Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Bett.
- 0:05Speaker 1: What's up, sister, what's up?
- 0:09Speaker 2: I'm hanging over here. It was the opposite.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm on vacation. Hold on, I'm gonna turn off
- 0:21Speaker 1: my sound because people are texting me. Rude, right, I know, Like, listen,
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'm recording Tea Time here. Don't be interrupting us.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Are you having a good time?
- 0:35Speaker 1: I am. I'm in Florida. So my mother in law
- 0:43Speaker 1: got married and I had the privilege of officiating the wedding. Nice. Yeah,
- 0:56Speaker 1: and it's been kind of a little bit of a
- 0:59Speaker 1: family reunion from my husband's side because his sisters and
- 1:04Speaker 1: cousins and nieces and nephews have been here. So it's
- 1:09Speaker 1: been good. It's been really good. Nice. What have you
- 1:16Speaker 1: been doing.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Oh, I've been taking care of a little Friday her
- 1:23Speaker 2: own one ish twoish, I think one. I've lost track
- 1:27Speaker 2: of time. It's a full time. I don't think I
- 1:32Speaker 2: could be a mom again. Oh my god, Now to start?
- 1:35Speaker 2: I mean, I and I had thought about it, because
- 1:37Speaker 2: I really have. It's really crossed my mind because I
- 1:40Speaker 2: know that I'm in a different place I can bring
- 1:42Speaker 2: forward such a different feel of different information and help
- 1:47Speaker 2: really to just let that child have all the experience,
- 1:51Speaker 2: you know, the same thing that most grandparents do, because
- 1:53Speaker 2: I just had another experiences. But they do worry you
- 1:56Speaker 2: out a little bit because they just they want to
- 1:58Speaker 2: go and this one wanted to be outside the whole time,
- 2:01Speaker 2: running and walking and stuff like that. So I probably
- 2:03Speaker 2: need to sleep for two weeks afterwards, but.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Like, okay, it's time for me to have a time out.
- 2:12Speaker 2: It really is, It really is. But it's also learning
- 2:15Speaker 2: boundaries too. It's like learning what am I willing not
- 2:18Speaker 2: it's what am I willing to do? But it's not
- 2:20Speaker 2: just about what am I willing to do? Because I
- 2:23Speaker 2: can do so many things, but how am I serving
- 2:26Speaker 2: myself in a lot of these times? Like how am
- 2:28Speaker 2: I giving myself time?
- 2:29Speaker 1: And all this?
- 2:31Speaker 2: I just will tell my younger version and every mom
- 2:34Speaker 2: that's out there or anybody that's trying to, you know,
- 2:37Speaker 2: maneuver life with kids and and jobs and everything else.
- 2:42Speaker 2: It's it's a lot. They're they're a big distraction. Yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 2: So it's quite the journey.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Yeah, and it makes you, of course appreciate what you've
- 2:56Speaker 1: already been through as a mom and with you when
- 2:59Speaker 1: yours a little same for me, and just noticing the time,
- 3:05Speaker 1: the changes of time and the different dynamics now. And
- 3:13Speaker 1: you know, just when you see that mom in the
- 3:16Speaker 1: grocery store tugging on a kid or two, it's like
- 3:20Speaker 1: just sending her well wishes and knowing, you know, she's
- 3:25Speaker 1: going to get through it. But yeah, I'm with you.
- 3:29Speaker 1: The wedding there, the wedding event itself, the whole thing
- 3:35Speaker 1: was all adults, and it was like, and it's not
- 3:40Speaker 1: that I don't like kids, but I just want to
- 3:42Speaker 1: tell you, it was like a relief to me that
- 3:45Speaker 1: it was an adult party, to be.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Honest, because you don't have to worry about them getting hurt.
- 3:51Speaker 2: People not There's so much that goes along with that
- 3:54Speaker 2: because it's even though they're your kids, we still have
- 3:57Speaker 2: a watchful eye on the kids.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, and it could be a stranger's kids and
- 4:03Speaker 1: you're still just yeah, really, you know, keeping an eye
- 4:07Speaker 1: on them. So I'm with you. I I wasn't much
- 4:11Speaker 1: of a kid person, even when I had my own son.
- 4:17Speaker 1: I really struggled as a as a mom in the beginning,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and I it's just not yeah, it's not my thing.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I do a lot better with adults with forty plus
- 4:30Speaker 1: forty years old plus typically.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's there's a lot less that I have to do
- 4:37Speaker 2: with adults, and that's so for me, it's it's there
- 4:40Speaker 2: is a lot of freedom with that. There really is.
- 4:42Speaker 2: But I all appreciate them when they're around. But it's
- 4:44Speaker 2: like it's having good, healthy boundaries of what's what's good
- 4:47Speaker 2: for me, and it's not what's just good for me,
- 4:49Speaker 2: it's what's good for them too. But it's there's got
- 4:52Speaker 2: to be a good harmony and balance with the whole situation. Really,
- 4:57Speaker 2: And it's so, yeah, I'm that you had sent me
- 5:01Speaker 2: a voice message earlier. I was like, oh my god,
- 5:03Speaker 2: I was just so happy to hear your boys. It
- 5:05Speaker 2: was the craziest thing ever. And it's like, why am
- 5:09Speaker 2: I so crazy about this right now? Because I mean,
- 5:11Speaker 2: I'm happy to hear your voice and everything. But it's
- 5:13Speaker 2: like it really like I really wanted to talk to you.
- 5:16Speaker 2: So it's like it's just nice to hear your voice.
