- 0:00I wanted to put someone in a more open state
- 0:02of mind. Now we're contemplating. The paranormal
- 0:04isn't what we think it is. All of this. Can you
- 0:07see what Brianna is seeing? Want to know. Wearing
- 0:11a headset, doing the Estes method. Oh my god.
- 0:13I'm here. It's a whole can of worms. Are you
- 0:15serious? What's happening? Remote Contact is
- 0:23now streaming on ParaFlix Paranormal Plus. Welcome
- 0:30to our podcast, where we take deep dives looking
- 0:32at various topics through a paranormal lens.
- 0:37Hi, I'm Ben. I'm Angela. And I'm Bree. What's
- 0:42new with you guys? Oh, nothing. Well, there's
- 0:47something. There's a lot of things. But one specific
- 0:52thing in particular. Is that you guys are movie
- 0:55stars now. What? Heck yeah. You have a hit film
- 0:59streaming on Paraflix, Paranormal Plus, called
- 1:02Remote Contact. Oh, yes. Sure. More movie stars.
- 1:07No, I'm kidding. I mean, it's not the first film
- 1:09we've had out, even on Paraflix, but still. We're
- 1:15not even really the stars of it, so... Yeah,
- 1:19it was... Ben, you did all the work. It was pretty
- 1:21much your thing. Well, let's talk about this
- 1:23thing. Yeah. I feel like... We are just the co
- 1:29-stars of this idea of remote contact. Yes, the
- 1:33film is called Remote Contact. It's now streaming
- 1:36on Paraflix, Paranormal Plus. There's a whole
- 1:39landing page on the website that you can check
- 1:41out for free on our website. That is a link in
- 1:44the show notes because it is interactive. You
- 1:47guys can participate. We want you to participate.
- 1:49It's not just a film. It is an ongoing experiment.
- 1:53so let's talk about the genesis of this i mean
- 1:56we kind of talk about it in the film um i guess
- 1:59i'll kind of start and when you guys come into
- 2:02the story i'll hand it off to you so i'm not
- 2:05just speaking for a long time i don't want to
- 2:07do that but um as as it has been stated in the
- 2:13film and elsewhere for years now um i am like
- 2:18a film geek i get more film gear than any of
- 2:23us have invested in paranormal gear. Even the
- 2:27paranormal stuff we've gotten has mostly been
- 2:29like FLIR cameras, night vision cameras, ultraviolet
- 2:32cameras, like filming stuff. And that's been
- 2:35no secret. So I got this new 360 camera. The
- 2:41new Insta360 X5. It's really cool. Yeah. But
- 2:45I started to think, how can we use this in paranormal
- 2:47investigating? So I started off just taking it
- 2:49to haunted locations we were investigating. And
- 2:52I got like some footage and some audio. And I
- 2:55created these little video loops, like five minute
- 2:58loops that were essentially immersive renders
- 3:01of the locations. And initially it was just like,
- 3:04oh, this is cool. You know, a lot of places we
- 3:07go to. uh unfortunately get demolished or old
- 3:12buildings who knows what will happen in time
- 3:14um a place that we've investigated in holly um
- 3:19an antique store um just burned down in a fire
- 3:22a couple years ago that was top of mind too so
- 3:25if we can at least preserve history in a way
- 3:28and document these properties that would be cool
- 3:31but then we started accumulating i think uh at
- 3:35the time we started this project had like five
- 3:38or six places that we had these immersive video
- 3:41loops of and i have a oculus quest headset you
- 3:47know vr headset so i would put it on i would
- 3:51look around and you know i hear the sounds in
- 3:54you know stereo of the place i could see the
- 3:58place in scale you know i kind of set each of
- 4:00these shots up as if it was like the height your
- 4:03eyesight height of like if you're sitting in
- 4:07the middle of the room so sitting in a chair
- 4:09is perfect to put on a vr headset and look around
- 4:12and you're back in the space so i started talking
- 4:16to you guys and i was like we can probably do
- 4:18something with this footage and this these this
- 4:22headset like we can put on a headset view these
