- 1:48Speaker 1: pushing your vision forward.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Let's talk about the Drake and Kendrick battle. But I
- 1:55Speaker 3: want to talk I want to talk about from a
- 1:56Speaker 3: business few business lessons that I think can be learned
- 1:59Speaker 3: from this marketing, marketing and business lessons. And I first
- 2:05Speaker 3: thought off by saying who won. The biggest winner is
- 2:10Speaker 3: Universal Records, the biggest loser facts, the biggest loser is
- 2:13Speaker 3: j Cole. But in the semantic battle of who won,
- 2:19Speaker 3: Kendrick Lamar won the battle or is winning the battle
- 2:22Speaker 3: in my opinion. But what's what's interesting is that I
- 2:25Speaker 3: think you can learn something from this, right, And one
- 2:28Speaker 3: of the first thing is be extremely careful about accepting
- 2:35Speaker 3: challenges when you have everything to lose and nothing to gain.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I always say it's not it's not really advantageous to
- 2:42Speaker 3: fight down. It is very advantageous to fight up, right, Yep.
- 2:47Speaker 3: In this situation, I think Drake had nothing to really
- 2:50Speaker 3: gain in this situation and everything to lose, and I
- 2:53Speaker 3: felt that the public was going to pretty much say
- 2:59Speaker 3: he lost. No matter what he did. He would have
- 3:00Speaker 3: had to execute a flawless game plan of flawless delivery.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Anything short of absolute perfection. The fight was kind of fixed.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Not to say that Kendrick Kendrick did what he's supposed
- 3:14Speaker 3: to do, but you know, Drake just had so much
- 3:18Speaker 3: negativity that just the public animosity for him, it was,
- 3:23Speaker 3: it was it was kind of a no win situation
- 3:26Speaker 3: for him.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Really, what cause of animosity do you think? Because I
- 3:30Speaker 4: think that's a great lesson too, and what not to
- 3:31Speaker 4: do any any type of success breaths envy man.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Well, I think it's certain. You know, there's a reason
- 3:36Speaker 3: why jay Z is not on Instagram, why you don't
- 3:39Speaker 3: see him, right, There's a reason why Eminem you never
- 3:42Speaker 3: see him. There's a reason why doctor Dre you've never
- 3:45Speaker 3: seen him, right, Like, very few people can maintain over
- 3:51Speaker 3: a decade of dominance and be in the public eye
- 3:55Speaker 3: for all the time and not garnish some level of
- 4:00Speaker 3: resentment and hate as human nature. Right, So I think
- 4:03Speaker 3: a lot of it just comes from people just don't
- 4:07Speaker 3: like to see people winning for long periods of time,
- 4:09Speaker 3: like Lebron.
- 4:10Speaker 2: James, that's it perfect parents.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Part of it is, I think it might be some
- 4:15Speaker 3: level of his personality right where he's kind of a
- 4:19Speaker 3: person that's easy to hate. Right, let's just be honest, Like,
- 4:22Speaker 3: you know, he's you would traditionally say it like he's
- 4:27Speaker 3: like a corny guy, right, Like traditionally like that would
- 4:30Speaker 3: be somebody who got money and kind of so it's
- 4:32Speaker 3: like that's always an easy target to kind of pick
- 4:35Speaker 3: on somebody like that, right. His upbringing, He's Jewish, He's
- 4:38Speaker 3: from Canada. He had the afro, he was on Nickelodeon,
- 4:42Speaker 3: he was in the wheelchair and then he came and
- 4:44Speaker 3: then he you know, the narratives, so that's he's easy
- 4:48Speaker 3: narratives to kind of plates and put on him. Right,
- 4:51Speaker 3: He's not from America's from Canada, it's a whole thing,
- 4:54Speaker 3: and that's part of it, I think, you know, and
- 4:56Speaker 3: then also I think you know he's done things to
- 5:01Speaker 3: kind of troll other people in the past, and that
- 5:05Speaker 3: he's kind of that's kind of been synonymous with his personality.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Is kind of like, you know, a troll and somebody
- 5:11Speaker 3: who's kind of arrogant, and you know, so those those
- 5:14Speaker 3: type of people are always easy targets as well a
- 5:18Speaker 3: variety of different factors that kind of make them an
- 5:21Speaker 3: easy target. So just be mindful of that when you're
- 5:24Speaker 3: building your personal persona, your business persona that you know
- 5:27Speaker 3: you have to be whoever you feel comfortable being. But
- 5:30Speaker 3: in that type of role, you're going to garnish more
- 5:34Speaker 3: hate as opposed to somebody like Kendrick Lamar or j Cole,
- 5:37Speaker 3: who I don't think anybody hates them, right. They might
- 5:40Speaker 3: not like their music, but I never heard one person like,
- 5:43Speaker 3: really vehemently like dislike them as a person, right Like
- 5:45Speaker 3: they're not they're pretty. It's hard to dislike somebody like that.
