- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Welcome to Vince on a Wednesday. Good to have you
- 0:02Speaker 2: with us. It's April. It's April. It's April 1st, but
- 0:06Speaker 2: no fooling around today. I've got a lot to get
- 0:08Speaker 2: to with you. We've got to talk about the big
- 0:10Speaker 2: address to the nation the president's about to make. We're
- 0:12Speaker 2: going to talk about Iran. There's lots of developments here,
- 0:16Speaker 2: including the fact the president is saying that we're just
- 0:19Speaker 2: about done here. In fact, he wants to get out
- 0:21Speaker 2: in the next, he said, two to three weeks. I've
- 0:24Speaker 2: got the updates on that, a lot coming up on
- 0:25Speaker 2: that subject. Also, massive numbers of Supreme Court cases that
- 0:30Speaker 2: are coming through. We had a big decision yesterday about
- 0:34Speaker 2: whether or not you can be compelled by the government
- 0:37Speaker 2: to lie to a child in order to abuse them.
- 0:41Speaker 2: A big First Amendment decision yesterday. And then we need
- 0:44Speaker 2: to get to today's big Supreme Court oral argument, and
- 0:47Speaker 2: that is going to be about birthright citizenship. Can illegal
- 0:51Speaker 2: aliens simply pour across our border? and then produce nearly 300,000
- 0:57Speaker 2: new American citizens every year? Yeah, that's the numbers we're
- 1:00Speaker 2: talking about. We've got a lot to get to on

- 2:39Speaker 2: I'm glad you asked, OneMadWoman7. Hopefully you're not too mad
- 2:42Speaker 2: about this. It's Clarence Thomas. Look at that. How good
- 2:45Speaker 2: does he look? There's Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. And
- 2:49Speaker 2: it says hope at the bottom. And I do hope,
- 2:52Speaker 2: I hope the court listens to Clarence Thomas today as
- 2:54Speaker 2: they debate birthright citizenship with the president of the United
- 2:58Speaker 2: States seated in the courtroom. Oh, I can't wait to
- 3:03Speaker 2: get to that. We will get to that coming up.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's going to be epic. It's going to be very epic.
- 3:08Speaker 2: But let me start with you today about the big
- 3:13Speaker 2: news about what the president's up to tonight. God, the
- 3:15Speaker 2: guy's so busy. The president of the United States is
- 3:18Speaker 2: set to address the nation tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
- 3:23Speaker 2: We get this news overnight from Caroline Leavitt, the White
- 3:26Speaker 2: House press secretary, saying that the president will give an
- 3:29Speaker 2: address to the nation to provide an important update on Iran,
- 3:34Speaker 2: on Iran. This is a big deal. So a big
- 3:37Speaker 2: presidential address tonight. All of the networks now have committed
- 3:41Speaker 2: to carrying the broadcast. So the world is going to
- 3:45Speaker 2: see this tonight. And what will the president say? What
- 3:49Speaker 2: will the president discuss? Well, obviously the central topic is Iran,
- 3:53Speaker 2: but it's going to have to be, I mean, I
- 3:55Speaker 2: think you and I can probably divine out what this
- 3:57Speaker 2: will look like. It'll be an assessment of how this
- 4:00Speaker 2: operation has gone so far. And it's going to be
- 4:05Speaker 2: an advanced preview of what comes next. Where do we
- 4:07Speaker 2: go from here? And so yesterday, I think we had
- 4:11Speaker 2: a very helpful Pentagon press briefing from the Department of
- 4:13Speaker 2: War yesterday that included, once again, Secretary of War Pete
- 4:16Speaker 2: Hegseth and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Raisin Kane,
- 4:19Speaker 2: Dan Kane, General Dan Kane was there. And our very
- 4:23Speaker 2: own Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent, was over there
- 4:26Speaker 2: at the Pentagon yesterday morning and got a chance to
- 4:28Speaker 2: question both men. And one of the questions that I
- 4:33Speaker 2: suggested Reagan ask, and thankfully she did, was, would you
- 4:36Speaker 2: ask these gentlemen, what uses do we have for the
- 4:40Speaker 2: United States Marines and the United States Army for the
- 4:43Speaker 2: soldiers other than a ground invasion? Because the media is
- 4:46Speaker 2: running its gums about, oh, a ground invasion is coming,
- 4:49Speaker 2: a ground invasion is coming. Well, what else might we
- 4:52Speaker 2: use these kinds of troops for? And Reagan asked, and
- 4:58Speaker 2: General Kane answered, take a look at yesterday's interaction on
- 5:02Speaker 2: this subject.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Watch.
- 5:04Speaker 3: No, just to answer your question, Reagan, you know, the
- 5:08Speaker 3: range of military options that those forces can offer are extensive,
- 5:13Speaker 3: not just limited to what you mentioned in terms of
- 5:16Speaker 3: forces on the ground. And I wouldn't want to take
- 5:18Speaker 3: away the president's decision space, but there are a multitude
- 5:22Speaker 3: of things, not the least of which is Iran should
- 5:25Speaker 3: note that they're out there and that they are a
- 5:29Speaker 3: pressure point. And so they should carefully consider, I think,
- 5:33Speaker 3: at the diplomatic level, not my job as a chairman,
- 5:36Speaker 3: but at the diplomatic level to consider what's in front
- 5:38Speaker 3: of them.
- 5:40Speaker 2: There's a very impressive force, very impressive force that the
- 5:44Speaker 2: United States is now using as leverage in this debate,
- 5:48Speaker 2: in this debate, in this conflict. in an effort to
- 5:51Speaker 2: get a deal. So General Kane goes, look, we could
- 5:53Speaker 2: use them for a lot of things. It doesn't just
- 5:55Speaker 2: have to be for a ground invasion, but they're there,
- 5:58Speaker 2: and Iran should know it. It's the reason the president
- 6:00Speaker 2: keeps talking about it. It's the reason the Department of
- 6:02Speaker 2: War keeps talking about it. Very public about these troop movements.
- 6:06Speaker 2: They want people to know. They want the Iranians to
- 6:08Speaker 2: know that we can do anything we want. So why
- 6:12Speaker 2: don't you make a deal with us before we have
- 6:14Speaker 2: to exercise some of these options? General Kane with that update.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Thank you to the general for answering our question on
- 6:19Speaker 2: that subject. President Trump yesterday in the Oval Office said
- 6:25Speaker 2: that it's time for other countries to begin protecting the
- 6:28Speaker 2: Strait of Hormuz. And in fact, this morning, we just
- 6:30Speaker 2: got an update. The Wall Street Journal reports that the
- 6:32Speaker 2: United Arab Emirates is now committing to protecting the Strait
- 6:36Speaker 2: of Hormuz, which is the first time any of the
- 6:39Speaker 2: countries in the Gulf region have now committed to that
- 6:41Speaker 2: kind of protection. This is after the Iranians have been
- 6:44Speaker 2: throwing missiles in their direction. So some amazing developments right now.
- 6:48Speaker 2: But here's the president yesterday talking about the Strait of
- 6:52Speaker 2: Hormuz and saying we are going to be done. Listen
- 6:54Speaker 2: to the certainty with which he talks about this. Two
- 6:57Speaker 2: to three weeks. Here's the president of the United States yesterday.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I think we're two or three weeks in. We'll leave.
- 7:05Speaker 1: There's no reason for us to do this.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Look, the problem with the Strait, a guy can take
- 7:09Speaker 4: a mine, drop it in the water, and say, oh,
- 7:11Speaker 4: it's unsafe. It's not like you're taking out an army
- 7:14Speaker 4: or you're taking.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Out a country or you're doing it. They can drop it.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Or you can take a machine gun from the shore
- 7:19Speaker 4: and shoot a little few bullets on a ship.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Or maybe an.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Over-the-shoulder missile, small missiles.
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's not for us.
- 7:29Speaker 4: That'll be for France. That'll be for whoever's using this trade.
- 7:33Speaker 4: But I think when we leave, probably that's all cleared up. Today,
- 7:36Speaker 4: I heard tremendous numbers of ships were sailing through. We're
- 7:40Speaker 4: negotiating with them right now. They've been, again, we have
- 7:44Speaker 4: had regime change. Now, regime change was not one of
- 7:46Speaker 4: the things I had as a goal.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I had one goal.
- 7:49Speaker 4: They will have no nuclear weapon. And that goal has
- 7:52Speaker 4: been attained. They will not have nuclear weapons. But we're
- 7:56Speaker 4: finishing the job. And I think within maybe two weeks,
- 8:00Speaker 4: maybe a couple of days longer to do the job.
- 8:03Speaker 1: But we want to knock out every single thing they have.
