- 0:22you wanna hear all of my podcasts, please go to speak dot com,
- 0:25Florence. That's my name, A s H A dot M A R I
- 0:30A M A zero one at gmail dot com. I am a certified recovered
- 0:35life coach. It's all about helping people with their paths, their burnings,
- 0:40their purpose and their journeys to a new and better youth through self discovery.
- 0:44I'm all about helping people when it comes to minding your own business and focusing
- 0:49on yourself. This podcasts all about going from what everybody else has raised you
- 0:57to be and being with everybody else wants you to be, to you being
- 1:02the version of yourself that you want to be. Now, this original podcast
- 1:07was about financial and basically being successful when it comes to business, but I
- 1:14figured before I get into that, we got to work on you first personally
- 1:19before we start, you know, getting into you know all of that right
- 1:23now, I am currently in a sabbatical, Okay, a spiritual sabbatical,
- 1:30and a spiritual sabbatical is a time of rest. It's a time to reflect.
- 1:34It's a time to grow, evolve and change, elevate, learn,
- 1:42and just It's not only expand your mind, but expand your spirit, your
- 1:46financial, emotional, psychological. It's really a time where you're getting away from
- 1:56everybody and you're figuring out what we're for you. Now, my first two
- 2:01days now, before I did my sabbatical, I took two weeks to prep
- 2:07for it. I mean just resting and doing certain things. Now, let
- 2:16me break something down to y'all that I want you to understand about a sabbatical.
- 2:23You're gonna have to break a lot of habits. So when it comes
- 2:27to breaking habits or getting off drugs and alcohol or even codependency, you're gonna
- 2:35have to slow pace it because if you think that it's easy breaking habits,
- 2:42it's not. Because it's like today, I was on social media today and
- 2:46I said I wasn't so I already backslid already. But like I said,
- 2:52what you have to do is train yourself and get yourself adjusted off of it.
- 2:58So you have a lot lot of people that are addicted to being people
- 3:00pleasers. There are people that are addicted to being seat fillers. People is
- 3:05that addicted being captain saber holes and builder bears and builder dolls, and wanted
- 3:08to be love like, appreciated value, wanted and needed to be a part
- 3:13of something, to be validated, to be approved of, to be accepted,
- 3:15for someone to know your worth, and proving something to people. So
- 3:20there are other different things that also can cause an addiction, but most addictions
- 3:29come from influences, manipulation, pure pressure. So it's not just about the
- 3:38fact of someone just taking drugs. No, there had to been a reason
- 3:45why they took the drugs nine times out of ten year. At a party
- 3:49and there's marijuana going and everybody's pressing you to smoke, not understanding that it
- 3:54could be laced with heroin. So, like I said, when it comes
- 4:00to financial recovery, it can come from blowing your money on things that you
- 4:06don't need, or not putting money back in your business, or you lose
- 4:12your job and you end up homeless. So the reason why this is so
- 4:16important is because when you mind your own business and you're worried about yourself.
- 4:24And I'm not saying that in the way y'all think I mean it. What
- 4:27I mean by that is you need a moment to reflect, you need a
- 4:31moment to journal, You need a moment to write down your thoughts or even
- 4:38like me doing my podcast, this is actually my journal. So this is
- 4:43my journal in my way of reflecting on what I've been through and what I've
- 4:47had to deal with. Is it easy? No, Like I said today
- 4:54of the day that I was more so listening to social media than I was
- 4:58really watching it. But I wanted to hear about the Kamala, you know,
- 5:02Harris, about the potential of her being you know president. Now.
- 5:08I did maybe a couple videos, but like I said, it's okay if
- 5:15you the first couple of days or the first week or so, you might
- 5:19go back to bad habits. It's okay. It's normal because you've been doing
- 5:26it for so long. You've been doing the same thing for so long that
- 5:30it's hard to just convert to something else. So I always say slow pace
- 5:36it. And that's why journal is so important. So these podcasts during this
- 5:43sabbatical is going to be my journey. So every day. I'll be documenting
- 5:47my sabbatical through all of my podcasts every single day, so if you want
- 5:55to know about my sabbatical, it will be on every single one of my
- 5:59podcast. Day one was more so I wasn't really on social media at all.
