  SPEAKER_00: It's been a little while since I have done an energy forecast, but I am shifting things around in my business.

  SPEAKER_00: But for today, I really just wanted to tell you some of the things that I have been tuning into, and I'm sure you've been tuning into a lot of things too, just around what we can expect this year.

  SPEAKER_00: So, you know, just take it in and just kind of notice how you feel during this and notice if anything is kind of popping for you with what I said.

  SPEAKER_00: A lot of this was just kind of downloaded to me from my guides from the realms that I channel.

  SPEAKER_00: And there's a few like specific things that I think we're really gonna see in 2023, you know, specific energies that I'm really feeling.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's interesting, I really felt an energy shift as soon as I woke up on the morning of January 1st of 2023.

  SPEAKER_00: Like I just could feel a significant energy shift.

  SPEAKER_00: And I think everyone's been kind of feeling it, but also feeling weird because we have had this energy in the first few weeks of the month where it just kind of felt slow.

  SPEAKER_00: It kind of felt like we were drudging through mud.
• 10:53
  SPEAKER_00: It kind of felt like there was this stuckness to it where it's like we feel it.

  SPEAKER_00: We feel that 2023 is gonna be different.

  SPEAKER_00: We feel that there's this energy shift, but it still kind of feels like we're drudging through the mud a little bit.

  SPEAKER_00: And I do think that energy is shifting.

  SPEAKER_00: I know we're shifting astrologically, all the planets are gonna be direct, which is gonna make us feel a lot more momentum, at least um in the next couple of weeks and moving forward.

  SPEAKER_00: So we can definitely expect that.

  SPEAKER_00: But just on the year as a whole, and also just kind of what I'm tuning in for the collective energies, that's a lot of what I'm gonna share today, is just what I'm tuning in in the collective.

  SPEAKER_00: And then at the end, I'm just gonna share with you some opportunities that you may be interested in to continue to kind of capitalize for lack of a better word, on these energies that we can expect this year.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the first thing I'm gonna talk about is spirituality.

  SPEAKER_00: So, what I keep getting this overwhelming, astounding message around is, and I'm just gonna read like exactly how it came through.

  SPEAKER_00: Spirituality will become the new medicine.
• 12:02
  SPEAKER_00: Spiritual leaders are the new doctors.
• 12:05
  SPEAKER_00: People will turn to spirituality, not always by choice, but by necessity, and we'll come to the realization that this is the only way.

  SPEAKER_00: Understanding and living the truth of who you are is truly the only way.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_00: And committing to spirituality as a lifestyle, not a hobby.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: So they were showing me like this very significant shift in people instead of like dabbling in spirituality and dabbling in like, oh, this is interesting, or oh, let me check this out, or I feel drawn to this, but it kind of being like this side thing in your life, it really starts to become a lifestyle and people really start to understand that they need to integrate this perspective, this spiritual perspective, this deeper understanding of themselves and the world into the way that they're living.

  SPEAKER_00: So instead of it being something that you're just like reading about, that you're just dabbling in, but you're still kind of like over here living this like regular life, it now is making this shift into it becomes who you are and you start really living these principles versus it being something that you're just kind of intellectualizing or thinking about.

  SPEAKER_00: So I think we're really gonna see this shift this year.

  SPEAKER_00: And anyone who is kind of like still holding on to the old paradigm in order to feel safe is really gonna kind of be forced.

  SPEAKER_00: So what they were showing me is like there's gonna be people that turn to spirituality not because they like are choosing it, but because they feel like there's no other way.

  SPEAKER_00: If maybe like something happens in your life, like think about it logically.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_00: When something happens in your life that you feel like you don't have control over, turning to spirituality is kind of like the natural thing because you're like, okay, I just have to kind of like trust.

  SPEAKER_00: I have to tune into my own energy.
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_00: I have to start to trust myself and my power, my intentions, my inner authority, because you kind of have no other way because what you thought you could rely on out here is no longer available.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of like what the paradigm shift that I'm really seeing this year is really gonna shift into.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's so great for all of us who are spiritual mentors, light workers, healers in this industry of helping people awaken.

  SPEAKER_00: There's gonna be even more and more people who want to work with you because there's gonna be more and more people who are realizing that spirituality and really going deep within themselves, doing the deep inner work, doing the healing work, doing the shadow work, and really, like I said, discovering the truth of who you are.

  SPEAKER_00: And not only that, living the truth of who you are is going to be like a non-negotiable for more and more and more people.

