Transcript
- 0:00So you got a chiseled job. Artificial intelligence is determined what the perfect man
- 0:08and the perfect woman looks like in twenty twenty three, and it's hard to
- 0:11argue because it is artificial intelligence. So let's go through here and I'll name
- 0:15the features that are consistent with the perfect man and woman. We'll see if
- 0:19any we have any of these features. All right, we got Amanda,
- 0:22we have interned Gracie here, and me Pike. So we'll start with the
- 0:24women. First of all, all of skin, I do have allive skin
- 0:29man, yeah, okay, inter gracing, sorry, okay. Also for
- 0:35women, they had oh yeah, uh blonde here, I do have,
- 0:43yeah, blonde here. No. I did just add some fresh blonde in
- 0:46there though, but it's it's artificial. Uh interned Gracie, No, that
- 0:53looks like a no from here? What is that brown? Or has that
- 0:55died or what are we working with the MAA, Oh that's not so,
- 0:59that's your birth, that's your natural as close as we're gonna get. Yeah,
- 1:02okay, and then uh for the uh. For the body, it
- 1:04was like sort of a body builder build, you know, kind of like
- 1:07real ripped skinny rip big nosomes. No big, big bosoms. Do I
- 1:17remember we hacked those off? Oh yeah, and then I had a couple
- 1:21of kids, so the thing and stop and forth. So right, yeah,
- 1:25definitely not a chiseled bod over hair. All right. So for the
- 1:29men um, they settled on guys with brown hair. I don't even know
- 1:32mine is? What? Just don't you have brown hair? Dirty blonde?
- 1:34As they say? Ye? Good brown eyes? I don't think so one
- 1:40of mine. You blue eyes, don't you? I guess? So,
- 1:42yeah, they're blue? What do you mean you don't know? I don't
- 1:46know. I just I'm not an eye color guy. I couldn't tell you
- 1:48what anybody. I don't even know what my wife's eye color is brown.
- 1:49I just said it doesn't register in my brain. I don't really know,
- 1:53of course. Yeah, thank you, Amanda. And then they say that
- 1:56the ideal man, according to artificial intelligence, is five a six. No,
- 2:01that can't be right, sing dong, wow, No, I'm kidding
- 2:06anything about the high No, okay, so you're six three? Anyone can
- 2:14do it? Pike and Amanda in the morning. Big Nut eight point seven
- 2:20now at this time, a very exciting new game we just invented last week
- 2:23and it went swimming weeks. Amanda didn't quite get it. But it's a
- 2:27hypothetical situation game. You can play along in your car find out what you're
- 2:30really made of. It's called what do you do? Anyway you feel better
- 2:37about the way we're gonna you know, sort of like do it I do.
- 2:40I'm feeling really good about this today. All right, So Amanda and
- 2:44I will trade off hypothetical scenarios. You'll then find out what we would do
- 2:46in that situation, and really it just you know, finds out what you're
- 2:50made of at the end of the day. So, Manda, would you
- 2:52like to go first? I would love to. All right, first hypothetical
- 2:54go ahead, all right, Pike, you're super sick, bit feverish.
- 2:59You have to leave work early, but mid day you start coming around.
- 3:02You have golf league in two hours. Still not one hundred percent. Probably
- 3:08shouldn't get the people sick, but you really want to play golf. P
- 3:21Oh wow, it's funny, because what do you do? I'm sorry,
- 3:25this is literally what obviously you've done this because yesterday I came down with a
- 3:29little fever and I was here at work, and so I went home early
- 3:32and went home and went to bed, took some meds. Golf league was
- 3:37last night, started getting to be at four o'clock. My tea times at
- 3:39five forty. Uh, and I didn't go. You're not gonna. I
- 3:43don't know if you believe that, but I did not go to golf.
- 3:44Wow me my text, I said, guys, I can't make it this
- 3:46week. I didn't care about them sick or anything. I just didn't get
- 3:50you just really didn't feel well. It was just it was if it wasn't
- 3:53so windy, I probably would have been more more inclined to go. To
- 3:57be honest with you, No, I wouldn't go. I wouldn't go,
- 3:59all right. It's curious hypothetical. Two. You go out with your husband
- 4:02for dinner at a new restaurant you have not frequented before. It's in a
- 4:08part of town you rarely visit. You're shocked to see your friend's spouse having
- 4:12dinner with a very young, attractive person. From the way they're behaving,
- 4:15it's obvious they're more than friends. The couple finish their meal and leave without
- 4:19seeing you. They behave very affectionately on the way out the door. So
- 4:24Amanda, Yeah, that's that's a tough glove. Yeah, the gall of
- 4:30these two. What do you do? Take a picture, send it to
- 4:34my best friend and say, who dis who this? Okay, you're not
- 4:41even considering it? No, you're not gonna. I don't want to get
- 4:44involved. My husband would be like a man, leave it alone. It
- 4:46had already been set by that time. My best friend. Yeah, you
- 4:50don't stand a chance by. And if these two are out just parading around
- 4:54town, obviously I'm sure it's meeting. I'm sure, no big deal,
- 5:00And I'm sure that's what she wrote back. Oh yeah, that's just Sandra
- 5:02from accounting a late night accounting a meeting. Their zoom wasn't working all right?
