- 0:00Speaker 1: There he is everybody. It's Donald phase On, America's favorite thespian.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Did you work out today? Yeah? I did get on
- 0:08Speaker 1: that treadmill. Or you've got on a treadmill and worked out.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I didn't train. I got on the treadmill. Yeah. And
- 0:14Speaker 1: then the power went out and I thought, oh, this
- 0:16Speaker 1: is the universe saying I don't have to work out today.
- 0:19Speaker 1: And then the power went back on. Said oh, then
- 0:22Speaker 1: I was just joking my So, you know, I told
- 0:29Speaker 1: you how I had a little health scare and all
- 0:31Speaker 1: of that shit, and so now my thing is trying
- 0:34Speaker 1: to turn working out into a not a routine, but
- 0:38Speaker 1: into the I guess a routine where it's like every day,
- 0:41Speaker 1: no matter what, and stuff like that, even if I
- 0:44Speaker 1: get off a plane, like trying to do it like
- 0:46Speaker 1: the rock, at least get the push ups in, at
- 0:47Speaker 1: least get there. Right. That's very challenging and very time consuming,
- 0:53Speaker 1: but yeah, I want to live a little bit longer. Yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 1: One thing I tried. I tried to say to myself
- 0:58Speaker 1: is that it's part of my ootional mental health. Right,
- 1:02Speaker 1: so it's like if it whenever it's feeling like, oh
- 1:05Speaker 1: I don't feel like working out, today, Um, for physical reasons.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Just go oh no, the endorphins that I'm gonna get
- 1:13Speaker 1: are are a part of my mental health regimen. Yeah. Now,
- 1:19Speaker 1: all I gotta do is stop the weed. That's all
- 1:22Speaker 1: I gotta do. If I can figure that team on
- 1:24Speaker 1: the show for quite a few seasons, yeah, quite a
- 1:27Speaker 1: few seasons. But if I can do that, I can
- 1:31Speaker 1: do anything. And I'm working on that. Speaking of which,
- 1:34Speaker 1: Donald and I saw a very interesting machine yesterday that's
- 1:36Speaker 1: like an Espresso machine for joint rolling. Oh gosh. What
- 1:41Speaker 1: You put a paper in and uh and then you
- 1:44Speaker 1: and then you load like a pod in like an
- 1:46Speaker 1: Espresso pod, but it's filled with weed and then you'd
- 1:49Speaker 1: go and it rolls a joint. I joint. I'm gonna
- 1:52Speaker 1: tell you something right now. It wasn't that strong though,
- 1:55Speaker 1: but yeah I did. You did? They rolled one for me.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Oh that's funny. Well you I don't know. It's like
- 2:05Speaker 1: Espresso capsules. I think it's their own brand of weed. Yeah,
- 2:09Speaker 1: it comes. It comes with the machine. So like if
- 2:12Speaker 1: you get the machine, you also get your weed from
- 2:15Speaker 1: the company that makes right, just like Espresso. But listen,
- 2:19Speaker 1: I gotta say it's a great it's a great Christmas
- 2:21Speaker 1: or birth. I think it's like a great it's a
- 2:23Speaker 1: novelty thing because for the cost of it, think how
- 2:25Speaker 1: many pre rolled joints you could buy. But I think
- 2:32Speaker 1: it's a really good party trick though, Like your friends
- 2:34Speaker 1: came over and you're like, can I have the robot
- 2:37Speaker 1: make you a joint? It's really cool if you don't
- 2:40Speaker 1: need the pods to do it. If you could just
- 2:42Speaker 1: grind the weed up yourself, put it in, and then
- 2:44Speaker 1: it does it for you, that would be amazing facts
- 2:48Speaker 1: that would be That would be the ultimate machine, especially
- 2:52Speaker 1: if it could do a pass. This ship took a
- 2:53Speaker 1: really long time. So long, what's a long time? Once
- 2:57Speaker 1: you hit go? I left? I left before you figured
- 3:00Speaker 1: it out? Right? I you know. The joke was we
- 3:04Speaker 1: could roll just as fast as you know. Well, if
- 3:07Speaker 1: you're you're a professional joint roller like Donald, you can
- 3:10Speaker 1: roll faster than the robot Snoop Dogg has a real
- 3:13Speaker 1: deal Holy Field blunt roller, dude, like a real deal.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Like she got a job. She was interviewed for the job.
- 3:19Speaker 1: That's fine. He like hit it. He like hit a
- 3:22Speaker 1: stopwatch and she was like, it's like, you know, that's
- 3:24Speaker 1: when you know, you got money like some people are like,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you know what, I got a little bit of money
- 3:27Speaker 1: Right now, I'm gonna get an assistant to how she
- 3:30Speaker 1: has a side I'm sure she has side projects she
- 3:32Speaker 1: works on other than blunt rolling. I mean I imagine
- 3:37Speaker 1: she's probably like can you probably also like can you
- 3:39Speaker 1: iron this shirt? No? No, no, she now no, no,
- 3:43Speaker 1: she's with him. She'd roll in Blunt's twenty four seven,
- 3:46Speaker 1: like the amount of weed that this brother smokes a day? Right? No? Wait, now,
- 3:51Speaker 1: how long honestly I left before the machine worked? How
- 3:54Speaker 1: long did you say? Honestly took once you hit the button.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I didn't see it really do it. All I know
- 3:59Speaker 1: is he was like here and he pulled it out
- 4:01Speaker 1: and the joint was done, and then I had to
- 4:03Speaker 1: twist the top and stuff like that. Was it a
- 4:05Speaker 1: nice joint? I mean it works. I smoked that gas? Yo,
- 4:12Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. I don't know what that is? Oh?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Really strong? Is that is that lino for very strong?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Is he smoking particularly potent weed? Oh? You smoke that gas? Translation,
- 4:23Speaker 1: here's some fun facts. Snoop spokes one hundred and fifty
- 4:27Speaker 1: joints a day. Eddie pays the Black Roller fifty thousand
- 4:30Speaker 1: dollars a year. It's not a bad gig. Fifty a day,
- 4:35Speaker 1: that's what she's telling. If that would I don't know,
- 4:38Speaker 1: if that's Jack might be a little I mean, I
- 4:40Speaker 1: don't want to ever doubt the brother. But wouldn't he
- 4:42Speaker 1: be like, my name is Snoop Dogg, Sliggy diggity y'all.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Wouldn't he be like, Hey, I mean, you build up
- 4:49Speaker 1: a tolerance to anything, right, So if you smoke that much,
- 4:52Speaker 1: he's probably getting the same amount of high as you are. Donald,
- 4:55Speaker 1: He's just needs that much. You know, It's okay. So
- 4:58Speaker 1: here's the problem with it all. You get to a
- 5:00Speaker 1: level where it really just becomes about putting the lips
- 5:04Speaker 1: to something to pull right, and then also to feel
- 5:08Speaker 1: that little throat, that little throat burn or whatever that
- 5:11Speaker 1: shit is, right, you know, you that's what you're really
- 5:14Speaker 1: smoking for because at some point you can't get no higher.
- 5:18Speaker 1: There is a ceiling. If it's not really good for
- 5:21Speaker 1: your loans. Yeah, you know what else isn't good for you?
- 5:25Speaker 1: Everything other than love? Love is great for you, but
- 5:31Speaker 1: too much but I'll tell you right now, too much
- 5:33Speaker 1: love or fuck you up deep. It's true, too much
- 5:39Speaker 1: level spoil you spoil much listeners. Welcome to the spoil
- 5:45Speaker 1: me zbe you spoil me. I do. I love you,
- 5:47Speaker 1: I spoil you. Spoil me with your love. When I
- 5:50Speaker 1: see you, my heart smiles. Okay, so we went out.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Hold up before we get into the show. Guys, how's
- 5:55Speaker 1: it going? Everybody? Everybody? Hi? Everybody high listeners? Hide you
- 5:59Speaker 1: well down? Hi, everybody? Yo. We went out. Oh man,
- 6:02Speaker 1: zeb and I went out and we haven't gone out
- 6:04Speaker 1: in a really long time, and we bought my wife
- 6:06Speaker 1: with us. I'm gonna tell you something right now. My
- 6:08Speaker 1: wife was not feeling well at all, but she rallied.
- 6:11Speaker 1: We weekend at Bernie and we weekend at Bernie's freaking
- 6:17Speaker 1: she looked beautiful though, she looked amazing. Holy shit. But
- 6:21Speaker 1: we went out. Okay, first of all, thank you everybody
- 6:24Speaker 1: who's seen the T mobile commercials. Yo. That's the dopest
- 6:27Speaker 1: thing ever. The way you guys are responding to this,
- 6:29Speaker 1: it's like it's like we created another season of scrubs,
- 6:33Speaker 1: but it's like T Mobile did. Thanks T Mobile for
- 6:36Speaker 1: making mobile scrubs short films. Right, But we go out.
- 6:40Speaker 1: We went out and we got to see like a
- 6:42Speaker 1: you know, a bunch of celebrities. We went out for
- 6:44Speaker 1: a great cause too. We went out for baby to baby.
- 6:46Speaker 1: But then at the end of the night, DJ D
- 6:48Speaker 1: nice DJ is the party. Oh my goodness, drummer, shout
- 6:55Speaker 1: out Kelly Patrick Kough for inviting us out. Yeah, we
- 6:58Speaker 1: appreciate it, and for being one of the heads of
- 7:00Speaker 1: this incredible charity. They raised over what was it ten
- 7:03Speaker 1: or twelve millions? Twelve million dollars, million dollars. Kim Kardashian
- 7:08Speaker 1: was in the house. She freaking received an award like
- 7:12Speaker 1: it was a Tyler Perry was there. He gave her
- 7:14Speaker 1: the award like. It was an amazing night. It was,
- 7:17Speaker 1: but they got even better once to listen, they raised
- 7:21Speaker 1: the money. That was a lot of fun to be
- 7:23Speaker 1: a part of that and witnessed that. But when the
- 7:26Speaker 1: party happened and my wife, myself and Zeb hit the
- 7:30Speaker 1: dance floor. Oh, the problem was we would each leave
- 7:34Speaker 1: and we were like, oh, where'd they go? And then
- 7:37Speaker 1: individually we'd all come back each time with three shots
- 7:40Speaker 1: of casam egos. Yeah, listen started, we got I got hammered.
