Miami Dolphins rookie Chris Bell is inching closer to full practice, still in a red jersey but now participating in pre-game routines as part of his rehab. Torn ACL in December didn’t stop the team from drafting him 94th overall — and now, with activation off the NFI list, he’s showing progress. Head coach Jeff Hafley says trainers will soon decide if Bell can ramp up contact drills.