  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be just like more and more waves of people waking up to that and needing support around that.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's the spirituality part.

  SPEAKER_00: And then the other piece that I want to talk about is the new paradigm of business.

  SPEAKER_00: So this is something that has been coming through for me really strongly.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is around business.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_00: So, you know, it's interesting because I have never kind of thought of business in the old paradigm, so to speak, just because I'm very new to business, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And this is something that I have my own internal struggle with because prior to 2020, I never had any experience in business.

  SPEAKER_00: I was an educator, I was a school counselor, and I worked in restaurants.
• 15:47
  SPEAKER_00: So I literally had no business experience.

  SPEAKER_00: However, I created a really successful business in a short amount of time, and I did it.

  SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I got a ton of support and I did have people teaching me how to run a business, but I also did it mainly from my intuition and from my heart.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is actually the new paradigm of business is leading from the heart and doing things in a way that you feel aligned to.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is something I always say is that for me, I noticed that every time I did something in my business that I did because I thought I was supposed to or because it worked for other people, but it didn't feel fully aligned with me, it never worked out.

  SPEAKER_00: And that really is the new paradigm of business is like it doesn't really matter what other people are doing or what like supposedly works or doesn't work.

  SPEAKER_00: You have to do what feels true and aligned for you.

  SPEAKER_00: Now, that doesn't mean don't get help from other people or don't listen to other people because there are other people who will feel very aligned for you and their energy will feel very aligned for you, and you can look to them as an inspiration.

  SPEAKER_00: And, you know, there will be things they're doing that will feel aligned, but it's all about the alignment, right?

  SPEAKER_00: It's not about this cookie-cutter way of doing things, it's not about a recipe book, it's not about this is like the proven method to run a business.

  SPEAKER_00: Like it's not about that anymore.

  SPEAKER_00: It's about leading from the heart.

  SPEAKER_00: And then on top of that, what leading from the heart really means is that you're offering things to the world and in your business that are truly born from your heart.

  SPEAKER_00: And also to go even deeper than that, they're from like a deeper, higher place, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So whatever you're sharing in your business is coming from this very deep cosmic spiritual place.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not like your human brain thought of it, it's coming from this deeper place of your connection to the other realms, of your connection to the cosmos, of your connection to your guides, of your connection to your galactic lineage.

  SPEAKER_00: And she talks about our galactic lineage, because she's a galactic astrologer, and she actually created her own methodology of galactic astrology based on the reading she was doing with people.

  SPEAKER_00: And she was a practitioner of QHHT, which is Dolores Cannon's methodology of past life regression, essentially, where people remember other lifetimes they had on other planets as other beings in other galaxies and stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: And she took that information and then related it to astrology, and she's now able to read people's astrology charts and see what their starseed lineage is.

  SPEAKER_00: But that's the type of thing I'm talking about, where the offers that come through for you come from that place, not just like, okay, I think this is what people want, or I think I should do this because this will sell, or I think I should do this because it just makes sense.

  SPEAKER_00: What comes through has to be coming from like this deep heart-led, soul-led, cosmic-led place.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's what's really gonna work for you in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: And like that's the new paradigm of business.

  SPEAKER_00: If you're a business owner, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And this will apply to you even if you're not, because if you have a career that you feel strongly about and you want to stay in, this will align for you too, because it has to come from this deeper place of alignment.

  SPEAKER_00: And you'll find that anyone who is in a place that doesn't feel aligned, it's gonna feel harder and harder to be there.

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm seeing this with people that I'm working with that have jobs that they're in that don't feel aligned.

  SPEAKER_00: It's getting harder and harder for them to just be in that place because the level of incongruency with who they truly are is getting harder and harder to just deal with.

  SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?

  SPEAKER_00: Because it's gonna get harder and harder to have those incongruencies in our field as we get more and more connected with who we we really are, which is what's happening this year and in this time that we're in right now.

  SPEAKER_00: So people are gonna have these experiences where they're gonna be like, okay, I can't like do this anymore, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And what the guides were saying about this is it's really important to feel supported in your exit strategy.

  SPEAKER_00: So what they were saying is like creating some kind of plan for yourself to make that move, right?
• 20:58
  SPEAKER_00: To make that switch and to do whatever feels truly aligned for you.

  SPEAKER_00: They were saying it's really important to kind of have that exit strategy, have that plan and get support around that from somebody that can support you in it, and also people that can hold your vision around that is super, super important.

