- 0:22Speaker 2: Happy Monday.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Here we go after a nice, relaxing, rainy weekend in Florida.
- 0:28Speaker 2: I'm Mike Gallagher. He's Mark Davis. Today he's got rain.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Don't invoke rain. That's a knife in my heart. You know,
- 0:36Speaker 2: we got to draw some of that rain here in Texas.
- 0:38Speaker 2: That's more than a month and yesterday's high one o nine.
- 0:42Speaker 2: So please tell me about more than gentle Florida rainfall
- 0:46Speaker 2: and trigger me further.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Yeah, and I love rain. I'm crazy that way. I
- 0:50Speaker 3: don't know why I like it so much. I mean,
- 0:52Speaker 3: I love a nice rainy afternoon. I sat around and
- 0:55Speaker 3: I binge watched my famous all my favorite crime docs yesterday,
- 0:59Speaker 3: got my I Phil, I got some stuff on the

- 1:36Speaker 3: you had to relax you weekend as well, and we
- 1:38Speaker 3: had a lot of good feedback on our education Friday show.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I like these Friday theme shows. Other we got to
- 1:43Speaker 3: do more of it.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I think that when we take a look at Monday
- 1:46Speaker 2: through Thursday, at examining hot breaking news and what you
- 1:49Speaker 2: just did on your talk show, that Friday's every once
- 1:52Speaker 2: in a while. If there's ever some huge story on
- 1:53Speaker 2: a Friday that we need to do, of course we're
- 1:55Speaker 2: going to do it. I'm not sure if it's an
- 1:56Speaker 2: opportunity to pause, go thirty thousand foot level of education
- 2:01Speaker 2: look at any one of a number of things. Sometimes
- 2:03Speaker 2: it'll be newsy policy related or sometimes pop culture related.
- 2:07Speaker 2: I think that's when we could as if we need
- 2:09Speaker 2: to do this even more let down what's left of
- 2:12Speaker 2: our hair and really just kind of let fly, let
- 2:15Speaker 2: fly with various things out of the deepest processes of
- 2:18Speaker 2: our brains. Why not? Why not?
- 2:20Speaker 3: And I think people got into Friday. We got really
- 2:22Speaker 3: personal about our childhoods and our educational experience and my
- 2:28Speaker 3: rather strict Catholic school upbringing and what that looks like.
- 2:32Speaker 3: And if you know, hey, look, if you wonder why
- 2:35Speaker 3: I am the way I am today getting punched in
- 2:37Speaker 3: the head by sister Rosina a few times.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Everything makes sense to me now.
- 2:43Speaker 3: And your great childhood military brat moving around and diving
- 2:48Speaker 3: into how much you loved history and love studying and
- 2:52Speaker 3: all of that as opposed to me. So it was,
- 2:55Speaker 3: and I want to do more of that. Look, I
- 2:57Speaker 3: keep bagging on you about your reluctant over these electric
- 3:01Speaker 3: vehicles and this autonomous driving and these robotaxis and the
- 3:06Speaker 3: full service driving. I don't know why, but on Twitter
- 3:09Speaker 3: on x I keep getting this, this whole thread. The
- 3:12Speaker 3: algorithms are pointing me to all the people raving about
- 3:15Speaker 3: h full service driving.
- 3:17Speaker 2: From tech Faliso the convert My conversion is underway. I
- 3:20Speaker 2: don't know my personal conversion. In fact, you sent me
- 3:23Speaker 2: a thing Listen, we're going to gear up to some
- 3:25Speaker 2: Lindsey Clancy, some Iran who knows what, especially on a Monday.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Let's build slowly. You sent me a wonderful tweet, a
- 3:33Speaker 2: post from somebody who flat out said, I feel sorry
- 3:36Speaker 2: for people that remain standoffish about full about f FSD.
- 3:41Speaker 2: What's the brief full service drive FSD? Yep, full self
- 3:46Speaker 2: full self driving. Yeah, and I'm there's fear of the unknown.
- 3:51Speaker 2: I just know that thing's going to drive me off
- 3:53Speaker 2: a bridge or or ram me into somebody. But it's
- 3:56Speaker 2: just not And I know that that moment, by moment,
- 3:59Speaker 2: it clearly by deaf mission is safer than any human driver,
- 4:02Speaker 2: even me.
- 4:03Speaker 3: And it's and it's so much more relaxing that the
- 4:07Speaker 3: driving experience. You don't really appreciate how kind of stressful
- 4:13Speaker 3: it is even have your hands on the wheel, to
- 4:16Speaker 3: have your foot on the gas, to have your foot
- 4:18Speaker 3: on the brake. You're changing lanes. You want to make
- 4:20Speaker 3: sure you're not missing anybody in a bl spot.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Next thing, where's the next eggsit? Where am I really? Yeah?
- 4:26Speaker 2: And you don't worry about that.
- 4:28Speaker 3: And you know I've shared that you know somebody close
- 4:30Speaker 3: to me when my kids has a Tesla and I've
- 4:32Speaker 3: ridden it for hours and hours, I've driven it for hours,
- 4:36Speaker 3: and he's got full, full service or full I guess
- 4:39Speaker 3: it's full self drive.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Full sell. Yeah, full full service driving is another feature
- 4:44Speaker 2: yet to be that's a whole different ball. Drive different bucks. Yeah,
- 4:49Speaker 2: no kidding. The seat vibrates and then who knows what
- 4:52Speaker 2: happens after that.
- 4:53Speaker 3: But you get in the car, you put in your
- 4:55Speaker 3: seat belt, you put in the destination one, two, three,
- 4:58Speaker 3: Main Street, and you click full FSD. You don't touch
- 5:02Speaker 3: anything again, and it drives you, and it slows down
- 5:06Speaker 3: and it merges and it accelerates it, and it takes
- 5:10Speaker 3: all the stress and the tension I stress probably in
- 5:13Speaker 3: the right word, but tension to driving, and it eliminates it.
