- 0:17of the West, you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio
- 0:21talk show Talk show. All right, happy to have you
- 0:26along my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman live on your radio.
- 0:30Hard hitting news. The network reviews to use no
- 0:32doubt kicks off now. This my fellow Americans is the
- 0:36broadcast for December the 11th in the year of our Lord 2024.
- 0:41Promoting God, family and country, protecting life,
- 0:43liberty and property. Doing so using the supreme law
- 0:45of the land. The Constitution for the United
- 0:47States of America is our goal, our guide, our quest in the
- 0:51traditions of our founding fathers.
- 0:54We reject revolution unless it's the Jesus Revolution, then we're
- 0:57in because we follow the Prince of Peace.
- 0:58Welcome to the show. I got the big Mig brothers with
- 1:01me now, Lance Miliatro, George Ballantine, they are the tip of
- 1:05the spear. And they do video.
- 1:10They do audio. I mean, they do it all.
- 1:11Ladies and gentlemen, they're everywhere.
- 1:14Just look for the big Meg on Rumble and X and on Liberty News
- 1:20Radio when they're everywhere, they do a radio show, ATV show.
- 1:23Lance, welcome back, Sir. Hey, thanks, Sam.
- 1:26I really appreciate it. Happy to be here, as always with
- 1:28the Liberty Roundtable listeners and you rise and grind doing
- 1:32what we do. Welcome, Brother George.
- 1:36Thank you, Sam. Welcome to all our Liberty
- 1:38Roundtable listeners. Always a pleasure to be here.
- 1:40It's another day we woke up, another day we're going to fight
- 1:43the evil. Let's bring it.
- 1:44I'm ready. Amen to that.
- 1:47Now they got this Luigi guy in the news, and I'm going to start
- 1:53out by going on record. I said right when this happened,
- 1:56something is wrong. Let me say it again.
- 1:58I'm going to say it three times. Something is wrong.
- 2:01Something is wrong. Something is wrong with this
- 2:05whole narrative. Ladies and gentlemen, and I
- 2:06don't know all the details yet, but I'm telling you, it does not
- 2:10make sense. What's going on is strange.
- 2:12There's all kinds of things that work.
- 2:14Remember how we told you in the lame duck session?
- 2:16It was too quiet. Now, I don't know how all this
- 2:19relates yet, but I'm telling you something is wrong and I'm going
- 2:23to start out with this interesting tidbit.
- 2:25The simple act of distributing photos, not sophisticated facial
- 2:32recognition technology, is what led the cops to this guy.
- 2:40Isn't that interesting in the city where cameras are?
- 2:43I mean, look, New York's got to be one of the most surveilled
- 2:46cities in the world, OK? And there's cameras everywhere.
- 2:50Government cameras, business cameras, private people's
- 2:53cameras, phones everywhere. I mean, there's it's out of
- 2:57control. And, and they didn't find this
- 2:59guy from any of that. They found this guy because
- 3:02supposedly he was hanging out at the Mickey D's.
- 3:06You know, now Mickey D's has been in the news for various
- 3:08weird reasons too. But but, you know, Mickey D's
- 3:10continues to stay in the news for weird reasons.
- 3:13Nevertheless, though, hey, you know, they're hanging out and
- 3:15these guys are chilling. They're going, hey, man, that
- 3:17looks like that dude. And then they're like joking
- 3:19about it, talking about it. We'll get into that a little bit
- 3:21more. And they said the guy didn't
- 3:24even really pay attention to him, but they were so loud.
- 3:26He know they knew that he heard them.
- 3:28No big deal. He just chills, hangs out.
- 3:30Then the store clerk overheard the store clerk hears their
- 3:33jokes, looks at the guy and goes, oh, my gosh, it is.
- 3:36And the store clerk calls. So a female is the one that
- 3:38called it in, but a gentleman, another customer is the one that
- 3:42recognized this guy. But we're talking simple photos
- 3:46distributed. It's like putting your face on a
- 3:48milk carton. Modern day.
- 3:49Right? It's like what?
- 3:53Yeah, the simple act of distributing photos, not
- 3:56sophisticated facial recognition technology.
- 3:59Got the guy. You buying it, Lance?
- 4:04You know, there's a lot of things about this story that I'm
- 4:07uncomfortable with. I think that I, I would have
- 4:11been surprised. I mean, the guy knew that he was
- 4:14being looked for to kind of have this just casual behavior.
- 4:19And then if they talked loud enough that he would have heard
- 4:21him, he didn't do anything. There's also some interesting
- 4:24photos running around where it doesn't look like the eyebrows
- 4:27are the same one guy and. That's what Richard Mack was
- 4:30saying. The guy doesn't even look the
- 4:32same as the other guy. How did all that happen?
- 4:34Because Richard Mack said yesterday he couldn't make the
- 4:36tie between the two if he had to.
- 4:39And, and he's an expert, let's face it, Sheriff Max, an expert,
- 4:43you know, he, he did it for a living.
- 4:45So I'm questioning, you know, did they just come up with a
- 4:49quick solution? Is it, is it a scam?
- 4:51I, I know they said, oh, they got a manifesto and they got the
- 4:54gun. You know, who in their right
- 4:55mind after committing an execution like that would keep
- 4:59the weapon on them? That doesn't make any sense to
- 5:03me. I just, especially it was a 3D
- 5:05printed gun. So if he's able to, you know,
- 5:07put together a 3D gun, there wouldn't be any reason to keep
- 5:10it because he could just do another one.
- 5:12He could just create another weapon for himself.
- 5:14I, I just, I don't know, there's a lot of things that are making
- 5:16me think too much, strange stuff.
- 5:20You're right, George. What do you say coming out of
- 5:22the gate, though? Many people say the guy that was
- 5:24in the photos that they grew up. It doesn't even look like the
- 5:26guy that they caught. This idea that, hey, this
- 5:29incredible facial recognition technology didn't get him,
- 5:32simple photo distribution did. Some kids or guys joking didn't
- 5:37really turn him in, but they discovered him.
- 5:38Then the clerk overheard and turned it in.
- 5:41I'm just telling you, it sounds so so strange.