- 4:24locations i what were those initial conversations
- 4:27like we started going crazy with that yeah well
- 4:30because you had come up for a weekend we were
- 4:34doing another project and you like presented
- 4:38this idea of like getting the footage of the
- 4:41360 of haunted locations or historical locations
- 4:47and i was so excited because there's so much
- 4:50potential that you could do with these locations
- 4:56like to not be there one like you said preserving
- 5:00history like that's what we've always been about
- 5:03is like diving into the history of locations
- 5:06and preserving like that stuff that might not
- 5:09be very well known so to one have actual footage
- 5:14of locations that's like never gonna go away
- 5:20never gonna disappear and two To be able to use
- 5:25360 footage in some sort of capacity for paranormal
- 5:32investigations was such a thrilling idea for
- 5:37me. Like, I think we talked about it for several
- 5:42hours. Like, just the possibilities are limitless,
- 5:47really. They really are. And I think it was important
- 5:51to, like, reel it in. I can get carried away
- 5:55with ideas. Yeah. This was evidence that, like,
- 5:57if we didn't have, like, a simple plan. Because
- 6:02this is weird, too. Like, no one's done this
- 6:04before. In the film, I talked to a group that's
- 6:08done, like, remote, like, dual sessions before,
- 6:13like, using, like, FaceTime and Messenger and
- 6:17stuff. But, like, no one's done, like, 360 VR
- 6:20virtual. stuff to the best of my knowledge um
- 6:24so if we start talking about all this weird stuff
- 6:27and trying to explain what we're doing and then
- 6:29going a million directions and like a kid in
- 6:33a candy store wild happy uncontrolled puppy um
- 6:39you got a couple of those brie um just you know
- 6:43just one but it would have been chaotic and it
- 6:46would be unfocused because that's kind of how
- 6:48our brains work but you know that doesn't if
- 6:52you couldn't tell by the you know flow of our
- 6:54podcast flow there yeah i'm anyways angela's
- 7:04never heard of flow what then here we go breaking
- 7:11the flow again oh my god stop being so confusing
- 7:16But this is my point. Like if we just be our
- 7:18normal chaotic selves, it would have been very
- 7:20confusing. So we had to stay focused. And behind
- 7:24the scenes, we're doing like more experiments.
- 7:26But for the sake of the film, we decided to focus
- 7:29on what we're doing with the VR headset and Estes
- 7:32method specifically. So I'm going to play a clip
- 7:35right now from the film where we describe the
- 7:37Estes method is so that we don't have to just
- 7:39repeat it for the five millionth time. The difference
- 7:43between just a regular audio session and this
- 7:45is... You have headphones that are noise reducing
- 7:49headphones. The other piece of equipment you
- 7:51have to have is a blindfold so that you can't
- 7:53read the lips of the operator to see that they're
- 7:56talking so that it prompts you to say something.
- 7:59So that receiver has no idea what the operator
- 8:03is asking, where they are, anything. They just
- 8:05are basically sitting in a dark cocoon and then
- 8:09they spout out whatever it is they hear either
- 8:12in here or coming through those headphones. Okay,
- 8:15so that's the Estus method. We all know here
- 8:17what it is, right, Angela? Yep. Okay, not confusing
- 8:21anymore. Oh, you think I don't know what that
- 8:23is? I know you know what it is. We love the Estus
- 8:26method. But essentially, we have always, like,
- 8:31experimented with Estus method. Mainly it was,
- 8:34like, using mirrors and weird... We love doing
- 8:38it with mirrors. Brianna hates doing it with
- 8:40mirrors. Yeah, no. No, I hate doing it with mirrors.
- 8:43And, you know, also in dark basements where there's
- 8:48bats. Oh, yeah. There was one time Brianna did
- 8:52a Estus session. A solo Estus method in a basement.
- 8:59Yeah, and there was a bat. Thankfully, I didn't
- 9:03know because I was wearing headphones and a mask.