- 5:49Speaker 3: You don't even see them. They don't they're not flashy,
- 5:52Speaker 3: They dress down every time you see them. They don't
- 5:55Speaker 3: talk about taking people's girls. They don't show their their cars.
- 5:59Speaker 3: They don't show that. How is they haven't flashed any money,
- 6:02Speaker 3: they don't talk about money. It's they've kind of checked
- 6:05Speaker 3: all the boxes that Drake doesn't. Drake checks every other box,
- 6:09Speaker 3: like you know what I'm saying. So they're like really
- 6:10Speaker 3: total opposites. Shaping narratives is extremely important in marketing, for
- 6:15Speaker 3: yourself and for your opponent, right, because what I realized
- 6:18Speaker 3: in marketing is that it's not necessarily was true is
- 6:21Speaker 3: what people believe to be true. But you're right, I
- 6:25Speaker 3: mean we see this all the time, right, Like you know,
- 6:28Speaker 3: if you really look at the thing, it's probably a
- 6:31Speaker 3: blackout topic. But it's been historically proven that Jesus Christ
- 6:35Speaker 3: wasn't born in December, right if you look at the archives.
- 6:41Speaker 3: But it was marketed. That's how it was marketed. And
- 6:44Speaker 3: it's Christmas, so nobody really cares when his actual birthday is.
- 6:48Speaker 3: It's not it's not of importance, right, What's more important
- 6:54Speaker 3: is the celebration of Christmas. Right, So that's a marketing
- 6:58Speaker 3: campaign which garnishes trillions of dollars in spending globally every
- 7:04Speaker 3: single year, and it works, right, So the actual truth
- 7:08Speaker 3: behind it is irrelevant at this point. Nobody cares. What
- 7:13Speaker 3: is more important is what people believe. Right, And there's
- 7:17Speaker 3: been some narratives that may not be true, but doesn't
- 7:22Speaker 3: really necessarily matter, right, it would say people. The thing
- 7:27Speaker 3: about saying something, too is that the crazy thing about
- 7:29Speaker 3: saying something is that once you say something, somebody never
- 7:34Speaker 3: forgets what you said. Somebody never forgets it. Right. So
- 7:37Speaker 3: even if it gets debunked in and it said it's
- 7:39Speaker 3: not true, it doesn't really matter because there's going to
- 7:42Speaker 3: be some people that still believe it or still remember it. Right.
- 7:46Speaker 3: So these narratives, whether it's self inflicted narratives about yourself,
- 7:51Speaker 3: some people make up stories about themselves, right, and or
- 7:55Speaker 3: it's you make up narratives about your opponent to try
- 7:58Speaker 3: to disminish them. That's a that's a tactic that has
- 8:03Speaker 3: been used in business for a long period of time.