- 8:06Speaker 4: Now, it's possible that we'll make a deal before that
- 8:09Speaker 4: because we'll hit bridges and we've hit some. We'll hit
- 8:12Speaker 4: some bridges. We've got a couple of nice bridges in mind.
- 8:16Speaker 4: But if they come to the table, that'll be good.
- 8:19Speaker 4: But it doesn't matter whether they come or not. We've
- 8:21Speaker 4: set them back. It'll take 15 to 20 years for
- 8:25Speaker 4: them to rebuild what we've done to them.
- 8:27Speaker 1: They have no Navy. They have no military. They have
- 8:30Speaker 1: no Air Force. They have no telecommunications. They have no
- 8:33Speaker 1: anti-aircraft systems. They have no leaders. You know, their leaders
- 8:37Speaker 1: are all gone.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Their leaders are all gone. So you heard that ending
- 8:41Speaker 2: point is also kind of where he started, which is like, look,
- 8:43Speaker 2: I didn't go in there with the intention of a
- 8:45Speaker 2: regime change. That's not why we went in. That was
- 8:47Speaker 2: never the mission. The mission was to stop the nuclear threat,
- 8:50Speaker 2: to get rid of their nuclear arsenal, to get rid
- 8:52Speaker 2: of their nuclear development, to seize the nuclear material, whatever
- 8:56Speaker 2: we can do to stop them from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Regime change, that wasn't really the point. Although we did
- 9:00Speaker 2: kind of change the regime anyway, because we killed literally
- 9:03Speaker 2: everybody at the top. So now they got all these
- 9:06Speaker 2: lower level people who are kind of falling into place
- 9:08Speaker 2: and we're working with these new people and we're trying
- 9:10Speaker 2: to come up with a deal with them. That's his plan.
- 9:13Speaker 2: But the president has been clear throughout this whole process
- 9:17Speaker 2: what this has all been about, stopping the nuclear run.
- 9:20Speaker 2: And he said, we just had their military back by
- 9:22Speaker 2: 20 years. You know, if you listen to Secretary of
- 9:25Speaker 2: State Marco Rubio, who's been out talking about this, what
- 9:28Speaker 2: Iran had done after Operation Midnight Hammer, after the United
- 9:32Speaker 2: States had bombed these nuclear facilities. First and foremost, they
- 9:37Speaker 2: continued to brag, even to Steve Witkoff, about how much
- 9:40Speaker 2: enriched uranium they had. They had all this, like, well,
- 9:43Speaker 2: we have all this enriched uranium that we could use
- 9:45Speaker 2: as a nuclear weapon, but we promise we're not going
- 9:47Speaker 2: to do that. But there's no reason to enrich uranium
- 9:49Speaker 2: to the levels they had done unless they were in
- 9:51Speaker 2: pursuit of a nuclear weapon. And also, they were building
- 9:54Speaker 2: a missile shield. They were building ballistic missiles to ludicrous levels.
- 10:00Speaker 2: in order to protect the development of their nuclear program.
- 10:04Speaker 2: That's what they were doing. They were building a blanket
- 10:06Speaker 2: of missiles in order to try and create an environment
- 10:09Speaker 2: where nobody could penetrate and get to their nuclear weapons.
- 10:13Speaker 2: And And development. So, you know, the United States detected
- 10:16Speaker 2: all this and said, OK, this is enough. We've had
- 10:18Speaker 2: 47 years of this crap. We've had endless, you know,
- 10:21Speaker 2: rope-a-dope with Iran. We're not playing this game anymore. We're
- 10:24Speaker 2: taking them out. So they take out the nuclear program.
- 10:27Speaker 2: And now President Trump tonight is set to address the nation.
- 10:31Speaker 2: And I guarantee it's going to be, I guarantee insofar
- 10:36Speaker 2: as I can gather this publicly, that Um, he's going
- 10:39Speaker 2: to make a, a big statement tonight to basically say
- 10:42Speaker 2: to the American people, look, we've, we've achieved almost all
- 10:46Speaker 2: of the objectives that we set out to in the
- 10:47Speaker 2: first place. We just have to, we have, we have
- 10:49Speaker 2: two weeks of cleanup basically coming up. And then after that,
- 10:53Speaker 2: I'm calling on the world. to protect the Strait of Hormuz.
- 10:57Speaker 2: These other countries need to pony up. You need other
- 10:59Speaker 2: countries to commit to doing this. We can't handle everything.
- 11:02Speaker 2: We're not going to do it all for you. We've
- 11:04Speaker 2: got our own energy. We're not even anywhere near as
- 11:06Speaker 2: dependent as you are on the energy that flows through
- 11:09Speaker 2: that strait. So get involved. And the Iranians, right now
- 11:13Speaker 2: is your chance. Make a deal. You could have a
- 11:15Speaker 2: glorious future. Or things could get even rougher for you.
- 11:18Speaker 2: That's the president. I expect. Tonight, we'll see what he
- 11:21Speaker 2: has to say. Again, 9 p.m. Eastern this evening. We'll
- 11:24Speaker 2: keep an eye on that. That statement yesterday that the
- 11:28Speaker 2: president made from the Oval Office, the reason he was
- 11:31Speaker 2: in the Oval Office was because he was talking about
- 11:33Speaker 2: election integrity. He wanted to talk about election integrity, and
- 11:38Speaker 2: specifically because Congress is out on vacation. Everybody's at Disney World.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Everybody's like, I think, were there some guys in Scotland?
- 11:44Speaker 2: Did you guys see this? There's like members of Congress
- 11:47Speaker 2: like flying around like in Scotland. They're in foreign countries.
- 11:49Speaker 2: They're on vacation. They're on vacation. And the president says, OK, fine,
- 11:53Speaker 2: you know, without Congress in place, I'll just do it myself.
- 11:56Speaker 2: So yesterday, the president of the United States signed an
- 12:00Speaker 2: executive order to clean up mail in voting nationwide. Now, now, interestingly,
- 12:07Speaker 2: I know we started our show with Reagan Reese. It
- 12:09Speaker 2: is also Reagan Reese's scoop that this would happen yesterday.
- 12:13Speaker 2: She got a hold of this. She just before the signature,
- 12:16Speaker 2: she said President Trump was expected to sign and did.
- 12:18Speaker 2: this executive order, cracking down on mail-in voting all across
- 12:23Speaker 2: the country. The executive order requires the Secretary of Homeland
- 12:26Speaker 2: Security to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who
- 12:30Speaker 2: are eligible to vote in each state with the Social
- 12:34Speaker 2: Security Administration's help. So Homeland Security is going to come
- 12:37Speaker 2: up with a list of every citizen who's even eligible
- 12:39Speaker 2: to vote in the state, according to a fact sheet
- 12:42Speaker 2: shared with The Caller. By the way, that'll be really
- 12:44Speaker 2: helpful to make sure that you don't have the same
- 12:47Speaker 2: person registered in multiple states. The presidential action will also
- 12:50Speaker 2: require that the U.S. Postal Service only sends absentee ballots
- 12:55Speaker 2: to those who are on each state's approved mail-in ballot list.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Ballots will now have specific, secure envelopes with unique barcodes
- 13:05Speaker 2: for tracking, according to the order. States will be provided
- 13:08Speaker 2: with their revised lists of confirmed voters no less than
- 13:12Speaker 2: 60 days before each federal election under the order. The
- 13:17Speaker 2: executive order also tells the U.S. Attorney General, rather, to
- 13:21Speaker 2: prioritize investigating and prosecuting anyone accused of sending ballots to
- 13:26Speaker 2: ineligible voters. States that disobey the order can lose federal
- 13:31Speaker 2: funding under the presidential action. According to the White House,
- 13:34Speaker 2: Abigail Jackson, election integrity has always been a top priority
- 13:38Speaker 2: for President Trump. The American people sent him back to
- 13:40Speaker 2: the White House because they overwhelmingly supported his common sense
- 13:45Speaker 2: election integrity agenda. The president will do everything in his
- 13:48Speaker 2: power to defend the safety and security of American elections
- 13:51Speaker 2: and to ensure that only American citizens are voting in them. Amazing.
- 13:57Speaker 2: So what you have from the president here is, okay,
- 14:01Speaker 2: what federal authority Touch points do I have? Well, I've
- 14:03Speaker 2: got the Department of Homeland Security. I can keep track of,
- 14:06Speaker 2: you know, who's actually eligible to vote in the United States.
- 14:10Speaker 2: And then I also have the U.S. Postal Service. And
- 14:13Speaker 2: now we're going to say, hey, Postal Service, you're only
- 14:15Speaker 2: allowed to send absentee ballots if the person's on the
- 14:19Speaker 2: approved mail-in ballot list. Now, will there be crazy left-wing
- 14:24Speaker 2: legal challenges to all of this?