- 5:17Speaker 3: So anyway, I want to dive into that. Maybe we'll
- 5:19Speaker 3: do a Maybe we'll do an EV because you read
- 5:21Speaker 3: it an EV you said a.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Week and I did. And it's funny because it wasn't
- 5:25Speaker 2: full service anything. But I took our SUV in and
- 5:30Speaker 2: it's funny because I tell you what, maybe full full
- 5:34Speaker 2: time car talk. Well, you've ever taken a car in
- 5:37Speaker 2: for service? Yep? What's the percentage of time that they've
- 5:40Speaker 2: given you.
- 5:40Speaker 1: A loaner.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Is a loaner always available, most of the time available.
- 5:43Speaker 2: What's been your general fifty to fifty? I mean, it's
- 5:46Speaker 2: kind of a perk, it's a luxury. It kind of
- 5:48Speaker 2: depends on the dealership. Some of the dealerships are real
- 5:50Speaker 2: good at it, but others are not. We've dealt with one.
- 5:52Speaker 2: One of the reasons we've stayed with a particular make
- 5:54Speaker 2: and so I'll I'll tell you it's the good people
- 5:56Speaker 2: at Lexis is because our particular dealership they've just never failed.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Just man, you want a loaner, but please go ahead.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And so they had a real loaner crunch and they said,
- 6:06Speaker 2: we're not gonna be able to give you an suv.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Is I don't care, Just give me something, right, I
- 6:08Speaker 2: don't have to sit here for two and a half hours.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And then they said, well, you know, we do have
- 6:13Speaker 2: an SUV we can give you. They're looking kind of cagy, like,
- 6:15Speaker 2: what is it ten years old? Is there a dead
- 6:17Speaker 2: body in the bag? Is it? But it's electric? And
- 6:20Speaker 2: I went, okay, no problem. Is it charged up? You know,
- 6:24Speaker 2: because Homie does not do range anxiety. And it was
- 6:26Speaker 2: one of these Lexus r z x E v blah
- 6:30Speaker 2: blah blah. And here's the thing, because one of the
- 6:33Speaker 2: reasons I maintained my love for the internal combustion engine
- 6:36Speaker 2: is I'm a big fan of the V eight. I've
- 6:38Speaker 2: lamented six is are fine, they're pretty peppy, but I
- 6:41Speaker 2: just like the fully throated V eight. But I got
- 6:44Speaker 2: to tell you, Mike, this thing, this little, this little
- 6:47Speaker 2: mid size suv. They gave me the pickup on that.
- 6:50Speaker 2: I was pressed back like I was launching off the carrier,
- 6:53Speaker 2: you know, Saratoga. It was a I mean, it had
- 6:56Speaker 2: pick up and acceleration like nothing. It was absolutely You
- 7:03Speaker 2: go zero to sixty in a Tesla in about like
- 7:08Speaker 2: two seconds. Good.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Oh no, it's crazy, it's insane. You feel like you're
- 7:13Speaker 3: on an absolute roller coaster. Oh, there's no problem with acceleration.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Now you're not here in the big rev of the engine. Obviously,
- 7:21Speaker 3: you know it's a different kind of experience. But look,
- 7:24Speaker 3: let's take some time Friday.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Let's do automotive Friday Friday, automotive frame very good, let's
- 7:30Speaker 2: do it.
- 7:31Speaker 3: And I don't know anything about trust me. I wouldn't
- 7:33Speaker 3: know how to change a spark plug if you put
- 7:34Speaker 3: a gun to my head.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But in our middle segment we'll talk about pulling the
- 7:37Speaker 2: linkage on a sixty seven Chevy Nova.
- 7:39Speaker 3: So yes, yes, by the way, quick, quick shout out
- 7:43Speaker 3: to Lexus, And you just gave me a really warm
- 7:45Speaker 3: memory of my Dinase, her favorite car of all time.
- 7:49Speaker 3: And I can still see her tooling around in that
- 7:52Speaker 3: little two door hardtop convertible Lexus used to make the
- 7:57Speaker 3: four four fourth. It was an SC four thirty.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I know that I can find my car. Key's crazy.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Those are cool, heavy car, but low and to the
- 8:09Speaker 2: ground and drove like a dream hard top convertible, two seat.
- 8:13Speaker 3: We had a blue We had a blue SC four
- 8:16Speaker 3: thirty from Lexus with like a brown, rich brown leather interior.
- 8:21Speaker 3: She oh, well, she loved that car. And we'd put
- 8:23Speaker 3: that top down and we'd drive around Keller and South
- 8:26Speaker 3: Lake and think we were big shots. We had so
- 8:29Speaker 3: much fun. So thanks for that great memory. But we'll
- 8:31Speaker 3: kind of revisit that on Friday, Mark, can I can
- 8:34Speaker 3: I bounce off this headline that toward the end of
- 8:36Speaker 3: my show today? But I was so glad for the
- 8:38Speaker 3: timing of eminem extra please because I want to I
- 8:41Speaker 3: want to start with this headline from the New York Post.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Iranian state media broadcast a chilling three minute video fantasizing
- 8:51Speaker 3: about killing Baron Trump, the president's twenty year old son.