- 9:06I mean, it didn't matter. I wouldn't have been
- 9:08able to see it because it was pitch black, but
- 9:10still. The footage was hilarious. I was terrified
- 9:19the whole time. Well, first, because on the footage,
- 9:22you can see the bat farther in the hallway. I'm
- 9:24like, we caught a ghost! It was in the hallway.
- 9:27And then it flies into the room. It's like, oh,
- 9:30it's a bat. Even scarier, though. Anyways, we
- 9:35started continuing to tinker with S's method
- 9:38by swapping the blindfold. Traditionally, you
- 9:42do the spirit box with a blindfold. headphones
- 9:45we decided to swap the blindfold for a vr headset
- 9:50that was playing an immersive 360 degree render
- 9:57of a haunted location that we have been to and
- 10:01investigated and initially it was just like a
- 10:06fun thing uh but then we started getting responses
- 10:11that had more to do with the place we were viewing
- 10:14in the headset because these are all places we
- 10:16knew intimately right yeah we've investigated
- 10:20before numerous times that was intentional um
- 10:23on our part we started getting responses that
- 10:26had more to do with the locations we were viewing
- 10:28than the locations we were at yeah and that's
- 10:32that's also the reason why we would we did 360
- 10:35footage of places that we know very well is for
- 10:40that exact purpose because if we're in a location
- 10:42or if we're at literally anywhere and we have
- 10:48start stuff start coming through if we don't
- 10:51know the location that we're viewing or the location
- 10:54where we're at like we're not going to be able
- 10:56to tell which side we're interacting with and
- 11:00that's why we're kind of semi -controlled environment
- 11:04by one having the 360 video immersive experience
- 11:11be of a place that we know very well at the same
- 11:15time while being in a location that we know very
- 11:18well. That's a good point. Both were controls.
- 11:21Yes. And we swapped out the person doing the
- 11:27Estes session as much as possible and asked a
- 11:32variety of questions. Yeah, and even... The one
- 11:36experiment we did, we had people who weren't
- 11:40intimately known with either location. So they
- 11:44had no bias of things that were coming through
- 11:48to be like, oh, this is something coming from
- 11:50this area or, oh, this is something coming from
- 11:52where we're at. Like, they have no idea. Because
- 11:56that's the thing with the SS method, right? It's
- 11:58so easy because we start talking about like woo
- 12:02-woo kind of stuff, you know. pretty quickly
- 12:05about like meditation and like that's this method
- 12:07opening yourself up which we'll probably get
- 12:09into in a little bit here but um it's so easy
- 12:12for someone i think that doesn't know the paranormal
- 12:14to look at that's this method and be like oh
- 12:18i can't hear what he's hearing he's just saying
- 12:21stuff oh they know this location it's so easy
- 12:26oh he got that name last time he's just gonna
- 12:28say it again Yeah. Like, oh, he knows they're
- 12:32going to ask, what's your name? So he's just
- 12:33going to say that one name he knows. So I am
- 12:36cognizant of the fact that people. People. Will
- 12:42probably believe in this method more if the people
- 12:50are shuffled in and out, and that if the people
- 12:52that we bring in that aren't us have no idea
- 12:57of the location they're viewing. the history,
- 13:00the prior experiences. And if that can pair with
- 13:06what we got and validate in a sense, then that
- 13:11just makes everything more credible in my books.
- 13:14So we intentionally withheld, we filmed this
- 13:17whole film at two events in September. And then
- 13:23we did a couple of interviews that took longer
- 13:25to schedule than to film the entire. freaking
- 13:2940 minute film yeah and then it was a very short
- 13:32plan like this all happened was in like what
- 13:35just a few months like yeah yeah like we started
- 13:40in um july i believe yeah we started the idea
- 13:44was like july but yeah the idea was conceptualized
- 13:47in july and then we didn't actually start the
- 13:50process until mid -august maybe Yeah, it was
- 13:55one event in August, one event in September,
- 13:57and then two interviews in October. And then
- 13:59the film was done. It was very easy. And we brought
- 14:03it to events that we were doing because we already
- 14:05had people on a ghost hunt. And we basically
- 14:08pitched this idea, explained what we were doing.