- 5:46Well, it does sound strange and you know, I, I watched that
- 5:49interview about the guys joking there were older men probably in
- 5:52their like sixties, 70s. But there's a lot of things that
- 5:57don't make sense on this. And, and let's start off with
- 6:00him being in Pennsylvania. If it, what if it wasn't?
- 6:05Why not take your, your hood off and show your hair?
- 6:07Because that would be your best feature to defer people from
- 6:12you. Even looking like that guy #1 #2
- 6:14is how does anybody know that he's the one that whoever that
- 6:18person has pulled the trigger 'cause you don't see his face.
- 6:20All you see is a person in a, in a hoodie pull shooting a guy.
- 6:25We don't know that could be anybody.
- 6:27Anybody could be switching. Like, that's right.
- 6:30But New York just happened to find his water bottle and coffee
- 6:34cup. You know, he water empty water
- 6:36bottles and cups are around. Listen first I, I was telling
- 6:39Lance he's not a real Italian, first of all, because real
- 6:42Italian would have did it differently #1 not to say they
- 6:45should be doing it, but the problem is he, he's a Ivy League
- 6:50liberal that you know, that's what it is.
- 6:52But just just think about it. If let's do a scenario,
- 6:58hypothetically, if I was to do that role, I would, I would pick
- 7:02up some water bottle from the garbage, pretend like it's mine
- 7:06and and throw the anybody off its course.
- 7:08That's number one, right? And #2 is you don't rent
- 7:13anything where you're going to use credit cards that could be
- 7:15traced to you. I haven't heard anything about
- 7:17that with the city bike, like what card, where was it traced
- 7:20to who, how it was paid? I haven't heard.
- 7:22We haven't heard nothing on that.
- 7:24Well, there's a lot. About that.
- 7:25But here's another thing. You don't hear any Democrats
- 7:28crying about gun violence. We need to get rid of guns on
- 7:32this one. Oh yeah.
- 7:33They are. They're talking about ghost
- 7:35guns. We'll get to that as the thing
- 7:36unfolds here, as this broadcast drills in.
- 7:39Look, folks, here's what I don't understand, OK?
- 7:43Supposedly this guy had a manifesto on him and when they
- 7:46got him, he just had a three page write up there.
- 7:49It didn't really point the finger at any individual, but
- 7:51boy, was it damning against the healthcare industry.
- 7:54It was horrible, OK? Everything they want you to
- 7:57believe in the mainstream press is like this direct tie.
- 8:01Manny murdered him, but we don't have any evidence of that.
- 8:06That's why it's second degree. It's not even first degree
- 8:08murder they're trying to charge him with.
- 8:10Well, his lawyer. Everything they have is like
- 8:13secondary. Oh, we got a water bottle?
- 8:15Well, that doesn't mean anything.
- 8:17I don't care if his DNA is on it or not.
- 8:19OK, Well man, he had a gun. Well, having a gun is not he
- 8:23lied to cops. Well, lying to cops ain't murder
- 8:25people. He's a bad guy.
- 8:26He's this he loved the Unabomber.
- 8:28He's everything they have. Lance so far that I see is like
- 8:32the secondary discussion when you really dig in, but yet they
- 8:37want you to believe that he's already guilty.
- 8:40And that's the problem that I have with this.
- 8:42Think about the guy that tried to assassinate Trump.
- 8:44That's crooks guy or whatever. We don't know anything about
- 8:46that guy, but we know everything about this guy.
- 8:48Like a minute later. Not literally a minute, but you
- 8:51know what I'm saying quickly. I don't know.
- 8:54I don't even understand it, Lance.
- 8:56Yeah. You know, when it comes to
- 8:59investigations, we know that law enforcement really doesn't move
- 9:02quickly. And in this case, it just seems
- 9:06like all the pieces are falling into place way too fast.
- 9:10And that makes me suspicious because I don't think New York
- 9:13law enforcement is known for working rapidly and effectively
- 9:17and efficiently. So here we are with this guy
- 9:20that we think it's the guy, but the eyebrows don't match.
- 9:24I'm not convinced on the nose, the angles aren't really right.
- 9:28The whole thing, just it, you know, it has a feeling of being
- 9:31very staged. And you're right.
- 9:33Whenever the left is quiet, they're always up to some dirt.
- 9:37Are they responsible for this or is it something to do with I?
- 9:40You know, I really have no idea. I don't have enough details, but
- 9:42they found the manifesto. We can go into that when you're
- 9:44ready, but. Yeah, we will.
- 9:46And so think about this the leave the.
- 9:47Manifesto doesn't seem right. The left is very strange on this
- 9:51too. They're like, Oh my gosh, this
- 9:52guy was tied to the Unabomber. This guy loved the Unabomber.
- 9:56I mean, he had all kinds of stuff online.
- 9:58I mean, he was just like the Unabomber was thepalm.com guy.
- 10:02And I'm thinking the Unabomber and the liberal and the left are
- 10:05just gonna like make this tie out there and it's all good.
- 10:08And there's got to be more to this whole thing than we think.
- 10:12Right on the heels of the Democrats losing big than this
- 10:15guy's some failure lunatic. You know, Democrat loving,
- 10:19environmental loving, whacked out, highly educated.
- 10:23This guy's so educated that it's not even funny.
- 10:26Tied to big money and big families and wow, he's all I'm
- 10:30telling you is something ain't right, people.
- 10:32We'll get back, go straight to the manifesto.
- 10:34Lance will start out because they cops released a manifesto
- 10:38with what I'm talking about. He loved the Unabomber.
- 10:40He was really against this healthcare industry because
- 10:43they've wronged somebody in his family.
- 10:44He had all kinds of health problems.
- 10:46But yet we're getting a different scenario that no one's
- 10:49hearing about. We want to talk about this too.
- 10:51This conflict is huge. Hang tight.
- 10:58This is a battle. A battle between truth and
- 11:01deceit. A battle between forces that
- 11:04would enslave this country in darkness and between a media
- 11:08that wants to present you with the truth.
- 11:09We are being censored. America's news outlets no longer
- 11:13provide the truth. 90% of news outlets in the United States are
- 11:18controlled by 6 corporations. The mission of the Epic Times is
- 11:23to chase the truth to ground all statements.
- 11:25And facts. The epictimes.com.