- 8:05Speaker 3: It's not it's not clean, right, but it's one Lauren
- 8:10Speaker 3: and Tommy hill Figure back in the day, exactly Tommy
- 8:13Speaker 3: hill Figure. They remember that they said that Tommy Hill
- 8:15Speaker 3: Figure was a racist. They never really showed you him
- 8:18Speaker 3: say this, but it was said enough that to this
- 8:22Speaker 3: day people a lot of people still do business because
- 8:26Speaker 3: they say they think it is racists. It's a perfect example.
- 8:30Speaker 3: I think you have to be you have to take
- 8:31Speaker 3: your time and be calculated and confident in your plan
- 8:36Speaker 3: and move with speed. Success love speed. So I think
- 8:38Speaker 3: that Kendrick Lamar, he took his time when everybody was
- 8:41Speaker 3: counting him out, He took two weeks, but when he
- 8:44Speaker 3: actually did attack, he had dropped three records in three days.
- 8:48Speaker 3: So it's like, you know, he he waited strategically and
- 8:53Speaker 3: he moved with extreme precision and the speed of light, right,
- 8:58Speaker 3: like we've never seen anything like that and such rapid timeframe.
- 9:02Speaker 3: It's always good to have other people champion you, right
- 9:05Speaker 3: as opposed to you champion yourself. Another great thing that
- 9:09Speaker 3: Kendrick Lamar has done where he's he had the public
- 9:15Speaker 3: talking about him right where he didn't necessarily he's not
- 9:17Speaker 3: on Instagram, he's not on Twitter. Right he has the
- 9:22Speaker 3: public that's championing him, and he's become like a man
- 9:24Speaker 3: of the people that's better than you, saying like I'm
- 9:29Speaker 3: the best, I'm this, I'm that. Because if you keep,
- 9:31Speaker 3: if you keep championing yourself, you're gonna garnish resentment as well, right,
- 9:36Speaker 3: So I think he's done a great job in positioning
- 9:39Speaker 3: from the aspect of he never talks, he doesn't do interviews,
- 9:42Speaker 3: he's not on Instagram. Hardley got like two posts on Instagram.
- 9:46Speaker 3: But he's done a good job of having the public
- 9:48Speaker 3: and other people his peers champion him so that his
- 9:53Speaker 3: name is always being spread without him actually having to
- 9:56Speaker 3: spread it. Then, as far as trapping your opponents, I
- 9:59Speaker 3: think that he definitely Lord Drake into a trap. Yeah, no,
- 10:03Speaker 3: finally calling them out six sixteen, and he kind of
- 10:07Speaker 3: used he used Drake's formula. Right, two back to back
- 10:09Speaker 3: songs calling them out. Then Drake drops a visual for
- 10:12Speaker 3: a record that's actually a really good record, six minutes,
- 10:15Speaker 3: three different beat changes. He and then ten minutes later
- 10:18Speaker 3: Kendrick Lamar drops and nobody cares about that record anymore. Right,
- 10:22Speaker 3: It literally is like a it's like a solar eclipse.
- 10:25Speaker 3: And then use other people's strengths. So it's like he
- 10:29Speaker 3: used not only that, but he also used that Mustard song,
- 10:32Speaker 3: the club song. Right, and now this is an anthem
- 10:35Speaker 3: that's back to that's Drake's formula if you look it
- 10:37Speaker 3: back to back, if you look at state scheming, when
- 10:40Speaker 3: he dies, commented, Drake would make these He's like the
- 10:42Speaker 3: first person to actually ever do that, right where he
- 10:44Speaker 3: made a disc record into a number one song. Usually
- 10:48Speaker 3: disc records are not played in clubs. Drake was playing,
- 10:51Speaker 3: he would make a dis record that and he did
- 10:53Speaker 3: it with push ups. But then Kendrick Lamar took that
- 10:56Speaker 3: formula and did it with the not like us. And
- 10:59Speaker 3: now that's because like a West Coast anthem that they
- 11:01Speaker 3: that they just going crazy to right now.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Right so historically, well we can yes history, I think
- 11:08Speaker 1: I wouldn't give Drake the credit for doing that.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Who's done that was the first. The rigid Over started
- 11:13Speaker 3: with that. But that's not a that's not a club record.