- 6:04I really just rested all day, got out clean my bathrooms and did
- 6:10a little cleaning, and then I went and made some naked made a dish
- 6:15for dinner, and then today I had for breakfast, I had just some
- 6:21yogurt and some cereal, and then for lunch I had some rice and then
- 6:27I had some muffins that I had, so I probably went a little bit
- 6:31over. And then I'm about to drink some tea before i go to bed
- 6:36to him for my throat. But I did have some time to reflect,
- 6:44and then I have this book called The Power of Powerful Prayers for Women,
- 6:49and so I read a little bit of that, and I also did my
- 6:54prayers this afternoon, so now it's when I first wake up in the morning.
- 7:00I did do a prayer in the morning, but I always have a
- 7:03scripture and a s actual prayer that I have and then something that describes that
- 7:11particular scripture that I read. So I do that every day. But now
- 7:17tomorrow I'm gonna exercise. I had issues with my next so I wasn't gonna
- 7:23take the risk of exercising today. But I am gonna exercise tomorrow and definitely
- 7:30do that. But what I've learned so far in my sabbatical is that I
- 7:41don't wanna be the person that's going through hoops and bounds just to be loved,
- 7:46to like, to appreciate it, value want it needed to be a
- 7:49part of something, to be validated, to be approved of, to be
- 7:53a part of something, to be accepted, for someone to know my worth,
- 7:57and then you know, proving some of the people and also being a
- 8:01people pleaser. Captain Saberhole, builde bear, build a dolls and a seat
- 8:07filler. I definitely don't wanna be that. So my goal in this sabbatical
- 8:13is to work on not only journaling my podcasts, you know, journaling the
- 8:18sabbatical through my podcast, but also building my life coaching business. And by
- 8:26doing this sabbatical, I'm gonna be helping other people through their sabbaticals, cause
- 8:31I'll be with them on the journey. I'm doing this by myself, so
- 8:35I have nobody here while I'm going through this now. Let me tell you
- 8:39there will be a very dark time like in the Never Ending Story when Matteo
- 8:43looked in that m looked at that mirror, so that little boy sitting on
- 8:46the other side there was reading the book. Now, you will have to
- 8:50go through that phase of spacely seeing yourself without the makeup, without the fake
- 8:54hair, and accepting yourself for what you are. And once you do,
- 9:01there is no going back to that, going back from that. Now.
- 9:03Don't get me wrong. If my hair is not cut, then yes I
- 9:07will wear a wig. But for the most part my hair is cutball,
- 9:11so I do basically don't wear a wig. So'm I accept myself for who
- 9:20I am. But I know what it could have my friends and family.
- 9:24That's a whole nother situation. But the journey is not easy. It's a
- 9:30lot of work that goes into it. The reason why you minding your own
- 9:33business is so important is because you're not focused on everybody else. You're focused
- 9:39on yourself. Now, should you see what's going on in the world and
- 9:43how things affect you? Yes, I remember I was strolling and I said,
- 9:48dang, it ain't nothing known. I was trying to find some educational
- 9:52to listen to or to watch, and I was like, there's nothing on.