- 5:19Speaker 1: That adult conversation, I guess.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I mean, we can have a child conversation. I'm good
- 5:26Speaker 2: with that too.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah, is stay here in jibber jabber, you know, gibberish
- 5:31Speaker 1: for the next ten minutes or something.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's interesting. So it's all been a learning, right,
- 5:38Speaker 2: it's all been a learning and we can't it's not
- 5:41Speaker 2: our job. I've had so many people come into my
- 5:44Speaker 2: experience here recently and they're wanting to help others and
- 5:47Speaker 2: wanting to do for others, and then the others aren't
- 5:49Speaker 2: wanting that help, or they're not wanting that guidance, or
- 5:51Speaker 2: they're not wanting whatever. So it's like how you said
- 5:54Speaker 2: it really good just a few minutes ago. The best
- 5:56Speaker 2: way that we can really kind of be there for
- 6:00Speaker 2: everybody is to be there for ourselves. You didn't say
- 6:04Speaker 2: it exactly like that. But when we're focused, when we're
- 6:06Speaker 2: focused on our energy and we're in this place, we're
- 6:08Speaker 2: in a different space. We're in a difference. We're more
- 6:11Speaker 2: at ease and more calm, we're more beneficial for everybody.
- 6:15Speaker 2: But if we can stay in a space where we
- 6:17Speaker 2: raise our vibrational frequency as high as we can take it,
- 6:21Speaker 2: and then from there, then talk to people. But don't
- 6:24Speaker 2: do it before you talk to the people, because we
- 6:25Speaker 2: got we gotta honor ourselves and give ourselves that time
- 6:28Speaker 2: and that energy take the breaths and then focus. For me,
- 6:31Speaker 2: it's focusing on the third eye in the crown area.
- 6:33Speaker 2: So then I'm completely opened up and then I'm seeing
- 6:36Speaker 2: what does life look like through those senses? I was
- 6:40Speaker 2: gonna say through eyes, but it's not really, it's just
- 6:42Speaker 2: more senses and stuff whatever I pick up or feel.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Yeah, and being around all these family members, remembering the
- 6:52Speaker 1: tools like remembering to ground myself, remembering to be attentive
- 6:59Speaker 1: to my energy because I know my energy affects the collective, right,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and remember that if I get caught up in the
- 7:07Speaker 1: heightened emotion, because there was a moment of discord, nothing
- 7:15Speaker 1: like extreme, but it was enough that everybody was affected.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Everybody in the room was affected by it, and everybody's
- 7:21Speaker 1: trying to maintain them calmness. And it was like, okay,
- 7:25Speaker 1: how can I how can I maintain my energy? Well?
- 7:30Speaker 1: Get up and go outside with one like just get up,
- 7:33Speaker 1: walk away, go outside. Interesting enough, you go outside, other
- 7:39Speaker 1: people follow you. So I'd stand out there for a moment,
- 7:43Speaker 1: catch my breath, kind of feel the breeze and the coolness,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and then as people came out, I went hang out
- 7:53Speaker 1: for a little bit and then as a certain person can.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Then I would go back inside and be like, okay,
- 8:01Speaker 1: just remember to be calm, you know, and just sending
- 8:07Speaker 1: the love I did. There was a couple of times
- 8:09Speaker 1: I really got in my heart center and was sending
- 8:10Speaker 1: love into the room and just maintaining my calmness was
- 8:15Speaker 1: I think the biggest piece, because the conversation was directed
- 8:21Speaker 1: towards me for interaction that was unnecessary conversation, and I
- 8:30Speaker 1: had a little bit of sternness in my voice, but
- 8:32Speaker 1: maintained my calmness and just laid the facts right, not
- 8:37Speaker 1: like an opinion or anything. Just stick with the facts.
- 8:40Speaker 1: This is the way it is. So I'm talking to
- 8:42Speaker 1: myself through this and things calm down. Conversation ended like
- 8:50Speaker 1: so it's really just keep practicing the self awareness and
- 8:56Speaker 1: so beneficial.
- 8:59Speaker 2: And I would I agree with you. I mean to
- 9:01Speaker 2: agree with you anyways, but I mean, I agree with
- 9:03Speaker 2: you about this self awareness stuff. It's because I've I've
- 9:06Speaker 2: been in a few heightened moments recently, and I don't know,
- 9:10Speaker 2: I don't know where it comes from. I don't energetically,
- 9:13Speaker 2: I don't know is it coming from outside of me?
- 9:16Speaker 2: Is it coming from inside of me? Like all this
- 9:17Speaker 2: different stuff I've been noticing. But I have to be
- 9:20Speaker 2: an awareness, honestly, because if I'm not. There's been a
- 9:22Speaker 2: few times that I've been kind of emotionally triggered. I'm
- 9:25Speaker 2: I'm ready to be like get into it and like
- 9:28Speaker 2: really say some stuff. And it's like because, but you
- 9:30Speaker 2: can't take the stuff back once you say it said,
- 9:33Speaker 2: it's done, And that's what stops me and helps me
- 9:36Speaker 2: think about what are you saying right now? And it's
- 9:38Speaker 2: like worry. But my whole thing is my inner child.
- 9:41Speaker 2: That kid inside of me feels all these emotions, and
- 9:43Speaker 2: that little kid wants to have a reaction. It wants
- 9:45Speaker 2: to do it wants to feel good, and the best
- 9:48Speaker 2: way to feel good in that moment is to get
- 9:50Speaker 2: rid of that shit. Well, for me, the best way
- 9:52Speaker 2: to do it is to not do it that way,
- 9:54Speaker 2: because I've you burn bridges, you burn homes, you burn
- 9:58Speaker 2: cities down, but I'd rather not be that way. So
- 10:02Speaker 2: so I've caught myself in that awareness and been in
- 10:05Speaker 2: that space and I'm having the conversations inside of myself
- 10:09Speaker 2: because I don't want to keep feeling like this, Yeah,
- 10:11Speaker 2: when this stuf kind of comes up, I don't want
- 10:13Speaker 2: to feel like something else has to control over me.
- 10:15Speaker 2: And so I've got to see where my work. What
- 10:18Speaker 2: did I put my hooks out into that I got
- 10:21Speaker 2: hooked into that. Now I'm feeding this drum or, this
- 10:25Speaker 2: something that's there already that's familiar with whatever that energy
- 10:28Speaker 2: is that coming in right now, because it's been everything
- 10:32Speaker 2: will be fine. Then all of a sudden boom, there
- 10:33Speaker 2: it is. And if you don't, if I don't stop
- 10:35Speaker 2: and slow down right now, being awareness of that, holy crap,
- 10:39Speaker 2: it's not a good show. It's not.
