• 1:52
Speaker 1: And we know there's a lot of interest, yes, a lot of love, a lot of controversy, a lot of questions, a lot of questions about our craft and what we become experts in the field.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: For the last seven grow seasons, coming up on our seventh grow here on DNA Hemp Farm, we are your humble hemp farming servants, like in service.
• 2:20
Speaker 2: I feel like we've been talking a lot about our service in our community and beyond, and it's been how we've been doing it for so long, and not even realizing that we're doing it like behind the bar, but then also, like we realized, we were put there to help, to love, to spread the caring, the sharing, the caring and the sharing, the caring of the sharing.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: So for those of you that don't know, I'll just kind of back you up a little bit.

• 4:25
Speaker 1: I remember half the battle of bartending was leaving at close.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, although nothing has ever happened to me and I've always been safe, it's definitely a risk because you're just not used to being out that that early in the morning.
• 4:38
  Speaker 1: Yeah, especially nowadays.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: I give you a lot of credit.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: I can't remember the last time I did a bartending closing shift like that until three hours in the morning.
• 4:46
  Speaker 2: It's not bad.
• 4:46
Speaker 2: It just kind of messes up your next day.
• 4:48
Speaker 2: You're just like er, yeah, Especially like when summer comes and you want to be.

• 5:38
Speaker 1: Of course, or 1111.
• 5:40
  Speaker 1: Maybe even a 222.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: All these angel numbers, it's truly awesome.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: Those are sweet signs that we're on the right path and we gotta step into our vulnerability, step into our confidence, step into our awesome that our good Lord and Savior, jesus Christ, has made us to be our purpose, our divine plan, and part of that plan is to always share your gifts.
• 6:03

• 7:55
Speaker 2: That was a good one.
• 7:56
Speaker 2: I feel like you get on a roll, though, yeah, and you just keep it and the words keep flowing.
• 7:59
Speaker 2: It's like you're not even in control.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: I know we're supposed to look at each other through this screen, but it's so.
• 8:08
Speaker 1: It's hard not to look at each other and do this, so forgive us.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Yes, forgive us, but thank you for all the grace and mercy, because I really do want to look at you.
• 8:13
Speaker 2: Yeah, I know it's weird, not Like.
• 8:15
Speaker 2: I'm kind of like, ah, when I go this way, when I go that way, I know, I can only imagine what it really looks like.
• 8:23
Speaker 1: There's one thing, that what we think we look like and then what we actually look like, and something in between Perfect and a mantra.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: We got a good mantra for today to carry with us through.
• 8:37
Speaker 1: This is about hour long podcast that we want to have a 420 special on.
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 8:50
Speaker 2: Don't be diverted, just keep at it.
• 8:52
Speaker 2: How many times have we been reminded of that?
• 8:53
Speaker 2: Like anytime a glimmer of doubt, and I mind there's like all these signs saying no, you're supposed to be doing this, you need to do this, you're gonna're going to do it and you're going to love it.
• 9:05
Speaker 2: And here we are loving it.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, okay, sorry.
• 9:16
Speaker 2: Sorry, I felt so natural.
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Yes, yes, oh, where's I have a stone around here somewhere.
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: It's like a pea.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: Maybe I gotta hang on to this, jasper.
• 9:27
Speaker 2: Ooh, that's a nice one here, it's calling me.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: And then it's got like the nice handles on it where it's like.
• 9:32
Speaker 2: Could be a dagger, I know.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: See vampires coming around.
• 9:36
  Speaker 2: Look out.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: I wasn't quite going there with that.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: Just like a nice palm piece.
• 9:41
Speaker 2: This one is I don't know Caribbean.
• 9:45
Speaker 1: This one is, I don't know Caribbean calcite that baby is.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: Take me to the Caribbean.
• 9:49
Speaker 1: That's what it gives me, like good, like free flowing, yes, a heart opener.
• 9:53
  Speaker 1: That's a good heart opener.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: Crystal, right there With the green too, speaking to your heart center, your heart chakra, as we're opening our hearts and letting them flow onto you, putting ourselves out there to share the good news I would like to share today about uh, what happened up to leading us up to hitting the live button?
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: Uh, was us?
• 10:23
Speaker 1: Look, listening to a couple of folks talking about podcasting last night.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: They did a live streaming and one of the more up and coming podcasters out there now with a huge following, and he does it with a friend.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: They kind of riff off each other too, and they kept saying cultivation.
• 10:42
Speaker 2: And saying all the right words.
• 10:43
Speaker 1: Yes, everything that was speaking to our souls and letting us know again that we are on the right words yes, Everything that was speaking to our souls and letting us know again that we are on the right path.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: Does this have anything, I don't know that we're on the right path.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: So that was really cool and it was saying that we need to get a podcast distribution platform.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: So check, we did that today with BuzzFeed or BuzzFront, yes, and should make things a little bit easier for us as far as the editing piece goes and distributing it out there into the wild.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: We think we published one today, like one is live and has to be spread, or we didn't really know where it was published to.
• 11:26
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's floating out there, so if you find it, let us know, but it's coming.
• 11:30
Speaker 1: It's all coming together and it was just one step closer.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: Another reminder, just to just keep at it.
• 11:36
Speaker 2: Yes, Because that was hard, it was, it was frustrating.
• 11:38
Speaker 2: I'm so happy you're here with me because because so much more fun with a friend.
• 11:44
Speaker 2: Yeah me because, because so much more fun with a friend yeah, two minds are much better than one.
• 11:48
  Speaker 1: Amen, amen.
• 11:48
Speaker 1: And that way, you can help me, I can help you and we can help each other get through the learning, these, these things.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: Yes, because there's a lot of resources out there.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: I'm just so impressed about, if you have a commitment to doing something and set your mind to it, anything is possible.
• 12:05
Speaker 1: So true, and all in the day that we're all connected.
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: When you're, it's a google search away.
• 12:11
Speaker 1: Yeah, it still just really blows my mind.
• 12:13
Speaker 1: And now, topple with that, with the ai technology out there, it really wrote our whole entire.
• 12:19
Speaker 1: It gave us a title, uh, a blurb, a.
• 12:23
  Speaker 2: A blurb.
• 12:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, what was that other thing called?
• 12:27
  Speaker 1: A whole chapters.
• 12:28
Speaker 2: It broke it down as to what we were talking about it, transcribed it in just speaker.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: One speaker, two Speaker one speaker, two blog posting, like I'm like.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: Is there anything this?
• 12:37
Speaker 1: Is there anything it cannot do?
• 12:40
Speaker 2: I was not convinced, but that definitely opened my eyes to the possibilities.
• 12:47
  Speaker 1: Of AI.
• 12:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, when it's just getting started.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: Yes, it's the crazy thing about it.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: I feel like if you don't get on it, you're just being left behind, mm-hmm, because there's no stopping it.
• 12:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, the cat is out of the bag.
• 12:58
Speaker 1: Yeah, thanks, fanny, you've unleashed the base.
• 13:00
Speaker 1: Use it as the resource that it is.
• 13:02
Speaker 1: Well, I've been saying it for a while.
• 13:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, no, you have resist resist.
• 13:09
Speaker 1: And I feel like you still are, because now even you might say I'm not convinced.
• 13:13
  Speaker 1: I'm like ma'am do you?
• 13:16
  Speaker 1: Like working harder.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: Well, I like authenticity.
• 13:21
Speaker 2: I just feel like that's where you learn and the struggle is sorry, I'm looking at you.
• 13:25
Speaker 2: I just feel like that's where you learn and the struggle is you know, I don't know, sorry, I'm looking at you no, I think it's a great tool to have in your toolbox and you're silly to not even expose yourself to it.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: I suppose if because, yeah, you're going to be left behind but I've, you know, actually like slowing down and taking a moment.
