It has been a topsy turvy automotive market with new car shortages and pre-owned vehicles up over 30%! It is all about supply and demand, with suppliers trying to keep up for the new car maket, Then over in the pre-owened world, it is very similar except that often times there needs to be a bit of work on the subject vehicle.