- 10:42Speaker 1: And if you and if you're if you forget about
- 10:45Speaker 1: the self awareness as well, which I do tend to
- 10:48Speaker 1: do that once in a while, depending on what's going
- 10:50Speaker 1: on and how I'm feeling. And and it's uh, I
- 10:57Speaker 1: kind of lost my train of thought for a second. Wow,
- 11:06Speaker 1: that just came and went like that.
- 11:10Speaker 2: I totally understand that. I feel like I'm rubbing off
- 11:12Speaker 2: on you just a bit. It's okay, so we'll just go.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Yeah, if you know, if you're you're lacking that self awareness,
- 11:24Speaker 1: then you end up matching that person's energy who's having discord,
- 11:28Speaker 1: feeling aggressive, feeling out of swords, like you start matching
- 11:32Speaker 1: their energy and then there's no it turns, it gets
- 11:37Speaker 1: from bad to worse, and because then you just lose
- 11:43Speaker 1: that train of thought of how you're feeling, for one,
- 11:46Speaker 1: like how is how is the stress feeling in your body?
- 11:50Speaker 1: What's your body doing? And then the words that you
- 11:52Speaker 1: say and the thoughts you think, and it's like you
- 11:55Speaker 1: just get all discombobulated and and then it just turns
- 11:59Speaker 1: into a really uncomfortable situation. But but I noticed having
- 12:04Speaker 1: that self awareness, I wasn't matching the energy, and so
- 12:07Speaker 1: the energy could keep growing with me because I wasn't
- 12:10Speaker 1: allowing it.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I love it. Yeah, it's true. It's a good message
- 12:16Speaker 2: for everybody listening. It really is. And we struggle with
- 12:19Speaker 2: it too at times, but it's really it's really to
- 12:22Speaker 2: do even set yourself up ahead of time before you
- 12:24Speaker 2: even go into these environments. It's you know, we've talked
- 12:26Speaker 2: about it's been a while, but we've talked about that too,
- 12:29Speaker 2: like setting our intentions that like no matter what, no
- 12:32Speaker 2: matter what, I'm gonna stay grounded, I'm going to stay centered,
- 12:35Speaker 2: I'm going to stand in my power. I'm going to
- 12:36Speaker 2: feel you know, the love and the light. How whatever
- 12:39Speaker 2: your terminology is, the conversations you have with yourself as
- 12:42Speaker 2: you set yourself up, through your through your activities. But
- 12:45Speaker 2: it is which we've been leading up to. We've been
- 12:48Speaker 2: talking about that a lot, even recently. It's really paying
- 12:51Speaker 2: attention to what we're putting out there because we're going
- 12:53Speaker 2: to get it back and being careful, like you're saying,
- 12:56Speaker 2: being in that awareness so that we're not matching the
- 12:58Speaker 2: energy that's around us, because that's easy to do. We've
- 13:01Speaker 2: been doing it our whole lives so easily that we
- 13:03Speaker 2: don't even recognize when we're doing it. I do now
- 13:06Speaker 2: I recognize a lot of things that I do know
- 13:08Speaker 2: that it's like, holy crap, you can do this. It's
- 13:11Speaker 2: time to stop.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Yeah, well, and I don't want to. I want the
- 13:16Speaker 1: people listening that when we say match energy, typically it's
- 13:19Speaker 1: the aggressive energy that we're talking about. People come at
- 13:23Speaker 1: you with who are upset, who just they just point
- 13:27Speaker 1: everything negative out to you that they can see, like
- 13:31Speaker 1: that type of energy as we're really talking about. However,
- 13:37Speaker 1: there's also the flip side of the matching the energy
- 13:40Speaker 1: of the good stuff and having wonderful things happen. And
- 13:44Speaker 1: when you have a higher vibrational frequency, then amazing things happen.
- 13:48Speaker 1: So I'll just case in point I did this segment intending.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So on our way to the airport, I'm like, oh,
- 13:54Speaker 1: my gosh, it'd be so great if we just get in,
- 13:56Speaker 1: get our get ourselves checked. Well I checked in, but
- 13:59Speaker 1: you know.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Drop your luggage and all the things, like there's.
- 14:02Speaker 1: No line, there's we get right through security on the plane.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I love I love it when there's an extra empty
- 14:11Speaker 1: seat in our row. So uh so I was thinking, oh,
- 14:15Speaker 1: it's just so wonderful that there's space in our row
- 14:18Speaker 1: and we can spread out because my husband's kind of
- 14:20Speaker 1: a big dude, and uh so I just was singing
- 14:23Speaker 1: that right like how easy and how wonderful our flight was.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Guess what happened. Got our tags for our bags, went
- 14:33Speaker 1: right up to the front of the line, turned in
- 14:35Speaker 1: our bags went, and then the other thing. Because our
- 14:39Speaker 1: flight was so freaking early in the morning, or we
- 14:41Speaker 1: had to be there so early in the morning, we
- 14:43Speaker 1: weren't sure if there would be any like any place
- 14:46Speaker 1: to eat that early we got up there, what are
- 14:51Speaker 1: the places just open? So we had time to eat
- 14:54Speaker 1: because we had two hours to wait. We get on
- 14:58Speaker 1: the plane. There is hardly anybody on this plane, so
- 15:03Speaker 1: we were able to spread out like. It was just
- 15:06Speaker 1: so good connecting, flight was on time. We even arrived
- 15:09Speaker 1: early to our desk to our first layover. So anyway,
- 15:14Speaker 1: that type of energy, I loved it. I had a
- 15:16Speaker 1: great time with it all day. Even though I was exhausted,
- 15:19Speaker 1: I was just like, Okay, the next flight is just
- 15:21Speaker 1: as amazing. It was a full flight, but it still
- 15:25Speaker 1: was amazing. It was easy, it was quiet, and yeah,
- 15:31Speaker 1: the whole the whole trip's been great.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Nice. I like it. I like it, and it's good.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Remember reminders you I haven't talked about the Kaylee going
- 15:40Speaker 2: or whatever. I don't know if you. Yeah, and that's
- 15:45Speaker 2: like kind of like going along the same thing that
- 15:46Speaker 2: you said. It's really kind of setting yourself up. I
- 15:48Speaker 2: mean in obviously a broader terms, but you can do
- 15:51Speaker 2: it with short stuff like that too. You know that
- 15:53Speaker 2: you're you're getting ready to take off right now. It's
- 15:55Speaker 2: it's a it doesn't have to be so far into
- 15:58Speaker 2: the future. So you're having a good time creating because
- 16:02Speaker 2: you are creating. And I remember hearing efther Hicks. If
- 16:05Speaker 2: you're in a space, so talking about energies, right there's
- 16:08Speaker 2: obviously there's a time if you're in an energy and
- 16:10Speaker 2: they're in a bar room and there's a brawl going on,
- 16:12Speaker 2: obviously don't want to wrap into that energy. Hopefully you're
- 16:15Speaker 2: ting out the barroom, because we don't really do that.
