- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Vinnie and Me. My website's Jasonnewland
- 0:18Speaker 1: dot com. Please only listen when you can safely go
- 0:23Speaker 1: your eyes. This is Friday whispers Whisper Friday, Whisper Wednesday,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Whisper Friday. Yeah, I think he's making these little squeaky sounds. Hallo, Daddy,
- 0:47Speaker 1: Hey day. I woke up just now and Vinnie wasn't
- 0:53Speaker 1: in the bed. He was in the living room, sitting
- 0:57Speaker 1: on well my fastest sleep on this sea. I don't
- 1:03Speaker 1: know if I'm maybe I woke him up as I
- 1:07Speaker 1: was speaking too much noise, snoring. I don't know. It's
- 1:16Speaker 1: just about half five in the border. I went to
- 1:23Speaker 1: bed about nine, and yeah, I'm okay. I had a
- 1:44Speaker 1: few very strange dreams, very strange dreams. I was. I
- 2:01Speaker 1: think I was a holiday camp. But it was just weird.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So I said, this place again in Mi Motodoc with
- 2:19Speaker 1: dreams I've had before. But there was a place that
- 2:26Speaker 1: I was going to regularly. But for some reason there
- 2:33Speaker 1: was bears, the big black bears, which we generally don't
- 2:40Speaker 1: have in this country, roaming around. Yeah, very weird. And
- 2:54Speaker 1: I knew some of the bigle who seemed to know
- 2:57Speaker 1: quite a lot of people at this holiday camp, and
- 3:09Speaker 1: I was learning. I was quite pleased with myself because
- 3:12Speaker 1: I was learning some social skills, learning from my mistakes,
- 3:21Speaker 1: previous mistakes. There was one point where I was cleaning
- 3:31Speaker 1: the floor for some reason, and I realized maybe it
- 3:43Speaker 1: was the carpet or whatever, but I was enjoying cleaning
- 3:47Speaker 1: the floor, which is kind of choke because I quite
- 3:52Speaker 1: enjoyed using those scrubbing machines to make the floor nice
- 3:58Speaker 1: and sexy buffers they call them buffers. But then the
- 4:08Speaker 1: floor tending to grass, which was weird. And there was
- 4:18Speaker 1: another part where I'm ham gonna lie in, but I
- 4:22Speaker 1: need to get ready to back up and catch the plane.
- 4:29Speaker 1: For some reason, there was a plane to this place,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and I realized that my bed is in the reception
- 4:39Speaker 1: and all these new people coming in for their holiday
- 4:48Speaker 1: well performing a bigger line past my bed. So I
- 4:58Speaker 1: get out of bed and started to pack my stuff.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And this this kind of happened. Near the end of
- 5:07Speaker 1: the dream. There was a a man, I guess a
- 5:15Speaker 1: manager or something, and he was moaning because my stuff
- 5:19Speaker 1: was there, and I'd left my stuff last time. So
- 5:28Speaker 1: I was a regular visitor, but I was leaving bits
- 5:33Speaker 1: and bobs like books and DVDs, hypnosis courses, things like
- 5:42Speaker 1: that for some reason. And I said, don't worry, I'll
- 5:49Speaker 1: clear it up. So I packed my back up, my
- 5:54Speaker 1: normal stuff, and I started to collect the stuff, and
- 6:05Speaker 1: I was gonna just put it in the pin. So
- 6:07Speaker 1: that's what I did, collected it all, walked to the
- 6:11Speaker 1: public bin, dropped it in the bin, and then the
- 6:16Speaker 1: manager came out and said, what are you doing. That's
- 6:18Speaker 1: the cutlery in the blades while you're checking out plates
- 6:22Speaker 1: away And I'm more confused. I said, well, well you
- 6:31Speaker 1: wanted me to get rid of it. Yeah, I'm trying
- 6:42Speaker 1: to think of what else happened. Yeah, that's that's it.
- 6:53Speaker 1: A couple of big black bears. One was in the
- 6:57Speaker 1: ocean and it was well, I was, I was near
- 7:02Speaker 1: a beach and I was watching it and it was
- 7:05Speaker 1: way out, and I said, either of the tights really like,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I don't know, some kind of weird thing going on,
- 7:17Speaker 1: where the the war was really really really shallow, or
- 7:24Speaker 1: that bears wearing stilts. So I didn't really know how
- 7:30Speaker 1: to figure that one out. I couldn't ask it. It
- 7:34Speaker 1: was too far away, too far away, and see I
- 7:49Speaker 1: visited this stream before. There's been other times when I've
- 7:53Speaker 1: gone and it's been some kind of dormitory situation, sharing
- 8:06Speaker 1: a big, massive room with other people, which is why
- 8:12Speaker 1: I used to do when I was a kid. I
- 8:15Speaker 1: have done since as well. I when I've been on
- 8:19Speaker 1: Buddhist retreats, shared a room. Never liked it, never ever, ever, ever, ever,
- 8:33Speaker 1: Although it's one thing people complain about snoring, so I
- 8:43Speaker 1: used to ask to be in the snoring dorm, the
- 8:52Speaker 1: snoring dorm where everyone snored, and also everybody complained about snoring.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Kind of ironic is people that complain about snoring are.
- 9:12Speaker 2: The ones that snare themselves. Always learning and always learning.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Friday the First to Focus, two thousand and twenty five. Yeah,
- 9:51Speaker 1: today's the beginning of the month is where I have bills,
- 9:58Speaker 1: bills upon bills. So I had a few things taken
- 10:03Speaker 1: out of my bank, a few more to come. I
- 10:09Speaker 1: got the electric and gasp went out to day or
- 10:15Speaker 1: early hours in the morning. TV license went out, and
- 10:22Speaker 1: then I've got the water bill, which will probably be
- 10:29Speaker 1: in the next day or two. Then I got the
- 10:35Speaker 1: mobile phone and internet bill fifty seven pound I think,
- 10:41Speaker 1: or fifty nine pound, so that'll come out the next
- 10:45Speaker 1: few days as well. Then I've got the website bill,
- 10:54Speaker 1: which is fifty fifty sixty gred something like that. A
- 11:10Speaker 1: few bits and bobs. I've visited Uncle Sausages yesterday and
- 11:23Speaker 1: it's really weird because he's not he's really not well.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So I'm not going to focus on that. But where
- 11:32Speaker 1: he's staying. He's a nursing name, and it's lovely. The
- 11:37Speaker 1: grounds themselves, I mean, it's peacocks there. I've actually took
- 11:44Speaker 1: a little video and and took a picture. In fact,
- 11:50Speaker 1: I might try and use that picture as the cover
- 11:56Speaker 1: for this recording. The big was nearly as big as me,
- 12:03Speaker 1: absolutely huge. I thought he was going to be all
- 12:09Speaker 1: kind of shaky, and you know, I didn't want to
- 12:15Speaker 1: go outside in case it flew away. I don't know
- 12:23Speaker 1: if peacocks can fly, but this they didn't. They just
- 12:28Speaker 1: sat there. Now, bearing in mind how huge it is,
- 12:39Speaker 1: I don't think peacocks can fly. Can't they They're too
- 12:43Speaker 1: big ostriches, they're just too big. I think if a
- 12:51Speaker 1: bird gets past a certain size, it's a hard rip
- 12:54Speaker 1: to fly. I mean, I know some birds are big,
- 13:00Speaker 1: hm which do fly? I mean eagles. Swans they fly
- 13:12Speaker 1: and they are huge vultures. They fly. Does swans fly?
- 13:27Speaker 1: I think they do, tarra tarra ductyles, tarot decktyles, taraductiles.
- 13:41Speaker 1: They used to fly, don't they? Swans do swan's fly?
- 13:51Speaker 1: H I think so? H. But this pheasant, he said,
- 14:05Speaker 1: A pheasant, n pheasant? What do they call it?
- 14:17Speaker 3: You know?
- 14:17Speaker 1: And so I was being pride for pecock. Guess it?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Beautiful beautiful bird? And yeah, I took some pictures of
- 14:30Speaker 1: the bird and took a little video of it. And
- 14:34Speaker 1: it was just outside uncle's sausages door he's got, I mean,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you could get in the door he walked through the
- 14:44Speaker 1: place to get into his room. But he's got a
- 14:47Speaker 1: door that goes outside as well. Unfortunately, he got today
- 14:55Speaker 1: care home and nursing home too late to be able
- 15:02Speaker 1: to appreciate appreciate it's probably not the correct word. But two,
- 15:13Speaker 1: he didn't get to see how nice it is because
- 15:19Speaker 1: it's pretty much unconscious most of the time all the time, really,
- 15:30Speaker 1: so that was weird. So I'm in this really nice
- 15:34Speaker 1: little room. The staff for really nice. I mean it's
- 15:41Speaker 1: a little bit out of the way this place, as
- 15:47Speaker 1: is where I live, but This is even more out
- 15:50Speaker 1: of the way, a really nice area. It's about an
- 15:58Speaker 1: hour walk from where I still the same postcode, funny enough,
- 16:05Speaker 1: well the same you know, not exactly the same, but
- 16:08Speaker 1: the same sort of area postcode. And it's really nice
- 16:19Speaker 1: little area. In fact, it's kind of somewhere that I
- 16:34Speaker 1: could live, you know. It's just nicer than air loads
- 16:43Speaker 1: of places to walk your dog. It's a whole. They've
- 16:52Speaker 1: got this park or this forest, which is called a
- 16:57Speaker 1: nine hundred and ninety nine years at least, sorry was
- 17:05Speaker 1: the last one hundred and fifty years they've cause it
- 17:10Speaker 1: used to be a mess now apparently I was reading
- 17:13Speaker 1: this black and they've turned it into this really beautiful place. Yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I mean, it's nothing to stop me from taking lit
- 17:35Speaker 1: will not be up there. The thing is bottom I
- 17:38Speaker 1: get there, I'm gonna be naked because it's an hour walk.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I'm not gonna be wanting to walk through the fields.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Are I through a little forest? Yeah, it's nice. And
- 18:00Speaker 1: then on the way back, I got a lift. It's like, wow,
- 18:10Speaker 1: I got a lift back. Not right all the way home,
- 18:13Speaker 1: but one of the nurses, oh care workers, just gave
- 18:18Speaker 1: me a lift near where I will live.