- 13:04Welcome back to Liberty Roundtable Live with your host,
- 13:06the hardest working man in show business, Sam Bushman, of
- 13:09course, Lance Miliaccio and George Ballantine along for the
- 13:12ride today. It's better to be hurt by the
- 13:14truth and comfort with a lie. You know, before we took that
- 13:17little break, we were talking about Luigi Mangione.
- 13:22I don't know. I'm uncomfortable with the way
- 13:24the facts are coming out and the evidence.
- 13:26It seems way too efficient, way too effective for the, you know,
- 13:30the police, They don't usually operate this way.
- 13:32We don't even have the details of Trump's assassination
- 13:36attempt. So I don't know.
- 13:38And now this manifesto. And it's interesting this, this
- 13:42Ken Klippenstein is the one that actually got this information,
- 13:45some sort of a leak coming out of law enforcement.
- 13:48The manifesto Sam just doesn't hit me right.
- 13:51It doesn't seem like a guy that may be emotionally stressed or
- 13:55have some kind of duress or maybe had the healthcare
- 13:57industry wrong him. I mean, what are your thoughts?
- 14:00Because I'm not feeling it. I don't believe this is
- 14:03believable. All right, Well, I don't know if
- 14:05the pages that the mainstream press is pointing to that he
- 14:08loved the Unabomber, that he was super angry that he's got all
- 14:11these back problems and all these problems.
- 14:13And you know, some of it may be true, but I'm not buying that
- 14:15whole scenario. What they've done is they've
- 14:16basically said, you know, this guy's full of hate and we don't
- 14:20have anything really directly tying him to the crime.
- 14:22But we got all these secondary scenarios that, you know, we're
- 14:25going to, we're going to say he's guilty.
- 14:26Well, in America, folks, you're innocent until proven guilty.
- 14:30And what they're doing is barbecuing this guy in the court
- 14:32of law, making him out to be some kind of a nut.
- 14:36So I don't believe what's being published.
- 14:38I also don't know that I believe this manifesto that you have in
- 14:41your hand either because when you read it, there's a lot of
- 14:44questions. Let's read the details of this,
- 14:46then we'll break it down. Well, I want to say this before
- 14:49I start. Allegedly this, Ken Klippenstein
- 14:52had talked to New York Times, Washington Post, CNNNBNBC and so
- 14:57and he was told that they have a copy of the manifesto in their
- 15:01position. But the rationale for
- 15:03withholding the manifesto really hasn't been answered.
- 15:06So nobody understands why those news agencies didn't just jump
- 15:10right out with this. But let me read this to you and
- 15:12then I want to get your input from both of you and George to
- 15:16the feds. I'll keep this short because I
- 15:18do respect what you do for our country.
- 15:20To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly
- 15:23that I wasn't working with anyone.
- 15:25This was fairly trivial. Some elementary social
- 15:28engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience.
- 15:31The spiral notebook at present has some straggling notes and to
- 15:35do lists that illuminate the gist of it.
- 15:37My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering,
- 15:40so probably not much info there. I do apologize for any strife of
- 15:44traumas, but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply
- 15:48had it coming. A reminder the US has the number
- 15:51one most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank
- 15:54#42 in life expectancy. United is the and they have an
- 15:59indecipherable section and I guess they couldn't read his
- 16:01handwriting. United is the largest company in
- 16:05the US by market cap behind only Apple, Google and Walmart.
- 16:09It has grown and grown, but as our life expectancy, no.
- 16:12The reality is these once again indecipherable have simply
- 16:16gotten too powerful and they continue to abuse our country
- 16:19for immense profit because the American public has allowed them
- 16:22to get away with it. Obviously the problem is more
- 16:25complex, but I do not have space and frankly I do not pretend to
- 16:28be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument.
- 16:31But many have eliminated the corruption and greed, EG
- 16:34Rosenthal, More exciting, I guess 2 authors of other
- 16:38articles decades ago, and the problems simply remain and is
- 16:41not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power
- 16:43games at play. Evidently I am the first to face
- 16:47it with such brutal honesty. I'm not buying it, George.
- 16:54I'm not buying it either because I want to.
- 16:57I want to see the notebook that or whatever the papers they said
- 17:00they found with this manifesto, I want to match it up, get a
- 17:04handwriting expert and match it up from there.
- 17:06Because even his lawyer is claiming that they have the
- 17:09wrong guy and they're fighting the extradition.
- 17:11Like show us some evidence. And if you think about it, like
- 17:14really they're what evidence do they really have that it's him?
- 17:19It doesn't show his face in Atlanta.
- 17:20You made a great point earlier because it made me double check
- 17:23and I'm looking at close up photos of the pictures that the
- 17:27MYD put out and the pictures of Luigi and and the eyebrows
- 17:31definitely don't match up. Even the eye somewhat in the
- 17:34nose, but the eyebrows is a big tell.
- 17:36Tell is a tell point. So, you know, they're quick to
- 17:41find somebody on this, but you know, the FBI can't find, you
- 17:46know, the Trump assassination. They can't get into this or that
- 17:50with, you know, the phone records on this, but they got
- 17:52everything on this guy. It I smell a rat here.
- 17:58What's the reason for it? What's The Who?
- 17:59Who, who? Who?
- 18:02GUI Bono, my friend. But did you hear that somehow
- 18:05Nancy Pelosi had just bought stock with a company that was, I
- 18:09think it was a security company that was part with United
- 18:12Healthcare and she, she made, I don't know, like $14 million.
- 18:16That's a story that's been going around.
- 18:18Well, there's all kinds of follow the money scenarios we
- 18:20ought to do here. Kui bono means who benefits.
- 18:22It was a statement made to Benjamin Franklin back in the
- 18:25day. This is serious, folks.
- 18:27And here's the problem. I believe the Hegelian dialectic
- 18:31is being used here against all of us.
- 18:35What do I mean by the Hegelian dialectic?
- 18:37The Gaelian dialectic is we take two opposing views.
- 18:40We put them in conflict, we float them out there.
- 18:43And you either need to, without saying this, but you either need
- 18:46to subscribe to option A or option B.
- 18:50And then what happens is society polarizes between those two.
