arm thing, which was pretty good, pretty decent.
- 5:55Speaker 8: Michelle bought three different chairs for everybody to try out
- 6:01Speaker 8: to see which one they liked best.
- 6:04Speaker 7: How's that one?
- 6:04Speaker 4: It's pretty good.
- 6:05Speaker 7: That's the one that was go down.
- 6:07Speaker 4: It's pretty good.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Does it go down?
- 6:08Speaker 5: Not too bad? Not too bad. But I can't say
- 6:11Speaker 5: it for three hours. I got to stand up every
- 6:12Speaker 5: once in a while.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Yeah, it's ridiculous.
- 6:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I really honestly think we should just make every
- 6:15Speaker 5: host stand for three hours.
- 6:18Speaker 7: No one couldn't do it be a good exercise.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Do you think? I mean you just sat down for
- 6:23Speaker 4: the first time.
- 6:25Speaker 8: I would be down to stand. If I could like
- 6:27Speaker 8: not be hunched over the entire time here, this could
- 6:30Speaker 8: lift up a little more so true.
- 6:34Speaker 5: So guess going back to the exercise, Well, the question
- 6:37Speaker 5: that we were asking was like of the like for
- 6:38Speaker 5: me at least, like of the quarterbacks that you face
- 6:40Speaker 5: off against, like which one do we think?
- 6:44Speaker 3: Maybe?
- 6:44Speaker 5: Well yeah for me, but I wanted to look at
- 6:46Speaker 5: it from that aspect of it. Okay, which one do
- 6:48Speaker 5: you think could face LSU's defense and get his team
- 6:50Speaker 5: in the right play and continue to make plays because
- 6:53Speaker 5: you're kind of playing a lot of dual threat quarterbacks
- 6:56Speaker 5: coming up. Really, I mean, until you get to Alabama,
- 6:59Speaker 5: you're facing some dull threat guys. Okay, so is Alabama
- 7:03Speaker 5: going in with Tys Simpson. He's looked really good, been
- 7:05Speaker 5: highly efficient. Is that the guy that maybe you change
- 7:08Speaker 5: up a little bit of your game plan because then
- 7:09Speaker 5: you go right back into dual threat against Arkansas and Oklahoma.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Like I'm talking about like true dull threat guys that
- 7:15Speaker 5: can do it multiple ways. Now, those guys aren't the same, right,
- 7:18Speaker 5: I mean, like Texas A and M is going to
- 7:20Speaker 5: have different Q runs than Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt will have some
- 7:23Speaker 5: like design Q runs, but really they're running game from
- 7:26Speaker 5: Diego Pavia comes from improvising and a play breaking down.
- 7:30Speaker 4: So it's it's a little bit different there.
- 7:31Speaker 5: But I actually think lashu's defense right now has shown
- 7:37Speaker 5: that they can play well against dual threat quarterbacks.
- 7:39Speaker 6: Yeah, we're trying to I'm trying to look through the
- 7:41Speaker 6: schedule and you know we're about to get into the meet.
- 7:44Speaker 6: We got all miss South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Texas A named Alabama.
- 7:47Speaker 6: So like you're you're about to go to this slew
- 7:49Speaker 6: of really good quarterback play. I think, from top to bottom,
- 7:55Speaker 6: the the best team that we're going to face that
- 7:58Speaker 6: I've seen so far, that I've watched so far is
- 8:00Speaker 6: Texas A and M. Right now, there said a nine,
- 8:03Speaker 6: but that we do get to benefit of them come
- 8:05Speaker 6: into our house. Now, Marcel Rey's has to prove to
- 8:07Speaker 6: me that he's still grown as a pocket passer enough,
- 8:10Speaker 6: because the confusion that LSU and Blake Baker is going
- 8:14Speaker 6: to create for him might give him some serious issues.
- 8:17Speaker 6: Now he can create with his legs, but with this defense,
- 8:21Speaker 6: the way we fly around, how are you using harr
- 8:23Speaker 6: Perkins in that beautiful star mindset. I'm not like that
- 8:28Speaker 6: worried about that aspect A and M might have a
- 8:32Speaker 6: problem when they come into Death Valley because of that confusion.
- 8:35Speaker 7: How far has Marcel come?
- 8:38Speaker 6: Like, I know, he's playing really well, and he made
- 8:39Speaker 6: some big plays and he made the plays with his
- 8:41Speaker 6: arm to beat a good Notre Dame football team.
- 8:45Speaker 5: So he's only completing fifty eight percent of his passes,
- 8:49Speaker 5: which now in college football it's really love We.
- 8:51Speaker 6: Think that like LSU's unless you are a very seasoned
- 8:55Speaker 6: pocket passer that understands how to read sideline to sideline,
- 8:59Speaker 6: understands the weakness and strengths of defenses and what they're
- 9:01Speaker 6: trying to do and how, and you have receivers that
- 9:04Speaker 6: have a high football IQ. LSU's defense is gonna put
- 9:07Speaker 6: your head in a blender. Yeah, they're just gonna But
- 9:10Speaker 6: then they make themselves vulnerable, but too like they understand
- 9:13Speaker 6: their their vulnerabilities. They get that, and they're okay with
- 9:17Speaker 6: that because they're saying, I can create chaos with guys
- 9:21Speaker 6: that are flying around and given one hundred percent effort
- 9:24Speaker 6: and trying to bite kneecaps to get to the quarterback,
- 9:27Speaker 6: and I understand that somebody might be open for a
- 9:30Speaker 6: split second at least, and I think I can get
- 9:33Speaker 6: to your guy create that. So for the majority time,
- 9:36Speaker 6: he might get lucky every now and then, but for
- 9:37Speaker 6: the majority of the time, we're gonna get you before
- 9:39Speaker 6: you get us.
- 9:40Speaker 7: What about this coming weekend?
- 9:42Speaker 9: Like Trinidad, Shambliss has looked a lot better than Austin
- 9:45Speaker 9: Simmons in my opinion, Hey, yes, have a ton of
- 9:48Speaker 9: film on I mean got about a game and a half.
- 9:50Speaker 4: I mean you got you got a lot of film
- 9:51Speaker 4: just not ill miss him.