- 18:29Speaker 3: It was.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very strange, very strange being there. Yeah. See,
- 18:45Speaker 1: that's the kind of work that I would have liked
- 18:50Speaker 1: to have been able to do. But at the same time,
- 18:59Speaker 1: it's kind of work that I don't think i'd be
- 19:06Speaker 1: able to do for emotionally. So it's a certain skill set,
- 19:21Speaker 1: you know, you need to be for to do that
- 19:25Speaker 1: kind of work. I'm saying. It's like, I know what
- 19:28Speaker 1: I'm talking about, but I think it's kind of obvious.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You need to be caring, like really caring.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 19:44Speaker 1: You know, you need to want to do the job
- 19:49Speaker 1: as a kind of a vocation, as a life ambition,
- 20:02Speaker 1: or I don't know, a calling maybe, so I could
- 20:13Speaker 1: probably tap into that side of things, although it's never
- 20:21Speaker 1: been my life's ambition to be with people at the
- 20:25Speaker 1: end of life, so that's otherwise I probably would have
- 20:28Speaker 1: attempted to do it, So that's never been my life's ambition.
- 20:33Speaker 1: By calling, but I would I would argue that I
- 20:39Speaker 1: do care. I'm a caring person. Okay, here we come up.
- 20:47Speaker 1: There's a hero if you look inside my pants. But
- 20:56Speaker 1: the other side, and I'm really minimize in it because
- 21:02Speaker 1: I don't know enough about the job. But from what
- 21:06Speaker 1: I can see, is the other side, which is being
- 21:09Speaker 1: able to emotionally deal with that situation and continually deal
- 21:20Speaker 1: with it. And I don't. I don't have it. I
- 21:30Speaker 1: don't have what it takes for that. I don't believe
- 21:33Speaker 1: I have. So maybe I'll just continue making recordings. Maybe
- 21:51Speaker 1: maybe that's where my my thing. Maybe that's what I'm
- 22:01Speaker 1: supposed to be doing. Maybe this is what I'm supposed
- 22:05Speaker 1: to be doing. This and so many other things. Maybe
- 22:14Speaker 1: you never know. I did like the idea of being
- 22:28Speaker 1: a nurse when I was younger, being like Muffet Theresa,
- 22:42Speaker 1: devoting my life to helping people. I mean, in my
- 22:54Speaker 1: own way, I have done that. It's just a little
- 23:01Speaker 1: less dramatic, a little less noticeable, perhaps a little less helpful.
- 23:17Speaker 1: I loved the idea of feeding hungry people, and I've
- 23:22Speaker 1: done that. I did that Thailand and it was brilliant.
- 23:32Speaker 1: But I was the one buying the food. I got
- 23:36Speaker 1: ripped off by the people cooking the food. And once
- 23:44Speaker 1: the food was gone and the money was gone, that
- 23:51Speaker 1: was it was not very sustainable. By a great experience.
- 24:05Speaker 1: M maybe in some kind of small way, what I
- 24:21Speaker 1: do this, you know, making recordings is my way of
- 24:35Speaker 1: helping others, and that's why I'm doing it, That's why
- 24:48Speaker 1: I've devoted nineteen years of my life to this. Is
- 25:00Speaker 1: just sometimes I think, especially when I do these type
- 25:05Speaker 1: of recordings, like you know, non therapeutic, non hypnotic recordings,
- 25:18Speaker 1: it feels a little bit like I'm just being self indulgent,
- 25:25Speaker 1: just talking about myself, and I wonder how that could
- 25:33Speaker 1: be of any use to anyone. But this is also
- 25:42Speaker 1: you know, let me boy to sleep or whisper, and
- 25:49Speaker 1: I don't do many of these. I was trying to
- 25:53Speaker 1: do on a weekly one on a Wednesday, But over
- 26:01Speaker 1: the last few weeks.
- 26:03Speaker 4: The.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Little routine I had has gone the pot it's gone,
- 26:14Speaker 1: it's crumbled, it's shrunk. So I haven't had not really
- 26:23Speaker 1: been very regular recently. I tried to keep it going,
- 26:36Speaker 1: but it's been sporadic over the last six weeks, not
- 26:42Speaker 1: very regular, although I did keep the Q and A
- 26:46Speaker 1: Fridays bumping out until last Friday and this Friday, so
- 26:57Speaker 1: I have not asked for any questions the last two weeks.
- 27:05Speaker 1: All being well, I will continue with the QNA Friday's
- 27:20Speaker 1: next Friday, all being well, and the other regular let
- 27:33Speaker 1: me boy to sleep. Days such as Monday's boring Objects
- 27:42Speaker 1: Trivia Tuesday. I suppose that QNA Friday and Whisper Wednesday,
- 27:51Speaker 1: they will all be back hopefully. Now I don't know,
- 28:01Speaker 1: because as far as the Whisper, when this day goes
- 28:09Speaker 1: this new thing, this new routine that for some reason
- 28:22Speaker 1: I started, where I get out of bed, I'd take
- 28:33Speaker 1: my acid reflux DOUBLET and then I make a recording
- 28:39Speaker 1: and a whisper vlog where I just update on what's
- 28:46Speaker 1: going on, what happened yesterday, what did I dream about?
- 28:56Speaker 1: And then I talk for maybe twenty minutes, half an hour,
- 29:09Speaker 1: and that's it. Then I have my breakfast. So I've
- 29:16Speaker 1: been doing this for I think three days in a row,
- 29:30Speaker 1: and I might continue. I always feel different when I
- 29:47Speaker 1: just wake up compared to how I feel a few
- 29:54Speaker 1: hours in or midday or evening. First of all, I'm awake,
- 30:05Speaker 1: probably providing I've had enough sleep. This is the most
- 30:13Speaker 1: awake I am. It's also pretty quiet. I can hear
- 30:34Speaker 1: the pigeons, but other than that, I heard someone going
- 30:38Speaker 1: out of the front door earlier. John, I think, yes,
- 30:52Speaker 1: quite early, so it's probably yeah, someone outstairs. So the
- 31:05Speaker 1: council of taken back Uncle's Sausages is council flat. They're
- 31:12Speaker 1: not officially taken aback. They're given a month to get
- 31:15Speaker 1: the place sorted before they move in or before they
- 31:19Speaker 1: take over. But they had to be done because you
- 31:26Speaker 1: can't you can't have to rent paid on the council
- 31:31Speaker 1: flat and they have the cost of a nursing home
- 31:38Speaker 1: paid because that has to be financed as well. So
- 31:43Speaker 1: I think if you move into if someone moves into
- 31:49Speaker 1: a nursing home, they have to give notice for the
- 31:55Speaker 1: council property. It's a month's notice or something like that.
- 32:12Speaker 1: There's not much in the way of boxing going on
- 32:15Speaker 1: this month. In fact, there's only one I think it's
- 32:22Speaker 1: the sixteenth of August, and that's Tillion White against Moses
- 32:30Speaker 1: A Tuna. That's it. I mean, there's a couple of others,
- 32:39Speaker 1: but no big, big occasions. There's a big one in September,
- 32:59Speaker 1: which Crawford against Canelo. That's in I think September twelfth.
- 33:13Speaker 1: I think other than that there yeah, Chris oh U
- 33:29Speaker 1: Bank Junior and Connor Bean I think they're fighting again
- 33:36Speaker 1: in September, and in November or maybe October. There's some
- 33:54Speaker 1: boxing there's a good night. It's David Benevidez. He's defending
- 34:02Speaker 1: his lie heavyweight title against Callum Smith.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Was it?
- 34:28Speaker 1: David Benevitez is one of my favorite boxes. They call
- 34:35Speaker 1: him the Mexican Monster. Now my own it was not
- 34:42Speaker 1: criticism of him, but he doesn't fight enough. But he's
- 34:47Speaker 1: been hanging around waiting to get his hands on what's
- 34:57Speaker 1: his name, can but Canello didn't want him, he didn't
- 35:03Speaker 1: want to fight him and David Bennetty there's He held
- 35:13Speaker 1: the world title two times at Super mid Away and
- 35:19Speaker 1: it was also the interim world champion at Super mid
- 35:25Speaker 1: Away as well. And he waited, then he waited, then
- 35:30Speaker 1: he waited, then he waited, and Canello wouldn't fight him.
- 35:38Speaker 1: He ended up fighting other people who were also waiting,
- 35:46Speaker 1: and it got to the point where it was almost
- 35:48Speaker 1: just for those who wanted to be world champions. There's
- 35:54Speaker 1: no point sticking around the Super mid aweight division because
- 35:58Speaker 1: Canello has it tied up. And also if he decides
- 36:06Speaker 1: to go up and wait or the belts still stay
- 36:11Speaker 1: around because he's a superstar boxer. The different organizations banded
- 36:25Speaker 1: to him, they let him do what ever. He once
- 36:32Speaker 1: so if he doesn't defend his title for every year
- 36:37Speaker 1: or a year and a half, they just allow it
- 36:45Speaker 1: because he's where the money is. I am looking forward
- 36:54Speaker 1: to that fight with Crawford because Crawford is a special fighter. Yeah,
- 37:12Speaker 1: being be an interest in fighter, kay, Yeah, I'll be
- 37:23Speaker 1: interested to find out what mm hmm, Fabia Wardley is
- 37:32Speaker 1: going to do next. David not David Price, wow of
- 37:50Speaker 1: philosophicca on his name, David David, David David, David, David David.
- 38:06Speaker 1: His surname's gone out of my head. He beat Bosh
- 38:11Speaker 1: twice the Rumford Ball, David David, David David. It's not
- 38:23Speaker 1: David a. It's not David Price, David something. Anyway, he's
- 38:37Speaker 1: gonna be fighting and mention mor Off. So I can't
- 38:41Speaker 1: remember the hat. I can't remember David, and so that's
- 38:47Speaker 1: I think in October. So there's a few occasions, but
- 38:56Speaker 1: the biggest one really recently was the last weekend or
- 39:02Speaker 1: the weekend before, which was Dan new to Bar against
- 39:13Speaker 1: Basic and it was a bit of an anti climax,
- 39:24Speaker 1: just how easily you sick one like easily one wasn't. Yeah,
- 39:50Speaker 1: that's it. Really, I'm gonna have my breakfast because I
- 39:57Speaker 1: deserve it. I deserved to have my ti me rewarded.