- 16:17Speaker 2: But I'm just saying it's just a it's a possibility. Yeah,
- 16:23Speaker 2: that and that's what she would say. Yeah, And then she
- 16:25Speaker 2: would say, that's when you wouldn't want to take on
- 16:27Speaker 2: any of the energy. But when you're in a space
- 16:29Speaker 2: that feels so good, absorb it, soak it in, like
- 16:33Speaker 2: tune into it, and it's like it How fun is
- 16:35Speaker 2: that to even have that opportunity to even practice doing that,
- 16:39Speaker 2: to have an awareness of that and practice playing with that,
- 16:41Speaker 2: that's awesome.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, it's been fun. I just sit this, just
- 16:49Speaker 1: to sit and really get into your heart space when
- 16:53Speaker 1: all these people are here, like there's probably at one
- 16:57Speaker 1: point there's probably good fifteen of us in a room
- 17:01Speaker 1: in a house that's a fairly small house. And having
- 17:07Speaker 1: all that energy in there, when you play with it
- 17:13Speaker 1: and you're you're aware of it and you're acknowledging it,
- 17:17Speaker 1: like how do I how do I shift my energy?
- 17:24Speaker 1: Which will shift the energy collectively and not get caught
- 17:29Speaker 1: up in everybody's thoughts and emotions right now right. So
- 17:36Speaker 1: it's been fun to play with that for sure, on
- 17:39Speaker 1: both sides, the discord side and I. And even though
- 17:44Speaker 1: it happened, it was like, Okay, well that was cool
- 17:48Speaker 1: because it's still fizzled out because there was no matching
- 17:52Speaker 1: of the energy, like it was just like no, we're
- 17:55Speaker 1: not I'm not doing this, so and then a lot
- 17:59Speaker 1: of playful stuf up on the other end. It's just
- 18:02Speaker 1: been really good, nice.
- 18:05Speaker 2: And then so for me, one of the things that
- 18:07Speaker 2: I've been doing a lot lately is listening to comedians.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I have been laughing, like that's my focus. So that's
- 18:15Speaker 2: been one of the things to do right now. It's
- 18:17Speaker 2: just finding whatever makes me laugh. And yeah, so that's
- 18:20Speaker 2: why I'm doing it all the time, all day long.
- 18:23Speaker 2: The s it shifts the energy, it shifts everything. But
- 18:28Speaker 2: we forget to laugh. I was looking to I was
- 18:31Speaker 2: listening to it the other day and I'm at the
- 18:33Speaker 2: gym and then and I'm a person now, mind you.
- 18:36Speaker 2: I remember when the movie Ted came out, when I
- 18:38Speaker 2: and anybody that has you know, you have to have
- 18:40Speaker 2: a certain hypes sense of humor to watch that movie.
- 18:42Speaker 2: But I had watched it, and I remember being at
- 18:45Speaker 2: the theater and laughing out loud, and I was like,
- 18:46Speaker 2: oh god, someone could hear me, Like, you know, they
- 18:49Speaker 2: shouldn't hear me do that. I'm at the gym the
- 18:51Speaker 2: other day, I'm listening to a comedian. I'm doing the
- 18:53Speaker 2: like press and all of a sudden, I because I
- 18:56Speaker 2: got earbudget and I can in that place I'm at.
- 19:00Speaker 2: It's like so and I didn't even care.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a gauge.
- 19:04Speaker 2: That's a gauge letting me know, Hey, I'm going to
- 19:07Speaker 2: a certain point where I'm not caring about That's another
- 19:10Speaker 2: level of people pleasing sitting off of me. It's another
- 19:14Speaker 2: thing of not trying to rock the boat or disrupt
- 19:16Speaker 2: things or or all these things. And so it's like,
- 19:19Speaker 2: so that's been fun. It's been fun just doing that
- 19:22Speaker 2: kind of stuff, just having the.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Live people start looking around like what is she laughing at? Right?
- 19:27Speaker 1: But it also gets a smile on their face. Sometimes
- 19:30Speaker 1: it just makes other people laugh or at least smile.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So yeah, just by doing that is shifts it shifts
- 19:37Speaker 1: the energy the frequency of actually yeah, yeah, people go
- 19:46Speaker 1: into the gym, and a lot of times people use
- 19:50Speaker 1: it to shift their aggressive energy, right because they have
- 19:57Speaker 1: no other outlet, and so they might be in there
- 20:00Speaker 1: just really getting that, like their brow furrowed and just
- 20:04Speaker 1: concentrating on on their weights or whatever they're doing, and
- 20:09Speaker 1: then they hear somebody laughing in a gym. It's like
- 20:13Speaker 1: it's a In hypnosis, they call it a pattern interrupter.
