- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security. Let's
- 1:00Speaker 2: talk about marriage. Yes, I do put a post up.
- 1:05Speaker 2: They got a lot of traction, very controversial. Marriage is
- 1:10Speaker 2: a business decision. A successful marriage can be extremely fruitful.
- 1:17Speaker 2: A bad marriage can be extremely painful. Choose your partner wisely.
- 1:23Speaker 2: If you don't plan for an exit, it may be
- 1:27Speaker 2: difficult and costly when the time comes.
- 1:34Speaker 3: And in the comments, I'm sure I got a lot
- 1:37Speaker 3: of backlash and I said women investors are better than me,
- 1:40Speaker 3: and so I know they was at your head over this.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Well.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Some of the comments were that you know, you're taking
- 1:49Speaker 2: the romance out of it, you're taking the secrecy out
- 1:51Speaker 2: of it. It's a covenant by God. All the posts
- 1:56Speaker 2: said was that it's a contract. Now, correct me if
- 1:58Speaker 2: I'm wrong, But I don't believe even any religious texts
- 2:02Speaker 2: it's talked about having a contract in marriage. So once
- 2:05Speaker 2: you add a contract to it, now it becomes a
- 2:07Speaker 2: business agreement that I'm not even saying that that is
- 2:10Speaker 2: that that's a bad thing. But we just have to
- 2:13Speaker 2: not go back to the apen. You just got the
- 2:14Speaker 2: knowledge that it is what it is. Right. So it's
- 2:17Speaker 2: like if you sign paperwork, and this is why you
- 2:21Speaker 2: just can't get a divorce. Like it's just you can't
- 2:24Speaker 2: just say, Okay, the relationship is not working out, it's over,
- 2:26Speaker 2: we're done. You have to go through the court system
- 2:29Speaker 2: to get a divorce. It's not it's you. Just even
- 2:32Speaker 2: if it's amblicable, you still it still takes some time
- 2:34Speaker 2: to get a divorce. If it was just done how
- 2:37Speaker 2: it was done two thousand years ago, you would just
- 2:41Speaker 2: have a witness say we're no longer married, it's over.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Or you want to get married, you have a witness,
- 2:48Speaker 2: you say you're married. I do you. You you make
- 2:51Speaker 2: your your vows and the eyes of God, and now
- 2:54Speaker 2: you're a union. So I'm not saying that marriage is
- 2:58Speaker 2: a bad thing. I'm not saying that even the contract
- 3:01Speaker 2: is a bad thing. But there is a contract. So
- 3:03Speaker 2: when you enter a contract, you should be fully informed.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Before you sign a contract, It's just like it's just
- 3:08Speaker 2: like a record deal anything else. Right before you sign something,
- 3:11Speaker 2: you should be fully informed of what you're signing. The
- 3:13Speaker 2: marriage license, yeah, because that is not like you can
- 3:16Speaker 2: just get out of that easily. It just doesn't work
- 3:20Speaker 2: like that, and there's a lot that comes with it.
- 3:23Speaker 4: True so much, I want to stay, but I'm not.
- 3:29Speaker 4: I do.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Why not? Why not? This is a safe place. YouTube
- 3:34Speaker 2: chime in? How do you YouTube chime in? What are
- 3:37Speaker 2: your thoughts?
- 3:39Speaker 4: Hey, man, I've enjoyed the show.
- 3:46Speaker 3: I mean yes, Trader in investment has sitable risks, So
- 3:50Speaker 3: this marriage, I think there needs to be protecting them
- 3:52Speaker 3: both sides.
- 3:53Speaker 4: The game is not fair.
- 3:54Speaker 3: You got a load up, you know, be fair like
- 3:56Speaker 3: once the court is get involved, that's a different ball
- 3:59Speaker 3: game altogether.
- 4:01Speaker 5: So try to a rocket. Yeah.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I think everybody should sign two years and then the
- 4:05Speaker 3: third year be a player option.
- 4:06Speaker 6: See if you want to renew player option. Well played there,
- 4:10Speaker 6: I like that player option.
- 4:12Speaker 2: What's this?
- 4:14Speaker 6: I was on the side that it can be very fruitful.
- 4:19Speaker 6: Money does come into it, but the union is the
- 4:24Speaker 6: most important part. First, Uh, license or not? And so
- 4:28Speaker 6: I think that.
- 4:29Speaker 2: There's no license or not. You let me have a license,
- 4:33Speaker 2: but you're not married.