- 8:55Speaker 3: The video clip from and this is not some podcast
- 9:00Speaker 3: in his basement. This is from the IRGC. This is
- 9:04Speaker 3: media link to the Islamic Revolutionary Guardcore. The clip is
- 9:08Speaker 3: called where to Kill Baron Trump. He claimed to show
- 9:12Speaker 3: the movements of the president's twenty year old son, claimed
- 9:16Speaker 3: that he is being fully monitored in their words, showing
- 9:20Speaker 3: depictions of the dorms where he lives at New York
- 9:25Speaker 3: University he goes to college there. It also uncovered Baron's
- 9:28Speaker 3: accounts for Xbox, FIFA, video games, and Discord, as well
- 9:34Speaker 3: as two of his classmates who were named now Mark.
- 9:40Speaker 3: And this comes following threats they made on Milania's life
- 9:44Speaker 3: back in July. Two things come to mind, and I'm
- 9:47Speaker 3: going to start the ball rolling and I want to
- 9:49Speaker 3: bounce it off of you. But number one, at what
- 9:51Speaker 3: point does Trump say with these clowns, enough is enough?
- 9:55Speaker 2: Is enough?
- 9:56Speaker 3: Enough pussy footing around? Forget economic sanctions. I'm blowing them
- 10:01Speaker 3: off the map. I've had it I'm not going to
- 10:03Speaker 3: have my family's life threat in this way. Obviously, he
- 10:06Speaker 3: probably can't do that for a variety of reasons, a
- 10:08Speaker 3: myriad of diplomatic and presidential reasons. I understand that, But
- 10:12Speaker 3: he is still a husband, he's still a father, and
- 10:14Speaker 3: he's got to be deeply concerned about these threats on
- 10:18Speaker 3: the lives of his family members. And number two, I
- 10:21Speaker 3: wonder if you've even thought this, but if the unthinkable
- 10:24Speaker 3: occurred and one hair on Milania or Baron or Donald
- 10:30Speaker 3: Trump's head for that matter, or any of the kids,
- 10:33Speaker 3: if the unbelievable, unimaginable would happen, do you know how
- 10:38Speaker 3: many people in this country would be celebrating it? Do
- 10:41Speaker 3: you realize how these people who have now weaponized political
- 10:44Speaker 3: violence and are celebrating Charlie Kirk's assassination and making a
- 10:47Speaker 3: hero out of Luigi, What do you think they do
- 10:49Speaker 3: if they took out one.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Of his kids. There's a mind reading aspect that you
- 10:53Speaker 2: just visit in which I guess happens you know with
- 10:57Speaker 2: us and you know, all the married couples. Because as
- 11:01Speaker 2: you were talking about treachery from the gutter of Iranian
- 11:05Speaker 2: social media, I found myself thinking of treachery, of that
- 11:09Speaker 2: kind of celebratory you know, what if something horrible where
- 11:12Speaker 2: happened to the Trumps. You know, I'm a big fan
- 11:14Speaker 2: of the old adage from William James, the father of
- 11:17Speaker 2: modern psychology, of there's wisdom and knowing whom to ignore.
- 11:20Speaker 2: And I really enjoy ignoring certain things when they just
- 11:23Speaker 2: don't deserve my time. But it's almost like things double back,
- 11:26Speaker 2: and when things are bad enough, you almost have to
- 11:29Speaker 2: pay attention to them. There's something neglectful if you don't.
- 11:32Speaker 2: And that takes me to the Hassan Piker little video
- 11:36Speaker 2: moment where he has a sing songy thing celebrating the
- 11:39Speaker 2: death of Charlie Kirk So in conjunction with what you've
- 11:42Speaker 2: just mentioned and the sad, twisted weirdness that we find
- 11:47Speaker 2: ourselves in it and let you you can always find
- 11:49Speaker 2: people in a cave somewhere with deep mental illness. But
- 11:52Speaker 2: it's not just that anymore. There are people who are
- 11:55Speaker 2: pretty high functioning and go about their daily lives and
- 11:58Speaker 2: go about their business. But if you ask them, all
- 12:00Speaker 2: of the things being equal, would you be okay if Trump,
- 12:02Speaker 2: Mlani or Baron, you know, took a bullet or did
- 12:05Speaker 2: you kind of dig the Charlie Kirk death. I think
- 12:07Speaker 2: we'd be shocked at the number of people who'd be
- 12:09Speaker 2: pretty okay with it.
- 12:11Speaker 3: It's hard to believe that we are where we are
- 12:13Speaker 3: and this happened. This video went viral over the weekend.
- 12:17Speaker 3: This podcaster who you know. To me, he's not the problem,
- 12:21Speaker 3: Hassan Piker isn't the problem. It's the Democrat politicians who
- 12:25Speaker 3: cozy up to him. I'm trying to think what the
- 12:28Speaker 3: media would be doing right now if all the Republican
- 12:32Speaker 3: candidates for office, or many of them, to be fair,
- 12:34Speaker 3: not all of them, but many of them, if there
- 12:36Speaker 3: was this wave of tea party conservatives. Let's say there was,
- 12:40Speaker 3: let's go, let's just do a hypothetical tea party style
- 12:45Speaker 3: conservatives coming along. And there's a podcaster who is openly
- 12:50Speaker 3: celebrating and laughing at the assassination of a prominent left
- 12:54Speaker 3: leaning commentator, and a movement attached to political violin and
- 13:01Speaker 3: putting making a hero out of Luigi Mango and or
- 13:04Speaker 3: Tyler Robinson mocking the death of Charlie. We're coming up
- 13:08Speaker 3: on the one year anniversary that you know what they'd
- 13:11Speaker 3: do to that movement, they'd shut it down. It would
- 13:13Speaker 3: be NonStop, relentless criticism there. They would be deep platformed,
- 13:19Speaker 3: they'd be dem Everything that you could imagine what happened
- 13:21Speaker 3: would happened to them. But to the Democrats, to to
- 13:24Speaker 3: abdul l si Ed and all these squad members and
- 13:28Speaker 3: all these people who are.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Playing tess, big tips, welcome big tent.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Sure, come on in, come one, come on, come on
- 13:36Speaker 3: in Hassan. And this they're not. They're not not only
- 13:39Speaker 3: not denouncing him, Mark, but they are welcoming his support.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Benny Sanders' own reply was, he's got millions of followers.