- 18:54And then we have a conflict. And often times those two aren't
- 18:57really even the real answer or the real discussion or the real
- 19:00issue. So one side says this guy, love
- 19:02the Unabomber, he's a nut case that's in the media.
- 19:05Whacked out, liberal, extreme, super rich, tapped in guy, acted
- 19:10alone, disgruntled, acted alone. Remember that disgruntled.
- 19:15The other side is now this manifesto the supposedly
- 19:19everybody's in possession of. Now, I don't know if it's true
- 19:20or not, but I want to find out though, is are all the media
- 19:24really in possession of this second manifesto you just read?
- 19:27Because according to this guy, Ken Klippenstein or whatever,
- 19:30hey, everybody has it and he's obtained it.
- 19:34Now it shouldn't be hard to obtain if all the other news
- 19:37guys have it, right? The real 1, not the forgery
- 19:42circulating online. So you're telling me now that
- 19:44there's a forgery out there and the cops, the media and
- 19:46everybody else are using a forgery, this should be pretty
- 19:49easy to run the ground and proven vet.
- 19:51I don't have time to do any work on this, but that's interesting
- 19:53enough. But then in it, it says, hey, I
- 19:56acted alone. Don't even go search anywhere
- 19:58else. You know I'm not guilty, right,
- 20:01George? I'm just saying what I acted
- 20:03alone. Why would he say that anyway?
- 20:05Number one? Number two, hey, let me make
- 20:07this easy for you. You know, these guys are bad
- 20:09guys. OK.
- 20:10Now 90% of that press release I agree with.
- 20:13Let me be very clear. Not in the they deserve it, not
- 20:16in the murder, not in any of those things.
- 20:18But I agree that the healthcare industry is off the rails.
- 20:21They put themselves above the law.
- 20:23They're using all these different words, deny and this
- 20:26and that, distract and depose and whatever.
- 20:30And they've done that forever in the insurance industry and it is
- 20:32wrong. They're using their big lawyers
- 20:35to get out of all kinds of payments.
- 20:36It's wrong and it's been done for decades.
- 20:38And people are angry and OK, it's all broke and it's all
- 20:40true. In fact, Hammond Bundy came up
- 20:42with a pressure, I'm sorry, with a video that just came out on XA
- 20:46couple of days ago where he highlights this and he says, you
- 20:49know what? I get what they're saying.
- 20:50I get what this guy say. Hey, deny, distract, you know,
- 20:54depose. That's what they do.
- 20:56It's classic lawfare. But this guy really going off
- 20:59about this then almost sounds like a conservative guy saying,
- 21:02hey, let's back RFKJR because the healthcare industry is
- 21:05jacked. We got to fix it.
- 21:08Interesting. RFKJR is about to get reviewed
- 21:12by the Senate and then put in place or what?
- 21:14And, and will this have an effect on all that?
- 21:16You know, I don't know, but I'm just saying you get these two
- 21:18opinions. When's the Conservative supposed
- 21:20real press release or real manifesto?
- 21:24And then the other one's the fake 1.
- 21:25And now you don't know what to believe.
- 21:27This guy's highly competent, honey.
- 21:30Well, it even turns out now that some people, they say, are
- 21:35celebrating the murder of this United Healthcare CEO Brian
- 21:41Thompson by selling merchandise glorifying the alleged assassin
- 21:46assassin. But they don't say the alleged
- 21:50assassin. That's what I wrote.
- 21:51What they say is the suspected assassin.
- 21:55See, they're painting this narrative in the courts that
- 21:57he's guilty no matter what. And I don't care which Rd. you
- 21:59go down, we'll feed. We'll seed you with so much
- 22:01bogus information that you'll never get to the real discussion
- 22:04of the real issue or ask the real questions.
- 22:06Lance. That's where they're at on this
- 22:08thing. And that's why I don't believe
- 22:09any of it. I think those are all really
- 22:13valid arguments and really just statements, Sam, but I agree
- 22:16with you. You know, we've all of us in the
- 22:20country are suspicious now. We've we've gotten to the point
- 22:22where we're all probably overly suspicious because of how many
- 22:26different narratives have been, you know, force fed to us that
- 22:30we found out, you know, and within a narrow window of time
- 22:34weren't true at all. So, you know, you don't know
- 22:36whether the trust of media number one, you definitely are
- 22:38concerned there isn't a person in the United States isn't
- 22:40concerned about whether or not you can trust law enforcement.
- 22:43They've really hurt their reputations across the board.
- 22:45And that doesn't matter whether it's a state or federal agency
- 22:48because of their behavior. And I'm, you know, and I'm a
- 22:51support the blue guy. I back the blue.
- 22:52I'm all about it. I think we need good law
- 22:54enforcement. I just think there's been lots
- 22:56of things like this that really are unsettling when we can't get
- 22:59the information we want, whether it's the Epstein files, the set
- 23:02through the laptop or anything else, that all becomes a
- 23:05waterfall down from there to all the agencies.
- 23:08So here we are with Luigi Mangione.
- 23:11And the truth is, you're right. I agree with what he's saying
- 23:14about healthcare. I'm not talking about that it
- 23:17should require a homicide to get people's attention on it.
- 23:20But I am saying this, the American public is fed up.
- 23:25They're tired of being jerked around.
- 23:27They're tired of getting screwed over by the credit card
- 23:30companies and the insurance companies and the healthcare
- 23:33companies and, you know, and even things like warranties from
- 23:37manufacturers on automobiles where they fight, even though
- 23:40they've got a major, you know, problem with a vehicle across
- 23:44country, they won't do it under warranty and they won't do a
- 23:46recall because they know it's going to cost some money.
- 23:49So they fight it to the death until they get the caught with
- 23:51their hand in the cookie jar. This is going on and on and on.
- 23:53America's tired of it. They're fed up.
- 23:55When is enough enough, Sam? Well, people are celebrating the
- 24:00murder of this guy. They're selling merch on it and
- 24:02everything else. And I mean, women are literally
- 24:04coming out of the woodwork and just saying, Oh, my gosh, can I
- 24:06have your baby before, you know, you go to prison.
- 24:10OK, Now we know that, hey, chicks fall in love with guys
- 24:12that are like this. Look at look at Ted Bundy and
- 24:14all these other people. So we know what happens.