- 14:10And any volunteers, we had them sign the release
- 14:14forms like we always do. And then we said, hey,
- 14:16we're filming this. Come experiment. We're not
- 14:19going to tell you any more beyond what we're
- 14:21doing. um we're not going to tell you the locations
- 14:24or what we because we i didn't want anyone to
- 14:27like even we were asking questions more than
- 14:31just like the voices that or responses they were
- 14:35allegedly you know hearing or seeming to get
- 14:38i wanted to know like what they felt i wanted
- 14:41to know like if we are because it's common with
- 14:44s's method i really do believe that the main
- 14:46benefit of doing this is you start channeling
- 14:50shit our last episode was like on exorcisms and
- 14:54like channeling and stuff it's so easy for someone
- 14:57to start channeling because when you're doing
- 14:59the estus method i know at least i every time
- 15:03i've like channeled something or whatever it's
- 15:06always about doing the essence method and that's
- 15:08because like i think that i really do think there
- 15:10is something too you get in a meditative state
- 15:12with that sweeping sound the static You have
- 15:18your senses deprived. You're hyper -focused on
- 15:21something. And you really put yourself in that
- 15:24mindset. And then you're freaking, like, trying
- 15:27to reenact, like, the voices. And I'm putting
- 15:31my emotion into the emotion I hear coming through
- 15:34the box. So I'm ascribing my emotion to the ghost's
- 15:38emotion. And we're kind of, it's weird. It gets
- 15:40to that weird level where I try to, like, like,
- 15:42if the voice sounds angry and it says, like,
- 15:44get out, I'm going to say it. get out i'm not
- 15:46gonna say oh get out he does yeah it's terrifying
- 15:50it's terrifying but like if you're primed or
- 15:54susceptible to like channel or you're empathic
- 15:57or whatever like if you guys notice that like
- 16:00estus method is gonna you're gonna start channeling
- 16:06something if you're doing it properly yeah i
- 16:08feel like yeah i i that's where i lack in estus
- 16:12method is i feel like i my brain can't shut off
- 16:18everything else that's going on outside so i
- 16:22can't center myself enough to get to that thing
- 16:25i think that's my issue too like it's whenever
- 16:29i do it i don't get good responses it's like
- 16:34because i'm always like i don't know that constant
- 16:36swooshing sound um it's like nails on a chalkboard
- 16:41it makes me nervous and i just can't get in that
- 16:44meditative state and ben is really good at it
- 16:48which would explain why he's really good at doing
- 16:50it but i'm not yeah like i think i think all
- 16:55of us have our um oh my gosh our strengths strengths
- 17:02and ben's method i mean but it was important
- 17:08to have everyone included in yes in this and
- 17:11i mean all of us did have experiences that related
- 17:16and were included in the film that were pretty
- 17:19like interesting i mean okay so i have to ask
- 17:24because I feel like every team has like the designated
- 17:28like SS method person too. It's like everyone
- 17:31we collab with or whatever, they're like, they're
- 17:34the SS person. They're so good at it. And it's
- 17:36probably the same reason they're able to close
- 17:38everything out. But Bree, I've seen you do like
- 17:41SS methods in the past and like, like you said,
- 17:45like you get a couple responses in the beginning
- 17:46and then it kind of, it's hard for you to like
- 17:49get in that zone really. Nothing wrong with that
- 17:52at all. Most people. can't but yeah this that
- 17:57we filmed for remote contact i think your session
- 18:01or because you did one at this location and i
- 18:05did one right after you so it was like both of
- 18:08ours combined was so impressive and yeah everything
- 18:12i got You got to. But like not the same responses.
- 18:17But responses that we later found out. Validated
- 18:20each other. And then we ended up looking in the
- 18:22same direction. And looking at the same things.