- 20:18Speaker 1: So we're having a conversation and you're you're really deep
- 20:22Speaker 1: into your story of how bad it is, and and
- 20:25Speaker 1: I just dropped my pen and I'm like, oh, sorry
- 20:27Speaker 1: about that, And I go to that was a pattern interrupter.
- 20:30Speaker 1: It stops them from continuing with that, and I have
- 20:34Speaker 1: an opportunity now to change the conversation, the direction of
- 20:38Speaker 1: the conversation.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Yeah, So so maybe it's they're they're talking and I
- 20:50Speaker 1: just clap my hands and they're like, right, it's a pattern.
- 20:55Speaker 1: You just do something to just stop for them to
- 21:00Speaker 1: just go wait, what just happened? And a lot of
- 21:03Speaker 1: times people will lose their train of thought too. Yeah. Right,
- 21:07Speaker 1: So that is a technique in hypnosis, but it's not
- 21:13Speaker 1: not even necessarily when you when they're in a hypnotic state.
- 21:17Speaker 1: It you'd be well, we're wide awake, but you get
- 21:21Speaker 1: actually in a hypnotic state when you are carrying on
- 21:24Speaker 1: a conversation about your history, your experience, your situation, and
- 21:30Speaker 1: you're just in it and you're just so focused in it,
- 21:32Speaker 1: like you're you're almost hypnotized by the conversation itself.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Wow, and if'izing yourself again.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Yeah, and so so if the hypnotist or a person
- 21:48Speaker 1: who is trained in hypnosis or is aware of these things,
- 21:52Speaker 1: they can do a pattern interruptor and and to get
- 21:56Speaker 1: you out of that thought process for a moment, just enough,
- 22:02Speaker 1: like I said, to stop your train of thought or
- 22:05Speaker 1: give the the other person the opportunity to redirect the
- 22:09Speaker 1: conversation or right. So, yeah, it's a it's a cool
- 22:15Speaker 1: tool to have.
- 22:17Speaker 2: That's good. I've never even I hadn't heard that because
- 22:19Speaker 2: I've done hypnosis too, and it's like I haven't I
- 22:22Speaker 2: haven't heard that for the from the teacher that I
- 22:24Speaker 2: had listened to. So that's that's good for every day
- 22:27Speaker 2: because most of the time the conversation goes to like
- 22:30Speaker 2: what were we talking about? Like what were we saying?
- 22:33Speaker 2: I don't remember even though you did right, oh I remember, no,
- 22:40Speaker 2: dang it the room and then ask did that work?
- 22:51Speaker 1: Or it's simple as you can be. You can be
- 22:53Speaker 1: deep in your your story or whatever, and I'll just
- 22:55Speaker 1: be like, oh, you know what, you have some really
- 22:57Speaker 1: pretty blue eyes. And then and then it just makes
- 23:01Speaker 1: them stop and think, well, what does that have to
- 23:04Speaker 1: do with what I'm talking? Right, They're just like, wait
- 23:07Speaker 1: what I like it?
- 23:11Speaker 2: I like it.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's kind of fun to play with sometimes.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that's funny.
- 23:22Speaker 1: So yeah, it's been a Yeah, it's been a good trip.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Some interesting things, nothing crazy, though, it's been good. I
- 23:34Speaker 1: like it doing it. Do you learn a lot from
- 23:39Speaker 1: you from your little Oh? Yeah?
- 23:44Speaker 2: Oh yeah, because then I can see how mom is
- 23:46Speaker 2: all the time and how they just blow my mind.
- 23:49Speaker 2: She's she'll be she's four, she'll be five in November,
- 23:53Speaker 2: and it's like just so crazy how smart they are,
- 23:56Speaker 2: and how I really love it that she did want
- 23:59Speaker 2: to the outside. So every morning she'd be like, kind
- 24:01Speaker 2: of outside, Yeah, we live out here in the middle
- 24:04Speaker 2: of nowhere. You can you can run around, And so
- 24:06Speaker 2: she'd go out and run around the house and she
- 24:07Speaker 2: always had a dog with her and stuff, and it
- 24:10Speaker 2: was interesting to see how she kind of expanded on herself. Really,
- 24:14Speaker 2: she really was more focused and more ground than she
- 24:17Speaker 2: loves it out here. So it's cool that kids are
- 24:20Speaker 2: not always sitting behind a device or in front of
- 24:22Speaker 2: a game or a TV and stuff. So she loves
- 24:25Speaker 2: to go out and run around and play. But yeah,
- 24:28Speaker 2: there was just really they're they're really awesome when they
- 24:35Speaker 2: say things. Instead of before I would always assume what
- 24:37Speaker 2: they were saying. I asked them what they're talking about?
- 24:39Speaker 2: What does that mean? What does that mean? So because
- 24:41Speaker 2: she'll say really, and I'll say why, and then I'll
- 24:43Speaker 2: say yeah, really and she's like really, I'm like yeah really,
- 24:46Speaker 2: but really it's just funny communications.
- 24:53Speaker 1: And they're simple, very so simple. But we we, like
- 25:00Speaker 1: you said, we assume we know and it's completely off
- 25:04Speaker 1: of whatever they're thinking or whatever they're yeah, conversations.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Which is what I found. I've I have found that
- 25:13Speaker 2: with the kids. And then they take things so literal,
- 25:16Speaker 2: like when we say things. We have been raised a
- 25:19Speaker 2: lot in a society that doesn't keep their words, so
- 25:22Speaker 2: words don't matter as much someone says something. When someone
- 25:25Speaker 2: says I'm going to do that, you may not necessarily
- 25:28Speaker 2: believe that person's gonna do that because their words haven't.