• 13:42
Speaker 1: I really appreciate you sunshine, because dragging my heels like oh no, you know, actually like slowing down and taking a moment.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: I really appreciate you Sunshine, because Dragging my heels like oh no.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: Well, I feel like, because you're true blue, I just I really adore that about you.
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: That actually it's.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: You really want to just stay authentic to your voice, your intentions, your energy.
• 14:00
Speaker 1: I do feel like some of the boundaries are being crossed with these different resources and tools out there.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: What is really real anymore?
• 14:09
Speaker 1: It's like the matrix.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: I feel like you could go down that rabbit hole, but it just doesn't end in a positive light.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: You know it doesn't serve you.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, At least what I'm working through you know it doesn't serve you to go down that rabbit hole path and resist, and that brings it all back to surrender.
• 14:26
  Speaker 1: Yeah surrender.
• 14:27
Speaker 2: I guess my biggest concern is the kids.
• 14:30
Speaker 2: Like they can do so much with that and they're like masterminds of how to do the least amount of work as possible.
• 14:38
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 14:39
Speaker 2: I don't know how I feel about that.
• 14:43
Speaker 1: Well, you, as a parent, have control.
• 14:44
Speaker 1: You know they are your children.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: So you feel like limiting screen time at home, yes, drawing boundaries where you can.
• 14:53
  Speaker 1: Talking about safety?
• 14:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, you know all the things that we have to look out for as a parent, so we make sure we didn't go down that slippery slope.
• 15:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, because this is all new to everyone, right like we're.
• 15:08
  Speaker 1: it's experiment it's a social experiment, yeah they're.
• 15:10
Speaker 2: They're probably light years ahead of us.
• 15:12
  Speaker 2: They are no.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: So part of me really wants to harness that and embrace it.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: I'm like here, take it run wild, like, yeah, nevi wants to be a famous youtuber.
• 15:21
Speaker 2: She's like mom, it's on my bucket list, I'm just I already am famous.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: I have 60 subscribers and like part of me is like, ma'am, like, is this reality?
• 15:35
Speaker 1: can you do it?
• 15:35
Speaker 1: I'm the doubter of me, right, but then the other part of me, I'm like that's.
• 15:39
Speaker 1: Do I want to be that for her?
• 15:41
Speaker 1: Like, do I want to be the person not believing in her?
• 15:43
Speaker 1: Not, you know, being the devil's advocate.
• 15:44
Speaker 1: You know it's not always the most best fun role to play to be that for her.
• 15:45
Speaker 1: Like, do I want to be the person not believing in her?
• 15:45
Speaker 1: Not, you know, being the devil's advocate.
• 15:47
Speaker 1: You know it's not always the most best fun role to play.
• 15:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, but it is a necessary evil, I suppose.
• 15:54
Speaker 2: Just protecting your children.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like it's the first instinct of just and having those tough conversations of what they're subjecting themselves to putting themselves.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: On mine Also, I feel like what bothers me is their child brains.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: Oh, their brains aren't fully developed.
• 16:10
  Speaker 1: Ours are.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: Our neural pathways are hardened, we are wired, unless we're doing something to reset that and create a new pattern.
• 16:20
Speaker 1: It's difficult as you get older, but for the kids, I don't want to stifle their creativity, but yet I don't want them exposed to all those ether waves.
• 16:37
Speaker 2: It's like a two, two, two, two.
• 16:39
Speaker 2: Yeah, like, which way are we going?
• 16:40
Speaker 2: What are we doing?
• 16:41
  Speaker 2: Oh my, gosh.
• 16:42
Speaker 1: What is the right way?
• 16:43
Speaker 1: What is the what is the right thing to do?
• 16:45
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 16:46
Speaker 1: One day at a time, god only knows.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: Not our plan, nope, not.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: Not our plan, nope, not our plan.
• 16:52
Speaker 1: I do know the mind is a very very powerful thing and anyone can do anything they set their mind to use it or lose it, and using your gifts.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: So I know some people could care less about that and if she has an interest to do is pursue something on there, if that's in her heart, if that's what God put there, then more power to you, sis.
• 17:09
Speaker 1: They'll be making a podcast way before us, yeah, and they'll have way more views and subscribes and likes and shares, and maybe they should be our producers.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: I that's right please, thank you, please and thank you.
• 17:23
Speaker 1: She already makes me some cap cuts.
• 17:24
Speaker 1: I'll be like, hey, nevi, make some some of these cap cuts, and she's on it they're super cute.
• 17:30
Speaker 2: They're super good, I love it, but then, but then I'm like, oh man now I'm having a.
• 17:33
  Speaker 2: I know Balance.
• 17:38
Speaker 2: But you're right, just as long as you educate them and, you know, make them aware of all the things.
• 17:44
Speaker 2: That, not all the things.
• 17:45
Speaker 2: But that is not a game and you have to take it serious for sure.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: Well, it's a faith over fear.
• 17:52
Speaker 1: Yes, I don't want to go down the trap of like oh it's a scary world.
• 17:56
Speaker 2: and hackers, oh my gosh, we'll see you for the rest of our lives.
• 17:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, you can't walk in that fear, because there's so many times it's just mentioned in the Bible to do not be afraid, nope, afraid of the unknown.
• 18:09
Speaker 1: I am not scared.
• 18:10
Speaker 1: Trust in the process.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: We're going to use the internet for all of its intended purposes.
• 18:16
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, when I was taking my bachelor's degree program at UW-Milwaukee whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, I love, I love I had a degree in communication and we had to do a thesis paper the end of the year thesis paper and I chose to do it on social media.
• 18:33
Speaker 1: It had been brand new then.
• 18:35
  Speaker 1: This is 2010.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: Wow, started out 2010 when I graduated and it was I was contemplating social media.
• 18:43
Speaker 1: I feel like Facebook was just blowing up and you hear all this negativity about it and the dangers of social media and what that can do for know, social skills and confidence and this, that and the other.
• 18:55
  Speaker 1: It's a whole nother danger.
• 18:55
  Speaker 1: Anywho, I wasn't having it.
• 18:58
Speaker 1: I'm like you know what I feel like the people.
• 19:01
Speaker 1: Yes, there, there is that and then some, but I compiled research on all the different articles and scholarly journals of clinical trials that were done about the impacts of social media and your personality and your, your in your framework, who you are, and I found what I found was it's the rich get richer.
• 19:32
Speaker 1: So a lot of people that are using social media are using it to be social.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: They're using it to connect, and the more you use the social media, the better off you're going to be establishing these networks.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: So I think you're getting into the mindset that the computer, the AI, the social media, they are all tools in your tool belt and you've got to treat them as such.
• 19:54
Speaker 1: You know, as soon as you turn it off, that's where it can end.
• 19:56
Speaker 1: I feel like you know, knowing the boundaries of what's real life and what's not, what's real and what isn't.
• 20:02
Speaker 2: It's a platform, not an identity.
• 20:03
Speaker 2: Yes, people just get lost into like that's real life, Like this is me, but no, it's not, not exactly.
• 20:17
Speaker 2: It's just like that much.
• 20:17
Speaker 2: And, of course, of what people want you to see, you don't see all the good, raw and good like us and and I feel like it too it tailors with this ai.
• 20:26
Speaker 1: It's tailoring all the ads and everything you see is to your reality, it's to your universe, and that is to think that that is what is all out there.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: We do have to check our ego at the door with it and know that you know this is just one segment of a big, bold, beautiful life that God designed for you, and use it as a tool, and that's what.
• 20:48
Speaker 1: That's why I feel like we really got to embrace this sunshine.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: With all the resources I can use, all the help I can get over here, because the less time I do have to spend on this.
• 20:56
Speaker 1: Sure, probably the better off, right, though Just a fan Balance, you know.