- 9:56So I realized I rather listen to podcasts than listen to to, you
- 10:01know, YouTube. You know, if I had cable, i'd be watching
- 10:03a Hallmark channel or the Cooking channel, so that's pretty much what I would
- 10:07be doing. I thought about actually seeing about getting some type of cable so
- 10:15I'll be able to watch cable and be able to watch television. So I
- 10:20am stirely thinking about that. But what I want people to understand is that
- 10:24when it comes down to you know, what you feel is best for you,
- 10:30it's not about everybody else. It's about what you think is best for
- 10:33yourself. And once you get through with this particular sabbatical, you will not
- 10:39be the same person that you were. The way you look at things are
- 10:43gonna be very different. It's a lot of stuff you just not gonna put
- 10:46up with and you're not gonna accept There're gonna be a lot of things you
- 10:48gonna say, I don't want no parts of I don't want nothing to do
- 10:52with, and I'm just not even gonna bother. It's gonna be to the
- 10:54point that you're not worried about whether you're married, whether you're in a relationship
- 10:58or not. You're not worried about what everybody else got going on and what
- 11:03everybody else is doing. You are primarily focusing on yourself and what it is
- 11:07that you need to do. You're not worried about whether or not you know
- 11:11you got a bunch of friends or not. You're not worried about whether you're
- 11:15not you're not leaving you know, you're not living up to other people's expectations.
- 11:18You're living up to your own expectations, and you're not looking back.
- 11:22The past is pretty much what it is. The past now the past is
- 11:28more, And so if I go back, it's gonna be because something may
- 11:33seem familiar to me. It's gonna be easier for you to leave people alone.
- 11:37It's gonna be easier for you to let people go. It's gonna be
- 11:39easier for you to let go of the feelings towards that person. It's gonna
- 11:45be easier for you to say goodbye to people that ain't worth you. It's
- 11:48gonna be easier for you to spot when people are not worth you. So
- 11:52it's gonna be a lot easier for you to tell who's there and who's not.
- 11:58It's gonna be its easier for you to be able to confront your parents
- 12:03and say, look, I don't appreciate this and this and this and this
- 12:07here. This is when when it comes to your family, this is when
- 12:11you're gonna be able to say, you know what, no, m we
- 12:16ain't doing that day, we ain't doing nothing. This is when you have
- 12:22the right to pretty much speak on whatever it is you choose speaking. Nobody
- 12:26can't sinying about it. This is when you do things and say things and
- 12:31you're not gonna be apologetic for it. This is when you put yourself bird
- 12:35first and build whatever it is you're gonna build as far as business and becoming
- 12:39successful. And this is when you move in silence and nobody knows what you
- 12:43do. This is when everybody thinks you're the same person, when in all
- 12:48actuality, you're not. You're a completely different person. But in the eyes
- 12:50of the world you're still the same person. But in real life you're actually
- 12:54different. Why because you choose to be different. You choose to be a
- 13:01different person, So there's nothing wrong with that. So when you minding your
- 13:07own business, that means that you're not on social media trolling people or on
- 13:13social media blatantly disrespecting people. You're pretty much on social media because you want
- 13:20to learn something, or you want to help other people, or you just
- 13:24want to buy something off of Apple, whatever the case may be. Other
- 13:28than that, that's pretty much about it. But you're gonna have people that's
- 13:33gonna say to you, Oh, you don't deserve this, you don't deserve
- 13:37that. Excuse basic one. Who how are you gonna tell me what I
- 13:41don't have the right to deserve? Not only that, God is the one
- 13:48that determines what I have and what I don't have. God determines what my
- 13:50bless my blessings, and what it is that's meant for me. So when
- 13:56you go into sabbatical, it means that you're giving your life to the higher
- 14:01power. You have been out here in the world. You're tired of being
- 14:03out here in the world. You're tired of going through what you're going through,
- 14:07and you want something different and you want something more, and there's nothing
- 14:11wrong with that. Nothing. So you have everybody to have whatever it is
- 14:18you wanna have. But at the same time, you gotta understand that you
- 14:24are gonna be dealing with people. But now it's gonna be easier for you
- 14:28to distinguish people that are shady and people that are no good. It's gonna
- 14:31be easier for you to say no when you get done to sabbatical, it's
- 14:37gonna be easier cause now you have courses, now you have business. Then
- 14:39you have everything that you have done, and now your business is thriving and
- 14:43nobody knows about it. This is when you have a house that nobody know
- 14:48about and didn't want everybody know about. This is when you said to yourself,
- 14:52you know what, I'm not worried about fair with the friends. I'm
- 14:56not worried about people who come and go. I'm just focusing on myself.
