  [SPEAKER_00]: As I talked to guys in the business as they've had openings, they're looking at not the coach, not what the assistants he's bringing in, how many players are they bringing in?

  [SPEAKER_05]: And so when you don't have that jump start of having something, and then what they do also is you have that some in the locker room, say it's at Penn State, and just to say they brought in 40 from Iowa State, and there's other guys around.

  [SPEAKER_05]: So they get the chance to talk in the locker, I'm like, hey, here's how coach is gonna want this done.
