- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to We Talk Back Podcast, the production of iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and the Black Effect Network.
- 0:08Speaker 2: So we're just two unapologetically black women with an opinion
- 0:12Speaker 2: who talks.
- 0:16Speaker 1: What's up y'all? It's your girl, aj Holiday and what's
- 0:20Speaker 1: up tam Man's tam Man?
- 0:22Speaker 2: I love y'all so much. Y'all came back again?
- 0:25Speaker 1: What's a what you do this weekend? Shit?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Bitch?
- 0:28Speaker 1: I came back again? Damn it. I'm tired of sell man.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, tell us about your trip. Oh man, my
- 0:35Speaker 1: trip was very good. It was very relaxing. And uh
- 0:39Speaker 1: I went to the spa two times. Bitch I got
- 0:41Speaker 1: a chocolate. I can count how many times in life
- 0:44Speaker 1: I've had a massage. How about you, You've had a
- 0:47Speaker 1: lot of massage. I have to get them all the time.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Now I feel like I need to get massages because
- 0:53Speaker 1: I never knew that I needed them. So I had
- 0:56Speaker 1: got a lymphatic massage with like a bamboo stick, ruled
- 1:00Speaker 1: out my whole body. And then I did like a chocolate.
- 1:05Speaker 1: They used the cacao seeds like you know that makes chocolate,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and they like make like an X foldiing out of it.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Cool off. Yes, I was very soft button naked, they
- 1:20Speaker 1: put it on my button. Everything that's not nice. I
- 1:25Speaker 1: ate a lot of food.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Well.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I energized after the.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Cocow scrub because I feel like that's like low key
- 1:33Speaker 2: cocaine scrub.
- 1:36Speaker 1: I feel like, I mean, you have sleeping that well,
- 1:39Speaker 1: I don't be sleeping. It's like you be in a
- 1:40Speaker 1: meditative state. Damnitar because I know everything that's going on.
- 1:45Speaker 1: It's just so weird. When you get up off the table,
- 1:50Speaker 1: it's almost like you feel like you were sleeping. But
- 1:52Speaker 1: I wasn't sleeping, just so relaxed. Yeah, when lady said
- 1:56Speaker 1: southing like I was responding to her, but I felt asleep.
- 1:58Speaker 1: And then when I got up my girls the first time,
- 2:00Speaker 1: I took my whole fucking wag off and sat there
- 2:02Speaker 1: on the table.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Bitch, you can rub your scalp.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Get that chocolate on my ship. I ate a lot
- 2:11Speaker 1: of nice foods. I went to pure Veele, Costa Rica.
- 2:17Speaker 1: There's a lot of traveling to get there. I had
- 2:21Speaker 1: to catch a plane. I had to catch two planes
- 2:24Speaker 1: and a uber a car Ryan to where I was
- 2:28Speaker 1: going at our car ryin like when I say two planes.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I got to Costa Rica and I had to get
- 2:34Speaker 1: like a little small ash fucking jet, bitch, scary ship. Yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 1: And I went to sleep on the on the plane
- 2:42Speaker 1: and then when I when I woke up, everybody was
- 2:44Speaker 1: like have you done this before? Because I guess they
- 2:45Speaker 1: were like high strung. I'm like no, oh my god.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I was scared the whole time, like, girl, I'm not
- 2:51Speaker 1: about to die on a plane. So I'm like, sleep,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not dying on a plane. That's not
- 2:56Speaker 1: how I'm getting out of here me neither.
- 2:58Speaker 2: That's why I can't sleep, just in case the pile
- 3:00Speaker 2: they needed me to take over.
- 3:01Speaker 1: But I'm gonna tell y'all I almost drowned over there
- 3:04Speaker 1: for real. Yes, And I wasn't gonna tell anybody. I
- 3:07Speaker 1: wasn't even gonna tell my boyfriend, girl until.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Like like my birthday. That time you're almost drownd.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Yes, bitch, So now here it is that this is
- 3:14Speaker 1: the second time in life, right, Yeah, that that was
- 3:19Speaker 1: very scary because I was drunk.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I was about to jump in. They was like, what
- 3:24Speaker 2: are you doing.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I was like, I'm going to get my friend. And
- 3:27Speaker 1: you know, more people drowned in lakes than in the ocean, actually, right, Yeah,
- 3:33Speaker 1: the yes, the current underneath the in the lake or
- 3:36Speaker 1: the spirits or whoever underneath that child, because that most
- 3:39Speaker 1: lakes are built on top of old communities. But yeah,
- 3:44Speaker 1: so y'all. I was in uh playa playa Colis Beach
- 3:51Speaker 1: in Costa Rica because it was near where I was
- 3:53Speaker 1: staying at and you know, I was doing some little
- 3:56Speaker 1: spiritual ship out there. So I'm I go into the water.
- 3:59Speaker 1: When I say the water underneath my titties, like I put,
- 4:01Speaker 1: my feet are on the ground, all of a sudden,
- 4:03Speaker 1: my feet are no longer on the ground. Big stupid
- 4:06Speaker 1: ass waves are coming. I'm not even that far off
- 4:08Speaker 1: the shore, okay, but now it's like they have crazy
- 4:13Speaker 1: ass riptides and undercurrents. So it's like pushing me forward,
- 4:19Speaker 1: but it's pulling me back even more when it Yeah,
- 4:21Speaker 1: so it takes you out to sea essentially, And so
- 4:24Speaker 1: I really had to like calm down, right because I'm
- 4:27Speaker 1: not dying in the water. I had to calm down first,
- 4:31Speaker 1: because really you should just let the current take you
- 4:33Speaker 1: kind of and it'll eventually kind of calm down so
- 4:36Speaker 1: you can swim. But if you're trying to swim, you're
- 4:39Speaker 1: gonna start getting out of breath because you're panicking and
- 4:41Speaker 1: everything else. So I just had to let it take
- 4:42Speaker 1: me a little bit and then swim back to shore.
- 4:46Speaker 1: But I wasn't gonna tell anybody until I'm sitting eating
- 4:49Speaker 1: dinner and some just say, actually google, so I google,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you know, drownings at this particular beach Malcolm Jamal Warner,
- 4:59Speaker 1: that is the beachy died at m from the Cosby Show.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Mm hmm, girl, I said, oh shit.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Well, see that's why I don't playing the water. I
- 5:09Speaker 2: do not.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I don't go past. I'll sit close to one level,
- 5:15Speaker 1: one sit where you can't tell.
- 5:23Speaker 2: That dee.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And I mean, it's so beautiful out there. And then
- 5:29Speaker 1: you know, the next day, I went to another side
- 5:31Speaker 1: of the beach where they had like pools offshore that
- 5:35Speaker 1: came up, you know, and then they had like the
- 5:37Speaker 1: coral was separating like the big water from from like
- 5:41Speaker 1: these small pockets pools basically, so it was nice, man,
- 5:45Speaker 1: but yeah, man, that that shit almost had me. And
- 5:48Speaker 1: the crazy thing is I could see this white man
- 5:50Speaker 1: looking at me, directly at me, and it was so
- 5:53Speaker 1: like traumatic to why. I was about to scream help, right,
- 5:58Speaker 1: And then I got my bearings and I got up
- 6:00Speaker 1: out of here, but I saw I could see this
- 6:02Speaker 1: man looking at me, and I'm like having my hand
- 6:04Speaker 1: reaching out, reaching out like I'm reaching for the shore essentially,
- 6:09Speaker 1: and he just is looking.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Dude, he's just gonna watch you float out to sea.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And it's just so weird because I was not that
- 6:17Speaker 1: far out and then all of a sudden I was
- 6:18Speaker 1: far out. Damn. Yeah, it's fucking crazy. MANO, gotta be careful.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I'd did you put.
- 6:29Speaker 2: That air tag in your No?
- 6:31Speaker 1: I'm good girl, Listen, I'm good. Listen. I don't know
- 6:34Speaker 1: a stranger because I got friends in Costa Rica. Now, okay,
- 6:37Speaker 1: the people at the restaurant, the bitches at the spa, Like, yes,
- 6:42Speaker 1: I got people I can go see next time I
- 6:44Speaker 1: go over there, if I go back to that particular side.
- 6:46Speaker 1: But it's beautiful, man. And it's not an expensive trip either. Now,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I planned my ship last minute, so it was kind
- 6:53Speaker 1: of expensive. But if you are looking for a good,
- 6:56Speaker 1: uh inexpensive, nice, you know, trip, try Coaster. Now. They
- 7:00Speaker 1: do have one side, the Persian side or the Pacific side.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry, the Pacific side gets kind of expensive. That's
- 7:06Speaker 1: where like the millionaires be at but if you go
- 7:09Speaker 1: to the Atlantic side of the country, like you can,
- 7:12Speaker 1: you can stay in a villa for a whole week,
- 7:15Speaker 1: seven days for seven hundred dollars.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean I went there in February to get
- 7:19Speaker 2: like the diner work done, and it was not that
- 7:21Speaker 2: expensive where we were at.
- 7:23Speaker 1: It was like a whole experience, you know.
- 7:28Speaker 2: So I feel yes, definitely moving around if you can.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And thank y'all for all the happy birthdays. The people
- 7:37Speaker 1: at the restaurants sung me Happy Birthday. That was the
- 7:39Speaker 1: only person there because it was low seasoned, so like
- 7:41Speaker 1: most of the restaurants didn't have anybody in them for real,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and they sung me heavy Birthday. Gave me a little
- 7:47Speaker 1: nasty Did they charge me that for that nasty ass cake?
- 7:51Speaker 1: Because I would think it was on the house even
- 7:53Speaker 1: look at my at my receipt, That shit was nasty sale.
- 7:57Speaker 1: But I was so appreciative. Yeah, anyway, that sounds like
- 8:01Speaker 1: a good trip. I just solo trip, and I just
- 8:03Speaker 1: see it becoming more and more popular. I've been on
- 8:06Speaker 1: solo trips before, but not I guess that's don't count
- 8:12Speaker 1: as a solo trip if a nigga came later. But
- 8:15Speaker 1: I didn't know, I didn't plan for that nigga to come,
- 8:18Speaker 1: so we need to show up about three days later.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Mm hmm. I mean if you got a little three
- 8:23Speaker 1: four days. Like when I went to Barbados, I was
- 8:25Speaker 1: there for like three four days by myself before my
- 8:28Speaker 1: boyfriend came, so it's still considered a solo trip. Essentially.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I went to Dominican Republic then by myself, and I
- 8:36Speaker 2: had a ball. I got up one night by myself.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I remember, Yeah, that was crazy, I remember. Anyway, let's
- 8:50Speaker 1: get in the sands.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Shit.