- 11:16Speaker 2: That's where it was, That's where it was, That's where
- 11:17Speaker 2: it started.
- 11:18Speaker 3: That's in the eighties.
- 11:19Speaker 1: One something I'm saying, I'm not giving Drake all the
- 11:21Speaker 1: credit for that modern hip hop modern when you look
- 11:23Speaker 1: at Ether, it is not a club.
- 11:25Speaker 3: That's not Takeover, it's not a club that's not Second
- 11:28Speaker 3: Round Knockout is not a club record.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I hear what you're saying. I'm saying I don't want
- 11:31Speaker 2: to give Drake the credit for it.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Or you have to give him credit for it for
- 11:34Speaker 3: modern day, modern day, and he pioneered it, so you
- 11:37Speaker 3: have to give him credit for it. But Kendrick, once again,
- 11:40Speaker 3: he took his formula, he remixed it, and I think
- 11:43Speaker 3: he executed his game plan flawlessly. And it's a case study.
- 11:50Speaker 3: It's a case study on marketing, public perception, swinging, public perception,
- 11:59Speaker 3: execut u shin variety of different things that I think
- 12:03Speaker 3: that I just looked at it from an interesting like, Okay,
- 12:05Speaker 3: this is something that is bigger than just rap music.
- 12:08Speaker 3: These are actually valuable business lessons. And when you're in
- 12:11Speaker 3: business is a game like it's a game of inches,
- 12:15Speaker 3: and you got to you know, it's like playing football.
- 12:17Speaker 3: So it's like when you're when you're dealing with your opponents,
- 12:20Speaker 3: when you're dealing with your own product, when you're dealing
- 12:22Speaker 3: with marketing, you have to be extremely thought out, extremely strategic.
- 12:27Speaker 3: And for that reason, I think that Kendrick Lamar, I've
- 12:30Speaker 3: never seen anybody execute at the highest level possible in
- 12:34Speaker 3: this battle thing ever other than him. He's done it flawlessly.
- 12:39Speaker 2: And he's done a great job.
- 12:44Speaker 3: He's done it flawlessly.
- 12:46Speaker 2: He's done a great job.
- 12:47Speaker 1: What did he do that was not flawss Well, so
- 12:50Speaker 1: I said, what always saying, does I get what you're saying?
- 12:54Speaker 3: Right?
- 12:54Speaker 1: Like, it doesn't matter what you're saying as long as
- 12:57Speaker 1: people believe this though at something it doesn't matter, right
- 13:02Speaker 1: if if if I can prove to you that I
- 13:06Speaker 1: hear what you're saying, right, but at some point I
- 13:11Speaker 1: can't say it's false if I've given you information and
- 13:13Speaker 1: you use that information, the false information alleged like this
- 13:16Speaker 1: is all alleged, right, and you use that and you
- 13:19Speaker 1: made the whole song about that, that's not flause to me.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Did he outclass him in this? Absolutely? The timestamp thing
- 13:25Speaker 1: was brilliant. The dropping right after he was brilliant. What
- 13:29Speaker 1: going directly Adam was brilliant. Creating an anthem not just
- 13:33Speaker 1: for himself but before an entire coast, an entire anybody
- 13:38Speaker 1: who feels like they have an opposition they not like us.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Is now the record and it's back to back on steroids.
- 13:45Speaker 5: I wouldn't if that comes out.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I mean it is on streaming services that is going
- 13:51Speaker 1: to be not made for something, it'll probably win something,
- 13:55Speaker 1: it would. I mean it was a master class, not
- 13:58Speaker 1: but a master class. It is in my opinion. I
- 14:01Speaker 1: think it's the greatest moment that we've seen in hip
- 14:03Speaker 1: hop maybe ever. Just like from the anticipation standpoint, what
- 14:08Speaker 1: they are delivering, It's not like these guys are the
- 14:11Speaker 1: like the elite of this generation. To be able to
- 14:15Speaker 1: create songs and have them readily available and the timeframe
- 14:20Speaker 1: that they're doing is no easy task.