- 14:25Speaker 5: Of course.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Everything President Trump does solicits a crazy left-wing legal challenge.
- 14:30Speaker 2: And it works its way through the courts. The president says,
- 14:34Speaker 2: we've got to fix this now. And I can't wait
- 14:36Speaker 2: any longer for Congress to try and fix it. So
- 14:39Speaker 2: good for the president of the United States. Just just,
- 14:41Speaker 2: you know, one more thing. One more thing. He went
- 14:43Speaker 2: to the Kennedy Center yesterday to see a performance of Chicago.
- 14:46Speaker 2: I don't even know how he has time for.
- 14:48Speaker 1: All of this.
- 14:48Speaker 2: You know, the people are going to a big show.
- 14:50Speaker 2: They'd be planning their day around it, like looking at
- 14:52Speaker 2: the clock. I got to get to my show tonight.
- 14:54Speaker 2: We got to leave work a little early so we
- 14:55Speaker 2: can make it through traffic to get to the show.
- 14:58Speaker 2: President Trump, he literally signs an executive order to secure
- 15:00Speaker 2: America's elections, announces that we're leaving Iran in two to
- 15:03Speaker 2: three weeks, and then heads off to go see Chicago.
- 15:06Speaker 2: And then he gets ready to go to the United
- 15:07Speaker 2: States Supreme Court this morning to sit for another massive, yes,
- 15:13Speaker 2: election integrity concern about birthright citizenship. The guy's staying busy,
- 15:18Speaker 2: in other words. But here he is yesterday saying, I'm
- 15:21Speaker 2: going to do it myself. Now, he's going to do
- 15:23Speaker 2: it himself. And, you know, I don't know how Reagan
- 15:28Speaker 2: does this.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Okay.
- 15:28Speaker 2: And then Reagan was there. And Reagan asked him yesterday,
- 15:34Speaker 2: does this mean, if you have to do this now yourself,
- 15:37Speaker 2: does this mean that you believe that the Save America
- 15:41Speaker 2: Act is unlikely to pass? Here's the president yesterday, cut one.
- 15:45Speaker 2: He's annoyed now that that the Save America Act appears
- 15:48Speaker 2: destined to flop in the United States Congress. Watch.
- 15:51Speaker 6: Mr.
- 15:52Speaker 1: President, do you still think it's going to pass?
- 15:55Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 15:55Speaker 4: It's the craziest thing. The Democrats are totally against it. Again,
- 15:59Speaker 4: they're unified. I think maybe you would have Fetterman, who
- 16:02Speaker 4: I have a lot of respect for. But the Democrats
- 16:05Speaker 4: are unified against it.
- 16:08Speaker 1: And you need Democrat votes.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Unless you do something smart called the filibuster, terminate the filibuster, which.
- 16:13Speaker 1: They should do.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Republicans should do that, but there are a couple of
- 16:16Speaker 4: Republicans that maybe they're not so smart because the Democrats
- 16:21Speaker 4: will do it on the first day in office, maybe.
- 16:23Speaker 1: The first hour. It's a question, will it be the
- 16:25Speaker 1: first hour or the first day?
- 16:27Speaker 4: So who can believe that a person, you can't even
- 16:34Speaker 4: get it to the floor, that a person wouldn't vote for,
- 16:37Speaker 4: think of it, for citizenship, proof of citizenship, for voter identification.
- 16:45Speaker 4: And we also added one. We added mail-in ballots. Mail-in
- 16:48Speaker 4: ballots with exceptions for the.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Military, for people that are sick, people that are traveling,
- 16:53Speaker 1: for the disabled. We have very generous exceptions.
- 16:58Speaker 4: But who would believe that that would be possible not
- 17:00Speaker 4: to get those things to vote for? And then we
- 17:02Speaker 4: added best of Trump. We added no men and women sports.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Different subject, but we added that. And we said no
- 17:09Speaker 4: transgender mutilization of our children. These are all 90, 95,
- 17:17Speaker 4: maybe 98 in some cases, maybe 99 in terms of
- 17:21Speaker 4: those first two.
- 17:24Speaker 1: If you talk about the first two, I.
- 17:26Speaker 4: Think, you know, I think 98, 99% voter identification, right?
- 17:32Speaker 1: Wouldn't you think, don't you think it's nice? With picture.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Wouldn't you think it's nice when the Democrats had their convention,
- 17:39Speaker 4: I remember it so well, you had to have identification.
- 17:44Speaker 1: To get into the arena and.
- 17:46Speaker 4: They had a card that was bigger than most of
- 17:48Speaker 4: their chests and it had everything it had their picture
- 17:51Speaker 4: and if you didn't have that card they threw you
- 17:54Speaker 4: away in new york city recently we had big snowstorm
- 18:00Speaker 4: mayor mandami had mandami he called out for people to
- 18:04Speaker 4: shovel snow but you had to give identification with picture
- 18:11Speaker 4: if you didn't have And it wasn't one identification.
- 18:14Speaker 1: You had to have two. So to shovel snow in New.
- 18:18Speaker 4: York City, you need identification, double, with picture. But to vote,
- 18:22Speaker 4: which is maybe our most cherished.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Thing, you don't need.
- 18:26Speaker 4: They don't want voter ID, the Democrats, because they want
- 18:30Speaker 4: to cheat. The problem is we need their votes. In
- 18:32Speaker 4: order to get it, you need their votes. Look, they
- 18:37Speaker 4: know their policy is so bad. They know that if
- 18:40Speaker 4: they gave those votes, they might never win another election.
- 18:43Speaker 2: They might never win another election. They might never win
- 18:47Speaker 2: another election. I mean, really, the future of the country
- 18:50Speaker 2: is on the line. This is why we keep calling it.
- 18:52Speaker 2: We call it the Save America Act because it would
- 18:54Speaker 2: save America. It would protect the American election system and
- 18:57Speaker 2: prevent the very kind of fraud and cheating that you
- 18:58Speaker 2: were just hearing the president talk about. So it just.
- 19:03Speaker 2: It's disappointing. I don't like that his tone has shifted
- 19:06Speaker 2: on this. Basically, his tone appears to be one of,
- 19:09Speaker 2: you hate to say defeat, but just kind of like
- 19:12Speaker 2: he's resolved to have to do this a different way. Resolved,
- 19:16Speaker 2: I'm going to have to do this a different way
- 19:17Speaker 2: because we just don't have enough support. He goes, obviously,
- 19:19Speaker 2: the Democrats don't support it, and I can't even get
- 19:21Speaker 2: enough Republicans to support it. Now, you heard him say recently,
- 19:24Speaker 2: he's like, John Thune needs to be a leader. He
- 19:27Speaker 2: needs to be a leader. If he's going to be
- 19:29Speaker 2: a leader, he needs to be a leader. He needs
- 19:31Speaker 2: to be the kind of guy who twists arms, threatens people,
- 19:34Speaker 2: incentivizes people, whatever it takes to be able to achieve
- 19:38Speaker 2: this objective. But the president is going to, in the
- 19:41Speaker 2: absence of that, he's going to do what he can
- 19:42Speaker 2: on his own, including yesterday's executive order. So thank you
- 19:46Speaker 2: to the president for that update. One more election rigging.
- 19:50Speaker 2: update for you, a direct election rigging update, and then
- 19:52Speaker 2: I want to get to the Supreme Court. We've got
- 19:54Speaker 2: a lot to discuss today. In Virginia, the fight continues
- 20:00Speaker 2: in Virginia. If you live in Virginia and you have
- 20:02Speaker 2: not yet voted in this referendum, go to the polls,
- 20:06Speaker 2: vote no. Right now, vote no on election rigging. Because
- 20:10Speaker 2: as we speak, remember, Democrats are looking to steal a
- 20:14Speaker 2: whole bunch of seats right now. In Virginia, it's a
- 20:18Speaker 2: 6-5 map right now. Six Democrats to five Republicans. Democrats
- 20:21Speaker 2: want to steal four of those seats. They want to
- 20:23Speaker 2: make it a 10-1 map for the midterms. They're trying
- 20:26Speaker 2: to do it right now. Obama's involved. Abigail Spanberger, of course,
- 20:30Speaker 2: the deranged governor of Virginia is doing this. And the
- 20:35Speaker 2: good news for you at this hour is, is that
- 20:37Speaker 2: in the early vote, all the Republican counties are outperforming.