- 9:52Speaker 5: He played at like he played like a ton of
- 9:54Speaker 5: football Division two. But like it's pretty impressive of like
- 9:58Speaker 5: what he's been able to do. And then I mean,
- 10:00Speaker 5: you gotta go back and you got to watch some
- 10:02Speaker 5: of that.
- 10:02Speaker 9: You got Kaden Lee Harrison Wallace has stepped up, Like
- 10:06Speaker 9: Kawan Lacy's a pretty good running back, like it might
- 10:09Speaker 9: be this weekend went on the road, first road sec.
- 10:13Speaker 5: I mean, look, this weekend counts. Sure what we're talking about?
- 10:16Speaker 5: Mm hmm, Yeah.
- 10:18Speaker 4: It's one of the better play callers in the country.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Oh dude, what a great clip of Lane Kiffin this
- 10:23Speaker 6: past weekend.
- 10:24Speaker 7: Did y'all see it?
- 10:25Speaker 6: They have the they have the basketball goal. Yeah, and
- 10:28Speaker 6: so they can they slam Duncan they do all that?
- 10:30Speaker 7: Well?
- 10:31Speaker 6: The guy's about I don't know if it was a
- 10:32Speaker 6: defender that got an interception. I don't know what like
- 10:34Speaker 6: the rules are for the basketball goal when you get
- 10:37Speaker 6: to dunk it. I don't know if it's every touchdown
- 10:39Speaker 6: or if it's like a turnover chain situation. But he
- 10:41Speaker 6: comes over there, you know parts the Red Sea gets
- 10:44Speaker 6: in between all the guys and calls for the ball
- 10:46Speaker 6: and gives them a bounce off the ground alleyup situation.
- 10:49Speaker 6: Good for him. Wait to be aware, Lane, Wait to
- 10:51Speaker 6: be a player's coach. I think we all like Lane
- 10:55Speaker 6: Kiffin not this week, of course I do. But it
- 10:59Speaker 6: wasn't really. It was a good clip of the head
- 11:01Speaker 6: coach during the middle of the game. Yeah, yeah, no,
- 11:04Speaker 6: going over there understanding that his guy was about to
- 11:07Speaker 6: slam dunk the funk in the game of little Alley.
- 11:10Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:10Speaker 5: Look, and and Weiss and Giffing. They're gonna have They're
- 11:15Speaker 5: gonna have a tough assignment. Bla Baker is too though, right,
- 11:17Speaker 5: I mean I think you understand.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Here we go, Here we go.
- 11:20Speaker 4: There's the clip and then.
- 11:22Speaker 6: The little sixty with a helmet on his shoulder pads
- 11:26Speaker 6: underrated athleticism right there.
- 11:28Speaker 7: Look out for that guy this weekend.
- 11:31Speaker 4: There's probably a lot of guys. I like how it's like, no, no, no, no,
- 11:34Speaker 4: give me give me the basketball.
- 11:38Speaker 7: They practiced that. How many fans are in the stands?
- 11:40Speaker 4: Well they they had already left.
- 11:42Speaker 5: The Green Wave had already been defeated. Basically at that point.
- 11:46Speaker 5: A very impressive win, though by Old Miss. That's a
- 11:48Speaker 5: good two lane football team that had beaten Northwestern, that
- 11:51Speaker 5: had beaten Duke. Those teams aren't world beaters, but two
- 11:53Speaker 5: lane beat them soundly.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Yep.
- 11:55Speaker 5: And so it's a nice win by Old Mess. They
- 11:57Speaker 5: come in with a lot of momentum.
- 11:58Speaker 4: But so do you.
- 12:00Speaker 5: No matter what Flynn wants to tell you, you got some
- 12:02Speaker 5: momentimum of the weekend from beating Southeastern and hopefully you
- 12:06Speaker 5: can have your full arsenal with West weeks, hopefully coming
- 12:09Speaker 5: back trade As Green, who went through warm ups in
- 12:12Speaker 5: this game and did not play.
- 12:13Speaker 4: That's a great sign. And I talked about on the
- 12:15Speaker 4: broadcast Matt.
- 12:16Speaker 5: It's like when you know during in the NFL, like
- 12:18Speaker 5: if you were very very close to coming back.
- 12:20Speaker 4: But maybe they're like, hey, let's give it one more week.
- 12:22Speaker 5: They would put you through a simulated game before the game,
- 12:25Speaker 5: like you you still were going to get your work in,
- 12:27Speaker 5: you just weren't ready to maybe go full sixty minutes.
- 12:30Speaker 5: And so that's what they did with trade As Green
- 12:32Speaker 5: this weekend. So all signs point to him being available.
- 12:35Speaker 6: Yeah, let me tell you when you're when you're injured,
- 12:36Speaker 6: like the week is worse than if you're playing, it's
- 12:39Speaker 6: like all conditioning and it's it's on the treadmill, it's
- 12:42Speaker 6: run and it's doing the arm bicycle. If you have
- 12:44Speaker 6: a lower it's doing stuff. They put you through the ringers.
- 12:47Speaker 6: So it's not a conditioning problem. When you're out for
- 12:49Speaker 6: a couple of weeks or whatever. It is like you're
- 12:51Speaker 6: probably in better shape when you come back. But yeah,
- 12:54Speaker 6: we we were just talking about bring this up briefly.
- 12:56Speaker 6: The you know two lane, I know is very hopeful
- 13:00Speaker 6: going into this game, a good team. The schedule kind
- 13:02Speaker 6: of lined up well. The team that kind of jumped
- 13:05Speaker 6: ahead of you in that whole group of five. Talk
- 13:07Speaker 6: Memphis with a big win against Arkansas, take like the
- 13:11Speaker 6: the bull by the Horns for getting that playoff spot
- 13:13Speaker 6: in the group of five. So I know Memphis of
- 13:15Speaker 6: tu Lane will match up a little bit later in
- 13:17Speaker 6: the season. But that was one of my kind of
- 13:21Speaker 6: my deep dive weekend winners was Memphis.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Does any athletic program know how to blow a lead
- 13:28Speaker 5: like the Arkansas Razorbacks and lose in dramatic fashion? John Gruden,
- 13:34Speaker 5: come any sport baseball as well? True, Arkansas loves to
- 13:41Speaker 5: blow a lead and lose in a bad way. They
- 13:45Speaker 5: really do. It's just it is. It is something that
- 13:48Speaker 5: is almost an absolute.