- 7:48Speaker 1: We got hammered, and I was like, oh, no, oh no,
- 7:50Speaker 1: I really really hope he doesn't plan on TLC no scrubs,
- 7:54Speaker 1: because I run drunk enough that we would have just
- 8:01Speaker 1: started robot dancing to it. Well, anyway, like we did
- 8:05Speaker 1: a we did a two person congo line where I
- 8:07Speaker 1: was in the front and Zac had his head on
- 8:09Speaker 1: my shoulder. My wife said to me. My wife came
- 8:12Speaker 1: up to me and she was like, listen, there are
- 8:14Speaker 1: a lot of people here who are jealous of your relationship.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Y'all need to show the Yeah, I did a two
- 8:20Speaker 1: man congo line on the on the dance floor. By
- 8:23Speaker 1: the way, this DJ DJ Nice, It is DJ D Nice,
- 8:27Speaker 1: DJ D Nice. I gotta say Bookie down production. Listen,
- 8:30Speaker 1: I've never seen Daniel. Maybe you have because you're a DJ.
- 8:34Speaker 1: A DJ DJ with a live drummer. That ship was
- 8:38Speaker 1: fire and the drummer was insane. Yeah, just off tour
- 8:42Speaker 1: with someone. Um, if you're if you're a DJ, I'm
- 8:46Speaker 1: telling you add a live drummer. That shit was fucking amazing. Well,
- 8:50Speaker 1: you gotta add a live drummer that can actually put
- 8:52Speaker 1: the put a live drummer thing on it. Yeah, he added,
- 8:56Speaker 1: obviously was a sick drummer, but he added so much
- 8:59Speaker 1: to it. It was so cool. If you want to
- 9:01Speaker 1: see a great example of that, you can check out
- 9:02Speaker 1: the late great DJ AM and Travis Barker. They did
- 9:05Speaker 1: a thing back to back of Am and Travis together
- 9:07Speaker 1: and that was a really really cool project. And Travis
- 9:10Speaker 1: Barker is, of course an incredible drummer. Yeah all right,
- 9:13Speaker 1: I didn't know that, all right, but um wow, it
- 9:15Speaker 1: was so cool and we had so much fun, and
- 9:17Speaker 1: and we helped them raise We participated in them raising
- 9:21Speaker 1: twelve million dollars for Baby to Baby, which felt really good.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah, and we looked fly on our toxes. Donald, dude,
- 9:27Speaker 1: you look sick. I look sick. My wife was sick.
- 9:30Speaker 1: It was a great all right. On that note, let's
- 9:33Speaker 1: get in the show. Count seven eight stories about show
- 9:38Speaker 1: we made about a bunch of doctor nurses and stories.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So yetta around here, yet around here now listen, not
- 10:00Speaker 1: to be this guy, Okay, go ahead, go ahead. But
- 10:05Speaker 1: I started watching this episode and I'm laughing my ass off,
- 10:09Speaker 1: and I'm loving the camera style and I'm loving this ship,
- 10:12Speaker 1: and I'm like, who directed this? And it was you? Yea,
- 10:20Speaker 1: I honestly didn't. I was like, I bet this is
- 10:22Speaker 1: Buckland or maybe it's Spiller. This is fucking really good.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Oh it was me halfway halfway through, I was like,
- 10:29Speaker 1: Zach definitely directed this episode. I could tell already. I
- 10:32Speaker 1: could already tell by the way, not just directing style,
- 10:35Speaker 1: which I'm I'm sorry, uh is really good. But um,
- 10:39Speaker 1: it's the fucking it's I think it's the best one
- 10:42Speaker 1: of season seven so far. I laughed more times. I
- 10:44Speaker 1: laughed quite a bit. So It's got some very classic
- 10:48Speaker 1: moments in it, including who tweet lighter? Not only that,
- 10:51Speaker 1: not only that, the babies, all of that stuff. But
- 10:53Speaker 1: we're gonna get into all of that. The number that
- 10:54Speaker 1: episode is what again my growing pains growing like the
- 10:58Speaker 1: classic show show me that smiling, don't waste a nether
- 11:09Speaker 1: many on your crying. The best is headed to be
- 11:18Speaker 1: game long and we guardy each support. You need to
- 11:26Speaker 1: know if you're too you got a word hanging around
- 11:29Speaker 1: and I don't even know the word, but I just
- 11:31Speaker 1: remember that baby rain or shine all the time, all
- 11:35Speaker 1: the time, we got each other sharing the laughter of
- 11:41Speaker 1: love all right listening. You need to know if you're
- 11:47Speaker 1: too young to know the show is that there was
- 11:49Speaker 1: a main character on the show whose name was Boner
- 11:52Speaker 1: and for some reason that was allowed. His last name
- 11:58Speaker 1: was actually Stabbone, but they called him Boner for sure.
- 12:02Speaker 1: So it's Sylvester. His dad's name was Sylvester and his
- 12:11Speaker 1: last name was the Bone. Yeah, it was that was
- 12:14Speaker 1: the right age for it. I really watched it, did you.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I watched that show all the time, man, Yeah, I
- 12:20Speaker 1: was the correct age that. What you know, what I
- 12:21Speaker 1: really loved was uh Kirk Cameron Family Ties. Yeah, that
- 12:26Speaker 1: was an earlier. This was sort of a that was
- 12:28Speaker 1: a pre dated that Growing Pains. Yeah, like, let's keep
- 12:32Speaker 1: it one hundred, Michael J. Fox really set the tone
- 12:34Speaker 1: for teenage boys on television in my opinion, like that
- 12:39Speaker 1: and also just modern comedic television sitcom that no one
- 12:43Speaker 1: had a more incredible timing. By the way, um, Growing
- 12:46Speaker 1: Pains didn't a very funny thing. They one season the family,
- 12:50Speaker 1: the parents had a baby, and then they just decided
- 12:54Speaker 1: the next season, like, you know what, baby baby, he's
- 12:57Speaker 1: not really contributing anything. Let's let's make it a toddler. Yeah, well,
- 13:02Speaker 1: family man, dude, Family Matters had a kid like for
- 13:07Speaker 1: a couple of seasons and then all of a sudden
- 13:09Speaker 1: she wasn't on the show anymore, and they didn't even
- 13:11Speaker 1: address that. They never came back down. That's funny. Well,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I just remember growing pains being like, why did the
- 13:22Speaker 1: baby age like four years over over one season? Nobody
- 13:26Speaker 1: else aged Yeah anyway, um, all right, So we opened
- 13:30Speaker 1: the show with one of the wackiest fantasies of the
- 13:33Speaker 1: entire series. All the men have breast, all the men.
- 13:37Speaker 1: JD is imagining that Sam has baby. What he's thinking
- 13:40Speaker 1: and because he's a little baby who is breastfeeding, his
- 13:43Speaker 1: fantasy is that all the men everybody, just every person
- 13:47Speaker 1: on the planet. Yes, everybody has breasts and he's looking
- 13:50Speaker 1: for them. Now. Kelso is given prosthetics that are very convincing.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I mean, you you just have a stuffed bra, but
- 13:59Speaker 1: Kelso has like a beautiful pair of prosthetic breast, which
- 14:04Speaker 1: is a very odd thing to say. But they did
- 14:06Speaker 1: a great job with those. They did. They did look good.
- 14:10Speaker 1: But maybe laugh was that we had a milk that
- 14:12Speaker 1: Turk and j D had a milk fight in the
- 14:14Speaker 1: parking lot. Yes, and Turk lost, right, and he's covered,
- 14:19Speaker 1: he's covered in milk, He's covered in breast milk. Yeah,
- 14:22Speaker 1: he's covering in mail. Sorry, he's covered in male breast milk. Yes,
- 14:26Speaker 1: And then I'm like, and then Kelsea's like, hold on,
- 14:28Speaker 1: he's latching. He's latching. I'm like, he's gonna latch. And
- 14:31Speaker 1: then Kelsea goes, he's latched so weird. And then I
- 14:35Speaker 1: get splattered with breast milk and I go, dude, we
- 14:38Speaker 1: said truce, and we cut to you and you go
- 14:43Speaker 1: count it. Yeah, and you've got your You've got the
- 14:45Speaker 1: ariola squeezed. I saw it like I saw I saw faiola.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Did I paused it? They showed fake male breast ariola.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I guess technically you could, right, because it's mail. I
- 15:00Speaker 1: don't know. That's confusing, but I saw a real You
- 15:04Speaker 1: can pause it and see it. You saw my nipple.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I saw your fakes, but it was stuffed though. I
- 15:12Speaker 1: don't know, I saw something. Okay, anyway, back, go back
- 15:15Speaker 1: and look, audience. It's Kelso's birthday. The next day, Kelso
- 15:19Speaker 1: has a birthday coming and and he claims he's fifty eight,
- 15:24Speaker 1: but he's been lying to the hospital for quite a
- 15:29Speaker 1: bit of time, for at least seven years, and uh,
- 15:33Speaker 1: it all comes to it, you know, Eliot, It's like
- 15:37Speaker 1: you know what we're gonna do. We're gonna throw him
- 15:38Speaker 1: a party. Yeah, We're gonna throw Kelso a party. We're
- 15:41Speaker 1: gonna get everybody there, and we're gonna celebrate this man.