- 20:40Speaker 2: The Republican districts are outperforming the Democrat districts in terms
- 20:45Speaker 2: of turnout. Now, it's not by huge margins, but it
- 20:48Speaker 2: is an advantage right now. And we don't know the
- 20:51Speaker 2: specific vote tally, of course, but we just know that
- 20:53Speaker 2: Republicans are showing up. That's a big deal. But we
- 20:56Speaker 2: have to maintain that momentum going all the way to
- 20:59Speaker 2: April 21st at the end of this. This is not
- 21:01Speaker 2: just important to Virginia. It's important to the entire country
- 21:04Speaker 2: because they could steal the entire United States House of
- 21:06Speaker 2: Representatives this way. This is an election rigging operation. And
- 21:10Speaker 2: if you doubt how serious it is to the left,
- 21:13Speaker 2: how desperate they are to rig the United States House,
- 21:16Speaker 2: look no further than the fact that Hakeem Jeffries and his,
- 21:20Speaker 2: you know, the money that he controls, the dial-up Democrat,
- 21:24Speaker 2: this guy just gave $ 20 million to the cause. Now,
- 21:28Speaker 2: Republicans have raised a very small sum of money. It's
- 21:31Speaker 2: like $ 8 million, I think, in Virginia for this battle.
- 21:35Speaker 2: If we're going to win in Virginia, it seems at
- 21:37Speaker 2: this point it's going to be a grassroots fight. That
- 21:40Speaker 2: the grassroots, people like me and you, are the only
- 21:42Speaker 2: way that we are going to get victory here to
- 21:45Speaker 2: stop the rigging. I saw this morning, I saw a
- 21:47Speaker 2: report that some Republicans have thrown up their hands. They're like, oh,
- 21:52Speaker 2: we're probably going to lose Virginia. Let's just keep our
- 21:54Speaker 2: money there. for other elections later in the midterms. No,
- 21:57Speaker 2: you idiots. No, you idiots. This is an effort to
- 22:01Speaker 2: rig the entire House of Representatives. Don't save your money
- 22:04Speaker 2: for electoral contests where you're trying to appeal to voters
- 22:08Speaker 2: for later races. Fight now in the most obvious election
- 22:13Speaker 2: rigging of the year. Fight right now. These Democrats are
- 22:18Speaker 2: dumping a lot of money into this. Democrats are worried
- 22:21Speaker 2: that they're not going to be able to succeed One
- 22:24Speaker 2: DC publication punch bowl this morning headline, could Dems blow
- 22:28Speaker 2: it in Virginia? Could Dems blow it in Virginia? God willing,
- 22:31Speaker 2: they do. But the only way that we can make
- 22:34Speaker 2: that come true is if we stay in the fight.
- 22:36Speaker 2: You have to do it right now. So Virginians, get
- 22:38Speaker 2: out and vote. Vote no. Vote hell no to election
- 22:41Speaker 2: rigging in Virginia. Okay, coming up in a moment, I'm
- 22:43Speaker 2: going to talk to you a little bit more about
- 22:45Speaker 2: what the Supreme Court is up to, why I've got
- 22:47Speaker 2: so much faith in this guy. Love this guy. Look
- 22:49Speaker 2: at Clarence Thomas. I see some people asking me in
- 22:51Speaker 2: the chat, where'd you get this shirt from? It was,
- 22:53Speaker 2: I think it was my producer, Corey, who gave it
- 22:55Speaker 2: to me years ago. And I have no idea where
- 22:57Speaker 2: he got it, but I've had it. And I opened
- 23:00Speaker 2: up my shirt drawer this morning and I thought to myself,
- 23:03Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas, there he is. I'm going to wear that.
- 23:06Speaker 2: I need to, especially today. Love Justice Thomas. All right,
- 23:09Speaker 2: more ahead on the program. We're going to get to it.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I want to thank our sponsors today. The guys who
- 23:13Speaker 2: make it possible for us to keep doing this each
- 23:15Speaker 2: day for free. You know, I've been using the BoneCharge
- 23:18Speaker 2: infrared sauna blanket. Love BoneCharge. BoneCharge. They're a great infrared
- 23:23Speaker 2: sauna blanket because it's a sauna in my house, which
- 23:26Speaker 2: is like an amazing thing. And I can wrap myself
- 23:29Speaker 2: up with it. The infrared heat works its magic and
- 23:31Speaker 2: it helps with muscle recovery, detoxification, total game changer in
- 23:35Speaker 2: my life. And everybody I know who uses the Bond
- 23:38Speaker 2: Charge sauna blanket loves it. It loves it. It's great.
- 23:42Speaker 2: It's very great. And then when you're done with it, just,
- 23:44Speaker 2: you know, just wipe it down, fold it up, store
- 23:47Speaker 2: it away. And it's perfect. It's really perfect. My wife
- 23:51Speaker 2: uses the red light face mask. Allison loves the red
- 23:53Speaker 2: light face mask from Boncharge because it helps improve your
- 23:57Speaker 2: skin's texture and reduces inflammation. It's like a mini spa
- 24:00Speaker 2: treatment right inside of our home. Beautiful. If you're thinking

- 24:26Speaker 2: intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
- 24:31Speaker 2: All right, here we go. Birthright citizenship. Birthright citizenship. Did
- 24:39Speaker 2: the people who drafted the 14th Amendment intend to confer
- 24:44Speaker 2: on every illegal alien and every Chinese national and every
- 24:50Speaker 2: single random person who came across our border? Did they
- 24:53Speaker 2: intend to confer on them the privilege of having U.S.
- 24:57Speaker 2: citizen children just by giving birth in the United States?
- 25:00Speaker 2: Is that what the 14th Amendment was about? Was that
- 25:04Speaker 2: what it is? The answer to that is no, not
- 25:08Speaker 2: at all. There are three Civil War era amendments, sometimes
- 25:13Speaker 2: referred to as the Civil Rights Amendments, the 13th, the 14th,
- 25:17Speaker 2: and the 15th Amendments. The 13th Amendment to the Constitution
- 25:23Speaker 2: was to free the slaves. The 14th Amendment to the Constitution,
- 25:28Speaker 2: which is what we're talking about today, was to say
- 25:31Speaker 2: that former slaves are indeed American citizens of the United States.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And the 15th Amendment is to protect the voting franchise
- 25:39Speaker 2: for those very same people. Each of those amendments was
- 25:44Speaker 2: designed to end slavery and fully integrate into the United
- 25:50Speaker 2: States Black Americans who had been enslaved and their children
- 25:54Speaker 2: to make sure that that they were a full part
- 25:57Speaker 2: of this American dream. That's it. That's what the 13th, 14th,
- 26:01Speaker 2: and 15th Amendments are for. And yet, over the years,
- 26:05Speaker 2: the left has so distorted the purpose of the 14th
- 26:08Speaker 2: Amendment beyond recognition that they now sort of idly, they
- 26:12Speaker 2: just make a blanket claim that it confers on illegal
- 26:16Speaker 2: aliens the ability to have children here in the United
- 26:19Speaker 2: States and boom, they're American citizens. Now, how big is
- 26:22Speaker 2: this problem right now? What's the scale of this? Well,
- 26:25Speaker 2: back in 2023, Pew Research found that approximately 300,000 babies,
- 26:34Speaker 2: that was in 2023, 300,000 babies each year in the
- 26:38Speaker 2: United States are born to illegal aliens.
- 26:42Speaker 5: 300,000.
- 26:43Speaker 2: That's 300,000 American citizenships handed out right now, again, in
- 26:50Speaker 2: this insane system that it shouldn't work this way at all.
- 26:53Speaker 1: 300,000.
- 26:55Speaker 2: So when we talk about, and to give you a
- 26:58Speaker 2: sense of perspective, that's 8% of all U.S.
- 27:00Speaker 4: Births.
- 27:01Speaker 2: In that very same year, 3.6 million babies were born
- 27:03Speaker 2: in the United States. 300,000 of them were to illegal aliens.
- 27:10Speaker 2: So if 8% of all U.S. births are citizens that
- 27:14Speaker 2: shouldn't be citizens at all, what you're witnessing is what
- 27:18Speaker 2: the left has been planning for many years, which is
- 27:22Speaker 2: their plot to import new voters and to have basically
- 27:28Speaker 2: a homegrown stockpile of new voters that they're bringing in
- 27:33Speaker 2: without your permission, without anybody's permission. These people are pouring
- 27:37Speaker 2: into our country illegally, breaking our laws, and then as
- 27:41Speaker 2: a reward, they get to have US citizen children. Additionally,
- 27:45Speaker 2: it also gives access To the illegal aliens who have
- 27:50Speaker 2: these babies, it gives them access to America's welfare programs.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Right now, an illegal alien is technically, under the law,
- 28:00Speaker 2: forbidden from getting access to welfare in the United States.