- 13:51Speaker 7: Good for them though at least they're good enough to
- 13:53Speaker 7: take leads. Not bad.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Yeah, that means nothing.
- 13:58Speaker 6: I think the Saints would take a blown lead every
- 13:59Speaker 6: now and them.
- 14:04Speaker 7: What fair enough?
- 14:08Speaker 5: All right, let's go ahead and take a break, and
- 14:11Speaker 5: when we come back, our guy Devin snow aka hold

- 15:44Speaker 3: We'll look for the.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Real bat with the rack and then.
- 15:46Speaker 3: The mgadell name girl. Send me where you're problem, what
- 15:50Speaker 3: you're doing, what.
- 15:51Speaker 2: You're back for?
- 15:52Speaker 3: MGrid your brain.
- 15:53Speaker 5: Girl, and tell me how they got that pretty little
- 15:56Speaker 5: face on that pretty little frame.
- 15:58Speaker 6: Girl.
- 16:00Speaker 4: All right, welcome back again, OTV one of four to five.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Real quick, Oh we had the buttons right now?
- 16:08Speaker 4: I want to tell you about Campus Federal.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Campus federal dot Org is the website a checking account
- 16:13Speaker 5: for everyone opening account today.
- 16:15Speaker 4: You've got different ones to choose.
- 16:17Speaker 5: From the landyapp Light Checking, you got the landyap checking,
- 16:19Speaker 5: you got the young adult checking, Campus Classic Checking.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Find out what checking account is right for you.
- 16:26Speaker 5: They've got locations in Shreveport, in Baton Rouge, in New Orleans,
- 16:29Speaker 5: really throughout the state of Louisiana. They are helping you
- 16:32Speaker 5: out open that checking account today. Campusfederal dot Org. All right,
- 16:37Speaker 5: So we had to push DEAF back about ten fifteen
- 16:39Speaker 5: minutes because we now know the permanent opponent for each
- 16:45Speaker 5: SEC team. And this was by Chris Low, who moved
- 16:49Speaker 5: from ESPN to ON three. So typically if Celo has
- 16:52Speaker 5: something in the SEC, it's in absolute and we were
- 16:55Speaker 5: going to maybe find out tomorrow. The SEC has got
- 16:58Speaker 5: the big reveal show, but Chris Low, again, on top
- 17:01Speaker 5: of everything, SEC has leaked the opponents for every team
- 17:06Speaker 5: and so for your LSU Tigers, Arkansas, Ole, miss In
- 17:13Speaker 5: Texas A and m Yeah, thank you, Landra, well done.
- 17:22Speaker 5: There might be some people that are excited by this.
- 17:25Speaker 5: There might be some people that are like, oh my gosh,
- 17:27Speaker 5: thank goodness, we don't have Team A, B or C.
- 17:30Speaker 5: That's not going to be my stance. I don't think
- 17:31Speaker 5: it's going to be Matt stance either. I hate that
- 17:34Speaker 5: you're not going to play Florida every year. You've played
- 17:36Speaker 5: them every year since nineteen seventy one. It's really become
- 17:38Speaker 5: a rivalry that when you go into Tiger Stadium and
- 17:42Speaker 5: that team is in Tiger Stadium, I see more excitement
- 17:46Speaker 5: from LSU fans. I see more hatred towards your opponent
- 17:49Speaker 5: from LSU fans during that game. I wish you had
- 17:52Speaker 5: some other teams. I'm gonna be honest with you, I'm
- 17:55Speaker 5: really surprised that the SEC is not going to have
- 17:58Speaker 5: the cash cow that is Alabama and LSU every single year.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Now with the schedule rotation, you'll see these teams more often.
- 18:05Speaker 5: It's not going to be like a decade before, actually
- 18:08Speaker 5: a decade plus between trips like to Lexington. For LSU,
- 18:12Speaker 5: for instance, it was what two thousand and seven, and
- 18:14Speaker 5: you didn't plan them to get into what twenty twenty
- 18:16Speaker 5: one in Lexington, right, So there's not going to be
- 18:18Speaker 5: that gap anymore, which I do like that part of it.
- 18:21Speaker 4: But Arkansas ole Miss in Texas.
- 18:25Speaker 5: A and M the three permanent opponents, and they are
- 18:28Speaker 5: going to remember, in this new nineteen league schedule, each
- 18:31Speaker 5: school will have three annual opponents that will be reevaluated
- 18:36Speaker 5: every four years, and six rotational opponents, meaning each school
- 18:39Speaker 5: will play every other SEC school at least once every
- 18:44Speaker 5: two years, and every opponent home and away in a
- 18:47Speaker 5: four year span. And remember Herb Benson joined us when
- 18:51Speaker 5: this broke that that's how they were going to do it,
- 18:53Speaker 5: the reevaluation process, but at least for the next four years,
- 18:57Speaker 5: starting next year, for LSU, it's Arkansas, it's Ole Miss,
- 19:00Speaker 5: and it's Texas A and M.
- 19:04Speaker 6: I read I was reading that when we passed the
- 19:08Speaker 6: link to ourselves here over the break. I read it,
- 19:12Speaker 6: and I immediately my blood started boiling.
- 19:16Speaker 3: I what a.
- 19:19Speaker 6: Letdown of a every year opponent, because whether they are
- 19:24Speaker 6: or not, the team that you play every single year
- 19:27Speaker 6: becomes a rival, whether it is a traditional rival, whatever
- 19:30Speaker 6: it is, Golden boot whatever. Nobody cares about that ever
- 19:34Speaker 6: except for Arkansas, and I get it. There's gonna be
- 19:38Speaker 6: more SEC games, so you are going to play more
- 19:41Speaker 6: teams every single year, so you might play a couple
- 19:44Speaker 6: more times. You still might play Florida a little bit,
- 19:45Speaker 6: you still might play Alabama a little bit.
- 19:47Speaker 7: I'm sure we will. But how dare you take away.
- 19:53Speaker 6: LSU Florida game, who's been a common opponent every single years,
- 19:57Speaker 6: one of the most beautiful weeks of the year during
- 20:00Speaker 6: the season because we hate each other. It's a beautiful rivalry.