- 14:22Speaker 3: So I gotta give them.
- 14:24Speaker 2: They both deserve a lot of credit for doing that.
- 14:28Speaker 3: But here's the thing, the truth doesn't matter as long
- 14:30Speaker 3: as the lie is more entertaining. Edward Burney is credited
- 14:33Speaker 3: as being the godfather of public relations in the United
- 14:37Speaker 3: States of You don't know who Eric Brene is. He
- 14:40Speaker 3: is the nephew of Sigmund and Freud, and he ushered
- 14:43Speaker 3: in the modern era of public relations. As we are
- 14:47Speaker 3: so many campaigns that he ran. One of them that
- 14:49Speaker 3: comes to mind. He started a campaign and the fifties forties,
- 14:53Speaker 3: maybe even before that, the nicotine companies was having a
- 14:56Speaker 3: hard time because women did not smoke cigarettes. And obviously
- 15:00Speaker 3: fifty percent of the population is not smoking. When it's
- 15:03Speaker 3: not using your product, then that's not optimal, right, So
- 15:06Speaker 3: they had to come up with a campaign to actually
- 15:08Speaker 3: get women to start smoking. So he developed a campaign
- 15:11Speaker 3: of women liberation and saying that smoking is actually coororated
- 15:19Speaker 3: to women's rights and women's liberation. As a result, millions
- 15:24Speaker 3: of women started to smoke, and as a result, millions
- 15:28Speaker 3: of women started to catch cancer and eventually died. Right,
- 15:31Speaker 3: And then everything came out later on that you know,
- 15:33Speaker 3: this is actually not It was never about women liberation.
- 15:37Speaker 3: It was about getting women to smoke. My whole point
- 15:41Speaker 3: in saying this is that it didn't matter. It was
- 15:44Speaker 3: a campaign that was funded on lies and propaganda. That's
- 15:50Speaker 3: what propaganda is, right, propaganda. It was lies and propaganda,
- 15:55Speaker 3: and they got filthy rich off of that. So what
- 15:58Speaker 3: I'm saying is this is still executed flawlessly. Even if
- 16:01Speaker 3: it's a lie, It's still executed flawlessly because the public,
- 16:06Speaker 3: the majority of the public, doesn't care. I'm just I'm
- 16:10Speaker 3: just being objective. I care, Yeah, I care, But I'm
- 16:13Speaker 3: just saying just looking, because I'm reading the comments. I'm
- 16:16Speaker 3: looking that he's created narratives about Drake that's extremely dangerous.
- 16:20Speaker 3: When you start talking about pedophilia, when you start out
- 16:24Speaker 3: you have a child that's unidentified, these are these are
- 16:27Speaker 3: things that you really can't come back from. Right, This
- 16:29Speaker 3: is pretty It's not like a I.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Don't know if you can't come back from I don't think.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I don't think it damages his career.
- 16:36Speaker 1: But what it is, it makes it tough to respond,
- 16:37Speaker 1: which he did respond and deny it. But you're right,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I think there was a concerted campaign, right, and it's
- 16:45Speaker 1: there's a reason why he appears on Metros and futures
- 16:50Speaker 1: we don't trust you, right, because one of the things,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and one of the lessons I would add to it,
- 16:54Speaker 1: is that you can't lose the trust of the public.
- 16:57Speaker 2: And so once the campaign is that album is it's
- 17:01Speaker 2: very strategic.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:02Speaker 2: He could appeared on any album. He could have put
- 17:04Speaker 2: that verse anywhere.
