SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to my podcast Deep Waters.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: This podcast is brought to you by Applied Strengths Ministry, where we believe working together in our strengths is the effect of working out, the will and calling of God in and through our lives.
• 0:28
  SPEAKER_00: Thanks for joining me.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: Let's open up in prayer.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: Blessed be the God and Father of your Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed you with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: Just as he chose you and him before the foundation of the world.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: That you should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestined you to adoption as a son or daughter by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, which he purposed in himself, to the praise of the glory of his grace, and which he made you accepted in the beloved.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: In him ye have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound towards you in all wisdom and prudence.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: Have he made known to you the mystery of his will, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times, he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth in him.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: I ask that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, knowledge of the mystery of him, and to the deepest knowledge of him that you are willing and able to receive, that the eyes of your understanding would be open wider, and that you would be enlightened to who he is, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power towards you who believe, according to the working of his mighty power which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, that he would grant that you would be strengthened with might through his spirit in the inner man, and into your spirit and heart, and that you would be able to stand against your flesh, this world and the devil, and into any in all temptations.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: I pray that your love may abound more and more in all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that ye may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: I ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will and all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing him, being fruitful in every good work, strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, in all patience and long suffering with joy, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints who walk in the light.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: I pray that your hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love and unity, and that you would attain to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which has been given to each of my listeners by Christ Jesus, that you are enriched in everything by him, in all utterance and all knowledge, so that you do not come short in obtaining or operating in your calling and purpose, nor in using any spiritual gifts or talents, eagerly waiting for the continued revelation of our Lord Jesus, who will confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the near coming of the day of our Lord.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so now therefore, my sisters and brothers in Christ, when things get tough, think about whatever things are true, noble, just pure, lovely, and whatever things are of a good report.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: If there is any virtue, and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things alone.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: I pray that in these very days that you would let your love be without hypocrisy, hate and loathe what is evil, cling to what is good and righteous, be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor, giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent and fully engulfed in spiritual fire, serving the Lord, rejoicing in hope, walking in the peace of God, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, that is each other, and that you would be given the hospitality.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: May the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus, that we learn to be of one mind and one accord, operating completely and fully in love and unity, always striving for the working out of God's specific will for each of our lives, while working in partnership with each other within the church and the Holy Spirit, and as He manifests His miracle signs and wonders through the daily activities of our ministry and kingdom work.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: And while we also go out preaching the gospel in word and deed, let us love and serve one another, our enemy, and those who wouldn't expect us to do so, considering each person better than ourselves.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: Bind up any words or thoughts that are contrary to the love of God or which would set you back in your Christian walk.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: Ah, step out of faith today and walk with God, being assured that nothing will separate you from Him as long as you abide in Him.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: Call those things that don't exist as though they do.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: Remember He that is in you is greater than He that is in the world.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Be more than a conqueror today, submitting to the will of God and everything.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: Let each of us express uncompromising love towards one another in humility while maintaining a teachable spirit.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: I pray that God will give you the revelation within this message that He intends you to receive with the understanding.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: Jesus' name we pray, amen.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: The title of this message is Ham was it more than his eyes that got him so profoundly cursed?
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: Now oh boy, I have seen some interesting reactions to this topic as it unfolded, but I simply leave it to you to decide for yourself.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: I am in no way attempting to get people to see the Bible my way.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: I am not interested in that.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: And as discussed in my message titled Do You Know Your Doctrine, posted march fourth, twenty twenty six, I stated that our doctrine and the gospel are non negotiables, but all of the other stuff we can have varying understandings without conflict.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: No two Christians are in the exact same place regarding God.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: Now we have some basic guidelines to ensure that the people we listen to do not lead us astray.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Follow those, and you can now be free to learn and also to learn and get new revelation about the things of God.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: And I only say new because it is as we grow that we finally see what has always been in the Bible.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: And any and all revelations should line up with the Word of God, adding nothing to or taking anything away from the existing revelations, the law or the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Now don't you feel better?