- 28:03Speaker 2: You're not allowed to go on food stamps or something.
- 28:06Speaker 2: If you're an illegal alien who just pours across our border,
- 28:08Speaker 2: that's illegal. But here's the gigantic Mack truck-sized loophole. If
- 28:13Speaker 2: you have a child, then they're entitled to it. They're
- 28:17Speaker 2: entitled to welfare because now our country has made them
- 28:21Speaker 2: an American citizen. So what ends up happening is the
- 28:24Speaker 2: kid gets welfare benefits and all of that welfare flows
- 28:28Speaker 2: to the illegal alien parents. That's how that works. In
- 28:32Speaker 2: addition to a bunch of other social services that you
- 28:35Speaker 2: and I are paying for, including emergency rooms and things
- 28:37Speaker 2: for illegal aliens in our country. It is a totally
- 28:42Speaker 2: demented and broken system by design. This is what the
- 28:44Speaker 2: left wants. And so it's useful if we just go
- 28:47Speaker 2: back in history a little bit. I told you about
- 28:48Speaker 2: the 13th and 14th and 15th Amendments, what they were
- 28:51Speaker 2: for in the first place, why they were drafted, why
- 28:53Speaker 2: we have them. In case you're wondering, you know, what
- 28:57Speaker 2: you're going to hear today in the oral arguments at
- 28:59Speaker 2: the United States Supreme Court, this all revolves around the
- 29:01Speaker 2: fact that the president of the United States put out
- 29:04Speaker 2: an executive order clarifying that this is insane, that this
- 29:08Speaker 2: shouldn't work this way, and that the 14th Amendment was
- 29:10Speaker 2: very explicit about, you know, who we considered to be
- 29:14Speaker 2: a U.S. citizen, and it's not illegal aliens. So this
- 29:17Speaker 2: is going before the Supreme Court today in big oral arguments.
- 29:20Speaker 2: President Trump will be present today. As of 10 a.m.
- 29:25Speaker 2: this morning, he'll be present there. Now, there will be
- 29:27Speaker 2: no video footage or pictures or anything like that because
- 29:30Speaker 2: there is no video footage or pictures inside of the
- 29:32Speaker 2: Supreme Court during these oral arguments. But the president, in fact,
- 29:36Speaker 2: has a ceremonial seat that's reserved at the Supreme Court.
- 29:39Speaker 2: It's always there. It's just nobody really ever uses it.
- 29:42Speaker 2: President Trump will use it today. He's going to go
- 29:45Speaker 2: and sit there and watch the argument. And as they're
- 29:48Speaker 2: arguing today, you're going to hear references to a variety
- 29:52Speaker 2: of Supreme Court cases in the past. One of them
- 29:55Speaker 2: is a case that the left likes to cite with frequency,
- 29:57Speaker 2: called Wong Kim Ark. Wong Kim Ark. It's a case
- 30:01Speaker 2: dating back to 1898. And in that case, the court
- 30:06Speaker 2: concluded that the son of a Chinese laborer would be
- 30:11Speaker 2: considered an American citizen because the son was born here
- 30:15Speaker 2: in the United States. Now, what the left is not
- 30:18Speaker 2: going to tell you, what they're not going to spend
- 30:19Speaker 2: any time dwelling on is the fact that that Chinese
- 30:23Speaker 2: laborer was here in the United States legally. That's the
- 30:27Speaker 2: big distinction here. We had a legal immigrant who has
- 30:30Speaker 2: this child who the court at the time said is
- 30:33Speaker 2: a U.S. citizen. Now, you can disagree with that. You
- 30:36Speaker 2: can even say, I think you can probably arrive at
- 30:39Speaker 2: the same conclusion that, wait, what is a legal immigrant?
- 30:42Speaker 2: entitled to a U.S. citizen child. Shouldn't it just be
- 30:44Speaker 2: for U.S. citizens? Yeah, I think that would be the
- 30:46Speaker 2: proper way to handle this. If a legal immigrant wants
- 30:48Speaker 2: a U.S. citizen child, they should become a naturalized U.S. citizen,
- 30:52Speaker 2: and then their kid can be a U.S. citizen at birth.
- 30:54Speaker 2: That would, I think, make the most sense in the world.
- 30:57Speaker 2: But regardless, just in terms of the technicalities here, that
- 31:00Speaker 2: was a legal immigrant in the Wong Kim Ark case.
- 31:05Speaker 2: One more case to think about, one more big case
- 31:08Speaker 2: to think about from the 1920s, And that was at
- 31:12Speaker 2: the time, it was widely understood that Indians who were
- 31:16Speaker 2: born in the United States were not actually American citizens,
- 31:20Speaker 2: but not yet, at least. So in the 1920s, Congress
- 31:24Speaker 2: had to pass a law called the Indian Citizenship Act.
- 31:28Speaker 2: to confer American citizens on Indians who were born in
- 31:31Speaker 2: the United States. Because between the passage of the 14th
- 31:35Speaker 2: Amendment and the Indian Citizenship Act, everybody in the country
- 31:39Speaker 2: knew that just being an Indian born in America doesn't
- 31:43Speaker 2: make you an American citizen. In other words, the 14th
- 31:45Speaker 2: Amendment didn't extend to Indian children. And so American citizenship
- 31:53Speaker 2: finally comes to pass for Indian children. in the 1920s
- 31:57Speaker 2: in the form of the Indian Citizenship Act. So this is,
- 32:01Speaker 2: and one last thing, one last big thing, although we
- 32:05Speaker 2: could talk about this endlessly. For many years now, there
- 32:08Speaker 2: has been a tradition of birth tourism internationally, taking advantage
- 32:15Speaker 2: of the stupidity of this American system, the one we
- 32:18Speaker 2: have right now. You've had Chinese nationals, wealthy Chinese nationals,
- 32:23Speaker 2: which means that they're connected directly to the Chinese Communist Party,
- 32:27Speaker 2: flying into the United States, having American citizen babies by
- 32:31Speaker 2: virtue of this stupidity, usually in places like California where
- 32:35Speaker 2: these Democrats are in bed with the chi-coms, Eric Swalwell, anybody,
- 32:40Speaker 2: and then their kids fly back to China with brand
- 32:43Speaker 2: new U.S. citizenships, and that's where they grow up, as
- 32:47Speaker 2: American citizens. It's all so completely insane. And today the
- 32:53Speaker 2: United States Supreme Court has a big opportunity to finally
- 32:56Speaker 2: put an end to this nonsense. Now, what does it
- 32:58Speaker 2: mean if they do put an end to it? And
- 33:00Speaker 2: there's no promise that they will, but if they do
- 33:03Speaker 2: put an end to it, what does it mean for
- 33:05Speaker 2: anybody who's been made an American citizen under the demented system? Well, honestly,
- 33:11Speaker 2: if you're a betting man, if you wanna assess this
- 33:15Speaker 2: for what's really going to happen, My suspicion is that
- 33:18Speaker 2: the court is not going to take away U.S. citizenship
- 33:21Speaker 2: from anybody who got it under the broken system. They're
- 33:24Speaker 2: going to stay. They're going to say, going forward, one
- 33:29Speaker 2: would assume, going forward, no more free American citizenship to
- 33:33Speaker 2: the children of illegals. So we're not going to upend
- 33:36Speaker 2: anybody's life who's already been sold a bill of goods
- 33:39Speaker 2: on the stupid system. But going forward, we're going to
- 33:42Speaker 2: fix this system for good. And if we do that,
- 33:45Speaker 2: That is a chance, a huge chance for us to
- 33:47Speaker 2: protect our country's sovereignty and our country's elections. It'll end
- 33:54Speaker 2: one of the worst schemes that the Democrats have ever
- 33:57Speaker 2: imposed on the United States of America. In fact, the
- 34:01Speaker 2: president's one of the guys who worked for the president
- 34:03Speaker 2: in the first administration who drafted the original birthright citizenship
- 34:08Speaker 2: executive order. His name is Theo Wald. He wrote about
- 34:11Speaker 2: this last night. He said, tomorrow the court is going
- 34:13Speaker 2: to hear one of the most consequential cases of the
- 34:15Speaker 2: last 50 years, whether the 14th Amendment grants birthright citizenship
- 34:19Speaker 2: to the children of illegal aliens. And then he goes
- 34:22Speaker 2: through the history of it, and he talks about how
- 34:23Speaker 2: ridiculous it is that so much of this is happening.
- 34:27Speaker 2: He points out that we don't give citizenship to the
- 34:30Speaker 2: children of foreign diplomats, true, born in America. And in
- 34:33Speaker 2: the same way, we should not give citizenship to children
- 34:35Speaker 2: of illegal aliens. No European country, not even the Vatican,
- 34:39Speaker 2: grants birthright citizenship to children born to unlawful residents. Theo
- 34:44Speaker 2: says Democrats are naturally freaking out about this case. Why?