- 8:55Speaker 1: All right, y'all, let's see what's going on. So now
- 8:57Speaker 1: you're the whole country. You know, a lot of a
- 9:01Speaker 1: lot of black people are an uproar with this Carmelo
- 9:06Speaker 1: Anthony case. And Carmelo Anthony was just sentenced to thirty
- 9:11Speaker 1: five years in prison for the unintentional to me, right,
- 9:17Speaker 1: because to get a murder charge, it has to there
- 9:21Speaker 1: has to be some intent, maybe sometimes premeditation possibly. I
- 9:26Speaker 1: just don't see like why he wasn't charging manslaughter. I'm
- 9:29Speaker 1: not saying he should just get no time, but manslaughter,
- 9:32Speaker 1: a manslaughter charge probably would have been more sufficient. Murder
- 9:36Speaker 1: is wild for a nineteen year old first time offender
- 9:41Speaker 1: to get.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Thirty five years like a track event.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Yeah, they were at a track meet, and so I
- 9:48Speaker 1: guess he was invited underneath the tent by one white boy, right,
- 9:53Speaker 1: and then I guess the white boys who tent it
- 9:56Speaker 1: actually was, didn't want him there, so they started, you know,
- 10:01Speaker 1: beasting beefing out with him, and he winded up. He
- 10:04Speaker 1: wound up stabbing one of the boys with a three
- 10:09Speaker 1: inch knife, which is legal, right. That wasn't even flipped
- 10:14Speaker 1: all the way open. This is just like you if
- 10:16Speaker 1: you listen to some of the narratives online, some of
- 10:19Speaker 1: the stories and then people who actually saw like the
- 10:22Speaker 1: security footage that I don't even think the jurors were privy,
- 10:26Speaker 1: which is weird. I wouldn't say he was fighting for
- 10:31Speaker 1: his life, but he is. This boy was like five eight,
- 10:35Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty forty pounds. These white boys was
- 10:38Speaker 1: like six foot something. These these are football players size people,
- 10:42Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, trying to jump on him
- 10:46Speaker 1: and we know it was yeah. He That is to me,
- 10:51Speaker 1: that is self defense all day long, all day long,
- 10:54Speaker 1: at self defense. There have been people who got off
- 10:56Speaker 1: on way more egregious ass acts in this.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Well, you know, our race plays a huge narrative and
- 11:06Speaker 2: how sentencing goes in this country.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Unfortunately, Yes, it's terrible. I actually wanted to talk about.
- 11:18Speaker 1: So this is there's a Texas parole supervisor who was
- 11:21Speaker 1: fired over her comments regarding the case with Carmarla Anthony
- 11:28Speaker 1: and she her name is Trenia Howard. No, actually no,
- 11:34Speaker 1: it's Donna Donna. Yeah, Donna Donna, Maria Murray, Donna Murray Robinson.
- 11:41Speaker 1: She's at in somebody, She's at in this Trina Trina
- 11:44Speaker 1: Howard person. But anyway, she says, you are exactly right.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I am a parole supervisor at Texas DCJ. Carmlo will
- 11:52Speaker 1: be okay. He and I can almost assure you. I
- 11:57Speaker 1: don't know, she said, he and I Yeah, this is it.
- 12:00Speaker 1: He I guess, I don't know. Oh yeah, yeah, I
- 12:04Speaker 1: can assure you, okay, okay, come, ol will be okay.
- 12:07Speaker 1: I can assure I can almost assure you he will
- 12:11Speaker 1: be protected on the inside. I for one, don't give
- 12:16Speaker 1: a fuck about the family's loss. It's about time these
- 12:19Speaker 1: effing bigots feel the pain that they have inflicted on
- 12:23Speaker 1: other groups of people since the beginning of time. I'm
- 12:27Speaker 1: just glad we didn't have to have to bury another
- 12:30Speaker 1: black child. Let me start bearing some of theirs for
- 12:34Speaker 1: let us start bearing some of theirs for a change.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Fuck them, I said what I said, and this is
- 12:39Speaker 1: a parole supervisor. And so she was terminated right because
- 12:45Speaker 1: of her social media postings. Yeah, you can't say that,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and rightfully so. Right And the reason why I say rightfully.
- 12:53Speaker 2: So is because, bitch, are you stupid?
- 12:55Speaker 1: We need you on the inside.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's something pointed in you for getting on Beyonce's
- 13:03Speaker 2: Internet and doing all of that. Have you learned nothing
- 13:06Speaker 2: from these white folks?
- 13:07Speaker 1: Yes, Like, listen, when the black man comes in front
- 13:10Speaker 1: of you, right, that is your opportunity to buck the system. Right,
- 13:15Speaker 1: that's what they do for their people preference. So now
- 13:18Speaker 1: we don't even have you in the room no more.
- 13:20Speaker 1: And see this is the ship that I be trying
- 13:22Speaker 1: to say about, even with politics all together. Right, you
- 13:26Speaker 1: cannot forfeit the game just because you don't like your opponent. Bitch,
- 13:30Speaker 1: you better learn that motherfucker and win. That is the game.
- 13:34Speaker 1: That is how I play, right, the financial games, all
- 13:37Speaker 1: the things I'm gonna learn exactly how those motherfuckers live
- 13:40Speaker 1: and how they do, and we're gonnaetrate. Now you're no
- 13:43Speaker 1: longer in the games. Longer in the game exactly because
- 13:47Speaker 1: you can't read that. I was like, yeah, that was
- 13:51Speaker 1: how I was hacked. It says Robinson worked for the
- 13:56Speaker 1: for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a role
- 13:58Speaker 1: tied to parole supervision in a position that requires fairness, objectivity,
- 14:03Speaker 1: and public trust. Reports indicate she had served for the
- 14:06Speaker 1: department for years before her dismissal. Yeah, and we know
- 14:10Speaker 1: KKK is the police. Okay, they supposed to supposedly supposed
- 14:13Speaker 1: to protect and serve, right.
- 14:16Speaker 2: But you don't see the motherfuckers on the internet. I
- 14:18Speaker 2: mean sometimes we catch a few of them getting reckless
- 14:21Speaker 2: like this out there.
- 14:21Speaker 1: They're just not in our algorithm. They be wilding online.
- 14:25Speaker 1: That's not Yeah, they willing, I'm getting.
- 14:28Speaker 2: But I'm saying the ones that are in great power,
- 14:31Speaker 2: oh yes, they're not. They're not showing their hand online, right.
- 14:36Speaker 1: They got the invisible uh white hood on in the daytime,
- 14:41Speaker 1: which is a badge mm hmm.
- 14:44Speaker 2: And then they do their things covertly.
- 14:47Speaker 1: So yeah, that is so unfortunate. Man, girl, just be quiet,
- 14:52Speaker 1: keep your ass off the internet, especially especially if you
- 14:55Speaker 1: have a government job like you just you really just
- 14:57Speaker 1: can't be a civilian. You're not a civilian right, unfortunately,
- 15:01Speaker 1: I mean fortunately.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Friends like these kids have the kids taught you nothing, right,
- 15:07Speaker 3: You're just not there with your whole face or Facebook
- 15:10Speaker 3: and shit, shit everybody see you to my fuck them.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Girl.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Plenty of people feel that way, baby, But you cannot
- 15:24Speaker 1: get on the internet and say that. You know, we
- 15:26Speaker 1: are better than them. We better than them, and this
- 15:29Speaker 1: is why they're so threatened by us. They're not threatened
- 15:31Speaker 1: by us because they're scared we're gonna kill them. They
- 15:34Speaker 1: are afraid of our potential. Get the same way you
- 15:39Speaker 1: kill a spider when spider really don't want to fuck
- 15:42Speaker 1: with you, right, but you just step on the motherfucker
- 15:44Speaker 1: just because it could potentially bite you. You know. They
- 15:47Speaker 1: know we owe them ass women, they know that, but
- 15:50Speaker 1: that's not what we want. We just want to be
- 15:52Speaker 1: left the fuck alone. That's it, so we can thrive
- 15:55Speaker 1: within our own communities. That's it.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I'm a reparation people. We just want to be understood.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Holdo, No, they owe us for sure. Awesome, Yeah, for sure.
- 16:09Speaker 1: We're never going to get that money though, because I
- 16:11Speaker 1: believe during COVID, they divved our money out amongst the
- 16:15Speaker 1: whole country, you know what I'm saying. And then you
- 16:17Speaker 1: were they were giving immigrants twenty thousand dollars on a
- 16:21Speaker 1: food stamp card and shit like that, like that's where
- 16:24Speaker 1: our reparations went at.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Maybe will we eighty years old and you are about
- 16:29Speaker 2: to die shire it out there. Yeah, he'd be like,
- 16:37Speaker 2: break the niggas off a piece.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Everybody get a piece, a real African American. The irony
- 16:45Speaker 1: of it?
- 16:45Speaker 2: Right?
- 16:50Speaker 1: What else you go going on to?
- 16:56Speaker 2: And you send a screenshot but I can't read it?
- 17:00Speaker 1: Is the lengths underneath it added you see it? Okay, yep,
- 17:11Speaker 1: So I saw this came across my desk.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Jay Z Target deal proves he always shows up when
- 17:20Speaker 2: we boycott. And that was the.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Title of this article.
- 17:27Speaker 2: It says the jay Z Target deal is the kind
- 17:30Speaker 2: of move that makes you sit back and laugh because
- 17:33Speaker 2: we have seen this scrip before and we already know
- 17:35Speaker 2: exactly how it ends. Target is dropping in dropping the
- 17:38Speaker 2: exclusive thirtieth anniversary edition of Reasonable Doubt on June twenty
- 17:42Speaker 2: sixth a white double LP at forty dollars capped at
- 17:47Speaker 2: four per customer, with unreleased versions of select tracks, including
- 17:52Speaker 2: a Fool's Paradise remix I Can Knock the Hustle, There's
- 17:56Speaker 2: a dus Say How You Say?
- 17:58Speaker 1: Do Say? Pussy Who Say It's a New Day?