- 13:48Speaker 2: He's got millions of followers. Well, okay, that doesn't make
- 13:51Speaker 2: it okay, And as you properly said, it's not a
- 13:55Speaker 2: large number. It is the socialist leaning DSA flavored turned
- 13:59Speaker 2: up to a eleven or twelve style of Democrat that's
- 14:02Speaker 2: enjoying some success at this moment in history. These are
- 14:06Speaker 2: the folks who can't bring themselves to show the basic
- 14:09Speaker 2: decency to distance from a monster like this. I hope,
- 14:13Speaker 2: I hope decent people. I mean, what do we really
- 14:16Speaker 2: hope for. I've heard the theory that normal, decent, old
- 14:19Speaker 2: school Democrats, just people who happen to be more liberal
- 14:22Speaker 2: than you and I are, would take a look at
- 14:23Speaker 2: this and it would somehow suppress their voting instincts in November.
- 14:27Speaker 2: You know, a guy can dream, A guy can dream.
- 14:30Speaker 3: But I love the post that misfit patriot over on
- 14:34Speaker 3: x who I follow pointed out they played the clip
- 14:37Speaker 3: of this it was like a sing along to the
- 14:39Speaker 3: assassination of Charlie Kirk. We are Charlie Kirk, we fight
- 14:44Speaker 3: for the Lord.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Ha ha ha.
- 14:46Speaker 3: They're mocking his faith, mocking his beliefs, mocking his Christianity,
- 14:50Speaker 3: mocking the assassination. And the misfit patriot wrote, yes, this
- 14:54Speaker 3: is evil, and no I'm not mad about it. Quite
- 14:57Speaker 3: the opposite. Actually, Hassan is going to sing handedly sink
- 15:01Speaker 3: the Democrats chances of winning in November. He's got so
- 15:04Speaker 3: much clout. The DSA candidates won't denounce him, and the
- 15:08Speaker 3: establishment won't denounce the DSA. Every moderate on the left
- 15:13Speaker 3: is disgusted with crap like this. A lot of them
- 15:15Speaker 3: are going to stay home in November. Never interrupt your
- 15:18Speaker 3: enemy when they're making a mistake, solid logic. I'd like
- 15:23Speaker 3: to believe that that's right.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Logic I think as a little bit of wishful thinking.
- 15:26Speaker 2: If we I mean we also as you and I
- 15:28Speaker 2: will say every other day, if not more often. The
- 15:31Speaker 2: meltdown of the other side and the painting themselves into
- 15:35Speaker 2: several uncomfortable corners is lovely. But we still got to
- 15:38Speaker 2: finish the war coherently. We've still got to find some
- 15:42Speaker 2: way of addressing affordability. We've still got to come across
- 15:45Speaker 2: as the superior choice. Having the other side meltdown doesn't
- 15:48Speaker 2: automatically mean we earn them, but it's it's I call
- 15:52Speaker 2: it good problem to have. I mean, that's you know,
- 15:55Speaker 2: it's it's just it's an amazing spectacle here in twenty
- 15:58Speaker 2: twenty six to see where the bar is set for
- 16:01Speaker 2: where you say, nope, we just don't. No party wants
- 16:04Speaker 2: to say, hey, we don't want you, because it's always
- 16:06Speaker 2: about inclusion, and the big Tent is a concept that
- 16:08Speaker 2: I understand, But you don't open the tent and welcome
- 16:11Speaker 2: in people as monstrous as this. Well.
- 16:14Speaker 3: I loved Greg Gabbatt's take on this with Jonathan carl
- 16:18Speaker 3: Over on ABC this Week. Let's listen to this together,
- 16:20Speaker 3: because the Texas governor points out that Americans November three
- 16:24Speaker 3: are going to have a choice. And the choice is
- 16:27Speaker 3: really really clear. Here's the way the Texas governor laid
- 16:31Speaker 3: it out.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Listen, what matters in elections is not in August. What
- 16:37Speaker 4: matters in elections is November. And I know what's going
- 16:40Speaker 4: to happen in November, and that is there's a choice
- 16:42Speaker 4: at the ballot box. And when those voters go in,
- 16:45Speaker 4: they're going to choose between common sense, this offer bout
- 16:48Speaker 4: Republicans versus the crazy this offer but them.
- 16:52Speaker 3: And that is the choice, common sense versus crazy. It is,
- 16:55Speaker 3: and I wonder if Americans are going to choose crazy.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I'm telling you my theory. I think it still holds
- 17:01Speaker 3: water here. I think it holds up. They think we're
- 17:04Speaker 3: crazy for our America First movement. They think Trump is nuts,
- 17:07Speaker 3: they think Maga is you know, off the rails, and
- 17:11Speaker 3: their attitude is, well, if you can't beat them, let's
- 17:14Speaker 3: join and let's be crazier, let's embrace violence. Let's go communists,
- 17:18Speaker 3: let's go full blown Marxist, let's be let's go as
- 17:22Speaker 3: crazy and far left as we can go. That's going
- 17:25Speaker 3: to get attention, that's going to get some primary votes
- 17:28Speaker 3: and maybe, just maybe that's how we will win. I
- 17:31Speaker 3: don't know.