- 24:16But man, this is all too fast and too strange, too polarizing,
- 24:20too weird, too distracting. I've got more on it.

- 30:34McDonald's worker who called cops could be in for some cash.
- 30:4060 K was offered for information leading to the murder suspects
- 30:46arrest and conviction. But I guess the question becomes
- 30:51who gets the cash? The folks that were joking that
- 30:53really kind of discovered it. The gal that overheard and
- 30:56called in, who gets the cash and what does a conviction mean?
- 31:00Right? And we're debating all that
- 31:02right now. You say, what does a conviction
- 31:04mean? What does an arrest mean?
- 31:06What does a, you know, arraignment, death penalty.
- 31:11Just put it on appeal forever. You know, when are you going to
- 31:14get your cash by the time you're dead?
- 31:17Suspected United Healthcare CEO killing fights extradition to
- 31:24New York Manhattan prosecutors have charged Luigi with five
- 31:31counts, they say, including murder, possession of an illegal
- 31:36weapon, etcetera. Now, what I find fascinating
- 31:39about this is he's wanted in New York for charges second degree
- 31:46murder. What?
- 31:48How is it second degree? Anyway?
- 31:50Let's drill into this, though. It's weird to me that this guy's
- 31:53fighting extradition. We'll get into that in just a
- 31:55second. But they don't even have like
- 31:57first charges on him. Second degree murder, an illegal
- 32:00weapon. We can debate how illegal the
- 32:01weapon was because I guess in New York everything is illegal
- 32:04kind of thing except for crime. But other than that, it's just
- 32:08weird. George, do you want to start on
- 32:09this one? It is, but I was, I was looking
- 32:14this up as we were talking and behind the scene and FBI rules,
- 32:19they stipulate that tipsters calls must lead to an arrest and
- 32:22conviction for that for anybody to get the reward money that's
- 32:26first. So this is going to require
- 32:27what, extradition to New York, a trial conviction.
- 32:31So that that's the one obstacle 2 to me, it's the person that
- 32:35made the call should get the reward.
- 32:38It's not the person that talking about it.
- 32:39Maybe they didn't have the guts to do it or want to do it,
- 32:41whatever the reason may be, but they didn't do it.
- 32:45The other person made the call. So if you look at it, if she
- 32:48didn't make the call, would there have been arrest?
- 32:51Would there have been some money going to somebody?
- 32:53No. So let's just, you know, end it
- 32:57right there The girl doesn't there's no debating.
- 32:59We're not going to debate this, Sam.
- 33:02We'll. See, we'll see what happens when
- 33:05the other guys say, hey, we sued.
- 33:07We tipped her off, man. You got the tip from us.
- 33:10I'm just telling you right now. But you know.
- 33:13But I got to jump. In just because I agree with.
- 33:14George, I mean you have to have the Cole UNES to make the call
- 33:19if you don't. Disagree one iota.
- 33:21I'm just telling you in our modern law fair society, this is
- 33:23going to be up for debate whether you guys think it is or
- 33:25not. And I agree with you 100%, but
- 33:28I'm telling you it will not be simple.
- 33:30Well, I'm going to add something to, well, it.
- 33:32Never is when money's involved. So I want to add some that
- 33:35McDonald's worker is facing a lot of backlash threats.
- 33:40Those guys aren't it's the the McDonald's work.
- 33:44And I got to say, though, McDonald's is doing real good
- 33:46with press this year between Trump and working at McDonald's
- 33:50and this, I mean, I'm. Saying, is that a coincidence
- 33:53that McDonald's link, is it a coincidence that we're dealing
- 33:55with this healthcare issue right before RFKJR supposed to go
- 33:58ahead and get, you know, approved by the Senate or
- 34:01whatever all these differently? Is it really this coincidence?
- 34:04Really. You know, Sam, I got to say
- 34:06this. I'm actually surprised it's
- 34:10taken this long for something like this to happen.
- 34:14You know, we're not so great a lot.
- 34:15And again, let's be clear, we don't want it to happen.
- 34:17We're not advocating for it. We're just telling you that the
- 34:21temperature has been rising for a long time, Lance.
- 34:24Yeah, violence is never the solution.
- 34:26What we want is a system that works the way it's supposed to
- 34:29and that what they're legally bound to make work.
- 34:31But when you look at the consequences of what corporate
- 34:34America has done to people, I mean, even this year, and I
- 34:39can't blame it all on them, But you look at the what's happened
- 34:42in the world of inflation, people are angry, they're tired,
- 34:47they're bitter. I mean, you see it.
- 34:49Listen, we have to spend an inordinate amount of time on
- 34:51social media researching stories, you know, for the radio
- 34:53show and for the big, big show over on Rumble.
- 34:56And of course, we're constantly surfing through thousands and
- 35:00thousands of pages of material on all sorts of platforms.
- 35:04And the tone is on social media, people have got a lot of pent up
- 35:08anger. And I'm surprised that this
- 35:10isn't the way they're they're discharging it more rapidly.
- 35:13I mean, people at this point, the majority of America for as
- 35:16an example, hate Bill Gates. They hate him from the bottom of
- 35:20their heart. They talk about him in a rabid
- 35:22fashion. I'm actually shocked that some
- 35:25of these people that are out there, some of these corporate
- 35:27America leadership, whether it's a Mark Zuckerberg or a Bill
- 35:31Gates or anybody else, or even some of the political officials,
- 35:35I mean, a lot of people are very angry at Anthony Fauci.
- 35:39So you have to look at it from the perspective of when does
- 35:41that anger spill over? Because the American government
- 35:45hasn't done anything to fix it. They haven't helped the American
- 35:48people. They'll give billions to
- 35:49Ukraine. They'll spend billions in Israel
- 35:52and Palestine, but they won't help the American people.
- 35:54They won't help veterans. There are so many veterans that
- 35:57are getting mistreated and they're bitter and angry.
- 36:00I see them venting online all the time.
- 36:03I think, you know, what our government has done is they've
- 36:06really created a situation where I, I, I don't know whether this
- 36:10guy's guilty or not. I really don't know enough about
- 36:12him. I think the story, there's too
- 36:14many things I don't like about it.