- 20:07Speaker 6: It's a game that brings juice to the fan base,
- 20:09Speaker 6: both fan bases. It brings juice to college football. It's
- 20:13Speaker 6: something that's a great lead up. And how dare you
- 20:16Speaker 6: take the LSU Alabama game away for the same reasons? Now,
- 20:19Speaker 6: I don't think there's as much quite as much hatred.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Are you talking about a money bell cow for both cities?
- 20:25Speaker 6: For the SEC for college football? Like, I get it,
- 20:28Speaker 6: you had to make a decision on three and you
- 20:30Speaker 6: want to do things like try to make everything as
- 20:32Speaker 6: equal as possible and geographically wise and all these different things.
- 20:37Speaker 6: But you can't take both of those games away. If
- 20:40Speaker 6: you're going to take one leave the other, you can't
- 20:42Speaker 6: take both them. Okay, I get old missed traditional rival.
- 20:48Speaker 6: I get maybe an argument for A and M from
- 20:50Speaker 6: a geographical standpoint, and they've played for a long time,
- 20:53Speaker 6: and blah blah blah, Arkansas nobody there. Please don't let
- 20:58Speaker 6: every one LSU fan is happy about that one.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Yeah, Arkansas fans are probably happy, but for LSU fans, like,
- 21:06Speaker 5: does Arkansas do anything for anybody? And I'm not trying
- 21:11Speaker 5: to be disrespectful to the Hogs, That's just what it is.
- 21:17Speaker 6: I just don't see how an LSU think and look
- 21:20Speaker 6: at that and be excited about it.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Daniel Bashlam said, first Saints talking out this, Oh, I'm
- 21:30Speaker 4: with you guy.
- 21:31Speaker 5: We were trying like we're doing a good job keeping
- 21:33Speaker 5: the vibes up and then this breaks.
- 21:36Speaker 10: No.
- 21:36Speaker 5: I mean, and again I realize that there's some people.
- 21:39Speaker 5: There's gonna be people that do shows here in this
- 21:41Speaker 5: studio that are the champion this and they're gonna be exciting.
- 21:43Speaker 4: That's that they can have that opinion.
- 21:44Speaker 7: That's great.
- 21:45Speaker 5: But we talked about this whenever the news broke that
- 21:47Speaker 5: this was going to change. It's like, okay, yeah, but
- 21:51Speaker 5: like these games don't create any emotion, Like I mean,
- 21:56Speaker 5: old miss traditional rival Shore like A and m NL.
- 21:59Speaker 5: She's been forced upon on us as much as anything
- 22:02Speaker 5: that the league's done over.
- 22:03Speaker 4: The last decade plus. Uh And again just the Arkansas.
- 22:07Speaker 5: It means a lot to them, But does it mean
- 22:09Speaker 5: a lot to any LSU fan?
- 22:11Speaker 7: No, I don't think it does.
- 22:13Speaker 5: Now, maybe my mead heead brain when I said Florida,
- 22:16Speaker 5: Auburn and Alabama. Maybe that's not Maybe that doesn't work, okay,
- 22:20Speaker 5: but that creates way more emotion for me than it
- 22:23Speaker 5: does for any of these three games.
- 22:26Speaker 6: Yeah, it and not trying to like get on a soapbox.
- 22:30Speaker 6: And like you know, when we did that before a
- 22:34Speaker 6: couple of weeks ago, when this whole you know, three
- 22:36Speaker 6: common opponents, like we talked just like you said, we
- 22:38Speaker 6: want the best. We want the biggest, the baddest, the best,
- 22:41Speaker 6: the thing that brings a juice to the fan base
- 22:42Speaker 6: that think that pumps the players up. The reason why
- 22:45Speaker 6: you come and sign on the dotted line as a
- 22:47Speaker 6: recruit out of high school or recruit coming from California
- 22:51Speaker 6: at some other school that wants to come play these
- 22:53Speaker 6: like the big games are what you come for. And
- 22:55Speaker 6: I'm not saying the big games are going to be eliminated,
- 22:57Speaker 6: but when you talk about your common three opponents every
- 23:00Speaker 6: single year, you are, by the scheduling creating rivalries. So
- 23:06Speaker 6: why try to build something like Arkansas. Okay, if you
- 23:10Speaker 6: want to put Arkansas in there, because you've got to
- 23:12Speaker 6: even everybody out. You don't want LSU to have three
- 23:14Speaker 6: top dogs, fine, make room for Alabama or Florida somewhere
- 23:20Speaker 6: in that list. Throw the fan base some sort of bone. Yeah, Okay,
- 23:25Speaker 6: Ole Miss is arrival going back into the fifties or
- 23:28Speaker 6: whenever it goes back to. I don't know, but the
- 23:33Speaker 6: game doesn't bring as much juice like the game last
- 23:35Speaker 6: year was electric, But I'm talking about just the build
- 23:38Speaker 6: up to everything. Yeah, it's not the same. So to be,
- 23:42Speaker 6: how dare you take Florida away from us? So I
- 23:45Speaker 6: don't think I'll ever forgive them for that, And I
- 23:47Speaker 6: guess there is a caveat Well, don't be two pissed
- 23:50Speaker 6: because in four years, we're going to reevaluate. What are
- 23:52Speaker 6: you going to reevaluate? You just evaluate. You're going to
- 23:54Speaker 6: reevaluate based on who's good at the time. Is that
- 23:57Speaker 6: why Tennessee got Vanderbilt.
- 24:00Speaker 7: Who they get?
- 24:01Speaker 4: Yeah, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Alabama.
- 24:03Speaker 7: Yeah they got Kentucky and Vanderbilt. Yeah.
- 24:05Speaker 6: Four years is Vanderbilt going to be back to where
- 24:07Speaker 6: they were? And that's their reevaluation process.
- 24:11Speaker 7: I don't know, so.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Real quick here, we'll go over it, and you know,
- 24:16Speaker 5: throughout obviously next couple days we'll talk about it. But
- 24:19Speaker 5: for Alabama, it's Auburn, Tennessee and Mississippi State. For Arkansas,
- 24:25Speaker 5: it's Missouri, Texas and LSU. For Auburn, it's Georgia, Alabama
- 24:29Speaker 5: and Vanderbilt, oh I can't have that Vanderbilt Auburn game
- 24:32Speaker 5: go away. For Florida, it's Georgia, South Carolina and Kentucky.