- 40:05Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm going to do today because
- 40:09Speaker 1: I did my laundry last night. I didn't realize that
- 40:13Speaker 1: i'd run out of tracksuit bonds, so I did them
- 40:19Speaker 1: last night, and I don't think they're dry enough to wear,
- 40:26Speaker 1: and I can't go out with these. I have to go.
- 40:30Speaker 1: If I'm going to go to a place like that,
- 40:33Speaker 1: I need to be clean and I need to be
- 40:35Speaker 1: wearing clean clothes. It's just yeah, if I don't go today,
- 40:47Speaker 1: maybe I'll go tomorrow.
- 40:57Speaker 5: Yeah. M hm.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Hm, m hmm. That's quite peaceful. Well that my stomach,
- 41:13Speaker 1: My stomach is now, let me know, feed be m
- 41:19Speaker 1: So I'm going to go. Thank you for listening. Remember
- 41:23Speaker 1: to be kind to yourself, because you do deserve to
- 41:27Speaker 1: be happy. Be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Lots of love. Bye.
- 41:46Speaker 4: Relax in the more deep and meaningful way, Maybe in
- 42:01Speaker 4: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 42:08Speaker 4: calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 42:19Speaker 4: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 42:25Speaker 4: it's finished, and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 42:31Speaker 4: and peace. But also I think it would be nice
- 42:46Speaker 4: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 43:06Speaker 4: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 43:20Speaker 4: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 43:29Speaker 4: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 43:43Speaker 4: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 43:47Speaker 4: sometimes I'll find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 43:59Speaker 4: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 44:03Speaker 4: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 44:16Speaker 4: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 44:21Speaker 4: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 44:26Speaker 4: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 44:33Speaker 4: again and it still has the same effect on me,
- 44:40Speaker 4: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me,
- 44:53Speaker 4: just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening
- 45:01Speaker 4: to her in the morning and in the evening.
- 45:12Speaker 5: And I knew.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Before even pressing the play button that since I've done
- 45:23Speaker 4: that pressed the play button. This is in the days
- 45:27Speaker 4: of CD players press the play button, if that it
- 45:41Speaker 4: might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd lie
- 45:46Speaker 4: down on the bed and then even without necessarily listening
- 45:58Speaker 4: to her word because I had to memorized. Really, it
- 46:12Speaker 4: was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 46:22Speaker 4: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 46:44Speaker 4: I remember my mind would slow down.
- 46:55Speaker 5: Now.
- 46:57Speaker 4: Now, I was listening to this recording in the early
- 47:04Speaker 4: days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made
- 47:13Speaker 4: any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start
- 47:20Speaker 4: doing that till two thousand and six, I knew, I
- 47:34Speaker 4: knew how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 47:50Speaker 4: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 48:03Speaker 4: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 48:12Speaker 4: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 48:21Speaker 4: may feel the same.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Some people.
- 48:32Speaker 4: Have been listening to me for over a decade, maybe
- 48:44Speaker 4: not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but
- 48:52Speaker 4: maybe people come back. Some people may be listen every day.
- 49:08Speaker 4: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 49:16Speaker 4: by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now, for example,
- 49:39Speaker 4: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 49:52Speaker 5: So if I.
- 49:56Speaker 4: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 50:07Speaker 4: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 50:15Speaker 4: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your
- 50:32Speaker 4: hands and maybe notice the difference between each hand. Perhaps
- 50:45Speaker 4: notice the the air in the room, the temperature of
- 50:51Speaker 4: the room. On the backs of your hands. You may
- 51:03Speaker 4: start to notice what almost feels like a very light breeze,
- 51:12Speaker 4: even though there may not be any type of breeze
- 51:16Speaker 4: at all where you are right now. And as you
- 51:29Speaker 4: become aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how
- 51:44Speaker 4: relaxed my hands are feeling.
- 51:52Speaker 6: Now.
- 52:07Speaker 4: And when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep,
- 52:14Speaker 4: which may be the reason you're listening, I also feel
- 52:27Speaker 4: drowsy when I make these recordings. I also notice my
- 52:41Speaker 4: mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep
- 53:03Speaker 4: without even noticing, and then I carry on talking. And
- 53:18Speaker 4: it's only when I listen back to do the editing
- 53:27Speaker 4: I hear snoring and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I remember talking. This snoring was a pig turned up.
- 53:47Speaker 4: That's why I sound like when I snare and I
- 53:54Speaker 4: get really into the whole experience. I don't know how
- 54:08Speaker 4: you feel, how relaxed you feel in your feet, how
- 54:21Speaker 4: relaxed you feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 54:46Speaker 5: More and more.
- 54:53Speaker 4: That the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 55:09Speaker 4: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 55:28Speaker 4: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 55:51Speaker 4: necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being able to notice
- 56:22Speaker 4: the ease in which you breathe so naturally, you breathe
- 56:53Speaker 4: so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving.
- 57:42Speaker 4: When I've got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize
- 57:57Speaker 4: a beautiful field with trees and flowers producing all that
- 58:14Speaker 4: life giving oxygen. It feels nice to, if nothing else,
- 58:50Speaker 4: just taking some time away from everything, enjoying that feeling
- 59:24Speaker 4: of peace, serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems to
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful,
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free,
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: noticing that your mind slowed down, slowed down because nothing
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: really requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: of allowing the stress to rip out of your body,
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: to appear out of every part, have your body being
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: released from your brain, your mind slowly but surely, the
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: muscle sing legs, remax rex really so very deeply, relax
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: so deeply, And the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: arms and shoulders, deepening each part of your body further
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: and deeper and deeper. Magicine, the feelings in the back
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: of your neck, feelings in your wrists, muscles, in front
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: of your body. I also feeling peaceful deeply. There's a
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: sense of peace spreads through your fairy core.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Even when you.
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: Focus on your mind, your mind becomes eve and slower,
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: even deeper, relax very slow, his stomach. Peas fall in
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: your stomach.
- 1:12:28Speaker 7: You're back.
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd never feel in the hole
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: of your bag.
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: You spy.
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: From your brain all the way down the middle of
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: your back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day,
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: decomfort increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: You means.
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: Legs, spreading those signals down a spine or cord into air,
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: every part of your body, your shins and your calf, muscles,
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: your elbows, feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers. All
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: wait till you know it. Back Let think he read,
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: I think, Please drifting mind just wandering away, happy.
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: To let go, let go.
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: Completely, let go, so tranquil, the whole body, enjoying a
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: sense listening God, he for more, he join the space,
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: this space.
- 1:22:14Speaker 5: Of peace and safety.
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: So fairy, relaxed, letting go.
- 1:24:39Speaker 5: Maybe we can just.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: Focus on the different parts of your body, just to
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: notice you foolhead and your eyes.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: You two.
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: So Louise, noticing the sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom,
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: brere he's all energy, pase to bree much easy, yeah.
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: Loose.
- 1:29:41Speaker 5: You may have.
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: Or may not have noticed your mind drifted peace merely,
- 1:30:47Speaker 4: even more deeply.
- 1:30:54Speaker 5: In the direction of.
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: Total bliss for pace, blish pace toreft to to pace,
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: so calm, let him go, peace with mind forty relax
- 1:34:24Speaker 4: c relaxed. Your body feels almost invisible. So the very
- 1:35:12Speaker 4: relaxed I'm peaceful, so peaceful relies likes. And you could
- 1:36:32Speaker 4: start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that sense
- 1:36:54Speaker 4: of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout your body,
- 1:37:03Speaker 4: and your mind starts to slow down, and that could
- 1:37:13Speaker 4: be almost in recognition of I guess my speech not
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: being particularly fast, and things just generally feel calmer. Just
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: by listening to my voice, you give yourself an opportunity
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: to take a break from the day, take a break
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: from your life as it is, and to give yourself
- 1:38:02Speaker 4: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:38:18Speaker 4: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:38:30Speaker 4: and he stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:38:45Speaker 4: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: that negativity with positive to heathing energy which then fills
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: your body up and your mind to also starts to
- 1:39:18Speaker 4: appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an almost uplifting feeling,
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: positive healing, an energy that spreads through your body like
- 1:39:49Speaker 4: a wave of comfort, and all this comes and just
- 1:40:03Speaker 4: allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however
- 1:40:12Speaker 4: long you want it to be, to just rest and
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: allow your mind and your body to almost reset itself
- 1:40:35Speaker 4: to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows
- 1:40:51Speaker 4: more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: around your body and into your mind, almost as if
- 1:41:13Speaker 4: your mind and your body are sinking together almost mirroring
- 1:41:23Speaker 4: each other with that growing positivity and calmness, and it
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: feels nice. It really does feel nice to know that
- 1:41:44Speaker 4: you are the one that has allowed yourself to feel
- 1:41:54Speaker 4: more comfort and experience.
- 1:42:04Speaker 5: More at this.
- 1:42:07Speaker 4: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body, and as I focus
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:42:29Speaker 4: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on
- 1:42:44Speaker 4: it becomes even more calm and comfortable just by focusing.
- 1:43:00Speaker 4: And as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:43:15Speaker 4: relax deeply, and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 1:43:23Speaker 4: on or just automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation
- 1:43:37Speaker 4: of even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm going
- 1:43:50Speaker 4: to start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:43:57Speaker 4: of the feelings of your forehead and any background sounds
- 1:44:08Speaker 4: like mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: feel even more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment.
- 1:44:23Speaker 4: This isn't this isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:44:27Speaker 5: This is the world.
- 1:44:32Speaker 4: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 1:44:38Speaker 4: sounds around. So as you focus on your forehead. Just
- 1:44:49Speaker 4: notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you.