• 21:03
Speaker 1: I do realize it's more prevalent in our lives.
• 21:06
  Speaker 2: Yeah, no.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: I think it's great that we're here doing this on all the platforms, loud and proud, because that's what we're here to do Spread the good word.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: It proved five years ago, when we had launched that live session on the same day.
• 21:23
Speaker 1: Did we talk about this at all?
• 21:24
  Speaker 1: I don't think so.
• 21:25
Speaker 1: Because I feel like that all came unraveled as we turned the mics off.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, and then your time hop on your phone was like off, yeah, and then your time hop on your phone was like ladies, five years ago to the date, we had launched our first liver live in the stockhosen and we were eating a tuna salad from mama cheryl just talking her up, come to find out we had done our first live broadcast that same day, unknowingly, and was eating tuna salad after for lunch that mama cheryl made.
• 22:01
  Speaker 1: Oh it was.
• 22:03
  Speaker 2: You know, I couldn't even.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: I was like he's so good so so good and for that whole week I almost felt this like weird juxtaposition.
• 22:16
Speaker 1: I'm like whoa and I was kind of getting in my head like were we supposed to just start five years ago?
• 22:20
Speaker 1: Well, it made me kind of go.
• 22:22
Speaker 1: I was like, well, what if we had just kept with it?
• 22:25
Speaker 1: We didn't, so I can't, I know, don't do that to yourself, not on video.
• 22:29
Speaker 2: I mean we haven't stopped, no, no, I mean, but you know what I mean.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: Like imagine the High Vibe Tribe subscribers.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: We would have the community connection if we kept going every week for the five years.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: So that is our new commitment this year is to keep going.
• 22:44
Speaker 1: One podcast a week, whether it's on Tuesday or Wednesday or could possibly be on Thursday.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: We're still recording it.
• 22:52
Speaker 2: It could be live on location, who knows?
• 22:54
Speaker 1: A lot of that.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: I feel like this summer as we are, you know, it just about kills our insides to be inside and indoors like this yes, but unfortunately we are kind of tethered with all this equipment.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: Yes, I feel like we got the headphones, we have the microphones, we have the magic, magic stick the cell phone with the live changer.
• 23:18
Speaker 1: It is that magic.
• 23:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, wait till we tap into the live broadcast.
• 23:22
  Speaker 1: That's when we're on.
• 23:23
Speaker 1: Oh, buckle up, buttercup, it's going rogue.
• 23:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, yeah, I can't wait.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: Okay, I love how we we have our prayer, we have our mantra, we're sharing the good news, and we went on a riff about technology, which felt really good, yeah that did We'd like to be.
• 23:39
Speaker 1: We're open to our listeners' opinions as well and how they're navigating the social media, and we can always share that with people too.
• 23:50
Speaker 2: Any tips and tricks?
• 23:51
Speaker 2: Let us know, please.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: We appreciate it with people too.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: Any tips and tricks?
• 23:56
Speaker 1: Let us know, please.
• 23:56
  Speaker 1: We appreciate it.
• 23:57
Speaker 1: But I say we can't take anything too seriously, because none of us are getting out of this alive.
• 24:01
Speaker 1: I feel like be gracious to ourselves on social media, be gracious to our kids, as they are navigating it with no control, really like they're just living in the moment all the time, and so give them a lot of grace too.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: I feel like they're monkeys, monkeys, see, monkey do.
• 24:22
  Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely so.
• 24:23
Speaker 1: I really have to check myself because I swear well, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't help that my daughter looks just like me.
• 24:30
Speaker 1: I feel like she is my.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: I hear it all the time.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: She's my mini, she is.
• 24:35
Speaker 1: So when she does something or a certain behavior, like, I see myself, like, like, see it, and I'm like, oh my gosh, that's me.
• 24:41
Speaker 1: Just take your responsibility.
• 24:43
Speaker 1: So I feel like I've been really trying to be mindful of my consumption.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: While around the kids too, absolutely Me.
• 24:53
Speaker 1: While around the kids too, absolutely Me too.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, just to be present with them because they are just acting, so present in the moment.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: I just need to honor that in their lives, because there's going to come a time when they grow up and they are going to be hardwired and hopefully for epic, amazing awesomeness, because their journey has only just begun.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: Oh, can I get an amen, amen, yeah is only just begun.
• 25:13
Speaker 1: Oh, can I get an amen, amen, yeah.
• 25:15
  Speaker 1: Woo-hoo.
• 25:15
Speaker 1: And a tambourine, oh, yes, and the gong Hits from the gong.
• 25:24
Speaker 1: Speaking of hits from the gong, we have some events to talk about.
• 25:28
Speaker 1: Yes, you guys, we had a humdinger of a weekend this past, this past weekend, my goodness, uh, all to do, all elevated, all to do with dna hemp that kind of brought us there and on that journey, our loving sponsor dna hemp llccom so, speaking of which, I do really think I need a refresher after I feel like subject change maybe a little.
• 25:55
Speaker 1: Huh, we're gonna give a little spritz of our CBD, refresh yourself, mist.
• 26:01
Speaker 1: Oh, I just love this stuff me too, especially after the Y.
• 26:05
Speaker 2: That was so sweet of you to give those to the ladies we come in hot at the Y.
• 26:09
Speaker 2: Um, we're not always the most punctual.
• 26:13
Speaker 2: We're working on it.
• 26:14
  Speaker 2: However.
• 26:16
Speaker 2: There are angel ladies in the classes that set us up and they have just been gifted some of this beautiful spray to hydrate and invigorate after our workout.
• 26:30
  Speaker 1: Epic.
• 26:30
Speaker 2: Sessions Xena Love you.
• 26:33
Speaker 2: Xena, Aye, aye, aye.
• 26:34
Speaker 2: And invigorate after a workout Epic sessions, Xena Love you.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: Xena, aye, aye, aye.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: And the Kettle Marine YMCA Shout out to our body pump and body combat instructor.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: She is a goddess Warrior Princess.
• 26:45
Speaker 2: She makes it look so easy.
• 26:46
Speaker 2: Ooh, that feels even better.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: And for setting us up, and her and the other sweet ladies in that class too, all of them.
• 26:55
Speaker 1: They're such dolls, they're goals, because it's all ages, really, and especially like the older ladies that just look, they really take care of themselves.
• 27:00
  Speaker 1: It's obvious.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: It's just like, yeah, serious goals.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: One day we'll be on time and be able to set other people up too, and what an amazing feeling that that could be.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: Although, sunshine, I think you're going to have your own class.
• 27:11
Speaker 1: I think you're going to have your own class.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: I think you're going to be the combo special, the Sunshine special over there.
• 27:17
Speaker 1: Yes, we've got some booty yoga in there.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: We've got some weight training, maybe even a little combat cardio, fight dance.
• 27:27
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 27:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, that'd be fun.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: Yes, and end it with a Zumba session.
• 27:33
  Speaker 2: Yoo-hoo, I'm there.
• 27:34
Speaker 2: That does sound like a lot of fun.
• 27:36
Speaker 1: I'll be in the back with sound bulbs and I'll be like you are worthy, you are enough.
• 27:44
Speaker 2: I would have it no other way.
• 27:45
Speaker 2: I say yes, you're on to something, yes, yes yes, yes.
• 27:59
Speaker 1: So of quantum extortions on friday.
• 28:00
Speaker 1: That was an experience unlike other, but I've kind of experienced it before.
• 28:03
Speaker 1: I'm curious to see, like your, your true feelings on the quantum experiencing your understanding of it so well, let's just back it up.
• 28:10
Speaker 2: Before we started our quantum leaping, we had a little sesh, a smoke sesh, with DNA Hump.
• 28:17
Speaker 2: Of course, miss Phoebe was the leader, the facilitator.
• 28:27
Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, yes, yes.