- 18:25And like. Because that's another thing about
- 18:28the 360. Is. If you look somewhere. I have the
- 18:34footage. I lined it up and you know. Editing
- 18:37exactly where people were looking. Like if I
- 18:40look right here. I know exactly where that is
- 18:43at a location. And if a voice comes through saying,
- 18:45that's me. And then an hour later, you put on
- 18:52the box and you look at the same exact spot I
- 18:56did and said, my name is Sarah. And then we later
- 18:59find out. That it did coincide. Yeah, in this
- 19:03case, we were viewing a cemetery and that we
- 19:06both looked at the same exact headstone. Which
- 19:09just so happened to be the only one you couldn't
- 19:12see. Because it was flat. Because it was blocked
- 19:15by another one. Yeah, it tipped over. Yeah, so
- 19:20it was flat on the ground and behind another
- 19:21one. And the name was Sarah. So that's just one
- 19:24example. And there were so many examples during
- 19:26each of our sessions back to back that validated
- 19:30that we were looking at the same spot, talking
- 19:33about the same thing. Do you think, Bree, that
- 19:37like... I don't know, did you notice you were
- 19:40able to, like, focus on it more in the VR? Because
- 19:45instead of having everything off, like, you couldn't
- 19:48see, so you just had to, like, in traditional
- 19:51SS method, you have to just focus on that grating
- 19:54noise. Did having something to look at, like,
- 19:58help you focus on something? I don't, I'm not
- 20:01sure. I don't know what was different, but honestly,
- 20:05it wasn't really all that different from any
- 20:07of my other Estes methods that I've done. Like,
- 20:10I still had that sense of, like, I could hear
- 20:13things outside of the Estes method. That wasn't
- 20:16necessarily, like, the audio from the location
- 20:19either. Like, I could just barely hear you guys
- 20:23speaking but not being able to make it out. Yeah,
- 20:26and that was intentional. It was intentional
- 20:28not... I mean, A, it's incorrect. You're supposed
- 20:30to have noise reducing, not noise cancelling.
- 20:32But it was intentional to get... to pump as much
- 20:34of that location audio in as possible as well.
- 20:37So you hear the box and the location you're viewing.
- 20:40But A, I just... Like I said, I don't think it
- 20:44was any different from any of my other Estes
- 20:46methods. And I feel like that just makes it more
- 20:51valid. Because it... it was the same as any of
- 20:56my others that's definitely interesting every
- 20:58session we filmed for this doc was like everything
- 21:05seemed to correlate and it got less and less
- 21:08like each voice each response matters and it
- 21:11got more and more let's lean into like the meditative
- 21:14angle of this which really culminated um at madcon
- 21:18uh with the resonance chamber that I was very
- 21:23fortunate to experiment with for the first time.
- 21:27And that was a pretty pivotal part of the doc,
- 21:32I think, because for the first time, for anyone
- 21:36that is unaware, the residence chamber is this
- 21:39incredible meditation chamber built by Lauren
- 21:42Hans, and it's currently housed at the Madison
- 21:44Seminary, which is one of our favorite places
- 21:46to investigate. And there's a five -minute guided
- 21:49meditation option. which I realized fit very
- 21:55well with the five minute video loop I created
- 21:59of these places. And since we're already in the
- 22:02mindset of like, you know, we're getting more
- 22:04in a more meditative state. Is this why we're
- 22:07having these? They were bordering on like remote
- 22:11viewing experiences. So let's really lean into
- 22:14this meditative angle. and drop the SS method
- 22:17entirely. And instead, what we're pumping into
- 22:19our ears is Lauren's guided meditation in this
- 22:23chamber. So I'm in this chamber with a guided
- 22:26meditation going in my ears instead of the spirit
- 22:30box put me in a meditative state while still
- 22:33viewing the same location we were viewing doing
- 22:36the SS method sessions, if that makes any sense.
- 22:41Yeah. Yeah. Oh, sorry. I zoned out for a second.
- 22:45Is he distracting you? No, my cat is. Oh, it
- 22:49was your cat. Yeah, he was like yelling for some
- 22:53reason. Anyways, sorry. Okay, glad that makes
- 22:58sense. Yes, it does make sense. So, that got
- 23:03really interesting, doing that. So, I guess I
- 23:08don't want to spoil that though, so. Yeah, you
- 23:11had some crazy things happening. Yeah. We've
- 23:15been talking for, like, 20 minutes, and finally
- 23:18we've reached the point where I'm going to say
- 23:19just watch the film to get more info. We've,
- 23:24like, kind of dropped a couple spoilers, but,
- 23:26like, listen. Nothing major. Intentionally. Because
- 23:31you should watch this film. It's streaming on
- 23:33Paraflix. It's 40 minutes long. That's a short
- 23:38episode of this podcast. And if you can listen
- 23:40to us babbling on. by the dumbest things. Sandwiches?