- 4:37Speaker 6: I think everybody needs to look at their own circumstances
- 4:40Speaker 6: and make a wise decision for themselves. Marriage isn't for everyone,
- 4:44Speaker 6: and I'm noticing that the more and more we travel
- 4:47Speaker 6: that their opinion of marriage has changed. It's changed, and
- 4:54Speaker 6: I think that might be a generational thing. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 6: we grew up, I could speak for us, like we
- 4:58Speaker 6: grew up and we watched marriag in our households, growing
- 5:01Speaker 6: up for better or for worse, and so there was
- 5:04Speaker 6: that mindset of what marriage is supposed to be. But
- 5:07Speaker 6: over the course of a generation that has changed, and
- 5:10Speaker 6: I've become more over minded to the way that people
- 5:12Speaker 6: are viewing what union is and whether it has.
- 5:16Speaker 2: A contract or not.
- 5:17Speaker 6: A lot of people say, we don't need that, we
- 5:19Speaker 6: have love and that is not the most important thing.
- 5:21Speaker 6: But there are business ramifications, right, and I know people
- 5:26Speaker 6: don't want to think about it. I think people view
- 5:28Speaker 6: it almost like we think about life insurance in a
- 5:30Speaker 6: sense where it's like we don't we don't want to
- 5:33Speaker 6: think about dying, but it's something that we have to
- 5:35Speaker 6: prepare for. And marriage, I feel like it could be
- 5:38Speaker 6: looked at the same way, like nobody wants to be divorced,
- 5:40Speaker 6: but we should prepare if that day comes, and you
- 5:44Speaker 6: can do that before you sign the paper. You can
- 5:47Speaker 6: figure that out after. But marriage has changed, man, And
- 5:54Speaker 6: I pray for my brothers and all my sisters out
- 5:57Speaker 6: there that are looking for that absolute and apply anybody
- 6:01Speaker 6: that's not looking for that and finding other ways to
- 6:04Speaker 6: find companionship and union outside of legally being married.
- 6:08Speaker 2: But is it a business decision or not?
- 6:10Speaker 5: Yes, said that, Yeah.
- 6:13Speaker 2: So I don't understand the feedback why it.
- 6:15Speaker 5: Was I didn't even see any of that.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I mean, marriage is a business decision. It's extremely awkward
- 6:22Speaker 2: to have a conversation about breaking up when you know,
- 6:26Speaker 2: I'm honest, I'm saying, somebody put that if you are,
- 6:28Speaker 2: it's it's it's awkward to have a conversation about prenup
- 6:32Speaker 2: or or the end of your relationship at the beginning
- 6:35Speaker 2: of your relationship. That's an awful conversation. Now, it's extremely awkward,
- 6:41Speaker 2: just to be honest, how many people really feel People
- 6:44Speaker 2: say it all the time, but but like people not
- 6:47Speaker 2: really even they Most people are not going to have
- 6:51Speaker 2: a conversation of Okay, we're going to get married now
- 6:55Speaker 2: if this marriage doesn't work out, this it's you better.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Kanye did all the heavy lifting.
- 7:03Speaker 5: We won't pre and up.
- 7:04Speaker 7: We won't pre up.
- 7:05Speaker 5: How many people do you know and have one though,
- 7:07Speaker 5: I don't know two.
- 7:09Speaker 2: I don't know any exactly. I don't know any bro exactly.
- 7:13Speaker 2: One of these things that's talked about a lot. Nobody
- 7:16Speaker 2: has a pre nup. Very few, probably one percent of
- 7:18Speaker 2: the population has a pre nup. Probably one percent. Because
- 7:21Speaker 2: it's awkward, most people know and a lot of people
- 7:23Speaker 2: are just not even in the finance. But you should
- 7:24Speaker 2: you this, this is the thing. You don't even have
- 7:27Speaker 2: to be rich, Like at some point we got to
- 7:30Speaker 2: have a divorced lawyer on here because like when I
- 7:32Speaker 2: was a financial advisor, like talking about a quadro. A
- 7:35Speaker 2: quadro is like when the court, you know, uh makes
- 7:38Speaker 2: a judgment on all your financial situation. So your four
- 7:41Speaker 2: one k people don't understand even your four one k.
- 7:43Speaker 2: You might have a half a million dollars in your
- 7:44Speaker 2: four to one k half.
- 7:46Speaker 7: Do you think.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Scotty Picken should have talked about that pre nup? Or no?
- 7:51Speaker 2: Should he have?
- 7:52Speaker 3: Yes, that's the real lass dance Lars of Pippen undefeated
- 7:59Speaker 3: because you want to have a conversation.