- 17:33Speaker 2: A key to our success if we're able to play
- 17:34Speaker 2: the other side of that hand, is that for all
- 17:36Speaker 2: that to happen, and also for people to look at
- 17:38Speaker 2: Republicans and not necessarily decide, hey, I'm going to become conservative,
- 17:42Speaker 2: even though that would be awesome. But again, to use
- 17:44Speaker 2: the term that you've used, and that is common sense
- 17:46Speaker 2: to say, and this sound Trump won twice, someone say
- 17:49Speaker 2: three times. Is not just by convincing everybody the conservatism
- 17:52Speaker 2: is awesome, which it is, but just by saying we
- 17:54Speaker 2: just seem to run things better. We seem to run
- 17:57Speaker 2: things better, and the governor is correct. Voters will have
- 18:00Speaker 2: a choice on November third, just as Mike, people looking
- 18:03Speaker 2: to lose weight have a choice on the various ways
- 18:05Speaker 2: that they can undertake shots. They can do punitive diets,
- 18:09Speaker 2: but no, we say no, We say the wise choice
- 18:12Speaker 2: is PhD weight loss.
- 18:14Speaker 3: See your small sea lead in, your your your hokey
- 18:18Speaker 3: tie in beats what I was going to do. Because
- 18:20Speaker 3: you said we run things better. I was going to say, well,
- 18:24Speaker 3: Eccho runs a great platform for great entertaining.
- 18:26Speaker 2: We'll get it. We'll get to that. I know, I know,
- 18:29Speaker 2: but don't don't. Don't don't float that. I hang on
- 18:32Speaker 2: to that. That would have been great one at a time,
- 18:35Speaker 2: any of time. Nobody heard that. Nobody heard that. Nobody.
- 18:37Speaker 3: PhD Weight Loss Doctor Ashley's program a brilliant thing of beauty.
- 18:42Speaker 3: You can get on a program where you're never hungry.
- 18:45Speaker 3: We're going to give you an offer where they're going
- 18:46Speaker 3: to add two free weeks to the program PhD Weight Loss,
- 18:50Speaker 3: which means that you know, two free weeks and they'll
- 18:52Speaker 3: pay for the cost of your food, which is a
- 18:54Speaker 3: fifteen hundred dollars value. Look, it's not a secret, it's
- 18:57Speaker 3: not the most inexpensive program, but for my money, it
- 19:01Speaker 3: was worth every penny that is invested. Because you can
- 19:04Speaker 3: try to count points, you can try to count calories,
- 19:06Speaker 3: you can do crazy workouts at the gym, or you
- 19:08Speaker 3: can just lose the weight and keep it off for
- 19:10Speaker 3: good by following what your your nutritions, your own personal
- 19:14Speaker 3: guide will tell you to do. Use their food, use
- 19:17Speaker 3: your own food, use a little bit of both, which
- 19:19Speaker 3: is what I've always done. I took off over fifty
- 19:22Speaker 3: pounds four or five years ago, and then when I
- 19:24Speaker 3: needed to lose another ten or fifteen. Recently, I lost
- 19:27Speaker 3: thirty because I know what to do now thanks to
- 19:29Speaker 3: PhD Weight Loss, make that call Age sixty four six
- 19:32Speaker 3: four four nineteen hundred mentioned Mike and Mark two free
- 19:35Speaker 3: weeks added to the program free for all. The food
- 19:37Speaker 3: is covered as well. Age sixty four six four four
- 19:40Speaker 3: nineteen hundred. That's eighty six four six four four nineteen hundred.

- 19:48Speaker 2: You could say that if Republicans win, it's because we
- 19:51Speaker 2: are offering things that a wide variety of people will enjoy.
- 19:54Speaker 2: That they see the Republican message and they say, you
- 19:56Speaker 2: know something, this is something that we can feel confident
- 19:59Speaker 2: about that that would be the secret of Republican appeal,
- 20:02Speaker 2: wouldn't you?
- 20:04Speaker 3: Well, absolutely, and I'm feeling very confident about a platform
- 20:08Speaker 3: that will give you entertainment and movies and TV shows
- 20:11Speaker 3: that'll put a big smile on your face. It's called Echel.
- 20:15Speaker 3: The stars of Duck Dynasty came up with this. Willie
- 20:17Speaker 3: and Corey Robertson. They teamed up with this great company, Echel,
- 20:21Speaker 3: creating a brand new, one of a kind streaming platform
- 20:24Speaker 3: that's entirely focused on faith and family. You can watch
- 20:27Speaker 3: TV shows and movies with your kids, again, with your grandkids,
- 20:31Speaker 3: with neighbors. And not only do get movies and TV
- 20:33Speaker 3: shows that you can watch with everybody, you'll get podcasts
- 20:36Speaker 3: that make your commute a little more exciting and every
- 20:39Speaker 3: like we hope this one makes you a little excited.
- 20:42Speaker 2: And you'll get daily.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Devotionals too, quick snippets of prayer and scripture to help
- 20:45Speaker 3: you start your morning grounded. Best part, you get all
- 20:48Speaker 3: of it mark for only five eighty three a month,
- 20:51Speaker 3: just five eighty three a month. Super easy to sign
- 20:55Speaker 3: up Eckel, and thank goodness, the timing is perfect. Thank
- 20:58Speaker 3: goodness that Echel came just the right time in America's history.
- 21:02Speaker 2: It it's hard. I mean, you got families, you got things,
- 21:04Speaker 2: and and again we focused a lot on you know,
- 21:05Speaker 2: you got kids, and what's say for the kids. There
- 21:07Speaker 2: are plenty of grown ups who every once in a
- 21:09Speaker 2: while just get tired of the constant barrage of sex
- 21:12Speaker 2: and gratuitous violence and objectionable things. And folks of all
- 21:15Speaker 2: ages are just looking for things that are safe but
- 21:18Speaker 2: not dumb, things that have quality but don't contain all
- 21:21Speaker 2: of those objectionable things, and Echel e kkl echel dot com.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Echol streaming is a place we could find those TV programs,
- 21:27Speaker 2: those shows, and again those daily devotionals. Were so glad
- 21:30Speaker 2: to be partnered with the Robertson clan and everybody over
- 21:33Speaker 2: at echell e kkl echel dot com. There you go,
- 21:37Speaker 2: all right? Also talking about this continual onslaught of evil?