- 34:48Speaker 2: Because it's a terrifying prospect for the future of their party.
- 34:51Speaker 2: They've seen the data showing how much population loss blue
- 34:54Speaker 2: states have seen over the last few years. It's possible
- 34:56Speaker 2: that California could lose up to 6%. electoral votes in
- 35:00Speaker 2: the next census. The only way they can maintain their
- 35:02Speaker 2: power is by continually replacing the population with the children
- 35:08Speaker 2: of illegals. It's one of the major pillars of Democrat power,
- 35:13Speaker 2: and it may just be coming to an end. Keep
- 35:18Speaker 2: your eyes on this case. It's one of the biggest
- 35:20Speaker 2: cases ever to appear before the United States Supreme Court.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Huge role arguments today. The president of the United States
- 35:25Speaker 2: is going to be seated present for them. I'm very
- 35:30Speaker 2: much looking forward to this. And once again, pray for
- 35:32Speaker 2: your country. Pray that these justices have the wisdom of
- 35:35Speaker 2: a guy like Justice Clarence Thomas. Clarence Thomas knows what
- 35:38Speaker 2: this is all about. Will the rest of them? We'll see.
- 35:42Speaker 2: We'll see. More ahead on this edition of Vence. I've
- 35:44Speaker 2: got some more things to talk about with you, including

- 38:10Speaker 2: is going to attend the oral arguments today. Here he
- 38:13Speaker 2: is disclosing the news yesterday to Peter Doocy. Cut to,
- 38:16Speaker 2: take a look.
- 38:17Speaker 3: The Supreme Court tomorrow is going to hear arguments about
- 38:19Speaker 3: your executive order trying to get rid of birthright citizenship.
- 38:24Speaker 1: And I'm going.
- 38:25Speaker 2: You're going to go to the Supreme Court tomorrow.
- 38:26Speaker 1: The President I think so. I do believe it. The
- 38:27Speaker 1: Press And just sit there and listen. The President Because
- 38:28Speaker 1: I have listened to this argument for so long.
- 38:31Speaker 4: And this is not about Chinese billionaires or billionaires from
- 38:35Speaker 4: other countries who all of a sudden have 75 children
- 38:39Speaker 4: or 59 children, in one case, or 10 children.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Becoming American citizens. This was about slaves.
- 38:47Speaker 4: And if you take a look, slaves— we're talking about
- 38:49Speaker 4: slaves from the Civil War. And if you take a look,
- 38:53Speaker 4: And when it was filed, all of this legislation, all
- 38:56Speaker 4: of this, everything having to do.
- 38:58Speaker 1: With birthright citizenship, it was at the end of the
- 39:01Speaker 1: Civil War.
- 39:02Speaker 4: The reason was it had to do with the babies
- 39:05Speaker 4: of slaves and the protection of the babies of slaves.
- 39:10Speaker 1: It didn't have to do with the.
- 39:11Speaker 4: Protection of multimillionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children
- 39:16Speaker 4: get an American citizenship. citizenship. It is the craziest thing
- 39:20Speaker 4: I've ever seen. It's been so badly handled by legal
- 39:23Speaker 4: people over the years. If you look at the original
- 39:27Speaker 4: birthright citizenship papers, they all happened right after the Civil War.
- 39:33Speaker 4: The reason was it had to do with the babies
- 39:36Speaker 4: of slaves. And hopefully it's going to say because our
- 39:40Speaker 4: country is being scammed.
- 39:42Speaker 1: We're getting all of these people. They're selling the rights
- 39:45Speaker 1: to them.
- 39:45Speaker 4: People are making a living, a big living, getting hundreds
- 39:48Speaker 4: of thousands and even millions of dollars from bringing people
- 39:52Speaker 4: in and saying, congratulations, your whole family is going to
- 39:57Speaker 4: be a citizen of the United States of America.
- 39:59Speaker 1: That's not what it was for. It wasn't for billionaires
- 40:02Speaker 1: bringing people in or family in. It was for the
- 40:06Speaker 1: children of slaves.
- 40:09Speaker 4: And What you really have to do, and I don't
- 40:12Speaker 4: think the lawyers talk about it as much, look at
- 40:14Speaker 4: when the Civil War ended and look at the date
- 40:18Speaker 4: of when this was enacted.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Okay. The Press Have you ever met a Supreme Court?
- 40:22Speaker 2: Is this going to be the first time you're going
- 40:23Speaker 2: to the Supreme Court?
- 40:24Speaker 4: The President No, once before, the opening of the Supreme
- 40:26Speaker 4: Court and the last administration.
- 40:28Speaker 3: The Press And which justices will you be listening for
- 40:31Speaker 3: most closely?
- 40:31Speaker 1: The President I love a few of them. I don't
- 40:35Speaker 1: like some others. And, you know, you say what you want.
- 40:39Speaker 4: But you have the ones that were appointed by Barack
- 40:42Speaker 4: Hussein Obama and Biden. I don't care how good your
- 40:46Speaker 4: case is. You can have the greatest case ever. They're
- 40:49Speaker 4: going to rule against you. They always do. And it's
- 40:52Speaker 4: not supposed to be that way.
- 40:54Speaker 2: It's not supposed to be that way. We had one
- 40:58Speaker 2: other point. The president just reminded me of this as
- 41:01Speaker 2: we were talking about what the 14th Amendment was about
- 41:03Speaker 2: at all. It is about the children of freed slaves.
- 41:07Speaker 2: It's about making sure that they're all considered American citizens.
- 41:11Speaker 2: And the left has paid lip service for years to
- 41:14Speaker 2: this idea that they're trying to redress the problems of
- 41:19Speaker 2: the legacy of slavery. Have you heard this conversation? But
- 41:23Speaker 2: have you noticed that insofar there are problems that date
- 41:26Speaker 2: back to that era? They're all created by Democrats, all
- 41:30Speaker 2: of them. A mangled interpretation of the 14th Amendment that
- 41:35Speaker 2: sells out black Americans and makes them have to compete
- 41:40Speaker 2: with illegal aliens for jobs is in no way redressing
- 41:46Speaker 2: the sins of two centuries ago. It's in fact exacerbating them.
- 41:52Speaker 2: So if anybody is hurting black Americans right now, going
- 41:57Speaker 2: back hundreds of years in that damage. It's the Democrat Party,
- 42:01Speaker 2: and they're doing it to this very day. As the
- 42:04Speaker 2: Supreme Court takes this case up today, they're going to
- 42:07Speaker 2: have the ability to protect all Americans, and yes, Black Americans,
- 42:12Speaker 2: from the sins that are being committed against them by
- 42:15Speaker 2: a Democrat Party who's constantly selling us out. It's amazing.
- 42:19Speaker 2: It's amazing. And the Supreme Court has a really big
- 42:22Speaker 2: opportunity today. All right, let me... Let me get to
- 42:26Speaker 2: some of the other things. You heard the president say
- 42:28Speaker 2: a moment ago that he never gets a good citizen,
- 42:32Speaker 2: gets a good ruling from the Supreme Court, but that
- 42:35Speaker 2: the lefty justices never go his way. Well, this is
- 42:38Speaker 2: one of those rare moments where I'm here to tell
- 42:40Speaker 2: you the president was kind of wrong yesterday, at least
- 42:45Speaker 2: in one case. And here's why. Justices Sotomayor and Kagan
- 42:50Speaker 2: actually sided with the other justices yesterday in an 8-1
- 42:55Speaker 2: slam dunk decision saying that therapists cannot be forced by
- 43:02Speaker 2: the government to lie to children about their gender. Yeah,
- 43:07Speaker 2: I know. It's as crazy as it gets. Here's how
- 43:10Speaker 2: this saga starts before it gets to the United States
- 43:12Speaker 2: Supreme Court. The Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented this client,
- 43:17Speaker 2: this plaintiff here, is they brought this case. Her name
- 43:22Speaker 2: is Kaylee Childs. Kaylee Childs. And she's a Christian counselor.