- 18:04Speaker 2: Tie in anniversary experiences and Stories, and a three night
- 18:09Speaker 2: run at Yankee Stadium in July, with one night built
- 18:12Speaker 2: around the album. On paper, it is a gorgeous rollout
- 18:15Speaker 2: for a classic that turns thirty this year.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Damn, I know, right crazy.
- 18:21Speaker 2: In real life, the timing is everything, and the timing
- 18:23Speaker 2: is the whole problem, all right. So here's the part
- 18:27Speaker 2: that nobody at the bullseye wants to say out loud,
- 18:30Speaker 2: and this is their opinion. The j Z Target deal
- 18:32Speaker 2: landed in the middle of an organized boycott that black
- 18:35Speaker 2: shoppers have held down since early twenty twenty five, after
- 18:38Speaker 2: Target rolled back the diversity commitments it made to us
- 18:41Speaker 2: back when they look good for business, people stopped spending,
- 18:44Speaker 2: the pressure was real, the receipts were real, and the
- 18:47Speaker 2: company feld it in numbers. Then right on Q here
- 18:50Speaker 2: comes hold with inhritage drop that lands Target a feel
- 18:53Speaker 2: good moment and gives the culture a reason to walk
- 18:55Speaker 2: back through those doors like nothing happened.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Are we gonna read all of that? Well, actually, hold on,
- 19:02Speaker 1: let me let me run through this real quick. We
- 19:03Speaker 1: are not new to this. Rewind to the summer of
- 19:07Speaker 1: twenty nineteen. The community was ready to walk away from
- 19:09Speaker 1: the NFL over what the league did to Colin Kaepernick,
- 19:12Speaker 1: a man who gave up his entire career to kneel
- 19:15Speaker 1: for us. That's the we can stop there, right, because
- 19:20Speaker 1: let's go back to the NFL. Colin Kaepernick is a
- 19:22Speaker 1: biracial man who really did not have an actual did
- 19:28Speaker 1: he have deliverables? You know what I'm saying, Like he
- 19:30Speaker 1: wasn't playing well, he started taking a knee, he gained
- 19:33Speaker 1: a lot of notoriety and you know, news coverage. Jay
- 19:38Speaker 1: Z got the deal for Rock Nation to do like
- 19:41Speaker 1: the halftime show, the halftime shows and stuff like that. Right,
- 19:47Speaker 1: what were your deliverables? What were you going to do
- 19:50Speaker 1: after the knee? You know what I'm saying? And what
- 19:52Speaker 1: and people were saying, then why why jay Z didn't
- 19:54Speaker 1: get with Colin Kaepernick. Imagine a real businessman, not a
- 19:58Speaker 1: nig on the field, not an in the field, come
- 20:03Speaker 1: in to tell like, ask you to do business with
- 20:05Speaker 1: these people? You know, what I'm saying. I am not
- 20:08Speaker 1: like I'm not on jay Z's side, right, but I
- 20:11Speaker 1: do want black people to get some more business about themselves,
- 20:14Speaker 1: so y'all can stay out of other people fucking business.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Because the one thing is black men were still playing football,
- 20:23Speaker 1: Black mothers, black fathers, black kids were still working at Target.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Why would we boycott a place that employs black people.
- 20:35Speaker 1: It doesn't make sense because you're not boycotting your corporate
- 20:39Speaker 1: job and you know your boss racist.
- 20:41Speaker 2: I say, we just need to be more organized in
- 20:46Speaker 2: the way we attack the dollar.
- 20:48Speaker 1: And because you know I did.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I did stay out of Target for them forty days
- 20:54Speaker 2: and forty nights, but I know we were still boycotting.
- 20:56Speaker 2: We don't never have no meetings. We don't have no
- 20:59Speaker 2: group meetings, Like where is the like where y'all getting
- 21:02Speaker 2: the information to know that the boycott was still going on, because.
- 21:04Speaker 1: In TikTok is where people gathering us And.
- 21:09Speaker 2: See, I'm not I'm not a TikToker. You know, like
- 21:11Speaker 2: I didn't know that we were still boycott and I
- 21:13Speaker 2: done been to Target.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I never stopped going to Target because you know why
- 21:18Speaker 1: there are black products in Target.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Okay, I just feel like, you know, when it comes
- 21:24Speaker 2: to situations like that, because I think about the bus
- 21:27Speaker 2: boycotts and how they organize and how they did have
- 21:30Speaker 2: to sacrifice. You know, some people, some people sacrifice their
- 21:34Speaker 2: jobs and they.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Weren't driving the buses though they were on buses that
- 21:39Speaker 1: white people were driving, right, and they had to sit
- 21:42Speaker 1: to the back of the bus. They weren't bus owners.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know, it becomes a conversation of how
- 21:49Speaker 2: do we help the masses and not hurt any of us.
- 21:54Speaker 1: How do you do that?
- 21:54Speaker 2: You know, that's the hard part, Like how do we
- 21:58Speaker 2: help the majority without sacrificing the few.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Listen, people got to die for change. Change does not
- 22:07Speaker 1: come with legislation. Change does not come for voting. A
- 22:11Speaker 1: lot of our ancestors died for us to have the
- 22:15Speaker 1: life we have today. And that's just how it is.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Because we know white people only respect disrespect the money.
- 22:21Speaker 1: So either you're gonna get some fucking money, or you're
- 22:23Speaker 1: gonna do like what old girl the damn parole parole
- 22:28Speaker 1: officer or the parole supervisor, or you're gonna do what
- 22:31Speaker 1: she said and take it to the fucking streets. That
- 22:33Speaker 1: is the only thing they respect. I prefer to get
- 22:37Speaker 1: the money, okay, But I think that was.
- 22:39Speaker 2: The whole intention with the Target thing, was to like
- 22:42Speaker 2: hit them where it hurts, you know.
- 22:43Speaker 1: But we need to boycott everything then, not just one
- 22:46Speaker 1: particular store. When you you okay, you're gonna buy, you're
- 22:50Speaker 1: gonna stop buying at Target. But look at all them.
- 22:53Speaker 2: That's the thing, you know, that's what we're talking about.
- 22:55Speaker 2: There was no offer, no alternative, No alternative was offered.
- 22:59Speaker 2: That was like a option. It was you going from
- 23:02Speaker 2: one predator to the next. As far as I was concerned,
- 23:04Speaker 2: and we own nothing.
- 23:06Speaker 1: We didn't have a store of our own we could
- 23:07Speaker 1: go to and shop at, right you know, So you
- 23:10Speaker 1: have all these Asians online right now. I don't know
- 23:13Speaker 1: if it's AI or if it's actually them, like talking
- 23:16Speaker 1: shit about the black community and how they don't need
- 23:18Speaker 1: our dollar. If you didn't need our dollar, why are
- 23:21Speaker 1: you in the community. You absolutely need the dollar because
- 23:23Speaker 1: y'all could just do how white people did, and they
- 23:25Speaker 1: wouldn't even let us shop with them. They didn't like
- 23:28Speaker 1: us so much, they wouldn't even let us shop with them.
- 23:30Speaker 1: So y'all can do that, right, But y'all thrive in
- 23:34Speaker 1: the black community because we know we're unfortunately we're we're
- 23:37Speaker 1: just at the bottom of the totem pole. Right, So
- 23:41Speaker 1: in the game of capitalism, everybody eats off of us. Right.
- 23:46Speaker 1: We live in a capitalistic, capitalistic society, So either you're
- 23:50Speaker 1: going to be a part of it or you're going
- 23:52Speaker 1: to be the one feeding it.
- 23:53Speaker 2: And even that's dying. Even the capitalism is dying and
- 23:56Speaker 2: it's becoming a techno what is it a tech track?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, AI is supposed to take over mm hmmmm hmm.
- 24:07Speaker 1: And even with that, you can use AI to get
- 24:10Speaker 1: to the bag. So if you're not right now, AI
- 24:13Speaker 1: is going nowhere. Right, So if you're only using chatty
- 24:16Speaker 1: BT to see how you're gonna respond to a nigga
- 24:20Speaker 1: or some stupid shit shots, fire, Yeah, remember that you
- 24:29Speaker 1: only know a piece of my life, baby, And I'm
- 24:34Speaker 1: just referring to something you said on here. That's why
- 24:37Speaker 1: I said that. Crazy. No, listen, that's only what I share, Okay,
- 24:42Speaker 1: okay for me, But for example, right you there's AI
- 24:47Speaker 1: is just not chatchy BT, right. You know what I
- 24:50Speaker 1: do with y'all, y'all know what I do with chat gypt.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I'd be uploading my motherfucking stock charts up in there,
- 24:56Speaker 1: and they'd be giving me some real good plays. You
- 24:59Speaker 1: don't know, So you do it, you know what I'm saying, like,
- 25:03Speaker 1: try that. You do it to do something I don't know,
- 25:06Speaker 1: more meaningful if you're just using chat ept. But you
- 25:10Speaker 1: can create a whole business with with AI. Half of
- 25:13Speaker 1: those music. When I hear these songs on Instagram, now
- 25:16Speaker 1: I automatically know it's a AI song, it's a AI artist.
- 25:19Speaker 1: They are replacing the artists now, they were replacing models.
- 25:23Speaker 1: They are replased everything, actors, you know, writing, you know
- 25:27Speaker 1: in the world I was.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Looking at was techno feudalism. Me and Charlamagne went down
- 25:32Speaker 2: a rabbit hole the other day about that ship.
- 25:35Speaker 1: That's what we at. That's where we at for sure.
- 25:38Speaker 1: And the billionaires who own the tech companies right follow
- 25:42Speaker 1: the money invest put if you got a couple of
- 25:44Speaker 1: dollars instead of going to Target, put the money in
- 25:47Speaker 1: that business by buy some shares of the stock. SpaceX
- 25:52Speaker 1: just came out. I Q with dropped last week. That
- 25:54Speaker 1: ship dropped that I think it was one fifteen or
- 25:57Speaker 1: one five. That shit is like over two hundred dollars. Now, yeah,
- 26:00Speaker 1: I'm wait for it to come down. I ain't getting about.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I couldn't pay attention, like so I didn't get in,
- 26:07Speaker 1: but I plan on getting something because they do.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Oh no. But I was just saying that that we
- 26:13Speaker 2: do have to find a way to you know, hit him,
- 26:18Speaker 2: wear it hers. You know, those are Asian people. Even
- 26:21Speaker 2: though they were saying like very hateful things, some of
- 26:25Speaker 2: it was like all right, bet motherfucker, yeah you know.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Yeah, up for the challenge. Or nah, I did get
- 26:31Speaker 1: I got a man in care, like already one of
- 26:33Speaker 1: the fingers fucked up. But this, you know, my real
- 26:35Speaker 1: nails I just had got like the jail overlay first
- 26:38Speaker 1: time in life, right, I bought my own shit because
- 26:41Speaker 1: I'm not about to be coming to y'all to do
- 26:43Speaker 1: my nails. It wasn't even Asian over there that did
- 26:45Speaker 1: my ship. It was a black girl anyway, Afro Latina.