- 1:44:56Speaker 5: Focus on on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:45:09Speaker 4: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:45:20Speaker 4: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at
- 1:45:29Speaker 4: the same time, and all the muscles around your eyes
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: relaxing completely.
- 1:45:44Speaker 5: Moving your focus.
- 1:45:47Speaker 4: Down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:45:54Speaker 4: and your gumbs, the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm
- 1:46:06Speaker 4: and loose as you focus now on your jewel, not
- 1:46:18Speaker 4: just the parts of your jaw near your mouth, your chin,
- 1:46:24Speaker 4: but all the way up the size of your face to.
- 1:46:28Speaker 5: Your ears, the hole of your jaw, feeding.
- 1:46:40Speaker 4: More relaxed calm. Focusing on your neck, the front of
- 1:47:04Speaker 4: your neck and your throat relaxing and loose and calm.
- 1:47:16Speaker 4: The side of your neck, the right and left side
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: of your neck, relax and loose and calm.
- 1:47:40Speaker 8: And now the back of your neck, focusing on the
- 1:47:47Speaker 8: back of your neck, letting go of any tension that
- 1:47:58Speaker 8: may have been there before, and enjoying that.
- 1:48:06Speaker 4: Sense of increasing comfort and release that you can experience
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: in the back of your neck. Moving down your back
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: and moving either side of your spine right from the
- 1:48:35Speaker 4: top of your back all the way down to the
- 1:48:40Speaker 4: bottom of your back, down to your lower back. As
- 1:48:58Speaker 4: you move up and down your spine, you can feel
- 1:49:05Speaker 4: the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:49:21Speaker 4: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 1:49:38Speaker 4: your back, the top of your back, the middle, and
- 1:49:45Speaker 4: your lower back.
- 1:49:49Speaker 5: And as you scan.
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: Gently and slowly up and down your back, there's the
- 1:50:00Speaker 4: muscles in the top of your back relax and become looser.
- 1:50:10Speaker 4: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 1:50:16Speaker 4: to just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting, And.
- 1:50:32Speaker 5: In your lower back.
- 1:50:37Speaker 4: There seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: The spreads into your hips, so down your lower back,
- 1:50:56Speaker 4: into your hips, into the area where your coxsis are,
- 1:51:07Speaker 4: and into your buttocks, and all those muscles that spread
- 1:51:16Speaker 4: whom you luwer back into your hip area start to melt,
- 1:51:31Speaker 4: start to really let go. Don't even nowhere about to
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: focus on your shoulders. Your back and your spine will
- 1:51:50Speaker 4: continue to let go, continue to relate.
- 1:52:03Speaker 5: So calmly, and.
- 1:52:12Speaker 4: If you focus on your shoulders, you may notice that
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: they're already feeding really loose, they're already feeding calm and
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: feeding those muscles.
- 1:52:56Speaker 5: Then move from your neck into your shoulders. Feel so soft.
- 1:53:12Speaker 4: And gentle, so smooth and calm.
- 1:53:37Speaker 5: The feeding in your shoulders.
- 1:53:46Speaker 4: Seems to spread deep into your shoulders, that sense.
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: Of relaxation, not just.
- 1:53:59Speaker 4: Traveling deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones
- 1:54:17Speaker 4: and moving all the way to underneath your arms, relaxing
- 1:54:26Speaker 4: the whole area between the tops of your shoulders and
- 1:54:31Speaker 4: underneath your arms.
- 1:54:36Speaker 5: He Then you feel so.
- 1:54:45Speaker 4: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders.
- 1:54:55Speaker 5: Who sends that.
- 1:54:58Speaker 9: Deep healing.
- 1:55:03Speaker 4: Message into your arms? You may feel almost as if
- 1:55:21Speaker 4: your arms are not even there, because they're so relaxed, so.
- 1:55:32Speaker 5: Deeply relaxed, so so calm, so.
- 1:56:08Speaker 4: Pose not feeling spreading all the way down your arms
- 1:56:26Speaker 4: to elbows in including your elbows circumforts, spreads.
- 1:56:52Speaker 5: Your way.
- 1:56:55Speaker 4: Into wrists four arments and your wrists so heavy, yet
- 1:57:14Speaker 4: at the same time sunlight and gentle. Focusing now on
- 1:58:01Speaker 4: your hands, my hands, so peaceful in your hands, there's
- 1:58:55Speaker 4: a sense of.
- 1:58:59Speaker 5: Real peace. It just seems to I feel so familiar
- 1:59:25Speaker 5: when your hands relax.
- 1:59:28Speaker 9: Deeply yes, your thing is.
- 2:00:29Speaker 5: You think this sad?
- 2:01:03Speaker 9: You think your tips.
- 2:01:33Speaker 4: Moving your attention to affront to your body, so comfortable,
- 2:02:03Speaker 4: move then your fortress.
- 2:02:07Speaker 5: Tu legs, love my souls in your thighs.
- 2:03:48Speaker 4: And knees, so relaxed, a calf, mussels and just shams.
- 2:04:29Speaker 5: A crazy day four fathing.
- 2:06:32Speaker 4: Your feet, sir, peaceful, so calm, sir, peaceful, so calm,
- 2:07:29Speaker 4: so peaceful.
- 2:07:34Speaker 5: So calm, so peace for sin peace fall.
- 2:08:03Speaker 4: So calm, loding that deep relaxation, the spread your chest
- 2:08:19Speaker 4: and your storch.
- 2:08:24Speaker 5: S, letting go.
- 2:08:37Speaker 1: H everything.
- 2:08:50Speaker 4: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 2:08:56Speaker 4: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:09:05Speaker 4: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:09:12Speaker 4: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step
- 2:09:21Speaker 4: represents a deepening of that comfort, and the furvies you
- 2:09:37Speaker 4: walk down those steps are deeper and more relaxed.
- 2:09:43Speaker 5: You feel.
- 2:09:50Speaker 4: So starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen.
- 2:12:01Speaker 7: Sixteen.
- 2:13:40Speaker 5: Three four.
- 2:15:23Speaker 4: Four see.
- 2:16:30Speaker 5: Too well.
- 2:17:01Speaker 7: Us us.
- 2:19:47Speaker 10: No us.
- 2:20:49Speaker 4: Five seven.
- 2:22:57Speaker 5: S four h four.
- 2:27:06Speaker 3: H h.
- 2:28:47Speaker 5: F one. And now.
- 2:30:35Speaker 4: As you focus on your eyes, We're gonna count down
- 2:30:48Speaker 4: from ten touts one focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:31:04Speaker 4: the muscles around your eyes, your eyes walls themselves, a
- 2:31:13Speaker 4: whole area that makes up your eye. And as we
- 2:31:30Speaker 4: count down.
- 2:31:31Speaker 5: From ten.
- 2:31:33Speaker 4: Down to one, whilst focusing on your eyes, you'll become
- 2:31:49Speaker 4: twice is relaxed with each number counting down that you
- 2:32:01Speaker 4: may find the all you want to do is just
- 2:32:11Speaker 4: to drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:32:21Speaker 4: then just allow yourself to do that. Now, focusing on
- 2:32:34Speaker 4: your eyes, I'm going to begin counting down.
- 2:32:41Speaker 5: From ten down to one right now, ten.
- 2:33:22Speaker 4: Nine eight.
- 2:34:51Speaker 5: Se as A five.
- 2:38:06Speaker 4: Four three.
- 2:40:07Speaker 7: Two U.
- 2:41:54Speaker 5: One, So counting down from ten to one ten nine.
- 2:42:17Speaker 4: Eight seven six five four three.
- 2:42:34Speaker 5: Two one.
- 2:42:44Speaker 4: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:42:47Speaker 4: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 2:42:51Speaker 4: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 2:43:01Speaker 4: little bit of pressure there, like you're counting down from
- 2:43:05Speaker 4: ten to one. What you expect me to do, man,
- 2:43:08Speaker 4: expect me to stick go with floppy just because.
- 2:43:12Speaker 5: You're counting down. If you try again, but this time,
- 2:43:21Speaker 5: I go this lower.
- 2:43:25Speaker 4: This time, as you focus on the whole of your body,
- 2:43:31Speaker 4: before we focus on your legs, just notice.
- 2:43:38Speaker 5: How your body does.
- 2:43:41Speaker 4: Start to feel more relaxed with every number that I
- 2:43:54Speaker 4: count down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:44:44Speaker 5: Four three.
- 2:45:06Speaker 4: Two one, And just notice how how you feel generally,
- 2:45:44Speaker 4: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about yeah,
- 2:45:58Speaker 4: counting down from ten to one. It's that space that
- 2:46:05Speaker 4: you have, that space between being active physically or mentally
- 2:46:25Speaker 4: to just sitting or lying down and just being there,
- 2:46:34Speaker 4: not doing anything, not saying anything, not needing to think
- 2:46:39Speaker 4: about anything. So it opens up a space, you know,
- 2:46:46Speaker 4: a bit of a space, the gap. And the more
- 2:46:56Speaker 4: I camped down from ten to one, the bigger that
- 2:47:00Speaker 4: gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:47:17Speaker 4: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 2:47:30Speaker 4: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them.
- 2:47:35Speaker 5: Away. Allows you.
- 2:47:46Speaker 1: To just.
- 2:47:50Speaker 4: Slow down, someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 2:47:57Speaker 4: and notice that gap widening.
- 2:48:04Speaker 5: The gap.
- 2:48:06Speaker 4: And as it widens, it's almost like the thestress and
- 2:48:11Speaker 4: attention falls into the gap. It gives you that distance,
- 2:48:30Speaker 4: that space.
- 2:48:33Speaker 5: Now ten.
- 2:48:43Speaker 4: Nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 2:49:34Speaker 5: Four three two one. And how is your.
- 2:50:43Speaker 4: Body feel.
- 2:50:46Speaker 9: Now?
- 2:50:59Speaker 5: Can you know is the do you feeling calmer? Do
- 2:51:11Speaker 5: you feeling.
- 2:51:14Speaker 4: More relaxed.