- 25:31Speaker 2: They haven't matched their words. You know, there was nothing
- 25:34Speaker 2: to back it up. And so but when you say
- 25:36Speaker 2: things when you've been raising that kind of a life
- 25:39Speaker 2: or you know, uh, with that kind of awareness, with
- 25:41Speaker 2: those kind of tools, if you want to call them tools,
- 25:45Speaker 2: it got me this far, I guess. But it's like
- 25:46Speaker 2: you recognize there's where we can grow more, where we
- 25:50Speaker 2: could use more information. And so when I stop and
- 25:52Speaker 2: ask them questions and when I say things or when
- 25:55Speaker 2: I say things and they're like literally taking this information
- 25:58Speaker 2: and they look at me and they're like, well I
- 26:00Speaker 2: never thought that. Or I'd say, well, we're going to
- 26:04Speaker 2: do this, but it's not. It has nothing to do
- 26:05Speaker 2: with because I love you and I love you. Oh
- 26:07Speaker 2: I didn't know that was even in the question. I mean,
- 26:09Speaker 2: this is the kids talking to me about because I
- 26:11Speaker 2: have been raised differently. I have been raised with conditions,
- 26:15Speaker 2: and so being raised with conditions, I'm making sure that
- 26:18Speaker 2: they understand that I still love them no matter what
- 26:21Speaker 2: because of conditions. Because of my conditions, they already know
- 26:24Speaker 2: their love no matter what. And so it's just crazy
- 26:26Speaker 2: when we have these ideas these thoughts that come in
- 26:29Speaker 2: our mind, it is good for us to ask what
- 26:31Speaker 2: they're really meaning, and it's that that's missful in every relationship.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Nice.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Just because I have a you know, a templative experiences
- 26:40Speaker 2: that I've had that I'm grabbing from with my next
- 26:43Speaker 2: experiences doesn't mean that it's true and accurate to what
- 26:46Speaker 2: the person's bringing to the table. Doesn't It doesn't mean
- 26:49Speaker 2: that it's true that that's what they're meaning when they
- 26:51Speaker 2: say those words yea, even to the.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Point do it. So we'll go back to our conversation,
- 27:00Speaker 1: not necessarily this conversation, but previous conversations of it's about perspective.
- 27:06Speaker 1: You have a perspective based on your history of how
- 27:09Speaker 1: this conversation is going. But their perspective is like, I
- 27:13Speaker 1: don't even know what you're talking about.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, because I'll say some things and he'll be like,
- 27:18Speaker 2: where did that I even come from? Why would you?
- 27:21Speaker 2: Why would you even feel that way? But this is
- 27:23Speaker 2: because I felt like I had to defend myself so
- 27:25Speaker 2: much during childhood. There's so many things that I picked
- 27:27Speaker 2: up that we don't even realize.
- 27:29Speaker 1: That we do.
- 27:29Speaker 2: And the only way we can get there is through awareness.
- 27:32Speaker 2: We just don't even we don't even have we I don't.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I'm just amazed at how long it took me to
- 27:38Speaker 2: get to this point. Honestly, I really do. I really
- 27:42Speaker 2: am It's like, how did I like myself? I don't
- 27:46Speaker 2: think I liked myself this whole time? Honestly, How could
- 27:48Speaker 2: I have liked myself to just show up the way
- 27:50Speaker 2: that I I hadn't At times if I feel.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Like, yeah, we had a lot of years of not
- 27:56Speaker 1: liking ourselves.
- 28:00Speaker 2: And still you know, going to that point, but recognizing
- 28:02Speaker 2: that some whole another recording, we're not our bodies, We're
- 28:07Speaker 2: not this. It's just when you get into your truck
- 28:11Speaker 2: outside or your car outside, you don't sit there and think, oh, yeah,
- 28:14Speaker 2: oh look at the body on me right now, look
- 28:16Speaker 2: at there's a being over there. We don't do that
- 28:18Speaker 2: stuff with our vehicles, right I don't know. We get
- 28:21Speaker 2: so tied up in these vehicles that we're traveling, our
- 28:23Speaker 2: avatars that we travel around with that I think we
- 28:27Speaker 2: lose sight of a lot of things, and we can
- 28:30Speaker 2: get caught up in the worldly things. I guess.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Yeah. And it's just again, as we say, your body
- 28:37Speaker 1: is your indicator of how you feel. How you feel
- 28:40Speaker 1: is how your energy is, and how your energy is
- 28:42Speaker 1: what you're going to tract. That's been. That's been. Another
- 28:48Speaker 1: thing is just listening to the conversations and their experiences
- 28:51Speaker 1: that they're talking about and all the things and them
- 28:53Speaker 1: just like wow. I don't say it out loud, but
- 29:00Speaker 1: in my head, I'm thinking, Hmmm, have you looked at
- 29:04Speaker 1: yourself lately? Have you tuned into yourself lately? I can
- 29:09Speaker 1: teach you how, right, but it's not mine to fixed
- 29:12Speaker 1: and I don't have the time to nor the energy
- 29:14Speaker 1: right now. Uh to have those conversations with so many exactly,
- 29:22Speaker 1: and I totally understand that. So I'm like, they're they're
- 29:27Speaker 1: here for their own spiritual growth and it's their journey
- 29:30Speaker 1: and it's okay, and it's not mine too. But in
- 29:35Speaker 1: I can plant seats like we've talked about so many
- 29:37Speaker 1: times before and let it be, and.
- 29:41Speaker 2: That's that's what we're I feel like, that's what we're
- 29:43Speaker 2: supposed to do. Nothing more. We're supposed to be that
- 29:45Speaker 2: person driving down the road listening to something laughing out loud.
- 29:49Speaker 2: We're supposed to be those people. Yeah, permission, it's you know,
- 29:53Speaker 2: I need the permission. From that from somebody else to
- 29:56Speaker 2: be free like that with themselves in order for me
- 29:59Speaker 2: to think that was a okay for myself. I'm kind
- 30:01Speaker 2: of tripping over my mouth today for some reason.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I know, I feel you. And there's the the laughing
- 30:11Speaker 1: out loud genuinely authentically, and there is the I would say,
- 30:19Speaker 1: laughing out loud in a way of I need your attention.
- 30:24Speaker 1: That's true, right, Like you're laughing loud in the gym
- 30:29Speaker 1: was because something made you mate was funny to you,
- 30:32Speaker 1: and you were just like, oh, this is super funny.