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: No doubt I bet you are wondering what we will be learning today.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and before I forget, this small picture in time actually goes back to Genesis chapter six, when the sons of God had sex with women and brought with them heavenly knowledge to earth that was intended to stay in heaven.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: The book of Enoch shares some of that history.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: No, it's not canon, which is that it is not deemed scripture, but it is deemed a reliable historical document, and I will include a snippet so that we have a larger picture as we process what Ham may have done and why it is so significant and where the root of that sin may have come from.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: The article is from readings Acts dot com and its author is Philip Long.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: You can also get the story from the Ethiopian Bible that considers the Book of Enoch a part of their Bible.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: It also goes by the name of the Book of Watchers, which is the first book of Enoch.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: So the Book of Watchers describes the fallen angels Enoch six through eight in the biblical story of the Nephilim.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, so they married them and had children.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: Genesis six four.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: These children were called the Nephilim, the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: In Genesis the story shows how far the wickedness of humans had become.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Humans interacted sexually with spiritual beings.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: No details are given on how this might be possible, but the next verse in Genesis says The wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: Now I did another message on how it might be possible, because in Genesis it talks about three men approached Abraham, and two of them were angels, and one of them was the Lord.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: So the angels can come down and look like humans.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: That is, they can put on a human suit.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying that's how it happened, I'm just saying it seems to make it possible.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: This brief story is channelizing.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: Who are these sons of God?
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: And what were the Nephilim?
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: First Enoch offers an expansion of this biblical story in chapters six through eleven.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: Are the Nephilim fallen angels?
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: In first Enoch the sons of God are the sons of heaven.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: Angelic beings led by Shemahaza, the name Shemahaza means my name has seen, and is sometimes vocalized as Semyaz of Semyaza, Nickelberg 179.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: Name refers to God, so the name refers to constantly watching God.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: This is ironic since God will see this rebellion and render judgment on the Shemahaza.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Some readers want to find some reference to Satan as a leader of fallen angels in the book of Enoch.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: As the story progresses, however, Azazel emerges as the ringleader, but later Enoch will intercede on behalf of Azazel.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: This is an example of how foolish and impossible it is to project modern Christian angelology on first Enoch.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: Azazel is not the modern version of Satan at all.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: The two hundred angels take an oath to descend to Mount Hermon, find women to marry, and have children with them.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: Enoch six, seven through eight lists the names of the leaders of these angels.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: Most have names with some reference to God.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: Rameshel, evening of God, Cochabel, star of God.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: The most interesting of these names is Daniel, a name associated with the Ugaritic literature, and often referred as an explanation of the legendary character of Daniel.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: In chapter seven and eight, the angels make good on their oath and take women as their wives.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: Now the oath that those angels made was called a sin pack, meaning that none of them would back out at the last minute in fear of the retribution of God.
• 10:14
  SPEAKER_00: On with the definition.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: They teach humans magical medicines, incantations, the cutting of roots, and about plants.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: The origin of folk medicine is therefore ascribed to these angelic beings.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: The children of the angels are giants, standing three hundred cubits, and improbable four hundred and fifty feet tall.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: These giants eat so much food that humans cannot feed them anymore.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: The giants proceed to eat humans, as well as all other kinds of animals, and each other.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: The text notes especially that they drank the blood of animals, sinning against them.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: In the biblical flood story, the Noak covenant includes a command about consuming blood.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: Enoch seven eight is a reflection upon this command, which was probably given because the Antidiluvian world did in fact consume blood.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: In addition to teaching humans in interpret a wide range of signs, they teach human medicinal magic.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: The angel, Azel, teaches humans metalworking, including making of ornaments and weapon making.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: Azazel also teaches them to make eyeshadow and other physical ornamentation.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: This may be a polemic against pagan practices of using makeup in their religious ceremonies.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Other angels teach the humans how to track the stars, astrology and divination, and the signs of the moon.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: These angels are responsible for teaching humans all sorts of sinful practices.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: Again, I want you to hear that because worshiping other gods, that is, lowercase gods, is what the intention of all of this information was about, to pollute mankind so bad that we would depart from worshiping the one true god and begin to worship the fallen angels, which gave birth to giants.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: And I have written in my Bible, giants equals lowercase gods equals demons.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: That's where those gods get their power.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: This is why God has given us a set of rules to go by so that we don't plug in to the wrong power source.