- 23:44Cheese layers? What other dumb shit? Those were
- 23:47very good episodes. You're only listing the episodes
- 23:55that I came up with. And I thought those topics
- 23:59were amazing. I didn't actually realize that.
- 24:02That was not targeted. I was just trying to think,
- 24:05like, we spent an hour talking about, like...
- 24:08cheese layers representing ghosts and then we
- 24:11spent like maybe 20 minutes talking about exorcisms
- 24:15it's like no other podcast does that my whole
- 24:19point was if you can listen to an hour of cheese
- 24:22layers you can you can watch 40 focused minutes
- 24:26of this like i don't want to say groundbreaking
- 24:30because like i'm it's i i'm humble i promise
- 24:36but this innovative there innovative uh project
- 24:41that we kind of put together so you can do it
- 24:4340 minutes that's nothing yeah so it's all filmed
- 24:50with the um 360 camera too yeah it's all filmed
- 24:55with 360 camera and a couple times we took out
- 24:58our phones so it's really funny because like
- 25:01so we did the web series right in college that
- 25:07was like 200 something episodes they all had
- 25:09like the same flow and then the web series was
- 25:13capped off with a trilogy of short films that
- 25:15screened around the country those all i consider
- 25:19them a trilogy they all had their same little
- 25:21aesthetic and vibes and and the black and white
- 25:24cinematic little vignettes with like little musings
- 25:30and waxing poetic you know and they all ended
- 25:34with poems And so the first two minutes of this
- 25:39film, black and white, contemplating music, it
- 25:43really feels like we're just continuing down
- 25:46that same afterlife road. But then it just, the
- 25:52rug gets pulled out under you and there's no
- 25:55more art. There's no more cinema. There's no
- 25:59more poetry. It's just 40 minutes of, we have
- 26:02our phones, we have a 360 camera. We're going
- 26:03to just document. And just documentary style.
- 26:07Explain this project we're doing. And then end
- 26:10on a note of. We don't have the answers. We filmed
- 26:14this over the course of like. Two events. A month.
- 26:19We aren't going to. Distract. And detract from
- 26:25the main point. By. We're already talking about
- 26:28weird stuff. That we want you to participate
- 26:30in. So we're not going to wax poetry. And make
- 26:33it any weirder than it needs to be. We're going
- 26:35to keep it simple. And we're just going to put
- 26:38it out there. But also with doing that, it leaves
- 26:44the opportunity for more to come in the future.
- 26:48So I'm also very excited about that. Yeah, so
- 26:52let's talk a minute about stuff that didn't make
- 26:54the cut. Because there's a lot of stuff that
- 26:55we've been thinking about that it would just
- 26:58really confuse everyone if we're like, we want
- 27:00you to participate in this thing we're trying.
- 27:02So let's tell you about... 10 more things that
- 27:05we're thinking about but you can't participate
- 27:07in so uh one of them is leaning into the five
- 27:12one stereo audio because all the video and audios
- 27:16is clean video no people in it audio no talking
- 27:19do you think uh there's a potential we can catch
- 27:23evps sticking in like if you put a evp recorder
- 27:29in the middle of a headset and it's just picking
- 27:32up on the 5 .1 stereo 360 audio. You see where
- 27:39I'm going with this? Kind of, yeah. Can you catch
- 27:41EVPs in this white noise? Oh, man. I don't know.
- 27:50I don't know. That would be a good experiment.