- 5:13Are you ready? Yeah, Pike, your wife's parents are coming to
- 5:17town for one night only. You haven't seen him in three years. You
- 5:21made dinner reservations, all sorts of plans for you guys. Really the perfect
- 5:28night in downtown far go. But at noon your phone rings. It's your
- 5:32buddy. He has nose bleed seats to see Blink one eighty two for your
- 5:40eightheenth time in Minneapolis, Pike saying I didn't have tickets already. Okay,
- 5:53what do I do? What's not realistic? Because I would have already had
- 5:55tickets. I'd be in the city's already. Um, you know, nose
- 5:58bleeders. I mean, you have not seen your wife's parents, your in
- 6:01laws for three years, but there will be more time for that. You
- 6:04don't know how long Blink's gonna be touring. So yeah, I'm gonna go
- 6:08to the show. Sorry. Wow, all right, Amanda. Your friend
- 6:13offers you an opportunity to make a great deal of money very quickly. He
- 6:16will not tell you exactly how he's making this money, but do you get
- 6:19the impression that it's not exactly legal. All he wants is an investment of
- 6:25five hundred dollars, and he promises that you'll have enough from your minimal investment
- 6:30that you'll never need to work again. So Amanda, yeah, because we
- 6:36don't know if it's clean or dirty money. You got a good idea.
- 6:42What do you do? You said, never work again? Right? Correct?
- 6:46Five hundred bucks? Yeah, here's five look up this morning, pike
- 6:51in Amanda in the morning. So you know, when you go to a
- 6:58concert, generally you have a good time, right, not many bad experience
- 7:00as a concert. Yeah, Well, this lady went to a tailor swift
- 7:03show as we know, the Era's tour is happening, and I know intern
- 7:06Gracie or interned Swifty as one of the biggest swifties in the world. You
- 7:10know, that's probably gonna be a pretty good time. Ah yeah, I'm
- 7:13hoping. So we put on a good show. Whether you're a huge tailor
- 7:16fan like Gracie, or you're just a fan of somebody who puts on a
- 7:20good show. She does a great job, Yes, she does. You
- 7:25inter Gracie. Can you imagine go into that show though, and having your
- 7:28night ruined? Is there any scenario you can think of that would ruin the
- 7:30show? No? I don't think so. Well, let me try this
- 7:33one on for you. One woman went to her show in Boston recently and
- 7:36said she paid five hundred dollars for tickets, which seems cheap, and got
- 7:41thrown up on by another. Oh my gosh. Literally the person next door
- 7:46started puking. Obviously had too much to drink or was just overwhelmed with excitement.
- 7:50Yes, that was more likely that, and there was nowhere to go.
- 7:54You know, you're jammed in these seats on the back, in the
- 7:55middle, you know, in the aisle, started getting it all overheard,
- 7:58So she tried to get out. She went to the bathroom. They didn't
- 8:01have any paper towels because they're all going green. It's just like air dryers.
- 8:03And so eventually security even started yelling at her because she was complaining,
- 8:07say can I get a towel? And it was just a horrible experience,
- 8:11ruined the night for her. Yeah, because also if you're security or somebody
- 8:13like that, you're gonna think she's the drunk person who threw up on herself.
- 8:16Yeah, you know what I mean to try to explain that, like,
- 8:20no, this guy next to me or this person next to me did
- 8:22this. Just disgusting because for me it's the smell alone having little kids.
- 8:26When you get puked on, there's no coming back from that, especially when
- 8:31it's not yours. It's horrific. I want to know, have you ever
- 8:33had a concert experience? A bad concert experience? Seven one two eight ninety
- 8:39eight seven. I went to a show my brother and I was eighteen years
- 8:41old. I'll never forget. We're going to drive to Minneapolis to see the
- 8:43band Marcy Playground. Remember that, Oh my gosh, y y Yeah,
- 8:50And the show was at a place called Pickled Park. And we're like sweet
- 8:54outdoor shows. Some are beautiful. So we drive all the way down to
- 8:56Minneapolis and are we had out map quest or whatever trying to find park.
- 9:03Just swift into those papers if you thres papers to get to the directions where
- 9:07you need a golf So funny. Well, my brother Bobby was twenty one,
- 9:09so we get to Pickled Park. It turns out it's not a park,
- 9:11it's a bar and you have to be twenty one to get into her.
- 9:16So we drove all the way there and we literally they would not let
- 9:18us in no matter how much I cried. So we had to stand outside
- 9:22of the bar, like outside of the patio, and we could barely hear.