• 28:28
Speaker 2: So we were all kind of nervous when we first got there.
• 28:32
Speaker 2: You know, we knew most of the people, but there are a few that we didn't know.
• 28:37
Speaker 2: So we were just chatting, whatever and obviously like not obviously, but sometimes when you first enter a room or something ourselves, then we got to smoking and then everybody got thirsty.
• 28:55
Speaker 2: So we all got drinks and I had to go to the bathroom and I was the last one to come back into the room and it was amazing, you guys.
• 29:08
Speaker 2: I walked back to this room and, first of all, like a cloud of smoke, just like rolled out, it reminded me of that 70s show, like when everybody was sitting in a circle and, would you believe, when I came back, everybody was laughing and talking like we've been friends for 50 years, like it just broke the ice in the most beautiful organic way, and I feel like that was my favorite part Just witnessing that knowing you know, we know that, but to see it happen in real life was really cool.
• 29:33
Speaker 2: And then the first meditation, guided meditation.
• 29:41
Speaker 2: I had a hard time getting into it because my bodily functions act weird my belly was getting all groggy and I was worried that other people could hear it and I couldn't really like find my box or my person.
• 29:57
Speaker 2: But the second one was amazing.
• 29:59
Speaker 2: I can't even remember what it was at the moment.
• 30:03
Speaker 1: Oh, the house, your past life.
• 30:04
Speaker 1: Yeah, like enter the house.
• 30:06
Speaker 2: It reminded me of like Alice in Wonderland, like open the door and then like open the door and then like you walk through the door and then like open the door and then like you walk through the door and then you go through the kitchen and it was so cool, it was really neat how she walked you through it literally, because I know when I first started, even now, like it's hard to relax and get into that meditative state of mind and like what should I be thinking about?
• 30:30
Speaker 2: And turning it off and not thinking about dishes and laundry and all the other things you could be doing, but meditating is really what you should be doing.
• 30:40
Speaker 2: But yeah, it was really really neat and I was so happy to see Cheryl there.
• 30:44
Speaker 2: That was such a surprise and meeting new people.
• 30:48
Speaker 2: And I feel like it's just the beginning of who knows what Another smoke, seshh, I don't know how about you?
• 31:00
Speaker 1: I love that you had that experience with the hemp and that could, yes, really immerse yourself, although, yeah, I'm a little.
• 31:09
Speaker 1: I know that was your first time, though, so I feel like it's that first time jitters and knowing what to expect, and it's hard to surrender.
• 31:15
  Speaker 2: You were resisting.
• 31:16
Speaker 1: I was, and it's human nature to want to, and I was distracted.
• 31:20
Speaker 2: My belly was like I wasn't farting but I would start sobbing like.
• 31:25
Speaker 1: I had to yeah, yeah, never trust a fart.
• 31:30
Speaker 2: So yeah, I definitely got in my head.
• 31:32
Speaker 1: But the second one worked for me that's easy to do, especially like newer, to like that style of meditation too.
• 31:38
Speaker 1: So, yeah, I feel like the quantum physics is a whole other pseudo science.
• 31:43
Speaker 1: Uh, they don't like it when you call that.
• 31:44
Speaker 1: It's in and of itself, but it is backed by some kind of science and the fact that everything is energy, everything is physics, um, and it, and, and our power, it, you know, is the master of our universe.
• 31:56
Speaker 2: So we even had to google it on the way.
• 31:58
Speaker 2: We're like what exactly?
• 32:00
Speaker 1: is it yeah, like it sounded amazing, but yeah, so like and hypnotic.
• 32:06
Speaker 1: I think it has a essence of hypnotism okay in there as well, where you're kind of getting into that state of mind and the tone of your, tone of the voice and the intention used by the facilitator could alter that way of thinking.
• 32:22
Speaker 1: So you're kind of tapping into some higher power, subconscious energy there and it just really have to resist the temptation to second guess yourself.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: And it's really that first intuition, your first sight and seeing it, and so I feel like once you tap into that a little bit, the options are, the possibilities are endless.
• 32:44
Speaker 1: I adore dolores cannon.
• 32:47
Speaker 1: From the little that I have experienced and read and heard from her, uh, she has really been profound and was way ahead of her time.
• 32:54
Speaker 1: May she rest in peace.
• 32:55
Speaker 1: Now she is no longer with us, but she was able to train quite a few folks on her ways and how she was able to facilitate that and promote really amazing healing for people to be able to work through their traumas and their past lives and cut the cords and take a forward quantum leap into the present moment and let that shit go.
• 33:22
  Speaker 1: That's what it's all about.
• 33:24
Speaker 1: You have to surface it up, know what it is and then look it in the eyes, look it in the eyes and rebuke it.
• 33:32
Speaker 1: God bless you, yes, is and then look at it as a rebuke.
• 33:34
Speaker 1: It, yes, so mad respect for Dr Phoebe for living her truth and holding space for people and sharing her gifts.
• 33:42
Speaker 1: As she is has an incredible story herself.
• 33:46
Speaker 1: I'd love to have her on one day and she could share it and we could all experience it kind of together.
• 33:51
Speaker 1: Yes, I would love that.
• 33:53
Speaker 1: That would be awesome.
• 33:54
Speaker 1: But she was really excited about the use of hemp and kind of progressing the interconnectedness and the balance that you need to get into this meditative state and that hemp offers.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: So it was really cool to kind of, you know, come from two sides of the spectrum and connect the dots and use it for better good.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: I, we, on the first meditation we met our spirit guide, or one of our spirit guides, because apparently we have a lot.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: We got quite a few out there looking at little angels looking after us, and it was Cinderella I couldn't unsee it.
• 34:29
Speaker 1: I was just like are you a serious Cinderella.
• 34:31
Speaker 1: It was like in that moment of the movie and it was maybe because I well I don't know if I manifested the movie into my life.
• 34:37
Speaker 1: I mean that's why I watched it, or because she was because I had just watched the movie.
• 34:42
Speaker 1: Minor details, minor details.
• 34:44
Speaker 2: But either way spirit guide, Cinderella.
• 34:46
Speaker 1: It was in the movie where she gets the glow up from her fairy godmother and she goes in the blue dress and it's all sparkly and she's like.
• 35:00
Speaker 1: And then she was, uh, in my meditation.
• 35:01
Speaker 1: She was like swirling around and spitting and just having a ball and dancing and she gave me a little blue box, kind of like a tiffany's box, and inside it had a pearl and the pearl.
• 35:10
Speaker 1: I asked her what that meant and she said patience, uh patience.
• 35:15
Speaker 1: So I feel like I'm very guilty of you know on a mission and go get her done, Uh, production, uh value guilty, but not like in a bad way, because those are beautiful things, but yes, so patient Rome was not built in a day Right, patience with myself, patience with the process and just trust the knowing, the almighty, all knowing, yes, 100.
• 35:42
Speaker 1: So that was really cool to see the spirit guide.
• 35:44
Speaker 1: And then in my other uh meditation, where you're supposed to meet someone in your past life, I was the madam of a brothel and like an old western style, in a quite the dress, kind of haggard, like mean lady, and I was like wolf and I I feel like I've experienced that before, like, and I was like why, and then that's, and I was like no, no, no, no, no.
• 36:05
Speaker 1: Like I don't want to be thinking this is not me, but I couldn't unsee it and I was like whoa, that was kind of crazy.
• 36:11
Speaker 1: So I'm still kind of processing that through.
• 36:13
Speaker 1: I also see like a me.
• 36:15
Speaker 1: It's like yeah, as it was guided, as the end is a seed and it was pretty actually profound.
• 36:21
Speaker 1: So I'm still kind of unpacking that.
• 36:24
Speaker 1: They say you know, up to three days after, so technically we might still be in the portal that we opened up into these uh ether vibrations.