- 24:37Speaker 5: For Georgia, it is Auburn, Florida, South Carolina. For Kentucky,
- 24:43Speaker 5: it's South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida for LSU, Arkansas, Old Miss,
- 24:47Speaker 5: Texas A and M. For Mississippi State, it's Old Miss,
- 24:49Speaker 5: Alabama and Vanderbilt. For Missouri, it's Arkansas, Texas A, and
- 24:53Speaker 5: M Oklahoma. For Oklahoma, it's Texas, Old Miss Missouri. For
- 24:56Speaker 5: Old Miss, it's Mississippi State, LSU and Oklahoma for South Carolina, Georgia,
- 25:02Speaker 5: Kentucky and Florida for Tennessee, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Kentucky for Texas,
- 25:06Speaker 5: Texas A and M Arkansas and Oklahoma. For Texas A
- 25:09Speaker 5: and M Texas LSU and Missouri for Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Mississippi
- 25:13Speaker 5: State and Auburn. That is your three permanent opponents for
- 25:19Speaker 5: the next four seasons starting next season.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Alabama, Mississippi State. Yeah, I can't go with them that one.
- 25:30Speaker 5: All right, let's put us in a bad mood. We've
- 25:32Speaker 5: done everything we could. Bring the vibes up.
- 25:34Speaker 4: It's okay. Let's see you.
- 25:35Speaker 6: Don't even like pissed about like the st stuff or anything.
- 25:37Speaker 6: I'm pissed about this. Yeah, not very happy.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Let's see if Dev can help us out when we
- 25:42Speaker 5: come back. Our guy, Devin Snow aka Holding Mail, will
- 25:45Speaker 5: join us right here on OTV. Off the bench, all right,
- 25:49Speaker 5: go to Russell Pools dot com. That is a website
- 25:51Speaker 5: for Russell pool Company. The great thing about their website
- 25:55Speaker 5: right there on the homepage, I mean you're gonna see
- 25:57Speaker 5: there is no pools that look the same because it's custom.
- 26:00Speaker 5: It is your dream pool. It's not mine, it's not match,
- 26:02Speaker 5: it's not a laundry, it's not tayte. It's your dream pool.
- 26:05Speaker 5: And whatever you're dreaming up, they can get done in
- 26:08Speaker 5: your space. And you'll see, even with the different ones
- 26:11Speaker 5: that we're showing, we're talking about different shapes, different accessories,
- 26:13Speaker 5: different features for all of these pools. Now, if you're
- 26:17Speaker 5: looking for something simplistic, well obviously they can do that
- 26:20Speaker 5: as well. It is your dream, it is your pool,
- 26:22Speaker 5: and it's gonna get done by Russell Pool Company.
- 26:25Speaker 7: Yeah. Well and they are completely turn key. What does
- 26:27Speaker 7: that mean.
- 26:27Speaker 6: They got a landscape architect, they got designers. They can
- 26:30Speaker 6: take your dream to reality. So if you want water features,
- 26:33Speaker 6: you want fire features, you want a grotto, whatever it is.
- 26:38Speaker 6: Can I get a hot tub? Somebody, let's go. They
- 26:42Speaker 6: can do whatever you need, So give them a call.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Take your dream to reality. Russell Pools dot Com.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Two thousand and seven, am su Purple and Gold to
- 27:01Speaker 1: the core. This is off the bench with Hester and Flynn,
- 27:05Speaker 1: Matt and Rouge's go to for all things Louisiana Sports.
- 27:18Speaker 3: Hey girl, everything and the world. Help me and your head?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Why up went away?
- 27:31Speaker 3: All right?
- 27:32Speaker 4: Welcome back in ot B.
- 27:33Speaker 5: It is now time for our guy, Devin Snow aka
- 27:37Speaker 5: hold the Mayo. I don't even want to know the
- 27:40Speaker 5: phone calls that this man received his spread quarters yesterday.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Dev what's going on? Brother? How we doing? How we living?
- 27:47Speaker 10: At least were alive, you know, It's like when your
- 27:52Speaker 10: parents got you growing up. You know, life, life's gonna
- 27:55Speaker 10: be aality check, you know, and you kind of just
- 27:58Speaker 10: stay hopeful that you know that it won't be tough.
- 28:01Speaker 10: And then you see it and it's like Bell's taxes,
- 28:08Speaker 10: gotta buy a new washing machine, my cholesterol high, you know,
- 28:12Speaker 10: all this dumb stuff. And you know when they had
- 28:16Speaker 10: the Saints ranked dead last going into the season, it
- 28:21Speaker 10: was like, what plus four thousand or whatever to make
- 28:24Speaker 10: the playoff worst team the division, worst team in the conference.
- 28:27Speaker 10: And I'm just sitting there. I kept thinking, I'm like, maybe.
- 28:31Speaker 4: They could just be wrong, you know, yeah, maybe or
- 28:35Speaker 4: maybe not.
- 28:36Speaker 10: Yeah. Then you're Owen too and you're playing in Seattle
- 28:39Speaker 10: the homeless Starbucks, and you see the team go up
- 28:43Speaker 10: twenty eight thirty five points fast and a barista could
- 28:46Speaker 10: make an expresso machiado. It was it was the pain
- 28:50Speaker 10: that everybody predicted. Yeah, you know, and it's just you
- 28:54Speaker 10: hate to see it, but that's how you want to
- 28:56Speaker 10: see it play out in real time in front of TV.
- 28:59Speaker 10: Is nothing of breathtaking. Yesterday was breathing. And I ain't
- 29:04Speaker 10: talking about like, yeah, we had chimes and I just
- 29:08Speaker 10: saw a ten walk through. You know it's not right. No,
- 29:11Speaker 10: this was like give me all your breath and go
- 29:14Speaker 10: make some new breath, find some new breath. We're gonna
- 29:17Speaker 10: take your breath, put it in a bag, and you're
- 29:19Speaker 10: gonna watch this whooping and deal with and the Saints.
- 29:25Speaker 10: Saints checked a big bag of I don't know reality
- 29:29Speaker 10: onto the plane going home or a buffalo or whatever
- 29:31Speaker 10: they going. They either go to Montana or sit on
- 29:34Speaker 10: a mountain, and just you know, think about how embarrassing
- 29:38Speaker 10: that was to players, fans, coaches, the Gulf Coast. It
- 29:42Speaker 10: was absolutely embarrassing.