- 21:43Speaker 2: Do you ever get overwhelmed by this, by the by
- 21:47Speaker 2: the the platforming of evil everywhere we go. It seems
- 21:50Speaker 2: like it's getting worse by the day we've got. I mean,
- 21:53Speaker 2: how bad are things going to get? Come September tenth,
- 21:56Speaker 2: you and I are going to devote the podcast I
- 21:58Speaker 2: hope to Charlie Kirk in his life and his legacy.
- 22:01Speaker 2: You and I both knew him, we worked with him.
- 22:03Speaker 2: It's hard to believe, even almost a year later, he's gone.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Did you see what happened to the Washington Post columnist
- 22:10Speaker 2: who took her firing over Charlie Kirk to arbitration? No?
- 22:14Speaker 3: Oh, let me tell you about this quite quick little
- 22:16Speaker 3: ditty of a story. There is a Washington Post reporter
- 22:20Speaker 3: who smeared Charlie days after he was killed. And they
- 22:25Speaker 3: promptly fired her. They said, you're not going to do
- 22:28Speaker 3: she went, she took to what's it called Blue Sky
- 22:31Speaker 3: right there the colony, Liberal Twitter, Liberal Twitter, Blue Sky,
- 22:37Speaker 3: and she goes on Blue Sky, and right after he
- 22:41Speaker 3: was shot dead, she wrote, refusing to tear my clothes
- 22:45Speaker 3: and smear ashes on my face in performative mourning for
- 22:50Speaker 3: a white man. That expo espoused violence is not the
- 22:54Speaker 3: same as violence, And she went on to say that
- 22:58Speaker 3: part of what keeps America so violent is the insistence
- 23:01Speaker 3: that people perform care, empty goodness and absolution for white men,
- 23:06Speaker 3: referring to Charlie of course, who with spouse hatred and violence.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Now the Washington Her name is Karen Attiya or Atia
- 23:14Speaker 3: at t i a h. And she's a radical, far
- 23:17Speaker 3: left African American woman who's always convinced that the country
- 23:20Speaker 3: is a filthy, racist cesspool and that there's nothing redeeming
- 23:25Speaker 3: d redeeming about America and everything else. Well, they fired her.
- 23:28Speaker 3: They said, look, you're you're guilty of gross misconduct. Your
- 23:32Speaker 3: your social media posts violate our own social media policies,
- 23:36Speaker 3: harmed the integrity of the paper, and they let her go. Well,
- 23:40Speaker 3: she does what any good union employee does. She ran
- 23:43Speaker 3: to arbitration, and you know the arbiter a judge, a
- 23:48Speaker 3: female judge, as a matter of fact, awarded her her
- 23:52Speaker 3: job back, ruled in her favor. She posted on X Today,
- 23:58Speaker 3: and boy, the ratio there pretty rough, she said, breaking
- 24:02Speaker 3: the Washington Post fired me last year for speaking the
- 24:05Speaker 3: truth after Charlie Perks killing. I fought back. I'm happy
- 24:09Speaker 3: to announce I won my case against the Washington Post.
- 24:12Speaker 3: They have been ordered to reinstate me immediately. And then
- 24:16Speaker 3: she posted an emoji of a black fist?
- 24:20Speaker 2: What the Post gonna So? Even the Washington Post was
- 24:24Speaker 2: embarrassed by this? And now what's what's the workplace chemistry like?
- 24:28Speaker 2: When she Sasha's back into the break room, how's that
- 24:31Speaker 2: gonna go? Are they secretly thrilled to have her back
- 24:34Speaker 2: because they really didn't want to get rid of her
- 24:36Speaker 2: because they kind of agreed with her? Or are they mortified?
- 24:39Speaker 2: I can't read minds, I don't know. But and how
- 24:42Speaker 2: do we feel about the notion of arbitration boards and
- 24:44Speaker 2: unions telling people whom they can and cannot fire? Now
- 24:48Speaker 2: this one we agreed with. There may at some point
- 24:50Speaker 2: be somebody fired for saying something you and I might
- 24:53Speaker 2: kind of agree with, but maybe they were a little salty.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Newspaper fires somebody that's kind of on our side, and
- 24:58Speaker 2: we go. But I think even in that case, for consistency,
- 25:01Speaker 2: I would say that a publication gets to fire whom
- 25:04Speaker 2: it wishes to fight. There's no right to a job.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Well, but there is if you've got a powerful union,
- 25:09Speaker 3: and then you can and then the union can bring
- 25:11Speaker 3: it to an arbitrator, and the arbitrator can say, oh,
- 25:14Speaker 3: you know, you get a leftist arbitrator that that and
- 25:17Speaker 3: everybody's describing it as a pretty shock. And incidentally, she
- 25:22Speaker 3: spewed lies about Charlie. There was one quote about what
- 25:25Speaker 3: Charlie said about black women in positions of authority. He
- 25:28Speaker 3: was talking to about specific politicians. He was referring to
- 25:32Speaker 3: Michelle Obama and Kamala Harris. But this columnist lied essentially
- 25:38Speaker 3: and said, well, she just he was saying that about
- 25:40Speaker 3: black women and black women shouldn't have positions of authority,
- 25:43Speaker 3: and was is a racist thing. If you have a chance,
- 25:47Speaker 3: go to X and read the comments after her post,
- 25:50Speaker 3: or she's like, that's what they mean by ratio, right
- 25:55Speaker 3: when you just get blasted and you got you know,
- 25:59Speaker 3: and it's just one column, one comment after here. Let
- 26:02Speaker 3: me give you an example one of the ones that
- 26:04Speaker 3: pop up. Well, you're still an inhumane, anti white racist,
- 26:08Speaker 3: but now we know there are a lot of dumb
- 26:10Speaker 3: arbitrators though.