- 43:27Speaker 2: And she's in Colorado. And her job was to, you know,
- 43:33Speaker 2: talk to kids who were, in this case, confused about
- 43:36Speaker 2: their own gender and help them through that, help them
- 43:40Speaker 2: navigate in a healthy way through that, through talk therapy,
- 43:43Speaker 2: just to talk with the kid. and to tell the
- 43:45Speaker 2: child that you were made in the image and likeness
- 43:47Speaker 2: of God. You weren't born in the wrong body. You're
- 43:50Speaker 2: perfect just the way you are. What a lovely and
- 43:52Speaker 2: wholesome message. Well, the state of Colorado decided to forbid
- 43:56Speaker 2: that message. They called it, quote, conversion therapy. You're not
- 44:00Speaker 2: allowed to tell a child the truth. You have to
- 44:03Speaker 2: lie to them. You have to abuse them. You have
- 44:06Speaker 2: to enable their destruction. Well, for Kaylee Childs, who seems
- 44:11Speaker 2: like a good person, a good Christian woman, she said, well, no,
- 44:14Speaker 2: that's not, That's not good enough. You're violating my rights.
- 44:19Speaker 2: And this is unacceptable. So with the Alliance Defending Freedom,
- 44:22Speaker 2: she takes it all the way up to the United
- 44:24Speaker 2: States Supreme Court. And yesterday, in an 8-1 decision, the
- 44:29Speaker 2: Supreme Court absolutely slammed Colorado into the ground for what
- 44:34Speaker 2: it did to Kayleigh Childs and every other talking counselor,
- 44:40Speaker 2: people who do speaking therapy, talking therapy. they dunked this
- 44:45Speaker 2: into the earth and they said, this is unacceptable. It's
- 44:47Speaker 2: a total violation of the First Amendment. You can't do that.
- 44:51Speaker 2: That's viewpoint discrimination to do that. You're allowed to. Just
- 44:55Speaker 2: because you're a doctor, just because you're a therapist doesn't
- 44:57Speaker 2: mean you lose your First Amendment rights. You retain them.
- 45:01Speaker 2: And it helps in this case, as far as I'm concerned,
- 45:04Speaker 2: that she's on the side of decency. She wasn't lying
- 45:06Speaker 2: to the child. She was trying to prevent the lies
- 45:09Speaker 2: from poisoning the children. Good for her, and good for
- 45:13Speaker 2: the United States Supreme Court to arrive at this conclusion. Now,
- 45:15Speaker 2: you may hear that number, and you go, 8-1, 8-1. Well,
- 45:18Speaker 2: then who's the one? Surprise, surprise, the woman who's not
- 45:23Speaker 2: a biologist, Katonji Brown Jackson. Katonji Brown Jackson spent more
- 45:28Speaker 2: pages in her dissent than the majority opinion spent explaining
- 45:33Speaker 2: that the First Amendment was totally violated by the state
- 45:36Speaker 2: of Colorado. She was whining page after page after page
- 45:41Speaker 2: in defense of the abuse of children. Now, it's amazing
- 45:45Speaker 2: that she's got all these thoughts on why children should
- 45:47Speaker 2: be abused. Suddenly, in an issue that involved transing kids,
- 45:51Speaker 2: she's got all these declarative reasons for why that's a
- 45:53Speaker 2: good idea. But you'll remember in her Supreme Court confirmation
- 45:57Speaker 2: hearing in the United States Senate, she straight up said,
- 46:01Speaker 2: I'm not a biologist. I don't even know the difference
- 46:03Speaker 2: between a man and a woman. I don't have the
- 46:05Speaker 2: expertise for that. And yet here she is running her
- 46:08Speaker 2: sock about what doctors should be doing and what good
- 46:11Speaker 2: medical treatments are. And, oh no, the government is going
- 46:15Speaker 2: to start interfering with medicine. The government's doing no such thing,
- 46:20Speaker 2: interfering with medicine. It's all so stupid. Now, an 8-1
- 46:24Speaker 2: decision to protect kids yesterday, an 8-1 decision to protect children,
- 46:29Speaker 2: which is wonderful. And Katonji Brown Jackson should be impeached
- 46:33Speaker 2: from the United States Supreme Court for a number of reasons.
- 46:36Speaker 2: But in addition to being an idiot, the more sinister
- 46:38Speaker 2: thing is that she's entirely guided by her politics. She's
- 46:42Speaker 2: guided by a religious orthodoxy to this kind of demonic
- 46:49Speaker 2: ideology of abusing children. It's like a culture of death
- 46:54Speaker 2: that she represents. And she shouldn't be on the United
- 46:57Speaker 2: States Supreme Court. You know, back in the early 1800s,
- 47:01Speaker 2: there was a Supreme Court justice who was impeached by
- 47:04Speaker 2: the name of Samuel Chase. They called him Old Bacon Face,
- 47:08Speaker 2: which is an unfortunate nickname, and a very unfortunate nickname.
- 47:11Speaker 2: I don't think he gave it to himself. Somebody else
- 47:13Speaker 2: gave him that. And Samuel Chase was impeached. One of
- 47:17Speaker 2: the reasons, one of the articles of impeachment against him
- 47:20Speaker 2: was that he was a partisan zealot, that he was
- 47:22Speaker 2: spending too much time on the bench wielding his partisan
- 47:25Speaker 2: politics rather than abiding.
- 47:27Speaker 1: By the law.
- 47:28Speaker 2: Well, if that was good enough for an article of
- 47:30Speaker 2: impeachment for a Supreme Court justice around the founding of
- 47:32Speaker 2: our country— It should be good enough for an article
- 47:35Speaker 2: of impeachment against Katonji Brown Jackson, who feigns ignorance about
- 47:39Speaker 2: what a woman is. Of course, she knows what a
- 47:41Speaker 2: woman is. But the kind of the Marxist tendencies that
- 47:45Speaker 2: have overtaken her mind have made it so that she's
- 47:48Speaker 2: incapable of telling the truth about even simple things. And
- 47:51Speaker 2: so if that's the case, you shouldn't be on the
- 47:53Speaker 2: United States Supreme Court. Impeach that woman.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Just get rid of her.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Just get rid of her. Or at least signal to
- 47:58Speaker 2: the public that this is insane and begin those impeachment proceedings.
- 48:02Speaker 2: I mean, come on. It's crazy. An 8-1 decision. If
- 48:05Speaker 2: you can get, if you can get Elena Kagan and
- 48:07Speaker 2: Sonia Sotomayor to join the other justices on a case,
- 48:11Speaker 2: that's how obvious the decision is. It's beyond obvious. And
- 48:17Speaker 2: yet Katanja Brown Jackson couldn't join them.
- 48:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:20Speaker 2: It tells you a lot. It tells you a lot. Now, um,
- 48:25Speaker 2: we also had another crazy, crazy judge, uh, judicial case yesterday.
- 48:28Speaker 2: I have a lot of legal news today. A lot
- 48:31Speaker 2: of legal news today. Um, There was a very crazy judge,
- 48:36Speaker 2: Judge Richard Leon. He's a federal district judge yesterday, a
- 48:40Speaker 2: George W. Bush appointee. So again, I don't care if
- 48:42Speaker 2: he's a Bush appointee or not. I want to remind
- 48:46Speaker 2: you of something too. Oftentimes when you see these crazy
- 48:48Speaker 2: judges that have been appointed by, say, Ronald Reagan or
- 48:51Speaker 2: George W. Bush, you're like, that guy was a Reagan appointee.
- 48:53Speaker 2: How is he such a psychopath? Part of the reason
- 48:56Speaker 2: for the psychopaths that were appointed by Republicans is often
- 48:59Speaker 2: the blue slip in the United States Senate. Remember that
- 49:01Speaker 2: blue slip we keep talking about? The blue slip gives
- 49:04Speaker 2: Democrats in the Senate a veto power over picks in
- 49:08Speaker 2: their own states. So when presidents and Republican presidents come
- 49:12Speaker 2: forward with a nominee and then Democrats are like, nope,
- 49:14Speaker 2: that guy's not acceptable. Republican presidents oftentimes have had to
- 49:17Speaker 2: pick people that the Democrats were against. like to be
- 49:21Speaker 2: in the state. So as a result, you end up
- 49:23Speaker 2: with these insane judges in a lot of cases, including
- 49:27Speaker 2: appointed by Republican presidents. And so this loony judge, Richard Leon,
- 49:33Speaker 2: yesterday told President Trump he's not allowed to build a ballroom. Now,
- 49:38Speaker 2: I want to tell you something about the ballroom at
- 49:40Speaker 2: the White House right now. The East Wing is gone.
- 49:43Speaker 2: There's a massive hole in the ground right now. This
- 49:46Speaker 2: project needs to be finished. And it's not taxpayer funded.