- 26:49Speaker 1: But I'm not going to the Neil shops, you know
- 26:52Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Like, I mean, India is still Asia,
- 26:55Speaker 1: but I mean I buy my weave from India. I
- 26:59Speaker 1: mean it's just right.
- 27:00Speaker 2: It's hard to not Its like if you try to
- 27:05Speaker 2: shop only black for thirty days.
- 27:09Speaker 1: I mean, it's gonna cost you. It's gonna be half
- 27:12Speaker 1: of their products. Everybody in America. Most of our products
- 27:16Speaker 1: are coming from China. It's not just us, So for
- 27:18Speaker 1: them to target us and say that type of shit
- 27:20Speaker 1: like where you're gonna get this, and where you're gonna
- 27:21Speaker 1: get this everybody. Yes, China has a huge monopoly on
- 27:25Speaker 1: an industrial like economy. Now they do we have to.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I mean, y'all don't want to hear it, but I mean,
- 27:33Speaker 1: I guess that's what make America great again. It was
- 27:35Speaker 1: about right to bring back manufacturing in America because right
- 27:39Speaker 1: now the only thing we manufacture is fucking hate and
- 27:42Speaker 1: guns and well.
- 27:46Speaker 2: To be lucrative for some yeah, in.
- 27:49Speaker 1: War, maybe that's it. America greade again was about shit. Yeah,
- 27:52Speaker 1: like we not even we're not even producing anything over
- 27:57Speaker 1: here where we can sell to the other world. I
- 27:59Speaker 1: did really article that said that we are now the
- 28:01Speaker 1: number one exporters of oil. I don't know how that happened.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Maybe because they stole all the oil from fucking Venezuela.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Right These motherfuckers is nuts.
- 28:11Speaker 2: And they keep talking about, yeah, it's a big monster
- 28:13Speaker 2: down there we're trying to kill.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly that kidnapped them, met the president and his damn.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Wife loriham Mercy.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Anyway, So next topic on the docket. Seventy one Jewish
- 28:29Speaker 1: girls were discovered in an underground tunnel located to the
- 28:33Speaker 1: sewer system after excuse me, connected to the sewer system
- 28:38Speaker 1: after allegedly getting lost during a field trip. Now y'all know,
- 28:42Speaker 1: a couple of years ago they had like this whole
- 28:44Speaker 1: thing where they caught like some Jewish pedophiles or something.
- 28:51Speaker 1: They had like a whole underground like living underneath there.
- 28:53Speaker 1: They coming out the wall like it's weird. I saw
- 28:57Speaker 1: that video. I saw like people and they had mattresses
- 29:01Speaker 1: down there, all types of ship There are cities under
- 29:06Speaker 1: every city. Charleston has an old old city underneath it,
- 29:10Speaker 1: you know for sure. I mean just think about the
- 29:13Speaker 1: damn ninja turtles like them niggas is living in the
- 29:15Speaker 1: sewer and the train tracks and all that stuff over there.
- 29:18Speaker 2: So it says there's not a secret light building or
- 29:23Speaker 2: a place under mm hmmm.
- 29:27Speaker 1: So it says approximately seven seventy teenage Jewish girls were
- 29:32Speaker 1: safely located after supposedly entering a sewer drainage system during
- 29:36Speaker 1: a school field trip in New York. The students who
- 29:39Speaker 1: attended either they were running away from some ship or
- 29:41Speaker 1: somebody was trafficking them. This don't even sound right.
- 29:43Speaker 2: I'm just trying to figure out who was misfrism. Misfrizzle
- 29:49Speaker 2: must have been a teacher.
- 29:55Speaker 1: In a sewer, right, so as the students who attended
- 29:58Speaker 1: tours and meet a meet you school. I guess I
- 30:02Speaker 1: don't know. We're visiting Memorial Park and KNAC located about
- 30:06Speaker 1: fifty miles north of New York City, when they reportedly
- 30:09Speaker 1: ventured into a drainage covert near the village's downtown business district.
- 30:15Speaker 1: The unusual situation came to light when a police officer
- 30:18Speaker 1: spotted several girls emerging from a sewer of great from
- 30:20Speaker 1: a sewer of great in an alley near the town's
- 30:24Speaker 1: main street. The officer immediately alerted local authorities, prompting a
- 30:28Speaker 1: response to ensure the safety of the girls. Officials said
- 30:31Speaker 1: all the girls were able to exit the covert on
- 30:33Speaker 1: their own and no serious injuries were reported. One girl
- 30:36Speaker 1: received treatment on site, while another complained about abdominal pain. Yeah,
- 30:42Speaker 1: this doesn't this doesn't make sense to me. The exactly
- 30:47Speaker 1: the very important part either they was trying to get
- 30:50Speaker 1: away from somebody or somebody was trafficking them, sending them somewhere,
- 30:54Speaker 1: and they were scared to tell the truth. Yeah something, because.
- 30:58Speaker 2: How have y'all set all seven y'all couldn't put y'all
- 31:01Speaker 2: brain together and realize like we're not maybe maybe a
- 31:04Speaker 2: sewer ain't where we need to go?
- 31:06Speaker 1: And what field trip is?
- 31:08Speaker 2: Seventy people? That's not like two classrooms full of people.
- 31:11Speaker 2: That's a lot three class yeah class.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Yeah. They had that raid in the synagogue in New
- 31:21Speaker 1: York City a couple of years ago, like all those
- 31:23Speaker 1: men was coming listen.
- 31:26Speaker 2: It is so innocent times is really the video? Then
- 31:32Speaker 2: they look like they just sweet little innocent girls and
- 31:35Speaker 2: just don't know.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Maybe that's just the school. I don't know that that
- 31:39Speaker 1: those are the actual girls that's happened.
- 31:41Speaker 2: To know?
- 31:44Speaker 1: Where was the field trip supposed to be?
- 31:46Speaker 2: What were the.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Exactly were missing some stuff? I don't know anyway, that
- 31:52Speaker 1: said for stupid in that news y'all we were talking
- 31:54Speaker 1: about I know that shit ran over? Man, you talk
- 31:58Speaker 1: too much?
- 32:00Speaker 2: Is it me?
- 32:04Speaker 1: Today we're talking about unpopular opinions and we talk back
- 32:08Speaker 1: version shit, we might as well just do two mores
- 32:12Speaker 1: and call it an episode again. I know right, we've
- 32:17Speaker 1: done that before, lazy asses.
- 32:22Speaker 2: All right, y'all, we'll be right back.
- 32:28Speaker 1: All right, y'all, Welcome to the Unpopular Opinion edition. If
- 32:33Speaker 1: we talked back where we're about to ruin at least
- 32:36Speaker 1: three friendships, two relationships, and somebody's group chat. Because every
- 32:40Speaker 1: week y'all send us opinions that make us question whether
- 32:44Speaker 1: or not you're genuine or fucking unhinged, because I know
- 32:47Speaker 1: I'm unhinged. I just think y'all think y'all regular when
- 32:51Speaker 1: y'all be in my damn inbox, like I can admit
- 32:55Speaker 1: that I'm fucking crazy, can you? Okay, So don't feel
- 33:00Speaker 1: no type of way if you know, we start talking
- 33:02Speaker 1: about some shit that you're actually experiencing right now, because
- 33:04Speaker 1: I mean some of the ship I might be going
- 33:06Speaker 1: through exactly. So we gonna either agree, disagree or agree
- 33:10Speaker 1: to this. We ain't ready for that conversation because we
- 33:13Speaker 1: ain't trying to put our business on the on the
- 33:15Speaker 1: podcast today.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Right.
- 33:18Speaker 1: All right? So the first topic is relationships Unpopular Opinions.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Uh.
- 33:25Speaker 1: The first unpopular unpopular opinion is most people don't miss
- 33:29Speaker 1: their ex They miss the attention. I don't know, agree,
- 33:41Speaker 1: just ain't getting attention from you. Probably wasn't getting any
- 33:45Speaker 1: attention from him, and that's why I don't know.
- 33:51Speaker 2: You know what, I can't agree with this sometimes because
- 33:54Speaker 2: you know, like when I'm in here by myself, sometimes
- 33:57Speaker 2: I might like call an old nigga hang out a
- 34:00Speaker 2: little bit, just because just to have some company, some
- 34:03Speaker 2: male energy. Yeah, so I can agree with this a
- 34:07Speaker 2: little bit, a little bit liket you on board.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I just need some little little human interaction. Yeah, I
- 34:23Speaker 1: mean this is this is where that thing comes in
- 34:25Speaker 1: where you you get over somebody by getting underneath somebody.
- 34:29Speaker 1: So if you are actually missing your ex, maybe you
- 34:31Speaker 1: just needed to find a new X, right, find your
- 34:37Speaker 1: next ex, right, because it might be attention you seeking,
- 34:42Speaker 1: Like you might be horny. Maybe you should just play
- 34:45Speaker 1: with your pussy and go to sleep because once you come,
- 34:47Speaker 1: you gonna come to your senses and you be thinking
- 34:49Speaker 1: about that nigga.
- 34:51Speaker 2: But sometimes you don't even want sex. You just want
- 34:53Speaker 2: a little companionship because I.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Don't like to get rubbed.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Yeah, a little hugs and on the whole. Told you
- 35:00Speaker 2: a little bit, like and watch a movie or something,
- 35:02Speaker 2: just company and it don't have to be like extremely
- 35:06Speaker 2: uh physically affectionate, you know.
- 35:10Speaker 1: But I agree with a j play with your pussy
- 35:12Speaker 1: to go to bed.
- 35:13Speaker 2: But what's the next one?
- 35:14Speaker 1: The water? Love is not enough to sustain a relationship?
- 35:24Speaker 1: You disagree? Yes, I agree.