- 15:45Speaker 1: How old is he? And then Elliott goes on a
- 15:47Speaker 1: mission to find out how old Kelso is. Yeah, so,
- 15:51Speaker 1: across all the stories is growing up. In some ways
- 15:55Speaker 1: Kelso has been lying to everyone. We'll learn later it's
- 15:59Speaker 1: because one of the re is he doesn't want to
- 16:01Speaker 1: retire from the job that he loves so much, which
- 16:05Speaker 1: is a really sweet moment. You know, Kelsea doesn't get
- 16:06Speaker 1: too many sort of heart breaking moments, but the end
- 16:10Speaker 1: of this episode, you'd get a really sweet moment with
- 16:14Speaker 1: a man who realizes that he has to retire and
- 16:17Speaker 1: doesn't want to. Coming to an end, Mum and then
- 16:21Speaker 1: the story with uh with Jordan is that she's still
- 16:27Speaker 1: away as um and and she's and Cox is saying
- 16:32Speaker 1: that his little in terms of growing pains, his little
- 16:35Speaker 1: boy is too too old now for him to do
- 16:38Speaker 1: his silly voice, and she says, well, are you being crazy?
- 16:40Speaker 1: Come on, he's a little boy do the silly voice.
- 16:42Speaker 1: And he's like, no, no, he's too he's too old
- 16:44Speaker 1: for silly voice. Now. Yeah, Cox is having a hard
- 16:48Speaker 1: time this whole episode actually because he wants his kid
- 16:51Speaker 1: to be older than he wants his kid to mature
- 16:53Speaker 1: fashion than the kid's going to mature. And he also
- 16:58Speaker 1: makes one of the biggest mistakes I think of his career,
- 17:01Speaker 1: and he's very lucky. I mean, I don't know if
- 17:05Speaker 1: there are repercussions from this after, I mean, as as
- 17:11Speaker 1: as the next few episodes go on. But like, who
- 17:14Speaker 1: the fuck does he think he is that he can
- 17:17Speaker 1: just overstep a parents' wishes and step to a child
- 17:20Speaker 1: and give them and tell them what's going on with them,
- 17:23Speaker 1: even though their parents asked him not to. The kid's
- 17:27Speaker 1: parents asked him not to. Yeah, that is really fucked up.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And as we know, Sam the lawyer, Ted the lawyer
- 17:33Speaker 1: is very very worried about it because he says, they
- 17:36Speaker 1: have a really jumping head because they have a really
- 17:40Speaker 1: good lawyer. And uh, he uses the terms of we
- 17:46Speaker 1: have to mitigate the situation in case they litigate, and
- 17:48Speaker 1: he goes and gos goes. I'm just surprised, you know
- 17:51Speaker 1: the difference between mitigate and litigate and he goes. Their
- 17:53Speaker 1: lawyer taught me. I'm telling you the guy's really good,
- 17:57Speaker 1: and he goes, Oh, I hope I don't have to mitigate,
- 18:01Speaker 1: because I hope I used that right. Yeah, yeah, I
- 18:03Speaker 1: think I did. I did, but he did he used
- 18:05Speaker 1: it wrong. The Great Sam Lloyd has so many laughs
- 18:08Speaker 1: in this episode. Um uh so the little let's go
- 18:12Speaker 1: back the little the kids at the park. That was cute.
- 18:15Speaker 1: It's very cute. It's also a little inappropriate. We got
- 18:19Speaker 1: our kids freaking talking about get hooking up, and I'm like, yeah,
- 18:21Speaker 1: we gotta. I'm trying to betrothe them like right away,
- 18:24Speaker 1: Like I'm like, yo, look, let's make this happen now,
- 18:26Speaker 1: so that we can spend more time together. The sooner
- 18:28Speaker 1: they are together, the sooner we can be together. Oh.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I thought it was just two dads being silly. I
- 18:34Speaker 1: didn't think it was inappropriate. But you're the real dad,
- 18:36Speaker 1: so you would know if it's inappropriate. But it was
- 18:38Speaker 1: funny when I made when I made when I made
- 18:39Speaker 1: Sam pretend to be smacking a book. Well, you saw
- 18:43Speaker 1: all other parents in the park and how they reacted.
- 18:45Speaker 1: They weren't too You like, I'm sorry, I'll talk to
- 18:48Speaker 1: him about it. But you're like taste this brown sugar.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Brown Sugar is the cutest baby I've ever see. They
- 19:00Speaker 1: both were, um, so and then I'm talking about I'm
- 19:04Speaker 1: talking about raising Sam on my own when I have him,
- 19:07Speaker 1: um and I'm like, then it's poopy time. Then it's
- 19:10Speaker 1: his poopy time, and then the best thing happens. Rex. No,
- 19:19Speaker 1: well we're not there yet. The boys are free. The
- 19:24Speaker 1: boys are free to hang out for the first time
- 19:27Speaker 1: in a long time. Yes, Sam is with his mom,
- 19:30Speaker 1: busy as with her mom. The boys are free and
- 19:34Speaker 1: Turk ass, when's the last time we did something stupid?
- 19:36Speaker 1: And JD's like, well, we did you know to to
- 19:41Speaker 1: tell Rex that we cover if his shift if he
- 19:43Speaker 1: followed Hooch all day And it cuts to Hooch and
- 19:46Speaker 1: Hooch is back, y'all and he's crazier than ever. But
- 19:52Speaker 1: this time we know Hooch is really crazy. And now
- 19:55Speaker 1: this is the fucked up shit about our characters. They
- 19:58Speaker 1: know somebody is really close to being committed. Yeah, and
- 20:02Speaker 1: they want to push. They don't tell Rex no, but
- 20:04Speaker 1: they want to push him over the line to get
- 20:06Speaker 1: him there too. They also want to get him there. Well, well, push,
- 20:11Speaker 1: They're like, if we push just a little harder, right,
- 20:14Speaker 1: They really think he's gonna snap like he does. Eventually
- 20:18Speaker 1: we learned later that he was involved in some sort
- 20:20Speaker 1: of hostage situation. Oh my god, did I laugh out
- 20:27Speaker 1: loud when he said, when the older coworker of Kelso
- 20:31Speaker 1: goes him, we're gonna need a new orthopedic surgeon, as
- 20:34Speaker 1: I'm sure you've heard of. Doctor Hoog was involved in
- 20:36Speaker 1: some sort of a hostage situation. And then he's like, well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: when's the last time we did something like crazy? Stupid?
- 20:47Speaker 1: And then JD goes into his brain and we learned
- 20:50Speaker 1: that Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite places Caromel Bear. That's Efren
- 20:55Speaker 1: Ramirez for all y'all out there, who are Napoleon Dynamite
- 20:58Speaker 1: fans um, And we convince him to light a bag
- 21:03Speaker 1: of poop, all right, and he says I'll do it,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and we go, we go, we go, we go, What
- 21:09Speaker 1: are you gonna go? Chocolate Bear, Vanilla bear, camel bear
- 21:13Speaker 1: bears for life, right, And we're like, I know we're
- 21:16Speaker 1: gonna be best friends forever, even though today is the
- 21:18Speaker 1: first day we met. Yeah, And he grabs the bag
- 21:21Speaker 1: of poop and he goes I'll do it. And he
- 21:23Speaker 1: runs and puts the bag of poop on the door
- 21:25Speaker 1: and doesn't run a knocks on the door and doesn't
- 21:27Speaker 1: run away. He just waves at us and they open
- 21:30Speaker 1: the door. People open the door and grab him. Some big, giant,
- 21:34Speaker 1: one giant dude grabs him. And that's the last time
- 21:38Speaker 1: Turk and JD ever saw Ricky. Yet that means they
- 21:42Speaker 1: killed him. They can't just like him boys in the hood.
- 21:47Speaker 1: They killed Ricky Yo yo camel Bear only lasted one
- 21:52Speaker 1: day of college. He hung out with us and then
- 21:54Speaker 1: he got killed. And I'm like, we don't know that
- 21:57Speaker 1: he died, and and and j D's like, well, his
- 22:00Speaker 1: parents came and got all of this stuff, and his
- 22:02Speaker 1: roommate got nothing but straight a's and never went to class.
- 22:08Speaker 1: We got Ricky killed. Joey killed. By the way, that
- 22:13Speaker 1: fantasy was so funny. You're high top fade and my mullet,
- 22:16Speaker 1: which is extra long for some reason, it's like almost
- 22:19Speaker 1: down in my back. It's like it's like down to
- 22:21Speaker 1: my middle of my back, and everyone was so funny,
- 22:25Speaker 1: and uh, dude, you know that hair. When we first
- 22:29Speaker 1: started the show, the hair was so like it was
- 22:31Speaker 1: like a it was. It was a couple of It
- 22:34Speaker 1: wasn't a couple of hours, but it was like a
- 22:35Speaker 1: good hour and a half in the chair to put
- 22:37Speaker 1: the hair on. As time went on, it just became
- 22:40Speaker 1: this ragged wig that sat in the clot and they'd
- 22:44Speaker 1: be like, you're wearing the hair today, and they were
- 22:46Speaker 1: taking out the closet and literally just put a wig on.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I could just go yeah, there was no there after
- 22:52Speaker 1: they shaped it. They didn't give two ships about my
- 22:54Speaker 1: mullet was I think extensions that clipped into the back
- 22:57Speaker 1: of my hair. I think it was glorious, but I
- 23:02Speaker 1: think it kept getting I think because I directed this one,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I was probably like extra long, please well, was hilarious,
- 23:11Speaker 1: all right? So um not hilarious is that this young
- 23:14Speaker 1: boy named Josh is anemic and he might have leukemium
- 23:18Speaker 1: and parents are very concerned. We learn, of course, it's
- 23:21Speaker 1: not all mentioned later that he does in fact have it,
- 23:24Speaker 1: and Cox can't fathom that the parents aren't going to
- 23:27Speaker 1: tell them. They've decided they're not going to tell their
- 23:29Speaker 1: young boy that he's sick because it's treatable. It's very treatable,
- 23:34Speaker 1: and so they're going to keep it a secret. That's
- 23:38Speaker 1: their plan, which I'm sure is something that happens in
- 23:41Speaker 1: real in the real world. I mean, I totally get it. Like,
- 23:44Speaker 1: you know, the last thing I want my kids to
- 23:46Speaker 1: do is worry about anything going on with them. And
- 23:49Speaker 1: so I understand that they're very young and very vulnerable. Um,
- 23:55Speaker 1: and so I get where the parents are coming from.