- 15:00I am doing for myself. I'm doing what makes me happy, and that's
- 15:03pretty much it. So your attitude is gonna be completely different you. You're
- 15:07you're gonna be able to tell immediately if somebody is full of it. You're
- 15:11gonna be able to get past that siren phase because you gonna know whether or
- 15:16not this person is a siren or not. It's gonna be easier for you
- 15:18to figure out things that you probably wouldn't have figured out before. Because you
- 15:22didn't take the time to figure out why it happened. While you're in a
- 15:26sabbatical, you're gonna be looking at your whole entire life and you're gonna be
- 15:30accepting the person that you are. So when you do, you look completely
- 15:33different and it's nothing wrong with that. So I get it. But like
- 15:41I said, you have the right to be happy, and you have the
- 15:45right to do what, in in honesty, is what's best for you.
- 15:48And people may not like your choices, but again, these are your choices
- 15:56that you have the right to make. So even though somebody they saying,
- 16:00well, I don't think you should do this, who are you to tell
- 16:02somebody what they should and should not do. Now, you also gonna know
- 16:06the difference between people who got your back and people who don't. Anybody that
- 16:10got you doing anything negative, those are not people that are your friends,
- 16:14to be real, those are your enemies. You'll be amazed how the people
- 16:18think of your friends are actually your enemies. So I just want people to
- 16:22be, you know, mindful of that. You're gonna have people that's gonna
- 16:27like you, you gonna have people that's gonna hate you, and that's just
- 16:32the way it is you're gonna have people that's gonna wanna see your downfall,
- 16:36and you're gonnanna ad people that's gonna want to see you rise and see you
- 16:38to be successful. So it goes both ways, honestly, it really does.
- 16:45So when you are minding your own business, that means you working on
- 16:48you. It's not about what everybody else thinks about you. It's about what
- 16:51you think about yourself and how you feel about yourself, and what you feel
- 16:56is best for you, what your standards are, what it is that you
- 17:00you expect from the people that's coming into your life. If you feel like
- 17:03you don't want to be intimate, then you ain't gotta be intimate. You
- 17:07ain't gotta do nothing if you don't wanna be. If you somebody that don't
- 17:11want to be going certain places and doing certain things just because your friends go
- 17:15does not mean you have to go, because you don't have to go if
- 17:19you don't want to. If you feel as though that you would rather stay
- 17:23home and rather watch a movie and rather cut it up by yourself, hey
- 17:27you got the right to do that. Some people do not want to go
- 17:32through the pain they've been through with all the people in they pass. They
- 17:34don't want to go through another situation where they're going through the same thing and
- 17:40getting the same result. So now it's easier for you to tell a man
- 17:44that, look, I'm not trying to be a notch on your belt.
- 17:45I ain't trying to be some chick that you just being intimate with, and
- 17:49then you're gonna toss me to the side and act like you don't know me.
- 17:52I ain't got time for that. I ain't got time for men that
- 17:56are out here that's doing all these crazy things. I just had a patience
- 18:00and I do not have time for it. So there's nothing wrong with you
- 18:03saying that that's what you want. There's nothing wrong with you're saying that you
- 18:08want somebody that has just as much, if not close to, if not
- 18:14more than once. You already have none wrong did at all. You got
- 18:18every right to say what it is that you want. And some people may
- 18:22say, oh, that's being how you just go and you know, put
- 18:26your standards up so high. Why shouldn't this person have high standards considering everything
- 18:30they've been through. Give me a second, okay, y'all, So considering
- 18:42everything this person has had to deal with in their life, Why should they
- 18:48have to settle because of what they look like. So a good example of
- 18:52this. You may be a person that might be considered attractive, but as
- 19:02there may be a lot of people that may not check for you like that.