• 12:13
  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: Humanity cries out as a result of this oppression, a cry which goes up to heaven.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: So because this is such an important topic, let's add a bit of commentary from Google AI.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: The book of Enoch, specifically first Enoch, states that the fallen angels, or watchers, introduced bestiality and other forms of corruption to the earth, primarily in chapters seven and chapter eight.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Bestiality and general corruption Enoch chapter seven verses five through six.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: The text explicitly states that after the watchers took human wives and produced giants, they corrupted all of creation, and they began to sin against birds and beasts and reptiles and fish to devour one another's flesh and drink the blood.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: Other transgressions Enoch eight verses one through three.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: The text details that Azazal and other angels taught mankind forbidden knowledge, including metallurgy, weapons and armor, cosmetics, sorcery, astrology, and divination, which led to widespread immorality.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: And again, this is me talking.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: All of the things that the fallen angels taught mankind were designed with a specific purpose to lead us away from the one true God.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: And this theme flows throughout the entire Bible.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: While the term incest is not explicitly used, the text describes the angels defiling themselves with women and humanity.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: The resulting chaos and all manner of sin introduced by the Watchers are described in chapters nine and ten as having completely corrupted the earth.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: The main account of these acts is found in the section known as the Book of the Watchers, chapters one through thirty six, which is included in the Book of Enoch.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let's get on to our short story.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: Ah, but wait, one more thing, and so you understand what I am doing, which is that I'm trying to lace these messages together regarding the end times, because the story is way bigger than just ten messages, for example.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: So I want to be sure that I don't lose you in one of the sub-messages like this one.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: If you backed up off of the micro for just a minute and look at the Bible and God and the history of the earth at a macro level, you will see that there is a battle against God and the demonic hordes led by Satan.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: And if you knit yourself through the Bible, you're going to see that the battle really in the Old Testament was about Satan trying to destroy the pure seed so that Jesus couldn't be born.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: But because he couldn't stop God, because God's always one step ahead of him, he then tried, after Jesus was born, to kill Jesus in the flesh.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: That is the New Testament.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: That is when the word of God, which is the seed of God, became flesh.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: And little did Satan know that when he killed Jesus, that was the seed falling to the ground and dying, which essentially made it effective so that it could multiply.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: That resulted in today's church.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: Like I said, God is always at least one step ahead of the devil.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: So all of these other things are subparts.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: The highlighting of the significance of what Ham did to Noah, his dad, and mother should lead you back to how could that have happened?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: Or where did that come from?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: And this is where it came from.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: These fallen angels taught humanity all kinds of wickedness.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that connects the dots a little better.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Luke seventeen, twenty six through thirty five.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will also be in the days of the Son of Man.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Likewise, as it was also in the days of Lot, they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built, but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Now I'll interrupt the scripture one for a minute.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: This is why all of these sub messages about the end times, the giants, the fallen sons of God, the magnification of sin, bestiality, eating blood, all the laws that God gave Israel as they walked through the desert, which was to keep them from falling back into worshiping other gods.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: That's mentioned like sixty times just in the Torah, the first five books of Moses.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: In fact, you will see in the Torah that it really was a book to keep the people from going right back to serving false gods, that is, serving demons, those fallen sons of God.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: All right, I don't want to get distracted.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: So back to Luke seventeen, thirty one.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: In that day he who is on the housetop and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: And likewise the one who's in the field, let him not turn back.