- 29:45Speaker 6: I think that's why it's it was so embarrassing and
- 29:49Speaker 6: bad because at least we all knew the limitations. But
- 29:52Speaker 6: at least the first two weeks you could look at
- 29:54Speaker 6: and be like, all right, not bad, we were in it.
- 29:56Speaker 6: They made some mistakes, but the way they came out
- 29:59Speaker 6: on this game, I guess you kind of answered it.
- 30:04Speaker 6: But my question for you was like, as a Saints fan,
- 30:06Speaker 6: would you rather lose like gonna blowout like this or
- 30:09Speaker 6: lose like a heartbreaking, close, close game.
- 30:13Speaker 10: Well, I mean, all you got to do is look
- 30:14Speaker 10: at how people were feeling the first two weeks after
- 30:16Speaker 10: losing and there was still losses, but you know, people
- 30:20Speaker 10: were somewhat optimistic. They you know, you got the people
- 30:23Speaker 10: even like on the big TV talking about it is
- 30:25Speaker 10: watch out these Saints. They're going to be scrappy. You know.
- 30:30Speaker 10: The only thing scrappy about the Saints yesterday was that
- 30:33Speaker 10: they didn't want no problems. Little scrappy. That was about it.
- 30:38Speaker 10: They didn't want nothing to do with that game.
- 30:42Speaker 5: You're right about the first two weeks to have It's like, okay,
- 30:44Speaker 5: you lost the game, but we could point to individual
- 30:47Speaker 5: plays that get you maybe a win in those games,
- 30:50Speaker 5: and you were efficient and you didn't You didn't do
- 30:55Speaker 5: a lot of things to like lose a game, right,
- 30:57Speaker 5: you just didn't make the play to go win again,
- 30:58Speaker 5: which is still troublesome, but it's not the same situation
- 31:01Speaker 5: that we saw in Seattle yesterday. I mean, you got
- 31:04Speaker 5: punched in the face and you never got back up
- 31:06Speaker 5: off the mat and you allowed a ninety five yard
- 31:10Speaker 5: punp return touchdown, Like that should be impossible, Like he
- 31:12Speaker 5: shouldn't even catch that, but like he said after the game,
- 31:15Speaker 5: like he's got the green light to be able to
- 31:17Speaker 5: go and make that play, and he certainly did, and
- 31:19Speaker 5: then you get a punt blocked and it's just man,
- 31:21Speaker 5: it never got in in sync and you never really
- 31:25Speaker 5: allowed it to because when you get down like that,
- 31:27Speaker 5: like offensively, then you just have to go two minute
- 31:29Speaker 5: offense the entire game. And the thing, for me, the
- 31:33Speaker 5: biggest thing is when you got punched, you never really
- 31:37Speaker 5: got back up.
- 31:39Speaker 10: Yeah, And I'm sitting there thinking, I'm like, dude, how
- 31:42Speaker 10: did you go down twenty one? Not in the first
- 31:45Speaker 10: nine minutes? Well, I could tell you how six. I
- 31:49Speaker 10: don't know what a record is for penalties in amount
- 31:51Speaker 10: of minutes or nothing like that, dude, six penalties in
- 31:54Speaker 10: the first nine minute six Yeah, it's like, dude, I
- 31:58Speaker 10: mean so many penalties, Like beginning a fourth quarter they
- 32:02Speaker 10: had eleven. You know it was the the Brian Bridge
- 32:07Speaker 10: personal file and third in the head butt, right, yep.
- 32:11Speaker 10: You have to know whether they hey, they call this
- 32:14Speaker 10: on everybody or they don't. Whatever. You gotta know that
- 32:19Speaker 10: we already got a problem with penalties. Just don't do
- 32:22Speaker 10: the headbut don't twist, don't twist some dudes, nipple not,
- 32:26Speaker 10: don't don't do none of them, right because they're gonna
- 32:29Speaker 10: call it. And what happens the next play the Seahawks school.
- 32:33Speaker 8: Mm hmm.
- 32:36Speaker 6: The mistakes that they're making to me are so or
- 32:40Speaker 6: at least the mistakes they made yesterday so elementary. You're
- 32:43Speaker 6: talking about that formations, you to pre snap penalties. At
- 32:48Speaker 6: some point you got to get past like the preseason
- 32:51Speaker 6: game mentality and clean up the bs and from. These
- 32:55Speaker 6: guys are professional football players, so they don't they shouldn't
- 32:58Speaker 6: need motivation from coaches other players, But at some point
- 33:03Speaker 6: on any team sport, like, somebody's got to step up
- 33:07Speaker 6: and say enough is enough. And we were trying to
- 33:09Speaker 6: talk earlier in the show, like I don't know if
- 33:11Speaker 6: that's any of the offensive coach's personality, but somebody has
- 33:15Speaker 6: got to step up and be an a hole right
- 33:17Speaker 6: and say enough is enough. But we're trying to figure
- 33:19Speaker 6: out who's got that personality. I think Rattler has it
- 33:22Speaker 6: a little bit. I just don't know if he's got
- 33:24Speaker 6: the notches on his belt to be able to do that.
- 33:26Speaker 6: So who do you think is there anybody out there
- 33:28Speaker 6: that can step up?
- 33:30Speaker 10: Yeah? I don't think that there's veteranstead of stepping up
- 33:33Speaker 10: and showing fire. I mean, I'm just going off of yesterday, right,
- 33:37Speaker 10: I mean what veterans stepped up and showed the fire,
- 33:40Speaker 10: so you know, none of them? I mean what, I
- 33:46Speaker 10: don't mean to call it. What did Cam Jordan do you?
- 33:48Speaker 10: I mean, dude, it was over in nine minutes? It
- 33:51Speaker 10: was over? And En Mess, what can you do? You know? Who?
- 33:55Speaker 10: Who in the NFL? I've never played in the NFL, right,
- 33:58Speaker 10: but like who in the NFL would start to the
- 34:01Speaker 10: game that be over in nine minutes?
- 34:03Speaker 11: I mean, well you allowed it to be over nine
- 34:05Speaker 11: minutes to be fair, right, I mean, like you think
- 34:12Speaker 11: about like the way a game plays out.
- 34:14Speaker 4: And I've been in this situation, Matt's been in it.