- 19:04But he know, at the end of the day, that's okay because
- 19:11when you get yourself where you need to be, then it's gonna be a
- 19:15whole different thing. So when you were doing something that's gonna basically help yourself,
- 19:22and let's say you're bettering, you're bettering yourself. Let's say you have
- 19:26a good job. Now, so now that you've been by yourself and you've
- 19:30been alone, you have now built a business, You now built a brand,
- 19:36and now you're being successful. You have all these good things coming in
- 19:40your life. And now here come all the people, all the name sayers
- 19:45that didn't believe in you, all the people that thought you weren't gonna make
- 19:49it, thought you wasn't gonna be the best version of yourself, now coming
- 19:56with their hands out talking about I knew you could do it. Did you
- 20:00know that I could do it? You sure about that? Because from what
- 20:06I could tell, I didn't think you thought I could do it. So
- 20:11That's why I'm saying it's important that you understand that when you make it and
- 20:17when you get on your feet, he'll come all the people that's gonna come
- 20:21in your life and suck the life out of you until they can get whatever
- 20:25they can get from you. Hold on one second, I had to put
- 20:37some water on the thing I didn't want to, you know, do that
- 20:41with y'all. But you may have a situation where you may have somebody that
- 20:47you ain't talked to, excuse me, in years, that all of a
- 20:51sudden is coming around you, and you be like, why is this person
- 20:56all of a sudden, you know what I'm saying, coming around me,
- 21:00all of a sudden, calling me all of a sudden, wanting to talk
- 21:04all of a sudden. This person didn't wanna talk to me when I was
- 21:11going through what I was going through. When I was dealing with what I
- 21:15was dealing with, this person didn't want no parts of me. Now the
- 21:18sudden, they do want parts of me, all of a sudden. The
- 21:23guy that turns you down, the guy that told you he didn't want to
- 21:26date you, all of a sudden, is now in your DMS, and
- 21:32you don't understand how in the world is this person in your DMS that was
- 21:37really never paying no attention to you in the first place. Your ex boyfriend
- 21:41who dumped you for a whole different person, or ex girlfriend who dumped you
- 21:45because you lost everything, or because they met somebody else. And now you
- 21:52done got your body right, you done lost forty pounds, you look good,
- 21:57and now here come the person that never wanted you in the first place.
- 22:03Now a sudden wants you. Now a sudden wants to deal with you.
- 22:10Now a sudden wants to have a conversation with you. Now a sudden
- 22:12wants to spend time with you. But before they never wanted to do that,
- 22:18never want to take you out. Just like Let's say, for example,
- 22:23you met somebody and even though you were even though you were good and
- 22:29doing very well for yourself, this person sucked everything from you, put you
- 22:33in debt, and messed around and left you high and dry. Let's say
- 22:41you put something in your name for somebody and they turn around and they don't
- 22:48pay for it. Now you're stuck with and now they're they're asking you for
- 22:52payments for something you're not even using. This is why I created the channel,
- 22:59this podcast for it because I want people to understand you're not responsible for
- 23:06adults. The way that you are there for people is not bout giving up
- 23:12your blessings. I need people to understand that your blessings are yours. You
- 23:18can help people without destroying yourself, and that is something that we use.
- 23:25Godly people got to learn to do how to go about helping people without losing
- 23:32ourselves or without you know, going through situations that we shouldn't have to go
- 23:38through because somebody else wants to drag us through the god for second mud put
- 23:44us through a bunch of stuff that we don't even need to go through.
- 23:48Let me find my spiritual book for a minute. I'm gonna read something right
- 23:52quick that I hope will give you inspiration. It's a woman's prayer book,
- 23:57but this can basically be for anybody what I'm getting ready to read. So
- 24:03give me one second, let me fine what I wanna read. What I
- 24:06wanna read the y'all, and then i'm'a read it to you. So,
- 24:08like I said, it's okay if you fall down a slope or you're unsteady,
- 24:18that's okay. It's to be expected. Now, this is what I
- 24:26wanna read God, when I feel unsteady, You alone provide a firm ground
- 24:32beneath my feet, illuminating my past so that I can so that I'm always
- 24:37living in Your will and not from my own limits. Ego limited, ego.
