- 0:05Speaker 1: Okay, October, October 2nd. Welcome to Halloween season. I came
- 0:12Speaker 1: from Tirey Town. Sleepy Hollow, Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Pick-a-Bot Crane,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Headless Horseman. Alrighty, so I happen to love Halloween because
- 0:24Speaker 1: you can dress up as somebody else. And that's kind
- 0:28Speaker 1: of a fun thing. Plus, I had, I don't know,
- 0:30Speaker 1: 20 years of pumpkin parties with my group. daughter uh
- 0:34Speaker 1: it's a nice time and uh usually a fun time
- 0:37Speaker 1: and that that that's good news so so why i'm
- 0:39Speaker 1: all excited here is that we're we're finalizing our editing
- 0:43Speaker 1: for our show um it's on puzzle world for peace
- 0:47Speaker 1: uh you can see at this point we have the
- 0:49Speaker 1: opening of a gorgeous uh presentation by ohm um of
- 0:55Speaker 1: a sizzle reel then we have part one and two
- 0:58Speaker 1: we're getting close to three And we just have a
- 1:00Speaker 1: few more, four, five, six. And then also Woodstock Forever.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You can go to woodstockforever.org to watch that movie. So
- 1:11Speaker 1: it was a marvelous miracle show we're calling it. And
- 1:15Speaker 1: pay some tribute to our Steve Remote, who was our
- 1:19Speaker 1: audio technician, Grammy winning, however he passed that day. And
- 1:26Speaker 1: we did the best we could in his home. And
- 1:29Speaker 1: the police came and we couldn't get any of the equipment.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And so our heart goes out to him and his
- 1:36Speaker 1: family and wish everybody a easy, easy scenario here. So
- 1:42Speaker 1: in this newsletter, we have the St. Francis of Assisi
- 1:45Speaker 1: poem about, I guess, passing or looking at life in
- 1:49Speaker 1: a way to be appreciative, appreciative of it, appreciative of love,
- 1:56Speaker 1: appreciative of, I guess, death. um, in a, in a,
- 1:59Speaker 1: in a unusual way, I guess you could say. Um, and, uh,
- 2:04Speaker 1: so that's our newsletter is this week. Uh, and we continue,
- 2:09Speaker 1: please tell your friends about our, uh, on YouTube. It's
- 2:12Speaker 1: a YouTube, uh, good news broadcast, um, our pause the
- 2:17Speaker 1: world for peace.org website, um, which is growing, really growing nicely. And, uh,
- 2:24Speaker 1: We're looking at network television and some of the major
- 2:27Speaker 1: social media for our Earth Day coming up in April 22nd,
- 2:30Speaker 1: the 27th. We want to thank the OM community. We
- 2:35Speaker 1: want to thank Brad Holliman-Segal, the Manhattan Borough President, for
- 2:39Speaker 1: joining us, for Billing One, part of the K-pop community,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and his life. And we're looking at his life to
- 2:47Speaker 1: bring it to Broadway. It's a story of Jesus and
- 2:53Speaker 1: written by Billy Graham some years ago. And it's a
- 2:56Speaker 1: great representation of positiveness with the world's religions. And that's
- 3:02Speaker 1: our approach. Everybody is one. We're all in it together.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And let's stick together in peace and love and harmony
- 3:12Speaker 1: and compassion and kindness and giving. Today actually is Mahatma
- 3:16Speaker 1: Gandhi's birthday. You know, peace, nonviolent communications. That's what we
- 3:22Speaker 1: all need. You can tell somebody I don't like you,
- 3:26Speaker 1: and hopefully you're not too weird about it, but you
- 3:31Speaker 1: don't have to punch them in the nose, okay? That's it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's stupid. It doesn't make any sense, and or do worse.
- 3:38Speaker 1: No sense at all. Nobody should be conducting their lives
- 3:43Speaker 1: in that manner. No land is owned by anybody. Land
- 3:47Speaker 1: is everybody's. And as I reach for the earth from
- 3:54Speaker 1: the moon, no borders, no boundaries. We're John Lennonists, and
- 4:00Speaker 1: we love you and appreciate you for sticking with us,
- 4:04Speaker 1: many from since 1998. Unbelievable. All right. You take care.
- 4:08Speaker 1: If you have any questions, you give us a call, 212-647-1212,
- 4:11Speaker 1: or you can email me, paul.slatkes1 at gmail.com. Right now,
- 4:18Speaker 1: we're focused on Earth Day. We've created a new marketing deck.
- 4:24Speaker 1: If you want to see it, give me a call,
- 4:26Speaker 1: and we'll be happy to share it with you. If
- 4:29Speaker 1: you know some people who can help us, sponsors or philanthropists,
- 4:35Speaker 1: that's extraordinarily needed. The shows are expensive, and I lost
- 4:40Speaker 1: money again. And so we want to get as much
- 4:45Speaker 1: money money as we can to spend for Mother Earth
- 4:50Speaker 1: and spend for peace, to promote the good happening in
- 4:54Speaker 1: the world, of which there is a lot, and that's
- 4:57Speaker 1: the good news of the day. There's a tremendous amount
- 5:00Speaker 1: of people, and most people live in peace, okay? And
- 5:04Speaker 1: that's also true. Richie Haven said maybe 10%, even if
- 5:09Speaker 1: you said 10%, that leaves 7.2 billion people, okay? Just
- 5:14Speaker 1: trying to make it through the day and Live life,
- 5:16Speaker 1: feed their families, be kind to their friends, and so on. Okay,
- 5:20Speaker 1: here we go. Thank you very much. We appreciate you.
- 5:25Speaker 1: As I say, go to Pause the World for Peace.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Look through our newsletter. And without you, I'd be writing
- 5:33Speaker 1: a newsletter to myself. And I'm not into the soliloquy
- 5:37Speaker 1: way of life. I like to share. Sharing is caring.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's a beautiful statement, okay? And true.