• 36:32
Speaker 1: So, yeah, I still kind of need to unpack it a bit.
• 36:37
Speaker 2: That was intense, but mind you.
• 36:39
Speaker 1: I had done it before with Dr Phoebe at the Spirit Fair, the Beltane Spirit Fair, so I kind of knew what to expect.
• 36:47
Speaker 2: And yeah, and you told me and I'm like that sounds amazing, yeah, but until you actually would you do it again, I would like.
• 36:52
Speaker 2: That sounds amazing, yeah, but until you actually would you do it again, I would.
• 36:54
Speaker 2: I would have to like Take a poo yeah, just not eat.
• 37:01
Speaker 1: Brussels sprouts before I go.
• 37:04
Speaker 2: Yeah, don't eat the Thai food that we ate after oh, that was so good, oh, that was there to be aware.
• 37:10
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, where we ate the apatai.
• 37:13
Speaker 1: Oh, that food appetite in Menominee Falls.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: So good, fresh, authentic it's really bold flavors.
• 37:21
Speaker 1: Try the Thai volcano, volcano uh combo.
• 37:27
Speaker 1: It wasn't that spicy.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: It sounds spicy but it's not.
• 37:30
Speaker 1: And the green curry, which they also said was spicy, but I didn't think it was.
• 37:35
Speaker 2: Did you think it was A little bit, but not no, it was like mild.
• 37:40
Speaker 1: And the boba tea and the plant life.
• 37:42
Speaker 1: Their plant game was strong.
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they're appetizing.
• 37:45
Speaker 2: It was everywhere, that was good.
• 37:48
Speaker 1: Okay, we dig, we digress.
• 37:56
Speaker 1: Are you hungry, is it?
• 37:56
Speaker 1: I think it might be of quantum proportions.
• 37:57
Speaker 1: Yes, that was so cool, and to be able to share that with you guys and invite you next time, shall we choose to go down that endeavor again?
• 38:01
Speaker 1: Yeah, I, I know for sure I cannot smoke.
• 38:03
  Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not a smoker.
• 38:05
Speaker 1: I loved the hot box out of the cheech and out of the room, I mean just for, like, the cool factor of it.
• 38:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, but I paid for it for days after, honestly, like I just have allergic reaction to smoking and that's why I quit 10 years ago or I don't even a long time ago.
• 38:18
Speaker 1: Yeah thank God, uh-huh, yay.
• 38:21
Speaker 1: And then, after that quantum experience, we took our little happy butts straight to Can I have?
• 38:26
  Speaker 1: Ooh?
• 38:26
Speaker 1: And the fifth is that the fifth Third ward, third Ward, rocky, right next to Botanas, where we?
• 38:34
  Speaker 2: had dinner.
• 38:34
Speaker 2: She's also really delicious that night.
• 38:37
Speaker 1: Oh, it was so good Spoiled.
• 38:38
  Speaker 1: I love what Can I Hemp's doing.
• 38:40

• 47:09
Speaker 1: I know we've been trying to discuss, you know, the water crystals and the molecules and energy, but nothing better than hearing it from from the, the, the man who has been spreading the loves for the last decade himself.
• 47:20
  Speaker 1: Yes, yes.
• 47:22
Speaker 1: Dave, it's happening, but I just another.
• 47:25
Speaker 1: You know the dare to be aware.
• 47:27
Speaker 1: What it was all about was meeting.
• 47:29
Speaker 1: You know, for me I loved meeting out with ichi griffa and krista, his wife, krista they're so sweet, oh my gosh.
• 47:39
Speaker 2: We met ichi at and krista at, uh, the first altered spirit fair spirit fair, yeah, and he had this sweet little package of like gems, like it's just like whoa, and he had all these beautiful pieces, uh-huh, handmade, like so intricate.
• 48:03
Speaker 1: Nothing could ever double it like it's just they're truly one of a kind yeah, channeled from his soul.
• 48:12
Speaker 2: So cool and people like when they came to the table they were drawn right to it.
• 48:16
Speaker 2: They didn't even like see it.
• 48:17
Speaker 2: I feel like they were just like right to it.
• 48:22
  Speaker 1: Yes, it was.
• 48:24
Speaker 1: It was like cat glitter because, as Jodi would say, from Justin rocks there's like you put that on the table and be like, yeah, it really happened.
• 48:29
Speaker 1: So he came and joined our booth and it was epic Amazing to see his pendants and things that you put that on the table and people are like brrr.
• 48:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, it really happened.
• 48:33
Speaker 1: So he came and joined our booth and it was epic, amazing to see his pendants and things that you know.
• 48:37
Speaker 1: You can't even put a dollar amount on those.
• 48:39
Speaker 1: I feel like he was giving them away.
• 48:41
  Speaker 1: Honestly.
• 48:41
Speaker 1: His prices were so reasonable.
• 48:43
Speaker 1: I think he wants to make them accessible to people.
• 48:46
Speaker 1: In my heart of hearts and I feel like, when Ichi smiles, oh, you can feel it.
• 48:52
Speaker 1: And, coming from a man, I feel like of not many possessions, he's very worldly.
• 48:58
Speaker 1: He came from Ecuador.
• 48:59
Speaker 1: He was born in Ecuador and knows all about the Amazon plant magic there, which I'd love to be able to.
• 49:05
Speaker 1: He speaks Spanish some English, yeah, but I'd love to be able to translate a conversation about and extract the knowledge of his plant medicine and what he's working with.
• 49:15
Speaker 1: I did walk out of there with a piece of that ayahuasca that looked like a tree hunk, like a bark piece, but it's for protection.
• 49:23
Speaker 1: I carry that with me now.
• 49:23
Speaker 1: Thank you so much, ichi Ichi.
• 49:26
Speaker 1: But his pieces were.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: I was just I'm still like blown away by them.
• 49:30
Speaker 1: I think I was talking about them the whole way home.
• 49:32
Speaker 1: I was talking about him the whole way home I was like each day yes, you were so elevated I was.
• 49:41
Speaker 1: I was like, by all that super awesome, because each of those crystals, too, that he had hand wrapped and put so like I'm talking like 10 to 15 hours per piece, yeah, at least.
• 49:46
Speaker 1: like like these things take time, like you can't just whip them together.
• 49:49
Speaker 1: I'm sure, like when he gets he I think he said days like two days work, what each he means.
• 49:54
Speaker 1: How many hours gets he?
• 49:55
Speaker 1: I think he said days like two days work, what each he means how many hours, I don't know, I think I was like 10, 12.
• 50:01
Speaker 1: How many hours each?
• 50:02
Speaker 2: I want to know he may not do it like all at once.
• 50:04
Speaker 2: Right, he takes a break, yeah.
• 50:07
Speaker 1: Gives his little hands a break, but he's truly an artist, yes, with With this metal craft and how he bends and twists those different, these different men's drums, different wires.
• 50:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the layers and the colors and the different yeah, metals and different crystals and each crystal had its own unique story.
• 50:29
Speaker 1: So it was really like we're listening to him where he sourced it from, in the powers of the crystals and what they could.
• 50:32
Speaker 1: The healing that they could bring to people was really special and unique too.
• 50:34
Speaker 1: I loved it Just listening to him and his radiate, his positivity, and he sold a ton of pieces.
• 50:40
Speaker 1: I feel like he crushed, Like people would like get sunshine set.
• 50:42
Speaker 1: They would go right up to the table, right up to these pieces, and we were just cheering him on like EG.
• 50:49
Speaker 2: Eg gets to share his pieces and his love, and he was not at the table, though he kept walking around making friends.
• 50:54
Speaker 1: That man was just all about it, Krista too.
• 50:57
Speaker 1: Krista went into the kirtan with Ryan Hayter in the Backward Echo band, which is pretty powerful too.