- 35:31Speaker 2: I feel like that's the foundation that everything should be
- 35:33Speaker 2: built upon. But I think it takes more than just love.
- 35:38Speaker 2: It take a lot of patience. It take a lot
- 35:40Speaker 2: of grace compromise.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but I feel like.
- 35:47Speaker 2: A lot of turning the other cheek mm hmm.
- 35:51Speaker 1: You can take them old old people who've been together
- 35:55Speaker 1: for a long time. They just be letting their husband
- 35:56Speaker 1: just talk and they just rolling their eye on the side,
- 35:58Speaker 1: like shut the fuck up, right, but don't say nothing.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Don't let that motherfucker talk. I mean, but like compromising
- 36:08Speaker 1: and wanting to understand your partner, Like I feel like
- 36:11Speaker 1: those things come out of the actual, you know, emotion
- 36:15Speaker 1: of loving them. Mm hmm. But I would say, you
- 36:19Speaker 1: need money. That's why I love is not enough. Like
- 36:23Speaker 1: love don't pay no bills, baby, love, don't buy Similac pamps,
- 36:27Speaker 1: none of that shit, Like you need money and love.
- 36:30Speaker 1: You know, we had that whole episode, what was it.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Uh, but I think I've seen this poor like they
- 36:38Speaker 2: was all right, So I've been doing these housing.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Marriages for poor people. Remember we had an episode our
- 36:44Speaker 1: first year marriages for poor people.
- 36:46Speaker 2: I just have an inspection recently and it was a
- 36:51Speaker 2: older home home for elderly. But it was section eight,
- 36:54Speaker 2: all right, and there was this and this old couple
- 36:58Speaker 2: in there, and they were broke, like they don't have
- 37:01Speaker 2: no money. They're on a very extremely fixed income, and
- 37:04Speaker 2: it showed in how the standards of their home. But
- 37:07Speaker 2: when I tell you, these two old people was having
- 37:10Speaker 2: fun together and it was so refreshing to see, like, uh,
- 37:16Speaker 2: they were leaving the house and she was in the
- 37:18Speaker 2: car singing the song and she was singing it loud
- 37:20Speaker 2: out the window, and he helps her into the car
- 37:22Speaker 2: and she was singing her song. He gave her a kiss,
- 37:24Speaker 2: and then he had to go back upstairs to get something.
- 37:27Speaker 2: And the way he just treat his wife and how
- 37:31Speaker 2: happy she looked, I was like, maybe money is not
- 37:36Speaker 2: as important as we make it seem. These people look
- 37:40Speaker 2: just as happy as and poor as fuck. They probably
- 37:43Speaker 2: was sharing the same sandwich, having.
- 37:49Speaker 1: The stress of possibly being able to get put out
- 37:51Speaker 1: of a section eight. You know, housing situation, that's that's stressful, right.
- 37:56Speaker 1: I don't know how you could be comfortable in a
- 37:58Speaker 1: situation like that, you know what I'm saying, Like, yeah,
- 38:01Speaker 1: they happy because you don't really got to do a
- 38:04Speaker 1: lot to get money because you've got housing. But what
- 38:08Speaker 1: happens when those people pull a rug from beneath your feet,
- 38:11Speaker 1: like you saw it was getting rid of as food
- 38:13Speaker 1: stamps all that shit last.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Year, and like this is the money that goes into
- 38:17Speaker 2: government housing is not the same anymore, you know, like
- 38:19Speaker 2: the maintenance of it all and all those things. The
- 38:22Speaker 2: funding is less and less and less. But the lady
- 38:25Speaker 2: was singing with her whole soul and kissing her husband
- 38:28Speaker 2: and they look good.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I was like, okay, I mean, I don't.
- 38:32Speaker 2: Know, but I agree love is not enough. And then
- 38:37Speaker 2: I also believe that people, if they're together long enough,
- 38:40Speaker 2: they will fall in and out of love a couple
- 38:42Speaker 2: of times in their marriage.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Absolutely, it's just being in love is a state of mind.
- 38:48Speaker 1: So you got to continuously just do things to keep
- 38:50Speaker 1: falling in love, man, because I always say that you're
- 38:52Speaker 1: gonna be falling out of love, bitch. You we fighting
- 38:54Speaker 1: and arguing all the time, I'm not. I don't love
- 38:56Speaker 1: you today, I'm sick of you. Actually I love you,
- 38:58Speaker 1: but I'm not in love with you right now. Like
- 39:00Speaker 1: I care about your well being, but like I'm about
- 39:03Speaker 1: to start choosing myself because this relationship is driving me nuts. Right.
- 39:07Speaker 1: So I feel like a lot of people reach that point.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You gotta have something else, some some assets to keep
- 39:15Speaker 1: you together.
- 39:20Speaker 2: A lot of people want relationship benefits without relationship responsibilities.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Women too. I was about to say that, girl. I
- 39:32Speaker 1: was about to say that, because you know, dealing with
- 39:34Speaker 1: women as friends, I can see. And then also like
- 39:38Speaker 1: having men you know who go through like the manage
- 39:40Speaker 1: your friend, right, and and he is in a relationship
- 39:44Speaker 1: with a crazy bitch. Yeah, crazy exists on both sides.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Mm hmmy, I hate that, like it's a jack. But
- 39:56Speaker 2: I just have to say this when you say that crazy.
- 39:59Speaker 2: I did this inspection today, right, and this one and
- 40:02Speaker 2: this me and a guy, right, and we're about to
- 40:05Speaker 2: go we win in this women's apartment. We start the inspection,
- 40:08Speaker 2: and all of a sudden, she starts going to fuck
- 40:10Speaker 2: off on the guy that I'm working with. Now, he
- 40:14Speaker 2: has never been to this community before. Uh, the last
- 40:17Speaker 2: inspection was done by different people. When the last time
- 40:20Speaker 2: we were there, our company was there. She was like, yeah,
- 40:23Speaker 2: you was the motherfucker going through my draws sniffing my panties.
- 40:28Speaker 1: I remember you.
- 40:29Speaker 2: He was like, ma'am, I've never been here before. She
- 40:31Speaker 2: I know your motherfucking face. You were sniffing my panties.
- 40:34Speaker 2: You was going through my closet. Why the fuck you
- 40:37Speaker 2: gotta go? And we do have to go into closets
- 40:39Speaker 2: because we have to look for like structural damages, holes,
- 40:41Speaker 2: things like that, so we have to look in there.
- 40:43Speaker 2: It's not nobody's looking at your draws.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Promise, I promise nobody.
- 40:51Speaker 2: This lady went crazy on us.
- 40:54Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I just had to throw that out there.
- 40:58Speaker 3: So what I got to do in relationship benefits without
- 41:01Speaker 3: relationship just be crazy?
- 41:03Speaker 1: Bitches? Do be quite right? All right? Should me saying
- 41:06Speaker 1: bitches be crazy? That didn't have nothing to do with that.
- 41:11Speaker 1: So what Tam said was a lot of people want
- 41:14Speaker 1: relationship benefits without relationship responsibilities? So are we agreeing with that?
- 41:19Speaker 1: I think I agree with that. With that, I guess
- 41:23Speaker 1: I would have to look up what our relationship responsibilities?
- 41:27Speaker 1: You know, got you very one? I mean, that's not
- 41:30Speaker 1: every relationship. So whatever it is for your relationship, right,
- 41:34Speaker 1: So that's kind of vague because you know, people have
- 41:37Speaker 1: different boundaries, different codes and ship they got set for
- 41:40Speaker 1: their relationships.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Yeah, but cheating should always be one of the ones
- 41:44Speaker 2: that you like, because I mean, is it cheating, it's
- 41:50Speaker 2: not cheating if you have a boundary around it, it's
- 41:52Speaker 2: no longer cheating.
- 41:54Speaker 1: If you don't have a boundary around it, like it's cool.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, then we can't technology cheating your relationship.
- 42:02Speaker 1: Just open, right, that's what That's what y'all do. I
- 42:06Speaker 1: think I think a lot of women want to be wives,
- 42:09Speaker 1: but they really don't even know what all that entails. Right.
- 42:12Speaker 1: That's a huge responsibility to be a wife because I
- 42:15Speaker 1: look at some of my friends who got multiple kids
- 42:18Speaker 1: and they've been married for a while, Like them motherfuckers,
- 42:21Speaker 1: the monsters man like just with life for the kids,
- 42:27Speaker 1: not the wives, you know what I'm saying. They real
- 42:29Speaker 1: life helpmates for their husband. A lot of times they
- 42:33Speaker 1: are the boss. Right you would think the husband because
- 42:35Speaker 1: he's making money, he's the He's not the boss. M
- 42:42Speaker 1: The monsters at life like they beast. You know what
- 42:44Speaker 1: I'm saying yeah, like good not bad. You thought I
- 42:49Speaker 1: was calling the kids monsters? What was the boss? No,
- 42:54Speaker 1: they just be beast at life. You know, like girls
- 42:57Speaker 1: is tired.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it's their energy that keeps that, that has that
- 43:04Speaker 1: basically carried the family essentially. Yeah. So I don't know.
- 43:09Speaker 1: I think a lot of things that we ask for
- 43:11Speaker 1: as women for relationships, a lot of us aren't ready
- 43:13Speaker 1: for that ship man, because you know, I've lived with
- 43:16Speaker 1: the man twice in life and man, listen, I don't
- 43:19Speaker 1: really want to live in No, but I don't want
- 43:20Speaker 1: the responsibility having to cook foo nigga every night. I
- 43:23Speaker 1: don't just want having to clean up after somebody. I
- 43:25Speaker 1: don't feel like that should just be solely a woman's responsibility.
- 43:28Speaker 1: So again, you know, responsibility in the relationship looks different
- 43:31Speaker 1: from relationship. Yeah, because if.
- 43:36Speaker 2: I didn't have to work, I wouldn't mind cleaning up.
- 43:39Speaker 1: You say that right until you're actually you're actually doing it.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Because there are some women who don't have to work.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Whole life is financed for by their husbands, right, but
- 43:48Speaker 1: they got kids, they got to take that shit is
- 43:50Speaker 1: actually said a single not a single mom to stay
- 43:52Speaker 1: at home mom actually works eighteen hours a day in between.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I didn't say nothing about mom. I said, I would
- 44:01Speaker 2: just clean it.