- 36:15But how many other people are like the the whoever the actual
- 36:20perpetrator of this crime is, are thinking about this?
- 36:23And is this going to cause copycat situations?
- 36:26Because now is this the first trigger?
- 36:27Or maybe is this some big plan behind the scenes by the left?
- 36:31It's, it's frightening to me because I see that, you know,
- 36:33George, and you tell me, do you not see people that are just
- 36:37rabidly, psychotically angry online?
- 36:39And I don't care whether they're angry against Donald Trump or
- 36:42they're angry against Anthony Fauci.
- 36:44It's just that they've got this pent up, real bitter hatred,
- 36:47don't they? Oh, they they, they do.
- 36:51I mean, and you can't reason with them.
- 36:53They're just so brainwashed by the mainstream media.
- 36:56They, they, they believe everything they say.
- 36:59And it's, and I mean, I don't know what, what could be done to
- 37:03get these people actually see the light.
- 37:05I mean, the only thing maybe would be for the mainstream
- 37:08media to start saying, all right, you know, we, we, we
- 37:10apologize, we made these mistakes.
- 37:12It's you know, they we can't what they said, but there are
- 37:16people there. If you if you take the name
- 37:19Trump out and it was a different person, they would they would
- 37:21have probably voted for him or support them.
- 37:24But it's just because they named Trump and what the media
- 37:27portrays Trump to be. And then, you know, let's face
- 37:29it, they're doing it with some of his choices picks for his
- 37:31cabinet. Yeah, but don't you think it's
- 37:33not just Trump or not just one side of the aisle?
- 37:36I feel like there's an equal amount of anger from both very
- 37:40far left and very far right. And there's people that talk
- 37:43about the insurance industry regularly and how that, you
- 37:46know, their their claims were denied and this was done to them
- 37:49and it's affected their family. Well, I agree with you and of
- 37:50course the. Cost.
- 37:51But I would say this, the liberal can I talk way more
- 37:53angry than the Conservatives. Though I want to talk now.
- 37:57I want to talk from my personal experience that's going on right
- 37:59now with insurance. Let's talk about.
- 38:02Yeah, you're going to say you're angry too.
- 38:04George, explain to the audience which what your injury is first,
- 38:06would you? Like I'm going to no, I'm not
- 38:08angry. I'm more frustrated.
- 38:09So right now I have a complex tear of the meniscus and there's
- 38:14arthritis in the knee that push the meniscus out.
- 38:18And the only way to fix that is to get they said I need a half a
- 38:21knee replacement. So, but first I got to go to and
- 38:26just doesn't just mind boggling. The doctor says, yeah,
- 38:29insurance. They're not going to do it right
- 38:30away. You have to go physical therapy
- 38:321st and they want to probably give you cortisone shots.
- 38:35And me, I don't I won't get a cortisone shot because that's
- 38:37just going to mass the pain. So if I don't feel nothing, then
- 38:41I I could damage it more. And this is so now you're
- 38:44wasting all this time and money before they just where they
- 38:48inevitably have to. They're going to OK.
- 38:49It it's just it's just wasting time and money for what reason?
- 38:53So now I got to put my life on hold going through all this.
- 38:58And then it's just more time. And then after surge and
- 39:00recovery, it's, you know, it shouldn't be, I should have had
- 39:04the surgery ready and we should have been done with and
- 39:06recovering. But is that fair?
- 39:08Is that right? But when you don't pay your
- 39:10premium though, they're quick to cancel your policy.
- 39:15Same thing with insurance companies.
- 39:18They all want to fight you when you put claims or this in, but
- 39:20and you have to go through the process.
- 39:23It's unfair and they have all the money, but when it comes
- 39:25time, if they say you didn't make a payment or you're late,
- 39:28they'll do. They can't see your policy.
- 39:30There's no, there's no trying to hold them off or nothing.
- 39:34It's done and overweight. So they always, they, they have
- 39:37the upper hand, they have the advantage and you know, there
- 39:40needs to be, they need to get this corrected.
- 39:43And where somebody like a George that's very intelligent and
- 39:46patient and says he's frustrated, other people say
- 39:48they're angry. Some people say they're so
- 39:50ticked off they're going to Rage Against the machine.
- 39:53This is very, very serious. And you look at the Ammon Bundy
- 39:56case where he took on that hospital that tried to, you
- 39:59know, do all these things to these little kids.
- 40:01And so they protested. And now Ammon Bundy and Diego
- 40:04and these guys are all in trouble with the hospital that
- 40:08basically has already spent millions of dollars literally
- 40:10attacking them over free speech rights.
- 40:12And I mean, this is getting hot, hot, hot.
- 40:15Now everything this guy, though is guilty of they claim is
- 40:19second degree. This he's wanted in New York for
- 40:21charges. Including second degree murder,
- 40:26criminal possession of an illegal weapon in the second
- 40:30degree, and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the
- 40:34second degree. What is all this second degree
- 40:37stuff about? Then he shouted something
- 40:41incoherent. They claim they're trying to put
- 40:43together a mental claim for the guy already.
- 40:46He had a ghost gun. We'll talk about all that coming
- 40:48up in seconds. I know this is long.

- 43:03All right, Liberty News Roundtable is back here with Sam
- 43:06Bushman and friends with their two hosts, the big Mig Bros,
- 43:10Lance Migliacho and George Ballantine.
- 43:12We were just talking about second degree murder, first
- 43:14degree murder with Luigi Mangione's case here in
- 43:17Pennsylvania, New York. And I'm going to take you
- 43:19through it. Why he's being charged with
- 43:22second degree murder in New York.
- 43:25Davies, each first of all, each state has different ways their
- 43:29murder murder charges are. So we're just going to talk New
- 43:31York right now. New York they reserved first
- 43:34degree murder for if you murder a police officer or if there's
- 43:39kidnapping and murder involved or torture, etcetera.
- 43:42That's what they give first degree murder for and This is
- 43:45why they give Luigi second degree murder.
- 43:47However, in the second degree murder statue in New York, there
- 43:51is an exception for emotional disturbance.