  SPEAKER_00: Oh, the other thing that they were saying about the new paradigm of business is no misleading allowed and like no more like manipulation and marketing and integrity is the name of the game.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's something we're gonna see more and more as we step into this new paradigm of business that's really being led from like this much deeper, more cosmic, more heart-led place is also like there's not really gonna be room for any kind of misleading or lack of integrity with people because it's just gonna be so blatant that no one's really gonna stand for like people are gonna be able to feel it right away because of this level of like congruency that everyone's gonna be desiring.

  SPEAKER_00: That feels really, really strong and it's interesting.

  SPEAKER_00: Because this idea of integrity was brought up a few times to me today from different places.

  SPEAKER_00: And usually my guides will like show me things through other people, like other people talking to me or just seeing something.

  SPEAKER_00: And then it kind of like rings a bell.

  SPEAKER_00: And then this thing came through around business, which I do think is very, very true.

  SPEAKER_00: And what we're gonna see, it's just gonna be a completely different paradigm of what people are wanting in business and the way we're doing business.

  SPEAKER_00: It's just gonna be much more like heart-led and much more coming from this very deep place.

  SPEAKER_00: And I think you'll notice for those of you that have businesses, anything that's not coming from that really deep place and that really like high consciousness place where it comes through you as a download.

  SPEAKER_00: If it's not coming from that place, you're gonna find that you're not even gonna be interested in doing it anymore.

  SPEAKER_00: And the other thing that we're talking about when we're talking about this new paradigm in business, what they were saying is like it's up to us to create the new paradigm.

  SPEAKER_00: Remember, you're creating it with every step you take.

  SPEAKER_00: So be intentional with everything that you're doing.

  SPEAKER_00: So, like they, it was like this really strong message of like, we're actually the ones creating the new paradigm.

  SPEAKER_00: And yes, I'm like telling you the energies of it and we're feeling into it.

  SPEAKER_00: But as we continue to move forward and do what we really feel deeply called to do, that's how we create the new paradigm.

  SPEAKER_00: And then everything will be modeled after that.

  SPEAKER_00: So what they were saying is like be really intentional with what you're doing and make sure that everything you're doing is coming from that really deep heart-led place and it has this really deep level of intention behind it.

  SPEAKER_00: And like this is something I always say to my clients too, is remember to check in at like where your motivation is coming from, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes we are moving forward, moving forward, moving forward, and we like make decisions sometimes that might not be coming from the place where we want them to be coming from, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Maybe there's some sneaky thing in there about us trying to prove that we're good enough, or maybe there's some sneaky thing in there about trying to prove that we're worthy, or whatever it is, like there can always be these little sneaky things in there.

  SPEAKER_00: So it's really important to just check is this coming from a wounded place, or is this coming from a place of neediness in some way or some kind of codependency, or is this coming from a place of like true, heartfelt, download, like divinely inspired desire, and you're not making it about other people?

  SPEAKER_00: Because that this is another thing that's gonna be really, really, really important this year is like we are really dissolving codependency on so many levels.

  SPEAKER_00: So anything in your business, just to relate this to business, but it's also obviously hugely related to relationships, but just to throw it in the business arena, because that's what I'm talking about, is anything that you're doing in your business for other people that's actually not supportive to you and your energy is also gonna feel very incongruent.

  SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna feel very, very called to start to operate from a place of integrity within yourself, like what actually feels truly aligned for you and your energy versus making it about other people, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And like what other people want, or like overgiving so that people feel comfortable or so that you get approval from them, or whatever it is where we can get codependent with people or needing people's approval or needing people to like be happy, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So that you're happy, all of that codependency stuff is really gonna start to dismantle this year.

  SPEAKER_00: And same thing with relationships.

  SPEAKER_00: You're really gonna be called to up-level your relationships so that they come from this place of integrity with what feels good to you versus feeling like you owe somebody something or you moving from a place of not wanting to make someone else upset or not wanting to make somebody uncomfortable.

  SPEAKER_00: A lot of times we have these sneaky little things in there that we don't even realize that we're doing, that we're actually operating from a place of not wanting to rock the boat, not wanting to hurt somebody's feelings, not wanting to make somebody uncomfortable.

  SPEAKER_00: A lot of times that's like at the root of what keeps us stuck, what holds us back, or what makes us not fully show up in the fullness of who we truly are.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's something, again, that is gonna be really dismantled at this time.

  SPEAKER_00: And people are gonna start to look at that in a very different way.

  SPEAKER_00: So, and then the other thing that we're talking about is um not operating from fear, and this is in business, but also obviously in life in general, and really looking at if you are operating from fear, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes we can think we're doing something because it like makes sense, but really there is an element of fear in there that we might not be willing to look at.