- 26:11Speaker 2: So there's that.
- 26:13Speaker 3: I mean, here's another one. You didn't speak any truth, lady.
- 26:16Speaker 3: You prove you are a hate filled, moronic pos. I'll
- 26:19Speaker 3: let our audience decide what POS stands for. Who now
- 26:22Speaker 3: has a job with people who hate you just because
- 26:25Speaker 3: the court forces your employer to pay you, despite the
- 26:29Speaker 3: fact that you're a no talent, biased hack. It's not
- 26:32Speaker 3: going well for her. Shot a ship to blue Sky,
- 26:36Speaker 3: I think it ain't blue Sky. Next is definitely not
- 26:39Speaker 3: blue Sky. It is not blues But you're right, why
- 26:41Speaker 3: can't a private company get to fire who they want
- 26:43Speaker 3: to fire?
- 26:44Speaker 2: That would be you know, I guess you could be Sue.
- 26:46Speaker 2: I guess you could then, Okay, so what is wrongful termination?
- 26:49Speaker 2: I guess that is a legal definition. I guess if
- 26:51Speaker 2: somebody just wakes up and decides you looked at them
- 26:53Speaker 2: crosswise and they fire you, if you didn't do anything wrong,
- 26:57Speaker 2: maybe you she'd be able to but if it seems
- 26:59Speaker 2: like agree or disagree, the employer, especially a journalistic employer,
- 27:03Speaker 2: to use the term loosely, it can point to something
- 27:06Speaker 2: and say, those horrific comments brought negative attention to our brand.
- 27:10Speaker 2: That's why she's got to go. That would seem like
- 27:12Speaker 2: a that would seem like a firing. That should stick.
- 27:15Speaker 2: If the theme of today Mike is helping each other
- 27:18Speaker 2: understand things that seem unfathomable, can you in a portion
- 27:22Speaker 2: of our remaining minutes. It's kind of a Louisia mold
- 27:26Speaker 2: of things. I think I might. I want your answer,
- 27:29Speaker 2: and I think I know what mine is. Lindsey Clancy's
- 27:32Speaker 2: trial is reaching ahead in Massachusetts for the horrible murder
- 27:35Speaker 2: of her three children, and it's a postpartum psychosis issue,
- 27:40Speaker 2: and she now has a fan club.
- 27:42Speaker 3: Why Mark I tried to do this on the show Friday.
- 27:48Speaker 3: I'm so glad you're bringing this up, because this Lindsay
- 27:50Speaker 3: Clancy case is proof positive that people are going to
- 27:55Speaker 3: blindly gravitate to an evildoer. I know there are they're
- 28:00Speaker 3: legitimate ish and there's a lot of parallels here to Luigiman,
- 28:03Speaker 3: Giona and go with me here for just a minute
- 28:06Speaker 3: number one. There are real issues of postpartum depression. There's
- 28:10Speaker 3: even postpartum psychosis. I believe that. I believe there are
- 28:13Speaker 3: women who are at rock bottom, who are in terrible condition.
- 28:18Speaker 3: She took those kids, one by one and strangled them
- 28:20Speaker 3: with her bare hands. She took those three beautiful babies.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Can you imagine the terror in the two surviving children
- 28:27Speaker 3: watching their sibling murdered by their mommy, by the woman
- 28:31Speaker 3: who was supposed to keep them safe. And I'm telling
- 28:35Speaker 3: you Friday Show, I had the phones lit up. All
- 28:39Speaker 3: the men lined up and condemned her for the evil
- 28:43Speaker 3: monster that she is, and all the women lined up
- 28:46Speaker 3: and defended her, saying that the system failed her. Every
- 28:50Speaker 3: well just about everyone, not literally everyone, but most of
- 28:53Speaker 3: them say that the system failed her. She shouldn't have
- 28:56Speaker 3: been medicated. Where was the husband? Look the husband. Not
- 29:00Speaker 3: only did he take paternity leave to help her, not
- 29:03Speaker 3: only did he bend over backwards trying to get her
- 29:06Speaker 3: help that she needed. She had all kinds of psychiatric problems.
- 29:09Speaker 3: I get that we're over medicated, but does that mean
- 29:12Speaker 3: that you've got too many medications you can go out
- 29:14Speaker 3: and strangle your three babies? Why does it take men
- 29:18Speaker 3: to point.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Out an evil maniact like this, and it comes down
- 29:24Speaker 2: to the sexes. It comes to And it's the same
- 29:28Speaker 2: thing that happened with Luigi. People who have had trouble
- 29:31Speaker 2: with insurance industry problems and getting claims filled and they're
- 29:36Speaker 2: not getting their medical bills covered and all that. Well,
- 29:40Speaker 2: he started a conversation. He started a dialogue by assassinating
- 29:44Speaker 2: Brian Thompson by pumping bullets into his back as he
- 29:47Speaker 2: strolled down Midtown, Manhattan on a Wednesday morning. Whatever it was, well,
- 29:52Speaker 2: she started a conversation. I guess about postpartum depression. And
- 29:56Speaker 2: there's people Mark who actually think, well, it takes murder
- 30:00Speaker 2: there in three children in order to get the dialogue going,
- 30:06Speaker 2: and somehow that makes people justify it. I make it
- 30:08Speaker 2: make sense. Mark, No, I can't do that, but I
- 30:11Speaker 2: admit it at all. But I think you've absolutely put
- 30:14Speaker 2: your thumb on the pulse of it. The way the logic,
- 30:17Speaker 2: and I use the term loosely and ironically goes if
- 30:20Speaker 2: something makes a point that I want made, or if
- 30:23Speaker 2: I can use something to go to bat for a
- 30:25Speaker 2: cause I believe in, I don't care what it is
- 30:29Speaker 2: in Luigi, it's people's gripes with health care in this
- 30:33Speaker 2: particular case. I guess there are women who feel that
- 30:36Speaker 2: postpartum issues don't get enough gravity, don't get enough latitude,
- 30:40Speaker 2: don't the people kind of and our buddy Matt Walsh,
- 30:43Speaker 2: who I think is eighty five percent awesome and fifteen
- 30:45Speaker 2: percent odds sometimes a conservative of a guy, filmmaker, poster, etcetera, etcetera.