- 2:51:38Speaker 5: As we now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:51:58Speaker 4: We're just gonna start. Not worth focusing on your thighs.
- 2:52:18Speaker 4: Of course, it's not the most exciting thing to.
- 2:52:22Speaker 5: Be doing, because.
- 2:52:27Speaker 4: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:52:29Speaker 4: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:52:42Speaker 4: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:52:48Speaker 4: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs. You're outer
- 2:52:55Speaker 4: thighs and you're inner thighs. Basically hold of your thigh
- 2:53:01Speaker 4: that leads into your hip and it goes down to your.
- 2:53:12Speaker 5: Knee joints.
- 2:53:18Speaker 4: Now, this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:53:25Speaker 4: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body.
- 2:53:32Speaker 5: Or in your thighs. But I don't think we.
- 2:53:46Speaker 4: Perhaps don't give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we
- 2:53:59Speaker 4: don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 2:54:21Speaker 4: how much they actually do for us all through our lives.
- 2:54:37Speaker 4: And it may seem sound.
- 2:54:39Speaker 5: Really weird, but.
- 2:54:43Speaker 4: I think that all of our body parts, especially our thighs,
- 2:54:50Speaker 4: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 2:54:57Speaker 4: of acknowledgement. Thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do
- 2:55:16Speaker 4: for us. And I know this may sound a strange.
- 2:55:29Speaker 4: Maybe you think, why am I surely how I should
- 2:55:32Speaker 4: be out in the garden hugging a tree or something.
- 2:55:36Speaker 5: Wow, it's hard to set.
- 2:55:41Speaker 4: A microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 2:55:45Speaker 4: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 2:55:48Speaker 4: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 2:55:57Speaker 4: you move down to your knees gain such an important part.
- 2:56:07Speaker 4: And I think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here,
- 2:56:15Speaker 4: I don't necessarily appreciate all that my needs do for
- 2:56:20Speaker 4: me until I have a problem with my knee. Occasionally,
- 2:56:26Speaker 4: if I ever, maybe i'll pash it or it's aching
- 2:56:31Speaker 4: for some reason. It's then that I realize how.
- 2:56:38Speaker 5: Much it does.
- 2:56:40Speaker 4: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 2:56:44Speaker 4: legs without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:56:52Speaker 5: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:56:55Speaker 4: That's possibly not appreciated until it's probably removed. You know
- 2:57:03Speaker 4: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:57:12Speaker 4: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:57:18Speaker 4: of gratitude.
- 2:57:22Speaker 5: And love to your needs for all that they do
- 2:57:24Speaker 5: for you.
- 2:57:35Speaker 4: And you can still have that attention on your thighs
- 2:57:39Speaker 4: and maybe notice how your thighs feel, maybe noticed that
- 2:57:46Speaker 4: they are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on
- 2:58:04Speaker 4: the bottoms of your legs, your shins, and your calf muscles,
- 2:58:09Speaker 4: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and
- 2:58:17Speaker 4: of course your ankles so important. You know, anyone that's
- 2:58:28Speaker 4: had even like the slightest sprain.
- 2:58:32Speaker 5: Of an ankle knows how how much we take our.
- 2:58:39Speaker 4: Ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 2:58:48Speaker 4: way when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists
- 2:58:54Speaker 4: are a lot thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 2:58:58Speaker 4: which is okay, I can't see any problem with that
- 2:59:03Speaker 4: because we're.
- 2:59:03Speaker 5: Just picking stuff up.
- 2:59:06Speaker 4: But our ankles so much thinner than the rest of
- 2:59:11Speaker 4: our legs, and from a physics perspective or logical.
- 2:59:22Speaker 5: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight.
- 2:59:28Speaker 4: Would ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading to
- 2:59:35Speaker 4: your feet. That thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does
- 2:59:48Speaker 4: so much great work. Supports us, supports our body for
- 2:59:55Speaker 4: a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps you to
- 3:00:10Speaker 4: get around and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles
- 3:00:19Speaker 4: of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:00:27Speaker 4: point in calf muscles didn't seem.
- 3:00:29Speaker 5: To do anything.
- 3:00:31Speaker 4: Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf
- 3:00:36Speaker 4: muscles get some work. But of course that's not true.
- 3:00:40Speaker 4: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs.
- 3:00:50Speaker 5: And your shins.
- 3:00:54Speaker 4: There to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way,
- 3:01:05Speaker 4: almost as a protector for the bone, leading of course
- 3:01:17Speaker 4: to your ankles and your feet. But we're not going
- 3:01:27Speaker 4: to focus on your feet. We're just going to focus
- 3:01:30Speaker 4: on the legs.
- 3:01:32Speaker 5: I realize.
- 3:01:35Speaker 4: That now that I've mentioned your feet, it probably focuses
- 3:01:39Speaker 4: on them anyway.
- 3:01:41Speaker 5: For maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:01:47Speaker 5: You can have them in your.
- 3:01:48Speaker 4: Awareness the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:01:55Speaker 4: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs few minutes,
- 3:02:02Speaker 4: let me focus in on your ankles. There's still that
- 3:02:12Speaker 4: sensation of comfort in your thighs, and this that movement.
- 3:02:28Speaker 5: Of energy.
- 3:02:31Speaker 4: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:02:38Speaker 4: there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that we have
- 3:02:43Speaker 4: in our thighs, but the skin on the outside of
- 3:02:57Speaker 4: the thighs, as in the outside side of all of
- 3:03:01Speaker 4: our body can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch,
- 3:03:13Speaker 4: sensitive to temperature. And inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 3:03:27Speaker 4: the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the ar trees, to
- 3:03:32Speaker 4: all this stuff that's inside your thighs. I guess sometimes
- 3:03:42Speaker 4: it'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 3:03:45Speaker 4: inside your thighs and a message, so you can message
- 3:03:51Speaker 4: on the outside, of course, but to be able to
- 3:03:55Speaker 4: get deep into the muscles, to be able to just
- 3:03:58Speaker 4: message inside your thighs, message in the bones of your leg,
- 3:04:07Speaker 4: massage in or the veins, and just gently healing your thighs,
- 3:04:21Speaker 4: and you could move down message and inside your knees.
- 3:04:27Speaker 4: It's message in those bones, but with healing fingertips spreading
- 3:04:35Speaker 4: that healing energy deep into the choice of your knees.
- 3:04:46Speaker 5: Of course, there's the back of your.
- 3:04:49Speaker 4: Your knee or the inside crease where your knee is.
- 3:04:55Speaker 4: It's a really sensitive area. Three that's very nice when
- 3:05:01Speaker 4: you stroke it. That might be because it's an area
- 3:05:06Speaker 4: that's not really touched very often. It's almost like a
- 3:05:11Speaker 4: hidden part that crease.
- 3:05:16Speaker 5: In your legs. It's almost like a part that.
- 3:05:22Speaker 4: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:05:33Speaker 4: it's protected by your legs. So you can imagine putting
- 3:05:45Speaker 4: your fingers into that crease in your legs, fold in
- 3:05:55Speaker 4: between your legs. You can just message with your fingertips.
- 3:06:00Speaker 4: Imagine your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue.
- 3:06:11Speaker 5: You can of course field.
- 3:06:13Speaker 4: The bones of your knees, healing through your fingertips, and
- 3:06:26Speaker 4: then as you go down to your calf muscles, and
- 3:06:32Speaker 4: that's a part I'd like to be able to really
- 3:06:36Speaker 4: put my fingertips deep inside my calf muscles, massage in
- 3:06:42Speaker 4: every single tissue of that muscle.
- 3:06:49Speaker 5: Healing every part, and then doing.
- 3:06:58Speaker 4: The same for my shins, massage and gently stroking the bones,
- 3:07:08Speaker 4: gently stroking them, healing in a loving way, because they
- 3:07:14Speaker 4: deserve to be treated as the precious bones that they are,
- 3:07:21Speaker 4: because our legs are so precious as in all the
- 3:07:25Speaker 4: other parts of our body, and more precious of amyture.
- 3:07:33Speaker 5: On the planet. When when you start to think about
- 3:07:49Speaker 5: your legs in this way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:08:00Speaker 5: It might sound a bit.
- 3:08:05Speaker 4: A bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:08:10Speaker 4: love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting
- 3:08:20Speaker 4: to be able to put your hands in your thighs
- 3:08:26Speaker 4: the massage the muscles and the bones, and to get
- 3:08:32Speaker 4: your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension.
- 3:08:40Speaker 5: Just to show how much you care.
- 3:08:47Speaker 4: About your legs, how much you care for what your
- 3:08:52Speaker 4: legs do for you regularly, your knees, your your ankles,
- 3:09:06Speaker 4: the strength of your ankles, considering how thin they are
- 3:09:14Speaker 4: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 3:09:22Speaker 4: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things.
- 3:09:33Speaker 5: Your ankles are truly a gift because of what they
- 3:09:43Speaker 5: do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless of how
- 3:09:55Speaker 5: what weight you are, even if you're only eight stone
- 3:10:00Speaker 5: h still a lot of weight for these little ankles. Now,
- 3:10:08Speaker 5: I'm a lot.
- 3:10:09Speaker 4: Heavier than eat snow double down, Yet my ankles support
- 3:10:19Speaker 4: my body all the time. Whether they do give off
- 3:10:26Speaker 4: a sigh of relief when I sit down. That's got
- 3:10:32Speaker 4: my whole legs do.
- 3:10:36Speaker 5: My feet feet also go, my toes clap. I'm so happy.
- 3:11:04Speaker 5: Your legs.
- 3:11:06Speaker 4: Really are amazing, And I know that talking about talking
- 3:11:14Speaker 4: about your legs is probably possibly among the most most
- 3:11:21Speaker 4: boring things I've ever heard anyone say, possibly.
- 3:11:28Speaker 5: You're boring or not.
- 3:11:30Speaker 4: Everything I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your
- 3:11:46Speaker 4: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 3:11:58Speaker 5: Deeply.
- 3:12:06Speaker 4: They deserve to take some time out of the day.
- 3:12:11Speaker 5: To just let go completely. The legs really can relax.