- 23:58Speaker 1: But I also get where Cox is coming from too. No,
- 24:00Speaker 1: he's right, but but we agree it's not up to
- 24:02Speaker 1: him to decide it has no he has no, he
- 24:05Speaker 1: has no say in the matter, you know what I mean,
- 24:08Speaker 1: it's not He's not a part of that family at all.
- 24:12Speaker 1: He's the doctor. So Elliott has decided she's going to
- 24:15Speaker 1: go all in on the birthday party. And there's a
- 24:20Speaker 1: very funny riff that's curely Neil Flynn just improving where
- 24:23Speaker 1: he comes in and get you rang from Adam's family,
- 24:26Speaker 1: and then he does this whole improv riff about Bell's
- 24:29Speaker 1: that's just really funny. He kept that thing going. Yeah, yeah,
- 24:36Speaker 1: thanks to Bill. I'm sure I put it in my
- 24:37Speaker 1: director's cut, and I'm so glad that Bill left it
- 24:39Speaker 1: him because it's long, but it's funny. Yeah, yeah, Well,
- 24:44Speaker 1: well it stops being funny and then it gets funny again. Yeah. Laugh,
- 24:49Speaker 1: I laughed. I went with I went and sat with
- 24:52Speaker 1: Bill for a little bit as he's cutting the new
- 24:55Speaker 1: Harrison Ford Jason Siegel show. Um, it was cool. So
- 24:59Speaker 1: why the watch the Master in action? It was really
- 25:03Speaker 1: cool show. It's hilarious. I know it is hilarious. It is.
- 25:07Speaker 1: I bet it is. I was just laughing in the
- 25:09Speaker 1: edit room with him and Neil Goldman and just cracking up.
- 25:13Speaker 1: It's Nail, one of the producers and writers. Yeah, Neil's
- 25:16Speaker 1: like them, you know, the showrunner that the team would
- 25:19Speaker 1: Bill to to do it, you know, because Bill has
- 25:21Speaker 1: so many projects that he puts um you know, sort
- 25:24Speaker 1: of a sign someone you can't go wrong with. You
- 25:29Speaker 1: can't go wrong with him. You can't go wrong with him,
- 25:31Speaker 1: you can't go wrong with tars. By the way, Neil's
- 25:34Speaker 1: the one that um that Bill keeps saying as we
- 25:36Speaker 1: figure out what we're gonna do, that he's the one
- 25:38Speaker 1: who wants to be the you know, the main writer
- 25:40Speaker 1: with him on whatever is project phase on Braff. Let's go,
- 25:44Speaker 1: let's take a break. We'll be right back after these
- 25:47Speaker 1: fine words, all right. So Turk produces a giant stethoscope.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I don't know how you made that, because it's a
- 25:58Speaker 1: pretty amazing prop. Donald did did you think Turk took
- 26:01Speaker 1: a prop making classes in college? Because uh, Turk has
- 26:05Speaker 1: produced a pretty pretty realistic giant stethoscope prop. I mean,
- 26:10Speaker 1: I have no clue where he got that thing from.
- 26:13Speaker 1: But I think he said he didn't. I think he
- 26:15Speaker 1: says he made it. Well, he wants to play world's
- 26:17Speaker 1: most Giant Black doctor for because uh, and and and
- 26:21Speaker 1: JD's like, no, no, no, we said we weren't doing
- 26:24Speaker 1: that until Black History Months so we could scare all
- 26:26Speaker 1: the racist patients. And and and Turk is like, well
- 26:30Speaker 1: hold on now, that dude in room whatever it is
- 26:33Speaker 1: is said to me that I love fried chicken, and
- 26:38Speaker 1: he goes, what you do? You know? He offered me
- 26:40Speaker 1: some fried chicken because he know I'd love it. He said,
- 26:42Speaker 1: did you eat that bad boil? That was funny. But anyway,
- 26:49Speaker 1: the idea that I could hold you on my shoulders
- 26:51Speaker 1: is unrealistic. Um, I don't even think I ever did.
- 26:53Speaker 1: I think it was a stuntman. Maybe I don't know. No,
- 26:56Speaker 1: I couldn't, I can't. I couldn't put you on my shoulders. Bro, Yeah,
- 26:59Speaker 1: you would at this point you had back issues and
- 27:01Speaker 1: all of that stuff going. Yeah, from running into walls
- 27:03Speaker 1: for seven years. But listen to make this audience laugh. No,
- 27:09Speaker 1: but anyway, I mean, I um, I think I remember.
- 27:12Speaker 1: If you look at the cut when I poked my
- 27:15Speaker 1: head out, it's it's in close up. Oh no, when
- 27:18Speaker 1: you poke your head out, it's you're in a under
- 27:19Speaker 1: a ladder. Actually, when you did that, every time we
- 27:22Speaker 1: did every time we did the Doctor, when it's the
- 27:25Speaker 1: head comes out, it's never connected. If you look, it's
- 27:28Speaker 1: the ladder, right. But I think I think in the
- 27:30Speaker 1: moment when it was a wide shot, you're probably on
- 27:32Speaker 1: a stuntman shoulders or something. Yeah. Maybe even when you
- 27:38Speaker 1: poked your head out, And even when when you poke
- 27:40Speaker 1: your head out and I'm on your shoulders, it's always
- 27:44Speaker 1: been a ladder. It's no matter. Even even we're done,
- 27:47Speaker 1: I don't think we've ever done World's Tallest Black Doctor.
- 27:51Speaker 1: This was the first time. Yes, Joel shaking your head. Jeesus, No,
- 27:54Speaker 1: she knows. We don't have to go Trevor for that.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Joel knows burn for burn baby. Okay, wait, don't go
- 28:01Speaker 1: there yet. So then Kelso in the Bible. Wait, you're
- 28:07Speaker 1: ruining one of the funniest suits of the whole show.
- 28:09Speaker 1: All right, so cut up. So then they're talking about
- 28:12Speaker 1: how they're going to figure out how old Kelso is.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And the janitor was it the janitor who suggests they
- 28:20Speaker 1: cut off his legs and count the rings. Yes, that's
- 28:22Speaker 1: the janitor that suggests that. And then and Sarah says
- 28:26Speaker 1: that only works on trees, and he says, and puppets
- 28:29Speaker 1: and puppets. Yes, now is that because does he mean
- 28:36Speaker 1: puppets made of wood? I don't know. I believe so
- 28:40Speaker 1: it's a thinker that joke, because you're like puppets and like, oh,
- 28:43Speaker 1: does he mean like Pinocchio? I believe so? I believe so.
- 28:47Speaker 1: I could be wrong. I laughed either way, even if
- 28:50Speaker 1: even if it wasn't wooden puppets. I thought it was
- 28:52Speaker 1: just so random and funny. Okay, so um who finally
- 28:56Speaker 1: has enough and he sparks the lighter set to I mean,
- 28:59Speaker 1: I don't know if because okay, so hold on, hold on.
- 29:03Speaker 1: So Cox has this whole argument, not argument, but statement
- 29:09Speaker 1: to j D about becoming a grown up, and he
- 29:12Speaker 1: really lays it in thick he lays it onto yeah
- 29:17Speaker 1: and gives him the and gives him, you're acting like
- 29:20Speaker 1: a fucking jackass, and I'm you know what, and I didn't.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I didn't congratulate you on having a kid, and well
- 29:26Speaker 1: here it is right now, congratulations, we're all really proud
- 29:29Speaker 1: of you. Lays it on Thick. So now Turk, so
- 29:34Speaker 1: JD's like, you know what, you're right in his mind, Coxs,
- 29:36Speaker 1: you're right, I gotta grow up. So he kind of
- 29:38Speaker 1: lays it on Thick to Turk when Turk's like, let's
- 29:40Speaker 1: do this giant doctor thing and JD's like, nah, I
- 29:43Speaker 1: don't want to do it. I think we need to
- 29:44Speaker 1: grow up. He got in his head, right. Turk's like,
- 29:48Speaker 1: fuck that shit, I'm not letting him go down this path.
- 29:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring him back to the good side. And
- 29:53Speaker 1: he decides I'm gonna bring you back by keeping the
- 29:58Speaker 1: immaturity going right, and so he offers so many different things.
- 30:02Speaker 1: He try to him, Yeah, tries to play hide the
- 30:06Speaker 1: saltine with him. Yeah, that was funny. It was sort
- 30:09Speaker 1: of vaguely sexual. It was kind of like, you know,
- 30:11Speaker 1: it was coming. It was kind of like it was
- 30:14Speaker 1: kind of like sticking your butt up in the air,
- 30:16Speaker 1: but it was a salteine, like you know you want it,
- 30:18Speaker 1: and JD's not biting. So finally he's like, look, man,
- 30:22Speaker 1: I tell you right. He's like, look, I'm telling you
- 30:25Speaker 1: this is you gotta come back. Look at what I did.