- 30:51Speaker 2: He had a post in the midst of his trial
- 30:54Speaker 2: that said, if you show me one hundred postpartum cases,
- 30:57Speaker 2: a whole lot of them are going to be women
- 30:58Speaker 2: who just need to go up and realize, Hey, you
- 31:01Speaker 2: just had a baby and it's hard, and just get
- 31:03Speaker 2: through life. I don't think he's wrong about that, but
- 31:05Speaker 2: it seemed that he was sort of given the total
- 31:08Speaker 2: back of his man hand to the complete postpartum of
- 31:12Speaker 2: mental health issue, which he wasn't doing. But a lot
- 31:15Speaker 2: of the people who felt that it's been given short
- 31:17Speaker 2: shrifts said we now have to go to bat for
- 31:19Speaker 2: this woman. It's kind of like, because this could be
- 31:22Speaker 2: very clumsy or it could be awesome, tell me in
- 31:25Speaker 2: thirty seconds. Because of slavery guilty, OJ had to go
- 31:29Speaker 2: free because of insufficient attention to the gravity of postpartum.
- 31:34Speaker 2: This woman also needs to be acquitted God, I do God,
- 31:38Speaker 2: I mean, God help us. It's so crazy. It feels
- 31:42Speaker 2: every day like some kind of a chapter right out
- 31:44Speaker 2: of the Bible. These are biblical things that are happening.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Spiritual warfare. It's going on. Evil is prominent, it's delusional.
- 31:53Speaker 2: The devil deceives, the devil deceives, and people are easily
- 31:58Speaker 2: duped and deceived into thinking that good is evil, that
- 32:01Speaker 2: evil is good. Everything is upside down right now, and
- 32:05Speaker 2: I'm really really feeling it. Look, this is a good
- 32:07Speaker 2: time to remind everybody about why life matters. Preborn is
- 32:11Speaker 2: a big part of our broadcast on this podcast, and
- 32:14Speaker 2: we thank you for tuning in. We hope you'll hit
- 32:16Speaker 2: that like button. We hope you'll subscribe, we hope you'll
- 32:18Speaker 2: follow us. We hope you'll stay stay connected. And thank
- 32:21Speaker 2: you to Preborn for helping to make all that possible.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Preborn's mission is pretty simple. They give free ultrasounds to
- 32:27Speaker 2: girls and women, but they can't do it without you.
- 32:29Speaker 2: The truth is when a young woman sees her baby
- 32:32Speaker 2: on the ultrasound and here's her baby's heartbeat, it literally
- 32:37Speaker 2: doubles the chance that she'll choose life over abortion. One
- 32:41Speaker 2: hundred and forty dollars will help give five mothers a
- 32:43Speaker 2: free ultrasound and save babies. Two hundred and eighty dollars
- 32:46Speaker 2: helps give ten babies that fighting chance. And mark you
- 32:51Speaker 2: love the Big Kahuna, go ahead and explain how somebody
- 32:54Speaker 2: could provide an actual machine and save lives for years
- 32:58Speaker 2: to come. This is something that's going to take a
- 33:00Speaker 2: very special person with a very special heart forgiving. And
- 33:03Speaker 2: that's fifteen thousand dollars. I'd say that's a lot of money.
- 33:05Speaker 2: But if somebody asked me just before we started doing this, hey,
- 33:08Speaker 2: how much does an ultrasound machine cost, I'd have thought,
- 33:11Speaker 2: I'm one hundred grand. Apparently they have them for fifteen
- 33:14Speaker 2: And if you got fifteen that you can separate from,
- 33:17Speaker 2: then this is going to give you the opportunity to
- 33:19Speaker 2: provide an ultrasound machine that can save babies lives for
- 33:24Speaker 2: years to come. That'll be you doing that. And when
- 33:26Speaker 2: you have that kind of heart forgiving, we know it's
- 33:28Speaker 2: not about you, it's about God, it's about saving babies.
- 33:30Speaker 2: But I'll tell you what it's about you right now.
- 33:32Speaker 2: With what's in your bank account. If somebody can part
- 33:34Speaker 2: with fifteen thousand, this would be the greatest thing in
- 33:36Speaker 2: the world. And the folks that preborn would appreciate it.
- 33:38Speaker 2: We would appreciate it. We appreciate no matter what anybody does.
- 33:41Speaker 2: The one hundred and forty to two hundred and eighty
- 33:43Speaker 2: all at eight three three eight five oh baby eight
- 33:46Speaker 2: three three eight five zero baby or preborn dot com
- 33:50Speaker 2: slash mm extra. We're enormously grateful. Preborn is grateful, and look,
- 33:54Speaker 2: we're saving lives, and those babies, of course, will be
- 33:57Speaker 2: grateful in the lives that they'll get to enjoy. And
- 33:59Speaker 2: I'm grateful that we brought you into the relief Factor family.