- 44:02Speaker 1: Up, but you would get sick of I've lived with
- 44:06Speaker 1: a man that I wasn't working, and I was having
- 44:09Speaker 1: to clean up behind him, and I was frustrated because
- 44:12Speaker 1: you're an adult, you know what I'm saying. Like you
- 44:14Speaker 1: look the bathroom you use get deplorable, and then I
- 44:17Speaker 1: got to come behind you clean it. But he would say,
- 44:20Speaker 1: you're not working. You're an adult. Just because I'm not
- 44:23Speaker 1: working out, I mean, I'm not bringing money. See, people
- 44:25Speaker 1: look at working as you having to do something eight
- 44:28Speaker 1: to five every day like a standard thing. If I'm
- 44:31Speaker 1: bringing in some type of fucking income. But you are
- 44:33Speaker 1: not restricted exactly. I'm not restricted to a schedule. I'm working.
- 44:39Speaker 2: Well, you said no, I'm talking about like not having
- 44:42Speaker 2: to Like you don't have to do anything financially.
- 44:46Speaker 1: You are just set.
- 44:47Speaker 2: Somebody's providing every ounce of everything for you. I don't
- 44:53Speaker 2: know if I would complain about cleaning.
- 44:55Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm probably gonna complain because that's just
- 44:58Speaker 1: what I do. Like, I'm gonna just add that in there. Okay,
- 45:05Speaker 1: being loyal isnn a flex. It's the minimum requirement. You know,
- 45:10Speaker 1: men want a cookie when they're loyal. They want you
- 45:13Speaker 1: to acknowledge that they were a good boy, Like this
- 45:17Speaker 1: should be a given because guess what, you have that
- 45:19Speaker 1: expectation at your women right to not be disloyal and
- 45:24Speaker 1: outside and doing what the fuck you want to do.
- 45:26Speaker 1: So why you think you're supposed to get a cookie
- 45:28Speaker 1: because you went well six months without fucking a bitch? Right?
- 45:34Speaker 2: I agree, being loyal is the standard, not the aflect.
- 45:41Speaker 2: And I think men think that because so many men
- 45:46Speaker 2: have proven to be disloyal or that's the narrative that
- 45:48Speaker 2: we see oftentimes.
- 45:50Speaker 1: So men feel like Lisa ain't cheating on you, right,
- 45:54Speaker 1: is like a flex and it's not right. Oh, I
- 46:00Speaker 1: was gonna say, I I have a girlfriend who you
- 46:03Speaker 1: know her her current partner. He would like throw in
- 46:06Speaker 1: her face that, well, I don't do like basically comparing
- 46:10Speaker 1: himself to the baby daddy. But you also have I
- 46:13Speaker 1: have grievances with you too, right, But you're comparing what
- 46:17Speaker 1: you don't do versus you know what somebody else was
- 46:21Speaker 1: doing to me. So I'm supposed to be okay with
- 46:22Speaker 1: the ship. I'm not okay with with you because it's
- 46:25Speaker 1: better than no. The last year I wasn't okay with Yeah,
- 46:29Speaker 1: Like that's to me, that's kind of abusive.
- 46:30Speaker 2: Man, Like, that's why it's important never to Like if
- 46:33Speaker 2: a nigga was doing you been, never share that with
- 46:35Speaker 2: the new nigga.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Car, I be sharing, and that'd be over. I've stopped
- 46:39Speaker 1: though there's a lot of things I'm not doing no
- 46:41Speaker 1: more after last week.
- 46:45Speaker 2: You make it seem like that man treated you like
- 46:47Speaker 2: queen y'all just wasn't compatible. You know, he was the
- 46:51Speaker 2: great guy, thinking like he can be the bare minimum
- 46:54Speaker 2: because you were comfortable unless.
- 46:57Speaker 1: And I mean either he's a great guy or he's dead. Okay,
- 47:00Speaker 1: that could be your narrative. That is too Car.
- 47:02Speaker 2: You know, just he's dead, then what do if you
- 47:05Speaker 2: run into him?
- 47:07Speaker 1: I mean, he doesn't have to be the X when
- 47:09Speaker 1: you run. He doesn't have to be that X. You
- 47:11Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like, then now you're lying. So
- 47:15Speaker 1: I tell women to lie to men all the time
- 47:17Speaker 1: because they cannot take the truth.
- 47:21Speaker 2: Telling him dead is like saying that he's dead is
- 47:24Speaker 2: like borderline. Uh. Have you seen this documentary on Netflix,
- 47:29Speaker 2: The Maternal Instinct, y'all please watch it? When you get it.
- 47:33Speaker 1: This white lady was crazy as the fuck. She would
- 47:36Speaker 1: go very very far to keep her lives alive. And
- 47:41Speaker 1: I feel like saying that the nigga's dead when he's
- 47:44Speaker 1: walking around alive with that.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Okay, let's go for the next topic. You want to
- 47:54Speaker 2: go to, dating for Yeah? Dating, Okay, dating. The talking
- 48:00Speaker 2: stage is the worst part of the day. I disagree,
- 48:04Speaker 2: it's my favorite.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Man. I wish I could get the talking stage while
- 48:08Speaker 1: in a relationship. Yeah, that's the that like, yes, I
- 48:11Speaker 1: love it. Like y'all just sharing, exchanging all this information
- 48:14Speaker 1: about each other, like likes, dislikes, shit you've been through.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Sometimes that's the funnest thing man, and you just because
- 48:22Speaker 1: it feels new.
- 48:23Speaker 2: And then everybody like presenting their best self. Yeah yeah,
- 48:27Speaker 2: you don't get to see that ugly ship till later. Right,
- 48:31Speaker 2: get a pussy up? Now?
- 48:32Speaker 1: Who the who the fuck is you?
- 48:35Speaker 2: Right? You take you to get steaks and five star meals? Now?
- 48:38Speaker 1: Why you gotta get cheese? Why you gotta biggie size
- 48:41Speaker 1: your ship every time? Damn nigga, I can't supercide.
- 48:48Speaker 2: That's the fat at ship ever, man, America is terrible. Yeah,
- 48:52Speaker 2: supersized and Burger is crazy.
- 48:55Speaker 1: All over here is a large and asia. You know
- 48:57Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 49:00Speaker 2: This is what I remember when I was in the
- 49:02Speaker 2: Ukrainian exchange student and the girls came back here and
- 49:06Speaker 2: we went to bow Jangles. This is like some of
- 49:08Speaker 2: their first American food and they ordered a large drink
- 49:12Speaker 2: and like I was immediately embarrassed at the size of
- 49:15Speaker 2: the drink and I'm so used to it.
- 49:17Speaker 1: But just seeing a foreigner holding this big continuous is
- 49:20Speaker 1: this all mine?
- 49:24Speaker 2: Or is this are we share?
- 49:26Speaker 1: Is this for us to share? Girl?
- 49:28Speaker 2: That's your drink.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Out of my home bag? Ass a cup of tea
- 49:34Speaker 1: sugar loaded. Yes, anyway, America, let's see. Dating apps have
- 49:41Speaker 1: made people pickier and lonelier. I think. I mean, I
- 49:46Speaker 1: consider social media like any social media date now, any
- 49:50Speaker 1: place where you can just access random people when you
- 49:52Speaker 1: feel like it. It's all a hooedex So yeah, I
- 49:56Speaker 1: do think people they don't, you know, maintain their relationships
- 50:01Speaker 1: because you feel like you just go get another one,
- 50:03Speaker 1: and it's like.
- 50:07Speaker 2: The degrees of separation are no longer where they were.
- 50:11Speaker 2: You know, people, there was a time when people to
- 50:13Speaker 2: six someone right in their community. And that's you know,
- 50:16Speaker 2: whatever you saw is what you went with. Now you
- 50:19Speaker 2: can be fucking fly to me. The niggas a ball
- 50:22Speaker 2: boy tomorrow if you meet them and you like, you know, Michael,
- 50:26Speaker 2: So it's crazy.
- 50:27Speaker 1: I've done that. Man, my homeboy had. He's on BLK,
- 50:35Speaker 1: so he showed me. Are you on there? And dating
- 50:45Speaker 1: apps have made people pickier? There's too many choices, too
- 50:50Speaker 1: many options, That's what happened.
- 50:52Speaker 2: I don't enjoy it. I don't even do well on
- 50:54Speaker 2: those dating apps because I feel like I'm talking to
- 50:56Speaker 2: a robot over and over again with a different face
- 50:59Speaker 2: on it.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he showed me. I guess, like how many messages
- 51:03Speaker 1: he had, Like one hundred and eighty something messages in
- 51:06Speaker 1: a day. I'm like, you know how I feel about
- 51:09Speaker 1: the dating apps. A lot of times I feel like,
- 51:11Speaker 1: especially like like pieces of fish. I call it pieces
- 51:14Speaker 1: of fish, plenty of fish. I feel like the women
- 51:16Speaker 1: on their are like we know men are in rotation,
- 51:19Speaker 1: but I feel like the women are in like high
- 51:21Speaker 1: rotation on those apps, right, and they're just getting fucked
- 51:24Speaker 1: by all these same dudes.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Well, plenty of fish.
- 51:28Speaker 1: What you have is cuter? Who's ever? Who's ever? Cuter
- 51:31Speaker 1: on the app. Yeah, well, Plenty of Fish is like
- 51:33Speaker 1: a hook up. It's a hook up.
- 51:36Speaker 2: It's not even like a relations You're not even that's like,
- 51:39Speaker 2: are you down a fuck app? You know?
- 51:41Speaker 1: I got two home girls who got married to niggas
- 51:43Speaker 1: off of Plenty of Fish, but was off Bumbo that
- 51:49Speaker 1: five years ago. Yeah, yeah, no, oh now it's like nasty.
- 51:53Speaker 2: Yeah. People are going on Hinge for like relationship okay,
- 52:01Speaker 2: like that. Tinder used to be like a relationship app,
- 52:04Speaker 2: but now it's a hook cup app.
- 52:05Speaker 1: To you know, Shira a sprinkle Sprinkle on Instagram.
- 52:09Speaker 2: People keep asking me that I don't know, but you
- 52:11Speaker 2: don't subscribe to her?