- 30:28Speaker 1: And he's got a bunch of interns now following who's
- 30:31Speaker 1: around the hospital right, and Whoch finally snaps, yeah, well
- 30:37Speaker 1: who says hims going to the bathroom and he's gonna
- 30:39Speaker 1: kill someone if severn one of y'all follows me up
- 30:42Speaker 1: in there, Yeah, I kill you. Today's gonna be a
- 30:46Speaker 1: good day. Yeah. Wait before that, who I, there's a
- 30:51Speaker 1: cool shot. I like, um, where all the this is
- 30:55Speaker 1: probably right out? Oh this is right after the commercial
- 30:57Speaker 1: break um in in in the second act when um
- 31:03Speaker 1: all the dramatic walk ups and it's just a it's
- 31:05Speaker 1: a winner. So it just it like picks up everyone
- 31:07Speaker 1: like he pulls him dramatic walk up, then goes to
- 31:09Speaker 1: someone else, thinks someone else and there whip pans to
- 31:12Speaker 1: Kelso it's really cool. I like that shop I skipped
- 31:15Speaker 1: one time that hooch goes real critics where yeah, I'm
- 31:18Speaker 1: saying what I was about to say, was it? And
- 31:21Speaker 1: then it comes back to me in the in the
- 31:23Speaker 1: uh in admissions and I accidentally bump into hooch and
- 31:27Speaker 1: he goes, are you following me? Because I won't cut you,
- 31:31Speaker 1: and I'm like, no, no, no no, I'll go that way,
- 31:32Speaker 1: and then he does the one of the funniest whose
- 31:34Speaker 1: things I love was, which is the slow tap you
- 31:36Speaker 1: know on then he does he goes up up because
- 31:42Speaker 1: that was run one of the first times Whoch was
- 31:44Speaker 1: ever on the show when when he when when we
- 31:47Speaker 1: were doing the like with in the shower and all that. No, no, no, no,
- 31:52Speaker 1: it's like one of the first times when we were like, um,
- 31:54Speaker 1: we were gonna go order some hooch. Right, he shows
- 31:58Speaker 1: up and he came in and my mission in the
- 32:00Speaker 1: window there, right yeah, and he goes because it certainly
- 32:02Speaker 1: sounds like you're trying to mess with me or whatever
- 32:04Speaker 1: it was. But then he did the same. It's another
- 32:06Speaker 1: one of his things where he goes like, tap tap tap,
- 32:10Speaker 1: it's so funny to me. And then we get him
- 32:13Speaker 1: again and he turns around and he pulls out a
- 32:15Speaker 1: lighter and it's a fucking crack lighter. Yo, who's got
- 32:19Speaker 1: a crack light and that lighter. That gift is one
- 32:22Speaker 1: of my favorite gifts. Uh, you can find for a
- 32:24Speaker 1: burn baby. Find that gift on the interweb's people, I
- 32:27Speaker 1: send it all the time. It's Rex bumps into him
- 32:30Speaker 1: and almost knocks his coffee into him. He goes, did
- 32:32Speaker 1: you try to burn me? I don't know if that
- 32:35Speaker 1: was a specially rigged lighter or oh yeah, man, they
- 32:38Speaker 1: turned that into a crack lighter. Goes, a burn for
- 32:41Speaker 1: a burn baby. That's in the Bible. Is so funny.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I laughed out loud at that lighter that's in the Bible.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Um okay, So then okay, we talked about how Ted
- 32:54Speaker 1: the lawyer is very upset about mitigate and litigate. We
- 32:58Speaker 1: talked about Kelso's a and everything like that. But when
- 33:02Speaker 1: they find out, when Elliott and the janitor find out,
- 33:05Speaker 1: they confront him and the janitor says, you're old, and
- 33:10Speaker 1: she gives him uh you know. Uh. Kelso isn't really
- 33:14Speaker 1: into the fact that they're talking about his age, and
- 33:18Speaker 1: Elliot tries to reverse it and tell them all of
- 33:20Speaker 1: the perks of being old, and the janitor is like, yeah,
- 33:23Speaker 1: like you know, when you're when you fart and people
- 33:25Speaker 1: think it's cute. And Kelso's talking and then he farts
- 33:30Speaker 1: and Elliott goes, oh see, I'm sorry audience that uh
- 33:39Speaker 1: we included the rare fart joke, but it's it was
- 33:42Speaker 1: a very funny fart joke. It wasn't very funny fart joke.
- 33:46Speaker 1: People think it's cute when you do, and he's like,
- 33:49Speaker 1: I'm not gonna play. Oh, let me you skip something.
- 33:56Speaker 1: When Sam goes, um, Carla walks off pissed from Johnny
- 34:02Speaker 1: scene and Sam goes chicks Huh. They're all soft and cuddly,
- 34:07Speaker 1: but you never get to be with one. They're all
- 34:16Speaker 1: soft and all right. So um yeah, So the janitor
- 34:34Speaker 1: um um and and and and Sarah Elliot are gonna
- 34:40Speaker 1: throw at party. They throw it and they and they
- 34:44Speaker 1: put ted in charge of the decorations. Yes, and he
- 34:49Speaker 1: gets Hanaka decorations because they're on sale. They're on sale,
- 34:52Speaker 1: which gives us the joy of seeing Snoop dog resident
- 34:55Speaker 1: in Yamica right on. Also gives us the joy of
- 34:59Speaker 1: seeing Lena. I think this is the first time Shelena
- 35:01Speaker 1: has been on the show. Am I correct, Um, I
- 35:04Speaker 1: don't know, um Shelena. For those of you don't know,
- 35:08Speaker 1: took over for Renee and we called her new Renee
- 35:11Speaker 1: for a little bit. Yeah, she was Sara's standing and uh,
- 35:15Speaker 1: she's awesome. She was in our in our our close
- 35:18Speaker 1: friend group on set, she became she she grew. She
- 35:22Speaker 1: was the mermaid at the wedding and stuff like that.
- 35:25Speaker 1: But she was in so many episodes like, oh, really
- 35:29Speaker 1: this was her first appearance or not. I don't know either,
- 35:31Speaker 1: but this is the first time I be saying, holy shit, Shelina. Yeah,
- 35:35Speaker 1: and uh, I just want to say that I laughed
- 35:37Speaker 1: at the Honeka stuff so much. And then when he
- 35:39Speaker 1: holds out the electric banoah and says make a wish.
- 35:52Speaker 1: I mean this whole this whole episode is about the
- 35:55Speaker 1: importance of being young at heart. Yeah, but all so
- 36:00Speaker 1: being able to be a grown up, to be grown
- 36:04Speaker 1: up enough or mature enough to handle your shit. Like
- 36:08Speaker 1: that's really what this episode is about. Can You Stay?
- 36:13Speaker 1: It was a great Twilight Zone the movie Can You
- 36:16Speaker 1: Stay with fresh young minds and a fresh young heart
- 36:20Speaker 1: even though you're getting older? Well, I got to say that,
- 36:26Speaker 1: um I thought you know it asked we you and
- 36:30Speaker 1: I are are are are are late forties sad to say,
- 36:35Speaker 1: and um, and we keep it young and silly. And
- 36:38Speaker 1: I think that, um, you know, I don't feel forty seven.
- 36:42Speaker 1: I feel very young at heart. And so I identify
- 36:45Speaker 1: with JD. I mean, obviously he's, you know, in his thirties,
- 36:48Speaker 1: but he wants to find a way to be young
- 36:51Speaker 1: at heart and be a good dad and be a
- 36:53Speaker 1: good doctor. But still there's no He's like, why do
- 36:56Speaker 1: I have to give up the silliness that I have
- 36:57Speaker 1: with my best friend? And I feel that's very true
- 37:00Speaker 1: in real life for you me and you, you know,
- 37:02Speaker 1: like your your wife is literally like, guys, please, you're
- 37:05Speaker 1: doing you're doing a two person in congoline. I meanwhile,
- 37:07Speaker 1: we're like having we're laughing ours, we're having the time
- 37:12Speaker 1: of our life. I looked up a couple of times
- 37:14Speaker 1: when people were enjoying the fact that we were doing
- 37:16Speaker 1: a two person congo line. Oh man. We did a
- 37:21Speaker 1: lot of shots, a lot of shots. And then I
- 37:24Speaker 1: and then you know, look those burgers at the end
- 37:26Speaker 1: of the night. Listen, I'm gonna just say, straight up,
- 37:31Speaker 1: baby the baby Gallah, thank you for having us. What
- 37:33Speaker 1: an amazing evening. It was great for a great such
- 37:35Speaker 1: an amazing evening. I hope I get invited back next year.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I think you will. Donald, I think you were the
- 37:40Speaker 1: life at the party. Um. And then the show ends
- 37:44Speaker 1: with oh I wanted one thing we have to go
- 37:46Speaker 1: back to at fourteen twenty nine, Donald has a very
- 37:51Speaker 1: big chunk of medical jargon. Oh you can tell them acting,
- 37:54Speaker 1: and I remember, I remember this. If you're looking at
- 37:58Speaker 1: the normal cut pattern of US scene, you might ask
- 38:01Speaker 1: yourself why did the director choose to so quickly go
- 38:04Speaker 1: into a tight close up of an actor. It's because
- 38:07Speaker 1: the only time that particular actor was able to ever
- 38:10Speaker 1: get that medical jargon out in one sentence was it
- 38:13Speaker 1: was by the time we got into the That's when
- 38:17Speaker 1: you listen as an actor. This is when you know
- 38:20Speaker 1: you're fucking up if they go, Okay, we've got to
- 38:22Speaker 1: do the master all right. Now we're gonna do the
- 38:24Speaker 1: two shot. Okay. Now we're gonna do the single. Okay.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Now we're gonna go tighter on your single. Okay, we
- 38:29Speaker 1: gotta go a little bit tighter on your single. Okay,
- 38:33Speaker 1: gonna go a little bit tighter this time. As a director,
- 38:36Speaker 1: sometimes you gotta be strategic because if the actors in
- 38:39Speaker 1: their head as Donald. I'm sure you were because you
- 38:42Speaker 1: were not getting this first of all, it was hard,
- 38:43Speaker 1: and I'm sure you didn't even look at it until
- 38:45Speaker 1: that morning. No, I didn't look at it until that.