- 9:26Oh that is brutal. I do love that you thought it was gonna
- 9:28be just right in the middle of a park here and to sit on a
- 9:31swing and listen to Marcy Playground so into grace. You have a bad concert
- 9:35experience. Yeah. I went to five Seconds summer last summer and we had
- 9:39VIP, my sister and I did. So we like waited in line all
- 9:41day because we got in early. Wanted to be like right up front and
- 9:46you really aren't die hard. I love it. I really am. My
- 9:48mom came and like brought us something because she was at the hotel. She
- 9:50brought us food or something. And this girl who was waiting she had an
- 9:52extra ticket, so she asked my mom, do you want to go to
- 9:54the concert? My mom was like, well, whatever, sure, I'll
- 9:56go with you. We get into the VIP portion of it before the doors
- 10:01open. After the VIP, my mom goes to get food for us,
- 10:05and then that's when they opened the doors for the rest of the people,
- 10:11and the crowd just got like really compacted in there, and my mom tried
- 10:15to get back to us with the food, and some somebody punched her in
- 10:18the face because she tried to get back to us. She got punched in
- 10:22the face, Yeah, by like a teenage girl who wouldn't let my mom
- 10:24go through. Because my mom's like, my daughter's up there. I'm trying
- 10:26to get her food and everything, and no one would let her go and
- 10:30she got punched in the face. People are ruthless. Wowe eighty seven,
- 10:35we've got somebody on the line. Good morning. Who is this Kendra?
- 10:39All right, Kendra, what is your story? Well, I went to
- 10:43a Prince concert in ninety seven when he was at the Fargo Dome and I'm
- 10:46a huge Prince fan. Um and my roommates had gotten me tickets. So
- 10:50the three of us went, and I was wearing white jeans, and this
- 10:54guy behind me stilled like kicked over his beer. So then I still like
- 10:58beer the rest of them night, And somehow there was Marianatholic and yeah,
- 11:07Marionara sauce on my weight jeans. But it didn't run the night for me.
- 11:11I love Prince too. I enjoyed the rest of the night. But
- 11:13you can help me. You're like just a little Marinaria. Get Amanda in
- 11:20the morning. All right, let's get silly. So this guy has an
- 11:24issue with some motorcycles that have been driving by his house real late at night,
- 11:26which is super annoying. I feel for him. He must live in
- 11:28my neighborhood. I still want to mess with him, though, so let's
- 11:33see what we can do. Hello, Hey is this Todd? Yes,
- 11:37this is Hey Todd. It's a Sergeant cadiddal Hopper over here at the police
- 11:41department. What Sergeant Cadiddal Hopper ahead of the motorcycle noise department? You complaint
- 11:50with our department? We just got your voicemail. Sorry, we're a little
- 11:54behind here, what with Memorial Day. It sounds like you're having some issues
- 11:56at your residence, is that right? Yeah, there's these I don't even
- 12:01know how many people there are. It sounds at least like three that drive
- 12:05these Harley's up and down my street in the middle of the night, waking
- 12:09up everybody and setting off car alarms. It's the most annoying thing in the
- 12:13world. Yeah, I mean it does sound like that would be against against
- 12:16code. But before we continue, I do first have to ask you,
- 12:18are you sure it's Harley's Harley davidsonforcycles? You were sure about that? I
- 12:24popped my head at once and I saw I saw Harley driving away. Okay,
- 12:28can do me a solid, Todd, Can you, like just make
- 12:30the noise that you're hearing with your mouth? Just give me an idea what
- 12:33we're working with. You want me to make a motorcycle anoise? Really,
- 12:41they do call me the motorcycle Whisperer here at the department, and so I'm
- 12:46pretty good at just kind of identifying motorcycles based on the sound. So if
- 12:50you could just do your best, give me the noise that you're hearing.
- 12:52At night. Go ahead. I don't know. This is not going to
- 12:56do justice, but let's try it. Okay, it's todd. That sounds
- 13:05like a fart. My man, are you sure you're not being woken up
- 13:07by farts? Yeah? I'm positive. I like, how is a How's
- 13:11a mouse gonna do a motorcycle? No? It it's just like there's a
- 13:15lot of different motorcycles like anything, and so we just kind of need to
- 13:18narrow it down as obviously this time, you're got a lot of motorcycles on
- 13:20the road. So I'm gonna have you one more time. Do your best
- 13:24here. Please go ahead and make that motorcycle sound like it. It's a
- 13:28it's like a big one. It's like a big fat wolfer. I can't
- 13:35do it. It's not impossible. I'm cleaning Kawasaki here. But no,
- 13:41it's it's a Harley like you see it. We I saw like. My
- 13:45wife also confirmed it. It's there are Harley's driving up and down the road.
- 13:48Off. Let's just triple check here. So this would be your standard
- 13:52Harley street glider. No, no, no, it wasn't like that.
- 14:01It was deeper, it was richer, it was thicker. It was just
- 14:05it was a lot more. Okay, you know we're going full hog on
- 14:09this one, So would this sound more familiar? Ye, that's what I
- 14:16thought. That's what I thought. Okay, just to kind of cover our
- 14:20bases. It wasn't more of like a cross rocket, you know, like
- 14:22a No, that did not sound familiar. No, just so dumb.
- 14:33Here's what we're gonna do, Tony. Here's what I can do for you.
- 14:35Just since it is Harley we're dealing with, we're going to send over
- 14:39a Harley guy. It's basically midnight to four am is when we're able to
- 14:41make these house calls. So is it cool if we stop by tonight?