- 30:35Speaker 1: But then there are other things that people will say
- 30:38Speaker 1: or do for the attention. Yeah, like you're in your
- 30:42Speaker 1: own world, just doing your thing, laughing, not even concerned
- 30:46Speaker 1: about anybody around you, but other people, you know, it's
- 30:49Speaker 1: like I need to do something to get the attention.
- 30:53Speaker 1: So people like that fixer type of thing. But anyway
- 30:56Speaker 1: saying it's a whole nother recording and conversation, but just
- 31:00Speaker 1: it's you know, we do things that are just out
- 31:05Speaker 1: of out of our programming because of our history, and
- 31:10Speaker 1: it's just I'm learning that. And and I'll say, I
- 31:13Speaker 1: mean I think I shared this before what things I
- 31:15Speaker 1: do quite frequently at night when I'm going to bed,
- 31:18Speaker 1: is listening. I listen to subliminals. So like right now
- 31:22Speaker 1: I'm listening to one. It says like wake up happy
- 31:26Speaker 1: and refresh or something like that. And so it's just
- 31:29Speaker 1: these affirmations that are said, but they're at such a
- 31:33Speaker 1: high rate of speed. They're playing at such a high
- 31:36Speaker 1: rate of speed that sounds like rain and iceless of
- 31:40Speaker 1: those as I'm going to sleep. And so there's you
- 31:44Speaker 1: could just listen. You could just look up because I
- 31:46Speaker 1: use YouTube for it. So I look up YouTube and
- 31:49Speaker 1: whatever it is I want to focus on, then I'll
- 31:52Speaker 1: just put in subliminals for and whatever title could be
- 31:56Speaker 1: money mindset, it could be Millionaire mindset, be uh, you know,
- 32:03Speaker 1: self love or weight loss or whatever. You just plug
- 32:06Speaker 1: it in and you know they'll pop up. So one
- 32:12Speaker 1: thing I will do before I go to sleep and
- 32:17Speaker 1: listening to one is I go into the comments, not
- 32:20Speaker 1: the comments, but the description section and see what affirmations
- 32:25Speaker 1: that they are saying, and if their affirmations are not listened,
- 32:30Speaker 1: I will not listen to it.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Oh okay, so that's really important.
- 32:35Speaker 1: So yeah, I definitely check what affirmations are being said.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very important, and.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Huh, I was gonna say, And for a while I
- 32:51Speaker 1: was listening to him for about confidence.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Nice. Well that's a good one too. I'm just writing
- 32:58Speaker 2: down the stuff that you're saying because it's in And
- 33:00Speaker 2: I was gonna say, how when you listen to the
- 33:02Speaker 2: one about being happy and when you wake up in
- 33:04Speaker 2: the morning, are you finding that you're waking up in
- 33:06Speaker 2: the morning happy? What are you noticing?
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm finding that my my demeanor is different because
- 33:12Speaker 1: a lot of times I've been waking up not grouchy,
- 33:17Speaker 1: but just like give me a little bit to wake
- 33:19Speaker 1: up and don't talk to me type of thing. Now
- 33:22Speaker 1: I'm now, I'm I'm better. And I just know it's
- 33:26Speaker 1: just been old programming over several years, a lot of
- 33:31Speaker 1: it having to do with the change of life of
- 33:34Speaker 1: you know, my body changing and menopause and all that,
- 33:37Speaker 1: and not sleeping well and being exhausted, and it's just like, okay,
- 33:41Speaker 1: just I am exhausted. I don't want to talk to
- 33:44Speaker 1: anybody this morning. Just leave me the efhaloe, right, And
- 33:50Speaker 1: that's all shifting. So yeah, nice, Because I used to
- 33:55Speaker 1: say years ago, I'd get up at five am in
- 33:57Speaker 1: the morning, I'd be good and get up and ready,
- 34:00Speaker 1: and I was good. But man, because of life changes
- 34:03Speaker 1: and our maturing bodies, it's it's been rough for a while.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And and you know, I've we're going into a whole
- 34:14Speaker 1: nother conversation. But because I've you know, got my hormones
- 34:17Speaker 1: checked and I'm I'm working on that and my vitamin
- 34:20Speaker 1: levels and all that, there's still your brain and body
- 34:26Speaker 1: still talk to each other. And it's like, oh, it's morning,
- 34:29Speaker 1: we're not awake yet, or it's morning and we don't
- 34:33Speaker 1: want to talk to anybody yet, Like it's programmed in there,
- 34:35Speaker 1: like that's how you're operating. So I'm changing that that
- 34:39Speaker 1: it within me.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I know we're getting close to wrapping this up. And
- 34:45Speaker 2: it's like you talked about the programming, and it's like
- 34:47Speaker 2: that takes on a whole other conversation because it's like, yeah,
- 34:50Speaker 2: I have recognized any set of comment a few minutes
- 34:52Speaker 2: ago too, about laughing to be seen, right, wanting wanting
- 34:56Speaker 2: to be seen. Basically, you didn't say it exactly like that,
- 34:59Speaker 2: but perspectively, I have caught numerous things that I would
- 35:03Speaker 2: do for the attention, Like I can't even give an
- 35:10Speaker 2: example right this minute, but I've caught certain behaviors within myself.
- 35:14Speaker 2: I've seen them recently, and that's programming. That's programming that
- 35:17Speaker 2: we learned from childhood. Which brings me to the conversation
- 35:20Speaker 2: many moons ago you had made a comment during one
- 35:23Speaker 2: of the get togethers up in the Wall of Ice
- 35:26Speaker 2: that we had all had. You had made a comment
- 35:29Speaker 2: about programming that we're basically operating off the same tools
- 35:36Speaker 2: that we were given when we were kids at five
- 35:38Speaker 2: years old or whatever, and we've walked our whole lives.