- 38:47Speaker 1: You could see the nervousness in my face as I'm saying.
- 38:49Speaker 1: When you're directing, you're like, I can't give this actor
- 38:52Speaker 1: a panic attack. They gotta get it. But you don't
- 38:54Speaker 1: want to keep going over and over. Now, as a director,
- 38:57Speaker 1: you might go, this line probably plays best in this size,
- 39:00Speaker 1: But if the actor is not getting it in that
- 39:02Speaker 1: size and you're looking at the clock and you got
- 39:04Speaker 1: to move on and you don't want to make give
- 39:06Speaker 1: them like panic attack, You're like, all right, well let's go,
- 39:08Speaker 1: let's go tighter. Well, and then you just keep going
- 39:11Speaker 1: tighter because you're they at least feel like you're moving on.
- 39:16Speaker 1: You're moving forward, right, But I know, but I know that,
- 39:19Speaker 1: like this motherfucker does not know this line, and we
- 39:21Speaker 1: gotta get this line, and we're losing time by the
- 39:24Speaker 1: end of it, your face and the screen. But it
- 39:27Speaker 1: was just shy of like your eyebrows, tear your bottom lip. Oh.
- 39:36Speaker 1: I forgot to tell you, guys, I did something that
- 39:38Speaker 1: I've never done before. So you know I work out.
- 39:42Speaker 1: I told you that, Yes, we know that I worked
- 39:44Speaker 1: out listening to our podcast while editing. Oh did you laugh? Dude?
- 39:50Speaker 1: I laughed so fucking hard. That's good that the people
- 39:53Speaker 1: in the gym were like, are you laughing at me?
- 39:55Speaker 1: I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, I'm sorry. I'm
- 39:57Speaker 1: listening to I'm did tell you listening to your own podcast?
- 40:01Speaker 1: Did you know I'm listening to a podcast I'm listening to?
- 40:04Speaker 1: You know? We all we always listened back before we
- 40:06Speaker 1: put it out, just just to make sure we got
- 40:08Speaker 1: everything right and didn't say anything too stupid. And I
- 40:10Speaker 1: laugh out loud all the time. I find this show
- 40:14Speaker 1: very funny. I guess somebody, Daniel, do you find it
- 40:19Speaker 1: funny when you're editing it. I definitely get a good
- 40:22Speaker 1: chuckle hearing the jokes, especially sometimes when you're occasionally not
- 40:26Speaker 1: here and then you edit last. Honestly, I love I
- 40:29Speaker 1: love I mean, I don't absolutely love being here, but
- 40:31Speaker 1: I love getting a fresh list of the episode, being like, oh,
- 40:33Speaker 1: what are the jokes? Oh yeah. I definitely laugh out
- 40:38Speaker 1: loud and I hope people listening to too. And we
- 40:43Speaker 1: didn't talk about do you want to talk about her? Well,
- 40:47Speaker 1: we don't want to do any spoilers, but we can
- 40:48Speaker 1: briefly say how good it was. Do you want to talk?
- 40:50Speaker 1: Joel said it was the best escape in a Star
- 40:52Speaker 1: Wars movie ever. She said, by that principle, even though
- 40:57Speaker 1: you do I disagree. Wait, you're talking about You're talking
- 40:59Speaker 1: about last week though not this week. She's talking about this.
- 41:02Speaker 1: The escape was great. But then there is a pilot Imperial.
- 41:09Speaker 1: No spoilers, but man, that show. I'm gonna go on.
- 41:12Speaker 1: I'm gonna go out on a lemon say this. I
- 41:14Speaker 1: will say the Death Star escape in a new and
- 41:19Speaker 1: a Return of the Jedi is a little bit better. Okay,
- 41:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna say the Asteroid Field and Empire is a
- 41:28Speaker 1: little bit better. And I'm gonna say and I'm gonna
- 41:31Speaker 1: say the Obi Wan escaping Django Fete in Attack of
- 41:36Speaker 1: the Clones is probably one of the best. All Right,
- 41:40Speaker 1: these are very specific. Can I say something? Yeah, other
- 41:43Speaker 1: than Wally, I don't think I've ever had tears infect Oh,
- 41:49Speaker 1: this robot like it is so well done, Like I
- 41:52Speaker 1: got tears in my eyes and I it's like I
- 41:55Speaker 1: want this robot like I love him Yeah. I love
- 42:00Speaker 1: him and I have such empathy for him. It's just
- 42:04Speaker 1: so well done. The fact that he's older and has
- 42:07Speaker 1: a stutter and and he's damaged, and oh my goodness,
- 42:11Speaker 1: it's like, obviously it's meant to evoke an old animal
- 42:14Speaker 1: like a pet for people, but it, man, does it
- 42:16Speaker 1: work on me? I got I got like tears my
- 42:18Speaker 1: eyes thinking about that robot. I'm very excited for the finale.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I want that robot. I want like, if they make
- 42:24Speaker 1: a life size replica sideshow sideshow, if you make a
- 42:29Speaker 1: life size sideshow, dear sideshow, when you make the life
- 42:33Speaker 1: size replica, I want one, you know. So it we're
- 42:37Speaker 1: coming to the final episode of that series. Uh for
- 42:40Speaker 1: the season. I'm gonna just say something. And I understand
- 42:46Speaker 1: that not a lot of people are watching the show,
- 42:48Speaker 1: and that's I think, I think on let me, let
- 42:51Speaker 1: me just finish. Even if that's not true, the strategy
- 42:54Speaker 1: is to put it on Hulu and all of these
- 42:57Speaker 1: other networks. And I feel like the fact that there's
- 43:00Speaker 1: a even if it's just a small group, even if
- 43:02Speaker 1: it's not the amount of people that they want to
- 43:05Speaker 1: watch it, I feel like there's something really special about
- 43:08Speaker 1: the people that have found and or you know what
- 43:10Speaker 1: I mean on Disney plus dude, I find I'm just
- 43:14Speaker 1: from seeing on Reddit and Daniel and Joel you could
- 43:17Speaker 1: you could probably laying on this better than than I.
- 43:21Speaker 1: People love it. Um, yeah, but it is. It is.
- 43:25Speaker 1: It's lower ratings because the children aren't watching. But I
- 43:27Speaker 1: think there's I think Disney has Lucas has to be
- 43:30Speaker 1: clear that there's an audience for this show, right. I
- 43:33Speaker 1: just don't want them to saturate it and try and
- 43:35Speaker 1: be like, we got to turn this into, you know,
- 43:38Speaker 1: a mainstream story so that we can get more eyes
- 43:42Speaker 1: on it. I would prefer the way it is, That's
- 43:46Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I prefer it the way it is.
- 43:47Speaker 1: And I love the fact that there's a small group
- 43:49Speaker 1: of us. If it is a small group or there's
- 43:51Speaker 1: a group of us, I think it's just smaller because
- 43:53Speaker 1: you take out the kids who have no interest. But
- 43:56Speaker 1: but there's plenty of that's still a big audience, right too. Well,
- 43:58Speaker 1: you know better than no. There was some concern about
- 44:01Speaker 1: its viewership. The first three episodes saw pretty large numbers
- 44:04Speaker 1: and then it tanked all right U until episode six,
- 44:06Speaker 1: which is the heist episode. Then it exploded. It's recovering
- 44:10Speaker 1: and rebounding. But they are trying to help people science audience.
- 44:13Speaker 1: A lot of Star Wars like fair Weather fans didn't
- 44:16Speaker 1: know about it. I think it's a critical darling and
- 44:18Speaker 1: I think it'll continue. Oh, I think it's going to
- 44:20Speaker 1: win a lot of awards. And by the way, sometimes
- 44:22Speaker 1: sometimes these streamers will make something um that's that's not um,
- 44:27Speaker 1: you know the biggest juggernaut success for awards. I think
- 44:30Speaker 1: it's there's no way the show I'm not going to
- 44:32Speaker 1: win creative. Let's stay on that. And that's what I'm saying.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Let's stay on that energy instead of trying to Star
- 44:38Speaker 1: Wars doesn't always have to be this big spectacle, and
- 44:41Speaker 1: and Or's the perfect example of it, you know what
- 44:44Speaker 1: I mean. Let's keep it like that, you know what
- 44:46Speaker 1: I mean, to try and make it so that more
- 44:48Speaker 1: people will view it in order for it to be popular.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Is I disagree with that? You know a show is
- 44:54Speaker 1: good when like the next morning you're still thinking about
- 44:57Speaker 1: a sad robot. Right, Well, you know you know a
- 45:00Speaker 1: show is good when it stops and you're like, you
- 45:02Speaker 1: know what, I think I just need to watch it
- 45:03Speaker 1: one more time to see if I missed anything. Oh
- 45:05Speaker 1: you know what else? I know this is not for you, Donald,
- 45:08Speaker 1: but maybe Joe Allendale. The Crown is incredible this season.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Forget about it. The Princess Die comparisons. No, but Elizabeth
- 45:19Speaker 1: TEBECKI is incredible as Princess Diana. And the acting across
- 45:25Speaker 1: the board, every single speaking part in that show, and
- 45:29Speaker 1: the design. I mean, I think it's known as one
- 45:31Speaker 1: of the most expensive shows on television. It is. It
- 45:34Speaker 1: is just beautiful and so well acted, and um, I
- 45:38Speaker 1: highly recommend it to people who like um dialogue and
- 45:42Speaker 1: great acting. It's very very well done. And she's just
- 45:45Speaker 1: she's she's gonna win the award. I mean, she's incredible.
