  Good evening, here are the key points from today's trading session. At the all-share index fell by 1.57%, the index measures the average performance of stocks on the exchange. 1.05 billion shares valued at 44.5 billion Naira were traded in the bit over 62,400 deals. UPDC, CNIF and Sovereign Trust Insurance were the top gainers today.

  UPDC closing at 3.55 Naira, up 9.23%. CNIF closing at 116 Naira, up by 5.45%. And then Sovereign Trust Insurance back above the 2 Naira zone, closing at 2.04 Naira, up 4.08%. On the loser side of things, you had a couple of heavyweight names. The world's performing stocks today were LEN Africa, MTN Nigeria.

  and Unilever Nigeria. All of them fell by 10%. So Latin Africa closed at 9 Naira, down by 1 Naira. MTN Nigeria closed at 747 Naira, down by 83 Naira. And then Unilever Nigeria closed at 126 Naira, down 14 Naira. The trio fell by 10% respectively. Ikeja Hotel was the most accurately traded stock by volume and value. On the volume side of things, Ikeja Hotel took pole position.

  with 305.5 million shares to that and next was assets corporation with 290 million shares traded and then third place was sterling ng with 33.3 million shares to that on the value side of things the catcher hotel took position with 13.2 billion naira worth of shares traded next was assets corporation with 6.62 billion naira worth of shares traded and then presco took third place