- 34:16Speaker 5: I mean, it doesn't matter what level of football you've
- 34:18Speaker 5: played in, You've been in this situation. Like Alvin Kamara,
- 34:22Speaker 5: like in that first series you have and Spencer Ratler
- 34:25Speaker 5: like avoids the rush and throws it down there and
- 34:28Speaker 5: AK kind of got stuck and do I you know,
- 34:30Speaker 5: is the ball going to get here? Do I turn
- 34:32Speaker 5: and run? Do I backpedal? Which you should never do?
- 34:34Speaker 5: But he does he back pedals and the ball hits
- 34:36Speaker 5: the ground. Like It's like, okay, well what if you
- 34:38Speaker 5: complete that pass? Well then you're gonna score points, right,
- 34:41Speaker 5: You're gonna be in the red zone. You're gonna have
- 34:43Speaker 5: a great opportunity. And then like one play like that.
- 34:46Speaker 5: For this Saints team, they do not have room for error.
- 34:49Speaker 5: So when you miss a play like that and it
- 34:51Speaker 5: spirals on you right now, you can't stop the bleeding.
- 34:54Speaker 5: You're not good enough to stop the bleeding. And unfortunately
- 34:57Speaker 5: that's just where the Saints are.
- 34:59Speaker 10: Yeah, and then it's just the corners, you know, bad dude.
- 35:05Speaker 10: There was one play the rookie y way he went
- 35:09Speaker 10: to Colorado, I think, okay, yeah, yeah, And so he
- 35:13Speaker 10: was running down the field three three players on him.
- 35:19Speaker 10: Not one of the guys jumps does anything, does anything
- 35:23Speaker 10: at all other than just let him catch the ball
- 35:26Speaker 10: with three guys on I'm just like, dude, this is crazy,
- 35:30Speaker 10: Like like what did you see in kool aid mechanistry
- 35:33Speaker 10: at Alabama? Because I mean, we all remember this guy.
- 35:36Speaker 10: What did you see to signal that this guy is
- 35:40Speaker 10: a lockdown corner?
- 35:41Speaker 4: I didn't see it out I mean, like crystal light yesterday.
- 35:46Speaker 10: Yeah, I think I don't know. There's so many avenues
- 35:51Speaker 10: you could bring up with the Saints have went wrong.
- 35:53Speaker 10: The draft. One of them. You're not drug keep passing
- 35:57Speaker 10: on Like, dude, I watched this guy at BOOKA for
- 36:01Speaker 10: Tampa Day. Yeah the ninety Yeah. Yeah, you think we
- 36:05Speaker 10: couldn't use.
- 36:09Speaker 7: It's so good.
- 36:10Speaker 10: Oh, dude, it's just so many.
- 36:16Speaker 7: It's just.
- 36:18Speaker 6: A positive note though. We got the bills this week. Yeah,
- 36:23Speaker 6: sixteen and a half point dog? Yeah, are you pretty
- 36:25Speaker 6: excited about that?
- 36:26Speaker 7: Hook? And do you think sixteen and a half is
- 36:29Speaker 7: too high or too low?
- 36:30Speaker 10: Too low? I figured it'd be twenty seven. You know,
- 36:35Speaker 10: what are the things doing right now? They're coming back
- 36:37Speaker 10: home and then going to Buffalo, Like, dude, just don't
- 36:40Speaker 10: even come back home, go straight to Buffalo and adapt.
- 36:45Speaker 10: You know, these are the type of games too. Man.
- 36:51Speaker 10: It's just like I know, it's the NFL. I til
- 36:53Speaker 10: you never know, I guess, But man, you gotta know
- 36:57Speaker 10: what's about to happen here, dude. It's about to be
- 37:00Speaker 10: a throttling man like Seattle kind of took it easy
- 37:03Speaker 10: in the second half, right, I mean you saw mill
- 37:05Speaker 10: Row in the game and stuff, you know, but this
- 37:09Speaker 10: is about to get real real ugly. Man. And when
- 37:11Speaker 10: do y'all think that the Saints could win the game?
- 37:13Speaker 10: I mean you're about to play Buffalo. You know, maybe
- 37:16Speaker 10: somehow you could pull out a win against the Giants.
- 37:18Speaker 10: I don't know. I mean, I'll watched that game last night.
- 37:20Speaker 10: Russell Wilson. He must have been in Pensacola, because that
- 37:25Speaker 10: guy was throwing. He threw the ball to the tunnel,
- 37:27Speaker 10: the cotton candy man and the field goal posts when
- 37:30Speaker 10: they had a chance to actually, you know, maybe score
- 37:34Speaker 10: may a stop and then potentially win the game.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Yeah, that's gonna be an ass off when the Saints
- 37:39Speaker 5: and Giants play each other.
- 37:43Speaker 10: So I don't know, man, I don't know when the
- 37:45Speaker 10: Saints are gonna win. I don't think it really matters
- 37:47Speaker 10: at this point. I think we can finally see you know,
- 37:50Speaker 10: you hear about it and then you finally get to
- 37:52Speaker 10: see it, and it's like, okay, well we definitely see
- 37:56Speaker 10: where we're at. For sure the.
- 37:59Speaker 6: Elementary stakes, if they clean it up, it'll be look
- 38:02Speaker 6: a little bit more like the first two weeks. We're like,
- 38:04Speaker 6: all right, we didn't win, but like, at least it
- 38:06Speaker 6: looked respectable. Not having eleven penalties in a game. It's
- 38:09Speaker 6: not getting punts blocked in ninety five yard pub returns.
- 38:14Speaker 10: Yeah, you remember Sean Payton's You know, in the beginning
- 38:16Speaker 10: of most of the seasons with Sean Payton, the penalties
- 38:19Speaker 10: were an issue the first couple of games, right, and
- 38:21Speaker 10: then they would they would clean them up. I don't know, man,
- 38:25Speaker 10: I just I don't know when these guys are going
- 38:29Speaker 10: to clean up these penalties, you know what I'm saying.
- 38:30Speaker 10: And like Jay said, you don't have the fortune to
- 38:33Speaker 10: be able to like win with this stuff. Yeah, these
- 38:37Speaker 10: things cannot be that. You know. If anything, you could
- 38:40Speaker 10: be mid and be disciplined, right, and you might have
- 38:43Speaker 10: a chance. But you can't be mid and undisciplined.