- 45:49Speaker 1: All Right, Um, should we take a quick break and
- 45:51Speaker 1: then we'll listen to some some pitches from fans. We'll
- 45:55Speaker 1: be right back these balls. Everybody likes a little last play. Dude,
- 46:12Speaker 1: fuck your sound of fuck, fuck your sound effects machine. Class. Sorry,
- 46:18Speaker 1: just giving someone of some greatest hits a fuck sake.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Just stop talking about your WILLI is right, Sorry we didn't.
- 46:25Speaker 1: I gotta give a shout out to this little um spinner.
- 46:28Speaker 1: I love Wait what huh, it's like a little figet spinner.
- 46:33Speaker 1: What did you think it was dirty? I did think
- 46:35Speaker 1: of something dirty. No, it's a fidget spinner, you know, Like,
- 46:37Speaker 1: I know the fidget spinner craze is over, but I actually,
- 46:40Speaker 1: as someone who's always highly tense and wired, really like,
- 46:47Speaker 1: um fucking with this thing. Um. It's made by Yogi
- 46:50Speaker 1: y o g I and uh, I just keep it
- 46:54Speaker 1: in my pocket and I flick it and what behind.
- 47:00Speaker 1: It's better. I'm not talking about genitis. The name fidget
- 47:03Speaker 1: spinner sounds dirty. The ship's called a fidget spinner, dude. Yeah,
- 47:09Speaker 1: that's what all of those fidget spinners were when everyone
- 47:11Speaker 1: had the living a thing since like twenty nineteen. Well,
- 47:15Speaker 1: I don't discreet that one. Is that it fits up.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Oh my god, we lost that. It doesn't vibrate down
- 47:20Speaker 1: by the way. If it did vibrate, you could use
- 47:22Speaker 1: this sex. But it doesn't. By the way, Yogi, you
- 47:26Speaker 1: should make one that has a sex tell but there
- 47:29Speaker 1: comes in lots of colors. This is not that um.
- 47:32Speaker 1: But if you're if you're if you're an anxious person,
- 47:35Speaker 1: I recommend this. It fits. It comes with different m
- 47:38Speaker 1: sizes for your fingers and you just play with it.
- 47:41Speaker 1: All right, Donald's cracking up. All right, we'll move on here.
- 47:44Speaker 1: All right, Joel, what do you have for us? Like
- 47:46Speaker 1: you're like a fucking general Kizak and Donald and Joel
- 47:50Speaker 1: and Daniel um driving right now. So it's probably a
- 47:53Speaker 1: little loud, but I was just listening to your newest episode,
- 47:57Speaker 1: and I have a few things to say. For one,
- 48:00Speaker 1: as far as a custom cereal goes, you guys definitely
- 48:03Speaker 1: have to do chocolate and vanilla bears with marshmallows. Zagnesis marshmallows,
- 48:09Speaker 1: so I think that would be the perfect custom cereal.
- 48:13Speaker 1: But as far as what to do after Scrubs ends,
- 48:18Speaker 1: I think a really funny an interesting show to do
- 48:25Speaker 1: the podcast on would be The Middle because you still
- 48:28Speaker 1: could get some of those insights from Neil, and if
- 48:32Speaker 1: Neil is available, you can have him on the show more.
- 48:36Speaker 1: I've actually never seen The Middle, but since Neil is
- 48:38Speaker 1: so funny, I'm assuming it's hilarious and I remember my
- 48:41Speaker 1: parents really loving it, So yeah, that would be my
- 48:45Speaker 1: suggestion for if you're going to continue the podcast and
- 48:50Speaker 1: incorporate a rewatch show, you should try doing The Middle.
- 48:56Speaker 1: This is going to be shorter than two minutes, but
- 48:58Speaker 1: These are my pitches for Cereal and for shows. You guys,
- 49:02Speaker 1: I love the cereal. You had me at the Cereal,
- 49:05Speaker 1: I did you? Well? Is there any movement? Um on
- 49:09Speaker 1: has been placed and research is being done because I
- 49:13Speaker 1: just saw this Snoop dog is you know, he he's
- 49:17Speaker 1: very He's a big theme in this episode. But he
- 49:19Speaker 1: m he just released a line of dog clothing. And
- 49:23Speaker 1: I just feel that, you know, if you get the
- 49:26Speaker 1: right person on the phone, you can make anything happen.
- 49:29Speaker 1: We're gonna get a Cereal. I want it. Donald, aren't
- 49:32Speaker 1: you so excited about You know, a lot of these
- 49:34Speaker 1: celebrities make alcohol brands. We're gonna make We're gonna make
- 49:38Speaker 1: our billions off cereal and it's gonna be it's gonna
- 49:41Speaker 1: be heart healthy and taste good too. Yeah. I don't know.
- 49:45Speaker 1: I think we should. Yeah, well, I don't know if
- 49:46Speaker 1: it'll be hard healthy. Oh god, it has to be
- 49:48Speaker 1: herd healthy. It's gonna have marshmallows in it. I want
- 49:51Speaker 1: there to be some peanut butter flavoring in it too,
- 49:54Speaker 1: marshmallows and peanut butter flavors. It's gonna be like a
- 50:00Speaker 1: Ben and Jerry's. It's gonna be like a Ben and
- 50:02Speaker 1: Jerry's cereal. It's just super junk. By the way, I
- 50:06Speaker 1: tried to have a pine of Ben and Jerry's in
- 50:08Speaker 1: my house and and have it lasted day. It did not.
- 50:12Speaker 1: I can't do it. I just can't do it. It's
- 50:14Speaker 1: like it was a Netflix and chill. Oh, it's pretty good.
- 50:19Speaker 1: One taste like it's got brown Yes, yes, tastes like
- 50:27Speaker 1: dry humping on the couch. Um, No, it's some it's
- 50:32Speaker 1: some brown good that sounds delicious. Um it's I think
- 50:44Speaker 1: it's brownie, peanut butter, ice cream, pretzel and maybe cookie,
- 50:50Speaker 1: though I'm not exactly sure. As good as heck. And
- 50:54Speaker 1: I looked at it, I closed the freezer, and then
- 50:56Speaker 1: I went off and didn't went about my day. In
- 51:00Speaker 1: the back, I stared her down, took a couple of bites.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Did you say, no, No, you do this thing where
- 51:11Speaker 1: you go I'm only gonna go to this far in
- 51:13Speaker 1: the pump master cut off. And then you get to
- 51:19Speaker 1: the cutoff point where you're like one more layer, but
- 51:22Speaker 1: not all the way down, just another little layer. I'm
- 51:25Speaker 1: just gonna like scrape a little surface layer off, and
- 51:29Speaker 1: then you start seeing a little hinto the bottom and
- 51:30Speaker 1: you're like, yeah, I can see the bottom. And then
- 51:37Speaker 1: the serving size is like three servings. You're like, oh,
- 51:39Speaker 1: what's that? How many calories that you do the math
- 51:42Speaker 1: and you're like, fuck. So I've been I've been trying
- 51:47Speaker 1: to concentrate on how much sugar I'm eating nowadays, and
- 51:50Speaker 1: I realized, holy shit, I eat a lot of sugar. Yeah,
- 51:52Speaker 1: well that's that's so stupid for your workout. So that's
- 51:54Speaker 1: like totally counterproductive. All that's gonna do is add fat. Yeah,
- 51:57Speaker 1: but you're gonna give yourself a treat here and there,
- 51:59Speaker 1: but every day that's okay. So here, okay. So if
- 52:05Speaker 1: that's the case, well just canceling out any cardio you're doing.
- 52:11Speaker 1: So that's that's the point. It's like you cardio for
- 52:14Speaker 1: like a half hour whatever, you know. You know. So
- 52:17Speaker 1: I've been I've been baking lately for the past week
- 52:20Speaker 1: and a half. These are the things I've baked. I
- 52:23Speaker 1: baked sweet potato pie bars. They were delicious, and then
- 52:28Speaker 1: made apple apple pie crumble bars. Yeah that delicious, that's great.
- 52:33Speaker 1: And then I just made blueberry pie crumble bars. You're
- 52:38Speaker 1: torturing yourself. Let me tell you something. Listen, my wife
- 52:42Speaker 1: is like, are you trying to kill the kids? I
- 52:44Speaker 1: do love baking. I love baking tremendously. Like, look, a
- 52:48Speaker 1: perfect day for me would be and I don't get
- 52:50Speaker 1: to do this often, but a perfect day for me,
- 52:53Speaker 1: and I can do it fast now too, that's the
- 52:54Speaker 1: other thing, Like I've been doing it long enough that
- 52:56Speaker 1: I can get it done within thirty minutes, you know
- 52:58Speaker 1: what I mean. But perfect day would be get stone,
- 53:03Speaker 1: bake a bunch of cakes, cook some meat, you know
- 53:06Speaker 1: what I mean, maybe a vegetable or two here, like
- 53:09Speaker 1: Thanksgiving would be. Well, it sounds like your favorite holidays coming.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Are you gonna make an apple pie? Are you gonna
- 53:16Speaker 1: make an apple pie? Am I gonna make an apple pie?
- 53:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna make a bunch of pies, and it's only
- 53:19Speaker 1: gonna be four of us, So if you guys are hungry,
- 53:22Speaker 1: I'll send it your way, you know. And so this
- 53:24Speaker 1: is what I thought. I was like, So after I
- 53:25Speaker 1: made the blueberry pie, right, and it's this is the
- 53:29Speaker 1: third pie in the last week and a half that's
- 53:31Speaker 1: been made in this house, right, and I'm like, damn,
- 53:34Speaker 1: what the fuck? Am I? I can't eat all of
- 53:36Speaker 1: this because I'm gonna get sick. I'll get diabetes if
- 53:38Speaker 1: I eat all of this shit. But I'm looking at
- 53:40Speaker 1: it like that shit is so good. Though, I'm like,
- 53:42Speaker 1: what can I do? And then it came to me,
- 53:45Speaker 1: I know exactly what to do. This is a lot
- 53:46Speaker 1: of baked thinking. This is like a lot of weed thinking.