- 14:45Late tonight? I mean, yeah, look, you're gonna do like a
- 14:48steak out or something like that. Yes, because they come around like three
- 14:52o'clock. What he'll do and he does ride a motorcycle. And just so
- 14:54you're not spooked, it's going to be on one of those kawasakis I told
- 14:58you about some more of the I'm gonna pull up your house. Wait,
- 15:03why do you have to come between twelve and four though? If you're not
- 15:05like here to watch and nobody's covering between twelve and four, I gotta just
- 15:11stop. I gotta stop the bleeding. Here, my man, it's Pike
- 15:13and Amanda in the Morning on Big ninety point seven. We're just joking with
- 15:16you. Wait, okay, it sounded so weird and so dumb that,
- 15:22like all you were going with it, I would have hung up an hour.
- 15:30You're such a sport. Oh my god, what did that Harley sound
- 15:33like? Again? The first one I did? I so embarrassing. I
- 15:39can't believe, like, Oh my gosh, Pike and Amanda in the Morning
- 15:43yet Big nightety eight point seven. All right, let's enter the judgment zone.
- 15:50All right, that's where it's okay to judge a little bit. Somebody
- 15:52found themselves in a little predicament and they want your feedback, So get a
- 15:56little judge. I'm judge. Let's do it. Number is seven oh one
- 15:58two eight o eight seven. Would love to hear what you think about this
- 16:03dude who's in a situation because of a graduation party. He says, my
- 16:07daughter's graduation party is next weekend, and I don't think I'm going to attend.
- 16:11And before you judge her mother, my ex wife, is hosting the
- 16:15party with her convicted felon boyfriend, Keith. Wow, Okay, plot twist
- 16:22here. I thought it was just going to be like a easy situation.
- 16:25Yeah, the exes, they always have such nice things to say about the
- 16:27new guy. Right. Well, he said that he's asked several times how
- 16:30to contribute, and she's made zero effort to involve him. I don't think
- 16:34I'm asking much. I just want to feel like I'm a part of it.
- 16:37After all, I did help raise our daughter for eighteen years. Unfortunately,
- 16:41this is not surprising as my exes continue tried to cut me out of
- 16:44our daughter's life, and I've just had enough. It's time I'd take a
- 16:47stand. I told my daughter I could take her out for lunch the next
- 16:49day. While she did tear up at the idea of me not being at
- 16:55her grad party, she agreed lunch would be fine. Am I doing the
- 16:57right thing? Or should I just suck it up and go So seven one
- 17:03dato one nine eight seven let us know your thoughts. You said it earlier,
- 17:07Pike. We're both from broken homes, I mean, but it divorced
- 17:12families. Yes, hard's growing up. So my mom and my stepdad lived
- 17:18in the Widina Deer Creek area. My dad and my stepmom lived in Denver,
- 17:22so it was kind of back and forth. There was only one time
- 17:26that I can really remember, because my parents did not have the best divorce,
- 17:29that we were together, and one of those moments was my graduation.
- 17:33My dad and my stepmom showed up at graduation and it was not ideal for
- 17:37them to come out to the Lake Place party because they don't really know anybody,
- 17:42but it meant so much for me for them to be there just for
- 17:45that kind of one picture. They were not there long, and it hurt
- 17:48my feelings because they basically just left. They went back, stayed in the
- 17:52hotel, and they flew out the next day. So it wasn't like they
- 17:55stuck around and hung out. But I now that I'm older, I get
- 17:59brought not going to be the most comfortable, but they did that for me,
- 18:02and I still remember to that day and those pictures. There's only a
- 18:06few that I have of my parents just together with me and you and you
- 18:10enjoy me at that point. Yes, interesting because I do the total opposite
- 18:12because the same thing my mom showed up to our gate my graduation party.
- 18:15It was the most awkward thing in the world, Like there were very been
- 18:18very few times where we're all together, my dad, my stepmom, my
- 18:22mom. It's like, no me, it's just who is this for?
- 18:25Because for me it's uncomfortable. And you know, graduation parties, it's about
- 18:27your friends, they're all coming through, and yeah, it's to me.
- 18:32I don't know. I think for his sake, he doesn't need to go.
- 18:34I think the daughter will get over it. But huh see, I
- 18:37feel like you got to suck it up and go, and you don't have
- 18:38to stay that long, but you just need to go and make that appearance,
- 18:41at least need some of the food. We have a phone call.
- 18:45A man is staying the phone call into Gracie. Do you have any comments
- 18:47on Facebook? Yeah, Tina says, um, this is about her and
- 18:51how you're just your presence will make her a whole day. You don't have
- 18:53to stay long. You can just make face and leave. It'll mean more
- 18:56to her than you know. Besides, if you don't show up, it's
- 19:00just another thing the X can use to hold against you. Yeah, I
- 19:03never thought about that. I guess I would like to know what that felony
- 19:07was. Maybe it's not a safe environment. I do love the fact that
- 19:11he had to throw that in there, but again seven ninety eight seven,
- 19:15good morning? Who is this thig? Good morning Craig here, How are
- 19:18you good, Craig? What are your thoughts? Well, my thoughts being
- 19:21a dad. My daughter's birthday today, who's in her thirties. He needs
- 19:25to be the bigger man and show up and just be a part of the
- 19:26day. Yeah, I agree, And it's not easy. It's uncomfortable,
- 19:30divorce, it's all ugly, but you just have to do it for your
- 19:33daughter. That's absolutely right. Just go there, be the bigger man.