  SPEAKER_00: So noticing if you're operating from fear, and if you find yourself stuck or feeling like you don't have answers, then lean into the energy of possibility.

  SPEAKER_00: Because every time you find yourself feeling constricted or stuck or not knowing what to do, allowing yourself to lean into like what the possibilities could be here versus feeling like you have to use your brain to figure out the situation or think yourself out of the situation, if that makes sense.

  SPEAKER_00: So what they're really telling you is there's this energy of possibility that lives in the quantum field that we all have access to all the time.

  SPEAKER_00: And instead of trying to figure things out with your brain or like talk yourself through a problem or write a pros and cons list or something like that, um, they're telling you to lean into the energy of possibility and lean into your connection to the quantum field.

  SPEAKER_00: That's why breath work is so powerful.

  SPEAKER_00: So that you can start to feel into and experience the level of possibility of outcomes that are truly available to you beyond the limitation of your brain and what your mind can think.

  SPEAKER_00: And then you will naturally be connected with the right thing for that situation.

  SPEAKER_00: So that's what they're talking about here as like a paradigm shift, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So, like instead of trying to figure things out, we lean into this energy of possibility that we're always connected to within the quantum field.

  SPEAKER_00: And then they were talking about investing in yourself and your own personal growth and healing is the only way.

  SPEAKER_00: So investing time, money, and energy into yourself and your growth is the only way.

  SPEAKER_00: And don't question what you feel drawn to.

  SPEAKER_00: So they always show me this image of like your desires being your compass, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Of your desires being like this signpost that's saying, like, this way, next, this way, next, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So really just trusting what those are and not getting too wrapped up in like the fear of it and really just trusting that because you feel drawn to something, that that is the right thing for you.

  SPEAKER_00: And then you can open up to the possibility that you are going to be fully resourced and supported because that's what you're being drawn to, and to really just trust that.

  SPEAKER_00: And again, lean into the possibility versus trying to figure things out with your brain, and then allow the thing that you're desiring to come into fruition based on you leaning into that quantum field of possibility versus feeling like you need to figure it out and take the first step and trust that, and then trust that the next step is gonna come after that and after that.

  SPEAKER_00: So we don't need to know the how, we don't need to have it all laid out for us.

  SPEAKER_00: This is another huge paradigm shift that we're gonna see.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so this is another really big message that I was called to share today about the true power that we hold as human beings.

  SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna read what came through here and then I'll explain it.

  SPEAKER_00: The true power that you hold as a human is your decisiveness and intention.

  SPEAKER_00: If you use these two things with the utmost authority, then you will thrive.

  SPEAKER_00: Don't identify with being confused.

  SPEAKER_00: Get to the root of why you're stuck and move through it.

  SPEAKER_00: Your energy and ability to decide with clarity and power and stay the course is your superpower.

  SPEAKER_00: Trust your power of decision and don't look to the world to validate you.

  SPEAKER_00: So, this is a really big thing here when we're talking about our power of like intention and decision, and like you really deciding what you want your life to look like, what results you want to get, what experience you want to have, where you're going, what you're creating.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like this energy of deciding and deciding with this very clear, very powerful, very like singular intention is what creates results.

  SPEAKER_00: That is your superpower.

  SPEAKER_00: However, what they're saying here is you can't look to the world to validate that.

  SPEAKER_00: So you have to decide that and stay the course, no matter what the world is looking like in the process, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And I think this is where a lot of people get tripped up is like if they say they want something and then immediately it's not starting to show up in their outer world, they're like, wait, why isn't this happening?

  SPEAKER_00: Why isn't this happening?

  SPEAKER_00: But what they're saying here is that your clarity of decision and ability to hold that no matter what, is what creates the results that you desire.

  SPEAKER_00: So what they're saying here is that we have grossly underestimated our ability to create through our power of just deciding that this is what we want.

  SPEAKER_00: And then whatever comes up in the process is literally just an opportunity to lean into what you have to shift in order to get there.

  SPEAKER_00: Because you make a decision, right?
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_00: So you decide I want to have this business, for example.

  SPEAKER_00: And because I know that's something a lot of people are creating or doing or whatever, and I want it to look like this and I want to make this much money and all of that, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So then what happens is a series of events that occur to show you what it is that you need to shift energetically or lean into in order to become the version of yourself that has that thing, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because I always say this, it's an initiation, right?
• 32:53
  SPEAKER_00: Where it's like, okay, this is where I want to be.
• 32:56
  SPEAKER_00: And then the universe is like, okay, cool.