- 3:12:48Speaker 4: And because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:12:52Speaker 4: very important part of your body. And you relax your legs,
- 3:12:58Speaker 4: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:13:09Speaker 4: journey of comfort. I can feel it in my hips.
- 3:13:21Speaker 4: My hips feel really loose, and also.
- 3:13:28Speaker 5: My lighter back as well.
- 3:13:31Speaker 4: My lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:13:37Speaker 4: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:13:43Speaker 5: As far as I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:13:46Speaker 5: as if the muscles are just relaxed.
- 3:13:48Speaker 4: So much that there is a natural stretch as the
- 3:13:54Speaker 4: tension has reduced a lot. And I'm now going to
- 3:14:16Speaker 4: count down from ten downs of one and you can continue.
- 3:14:26Speaker 5: To fill wonderfully relaxed.
- 3:14:34Speaker 4: Ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:14:52Speaker 1: Five.
- 3:14:57Speaker 5: Four three.
- 3:15:05Speaker 1: Tube wh.
- 3:15:16Speaker 4: Relax. So I'm just going to count down and fire
- 3:15:28Speaker 4: down to one. And as a countdown, if you just
- 3:15:33Speaker 4: focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and
- 3:15:41Speaker 4: notice how you feel.
- 3:15:47Speaker 5: In this moment.
- 3:15:49Speaker 4: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:15:54Speaker 4: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:16:07Speaker 4: your body, but also relaxing your mind. I just notice
- 3:16:15Speaker 4: how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:16:22Speaker 4: there's nothing to think about, starting with.
- 3:16:30Speaker 5: Number five, four, three two one. As you notice the gradual.
- 3:17:24Speaker 4: Letting go the tension in your body, you may also
- 3:17:34Speaker 4: begin to notice and be aware of how your mind
- 3:17:40Speaker 4: is starting to slow down. This is just a natural
- 3:17:49Speaker 4: thing that happens. It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:17:57Speaker 5: It's just natural.
- 3:17:58Speaker 4: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:18:06Speaker 4: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:18:09Speaker 4: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:18:21Speaker 4: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:18:29Speaker 4: if this background sounds either your side online.
- 3:18:36Speaker 5: Is still going to be quite calm.
- 3:18:41Speaker 4: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:18:44Speaker 4: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recording
- 3:18:48Speaker 4: with music, of course, you're very likely not going to
- 3:18:56Speaker 4: be sitting in a room with other people.
- 3:18:59Speaker 5: Of course you might, but generally it's more ideal if
- 3:19:03Speaker 5: you can do this on your.
- 3:19:05Speaker 4: Own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:19:23Speaker 4: relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:19:38Speaker 4: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical
- 3:19:45Speaker 4: or something magical, this is just a natural process, something
- 3:19:57Speaker 4: that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the sense
- 3:20:08Speaker 4: of relaxing completely happens really when you put no effort
- 3:20:15Speaker 4: into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:20:22Speaker 4: It's something that happens naturally. And part of the process
- 3:20:31Speaker 4: of this recording and others.
- 3:20:37Speaker 5: Is simply.
- 3:20:40Speaker 4: Two allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:20:52Speaker 5: This time. It's just.
- 3:21:00Speaker 4: Let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:21:11Speaker 4: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:21:24Speaker 4: to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending
- 3:21:36Speaker 4: on what it is that you wish for yourself.
- 3:21:42Speaker 5: In this moment.
- 3:21:50Speaker 4: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:22:00Speaker 4: fallen asleep. The actual falling asleep part is the tiny
- 3:22:05Speaker 4: bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the
- 3:22:17Speaker 4: easier you find yourself drifting, you can also if you
- 3:22:35Speaker 4: choose stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process,
- 3:22:57Speaker 4: gradually relaxing each muscle.
- 3:23:14Speaker 5: In your body.
- 3:23:20Speaker 4: Effortlessly and just observing the sensation.
- 3:23:41Speaker 5: Of letting go.
- 3:23:48Speaker 4: Completely. This time, I'm an account from six down to one,
- 3:24:04Speaker 4: and you can notice.
- 3:24:06Speaker 5: Your mind.
- 3:24:10Speaker 4: Calming down more with each number. Do you hear me say,
- 3:24:23Speaker 4: naturally feeling calm and slow, be peaceful?
- 3:24:39Speaker 11: Sex, five, four, three, hush?
- 3:27:05Speaker 4: What being aware? How your mind to slow right down,
- 3:27:40Speaker 4: sinking deeply into relaxation.
- 3:28:01Speaker 5: And as you focus on your mind, you may notice
- 3:28:08Speaker 5: that there are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn
- 3:28:17Speaker 5: thoughts that for some reason perhaps need your attention. That's
- 3:28:33Speaker 5: what you can do is send love to those thoughts.
- 3:28:45Speaker 5: Sprinkle those thoughts with love.
- 3:28:54Speaker 4: M all petals from a flower. Just sprinkle it over them,
- 3:29:00Speaker 4: petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those
- 3:29:07Speaker 4: thoughts know that you're not abandon the number.
- 3:29:13Speaker 5: You just need them.
- 3:29:16Speaker 4: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiets down.
- 3:29:31Speaker 4: And now, so as you focus on those remaining thoughts,
- 3:29:44Speaker 4: as we count down this time from seven down to one.
- 3:29:50Speaker 4: With each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love.
- 3:30:04Speaker 5: Kindness gratitude.
- 3:30:10Speaker 4: Over those thoughts, which will allow them to just melt
- 3:30:19Speaker 4: away and relax deeply.
- 3:30:26Speaker 5: Of every number, those thoughts will become more.
- 3:30:39Speaker 4: And more relaxed, starting with number seven, six, five, four.
- 3:32:09Speaker 5: Hey what and as you now.
- 3:33:23Speaker 4: Notice how relaxed you're feeling in your body, we're going
- 3:33:44Speaker 4: to focus.
- 3:33:49Speaker 5: On your hands.
- 3:33:56Speaker 4: Is the more relaxed your hands are, the more relax
- 3:34:02Speaker 4: your body and mind are.
- 3:34:20Speaker 5: And there's.
- 3:34:22Speaker 4: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:34:33Speaker 4: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:34:38Speaker 4: dancing the fingers or anything like that. Yeah, it's just
- 3:34:49Speaker 4: noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing.
- 3:35:02Speaker 5: How they feel. Because the more.
- 3:35:21Speaker 4: Relaxed your hands feel, the calm your mind feels, and
- 3:35:32Speaker 4: the more.
- 3:35:36Speaker 5: Comforts you feel throughout your body and gee may have.
- 3:35:56Speaker 4: Already just you mind is starting.
- 3:36:20Speaker 1: To dress.
- 3:36:34Speaker 5: Like sense.
- 3:36:39Speaker 4: Just on your hands and fingers, allowing.
- 3:36:48Speaker 5: Them to cheat.
- 3:36:52Speaker 4: Experience how real deepening. That's that relaxation in your hands
- 3:37:04Speaker 4: and fingers, more and more relaxed.
- 3:37:21Speaker 5: With each number from eight down to one, you can.
- 3:37:39Speaker 4: Almost feel that healing and relaxing energy spreading into your
- 3:37:50Speaker 4: hands and fingers.
- 3:37:56Speaker 5: Becoming more relaxing with each number going down.
- 3:38:20Speaker 4: From eight down to one, drifting, drifting again, starting with.
- 3:38:43Speaker 9: Number fights.
- 3:39:08Speaker 3: Us as.
- 3:39:25Speaker 6: Se four.
- 3:41:18Speaker 4: Thy just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing
- 3:42:47Speaker 4: to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 3:43:03Speaker 4: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 3:43:11Speaker 4: you just normally feel when you take away all that
- 3:43:18Speaker 4: other stuff that we add, you know, things like stress
- 3:43:25Speaker 4: and worrying and over thinking, anxiety and tension, just generally
- 3:43:40Speaker 4: thinking about stuff.
- 3:43:44Speaker 5: And you take that away, which is what we do.
- 3:43:48Speaker 5: What we do now, we're left with.
- 3:43:59Speaker 4: A real sense of peacefulness which comes to you very
- 3:44:07Speaker 4: quickly because ultimately it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort,
- 3:44:27Speaker 4: almost as if you've gone inside yourself and you've found a.
- 3:44:31Speaker 5: Special place where.
- 3:44:36Speaker 4: Everything is peaceful, a place where you can feel relaxed
- 3:44:48Speaker 4: and your natural sense of comfort, a place where you
- 3:44:57Speaker 4: can be you, where you can accept yourself for who
- 3:45:06Speaker 4: you are, the place where you're not trying to please
- 3:45:14Speaker 4: anybody else ever, the place where you can actually not
- 3:45:27Speaker 4: just love yourself, but in some ways more importantly, you
- 3:45:33Speaker 4: can like yourself appreciate who you are. That sense of gratitude.
- 3:45:54Speaker 7: Is in the air all around you.
- 3:46:03Speaker 5: That's also a place where you can actually feel.
- 3:46:11Speaker 4: The healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking
- 3:46:26Speaker 4: into your body, and that healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:46:40Speaker 4: traveling to each and every single part.
- 3:46:47Speaker 5: Of your body. When you start to realize that actually
- 3:46:57Speaker 5: that healing.
- 3:46:58Speaker 4: Energy, it's not just entered into your brain, it's become
- 3:47:06Speaker 4: part of your brain, and the spinal fluid is now
- 3:47:18Speaker 4: mixed with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel
- 3:47:30Speaker 4: so much more relaxed.
- 3:47:34Speaker 5: And healthy in this moment, but also.
- 3:47:45Speaker 4: You start to realize that actually, what's happening now with
- 3:47:52Speaker 4: that healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body, it's actually
- 3:48:03Speaker 4: changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're going
- 3:48:13Speaker 4: to feel, not just now, but tomorrow and the next day.
- 3:48:22Speaker 4: There's your health improves, not just your physical health, but
- 3:48:29Speaker 4: your mental health. Things that used to bother you in
- 3:48:37Speaker 4: the past, for some reason, no longer have the effect
- 3:48:45Speaker 4: that they used to because something has changed deep within you.