- 19:37Doesn't matter that you didn't involve him. He knows why. He's there for
- 19:41his daughter. Craig. Are you in a similar situation where there was a
- 19:45divorce or anything like that? Oh? Negative, I've been married since nineteen
- 19:48ninety Oh well, congratulations, Craig. That's awesome, and tell your daughter
- 19:52happy birthday. Where we appreciate your chiming in. Absolutely you too, my
- 19:57man, Craig, just crush in life. I love it. Yeah,
- 20:00I love it. We have any more Facebook common? Yeah, this one's
- 20:03funny. Nanna said, if you choose to go or not, or choose
- 20:07to do something special for your daughter. Not sure about funds. But what
- 20:10would be fun is going to the grad party for thirty minutes, giving her
- 20:12your gift and say pack your bags. We're going on a you and me
- 20:17congratulation trip to wherever you both love. Okay, so now we assume he
- 20:22has unlimited money, got it, come on, money bags the Bahamas.
- 20:26All right, So we are in the judgment zone. This is where you
- 20:29are sort of allowed to be a little judge, because well, this guy
- 20:33wants to be judged. He's in a situation. He's a dad, his
- 20:36daughter's graduating next week and that's when the party is. All right, so
- 20:38he doesn't think he wants to go to the party because his ex wife,
- 20:41the mom, is throwing it has made no effort to involve him in the
- 20:45planning or execution of the party. Sadly, that's usually how it goes.
- 20:48He also threw in a little tidbit about her new boyfriend being convicted felon,
- 20:52which is, I don't know any more details. So he wants to know
- 20:55if he's making a mistake by not going because he's tired of being left out
- 20:59and he wants to finally put up a stand. Unfortunately, you gott to
- 21:02suck it. Up and go. I know it's not the ideal situation.
- 21:06Michelle on Facebook said divorces messy and went on to basically say, you just
- 21:10gotta go be in the pictures, be in that moment. Yeah, it's
- 21:14uncomfortable. I think there's a lot of things we're missing here. I think
- 21:17there's a lot of past history that Yeah, you guys have enough. I
- 21:21think the graduation parties are awkward anyway. The kid doesn't care. They're there
- 21:25for their friends, they're there for the food. I mean, just I
- 21:27don't think it's a big deal if he does his own separate thing. What
- 21:30about you? Seven two eight ninety eight seven good morning. Well, I
- 21:34recently graduated, and I also come from this type of a family, and
- 21:38truthfully, I can say that the main thing that matters is like this memory
- 21:44is never going to happen again for their daughter. And honestly, I think
- 21:47that he might just have to suck it up, as much as that sucks
- 21:51for him, but she's going to remember this for the rest of her life,
- 21:53you know. So it is true. I mean, I genuinely remember
- 21:57my first wedding and my graduation. Those are the only two memories I have
- 22:02of my parents being in the same room together for a little bit, and
- 22:04that's pretty cool. I get where comfortable. To me, that was not
- 22:08a thing I was like dreaming of. I never I was like, Oh,
- 22:11if only my step mom in real could be in the same room.
- 22:15It just I just don't think it's necessary. Like I said, he can
- 22:18do lunch the next day, do their own thing. I think that would
- 22:22be just as special. And when he said that, she started hearing up.
- 22:25That's when I was like, Okay, well, it's definitely not that
- 22:26kind of a situation. Heres, don't lie. That's true. Awesome,
- 22:30thanks so much for chiming in. Yeah, I have a good day.
- 22:32All right, So what do you think? Final judgment? Should Dad go
- 22:34to the party or should he just do his own thing? Stuck it up
- 22:37and y'all go duck it up this morning. This morning, Pike and Amanda
- 22:42in the morning one. Well, speaking a Memorial Day, it is all
- 22:48week long, been our first I'm sure many Pike and Amanda Memorial Day hot
- 22:52Dogathon. It's been a real treat. Oh man, Well, let's say
- 22:56hello to Megan, the midday host here on Big Point seven. Well,
- 23:00hi guy, thanks for popping in a little early for us today because it's
- 23:03time to take on this challenge. I am ready. Megan is wearing the
- 23:07full hot dog costume you can see on a big nightey of points on Facebook
- 23:11page. You've been doing radio a long time, Is this like the silliest
- 23:12thing you've ever heard? Um? I'm not sure if this is the silliest,
- 23:15but it's up there. It's very silly. Yeah it is. I
- 23:18love it, we think. So here's the deal. It's a four step
- 23:21obstacle course you have to get through and you have to try to beat the
- 23:23best time, which was set by a Mandy yesterday at what I think it
- 23:26was a minute forty two. Okay, congratulations. So the four steps.