- 8:01Speaker 6: Mike said he don't approve of it here markets doing
- 8:05Speaker 6: what he's doing or though does not prove he's not supportive.
- 8:09Speaker 2: But yeah, like like four one k half bank account half.
- 8:15Speaker 2: But I'm just nobody thinks the average person. The average
- 8:19Speaker 2: person thinking like I'm not a millionaire or I'm not rich,
- 8:22Speaker 2: I don't have to worry about a prenup. Nobody's thinking
- 8:26Speaker 2: in this era.
- 8:26Speaker 3: The women need to be way more concerned about the
- 8:28Speaker 3: prenup because most of the complaints be from men, bruh.
- 8:33Speaker 3: For the women who getting into it, y'all better protect yourselves.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Don't everybody go quiet at once?
- 8:41Speaker 3: Listen and some of them are gonna be lurking at
- 8:42Speaker 3: the best that's trying to come up on you. Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I watched Market Mondays and all the uy l we
- 8:47Speaker 3: we got similar minds.
- 8:48Speaker 4: They don't fall for it. Told me I would find
- 8:51Speaker 4: a like minded spouse here you tom me preing up
- 8:55Speaker 4: day one.

- 11:03Speaker 6: National Association.
- 11:04Speaker 5: Member a FDIC.
- 11:06Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 11:10Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 11:14Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 11:18Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 11:22Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 11:26Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 11:30Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 11:35Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 11:38Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 11:42Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 11:45Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 11:50Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home

- 11:57Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws
- 12:02Speaker 1: border and families will.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland
- 12:06Speaker 2: Security cosation. So it's one of these things. I think
- 12:09Speaker 2: it's important, even if you don't have a prenup, at
- 12:12Speaker 2: least have a conversation of like, what's your expectations. Let's
- 12:15Speaker 2: say this doesn't work out. What do you what do
- 12:16Speaker 2: you what do you expect to get out of this?
- 12:19Speaker 2: You might you might be surprised, might be surprised. I
- 12:23Speaker 2: might say I expect nothing, I expect everything, and then
- 12:26Speaker 2: sometimes people say things and then they change their mind.
- 12:29Speaker 2: That happens all the time as well. But I I
- 12:33Speaker 2: do think that marriage is extremely beneficial, and I think
- 12:36Speaker 2: that from an economy stanoint. No, I'm just saying from
- 12:41Speaker 2: a family standpoint. From an economic standpoint. Also, obviously two
- 12:44Speaker 2: incomes are better than one income. You know, it helps,
- 12:51Speaker 2: it helps a lot, even tax benefits. So I am pro.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I'm pro marriage. I'm not. I don't want people to
- 12:57Speaker 2: think that I'm anti the situation. I think question, I
- 13:00Speaker 2: want to ask it, but I think I think it's
- 13:03Speaker 2: extremely beneficial. But it's a probability, A high probability is
- 13:09Speaker 2: not going to work out. So just all I'm saying
- 13:11Speaker 2: is just be prepared. That's all preparation. Preparation because because
- 13:14Speaker 2: on the flip side to it, when they don't talk
- 13:16Speaker 2: about it, just like marriage can be beneficial, a bad
- 13:20Speaker 2: marriage can can sink your ship. The force child support
- 13:25Speaker 2: at some point we got to have a real tax
- 13:28Speaker 2: evasion we talked about with some people. At some point
- 13:32Speaker 2: we got to have a real conversation about child support.
- 13:36Speaker 2: This this, this is the this is this is the
- 13:38Speaker 2: tax on black men unproportionately. That's disproportionately, that's crippling people economically.
- 13:48Speaker 5: That's a real conversation.
- 13:49Speaker 2: It's a it's a very real conversation. Nobody, nobody wants
- 13:52Speaker 2: to talk about that. That's a conversation. I would love.
- 13:56Speaker 6: I would like to like moderate that conversation. We're yeah,
- 14:00Speaker 6: I would I would.
- 14:02Speaker 5: Because I like, I have peers who are that pay
- 14:06Speaker 5: child support.