• 51:04
Speaker 1: Love chanting and singing.
• 51:05
Speaker 2: Yeah, you came back the whole time, yeah, the whole time I was like oh, mom, mom, mom.
• 51:12
Speaker 2: I wish I knew them, but they're pretty powerful.
• 51:16
  Speaker 2: It's pretty amazing.
• 51:17
Speaker 1: High five and healing right there and fortunately for you guys.
• 51:20
Speaker 2: Each he left us some of the pendants so we could share them with you guys.
• 51:25
Speaker 2: So tune in to our next.
• 51:27
Speaker 2: When would be our next sound event?
• 51:32
Speaker 2: Yeah Well, sound bowl, spirit fair.
• 51:38
Speaker 2: Well, we'll let you, you know, but there's only a couple, so you better reserve them.
• 51:41
Speaker 1: Oh, of those pieces oh well, yeah, I think, at the soundball, if we have them out for purchase, we certainly could, if there's interest, and let us know, reach out.
• 51:48
Speaker 1: Yes, I feel like the next event is church this Sunday.
• 51:52
Speaker 1: Yes, I feel like we've been talking a ton and we've been like we still have a lot I know To share you guys.
• 51:59
Speaker 1: We would love to extend an invite to New Life Church off of Highway D on Sunday.
• 52:07
Speaker 1: Every Sunday it's a special Sunday because it is Easter Sunday Easter.
• 52:12
Speaker 2: Sunday and our Sweet Bubbles is going to be singing Sha-la-la.
• 52:18
Speaker 2: Yes, I'm so excited.
• 52:20
Speaker 1: I'm part of the worship team there, so, yes, we will be singing our praises to the good Lord himself.
• 52:26
Speaker 1: That day I band practice, I got to go learn these new songs.
• 52:30
Speaker 1: I've been listening to them, trying to catch a vibe, but I'm new.
• 52:33
Speaker 1: These new songs I've been listening to and trying to catch a vibe, but I'm new.
• 52:36
Speaker 1: But I hope to worship with y'all and sing his song and we'll lift up his praises in in in song, and it's such a fun way to to worship.
• 52:45
Speaker 1: To worship God and Jesus is by singing to him, Cause I feel like those are positive affirmations that are just by repetition and by song are getting ingrained.
• 52:54
Speaker 1: So it's really powerful to sing with brothers and sisters at the Easter church, as I would love it for my mother and my brother and his family and their friends and friends of friends and sisters and cousins and nieces and nephews and neighbors.
• 53:11
  Speaker 1: Everyone is welcome.
• 53:14
Speaker 1: Everyone is welcome there at new life, highway d.
• 53:18
Speaker 1: But as I mean, don't or just go to church and be amongst your community.
• 53:22
Speaker 2: You can't make it to our church.
• 53:24
Speaker 1: You can go to your church too, and they will they will go to their church and they are going to celebrate jesus.
• 53:29
Speaker 1: And if you don't have a church, reach out to somebody.
• 53:32
Speaker 1: I'm sure there is someone that you know that is just dying to ask you and would love nothing more than you to sit with them and learn about the birth death and rebirth of our savior.
• 53:47
Speaker 2: He is so, so good yes, and I feel like, like you've said, what did you call us baby christians?
• 53:53
Speaker 2: Yes, yes, so we're just learning, like we don't know all the things, but every time I go I learn so much, just in one hour.
• 54:03
Speaker 2: You know, like, can you imagine if you went every week To cleansing?
• 54:08
Speaker 2: Yes, it feels so good.
• 54:10
Speaker 2: I love leaving there and just being with you guys, of course, but, you know, just listening to the word and surrendering and it's a really good feeling.
• 54:18
Speaker 2: You go to two churches, sometimes Thirsty.
• 54:23
Speaker 1: I'm hungry, so thirsty.
• 54:25
Speaker 1: Yes, and doing it all about the kids, too, and that they can expose them as well, has been really gratifying too, because they're actually the reason why we're there, the reason for the season.
• 54:35
Speaker 2: That's our job as parents is to bring them back to the Lord.
• 54:39
Speaker 1: Yes, so it's been so much fun to learn together.
• 54:42
Speaker 1: So I would just love to extend that invite to everybody everywhere all the time.
• 54:47
Speaker 1: Any Sunday hit us up, we'd love to meet you there, or just come and surprise us and sit next to us in the chairs.
• 54:54
Speaker 1: It's a come as you are type church.
• 54:55
Speaker 1: So really I mean no excuses, no bologna, just show up, just keep showing up.
• 55:01
Speaker 1: I feel like I got to remind myself that sometimes it's just, you know, just keep showing up, because that's what we do as family.
• 55:10
Speaker 1: And as ones that love thy neighbor more than you love yourself and give each other grace, you know.
• 55:16
Speaker 1: Thank you for reminding me of that Grace Life does happen.
• 55:22
Speaker 1: But we have a new day to get on up.
• 55:25
Speaker 1: Get on up and put in the good work.
• 55:28
  Speaker 2: Get on up.
• 55:31
Speaker 1: Sunday it's going down.
• 55:32
  Speaker 1: I'm super excited.
• 55:33
Speaker 1: Let's squad up, but beforehand.
• 55:36
Speaker 1: So I feel like I just want to touch on the fact that Easter falls on 420.
• 55:43
  Speaker 1: This year, yes.
• 55:44
Speaker 1: So I feel like we got our priorities straight with going to church but you best believe afterwards or before?
• 55:51
Speaker 1: Or before we are going to use the good Lord's gifts that he has bestowed upon us and use the plant medicine to keep us present in the moment and download all those beautiful insights from what he is trying to channel and tell us.
• 56:03
Speaker 2: Yes, is that really wordy?
• 56:05
Speaker 2: It was beautiful, beautifully wordly.
• 56:09
Speaker 1: Right though I mean, I feel like 420 is just really special to me personally.
• 56:15
Speaker 1: I'm just going to kind of go into what I feel like 420 signifies.
• 56:18
Speaker 1: It validates the plant.
• 56:20
Speaker 1: I feel like it has its day, it has its, it's legit, yes, like it is out there for people to come together in community, throw up that green flag and wave it loud and proud, because that is the way we are going to make change here in this great nation of ours, to free the plant and hopefully legalize it.
• 56:43
Speaker 1: I know it's God's plan and I feel like he's really been wanting us to take a moment to reflect on his intended purposes for the plant.
• 56:52
Speaker 1: There is research coming out like never before His intended purposes for the plant.
• 56:56
Speaker 1: There is research coming out like never before.
• 56:57
Speaker 1: There is testimonials of people Testified and telling how this plant has literally Improved their quality of life and everybody around them.
• 57:05
Speaker 1: So I feel like, just for me, 420 stands for, like the wave in the green flag and saying yes, we can and we will, and for it to fall on Easter you can't make this up this year, in 2025.
• 57:20
Speaker 1: It is God's plan.
• 57:20
Speaker 1: Maybe this year is the year where we'll keep a forward motion going on.
• 57:27
Speaker 1: Yes, god created we.
• 57:29
Speaker 1: He created the ganja, the pot, and man done messed it up, messed with it, you know, made it funky.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: I mean, he didn't intend it for it to be like that.
• 57:42
Speaker 1: No, it was never intended to be misused, mistreated, miscommunicated.
• 57:48
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I feel like it has biblical reference, and definitely reference throughout all nations, throughout the world, and that's what makes this plant so powerful, because it is a universal love language and nobody in this whole entire world has ever, ever, ever, ever died from smoking a joint or eating gummy.
• 58:11

• 1:01:49
Speaker 2: I know we had that amazing Sunshine and Bubbles pizza that they made.
• 1:01:53
Speaker 2: Hopefully they can recreate that, because that was dank, oh, that was dank.