- 52:12Speaker 1: A girl all out Shira shere. I've been around for
- 52:14Speaker 1: a long time. Girl. She must have been on in
- 52:16Speaker 1: and on YouTube and shift for fifteen years. Yah, calling
- 52:19Speaker 1: niggas Dusty's. But recently she put up a post and
- 52:23Speaker 1: she likeing date liking like dating apps to you know,
- 52:28Speaker 1: doing a job interview, like like what makes you think
- 52:31Speaker 1: this nigga's gonna pick you for the job off this app?
- 52:34Speaker 1: And then versus like going out into the actual world.
- 52:37Speaker 1: Those are the CEOs, Those are entrepreneurs. You know what
- 52:40Speaker 1: I'm saying, you an employee on the dating apps do
- 52:44Speaker 1: when you meet somebody like out in the actual world
- 52:47Speaker 1: you're an entrepreneur And I'm like, that makes a lot
- 52:49Speaker 1: of sense. I don't get it. You are interviewing for
- 52:54Speaker 1: these people on the date and apps and not really though, because,
- 52:59Speaker 1: like I people act different face to face versus on
- 53:02Speaker 1: the internet. I feel like people feel like they could
- 53:04Speaker 1: say what they want to say via text, right versus
- 53:07Speaker 1: a face to face interaction. You get a better feel
- 53:10Speaker 1: for people in real life, yeah, I mean a person, yeah, yeah,
- 53:14Speaker 1: versus the app. And I think people will probably like
- 53:17Speaker 1: each other more if they were to meet in person
- 53:21Speaker 1: versus on a dating app because regardless of what. Yeah,
- 53:24Speaker 1: people get relationships relationships off those app but it's a
- 53:27Speaker 1: lot of fucking. There's a lot of fucking and hooking
- 53:30Speaker 1: up on all of them.
- 53:31Speaker 2: Yeah, And I just feel like, if you're a little person,
- 53:36Speaker 2: you should say that, Like, I don't know why you
- 53:38Speaker 2: wouldn't tell me that you're a little person. Shout out
- 53:45Speaker 2: to all my little people.
- 53:46Speaker 1: But damn like that little person. Why a dick girl,
- 53:50Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man, y'all been sleeping on a little niggas.
- 53:53Speaker 2: No, I'm talking about like for real little person like.
- 53:56Speaker 1: The bay booty and short arms. Yeah, oh shit, no,
- 53:59Speaker 1: see can you tell me he played to me and
- 54:02Speaker 1: he jumps off chains. I was like, oh, we had fun, though,
- 54:09Speaker 1: Did you pick him up at the end of the night.
- 54:11Speaker 2: I did not. He was a good time.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Like I wouldn't walk out on him because he was
- 54:18Speaker 1: a little person.
- 54:19Speaker 2: But it was just like, I feel like that's something
- 54:20Speaker 2: you should share, you know.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Like you on there with that regular normal sized head.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Right taking pictures of chest upright. Friendship h hmm, oh
- 54:40Speaker 2: go ahead. Some friendships survived only because of history.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Yes, same thing relationships, Yeah, super agreeing. I used to
- 54:49Speaker 1: think my relationships, my friendships weren't supposed to end. Like
- 54:52Speaker 1: it's devastating. I talk about it all the time. There
- 54:54Speaker 1: are some friendships that I lost that that ship hurts
- 54:57Speaker 1: my feelings. But fucking bitches, right, But yeah, Like I
- 55:03Speaker 1: really don't agree that people grow aparthough as adults. I
- 55:07Speaker 1: feel like somebody just start acting like a bitch and
- 55:09Speaker 1: then now you're not friends no more. Or somebody always
- 55:11Speaker 1: been harboring some shit and now you're not friends no more.
- 55:16Speaker 2: I don't know, because I have people who like I
- 55:18Speaker 2: still love, but just distancing. Time got in between us
- 55:22Speaker 2: and we don't talk as much as we used to.
- 55:24Speaker 2: But I will still consider them a friend, just maybe
- 55:28Speaker 2: not a close friend anymore.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Those be the best friends though, right Like my friend Calen,
- 55:32Speaker 1: who lives in Atlanta, we barely talk. When we do talk,
- 55:35Speaker 1: we be having to schedule our talks because when we
- 55:37Speaker 1: walk around here on the phone, were on the phone
- 55:38Speaker 1: for hours. I have multiple friends like that and we
- 55:41Speaker 1: just catch up. But those are some of my best friends. Yeah.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Then I have friends that like I love that I
- 55:46Speaker 2: haven't talked to in years. You know, time and space
- 55:51Speaker 2: happened and it wasn't like anything personal or just time
- 55:57Speaker 2: and space. But then there are some that I have
- 56:01Speaker 2: had friendships where I look up and I was like, bitch, why.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Am are your friend? Like right, good?
- 56:07Speaker 2: Right now, we're still friends. We're only friends because we
- 56:10Speaker 2: were friends since the second grade. But you ain't doing
- 56:13Speaker 2: shit with yourself. You mean to hell, you like doing
- 56:19Speaker 2: like trash ass shit scamming people like I don't like,
- 56:22Speaker 2: we're not the same anymore and we don't have in common, right,
- 56:27Speaker 2: so let's just move on?
- 56:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I guess friendships are also just like
- 56:32Speaker 1: your romantic relationships. Y'all have to go together, right because
- 56:35Speaker 1: if y'all not growing together, you're growing apart. Not every
- 56:41Speaker 1: friend deserves access to every part of your life the
- 56:45Speaker 1: great Absolutely everybody has their purpose, you know what I'm saying.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Like some people you can't take certain places right, and
- 56:53Speaker 1: then sometimes maybe that person can't go with you for real,
- 56:57Speaker 1: to the next level of life. You might have to
- 56:58Speaker 1: let them go, you know, because certain things aren't supposed
- 57:03Speaker 1: to happen for you because that person is in your life,
- 57:05Speaker 1: so it's not gonna happen to that person is not
- 57:06Speaker 1: in your life no more. So that's how you have
- 57:08Speaker 1: to look at things. Sometimes God be making space.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Or you know, I have friends that you know. You
- 57:16Speaker 2: take your friends for who they are, and you know
- 57:18Speaker 2: who they are, right and you know some of their
- 57:21Speaker 2: shortcomings and their strengths. And I do have relationships with
- 57:26Speaker 2: people who there's just certain things I just wouldn't share
- 57:28Speaker 2: with them because one they might just be too judging,
- 57:32Speaker 2: like this is my.
- 57:33Speaker 1: Judging homegirls they gonna tell their husband or right.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Are they gonna tell their husband? Or or they just
- 57:40Speaker 2: talkative and it might be up in another group chat
- 57:43Speaker 2: because it was that good, you know, like I know
- 57:45Speaker 2: my friend that you know, I just you know, I
- 57:48Speaker 2: have to be selective on what parts of my life
- 57:51Speaker 2: they can be a part of. And that's okay.
- 57:54Speaker 1: Yeah, yep.
- 58:00Speaker 2: Friends can be jealous of each other.
- 58:03Speaker 1: Those are friends. So I disagree.
- 58:07Speaker 2: I don't feel like because I mean, all right, so
- 58:10Speaker 2: I think jealousy is a natural emotion, right. I don't
- 58:13Speaker 2: think if you felt jealousy, you were a bad person, like,
- 58:20Speaker 2: but I do think if you are someone who's like
- 58:24Speaker 2: it should be me and not them type of bitch. Yeah,
- 58:27Speaker 2: that's where it becomes a problem. Like, you know, because
- 58:31Speaker 2: my friend got.
- 58:32Speaker 1: A burken I was like, oh, bitch, I'm jealous. No,
- 58:36Speaker 1: I say shit like that all the time, But I'm
- 58:38Speaker 1: not like jealous to where I don't want her to
- 58:39Speaker 1: have it. No exactly, I'm like, you lit, bitch, and
- 58:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna get me one eventually, right, just right, Well
- 58:47Speaker 1: if that's the energy, but if it's like a competition,
- 58:51Speaker 1: I'm mad that you got it and I don't got it. Yeah,
- 58:55Speaker 1: saying little slick shit, Yeah yeah.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I wouldn't have got that color, you know.
- 59:00Speaker 1: A little shit like that, like got the color period.
- 59:04Speaker 1: One of the bitches I'm not friends with can't fucking
- 59:07Speaker 1: dress to save her life, bitch. And when I tell
- 59:08Speaker 1: you she never liked anything I had on like it
- 59:11Speaker 1: could be a general consensus that some shit I got
- 59:14Speaker 1: as fly as fuck and I can count on that. Motherfucker.
- 59:16Speaker 1: I don't like that. Get your motherfucking hate that. I
- 59:20Speaker 1: never was the type to say people be hating on me.
- 59:22Speaker 1: I don't. I have been hating on my whole fucking
- 59:25Speaker 1: life for real and just for just existing for real,
- 59:28Speaker 1: just knowing basic, bare minimum shit because people know your capabilities.
- 59:33Speaker 1: That's when they really be jealous of. Right, It's fucking
- 59:36Speaker 1: weird those man. She never liked nothing.
- 59:40Speaker 2: Yeah, like oh that color.
- 59:41Speaker 1: I mean, he's a barking but it's you know, I
- 59:43Speaker 1: don't know.
- 59:46Speaker 2: Like what you man.
- 59:48Speaker 1: She was dating my she was dating one of my
- 59:51Speaker 1: one of my family members, and I remember one day
- 59:55Speaker 1: she called me crying. I just feel like he's intentionally
- 59:58Speaker 1: disagreeing with me. So interesting, interesting, bitch, because I be
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: feeling like that about you. We don't never have a
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: meeting in the minds about nothing, from shoes to motherfucking
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: just anything, religion, anything, never nothing, why are we friends?
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: We don't agree on shit?
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Hell not that I want a damn echo chamber, but
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: god damn, you have to be able, Like that's how
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: you keep confusion down right when people have our alike
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: in some ways? At least let me see. Uh uh,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: some friendship should have an expiration date.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: I feel like that's we already do that. Yeah, what
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: about the one before that? Every friend doesn't need to
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: become family.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I think good friends become family. It be closer to
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: you than your family. So I just the friend thing
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: is like when I love somebody like a friend, and
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: like that's my family, you know what I mean?