- 17:05Speaker 1: It's on that album because the title is called we
- 17:09Speaker 1: don't Trust You, and then they double down, still don't
- 17:12Speaker 1: trust and we still don't trust you. So now now
- 17:15Speaker 1: in the mind of the audience is like, you know what,
- 17:19Speaker 1: we really never like this guy.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Man, you know, we don't we don't even know why we.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Don't trust him, but like he's taking dudes girls Like
- 17:26Speaker 1: for us, we come up in a generation and it's like, yo,
- 17:29Speaker 1: if your army is strong enough, that deserved to happen
- 17:31Speaker 1: to you.
- 17:32Speaker 2: But I understand this problem. I'm saying, we come up
- 17:36Speaker 2: in that error like I took your girl, your.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Arm strong enough about a blackouty you think your man?
- 17:43Speaker 2: These ain't your man.
- 17:44Speaker 5: It's like.
- 17:46Speaker 3: They want.
- 17:46Speaker 2: What I'm saying is like you lost the trust of
- 17:49Speaker 2: the people. Now let's double down it.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Let's let's crack some more things that seem to show
- 17:53Speaker 1: you like this is why we shouldn't trust you.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Here's here's the reasons we don't trust you. And it
- 17:59Speaker 2: doesn't matter what you say. For like even that like.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Pedophil, that is a we're not putting that on anybody
- 18:04Speaker 1: that's the victim of that. Our prayers go out to you.
- 18:07Speaker 1: But on the same side, he's saying that you know
- 18:09Speaker 1: your abuser, you abuse women, you actually abuse your No
- 18:13Speaker 1: one even cares about that.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Nobody cared, But that on somebody is heavy.
- 18:17Speaker 3: That's what I'm like. All this is because people like
- 18:20Speaker 3: fifty and they and they hate and they hate Diddy.
- 18:22Speaker 4: How they do they like when they just give him now,
- 18:24Speaker 4: they like fifty seven, They're like fifty.
- 18:26Speaker 3: They like fifty. People like Kendrick Lamar and they don't
- 18:30Speaker 3: like Drake and it's a it's an industry. It's an
- 18:35Speaker 3: industry propaganda campaign to take the boy out, whether however
- 18:40Speaker 3: you feel this is a this is.
- 18:42Speaker 1: A this is an orchestrated playing that happens when he
- 18:44Speaker 1: doesn't He doesn't go out, though, that shows you the
- 18:48Speaker 1: strength of the of the person.
- 18:50Speaker 2: The comport time.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Being limits, that's another. That's another rule of that's my
- 18:54Speaker 3: last thing I do that to you. Don't exceed the
- 18:56Speaker 3: limits because what you can do is that when you
- 18:59Speaker 3: back somebody in the corner, right, you can turn the
- 19:02Speaker 3: public against you. Nobody likes a bully, so he has
- 19:05Speaker 3: to be careful. The whole industry has to be careful of.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Like now, if Drake is seen as somebody who the
- 19:10Speaker 3: industry is trying to take out, right, and they're trying
- 19:14Speaker 3: to bully him, and they're trying to place false narratives
- 19:17Speaker 3: on his name now and all of these memes, then
- 19:21Speaker 3: they joking on him can turn into support for him
- 19:24Speaker 3: and then hate for the other people that's actually trying.
- 19:26Speaker 3: So you got to be careful when you have victory,
- 19:30Speaker 3: accept the victory and don't spike the football, like, don't
- 19:34Speaker 3: go too far because this can turn it can turn
- 19:38Speaker 3: the tides can turn on you. And if it turns
- 19:39Speaker 3: on you, now now you're in what's.
- 19:42Speaker 1: I want to I want to throw it to Enan
- 19:43Speaker 1: because I want to leave because I saw you posted this,
- 19:45Speaker 1: and I know that you are posted that. Don't see
- 19:47Speaker 1: your limmas is one of your things. But in this
- 19:49Speaker 1: and I know we talked about twenty v one, right,
- 19:51Speaker 1: like that's the whole thing, But like you might think
- 19:54Speaker 1: it's one guy, but you don't know who's backing that guy.