• 1:01:58
Speaker 2: But yeah, we have Alicia, the sweetest little angel, in the kitchen baking up the sweetest sweet treats back there and we're so excited to offer those.
• 1:02:08
Speaker 2: I think we're going to bring some to the pre-Wanna party on saturday at cheryl's club, where that day and every day they serve infused food and cocktails and mocktails and pretty much.
• 1:02:28

Speaker 2: So all day party, but all day, every day, 365, because you can get the yummy goodness there at Cheryl's so a couple of specials that's going on for that pre-wanna party we're putting.
• 1:03:01
Speaker 1: We're infusing the marinara that goes in the pizza rolls.
• 1:03:07
Speaker 1: So our pizza rolls we've been hand rolling with love for a hot minute since our new menu revision.
• 1:03:12
Speaker 1: Yeah, but we I was like I love, like they call my name every time when they're like pizza roll.
• 1:03:17
Speaker 1: They're just so, so good.
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: Of course, a lot of times I am good at resisting the temptation, but on this day I might just have to indulge because we are infusing the pizza sauce in the pizza rolls and then going to deliver it.
• 1:03:30
Speaker 1: That way I think it's going to be an amazing munchie to try.
• 1:03:35
Speaker 1: It'll be really, really good.
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: And the THCA drinks have exploded.
• 1:03:41
Speaker 1: The market is huge.
• 1:03:42
Speaker 1: Cheryl's is messing with it.
• 1:03:43
Speaker 1: We got some different options for you Supporting local fermentorium.
• 1:03:47
  Speaker 1: Who's infusing it?
• 1:03:48
Speaker 1: It has delicious flavors, low calories, low sugar.
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: We also just brought on the brand Keef, the root beer flavored soda infused with the THC.
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: And we are making root beer floats, baby, with Fresh Dean's ice cream.
• 1:04:09
Speaker 1: Put that Keef on there to infuse your root beer float.
• 1:04:14
Speaker 1: I feel like that is the jammy jam for the season, for this month.
• 1:04:19
Speaker 1: If you can't get there right on 420, it's going to be running all through the month of April, so be free to get through there, and we also do.
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: I don't know how much we can say about discounts and whatnot on our products, but if you go live on the scene, live on location, you might be able to load up on some of the goods site on scene at Cheryl's Club 175, proudly offering our DNA Hub pharmacy.
• 1:04:40
Speaker 1: I think I mention this mostly because my video that I worked hard on got kicked off, flagged, and now I'm in some kind of jail through Cheryl's Club, so I'm like I'll start it anyways.
• 1:04:52
  Speaker 1: Really, yes.
• 1:04:57
Speaker 2: Ugh, I don't know anything better to do with their time just getting flagged left and right.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: We might get kicked off this thing before you know it, but we'll have the podcast, subscribe to the high vibe tribe at dna hemp llccom and we can keep you in the know and keep posted.
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: Keep these episodes flowing.
• 1:05:10
Speaker 2: Yes, and if you subscribe you can also get emails with epic sales and such.
• 1:05:17
Speaker 1: So there are ways like right now, yeah, like right, that's going on oh right now if you go to dnaflccom, yeah, take advantage.
• 1:05:25
Speaker 1: It's one of the best, it's a banger, it's blazing and and it's your, it's you, you and I truly that are sending out the packages yeah.
• 1:05:35
Speaker 1: With love, yeah, which we have to do.
• 1:05:37
Speaker 1: It doesn't go to like a distribution facility, no Right, it doesn't get shipped off.
• 1:05:41
Speaker 1: We're not like white labeling, like we are.
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: I feel like sometimes savings, like sales, are bittersweet because, like, we work so hard for this inventory and we would love nothing better than them to find their homes and promote some happiness in yours yeah, and and share with your buds too.
• 1:05:58
Speaker 2: We have I know one of the orders that just came through.
• 1:06:00
Speaker 2: It was a gift for somebody and they were a little wrote a little note in there like happy birthday, loser.
• 1:06:05
Speaker 2: They're obviously really good friends.
• 1:06:08
Speaker 2: It was cute, like oh they do care yeah, that is.
• 1:06:13
Speaker 2: I would love a birthday present like that yeah, right, I would too.
• 1:06:18
Speaker 1: Shipped straight to your door.
• 1:06:19
Speaker 2: Yes, it was cute.
• 1:06:20
Speaker 2: I could go without the message, but well, it was obviously a personal message I know I didn't want to say it, but I had to because that's what it said oh my gosh.
• 1:06:31
Speaker 1: a couple more things before we wrap this up.
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: Now I'm feeling a little rushed because I'm like, shoot, we're getting in the juice of neck.
• 1:06:38
Speaker 1: Pretty soon we're headed to the UW Extension office in.
• 1:06:47
Speaker 1: It's close to Madison, very close.
• 1:06:50
Speaker 1: They are doing a From Seed to Society Cannabis Fair going on.
• 1:07:00
  Speaker 1: I don't know if we'll call it a fair.
• 1:07:01
  Speaker 1: Here we go.
• 1:07:04
  Speaker 2: UW-Madison Cannabis Research Conference 2025.
• 1:07:08
Speaker 2: From Seed to Society, Cultivating Connections.
• 1:07:12
Speaker 2: That's so cute, you guys.
• 1:07:14
Speaker 1: That is amazing um at union south in the university of wisconsin, madison, april 22nd so at the college all day event I love that a dynamic, multi-disciplinary event aimed at expanding awareness, fostering knowledge exchange and bridging gaps in cannabis research, education and policy.
• 1:07:35
  Speaker 2: That's amazing.
• 1:07:36
Speaker 2: The conference will bring together researchers and graduate students across campuses, as well as key industry stakeholders, to share updates and facilitate collaboration.
• 1:07:47
Speaker 2: Attendees will gain valuable insights into the evolving landscape of cannabis science, industry and regulations through engaging discussions and networking opportunities.
• 1:07:59
Speaker 1: There are four priority topic areas agriculture, where we're at right now growing it.
• 1:08:05
Speaker 1: The health and medicine, also turning it into plant medicine businesses and design.
• 1:08:10
Speaker 1: Love to network in that front.
• 1:08:13
Speaker 1: And policy and regulation, just to shine light and get all of our questions answered, Because I feel like we get a lot of questions about the who, what, where, when, why and how, and it would be nothing better to hear it from the authorities themselves, yes, or the people that eat, breathe and study this way more than we ever thought of doing.
• 1:08:31
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 1:08:32
  Speaker 1: In our capacity.
• 1:08:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean Senator Melissa Eggert is going to be there.
• 1:08:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, beautiful trailblazer that she's been.
• 1:08:39
  Speaker 2: She has.
• 1:08:40
Speaker 2: We've been following her since the beginning.
• 1:08:42
  Speaker 2: She's been.
• 1:08:43
Speaker 1: On her cannabis trail.
• 1:08:44
  Speaker 1: Yes, indeed.
• 1:08:45
Speaker 2: And Shelby Ellison PhD she's been.
• 1:08:48
Speaker 2: I think the first time we met her was in Madison, for that.
• 1:08:54
Speaker 1: Was it Hemp Fest?
• 1:08:54
Speaker 1: First time we met her was in Madison.
• 1:08:55
Speaker 1: For the less legalized hemp fest.
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, she was powerful.
• 1:08:58
Speaker 1: She's in charge of all the research there at the UW facility, yeah, and she's been working with Philip Alberti, who we showed you the seeds that we're going to be planting this season.
• 1:09:07
Speaker 1: Those are from him and his cannabinoid research program that he's been conducting for the last how many years, an abanoid research program that he's been conducting for the last how many years.
• 1:09:18
Speaker 1: And also James Dedecker, who does the grain and fiber hemp trials that we worked with last season and growing that and see how that all went.