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I just feel like once I start I use
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: the term friend is not lightly. I don't use that term.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: Like if it is to a point where I call
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: you my friend, then yeah, you're gonna you're gonna probably
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: become family to me. And then other than that, we're
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: an acquaintance at that point exactly.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Usually somebody used to know. And when we don't talk
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: no more either. And those friends, like one of my friends,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: I still feel like like we're family. We're not related,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: but I just feel like she's a family member. I
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: don't talk to no more. That's how that's how deep
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: my love is for her and care. But I just
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: don't fuck with her at all. And yeah, there's that
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: all right. So the next topic money, Being broke is expensive.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I feel like we had an episode called that. If
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: not we need one because yeah, you got higher interest rates,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: you're gonna pay more for everything you do. All that
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: ship imagine uber ain't too work every day. Yeah, that's
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: so fucked up. It's so messed up because guess what,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: rich affluent people they began free ship. People give them
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: free ship just because they have money, because eventually you're
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: gonna want something from them, right, so let me butter
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: them up with a little I don't know, you go
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: into the Gucci store to sit you down, give you
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: a free glass of wine. It might throw a scarf
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: in your back because you spend so much money with them. Whatever,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: But yes, being broke is highly expensive. It's just it's
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: just this man and I feel like, you know, black people,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: we do a lot of broke rich ship, like we
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: just can't afford to even be doing right like this
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: about the back for my birthday, you said you about
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: to be blonde, right, Yeah, I've seen somebody I seen.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Oh Priscilla home girl had a blonde wig on on
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: Instagram recently, and shit looked so bomb on her.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: It was nicely highlighted. Yeah, IM gonna try something different.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: I've been dark hair forever. I just wanted to jump
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: out there a little crazy mine as well. And it's
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: it's not cheat and I probably shouldn't do it, but
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: here we are, and.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: You do make that wig. You could diet yourself or no.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: I could diet myself, but I don't have time. I
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: just don't have time.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna throw a bag at it. That'll be
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: my gift to myself.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: I bout a sofa. Look at my coach girl. Oh,
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I don't fucking disconnect some ship. Hold on. Yes, finally
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: cashed out.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Wow woman, shit, that's nice. Then it looked cozy too,
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: very very in there.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you got decorated. Nice. But let me tell y'all
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: just right quick. I'm sorry, y'all, I talked too much.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: I already said that my furniture was delivering on Saturday,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: all right, So I got on Friday, furniture was de
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: livering Saturday. My tedy sofas was not in here for
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: thirty minutes and dos pissed on my sofa. She has
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: never peed in the house before, and it's like she
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: was mad. She was at my homegirl Shelly house the
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: whole time while I was out of town. She had
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: a big as king corso over there. Gosha was growling
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: at this big ass dog like she could fight it.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: She said, counts, nigga, fuck no count Yes.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: It also is money. The guy at the furniture store
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: when I was ordering it told me to buy cat
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: double sided tape and just put on things you don't
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: want her on. So now I got double sided table.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: All the ship she usually would be on, but now
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: she get on there like her paw gets stuck and
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: she'd be like the fuck. So I feel like nothing
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: was on this sofa until I put it on there.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: So she was like, let me, I don't know if
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: it was p or throw up. I'm this how much
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: I don't believe she did that shit. I think the
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: damn delivery people pissed on it. That's how much I
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: can't believe my baby pissed on my ship delivery on
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: your couch. Think God is washable.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Some people would rather look rich than become rich.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: Yeah that's what. Yeah, you're wearing all your money.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: I don't think. I don't think it's a situation where
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: they rather look rich than become rich. I think they
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: just try to look rich before they are, you know, yeah,
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: and they end up never becoming rich because they're you're
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: spending your money on aesthetics. Yeah, use all your money
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: you got it on right where you could buy some
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: cheap ship. Bitch, if you got it, you got it, Okay, whatever,
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: it's gonna look good. But I don't think they would
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: rather that ship. Yeah, budgeting is sexier than bottle service. Yeah.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Do you want a nigga that be budgeting? Though?
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: That's all That's why I was like, for me or
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: for him, I do it?
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Okay, bottle service Like, to me, it's just like inflation
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: in the nightclubs and the bars and stuff like that.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: But I started thinking about how much I could have
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: got this whole bottle for it stayed at the house.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: Yeah, here's the thing. If it's my man, then I'm like,
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: do we need to buy that? But if it's not
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: my man, I'd be like yeah, yeah.
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: Period. But then when you become my man, I'd be like,
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: I feel like it's my money, right, your money is
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: my money, so I don't want you spending my money
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: like that. But let me tell you, I went to flirt.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Shout out to flirt, Shout out to Kifi uh in
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: Charlotte the first time Saturday night we had to be
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: more grateful. Festival out here. I heard it was great.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I did not get to go.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: Yeah, and I went to flirt, and I like the
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: strip club people still getting money. I was walking through
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: the strip club and it felt like it was a
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: fall day because of how much ones was on the floor.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: It felt like I was wrestling through leaves, that's how much.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: And I was like, we just if we could just
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: be throwing money on the floor and be complaining about
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: our communities. Yeah, we're the only people who do that.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I mean, wait, people flex in other ways, right, So
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: we always say, well, rich people don't do this. Y'all
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: don't know what they do because y'all wann't be around them.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: Which people really do flex. Did y'all see them fucking
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: yachts in Monaco? Yeah, that's their flex. That's the type
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: of flex I want from my people. Like, where's our
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: fucking boat? That's where I want to be at.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: I was like, I don't want to be in this
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: strip club and all this mody on the floor, right, Monca.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: But then there's a whole other level from that, right
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: because the uber uber rich, they aren't in Monoco on
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: the yacht. They're not there. Those people in Monoco on
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: the yard, Monica on the yacht they are. Now they're
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: trying to impress the next person that's probably not even
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: a both they on. They probably rented that boat to
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: even be there, right, so that the uber uber rich
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: is looking down on the motherfuckers on the.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: Yacht like right, like, babe, we own SpaceX, We about
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: to go to bars.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Bitch, you ain't fucking with us. We're on a private island. Like,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: look at these souls? Release the Epstein files. What's the
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: social media? Most people are performing happiness online? I agree.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: I just don't post if I'm not happy, like I
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: have a like I am. I think I'm too too
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: fucking real, Like I want to be a low fake.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna start being low fake because being too real
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: is holding me back.
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: I don't hold me back, man, I don't be posting
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: where I'm happy or saying I got to just start
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: posting so right.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: I don't know, I just I don't know. I'd be
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: just feeling like everything has to be perfect before I
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: do a thing. And that's the problem. You just have
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: to just do there what you are every time.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: Just do it.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: Just do the thing you wanna. You wanna be a blogger,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: just do it wherever you know, use your cell phone.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: You don't have to have the big camera and all
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: that ship. Just let's pick two more. Let's go to
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: men versus women. Men fall in love faster than women.
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: I can't speak to that one. I think it's fifty
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: to fifty, you think. So you know those Instagram posts
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: where people are like who was the first to say
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: I love you? It's usually the women the first. I mean,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: I'll tell who's the first to say it and who's
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: the first to feel it? Though? Right right? Because I mean,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: you fuck around be saying I love you because the
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: dick and you got this niggas just right love that dick.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: It was feeling good at the moment. Yeah, So, I
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: don't know. I know men. I believe that men take
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: love more serious. Right when they do fall in love,
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: even if they're fucking up, they don't expect you to
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: leave them because they love you so much. It's like
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: controlling at that point. I don't know. I think men
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: men only really love probably once for real. I think
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: women we be in love with the next nigga.
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: Every three months, and then they were like, you happen
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: to like somebody I talked to? Like what happened to
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: the guys that you were telling me about that? I'm like,
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: which way?
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: You gotta be more specific? Be more specific? All right,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: let's see we could have probably saved some of these chialls,
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: some of them kind of good.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe we can come back and try this episode again,
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: because it's just fine. Men get less emotional support than women.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: I think that's because they don't share enough, right, we can't.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: I can't help you if you are unwilling to tell
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: me what's up. You aren't willing to be like, you know,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: vulnerable with me. I can't tell you must not be
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: able to be vulnerable.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: They'd be afraid to be vulnerable with us.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: We have to say in fears, like I always say,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: I've never been with a man who did not use
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: my vulnerability against me in the midst of an argument. Never. Yeah,
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: mean people do shit like that. I've done that. I cannot.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: I can admit that I've done that before, but I
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: won't even I won't even pretend to because I can
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: be mean, you know. I know that I can be
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: mean spirited.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: But you drove me there though, you know what I'm saying,
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Like when I start being mean, like you have probably
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: like pushed me to my limit and now I don't
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: give a fuck no more generally, but that's not something
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: I'm proud of.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: And that's what I feel like something that I would
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: work on in my next relationship is not because when
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: Michelle Obamabie, like when they go low, I go high,
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: and I just be like I'd be going to hell.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: When they go low. I work with that. I want
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: to be the littlest person, bitch. I don't want to
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: be the biggest person.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: I don't want the biggest better though, because I never
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: feel good after I do that. Like Aster, it's all said,
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: it done in the smoke settles, I never feel good
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: about it, you know.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: So it just depends, you know what I'm say, because
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: I feel like I'd be sparing people and I feel
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: like I take a lot of heat and then I
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: just you know, if I lash out, you know, usually
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: it's with much intent. Yeah, me too, but after I
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: feel bad about it. Afterwards.
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I never feel good about like when I went,
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: because I just feel like my frequency be so high
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: a lot. You know, I'll be happy, you know, in
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: spite of like that's my energy. I just be trying
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: to be happy, go lucky. And then when I someone
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: take me there, it's like I'm knocked off.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: I let you not allow them free, you know. Yeah,
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: that's one thing I'm not doing anymore. Right, I'm not
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: because you know, as a Gemini, like we be mirroring people, right,
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: so I'm not. I'm not I'm not matching energy anymore.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I'm you know, and I'm just not. I'm just not bitch.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: If I feel like some shit I to get like
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: kind of I'm just getting out of there. I'm hang up.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: I'm not going back and forth. I've been saying I
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: argue with people, and I haven't been arguing them money.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: I like the last guy I was talking to, he
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: sent me some crazy shit like he he yeah he
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: was like seeing and I know that was a little
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: Colors statement, but he was acting like.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: He looked kind of like Drake.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: He just sent me like this.
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: Crazy ass message, and and typically I would be like,
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: guess what, motherfucker and go off right. I didn't even respond.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: I didn't say nothing back. And I was like, oh,
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: look at the growth, Look at God.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Won't he do it?
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: I was so proud of myself. So that's how I
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: know I'm changing. I didn't even I didn't even respond.