• 17:04
  SPEAKER_00: Remember Lot's wife?
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed, one will be taken and the other will be left.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: Two women will be grinding together, one will be taken and the other left.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: Also keep this in mind.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: I know that the scripture does not mention the giants or the fallen sons of God when it says as it was in the days of Noah, but what it was talking about was that humanity was ignoring God.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: And in the days of Noah, when the sons of God were being intimate with the women of men or the daughters of men, they were in fact ignoring God.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: And that's really a bigger part of this story.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: Yes, people are ignoring God today and will do so, but the reason that they'll be doing it is because they'll be serving lowercase gods empowered by demons, which will decrease and eliminate their appetite to serve the one true God.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: That's the story behind the story.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it's an in-time warning from Jesus himself, right?
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: It's the trigger scripture that led me to take a very close look at what had happened in the days of Noah before the flood and what had happened in Sodom and Gomorrah.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: All right, now we are ready.
• 18:18
  SPEAKER_00: Genesis 5 32.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: And Noah was 500 years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Jephat.
• 18:24
  SPEAKER_00: Clear enough, right?
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Noah was raising up a family labor force to help him build the ark.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: No, but he also wanted some kids who weren't polluted by the DNA of the giants that were the cause of the flood to begin with.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: And Noah was one of those who wasn't polluted.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: When the Bible says he was perfect, it means that he wasn't polluted.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: His DNA did not have giant or fallen sons of God DNA in him.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: So I've done some recent messages on that message.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: You can access the podcast or website for those messages.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_00: Genesis 9 22, and Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brothers outside.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: So we see this event is described if I use simple American English, Ham saw his father naked.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: I suspect this version has been taught throughout the time, except when the event actually happened, and well in those days of Moses.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: I think that they had a different understanding of what seeing the nakedness of his father meant, and it is this that we will explore using the Bible and allow it to interpret itself so that we have their understanding of what it is to see the nakedness of your father.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: Genesis nine twenty four through twenty seven.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: So Noah awoke from his wine and knew what his younger son had done to him.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: Then he said, Cursed be Canaan, a servant of servants, he shall be to his brethren.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: And he said, Blessed be the Lord, the God of Shem, and may Canaan be his servant, and may God enlarge Jap, and may he dwell in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his servant.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: Now a couple of things to be aware of as we move through this message.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Notice it states that Noah knew what his son had done to him.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't he say Noah knew that his son had saw him naked?
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: The other thing is that the severe penalty that Noah imposed on his son for just seeing him naked?
• 20:16
  SPEAKER_00: Ah well we'll see.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm just going to stack up the cards before explaining what we might be looking at.
• 20:22
  SPEAKER_00: Deuteronomy twenty two thirty.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: A man shall not take his father's wife, nor uncover his father's bed.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Leviticus eighteen six through twenty.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: None of you shall approach anyone who is near of kin to him to uncover his nakedness.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: I am the Lord.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: The nakedness of your father or the nakedness of your mother you shall not uncover.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: She is your mother, you shall not uncover her nakedness.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: The nakedness of your father's wife you shall not uncover, it is your father's nakedness.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: The nakedness of your sister, the daughter of your father, or the daughter of your mother, whether born at home or elsewhere, their nakedness you shall not uncover.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: The nakedness of your son's daughter or your daughter's daughter, their nakedness you shall not uncover, for theirs is your own nakedness.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: The nakedness of your father's wife's daughter, begotten by your father, she is your sister, you shall not uncover her nakedness.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's sister, she is near of kin to your father.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, for she is near of kin to your mother.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father's brother.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: You shall not approach his wife.
• 21:32
  SPEAKER_00: She is your aunt.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of your daughter in law.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: She is your son's wife.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover her nakedness.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother's wife.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: It is your brother's nakedness.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: You shall not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, nor shall you take her son's daughter or her daughter's daughter to uncover her nakedness.