- 19:57Speaker 1: You don't know the money that's behind that guy. You
- 19:59Speaker 1: don't know who's and I think at least in kind
- 20:02Speaker 1: of some of some of the things that you were
- 20:03Speaker 1: posting this weekend.
- 20:04Speaker 2: So I'm gonna give the flow to you.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Yeah, let me start with some of the things he'd
- 20:09Speaker 4: done did wrong. First thing, I thought, when like that
- 20:14Speaker 4: state number one, that relationship solution isn't as tight as
- 20:20Speaker 4: it used to be because if the powers that be
- 20:22Speaker 4: are letting that record be number one. And then Kendrick
- 20:26Speaker 4: dropped the this through in the scope, not pg lang,
- 20:29Speaker 4: but through in the scope who is owned by Universal,
- 20:32Speaker 4: It tells me there are some trouble somewhere fixt that
- 20:36Speaker 4: number one. And I know some people, it's like, no,
- 20:39Speaker 4: he just licensed it to him in the scope is
- 20:42Speaker 4: profiting off of the disc so's universal. So they're the
- 20:47Speaker 4: biggest breadwinners in this right. Number two, going back to
- 20:51Speaker 4: the moral issue of you can't snake and try to
- 20:54Speaker 4: take everyone's grow, like we can argue that's not as man.
- 20:56Speaker 5: But it finally came out so we can talk about it.
- 20:59Speaker 5: Him snake. And when Wyne was in jailous foul as fuck,
- 21:03Speaker 5: he got some.
- 21:04Speaker 2: But we can't blame Tammy.
- 21:08Speaker 4: And then you know, right, so going back to having
- 21:13Speaker 4: discipline and like not crossing my thing with all of
- 21:17Speaker 4: my friends, like we never.
- 21:18Speaker 5: Gonna fall out of a woman of money. We can't.
- 21:21Speaker 4: We can't like stay in your own lane like you said,
- 21:24Speaker 4: we shot on the seat the limits. And also too,
- 21:27Speaker 4: if you know someone is really ready to go to
- 21:29Speaker 4: war with you, you gotta have ten to fifteen replies back.
- 21:32Speaker 4: That's why when I had an issue a couple of
- 21:33Speaker 4: years ago, I come on, damn, hit that voice, No cool,
- 21:37Speaker 4: not twenty more I could have played. Also for those
- 21:40Speaker 4: of you who are looking to engage in beef, you
- 21:42Speaker 4: don't have the pirus in your back pocket. And two
- 21:45Speaker 4: teas like Kendrick does. I am begging y'all this summer.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Don't go for kendricks food. Everybody into think. You know,
- 21:51Speaker 4: he's just a nice guy that just wraps all. Go
- 21:53Speaker 4: out that plan. Go out there fucking with that boy.
- 21:56Speaker 4: You'll find out shout out to everybody in the West.
- 21:59Speaker 4: He got the crips behind. I'm like, got a whole
- 22:03Speaker 4: West coast. Don't don't think trick sweet bress up. Waston's cool, Like,
- 22:08Speaker 4: let's cheap.
- 22:08Speaker 3: It on wax.
- 22:10Speaker 6: Yeah, it's music, let's make it. Keep the music, just
- 22:12Speaker 6: keep it on music. Not anymore music, No, not anymore.
- 22:17Speaker 6: What I'm sing going to the big point of arrogance.
- 22:21Speaker 6: Once you engage in war, you have to be sure
- 22:25Speaker 6: not to upset the people at the top. Saying with
- 22:27Speaker 6: Taylor Swift to end Kanye, Kanye tried to jump in
- 22:31Speaker 6: a little beef and Future didn't even want no parts
- 22:33Speaker 6: of it. I heard a little rumor Taylor part of
- 22:36Speaker 6: the reason why he can't get a deal. It's interesting
- 22:40Speaker 6: when you.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Go to war with people like Troy Mascha, I can't
- 22:43Speaker 4: come to your house and then have an issue with
- 22:45Speaker 4: you two weeks later. Then you see me walking a
- 22:47Speaker 4: good go get your pole and you're not gonna make
- 22:49Speaker 4: fun of me.