• 1:09:23
  Speaker 2: Rob Perro.
• 1:09:24
Speaker 2: He's part of the Indigenous Cannabis Industry Alliance, I see.
• 1:09:30
  Speaker 1: IA, philip Scott.
• 1:09:32
Speaker 1: Yes, philip Scott, from WIPA, wisconsin Farmers Manufacturers Association, he's been putting some really, really good work out there too.
• 1:09:41
Speaker 1: Yes, you guys, this is going to be an epic awesome and we are going to put the registration link in the comments here.
• 1:09:49
Speaker 1: I suppose, and if you feel so called, you are more than welcome, available and invited to attend this beautiful networking opportunity hosted by the UW Extension Program.
• 1:10:02
Speaker 2: Yes, it's going to be amazing, can't wait.
• 1:10:05
Speaker 1: I mean, this is really sculpting the future of this plant.
• 1:10:07
Speaker 1: Yes, a collaborative spirit is what I really like.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: I feel like they want to hear from the constituents, the stakeholders, all the people that have a say in the legalization of this plant, and what that looks like, because obviously, safety is always first and making sure that the standards are held high, because we are talking about the future of the globe, you know, the future of the globe and Wisconsin having the possibility to be industry leaders in the production side of things, with our big agricultural background and our soil and our climate.
• 1:10:45
  Speaker 1: It's exciting times.
• 1:10:48
Speaker 2: Very, very yeah, we love the UW and all they're doing Can't wait to share all our knowledge?
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: Yahoo, that's going to be amazing.
• 1:10:56
Speaker 1: So that's coming up here right before you know it Next week.
• 1:10:58
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, it's like bangers on bangers.
• 1:11:00
  Speaker 2: Tuesday on.
• 1:11:01
Speaker 1: Earth Day On Earth.
• 1:11:03
  Speaker 2: Day.
• 1:11:04
Speaker 1: Oh good, that was so on purpose.
• 1:11:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, and speaking of Earth Day, you know, if this conference doesn't quite so align with you, we would.
• 1:11:13
Speaker 1: I would urge somebody to do a cleanup out there, even if it's your sidewalk or the street, or grab a garbage bag, grab some gloves, maybe a neon vest.
• 1:11:25
  Speaker 2: Just be careful.
• 1:11:25
Speaker 2: You see them well suited so get your hands in the dirt.
• 1:11:31
  Speaker 1: Yeah, doing something?
• 1:11:32
Speaker 1: Yeah, that would be amazing un, the earth.
• 1:11:34
Speaker 2: It's not your trash, but it's your earth, so take care of it.
• 1:11:37
Speaker 1: If I had a penny, for how many cigarette butts I picked up at Cheryl's Club 175, you'd be a millionaire.
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: So head on over there if you're looking for a project.
• 1:11:46
Speaker 2: And stop throwing your butts everywhere.
• 1:11:48
  Speaker 2: For real.
• 1:11:50
Speaker 1: Yeah, because there's little fairy angels that I have to pick them up because I can't stand it.
• 1:11:56
Speaker 1: It's like one of my biggest pet peeves.
• 1:11:57
  Speaker 1: I can't walk past it, I can't unsee it.
• 1:11:59
Speaker 1: I have to bend over and pick it up, which isn't all bad.
• 1:12:02
Speaker 1: It keeps me in shape.
• 1:12:02
Speaker 1: We get to do these things.
• 1:12:04
Speaker 1: I'm not complaining, but I would just strive for a world where the Mother Earth is more respected and you can think twice about where your trash is going and who where it ends up and who has to pick it up and the sacrifice that is made there, because Lord knows it doesn't end with a cigarette, but you know it's probably this, that and the other too.
• 1:12:20
Speaker 1: So respect mother earth as she is defined and deserves all the glory as God has created it, her yes, and he knows every single bird out there, every migration path, every blade of grass.
• 1:12:36
Speaker 1: And so every hair on your head.
• 1:12:37
Speaker 1: If you love the God, you will love thy earth.
• 1:12:42
Speaker 2: Yes, amen, it all comes.
• 1:12:44
  Speaker 1: Always.
• 1:12:44
Speaker 1: And then just a quick plug too, because I feel like then next week we will have a podcast in, but I want people to be able to plan for our sound bowl sesh and raising the vibrations and elevation through holding space at Blue Luna.
• 1:13:01
Speaker 1: We are delighted and tickled pink to hold space with you at Sweet Jamie.
• 1:13:09
Speaker 1: I call you back, love you.
• 1:13:10
Speaker 1: She's probably telling me like it's all right.
• 1:13:12
Speaker 1: I'm just kidding Cut.
• 1:13:12
Speaker 1: I feel like she's so good at editing.
• 1:13:13
Speaker 1: She's such telling me like it's all right.
• 1:13:14
  Speaker 1: Just kidding Cut.
• 1:13:16
Speaker 1: I feel like she's so good at editing.
• 1:13:17
  Speaker 1: She's such a good editor.
• 1:13:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, cut it off.
• 1:13:19
  Speaker 1: No, stop it.
• 1:13:24
  Speaker 1: We're almost done.
• 1:13:25
Speaker 1: Yes, the sound bowl sesh, holding space, playing the sound bowls, which is using sound therapy as well, and we have a bunch of fun, awesome tools that we use with it.
• 1:13:37
Speaker 1: Some funky sounds and we had some really good feedback on that about, you know, raising the elevation.
• 1:13:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, in the sound bowl, vibration.
• 1:13:48
Speaker 2: And surrendering, and meditating and letting go, let it flow, new moon, all the things.
• 1:13:59
Speaker 2: It's going to be amazing.
• 1:14:00
Speaker 2: We're going to have DNA samples, of course, so that can help you relax and take the edge off, get into that right mindset to take on all those vibrations.
• 1:14:10
Speaker 2: You even have the sweet little eye pillows You're not even tempted to look around.
• 1:14:15
Speaker 1: Just close your eyes and relax yeah, utilizing all the elements too, I feel like it's been.
• 1:14:22
Speaker 1: It's a really groovy experience and it's open and available and there are spots left and it's accessible for you.
• 1:14:28
Speaker 1: So we would love to squad up with you and bring tell your friends about it, bring a friend uh, sharing is caring, sharing the good news that there are options available out there for everybody, and that is truly amazing and special I don't know about you, but I leave there just like oh like just elevating, levitating, just feeling so good, ready to rule the world, kind of the world it really is complete the mission.
• 1:14:53
Speaker 1: Stick to the mission.
• 1:14:54
  Speaker 1: I want to.
• 1:14:55
Speaker 1: I want to go tell it on the mountain always, always.
• 1:14:58
Speaker 1: Here we are, we're doing it.
• 1:14:59
Speaker 1: We're going to tell it on the mountain.
• 1:15:00
Speaker 1: With blazing good sales on the website, we got the mushrooms ordered from Field and Forest.
• 1:15:05
Speaker 1: I can't wait to talk mushrooms with y'all that'll be coming up really yes it's going to be good.
• 1:15:11

• 1:15:15
Speaker 1: We're really excited to share, keep sharing with y'all.
• 1:15:17
Speaker 1: So thank you, so so much.
• 1:15:22
Speaker 1: Should we wrap it up there?
• 1:15:23
  Speaker 1: I think so.
• 1:15:25
Speaker 1: Seeds or Earth Day.
• 1:15:30
Speaker 1: Great Earth Day activity would be planting seeds.
• 1:15:32
Speaker 1: It's not too early, I don't feel like they say like right on Mother's Day for some, but some of you want to get ahead of the game.
• 1:15:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, a little bit too, if you could do it in your basement or just do your research.
• 1:15:40
Speaker 2: I'm sure there's something we can see I'm obsessed.
• 1:15:42
  Speaker 1: I can't wait.
• 1:15:43