- 3:48:59Speaker 4: Maybe thinks mister used to cause you to feel anger
- 3:49:09Speaker 4: no longer have that power to control you the way
- 3:49:19Speaker 4: they seem to be able to before. As you realize
- 3:49:28Speaker 4: that you are the one who decides what affects you.
- 3:49:40Speaker 4: You're the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm.
- 3:49:51Speaker 5: When you choose to enjoy.
- 3:49:58Speaker 4: Noticing these natural developments of healing, continuing to grow and
- 3:50:14Speaker 4: improve your life day by day, including of course, your ability.
- 3:50:28Speaker 5: To relax so much easier and sleeping.
- 3:50:43Speaker 4: It's the most natural thing in the world to you
- 3:50:53Speaker 4: because fall in the sleep is something that you've done
- 3:51:00Speaker 4: so many times.
- 3:51:02Speaker 5: In your life, and you know that you were born,
- 3:51:10Speaker 5: as we all were, with the ability.
- 3:51:14Speaker 4: To fall asleep naturally. We're born with that ability to
- 3:51:28Speaker 4: just drift.
- 3:51:31Speaker 5: Off into a deep, healing sleep.
- 3:51:42Speaker 10: Even when we're.
- 3:51:42Speaker 4: Kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we don't even want
- 3:51:47Speaker 4: to try to us stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday
- 3:51:54Speaker 4: in the morning, or it's Christmas or holiday.
- 3:51:58Speaker 5: Or something we look forward to. We don't want to
- 3:52:00Speaker 5: go to sleep.
- 3:52:03Speaker 4: But the more you want to stay awake, the more
- 3:52:08Speaker 4: we just start to drift. And the more you fight drifting,
- 3:52:17Speaker 4: the more you try to stop yourself and drift in
- 3:52:20Speaker 4: a safe the deeper is stronger that drifting becomes. Because
- 3:52:33Speaker 4: we're born not just with the need to relax deeply
- 3:52:40Speaker 4: and to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright. It's
- 3:52:50Speaker 4: part of our DNA, and sometimes get older in life,
- 3:53:02Speaker 4: perhaps at times we have forgotten.
- 3:53:11Speaker 5: Relaxing completely.
- 3:53:16Speaker 4: It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:53:40Speaker 5: It's very very easy to let go, because that's all
- 3:53:48Speaker 5: it is, is just.
- 3:53:52Speaker 4: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:54:04Speaker 4: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 3:54:14Speaker 5: For my voice to relax.
- 3:54:21Speaker 4: When you press that play button, you have given me
- 3:54:24Speaker 4: permission for my words.
- 3:54:31Speaker 5: To effect you in a positive, only a positive way.
- 3:54:45Speaker 5: Opening up your mind. Two useful and healing.
- 3:55:04Speaker 4: Suggestions that can have such an amazing effect on how
- 3:55:20Speaker 4: you feel right now, as well as those changes that
- 3:55:32Speaker 4: continue long after the recording ends, those changes within you
- 3:55:45Speaker 4: that continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life in positive,
- 3:56:01Speaker 4: beautiful way, allowing you to move forward in your life
- 3:56:12Speaker 4: in the direction that you.
- 3:56:14Speaker 5: Choose for yourself.
- 3:56:26Speaker 4: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:56:46Speaker 5: This feels so nice.
- 3:56:57Speaker 4: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 3:57:11Speaker 4: grows within you each and every day. Moving forward, you're
- 3:57:30Speaker 4: going to find you're more relaxed physically and in your mind,
- 3:57:43Speaker 4: is more relaxed. And it's not that you're thinking slower,
- 3:57:53Speaker 4: it's just that your mind would be less clogged up
- 3:57:58Speaker 4: with unneess sorry negativity, because from now on, your mind
- 3:58:09Speaker 4: rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to start noticing
- 3:58:22Speaker 4: when negativity arises. You can just say stop, stop, and
- 3:58:37Speaker 4: that negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 3:58:52Speaker 5: Stop and that negativity would disappear.
- 3:59:10Speaker 4: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 3:59:18Speaker 4: than you probably expected.
- 3:59:26Speaker 5: You can now.
- 3:59:31Speaker 4: Congratulate yourself because you're the person that has done this.
- 3:59:38Speaker 5: You are the one that has opened your.
- 3:59:42Speaker 4: Mind up to the simple facts, and you can feel
- 3:59:51Speaker 4: more relaxed in your body.
- 3:59:54Speaker 5: And in your mind. You've opened your mind up to
- 4:00:06Speaker 5: the birthright of.
- 4:00:07Speaker 7: Being able to just.
- 4:00:10Speaker 4: Fall asleep easily when you choose. And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:00:27Speaker 7: Don't you think.
- 4:00:30Speaker 5: It feels nice? Doesn't it?
- 4:00:35Speaker 4: To feel calm?
- 4:00:39Speaker 5: All that healing.
- 4:00:40Speaker 4: Energy is spreading through your body in your mind to
- 4:00:51Speaker 4: spend time in a special place where negativity can no
- 4:01:01Speaker 4: longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's not allowed.
- 4:01:15Speaker 4: Entrigue doesn't doesn't this doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't
- 4:01:22Speaker 4: belong here.
- 4:01:27Speaker 5: Negativity has no place in your life, which makes room for.
- 4:01:42Speaker 4: More comfort, more healing, more relaxation, more peace.
- 4:02:13Speaker 5: Who's nice, doesn't it.
- 4:02:16Speaker 7: Just to let go.
- 4:02:24Speaker 9: Everything?
- 4:02:38Speaker 12: When the count down now from twenty down to one,
- 4:02:46Speaker 12: he can continue to relax.
- 4:02:50Speaker 7: If you choose, you can.
- 4:02:55Speaker 5: Trea to sleep that renumber. He may say.
- 4:03:10Speaker 4: You can fill twice as relaxed, or if you choose,
- 4:03:18Speaker 4: you can fill twice as sleeping.
- 4:03:28Speaker 5: Now twenty.
- 4:03:43Speaker 4: Ninety eighteen seven team six Sting fifteen fourteen thirteen to
- 4:04:43Speaker 4: wel leven nine.
- 4:05:16Speaker 5: Eight seven six five.
- 4:05:49Speaker 1: War.
- 4:06:00Speaker 13: Yeah, this is your time.
- 4:06:26Speaker 5: Let just take a break, your time to.
- 4:06:36Speaker 4: Relax, to allow your mind to slow down, to give
- 4:06:52Speaker 4: yourself permission to take a break from everything. And you're
- 4:07:11Speaker 4: the only person.
- 4:07:13Speaker 7: That can make that decision. You're the only.
- 4:07:19Speaker 5: Person who can actually tell your mind to just relax,
- 4:07:35Speaker 5: to just take some time off so that you can
- 4:07:51Speaker 5: focus on your body, getting in touch with how you feel.
- 4:07:59Speaker 4: Physically, and in the process of this body scan where
- 4:08:15Speaker 4: you focus on different.
- 4:08:17Speaker 5: Parts of your body, those parts that.
- 4:08:26Speaker 4: You focus on and observe. Even though you're not purposely requesting.
- 4:08:39Speaker 5: For those parts of your body.
- 4:08:40Speaker 4: To relax, it's kind of expected you expect when you
- 4:08:49Speaker 4: listen to my voice to feel more relaxed naturally, because
- 4:09:02Speaker 4: when you're listening to me, your attention is focused on
- 4:09:12Speaker 4: my words, and does my words did you to focus
- 4:09:28Speaker 4: on those parts of your body? Your focus increases, which
- 4:09:43Speaker 4: actually calms your mind. And when you wind calms down,
- 4:10:04Speaker 4: your body.
- 4:10:07Speaker 5: Relaxes. And when your body calms down, your mind relaxes.
- 4:10:37Speaker 4: And though not really started to focus on your body,
- 4:10:48Speaker 4: you can already.
- 4:10:51Speaker 5: Feel that healing energy spreading through your body, pushing out
- 4:11:08Speaker 5: stress at tension, heathing.
- 4:11:17Speaker 4: All the parts of your body bleeding, the skin, the bones,
- 4:11:25Speaker 4: your blood, all of your workings inside your body, all
- 4:11:32Speaker 4: of the muscles, all the fat on everything, every hair
- 4:11:41Speaker 4: on your body.
- 4:11:44Speaker 5: Is a field of bag energy. And when your brain
- 4:12:00Speaker 5: fields of bad healing energy.
- 4:12:10Speaker 4: The feeding of comforts of relaxation.
- 4:12:18Speaker 7: Increases, deeply increases.
- 4:12:34Speaker 5: In a way your mind.
- 4:12:43Speaker 4: Stumps to fill. Perhaps speak to rousing because it's not needed,
- 4:13:00Speaker 4: may start.
- 4:13:05Speaker 7: To drift if that's what's needed. So you're listening to
- 4:13:21Speaker 7: this and what you need is deeply vexation, that's what
- 4:13:27Speaker 7: you get.
- 4:13:29Speaker 3: If what you need is.
- 4:13:33Speaker 7: To fall asleep naturally and easily, that your mind drifts.
- 4:13:42Speaker 5: That's also for whatever, accuse, why.
- 4:13:54Speaker 4: Listen that play button on the podcast and listening to
- 4:14:00Speaker 4: me give permission your body and your mind, in fact,
- 4:14:15Speaker 4: give the command to your body and your mind to
- 4:14:19Speaker 4: relt deeply and to drift off to sleep. If that's
- 4:14:32Speaker 4: what you want, one need, and it's I focus on
- 4:14:49Speaker 4: the two parts of your body.
- 4:14:56Speaker 7: You may start to just to read, and when you
- 4:15:05Speaker 7: come back again you hear me talking. I'm focusing on
- 4:15:11Speaker 7: a different part of your body.
- 4:15:18Speaker 3: You may.
- 4:15:21Speaker 7: I'm just so drifting.
- 4:15:26Speaker 5: Do you don't realize you're drifting.
- 4:15:30Speaker 7: Until you stop drifting?