- 14:07Speaker 6: And it's a conversation that, like like you said, is
- 14:11Speaker 6: disproportionately catered to affecting men, and we need to get
- 14:17Speaker 6: to the bottle of why, like from a legality standpoint,
- 14:20Speaker 6: economic standpoint, what that.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It goes back to that conversation on Okay, I'll ask
- 14:26Speaker 3: a question if every parent had an agreement to pay
- 14:32Speaker 3: each other. Or let's say dad pays mom child support
- 14:36Speaker 3: and they didn't go through the state. How much in
- 14:38Speaker 3: that revenue with the state lose as a result because
- 14:41Speaker 3: they're investing the money that comes into child support pool.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Mess up the in floid the funds. If you're going
- 14:50Speaker 4: to invest the funds.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah, child support is is a very bad it's a
- 14:59Speaker 2: very bad system, extremely extremely flawed. Nobody wins, that's the
- 15:03Speaker 2: thing about it. Nobody wins in the child support. Just
- 15:05Speaker 2: the state wins. Well, yeah, that's probably the only person.
- 15:08Speaker 2: But it creates such division and such animosity between men
- 15:12Speaker 2: and women. Most of the time, the women are not
- 15:14Speaker 2: getting enough money to even make a difference in their life.
- 15:17Speaker 2: The men the money is actually life so the woman.
- 15:21Speaker 2: The money that the women get most of the time
- 15:23Speaker 2: is not life changing. The money that is taken from
- 15:25Speaker 2: a man's check life is life changing. So nobody wins.
- 15:30Speaker 2: That's a spread. Nobody wins. You can't even you can't,
- 15:33Speaker 2: you can't even live somewhere because seven hundred dollars a month,
- 15:36Speaker 2: like six hundred dollars a month is like now, that's
- 15:39Speaker 2: crippling you. And then in the grand scheme of things.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Six hundred dollars a month is is not gonna like
- 15:45Speaker 2: it's not It helps raise a child, but if you
- 15:47Speaker 2: got a child, that's not gonna change your life. You
- 15:52Speaker 2: still gotta work your job, you still gotta work over time,
- 15:55Speaker 2: you still gotta do every so you're still doing every
- 15:57Speaker 2: single thing. So it doesn't really necessarily change your life,
- 15:59Speaker 2: but it cripple somebody else's life. And if you don't
- 16:01Speaker 2: pay it, you go to jail, and then when you
- 16:04Speaker 2: come out or they take your license, all kinds of
- 16:06Speaker 2: different things.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Supports forwards, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Microsoft CEO expects for their revenue to double by twenty thirty,
- 16:16Speaker 3: so for everyone invests in the Apple and Microsoft Satia
- 16:20Speaker 3: is on a war path as well, so he'll be
- 16:22Speaker 3: able to make his child support that down moment hanging
- 16:24Speaker 3: Sometimes it's that situation.
- 16:27Speaker 2: So just be mindful for all the young all the
- 16:29Speaker 2: young people watching women and men, just be mindful of
- 16:34Speaker 2: that because sometimes you know, you do things and you
- 16:36Speaker 2: can't really reverse the course of action. It's one of
- 16:39Speaker 2: these things unfortunately that can set you back in life,
- 16:43Speaker 2: you know. Being like I said, that's why I'm pro marriage,
- 16:44Speaker 2: because being a single parent is not beneficial for anybody.
- 16:47Speaker 2: It's not it's not beneficial for anybody to be a
- 16:49Speaker 2: single parent and including the child. So this is an
- 16:54Speaker 2: economic problem that affects everybody and hurts every single person.
- 16:58Speaker 2: It hurts the child, hurts the mother to follow, and
- 17:02Speaker 2: it's something that when you talk about finances and you
- 17:06Speaker 2: know generational wealth, this is one of the things that
- 17:09Speaker 2: can clip that early and you sometimes you can never
- 17:13Speaker 2: recover from it. So definitely, yeah, we have a special.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Maybe we have like a like a dateline special, we
- 17:20Speaker 2: have like a special special relationships special. We'll talk about alimony,
- 17:25Speaker 2: we'll talk about divorce, we'll talk about child support. Then
- 17:29Speaker 2: we'll talk about the benefits as well. We'll talk about
- 17:30Speaker 2: the tax benefits that you get for being married. We'll
- 17:34Speaker 2: talk about different programs that's beneficial. But even like when
- 17:38Speaker 2: you sign up to daycare, like you know that you
- 17:42Speaker 2: get you get hurt. If it's two incomes, sometimes it's
- 17:44Speaker 2: like you gotta the one income is more beneficial than
- 17:47Speaker 2: two incomes one alone.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Oh my gosh. That Yeah.
- 17:54Speaker 3: One day I'm gonna do like maybe an episode all
- 17:57Speaker 3: the ways that America takes money away from us while
- 18:01Speaker 3: they tell us not to invest. We went through five
- 18:04Speaker 3: streams right there. Let's not even talk about private school
- 18:09Speaker 3: or education for kids. Like the multiople on that business