- 22:51Speaker 5: You gotta be careful who.
- 22:52Speaker 3: You beef with.
- 22:53Speaker 2: It depends on if you're wearing a book bad.
- 22:56Speaker 5: Jan sport right, be careful.
- 23:00Speaker 4: And this goes back to alliances, like he broke down
- 23:03Speaker 4: the alliances too much, and now when people want a
- 23:06Speaker 4: team upon.
- 23:07Speaker 5: You, you don't have it.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Like I haven't heard a little baby come out and
- 23:09Speaker 4: drop nothing for him. J Cole went away after he
- 23:12Speaker 4: got that call, like keep your alliances intact, keep your
- 23:15Speaker 4: credibility intact, keeping Morris intact.
- 23:17Speaker 5: But and everything would be good. But shots at the boy.
- 23:19Speaker 5: You know, I'm rock.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Like I said, the last thing I say about this
- 23:24Speaker 3: is Drake. Yeah, no matter how you feel about him,
- 23:29Speaker 3: I give him all the respect in the world because
- 23:31Speaker 3: he ain't have to do this. Absolutely, he stood toe
- 23:33Speaker 3: to toe and it was like a heavyweight fight, like like
- 23:36Speaker 3: he he Everything that he put out was hot lyrically
- 23:38Speaker 3: like he ain't put out nothing. Whack Yeah, and he gained.
- 23:42Speaker 3: I always had respect for Drake, but I have tremendous
- 23:45Speaker 3: respect for Drake. Kendrick Lamar hats Off performed flawlessly. I
- 23:49Speaker 3: think that Kendrick lamar won. But I don't think Drake won.
- 23:52Speaker 3: I think I don't think Drake lost. I think that
- 23:55Speaker 3: Kendrick lamar Won. I think the only person that lost
- 23:57Speaker 3: was Jay Cole. We'll talk about that on Blackout. But yeah,
- 24:00Speaker 3: shout out the cold though, because that's my guy.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I get a microphone this week. I'm like a microphone.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I'm just being honest. Yes, please.
- 24:08Speaker 4: And also Drake owning damn near everybody catalog too. And
- 24:12Speaker 4: you know Joe alluded to with the Gamma situation.
- 24:15Speaker 2: He kind of alluded to it too.
- 24:16Speaker 1: He's like, that's why you know now they I understand
- 24:18Speaker 1: there's a price to pay when you say my name.
- 24:20Speaker 1: There's still some stuff to do uncover. Uh, it doesn't
- 24:24Speaker 1: have to continue for me. I think I'm with you.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I don't need it to continue.
- 24:27Speaker 5: I doubt they'll st You gotta reply to every enemy.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I doubt they'll stop. But it doesn't need to continue.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I think he doesn't reply again.
- 24:34Speaker 3: It's up the Kentry because Rag was the last one.
- 24:37Speaker 3: That he might just do it again just because now
- 24:39Speaker 3: you're looking crazy. Just let it go. Let it go.
- 24:41Speaker 7: Bro an illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a
- 24:45Speaker 7: child in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El
- 24:49Speaker 7: Salvador accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged
- 24:54Speaker 7: with filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are
- 24:57Speaker 7: just some of the heinous migrant crimin caught because of
- 25:01Speaker 7: President Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United
- 25:05Speaker 7: States Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal
- 25:10Speaker 7: border crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and
- 25:13Speaker 7: over one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If
- 25:17Speaker 7: you are here illegally, your next you will be fine
- 25:20Speaker 7: nearly one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You
- 25:24Speaker 7: will never return. But if you register using our CBP
- 25:28Speaker 7: home app and leave now, you could be allowed to
- 25:31Speaker 7: return legally. Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump,
- 25:36Speaker 7: America's laws, border and families will be protected.