- 4:15:33Speaker 4: You're alert again to my voice. Hurcusine what a different
- 4:15:41Speaker 4: part of your body starts to relax?
- 4:15:45Speaker 7: The DEMI guess that drifting. It's basically you already in
- 4:15:57Speaker 7: the sleep side.
- 4:16:05Speaker 5: And the more you do it, the longer you drift.
- 4:16:10Speaker 7: The longer you do it. Eventually that drifting continues into sleep,
- 4:16:25Speaker 7: and that's the last you remember until you wake up
- 4:16:35Speaker 7: in your own time when you experience the high amount
- 4:16:40Speaker 7: of sleep.
- 4:16:41Speaker 3: To you.
- 4:16:46Speaker 7: If you do, and if you do, you are a
- 4:16:50Speaker 7: sleep extrue blessings, so relaxing, so deep sleep feels so
- 4:17:19Speaker 7: nice to maxine to the one body in mind you
- 4:17:32Speaker 7: feel that he is spreading through mylaxin is so deep
- 4:17:46Speaker 7: relax and so deeply you start the weakest on your eyes.
- 4:18:13Speaker 7: You lay down to you cure.
- 4:18:26Speaker 3: Now do you make.
- 4:18:35Speaker 5: Assure this?
- 4:18:43Speaker 13: Oh?
- 4:18:59Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 4:19:00Speaker 7: Yes, yes, yes?
- 4:19:30Speaker 3: By what it is you think?
- 4:19:56Speaker 7: You graving inside your body?
- 4:20:38Speaker 3: You are?
- 4:20:41Speaker 5: Now let's focus again.
- 4:20:48Speaker 7: And parts of your body. But you said this time
- 4:20:55Speaker 7: on your forehead. H now on your mouth, lips, the
- 4:21:08Speaker 7: dumb ald of your mouth? What you said?
- 4:21:27Speaker 5: On your fingers?
- 4:21:33Speaker 7: Maybe kids, maybe you think it's a little bitsy. Can
- 4:21:39Speaker 7: focus on each one in the picture, but hands.
- 4:21:53Speaker 5: And even bos.
- 4:21:54Speaker 7: You focus on both of your hands. Now you know,
- 4:21:59Speaker 7: let's he just melt into one.
- 4:22:07Speaker 5: Wade your right hand start together?
- 4:22:10Speaker 7: Lived happened? Mast? Is it just mixed together?
- 4:22:25Speaker 3: Now?
- 4:22:25Speaker 7: Focusing on your knees. Just make to si how your
- 4:22:35Speaker 7: knees fell? Now focusing what ELPs? Focusing? But two hovers.
- 4:23:07Speaker 5: Just absurd.
- 4:23:14Speaker 7: Amors? Now serve.
- 4:23:44Speaker 3: What you think?
- 4:23:55Speaker 7: Anything I can the kings its cool sensations as aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
- 4:25:55Speaker 7: y twice.
- 4:26:05Speaker 3: What you.
- 4:26:13Speaker 7: Be aware?
- 4:26:16Speaker 3: Now?
- 4:26:19Speaker 5: It sweee.
- 4:26:22Speaker 3: Yeah? Right now.
- 4:26:58Speaker 7: What you say?
- 4:27:12Speaker 5: Who fails? Nice? Say you mind?
- 4:27:40Speaker 7: Now let him go? Lets you go, lets you go.
- 4:28:22Speaker 14: Everything, lets you go, let me go, let's you go.
- 4:28:57Speaker 3: Very thing.
- 4:29:13Speaker 5: I can you start now, And i'd likely just first
- 4:29:17Speaker 5: of all, just to see some lying down on the
- 4:29:23Speaker 5: message table, lying on the front.
- 4:29:28Speaker 4: Your head is supported, your arms are supported, and you
- 4:29:36Speaker 4: feel comfortable and you're breathing. It's really easy, and you
- 4:29:42Speaker 4: feel you feel confident in how you look as well.
- 4:29:49Speaker 4: So there's another that issue of body problems or shyness.
- 4:29:54Speaker 4: Because I'm a professional and this is a therapy session,
- 4:30:03Speaker 4: so none of that stuff matters, and whatsoever.
- 4:30:11Speaker 5: This is about you. This is about how you feel,
- 4:30:18Speaker 5: how you can enjoy that sense.
- 4:30:23Speaker 4: Of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting go and
- 4:30:30Speaker 4: allowing my hands.
- 4:30:33Speaker 5: My thing is to relax you.
- 4:30:38Speaker 4: By a message nobody, No one starts off just by
- 4:30:47Speaker 4: placing my hands on the back of your head, just generally,
- 4:30:55Speaker 4: just you can feel with my hands.
- 4:30:58Speaker 5: Feel like really on you.
- 4:31:04Speaker 4: So you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:31:06Speaker 4: on the back of your head, and with my hands
- 4:31:12Speaker 4: the side of your head, not pressing, but just holding
- 4:31:16Speaker 4: there very gently, maybe over your ears, and a little
- 4:31:22Speaker 4: bit on your face, just so you can feel my hands.
- 4:31:29Speaker 5: So you can become accustomed to them, and now put
- 4:31:42Speaker 5: my hands in the back of your head again and
- 4:31:45Speaker 5: gently let them slide down onto the back of your neck.
- 4:31:59Speaker 5: You can feel my hands gently stroking the back of
- 4:32:09Speaker 5: your neck, and start with.
- 4:32:15Speaker 7: Just so you can get used to the.
- 4:32:18Speaker 5: Feeling my hands on your skin, get accustomed to.
- 4:32:26Speaker 4: Realize that you're safe, it's all good, it's all fine,
- 4:32:37Speaker 4: And we start gently messaging the muscles.
- 4:32:41Speaker 3: In the back of your neck.
- 4:32:50Speaker 7: Play your hands.
- 4:32:57Speaker 4: And this is a very trusting situation, really, because our
- 4:33:03Speaker 4: next is so fragile. To have someone have their hands
- 4:33:09Speaker 4: around your neck in that way and sometimes be problematic
- 4:33:14Speaker 4: for people, which is why massages are quite good, because
- 4:33:19Speaker 4: it allows you to relax and to in touch with trust,
- 4:33:34Speaker 4: to feel peaceful and calm. It's a massage the science
- 4:33:47Speaker 4: of your neck, gently moving from the bottom of your
- 4:33:55Speaker 4: neck to be sort of nearly your shoulders start.
- 4:33:59Speaker 5: Against okay, all the way up.
- 4:34:03Speaker 7: To your jaw.
- 4:34:06Speaker 5: It is in an area that's side of your neck.
- 4:34:12Speaker 7: Of course, there's a.
- 4:34:13Speaker 4: Lot longer than the front of your neck, and the
- 4:34:28Speaker 4: massage in the back of your neck, especially that area
- 4:34:36Speaker 4: where perhaps we hold tension, and it's that area's massage.
- 4:34:45Speaker 5: You can actually feel a sense of release in the.
- 4:34:49Speaker 15: Back of your neck.
- 4:34:56Speaker 7: And maybe you can breathe it out as well. I
- 4:35:00Speaker 7: want to sounds not just how you feel.
- 4:35:13Speaker 5: They're moving down to that area between the neck and
- 4:35:17Speaker 5: the shoulders that muster the area, starting to message.
- 4:35:26Speaker 7: The area on both sides.
- 4:35:30Speaker 4: And this would be the area that a lot of
- 4:35:32Speaker 4: people would message if they were going to give you,
- 4:35:35Speaker 4: like the shoulder message. Even that's not technically the shoulders,
- 4:35:41Speaker 4: but it's all the muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:35:46Speaker 7: From the neck and again making a.
- 4:35:50Speaker 5: Whole attention and stress.
- 4:35:54Speaker 4: And when massaged sometimes a nice deep message.
- 4:35:58Speaker 5: Is useful.
- 4:36:02Speaker 7: If you decide how deep that message is.
- 4:36:17Speaker 5: And just allow my knuckles just to dig in.
- 4:36:24Speaker 7: To get to those muscles into a really relaxed up.
- 4:36:33Speaker 4: All the time being firm yet gentle, did you I'm
- 4:36:51Speaker 4: just stretching down the area two actres shoulders move and
- 4:37:00Speaker 4: the muscles of your shoulders, and maybe initially just.
- 4:37:11Speaker 5: Pulling up the shoulders.
- 4:37:12Speaker 7: A little bit off the table just to give you
- 4:37:16Speaker 7: a little bit of.
- 4:37:16Speaker 5: A stretch the reachingly.
- 4:37:26Speaker 4: At the muscles at the front of your shoulders besides
- 4:37:30Speaker 4: of the back.
- 4:37:39Speaker 7: Again, this is the part that can really.
- 4:37:43Speaker 5: Take quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit of needing.
- 4:37:51Speaker 3: If if you wish to.
- 4:37:56Speaker 7: Release the tension, really get into.
- 4:38:00Speaker 5: Those muscles and plant your fingers in there.
- 4:38:08Speaker 7: You feel really.
- 4:38:09Speaker 4: Nice sometimes just being stroked gently. I've been massaged quite strongly.
- 4:38:22Speaker 4: It can all be beneficial.
- 4:38:25Speaker 5: To the realization. But the muscles in your shoulders.
- 4:38:43Speaker 7: Now you've moved down your arms.
- 4:38:52Speaker 5: You in one arm at a time, starting with your
- 4:38:56Speaker 5: right arm.
- 4:39:03Speaker 15: What I'll do is I just lift your arm up.
- 4:39:07Speaker 4: Just holding society and wants to be attacked, and I
- 4:39:16Speaker 4: just message the tops of your heart all the way
- 4:39:31Speaker 4: down to your forearms. It's your wrists. Can't be messaging.
- 4:39:55Speaker 5: That hearts.
- 4:39:58Speaker 7: The soft the part which is the under part of
- 4:40:01Speaker 7: the army, leads to the crease in the roll bad
- 4:40:08Speaker 7: the inside much more sensitive skill sometimes just happen that strike.
- 4:40:28Speaker 7: You're really nice playing board and relaxing. Now leaping down