- 23:32Step one, in order to get ready for Memorial Day, you gotta go
- 23:33throw on a little life jacket. It's like one of those classic orange life
- 23:37vest things. Amazing. Throw that on. You got to come over here
- 23:40where we have some SPF thirty. You've got to protect yourself. It's gonna
- 23:44be sunny all weekend, so throw that on your face. Step three,
- 23:47go over to that cooler. You got a frozen, very frozen bag of
- 23:48ice. You got to get that into the cooler. Okay. So probably
- 23:52you're gonna have to use a ground as well. And then final step,
- 23:55which it seems to be the most challenging, is a hot dog. You
- 23:57have to eat the whole thing. He's not a hot hot dog or just
- 24:00it was hot. It's a litk warm dog. Are the fixings over there?
- 24:06Because a couple of things just I feel like the later in the game
- 24:10you go for this, like tomorrow when Pike and James take on the challenge,
- 24:12it's like, oh that you know exactly what to do. For instance,
- 24:15Greasy just can't eat a hot dog like she can't do it. It
- 24:18took her forever yesterday with the sunscreen, I got it got a little slippery
- 24:22for the ice bags, okay, and I forgot to put condiments on until
- 24:26the last bite. Well, you'll find that the ketchup serves as a bit
- 24:30of a throat lubricant. You're gonna want to use that your advantage. Feeling
- 24:36like a weener right now literally as amazing. Okay, all right, you
- 24:40think you can beat one forty one, I'm gonna try. I'm a little
- 24:41nervous. My heart's racing, all right. Who is going to be the
- 24:45big weener challenge? Oh? Yeah, a bit. I got it right
- 24:49here. I'm so sorry, Amanda. I am ready on your market.
- 24:53Sets off. She's over to the life. Best step one seems to be
- 24:57the easiest. It's already on. Oh my gosh, he's cruising. She's
- 25:00got the she's got the sunscreen on. Or no, she's applied alty at
- 25:03the ice in seven seconds, a little bit of a lazy application of the
- 25:07sunscreen, but we'll slide. Ice is going into the cooler. That was
- 25:11really quick. She's gonna have a good minute. And they have to eat
- 25:14this hot dog. It's not looking good at Manda. Ice is going into
- 25:17the cooler. Get her go visserous, viciously. We're not even thirty seconds
- 25:22into this bad boy, and she's got this dog in her mouth. Oh
- 25:26my gosh, she's she's bypassed the mustard, which is mine. But she's
- 25:29got okay, she's on her second bite of the ketchup. Now she's applying
- 25:32the mustard. Is she gonna get this under a minute? All right?
- 25:34Two bites in. Now she's realizing it's a little harder to swallow than she
- 25:37had anticipated. Boy, she's laughing at swallow. Don't choke on the dog,
- 25:41don't do it all right? Okay, June her best. Come on,
- 25:47come on, Megan, you got this. We are water. You
- 25:49need some water. Yeah, we've got him our water. No we don't.
- 25:53Then you can't start adding things tomorrow. For you guys. We are
- 25:56at one minute exactly. You still got forty two second to slam that third
- 26:00of a dog. Come on, Megan, all right, a couple bites
- 26:04left. It looks like depending on how generous the bites are. Man,
- 26:08she started so well too. Oh yeah, oh here we go, warming
- 26:12little bite left. It feels like you needed more of the bun length and
- 26:15dog for Okay, she's she's got all in her mouth. She's just got
- 26:18to swallow at this point her cheeks. Her cheeks look like she's getting there
- 26:23looking like a chipmunk trying to swallow it down. Might have been off a
- 26:30little more than she can chew. Megan, you're getting close. You just
- 26:33tell us when that thing's down the hatch. She's oh no, she i'd
- 26:40beat you. Oh I got what's the time? One forty five? Megan?
- 26:48How'd it go? How? What's your instant reaction? I think my
- 26:52fingers are from the ice iman on the ground. What do you have to
- 26:56say about your hot dog eating skills. If we come water next time,
- 27:00water next time. Well, the challenge is on you, guys. I
- 27:03am the raining weener dog champ or nine dog. Well you're roga Yeah you
- 27:11so far man, and enjoy while you can, because tomorrow James the afternoon
- 27:15host, You'm Big ninety point seven and me Pike will both be going and
- 27:18I imagine as compute concerned for that. We'll see tomorrow Pike and Amanda in
- 27:23the morning Nitty eight point seven, Baby, thank you? Wouldn't you say?
- 27:29Yeah, I'm shocked still from yesterday? That was insane. Well,
- 27:33let's say good morning. We have a couple of contestants on the phone.
- 27:36Good morning, Than contestant too, Hello, good morning, Than, good
- 27:40morning. We're telemarketer or something. Who is this? Well, I you
- 27:45called for the couny, you know, because they go to work a thing,
- 27:48so I never know who it is. Well, it's your friends Pike
- 27:52and Amanda in the morning on Big Nighttia point seven. We just want to
- 27:55check in as you are out and about, you know, trying to win
- 27:56these third row pink tickets. How's it been going good? I don't know
- 28:00if you've been following along. But yesterday contestant number three Sarah got a tattoo.