  SPEAKER_00: Here's who you need to be in order to get there, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And then you basically are shown along the way all of the things that you need to look at and shift and move through in order to become that version of you.

  SPEAKER_00: So what we see as like potential roadblocks or things that are keeping us stuck are actually just invitations for us to lean in even deeper to what we're being shown so that we can come out on the other side and continue to be initiated into this version of ourselves.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, and I talk about this very openly when I talk about my relationship with my husband.

  SPEAKER_00: I have a whole podcast episode about this and how I was initiated into becoming a completely different version of myself so that I could experience the growth and income that I was desiring in my business.

  SPEAKER_00: It literally is an initiation of consciousness, an initiation of changing your perspective of reality, an initiation of shifting the old patterns that you're still playing out, releasing ancestral trauma, so many different things, right?

  SPEAKER_00: But it's important to just understand what that process is so we don't get stuck in the process, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And of course, that's why we get support.

  SPEAKER_00: But this is something that that came through really strongly to share with you about how this kind of works and how you have to always come back to this decision that you made about what you're going to create based on who you really are and what you deeply know to be true about yourself, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So that's what you always want to come back to.

  SPEAKER_00: And then they said decide that everything that comes to you is an opportunity for expansion, what I already said.

  SPEAKER_00: And then the other couple of things that I wanted to share about is just a little more about money, which was coming through about this year.

  SPEAKER_00: You're really being invited to look at what you may be subscribing to around money, right?
• 34:52
  SPEAKER_00: So what ancestral patterns, what family patterns, what stories, what belief systems you might be subscribing to around money.

  SPEAKER_00: And then also looking at what you might be projecting onto money, right?
• 35:06
  SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of times we take money and we project our unhealed trauma with our father, for example, or our unhealed trauma with somebody, right?
• 35:16
  SPEAKER_00: Or just our general feeling of being not good enough or not enough.
• 35:20
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe we're projecting that onto money, and then we're always experiencing money as not being enough, right?
• 35:26
  SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna be invited into a new level of relationship with money, just as we're gonna be invited into a new level of relationship with ourselves, but money is an extension of that.

  SPEAKER_00: They were saying it's time to dismantle any stories that you're playing out around money and what you may be subscribing to about it without even realizing it.

  SPEAKER_00: So this is another really important piece that I think we're going to be seeing this year because there's gonna be so much around money where people are like, oh, we're going into like inflation or the market's crashing or this or that.

  SPEAKER_00: And once we are able to look at the energy of money as like, what am I deciding about it, right?

  SPEAKER_00: We're going back to that energy of deciding instead of what other people are telling me about it, then we realize that we actually don't have to subscribe to anything that we're seeing around us about money.

  SPEAKER_00: And we get to decide what our relationship with it is, which directly affects how much of it is available to us or how much we're available for it, right?
• 36:32
  SPEAKER_00: Which is really what it's about.
• 36:34
  SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna see this this year as well.

  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna feel like you're being initiated into this deeper level of understanding of how to work with it and being invited to hit the unsubscribe button from those ways that are no longer aligned for you to be thinking about it, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And this will include just things that you picked up along the way, society and cultural programming, but also, you know, deeper levels of ancestral trauma that you might be playing out and family trauma that you might be playing out.

  SPEAKER_00: And then the last part that I wanted to share about is this is the time of the individual, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Like the age of Aquarius.

  SPEAKER_00: This is all about our own individual sovereignty and accessing our own individual authority.

  SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna feel like a very big shift from looking outside of us for answers and looking within.

  SPEAKER_00: But not only that, like really accessing this deeper part of you.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is something I was talking about a lot in my program, Trust, which I know some of you are in, accessing this like deep level of inner knowing, this all-knowing part of you that I always talk about, because there is a place deep within you and it lives within your heart, which is why I'm touching my heart right now, where you already know the answer.

  SPEAKER_00: And um, now you're going to be invited to access this place within you even more, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna be called into this deeper relationship with yourself and this deeper trust within yourself that you know best for you over anybody else.

  SPEAKER_00: And I think we're gonna see a really big paradigm shift around that as well.

  SPEAKER_00: And that kind of relates to everything else that I've been talking about, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Like this dismantling of codependency, which I feel really strongly about.

  SPEAKER_00: So there's a lot of big energy shifts that are happening, and I'm really excited about all of them.