- 27:52It would be insane if that did happen, but I
- 27:58think it's like low on the poll of like possibilities
- 28:04but if it did it would be awesome to experiment
- 28:07to see if we got something from it i mean you
- 28:11never know we also weren't sure if we were going
- 28:14to get anything from doing exactly everything's
- 28:17been surprising we're not going to know unless
- 28:19we try it would be the most controlled evp session
- 28:21because get this we know that there's no voices
- 28:26on there and if we use the same recorder doing
- 28:29sessions in a controlled environment with this
- 28:33headset we know like let's say at the two minute
- 28:35and 20 second mark we get an evp then next time
- 28:38we don't but we got one at the one minute mark
- 28:41in 15 seconds there's no voice there we didn't
- 28:44get one last time this is the same exact audio
- 28:46sample in the same exact location like and then
- 28:49what if we send this audio to like because we're
- 28:51putting the main video that we were viewing in
- 28:56this film up for free and encouraging anyone
- 28:58watching to download it and do experiments of
- 29:01their own We want to share as much of this as
- 29:03possible. If we share these audio files and tell
- 29:06other people to use them however they want, and
- 29:08they catch EVPs, but we don't, it's like, there's
- 29:11nothing on that file. I don't know what to tell
- 29:13you. Yeah. That would be really, really cool.
- 29:19I would love to have a lot of people hear this
- 29:27and try that out. Once they're able to try that
- 29:30out. Because think of the database we could collect
- 29:35and actually have data for this experiment. That's
- 29:43the basis of experiments, is the more data you
- 29:46collect, the more valid your theories and hypotheses
- 29:53become. So it would be great to get some... involvement
- 30:00of other investigators we would really need to
- 30:03like advertise that because it's like we know
- 30:06people we know people who would be willing to
- 30:08try that out but like you can't get a good um
- 30:12good experiment and a good idea gathering of
- 30:16information unless you don't have like at least
- 30:20100 people i would say yeah and another thing
- 30:24too is like on our website like i said we're
- 30:29posting the main video and there's a questionnaire
- 30:31where people who use the footage is going to
- 30:35ask how did you use it did you use it you know
- 30:36it explains like this is how we did it watch
- 30:39the film for more info but you know here's step
- 30:41by step how we utilized it if you utilize it
- 30:44in that way here's a questionnaire to fill out
- 30:47if not if someone just has access to a vr headset
- 30:52and they just want to put on this five minute
- 30:54video loop and just meditate with it I'm so interested
- 30:58if they pick up on anything because the film
- 31:00doesn't even explain any of the history of this
- 31:02location, the experiences or anything. If someone
- 31:05buys, because you can buy the guided meditation
- 31:09from Lauren Hans's website. If you want to buy
- 31:13that five minute guided meditation and do that
- 31:18while or do whatever your preferred meditation
- 31:21is, if you need an audio track or not, if you're
- 31:24more experienced. If you do a guided meditation
- 31:27while viewing, you don't even need to be a paranormal
- 31:30investigator or have an SS session set up or
- 31:33anything. Just view, tell me what you feel. It
- 31:37would be very interesting if a bunch of people
- 31:38meditating pick up on the same things. Because
- 31:41something that happened in the film that we didn't
- 31:43even discuss, which is crazy because it didn't
- 31:45make any sense, there was a sensitive person
- 31:49that did the SS session, and he was seeing...
- 31:53A figure in the video! And there's no figure
- 31:57in the video! To be totally fair though, that
- 31:59kid was like a ghost magnet though. I know! This
- 32:05wasn't a regular person. This kid had some special
- 32:10abilities for sure, I feel like. How do you see,
- 32:14like, he was freaked out. He was freaked out.
- 32:17And the vibe in the room when he was seen out
- 32:20got really off and weird too. That was some crazy
- 32:25shit. Even if it's just for this one moment,
- 32:29you guys need to watch this because this was
- 32:31insane. But enough spoiling. Go watch Remote
- 32:36Contact. It's out now on Paraflix streaming.
- 32:42More info on our website, of course. Links to
- 32:44everything is in the show notes below. I do have
- 32:48one more thing I want to get in. I want to show
- 32:52you something. Are you ready? Yes. I got an outtake
- 32:57from the film. It is a Paranormal Lens exclusive.