- 28:06My word, I've seen that. What was your what was your reaction
- 28:11when you saw that? It was not good? Do not throw in the
- 28:15towel. Do not throw in the towel thing. I mean, you still
- 28:18got a long holiday weekend. Any big plans with Pike's head, Ah,
- 28:22yeah, we do, actually, um, and I'll be sharing it shortly.
- 28:26Okay, it could be good. I love that everybody's teasing us with
- 28:30this. This is what's so fun. Like usually we're the ones would think
- 28:33the big exciting announcements and whatever, and it was like, you have to
- 28:37wait and see. I know, I know, idea, we have little
- 28:41ideas where you know, I left him alone on the fine shop. I
- 28:45came in and all these all these little Pikes running around. So really,
- 28:48whatever with Sarah a random lady there that he got excited? I have no
- 28:52idea. I left him alone, Guys, I left him alone one night
- 28:56in the sine shop. I walk in and now there's a well, you
- 29:00just can't trust him. It sounds like I don't know if the world is
- 29:03prepared for a bunch of a little Pikes. We'll keep it up. Thanks
- 29:07than all right, now I think we have a contestant one on the phone.
- 29:11Good morning, Hello, Good morning, Amanda. Is this Amanda?
- 29:15Hey, this is Amanda confirming contest number one. Yes, Well, how's
- 29:21it been going. I don't know if you saw the big news yesterday,
- 29:23but Contestant three literally got a tattoo pie. Yeah. I mean that is
- 29:30aggressive, It very much is. But I saw last night you were liking.
- 29:34Now, I don't care. You just decided to grab Pike's big old
- 29:37head and take him downtown. It looks like, yes I did. If
- 29:41people were willing to like take pictures with your big heads, so that was
- 29:45really fun. Do you have just signed waivers for that? It's like,
- 29:48oh, you know, if you don't mind, I'm just kidding. That's
- 29:51a nice thing about having a normally large head. People are want to take
- 29:55pictures with you. I do love the photos from the Willie Nelson concert with
- 29:59Chili Willie or what did you call him, Chilly Nelson something like that.
- 30:03Do you have any more plans going into Memorial Day weekend? Oh? Yeah,
- 30:07oh yeah I have. I think I have a little bit of a
- 30:10surprise. Yeah, it'll be kind of Big My plan is for Friday to
- 30:15do this. I love it. I mean, obviously the bar is high.
- 30:18People are permanently inking, you know, they to their body. I
- 30:22don't know if I can beat that for your face tattoo. I mean,
- 30:26what's wrong with a face tattoo? Amanda of just planning, you know,
- 30:30you know, I'm I'm really highly considering it. But um well it's twenty
- 30:34twenty three. People are really more taller into tattoos these days. You can
- 30:40Amanda in the morning on Big Nutty eight point seven than today. What's everyone
- 30:47talking about? Good morning, seven o'clock. Here's what you need to know.
- 30:49Thanks for our friends over at Bremer Bank the bank bill to help your
- 30:52business girl learn more at Bremer dot com. Well, it was a few
- 30:56weeks ago. We were laughing because they were trying to serve Shadow with papers
- 31:00because he is one of the celebrities that are being sued for making commercials endorsing
- 31:03FTX, which is a cryptocurrency exchange, and they're saying they just can't track
- 31:07him down. Probably one of the easiest guys to spot if you're actually looking
- 31:12for him, but ended up serving him during the heat Celtics game the other
- 31:18night he was in the broadcast booth for TNT and they ended up dodging him
- 31:21there. I just think it's hilarious, knock knock back. I was hoping
- 31:26for you been served. They would have done it on live TV. That
- 31:29would have been just legendary. It would have been in that show if you
- 31:30ever watched Shack and like Charles Barkley on the TNT thing, hilarious, hilarius.
- 31:34They would have had fun. And this is just devastating. And I've
- 31:40always thought that the mom, maybe the dad was involved, but more so
- 31:44the mom in the Gabby Potito case. Well, a judge ruled yesterday that
- 31:48Brian Laundry's mom, Roberta, is going to probably get into some trouble because
- 31:52she wrote her son Brian, what she's calling a burn. After reading letter,
- 31:59this is literal she said that, yeah, or it said it in
- 32:00there. And this is a part of the civil case that is going on
- 32:04right now. And for me, I'm like, this should be more than
- 32:05a civil case. I mean, she needs to be charged with something.
- 32:07If you read this letter, we don't have all the details on it,
- 32:10but here's just a couple of lines for you. This is what she wrote
- 32:14her son, if you're in jail, I will bake a cake with a
- 32:17file in it. If you need to dispose of a body, I will
- 32:21show up with a shovel in garbage bags. And again it's said in there
- 32:24clearly burn after reading. Why would you ever If this is just you telling
- 32:29your son how much you love him, why would you say burn after reading?