- 24:45Show me how to be the best that I can be under all circumstances,
- 24:51good or bad. And then it's this one here is when the world
- 24:57rocks you off your center, hold fast to God to bring you back to
- 25:04the harmony and balance. And when life pulls the rug from up under you,
- 25:11jump and land square on the foundation of God's love for you. When
- 25:18all seems lost, God will help you find your way again. So this
- 25:25particular scripture is all about holding steady. And then this one says, Dear
- 25:33Lord, help me find my foot again. I feel really shaky lately,
- 25:37and I long for insurance that I never truly walk alonge. I ask for
- 25:45the courage to move past these scary times and the fortitude to keep going even
- 25:52when I feel like giving in on myself or on everything and everyone around me.
- 25:59Lord, I know that you will never give up on me. Help
- 26:03me walk the straight and narrow path again. Now what that means is basically
- 26:08this a lot of us have gotten off our paths from when we were kids
- 26:15to do things that we should never did in the first place. And the
- 26:18only reason we did them was because our parents want us to do them or
- 26:22because we were taught to do it. But is it something that we really
- 26:27should have done. Probably not. A lot of parents raise their kids based
- 26:33on what everybody else thinks. Like a lot of kids who are really intelligent,
- 26:41that's their identity. When truly speaking, a lot of people end up
- 26:45miserable when they put that much. You know, put that much as far
- 26:52as putting a kid on a pedestal, You don't never want to put a
- 26:56kid on a pedestal, or when they find out you got a talent and
- 26:59they want to put you in the industry. So it goes when you doing
- 27:02something you love and doing something based upon obligation. So I just feel like,
- 27:07no, I feel like it's just important that you let a child be
- 27:14a child. It's no different than this. Everybody goes to a time where
- 27:18things don't seem steady, where things feel kind of wobbling, like you feel
- 27:25like you gonna fall, but yet you haven't failed. And then when you
- 27:29finally do fail, finally do fall. You have no idea what you're falling
- 27:32to. All you know is you fail, But you don't know exactly how
- 27:37you feel. You don't even know how you got in the situation in the
- 27:41first place. After a while, you do it because you keep making the
- 27:45same mistake over and over and over again. So the question is when is
- 27:48it gonna stop? When are you gonna stop going through the same thing that
- 27:52you've been going through twenty thirty years ago. So that's why I said I
- 27:56bought this book because this book is something thing I really needed. So as
- 28:02I'm going through my journey, I will continue to read this every day.
- 28:07So that's why it's it's important. So even when you say just for a
- 28:15day, Dear God, I can use a steady hand. Today my life
- 28:21seems like a roller coaster fill with so many ups and downs it makes my
- 28:26head spind. I could use a a four or two courage today. I
- 28:30am being dealt with so many lousy cards to play. Help me keep the
- 28:33faith God, Stay God, and stay with your will for me. Amen.
- 28:41So basically, what basically this is saying is that there are days you
- 28:47do feel like you're falling off the path. Now you're falling off your journey
- 28:52and you're like, well, I'm doing good, but then you do something
- 28:57that brings you thirty steps. So it's like two step forward thirty steps back
- 29:03because you keep going back because you keep doing the same things over and over
- 29:08and over again. And eventually, if the people around you don't change,
- 29:14that means you have to change. You gotta grow, you gotta evolve,
- 29:17you gotta elevate, you gotta be the best version of yourself. And that's
- 29:21just something that is like very extremely important that you yourself, find what your
- 29:29happiness is, what your morals, values, principles, and ethics are,
- 29:34find out what you stand for, what you believe in, cause those things
- 29:38are important. So I'm gonna read one more thing and then I'm gonna end
- 29:47this podcast. And it says, Dear God, thank you for giving me
- 29:52the power for foundation of faith in my life. For this foundation, I
- 29:59am able to build so so much peace, harmony, happiness just by trusting
- 30:04in you and in your uncensing guidance, unseeing guidance. I walk with gratitude
- 30:12daily for the miraculous way having faith in your will seems to work no matter
- 30:22what it is that's going on around me. I stand in faith, I
- 30:26stay strong. I pray that I will always have distrust in You, in
- 30:34your will to depend on, especially when my own will lead me astray.