- 43:54And that what comes into play here is Luigi did have back
- 43:58surgery. He has some fusion with plates
- 44:01and some screws in his back and did that cause emotional
- 44:05disturbance? That's why I think his lawyers
- 44:07going to could play play a role in it.
- 44:10And but we'll see. Time will tell what his lawyer
- 44:13is fighting this extradition. But The thing is, Lance, I want
- 44:15to bring this up to you about this ghost gun.
- 44:17They said he found a ghost gun. But in in the video, there was
- 44:20there was a silencer on it. Where is the silencer?
- 44:24Well, they didn't take any pictures of that.
- 44:27You know, when I read the some of the information that's been
- 44:29released over the last couple days in the news, they do allege
- 44:31that they got the silencer. Now, you know, the the police
- 44:35and law enforcement always love a good photo op.
- 44:37I'm kind of shocked that they didn't put the silencer in the
- 44:40picture. So I agree with you.
- 44:41It's suspicious that they're not.
- 44:44I just think that the way they're they're playing up the
- 44:46ghost gun and of course a ghost gun makes sense because, you
- 44:50know, it's easier for them to say, oh, he made it himself or
- 44:53he got it online or whatever else.
- 44:56I don't know. The fact that they're already
- 44:59caught, you know, into this ghost gun theory, and I'm not
- 45:01saying it's not a ghost gun. I'm not sure how I feel about
- 45:03that yet. So I got a ghost gun and I got
- 45:05there's no such thing as a silencer.
- 45:07There's a suppressor, but suppressor.
- 45:09Yeah. A suppressor and a ghost gun.
- 45:11But yet I got a manifesto here. Why don't you read it?
- 45:13It's all over the place telling you I'd done it myself and I had
- 45:16to do it. And you know, nothing really
- 45:18crazy here. I just had to.
- 45:20OK, what? What gives up this thing?
- 45:21It doesn't make any sense. I don't even know what a ghost
- 45:23gun is. I know what they're going to
- 45:25claim it is, but I disagree with there's no, there's no such
- 45:27thing as a ghost gun, people. There's no such thing as an
- 45:30assault weapon. OK, there's no such thing as a
- 45:34weapon of mass destruction, right?
- 45:38We got to understand this. And I know it sounds like I'm
- 45:40playing games with words and I don't mean to, but I'm I'm
- 45:42trying to make something very clear.
- 45:44Objects don't do things, people. Objects don't just do mass
- 45:48destruction. People do things.
- 45:51OK, so let's not act like this gun's a bad gun in the hands of
- 45:54a good person. This gun that you make yourself,
- 45:58whether you 3D print it or buy the parts online or whatever
- 46:01else, because the gun hasn't done anything.
- 46:03And in the hands of a righteous person, it might be the Save the
- 46:06President's Life gun, for instance, Lance.
- 46:11Sure, I mean we can get into the semantics of it.
- 46:14As far as a discussion, you're right, the gun on its own and,
- 46:18and, and let me, let me start with this.
- 46:20I shall not be infringed. That's what I believe.
- 46:24I, I, I think that the ATF and many of the agencies have
- 46:27created far too many statutes for restrictions.
- 46:31It was never supposed to happen. The founders and framers put the
- 46:34Second Amendment in place because they were very concerned
- 46:37that the people would not have a way to protect themselves not
- 46:39only from, you know, foreign invaders, but from their own
- 46:42government. And that's been proven over and
- 46:44over again. We've seen many times where
- 46:45countries have taken away the weapons.
- 46:46So first of all, let me say I don't agree with the laws inside
- 46:49the ATM, but the law when somebody's in possession of a
- 46:52gun that has been manufactured on their own, not from a major
- 46:56manufacturer, but as you call it, 3D printing.
- 46:59When you get past the point that the receiver has been completed
- 47:04more than 80%, you're supposed to file a Form 2 paperwork with
- 47:09the ATF that which gets you a registration serial number and
- 47:14then you are supposed to engrave that registration serial number
- 47:17on the paperwork. So for the audience, a ghost
- 47:19gun. On the gun you mean?
- 47:20Yeah, on the gun, on the receiver.
- 47:23When you say the gun, there's a completed weapon, but we're
- 47:25talking about the receivers. That is what the ATF keeps a
- 47:28close eye on because it doesn't take much to buy the rest of the
- 47:31parts online. But let me do this for the
- 47:32audience. Maybe the audience doesn't even
- 47:34understand the word ghost gun. It really the I, the term came
- 47:37from the 3D and 4D mills that are out there that allowed you
- 47:41are also the, the, the printers that allow you to create gun
- 47:45parts. And there was a mill that came
- 47:48out called the Ghost gunner Mill.
- 47:51And that mill was the first mill that came out that allowed you
- 47:54to create a receiver for an AR15 for a Sig Sauer P365 for a
- 48:00Glock. And you could actually
- 48:02manufacture your own handgun at home.
- 48:03Now, in itself, it's not illegal to manufacture a weapon.
- 48:06If you go through the regular steps in the correct process
- 48:08through the ATF, you can make your own AR15 if you're in the
- 48:12right state, not in New York, not in certain states, they've
- 48:14got to restrict. But in the states that it's
- 48:16allowed, you're allowed to make your own handgun.
- 48:18You're allowed to customize and do whatever you want, but you
- 48:20have to file the correct paperwork.
- 48:22Now, as far as the, the, and I know the, the, the press like
- 48:25should use the word silencer. They're both really accurate
- 48:28terms, suppressor and silencer. But the real technical term
- 48:31suppressor, not silencer, That's what the the military and of
- 48:35course the manufacturers use. That's a whole different thing
- 48:38because now you're talking about a Class 3 weapon.
- 48:42Class 3 requires a $200 tax stamp along with the
- 48:46registration serial number. So there's a further step to
- 48:49have a suppressor just like a pre 86 dealer, pre 86 machine
- 48:54guns, the registration, you know, a citizen that has no
- 48:57criminal history can own a machine gun in the right state
- 49:01with the right, you know, sheriff in place because you
- 49:03need to get a letter from law enforcement to get approved.
- 49:05But you have to play pay for the class 3 registration, which
- 49:08comes with a $200 tax stamp. And then you have to go through
- 49:11this lengthy process with the ATF to get approved.