- 49:50Speaker 2: President Trump has raised all of the money from private donors,
- 49:54Speaker 2: which follows a great tradition in American history. In fact,
- 49:58Speaker 2: the whole National Mall is built with private donors. Every monument,
- 50:02Speaker 2: all these monuments you're staring at, these statues all around
- 50:05Speaker 2: the city, these are things that have been built with
- 50:07Speaker 2: private donations. Big benefactors come and cut checks and give
- 50:11Speaker 2: it to the American people. And as a result, we
- 50:14Speaker 2: end up with some of these beautiful sites. And the
- 50:17Speaker 2: president is now trying to do the same thing to
- 50:19Speaker 2: build a ballroom at the White House, which every president
- 50:22Speaker 2: has been asking for. Luckily, the president that's a builder
- 50:25Speaker 2: is in a position to do something about it. And
- 50:28Speaker 2: so he is. He's building a ballroom. And this judge
- 50:31Speaker 2: gets in his way and says, you can't do that.
- 50:33Speaker 2: You have to go to Congress, he says. And in
- 50:37Speaker 2: his juvenile opinion yesterday, he used, if you want to
- 50:43Speaker 2: know how ridiculous this guy is, he doesn't have a
- 50:45Speaker 2: judicial temperament. He's not like a sober judge. He's not
- 50:48Speaker 2: staring at the law and trying to assess what's accurate
- 50:50Speaker 2: and what's not. Instead, he's using exclamation points in his
- 50:56Speaker 2: legal opinion. From Laura Powell on X Today. She said,
- 51:01Speaker 2: whatever happened to the professionalism of the judiciary? The judge
- 51:04Speaker 2: used 18 exclamation marks in his 35-page opinion. 18 exclamation marks.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Four times he started his refutation of an argument made
- 51:13Speaker 2: by the defendants with, please, just a single word and
- 51:17Speaker 2: an exclamation point. This is a formal legal opinion. It's
- 51:21Speaker 2: not a casual conversation. It's not a tweet. It's not
- 51:24Speaker 2: a post on Truth Social. It's not a Facebook post.
- 51:28Speaker 2: It's a judicial decision. And then he's using exclamation points.
- 51:34Speaker 2: I'm shocked that he didn't include emojis in this thing.
- 51:39Speaker 2: The guy's a nut job. The guy's a nut job.
- 51:43Speaker 2: And President Trump, he posted the truth social yesterday where
- 51:49Speaker 2: he's more than entitled to use exclamation points in his reactions.
- 51:51Speaker 2: In fact, he uses lots of exclamation points, but he's
- 51:54Speaker 2: not writing judicial opinions.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Here he is.
- 51:57Speaker 2: Yesterday. In the ballroom case, the judge says we have
- 51:59Speaker 2: to get congressional approval. He's wrong. Congressional approval has never
- 52:03Speaker 2: been given on anything in these circumstances, big or small,
- 52:07Speaker 2: having to do with the construction at the White House.
- 52:09Speaker 2: In this case, even less so because the ballroom is
- 52:11Speaker 2: being built with private donations, no federal taxpayer money. President
- 52:15Speaker 2: Donald J. Trump. So the president's really tapped into the
- 52:19Speaker 2: most important point here. Normally, in order to get funds
- 52:22Speaker 2: authorized to do something, you would have to go to
- 52:24Speaker 2: Congress to do that. You want to be build something
- 52:27Speaker 2: brand new and you need taxpayer money to do it,
- 52:29Speaker 2: you have to go to Congress to get an authorized
- 52:31Speaker 2: dispersal of funds for taxpayer money for a project like that. Okay,
- 52:34Speaker 2: that would stand to reason. Here, he's not doing that.
- 52:37Speaker 2: He's got private funding coming in. You got rich benefactors
- 52:40Speaker 2: who are giving money to build a ballroom. So he's
- 52:42Speaker 2: doing it. And the president has the ability to call
- 52:46Speaker 2: the shots on what happens at the White House. In fact,
- 52:49Speaker 2: under the law, the president has wide discretion for White
- 52:53Speaker 2: House construction projects. It's been the tradition. at the White
- 52:57Speaker 2: House for presidents to continue to add on to it.
- 53:01Speaker 2: In 1902, Theodore Roosevelt built the East Wing as an
- 53:05Speaker 2: extension at the White House. In fact, that very same
- 53:08Speaker 2: East Wing was overhauled by Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the 1940s.
- 53:13Speaker 2: When FDR overhauled it, he built a presidential emergency operations
- 53:18Speaker 2: center underground, a big bunker under the East Wing. And
- 53:22Speaker 2: you'll remember back in October of last year, I was
- 53:24Speaker 2: telling you, you know something? This ballroom project, based on
- 53:29Speaker 2: the fact that there was a couple things that stood
- 53:30Speaker 2: out to me, I looked at it and I go,
- 53:32Speaker 2: wait a second. The ballroom, they're tearing down the East Wing.
- 53:36Speaker 2: They're going to build a ballroom. The East Wing sits
- 53:38Speaker 2: on top of the Presidential Operations Center. They're telling Treasury employees,
- 53:42Speaker 2: the Treasury Department's writing a story, you can't take photos
- 53:44Speaker 2: of the construction or the demolition. Why are they telling
- 53:47Speaker 2: them that? It's not because they're embarrassed by the demolition.
- 53:50Speaker 2: Everybody knows the demolition's happening. It's like, oh, it's a
- 53:52Speaker 2: big cover-up. No, the reason they don't want photos is
- 53:55Speaker 2: because there's something classified in that zone. They don't want
- 53:58Speaker 2: people to have a perspective on the Presidential Emergency Operations Center.
- 54:02Speaker 2: So you guys remember this chat that I was speculating
- 54:05Speaker 2: at the time? I think they're rebuilding the entire bunker.
- 54:09Speaker 2: I think that this project is not merely a ballroom.
- 54:12Speaker 2: I think they're doing something pretty epic here that they're
- 54:16Speaker 2: not fully disclosing right now. Well, here's President Trump this
- 54:22Speaker 2: week confirming What I was talking about with you last October.
- 54:26Speaker 2: Cut four. Here's the president.
- 54:27Speaker 6: The military is building a big complex under the ballroom,
- 54:32Speaker 6: which has come out recently because of a stupid lawsuit
- 54:36Speaker 6: that was filed. But the military is building a massive
- 54:40Speaker 6: complex under the ballroom. And that's under construction, and we're
- 54:44Speaker 6: doing very well. So we're ahead of schedule. That's part
- 54:46Speaker 6: of it. The ballroom essentially becomes a shed for what's
- 54:50Speaker 6: being built under the military, including from drones and including
- 54:54Speaker 6: from any other thing.
- 54:56Speaker 1: The glass on the windows, you see the big windows,
- 55:00Speaker 1: the glass.
- 55:01Speaker 6: Is extremely thick. It's high-grade, bulletproof glass. So all of
- 55:05Speaker 6: the windows are bulletproof. I think the Times wrote, gee,
- 55:10Speaker 6: some of the windows are fake. We have no fake windows.
- 55:12Speaker 6: They said they talked about a stairway in the south.
- 55:15Speaker 6: We don't have a stairway in the south. That was
- 55:18Speaker 6: replaced a long time ago.
- 55:20Speaker 5: All right.
- 55:20Speaker 2: So you hear the president saying, yeah, we're building. It's
- 55:22Speaker 2: basically the ballroom is essentially a shed on top of
- 55:26Speaker 2: a huge presidential emergency operations center. The military is very
- 55:29Speaker 2: involved in this. which is a fun detail. And so
- 55:33Speaker 2: what's happening here is this, as this loony judge tries
- 55:36Speaker 2: to get in the way and say, you can't do that.
- 55:38Speaker 2: What is he precluding from happening right now through this
- 55:41Speaker 2: ridiculous opinion? Well, the answer is not merely the construction
- 55:45Speaker 2: of a gorgeous and necessary ballroom for the White House,
- 55:49Speaker 2: not merely preventing private donors from privately improving the United
- 55:52Speaker 2: States of America. He's also imperiling national security. The president
- 55:57Speaker 2: of the United States is doesn't have an emergency operation
- 56:00Speaker 2: center for no reason. It's because it is essential to
- 56:03Speaker 2: the country's national security. So this loony judge is getting
- 56:08Speaker 2: in the way, not merely of an amazing entertainment space.
- 56:12Speaker 2: That's a small detail compared to the epic presidential emergency
- 56:15Speaker 2: operation center that they're trying to build underground right now.
- 56:20Speaker 2: That's what's on the line. And the president is going
- 56:22Speaker 2: to stay in this fight as he now has to
- 56:24Speaker 2: fight against yet another radical judge who decides to take
- 56:28Speaker 2: control of the entire country on his own. Just to
- 56:31Speaker 2: give you a sense of the state of play. It's a, it, it,
- 56:34Speaker 2: it's never ending for this guy. This guy's got a
- 56:37Speaker 2: million things to deal with. Um, and I've got a