- 32:32That's gonna be if I'm the defense, I'm gonna question that. And
- 32:36she's like, geez, why didn't you burn it? Well, instructions were
- 32:38clear. That's a whole other situation because now that this whole thing has been
- 32:43releasedous and it had nothing to do with Gabby, and she wanted to convey
- 32:45to Brian how much she did, in fact love him. Well, she
- 32:49wrote it before they went on that cross country trip, which is even more
- 32:52eerie to me. I don't think anything is like chargeable. I'm no lawyer,
- 32:57but I don't think there's a crime there. But still it's definitely not
- 33:00a good look. No, just heartbreaking news. Yesterday, a teena Turner,
- 33:05known as the Queen of rock and roll, she died. She was
- 33:07eighty three years old. Just a few weeks ago she sat down for an
- 33:09interview and review the Secret to a Life Well Lived. When she responded,
- 33:14she said, what does well lived mean? When we're applying to the question,
- 33:17She said, I My life has been full, but with lots of
- 33:22sad times that I now forgive and strive to forget. Maybe that's the answer
- 33:24to keep moving forward. So let him go and aim to fill your life
- 33:28with love you forget. She did have a rough go yeah, early on.
- 33:30I mean I've just heard stories. I wasn't there, but you know,
- 33:34was Ike Turner her yes, first husband that did not go well,
- 33:37very abusive. Yeah, there was a lot of things, but yeah,
- 33:39just sad to loose Tina turn Her. Yesterday Legend UK tour Threta Wilson shot
- 33:50down rumors at her husband's Tom Hanks yelled at a worker on the red carpet
- 33:52during the premiere of his new movie. The photo it does look like he's
- 33:57getting pretty aggressive. He's just looking at him and pointingt like, oh,
- 34:00yeah, I'm coming after you. But really that's not the case. Rita
- 34:02took a screen grab of it posted yesterday, said this is called I can't
- 34:07hear you. People are screaming. What did you say? Where are we
- 34:10supposed to go, but that doesn't sell stories. Nice try. We had
- 34:15a great time go see the movie. The guy actually in the photo comments
- 34:17and said, yeah, nothing happened. He was this is totally misleading.
- 34:21Well, it's Tom's fault because he did yell at a paparazzi like a year
- 34:23or two ago, and so now we just know him as a yeller.
- 34:25That's people don't forget. It's like when you're a kid and somebody you know,
- 34:29I had an accident in class, and now they're known that person.
- 34:32And you know our guy Josh de Mall. Of course, he has his
- 34:36place here in northern Minnesota, and we've known that for a long time.
- 34:40It's I want to say it's over by Park Rap. It's maybe a little
- 34:43bit north there and beautiful. I don't have the total intel here, but
- 34:45I do know that he sat down for an interview and said, I become
- 34:49a bit of a doomsday prepper. I guess I'm building something so that if
- 34:52things go south, this is a place that can take my family. I
- 34:55have this crazy fixation of what happens if Bleep happens to hit fan in La
- 35:00and I have to get my family out of there. And live off the
- 35:02land. So when he first got this place, it had no water,
- 35:07no electricity. Now he's really made it into it's I mean, even we
- 35:12follow him on Instagram, he's always showing like a don a skidster doing some
- 35:15different stuff. Skidster, Yeah, skid steer, A skidster, right,
- 35:20it's a skid steer. I know, you know, I'm not one of
- 35:22those guys, but I think I know it's a skid steer. Pretty sure
- 35:24it's anyway, he's gonna be probably moving in this direction, I would say
- 35:31for a while, don't you I feel like he's gonna get out of LA
- 35:35at something. Yeah, and we all know, you know, Park Rapids
- 35:38is basically La of the North. A lot of film opportunities up there.
- 35:44And this made us feel really old because Ed Sheeran he had a show in
- 35:47Tampa this week, so he went and crashed a local high school and they
- 35:51were doing their band practice. They were actually performing one of his songs.
- 35:53He walks in, nobody even blinks out. I mean I get there looking
- 35:57at their what is it sheet music? Yeah, their music. By the
- 36:00way, it's like traumatic. Seeing this video brought me right back to band
- 36:02class. Fourth hour right before lunch. He wanted to be anywhere but there
- 36:06anyway, go on. Yeah, but you were the first chair, weren't
- 36:07you. Yeah? Yeah, I was ripping solos and the saxophone. I
- 36:10was at last chair as the alto saxophone player, So this one really hit
- 36:15me hard. I would have been the one to notice Ed Shearing coming in
- 36:16because I'm like, I'm fake saxophone. I'm resting forty measures until I play
- 36:22a note. But even when they look up and they see him, you'd
- 36:27think people would be like jumping out of their seat and getting really excited because
- 36:30it's Ed Sheering, Right, a total surprise, Right, they had no
- 36:34idea who was coming. Yeah, not the way it went down. Yeah,
- 36:40I thought I'd come and play some songs guitars to give it to you
- 36:45guys from meeting the bo I'm playing, but I've got tickets for all of
- 36:52you guys to come, by the way. That's like the twelve teachers in
- 36:58the background like, yeah, kids are like, who is this? I
- 37:01know? Do high school kids not know who ed Cheron is? Of course
- 37:04they do that. You have to know who er it is. You're just
- 37:07out of high school and turned grace hereward. You know, well you would.
- 37:10I mean he's a recognizable guy, right, I'm gonna tell you this,
- 37:13and you're not going to be surprised. I know who ed Cheron was
- 37:15because he opened for Taylor Swift on the Red Tour. That's how I discovered
- 37:19him. Good that was disclaimed to