- 49:14Real pain in the butt and it was never like that that all
- 49:16happened. You know, that was all part of
- 49:19the Reagan era. They changed a lot of stuff.
- 49:21And, and really in my opinion, we've gone over the top with gun
- 49:24law enforcement. Like there's all kinds of things
- 49:27that have to do with stocks and otherwise that are just
- 49:29ridiculous. So that gives people the
- 49:31background anyway. So I don't know, ghost gun
- 49:33probably accurate. And I'm sure they're going to,
- 49:35they're going to probably at some point have a photo op with
- 49:37the support. It makes it very easy for them
- 49:40now to not have to prove it's the same gun.
- 49:43That's kind of the problem. 100%.
- 49:46These ghost guns or whatever you want to call them, these guns,
- 49:50they're not illegal. People, let's be very clear.
- 49:52Those guns are not illegal. However, they've tightened rules
- 49:55to make them more traceable is kind of the discussion point.
- 49:57But what my reasoning about this is, is hey, they're going to
- 50:00make it very easy. You don't even have to really
- 50:02prove it's the same gun, though. All you got to say is, hey,
- 50:04there's an untraceable deal. There's no serial number.
- 50:06We don't know if it's this kind of that gun or what.
- 50:07Gun. Well the Ballistics should still
- 50:09tie the weapon. I mean they should be able to
- 50:11pull. Yeah, but now you're going to
- 50:13trust the Ballistics lab. And what I mean is we're getting
- 50:16further and further and further away from a provable case
- 50:18though. But they'll BBQ them anyway.
- 50:21I mean, it's now why does this matter?
- 50:23Why does this matter? Because this gentleman shouted,
- 50:28they say this, this is he says this, this is completely out of
- 50:32touch and insulting the intelligence of the American
- 50:35people. As he arrived for his hearing,
- 50:38he shouted this to reporters and such and I'm kind of going OK
- 50:41wait a minute. Why would this guy if he's so
- 50:43calm, cool, collected with a manifesto like, hey, you got me.
- 50:46This was easy. I acted alone.
- 50:48I knew you were coming to. I got a ghost gun and a
- 50:51suppressor and you know, why did he even flee and why why didn't
- 50:55he just stay there and go, hey, I'm in a big old bang killed
- 50:58this guy and now arrest me. Why the ghost gun?
- 51:01Why the fleeing from the law? Why the if the manifesto says
- 51:04you got me, this was super easy, had to be done.
- 51:07I'm the but I'm just telling you, we're setting up a classic
- 51:10Patsy for the conspiracy world forever based on a ghost gun and
- 51:15based on a bunch of second degree stuff and based on
- 51:17hearsay everywhere. I mean, this is very, very
- 51:21strange case. And the more you dig in, the
- 51:23more there's loose ends. I'd like to interview this guy,
- 51:26but you're never going to hear from the the Patsy or you're
- 51:29never going to hear from the guy that gets the hook for this.
- 51:32Now, whether he's guilty or not, I don't know.
- 51:34All I'm saying to you is I don't know that we'll ever know and I
- 51:36don't know that we'll ever hear his side of the story.
- 51:38But now they're going to claim this is this just proves he's
- 51:41mentally ill, this struggle and this kind of rant.
- 51:45But maybe, just maybe there's more to this story and he's not
- 51:48the guy. I don't know that.
- 51:50I'm just saying this is something that nobody seems to
- 51:53think about, Lance. Yeah, for sure.
- 51:56I mean, you know, we've gotten very conditioned to think
- 52:00because the Department of Justice or the FBI, you know, or
- 52:05a local law enforcement says something that is supposed to be
- 52:08immediately credible and they use the news to their benefit
- 52:12and they manipulate the news and the information that gets put
- 52:15out. So, you know, this is a pattern
- 52:17that I don't think is new to anybody, but there's just
- 52:21something about this event. And it almost feels, even though
- 52:24I talked about the anger earlier and where the American public is
- 52:26really at, it feels so oddly random.
- 52:31And yet here we are with this random event that they have just
- 52:33a tremendous amount of details in a very short window of time.
- 52:37Those two don't go together. So we got this question then
- 52:44they say that because he shouted this and struggled, you know,
- 52:48when they kind of hauled him for the hearing in front of
- 52:49reporters, that now that means that, hey, he's probably
- 52:52mentally ill. They're going to do a
- 52:53psychiatric evaluation on this guy.
- 52:54And they're going there because that's what they wanted,
- 52:57psychiatric evaluations for anybody who has guns, OK?
- 53:01That's where they're headed with this thing.
- 53:03And so they're staying the stage for so many situations it's not
- 53:06even funny. But just because the guy's
- 53:07ticked off maybe, and just because he wants to talk to
- 53:10reporters and tell his side of the story, how does that make
- 53:12him less stable or less whatever?
- 53:16See, they're they're drawing these conclusions.
- 53:18They're jumping to wild conclusions.
- 53:20And when you do that, you've got an agenda, George.
- 53:25Yeah, they're, they're trying to, you know, paint the picture
- 53:28for the public. And, you know, they want you to
- 53:31follow their narrative, to believe what they're saying.
- 53:34And we all know that, you know, the mainstream media has lost
- 53:38almost all credibility at this point.
- 53:40And that's why people are actually more and more coming to
- 53:44great News Radio like Liberty Roundtable to get their news.
- 53:48The big, big show. That's where it's at these days.
- 53:50You want the truth, you come listen here to us.
- 53:53That's right. Now listen, I know that chicks
- 53:56are wanting to have his baby and he's a rock star and he's so
- 53:58good looking that he's just going viral everywhere for
- 54:01selling Pert merch and everything else for this Luigi
- 54:04guy or whatever. I'm not saying that I'm not
- 54:07thinking this guy's great. I'm not glorifying this guy in
- 54:09any way. What I'm trying to say is in
- 54:11America, we are innocent until proven guilty.
- 54:14I don't see a single thing of proof here.
- 54:16I see whacked out crazy conspiracy ideas from everybody
- 54:20involved, from the media to the cops to everybody, and I'm not
- 54:24liking it. I'll tell you that right now,
- 54:26something is wrong with this case.
- 54:28We will indeed keep an eye on the ball.