- 38:49Speaker 4: Huh.
- 38:49Speaker 5: Dev Sorry, we had to bring you down here on
- 38:52Speaker 5: this Monday, man. At least maybe you have some RV
- 38:57Speaker 5: and R situation planned out, or maybe you find your
- 39:00Speaker 5: way and we know you're not big into planning, and
- 39:01Speaker 5: maybe that helps you out on this Monday. Because the
- 39:04Speaker 5: Saints they're not gonna help us, and I don't think
- 39:07Speaker 5: they're gonna help us all year long. So hopefully on
- 39:09Speaker 5: these Mondays you can find some really good spots maybe
- 39:11Speaker 5: you've never been to for our our being our day.
- 39:15Speaker 10: Yeah no, I can't wait. By the way, when for
- 39:17Speaker 10: yesterday on the NFL. Dude, I'm sure if I go
- 39:23Speaker 10: try to turn my key on my truck right now,
- 39:25Speaker 10: the battery's dead.
- 39:26Speaker 5: You know, you probably miss putting the garbage out today too,
- 39:32Speaker 5: like one of those type of days, you know.
- 39:34Speaker 10: Yeah, absolutely, It's just it's just how it is, hey, man.
- 39:38Speaker 10: At least we got the uh, well, at least we
- 39:40Speaker 10: got l Shoe first of all. Yeah, big for them.
- 39:42Speaker 10: And then I guess I could start saying things like,
- 39:45Speaker 10: at least we got the Pelicans to look forward to.
- 39:47Speaker 5: Let's don't do that just yet. Let's don't do that
- 39:50Speaker 5: just Yeah, we'll have to see. But I mean, they
- 39:53Speaker 5: can't be worse than the Saints.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Nah, it just.
- 39:55Speaker 10: Doesn't get worse than us. Man.
- 39:57Speaker 5: Sorry, dev Well, we appreciate you, and I hope that
- 40:01Speaker 5: you find some good red beans and rice.
- 40:03Speaker 10: Thank you, appreciate it. Brother, y'all take.

- 43:11Speaker 4: Probably not talk about the Saints.
- 43:13Speaker 5: Probably not talk about the three Pooh opponents that we
- 43:16Speaker 5: just got for Reelshue. And I'm sun about Pooh like
- 43:19Speaker 5: they're bad football teams. I'm just talking about like, no Alabama,
- 43:22Speaker 5: no Florida, no Auburn.
- 43:24Speaker 6: Vibes are pretty high during weekend winners. That was yeah,
- 43:27Speaker 6: that was fun. Maybe we need to go around the
- 43:29Speaker 6: country a little bit more.
- 43:30Speaker 9: We talk about the Falcons losing thirty to nothing.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah to the Panthers. Members came in. He's like, Dad,
- 43:37Speaker 5: Panthers are winning. I said, yeah, yeah, he goes, no, No,
- 43:41Speaker 5: they're winning by a lots like. Yeah, it was like,
- 43:44Speaker 5: it can't happen. You put one more of those together.
- 43:47Speaker 5: That's called a winning streak. It has happened before. There's
- 43:50Speaker 5: not a lot to the Panthers.
- 43:51Speaker 6: My vibes aren't really up there because I'm holding a
- 43:52Speaker 6: lot of pretty good Michael. I got some Bryce. You
- 43:55Speaker 6: got some Bryce, though, I got some Bryce. But he
- 43:57Speaker 6: didn't really do any Actually, he really didn't do A.
- 43:59Speaker 5: Big card is a price, that's true. So see, I'm
- 44:04Speaker 5: helping you out right now, asked the Vinch. Can you
- 44:06Speaker 5: believe the worst day of the weekest tomorrow?
- 44:08Speaker 12: I know, no, go now you're going to bring that up.
- 44:13Speaker 12: Those Tuesday you stink Last Tuesday we had better vibes.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Oh, we did like that Tuesday didn't sun.
- 44:23Speaker 7: We don't have to talk Saints tomorrow. I know we
- 44:25Speaker 7: had to today. You know.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Yes, it is hard to be a basketball fan around
- 44:30Speaker 4: here right now. That is is very true for me.
- 44:36Speaker 8: Spurs go building a dynasty out there?
- 44:40Speaker 7: Are we talking basketball right now?
- 44:41Speaker 4: Well, have said the Pelicans and then so like the
- 44:44Speaker 4: Pelicans bad Ls was bad last year.
- 44:47Speaker 5: We'll see if the Tigers can right the ship. I
- 44:49Speaker 5: have no faith in the Pelicans. Because they're running by
- 44:52Speaker 5: the same people. So I was a Knicks fan for
- 44:56Speaker 5: a long time and let Danny and t Bob talk
- 44:58Speaker 5: me into following the Fells, and it turned out to
- 45:02Speaker 5: be a great decision because now the Knicks are good.
- 45:04Speaker 6: Yeah, hey, Taylor, do you are you petty when it
- 45:09Speaker 6: comes to your non cowboy fan of now?
- 45:12Speaker 7: Are you excited that they lost?
- 45:15Speaker 9: I'm not excited or happy, I mean or sad show
- 45:18Speaker 9: some emotion.
- 45:21Speaker 7: I'm sad with the franchise has become.
- 45:23Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean, that's that's exactly kind of the reason
- 45:25Speaker 9: I moved on, Like it's the Chicago Bears and you
- 45:27Speaker 9: got balloon out.
- 45:29Speaker 6: Usually after a breakup, you want the worst for that
- 45:31Speaker 6: person that you broke up with.
- 45:32Speaker 7: I don't want the worst for him.
- 45:34Speaker 9: It's not the player's fault. It's Dack's fault a little,
- 45:37Speaker 9: but it's not the player's fault, Jerry Jones's fault.
- 45:40Speaker 8: I always pray on the downfall of.
- 45:41Speaker 7: The who doesn't matter whose fault it is.
- 45:43Speaker 5: Yeah, me too, win looks better.
- 45:49Speaker 7: Everybody's petty.
- 45:51Speaker 4: I was hoping Florida will lose to Long Eyeld.
- 45:52Speaker 7: Give me some juice here.
- 45:54Speaker 4: Excited that Tuesday tomorrow, all right
- 46:00Speaker 2: Off the bench,