- 53:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna hire a pastry rapper and I'm gonna cook.
- 53:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna this is where the Snoop Dog, when the
- 53:56Speaker 1: stoop Dog was the snoop Dog hired a blunt roller.
- 53:58Speaker 1: I was like, I'm gonna hire a page and I'll
- 54:01Speaker 1: cook these things and I'll have a couple of bites
- 54:03Speaker 1: of it, and then i'll chop it up and have
- 54:06Speaker 1: the pastry wrapper wrapp it and I'll send it to
- 54:08Speaker 1: my friends and I'll just give it. That way, I can.
- 54:13Speaker 1: I can make all the shit that I want to
- 54:15Speaker 1: eat and then give it away and not feel like, Okay,
- 54:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna kill myself with diabetes and I'm killing I
- 54:20Speaker 1: don't think you need a professional pastry roller. You guys
- 54:24Speaker 1: aren't going to eat that shit if I just send
- 54:25Speaker 1: it to you, though, Yes, if I send you a
- 54:30Speaker 1: pie and some Tupper where you're gonna look at him
- 54:33Speaker 1: eat that that. Well, you think, I don't trust you
- 54:36Speaker 1: as long as you don't put weed in it. If
- 54:38Speaker 1: you do put weed in it, you can set it
- 54:39Speaker 1: to me. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.
- 54:46Speaker 1: So I'm think it's on the middle then, yeah, and
- 54:48Speaker 1: the no on the middle. I love Neil Flynn, um um,
- 54:52Speaker 1: and I think there's some very funny stuff in the middle.
- 54:54Speaker 1: I did. I didn't watch the whole series, but I
- 54:56Speaker 1: did watch some of season one and thought it was
- 54:58Speaker 1: really really good, super talented people. But um, certainly not
- 55:01Speaker 1: a show I would I would want to dedicate um
- 55:04Speaker 1: stop much time too. But but she but it's funny
- 55:07Speaker 1: that she's the young woman didn't even haven't even watched
- 55:09Speaker 1: it herself. I think you guys should watched The Middle
- 55:14Speaker 1: funny because I want to hear what it's about. Yeah,
- 55:18Speaker 1: if we did pick a show, it would be a show.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I think that we were we were really into um yeah, okay,
- 55:23Speaker 1: all right, So here's the idea. A second idea is
- 55:26Speaker 1: is for a future project for for Donald and I
- 55:29Speaker 1: and who knows, maybe even the great writer Neil Goldman
- 55:31Speaker 1: go on, Hello f D r F Crew. It's Stephen
- 55:35Speaker 1: Brandon here with some sitcom ideas for Zach and Donald.
- 55:39Speaker 1: God forbid Donald's upcoming show doesn't work out. I have
- 55:43Speaker 1: a tree ideas that might just work for you. Piggybacking
- 55:47Speaker 1: off your Twilight Zone anthology series idea. You could film
- 55:50Speaker 1: all three of these as pilots and then air them
- 55:53Speaker 1: and then have a vote to see which one should
- 55:55Speaker 1: go to series. That could be a fun idea. Anyway,
- 55:58Speaker 1: here are the three calm ideas. Two mismatched men discover
- 56:03Speaker 1: they are half brothers when they attend their mutual father's funeral. However,
- 56:08Speaker 1: in order to receive their wealthy inheritance, they must live
- 56:11Speaker 1: together for a year and become real brothers. Zack and
- 56:14Speaker 1: Donald are long lost brothers in Chocolate and Vanilla Australian Brandon.
- 56:31Speaker 1: All I gonna say is Vanilla. That's funny. I love
- 56:38Speaker 1: this guy's voice, but I shoe for the show in
- 56:43Speaker 1: this episode Donald and Zach. If Movie Phone still existed,
- 56:46Speaker 1: he would be the voice from if you know the
- 56:48Speaker 1: name of the movie Michael see pros one by the way.
- 56:52Speaker 1: By the way, it'd be funny if it was an
- 56:54Speaker 1: anthology series. If every week this guy comes on, he's
- 56:57Speaker 1: like in this week's episode, here's the set up, what
- 57:01Speaker 1: was the ship when a guy would sit in a
- 57:03Speaker 1: chair before the before the movie would come on. He
- 57:07Speaker 1: would sit in there like a child. What is that, Daniel,
- 57:09Speaker 1: that's like you know, the guy the crypt Keeper. No,
- 57:12Speaker 1: that's a that's a different that's a different, different version
- 57:14Speaker 1: of example. But yeah, yeah, but let let's just call
- 57:17Speaker 1: he'd be like the cryb Keeper. Right. Did you watch
- 57:21Speaker 1: Tales from the cryb Yeah, yeah, I never watched it. Yeah.
- 57:25Speaker 1: Were you scared? Yeah, that's even even the Tales from
- 57:28Speaker 1: the Crib guy scared me. It's scary. That's a weird face.
- 57:31Speaker 1: It just made me laugh. He made me laugh, man. Yeah,
- 57:35Speaker 1: I didn't. I didn't want to. I didn't want to
- 57:36Speaker 1: watch it because I couldn't make it through the Tales
- 57:38Speaker 1: from the crypts guy's introduction. It was a practical puppet,
- 57:42Speaker 1: I know. But I was a kid, we were little. Yeah,
- 57:45Speaker 1: thank all right, continue with his ideas, please idea number two.
- 57:50Speaker 1: Two activist parents on the run for crimes against corporations
- 57:55Speaker 1: come out of hiding to attend the wedding of their
- 57:57Speaker 1: gay son, only to be caught by the police and
- 58:00Speaker 1: sentenced to house arrest with their son and his new groom.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Zack and Donald are gay newlyweds in house arrest? Were
- 58:16Speaker 1: the parents in Zack and Donald gay newlyweds and dand
- 58:30Speaker 1: I need that as a sound like Za please grabs
- 58:33Speaker 1: that sound. But Zach and Donald gay newlyweds in arrest,
- 58:38Speaker 1: house arrest. I'm gonna say something. It's like British big off.
- 58:45Speaker 1: I want him to do. I want him to do
- 58:47Speaker 1: a few more. I don't want this just to be yes.
- 58:49Speaker 1: What's his name? Wait? But Brandon, you please? Will you please?
- 58:54Speaker 1: Submit every week? Brandon? Please, Brandon, please please? Brandon. I
- 59:00Speaker 1: just also like his pitch style. He says it quick
- 59:03Speaker 1: and then he's like, Zach and Donald are gay newlyweds. Alright, alright?
- 59:13Speaker 1: Number three two divorced dad neighbors start a podcast about
- 59:17Speaker 1: how to raise children. However, when they come to blows
- 59:20Speaker 1: on how best to raise their kids, they agree to
- 59:22Speaker 1: swap children for a month to see who the better
- 59:25Speaker 1: parent really is. Zack and Donald are buddy podcasters in
- 59:29Speaker 1: child swap. Hopefully one of these ideas might make the whiteboard.
- 59:34Speaker 1: If not, feel free to sell all them to Doozer Inc.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Thanks very much and all the best to me any day.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Brandon Brandon, you're very funny. Any day. You can pitch
- 59:45Speaker 1: it to me any day, as long as you're very funny.
- 59:49Speaker 1: And I promise you that Doozers are going to steal
- 59:51Speaker 1: all those ideas even if we don't back Donald gay Newlyweds,
- 59:57Speaker 1: Stephen Brandon, Stephen Brandon. I messed up his name step
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: Stephen Brandon, literally Stephen Stephen and Joel's and Joel's defense, Steven,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: that's confusing. You have two first, it's like being named
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Zach Josh, Zach Josh, Donald Stephen. Oh, those are very
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: funny ideas, and you're a funny man. I'm not sure
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: we're gonna play gay newly weds? Um, why not? That'd
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: be hilarious. Just just let's we should just entertain the
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: pitch like like like, look, I don't think we're allowed
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: to play gay newly weds environment Joell are we We
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: can't even do a gig. Some people would frown upon it.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: There we go. I'm not talking about that. I'm saying
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: we should do like we should do uh with the pitch.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: We leave his voiceover and we just act out what
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: he's describing in the pitch in short little scenes. What
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: I like. What I like most about Stephen Brandon, Charles
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Chris Joshua's pitch is the idea of a cryp Keeper
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: like character. Like it's I'm still stuck on this anthology idea, right,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: every every episode's different, But a cryp Keeper like guy,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: perhaps with an Australian accent, gives the setup for let's
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: explained what's happening in each episode. So sit down and
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: watch Zack and Donald as gay newleywed's in. But that's
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: what's amazing about the anthology idea, dude, Like one episode
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: could be a full blown sitcom. One episode is like
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: a black mirror like trippy thing. Like everyone could be different,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: we can do anything. I love that. I'm I'm so
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: into like that so far. Stephen Zaindonald chocolate and vanilla.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Oh my god. All right, everybody, as you prepare your pitches, uh,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: you know, be more like Stephen Brandon. All right, that's
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: the show, ere, buddy. Um, we hope you have you guys.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: We hope you have a healthy, um positive good week.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: We love you, we care about you. We thank you
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: for tuning in. I miss you all. I miss so much,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: you all, and not the not the three of you.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: I'm talking to all the fans out there, the fans
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I miss, all the fans I miss when y'all used to,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: you know, hitting me in my DMS to tell me
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: that you know, although this week you guys did hit
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: me in the DM to tell me how MS. No
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: what wait no what