- 35:41Speaker 2: That five year old has been able to walk through
- 35:42Speaker 2: this body, this whole life with that same attitude about
- 35:46Speaker 2: whatever affected them at that five year old level. And
- 35:48Speaker 2: so I recognize that when you say programming, I have
- 35:51Speaker 2: recognized that. I've seen a lot of stuff come to
- 35:53Speaker 2: the service lately, and I've let go of a lot
- 35:55Speaker 2: of things, and I'm still let go of a lot
- 35:57Speaker 2: of things. But it's interesting when that's up comes up,
- 36:00Speaker 2: because it's like I'm having a conversation, I'm like why,
- 36:03Speaker 2: like why, why why would what do you need right now?
- 36:07Speaker 2: It's not up to because we were trained outside of
- 36:09Speaker 2: ourselves for that attention.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Yeah, which is I mean, it still ties into our
- 36:14Speaker 1: conversation as we began is recognizing that the people around
- 36:21Speaker 1: me in this family gathering, whom are an extension of
- 36:26Speaker 1: my husband. Right, But it doesn't matter that just being
- 36:30Speaker 1: around people that that's what they're doing too. Only I've
- 36:34Speaker 1: taken it upon myself to do personal development, mindset shifting
- 36:38Speaker 1: and energy shifting and all the things they haven't. And
- 36:42Speaker 1: it's everyone. Once in a while I say something and
- 36:45Speaker 1: it's like, oh, yeah, you're right, I've heard that, and
- 36:49Speaker 1: of course my mindset is okay, Well, if you've heard it,
- 36:52Speaker 1: then freaking do something about it. If you want your
- 36:55Speaker 1: life to change, do something, right, But it's the same
- 36:58Speaker 1: with the littles there are operating from what they're learning
- 37:01Speaker 1: from their parents and all the things, and so you're
- 37:04Speaker 1: seeing them as an adult at their age. And my
- 37:08Speaker 1: statement and of course is out of humor kind of
- 37:11Speaker 1: but not really. Here's my card and when you turn eighteen,
- 37:16Speaker 1: call me then I can help you.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm no kidding, no kidding.
- 37:24Speaker 1: So anyway, we should probably wrap this up. And yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 1: there's been a lot of good points. Shout out to
- 37:31Speaker 1: the moms out there who are raising kids and doing
- 37:34Speaker 1: all the things we hear you, we see you, we
- 37:37Speaker 1: love you, and you're doing great, and we want you
- 37:41Speaker 1: to just keep going. And those kids are gonna there's
- 37:44Speaker 1: kids are going to turn out in a way that
- 37:47Speaker 1: is specific for their spiritual journey and know that it's
- 37:52Speaker 1: okay and you're okay, and just just keep going. You're
- 37:56Speaker 1: doing great. Well.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Include top of them there too, because the dads sometimes
- 38:01Speaker 2: end up being the ones sometimes that take care of
- 38:03Speaker 2: the kids sometimes, so we don't know, and then they
- 38:06Speaker 2: have a better understanding about the moms that actually do
- 38:10Speaker 2: take care of the kids too.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Yeah, and then there's also the parents. I know a
- 38:15Speaker 1: couple right now that I think they have three littles
- 38:20Speaker 1: and they're running it and then they're running their business
- 38:23Speaker 1: and then well they're running two businesses that I know of,
- 38:27Speaker 1: and so they they're motivated, they're going and it's hard
- 38:34Speaker 1: for them. I mean, I hate using that word, but
- 38:37Speaker 1: it is. They have these dreams, goals and desires. They
- 38:40Speaker 1: want their kids to have a better life and they're
- 38:42Speaker 1: doing what they can do right now and they're making
- 38:44Speaker 1: the most of it and they keep showing up.
- 38:48Speaker 2: So I will add to that because I've only seen
- 38:52Speaker 2: it like once or twice, if we can find more
- 38:54Speaker 2: and more of those parents that are including their kids
- 38:56Speaker 2: in their work, not like slave labor, that including a minute.
- 39:01Speaker 2: You know, I've seen some podcasts and stuff. Well there
- 39:03Speaker 2: we have the kids in there. I mean, they're they're
- 39:05Speaker 2: part of the They're just part of the whole thing.
- 39:07Speaker 2: So if we can for me, because I don't know
- 39:10Speaker 2: how to do that, I would have to watch somebody
- 39:12Speaker 2: else that is doing that kind of stuff and then
- 39:13Speaker 2: see how how could that work? How could that work
- 39:16Speaker 2: in my environment? So it's like there's so much possibility
- 39:19Speaker 2: out there, and it's for them to be included and
- 39:21Speaker 2: not feel like that they're that it's hard, and so
- 39:24Speaker 2: that's that's for us to be help, you know, teach
- 39:28Speaker 2: us different ways, and so that's what we're all here for.
- 39:31Speaker 1: So yeah, and I'm right their way to you because
- 39:33Speaker 1: there's things I would need to learn myself. As I
- 39:37Speaker 1: said earlier, being around littles is it my thing, But
- 39:40Speaker 1: so I would definitely have to be in that space
- 39:43Speaker 1: of habit. How do you learn how do you incorporate kids?
- 39:46Speaker 1: So obviously that's not my niche and I'm not going
- 39:49Speaker 1: to teach people how to do it.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm the same same, even though I have I
- 39:55Speaker 2: love the littles my mind. I really don't know what
- 39:58Speaker 2: I'm gonna do when I grow up. People, I really do, don't.
- 40:00Speaker 2: I really do not because I wrong. Go open up
- 40:03Speaker 2: a school, I'll do, go do this. I can do
- 40:04Speaker 2: all these things. I don't know if I want to.
- 40:07Speaker 2: That's that doesn't seem like something that's yeah, that's something
- 40:11Speaker 2: that I could do, but it's not my passion. I
- 40:13Speaker 2: have phone for a while. Yeah, I'll set it up
- 40:16Speaker 2: and then you guys could take it over see you later.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll work on the adults so then the adults
- 40:22Speaker 1: can now be affected littles.
- 40:24Speaker 2: And that's well, yeah, because it's a lot.