- 30:41I pray that my life is a testimy will be a testament to others of
- 30:49the wonders that happen when they put our faith in you, God, where
- 30:56it belongs. Amen. So how much what that means all in all,
- 31:03is that by you going through your journey, and let's say you write a
- 31:07book about it, or like me, I'm doing a podcast, so every
- 31:11day I'm journaling my pot I'm journaling my sabbatical through my podcast, and I'm
- 31:15also gonna be writing it down as well. So let's say, for example,
- 31:21somebody hears it and they decide to contact me and say, you know
- 31:25what, I would love to basically have you help me with my with my
- 31:32sabbatical, but I promise you recover. We recovery would be definitely different if
- 31:40you had a sabbatical. So, like I said, it is a sabbatical
- 31:44easy. No, it's hard, but it's worth it when you see the
- 31:51changes, when you see how much weight you lost, when you see that
- 31:55you're not in pain, pain anymore when you see that you're doing well for
- 32:00yourself. But it's not easy. The journey of being in a spiritual sabbatical
- 32:08is not easy because it's actually about not only a rest period, but it's
- 32:15also a discovery period. It's a learning period. It's a looking back in
- 32:22your past and finding out where you went wrong in your life from when you
- 32:25were a kid to now. And excuse me, why did you keep going
- 32:30off that path and that purpose and that journey? What is it that keeps
- 32:34you from being the best version of your health self. You don't want to
- 32:37wait to my age to all of a sudden say well, now I want
- 32:42to do this, and now I want to do that. I'm fifty now,
- 32:45and I wish I'd have had this mentality a long time ago. But
- 32:50see, I was still in that phase. Even though I came to the
- 32:53realization, I was still a people pleaser. I thought the way of being
- 32:59a god was by trying to bring everybody to my level. The problem is
- 33:05I was trying to bring the wrong people to my level. That was never
- 33:08gonna be on my level in the first place. You can't you can't take
- 33:14a war, you can't take a camel or a anything to drink. No,
- 33:20you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make a drink
- 33:23because you can't make a drink, just like you can't make people that have
- 33:28no ambition, no drive, and the seven daily cent of sloths can't make
- 33:34them drink. You just can't. So no matter how much you want to
- 33:39try to bring people to your level, as even though you want to lower
- 33:45yourself to lift somebody up, if you gotta lower yourself to lift somebody up,
- 33:51then I don't suggest you do it at all. But if you are
- 33:55interested in one on one coaching, or you want to be on my podcast,
- 34:00or if you want to send me their OSHA letters and tell me about
- 34:08something you're going through, please go to a s h A s h A
- 34:13dot M A r I A M A zero one at gmail dot com.
- 34:17That's a s H A dot M A r I A M A zero one
- 34:22at gmail dot com. So, like I said, I'm gonna end this
- 34:27by saying this, once you start minding your own business and focusing on yourself,
- 34:34the only time that you will be dealing with people is if there's a
- 34:37need to deal with them or they proven that there's there are people that you
- 34:42can depend on it, that you can trust, if not leaving with it
- 34:45at because they ain't gonna do number bring you through a bunch of chaos,
- 34:47because as I always say, negative and negative will always equal negative, Negative
- 34:52and positive will always equal negative. Positive and positive will always equal positive.
- 34:57So with that being said, thank God so much. I'll teach you later. Bye.
