- 0:10Speaker 1: Winter Trance. I'm a checkup with the audults.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy Show.
- 0:36Speaker 3: I'm Adam Todd Brown. Who are you? I'm Olivia Heidar.
- 0:40Speaker 2: And we are your hosts. I did a solo episode
- 0:43Speaker 2: last week. It was so cold and lonely here in
- 0:47Speaker 2: the studio. Olivia's back, Olivia, Hey, it's me. How was
- 0:52Speaker 2: your trip to the West Coast?
- 0:54Speaker 1: Oh?
- 0:55Speaker 3: It was it was lovely. I mean, yeah, it was
- 0:57Speaker 3: exhausting because it was mostly work, but it was a
- 1:00Speaker 3: lot of fun. I got to see you. We did
- 1:02Speaker 3: an episode that was fun. Then I bought a bunch
- 1:06Speaker 3: of weed and I smuggled it back to Indiana, which
- 1:09Speaker 3: is which is fun. Don't tell the TSA, But yeah,
- 1:12Speaker 3: I was gonna say.
- 1:13Speaker 2: How much did you get back to Indiana?
- 1:15Speaker 3: Three ounces? Not bad? Wow? Yeah? Yeah.
- 1:19Speaker 2: So what are we talking about this week?
- 1:22Speaker 3: Jerk your pants for techs Oh?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Jesse talking about Jesse Ventura. Our crack team of researchers
- 1:29Speaker 2: and support staff stormed the Daily Motion archives looking for
- 1:35Speaker 2: more evidence that an active cover up is keeping the
- 1:40Speaker 2: world from seeing every single episode of Conspiracy Theory with
- 1:45Speaker 2: Jesse Ventura, Like God intended and you won't believe what
- 1:52Speaker 2: they found. We found two more episodes. Oh whoa, oh gosh, yeah,
- 1:58Speaker 2: there's there's two more episodes that are just banned. They're
- 2:02Speaker 2: banned from from the from the World. If you go,
- 2:06Speaker 2: if you go on Amazon, it says currently unavailable. And
- 2:09Speaker 2: if they're not on Amazon, where the fuck are they? Yeah?
- 2:12Speaker 3: I know exactly. There's where else do you even buy
- 2:15Speaker 3: like episodes of TV?
- 2:16Speaker 2: Where do you buy things besides right?
- 2:18Speaker 3: Yeah, like grocery stores? What's that?
- 2:21Speaker 2: Yeah, never heard of them. So we already covered season two,
- 2:25Speaker 2: the highly banned second season Yes of Conspiracy Theory with
- 2:30Speaker 2: Jesse Ventura, So now we're going to cover these two
- 2:33Speaker 2: straggler episodes that for some reason are also unavailable. I
- 2:38Speaker 2: feel like we should speculate on why these episodes are banned.
- 2:43Speaker 3: This first one.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I think it's just because all of this is true.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Oh boy, oh boy.
- 2:50Speaker 2: That's my That is my main main thinking here. Are
- 2:56Speaker 2: you know, are you not a harp believer? No?
- 3:00Speaker 3: Oh no, not really, especially not based on what is
- 3:04Speaker 3: presented in this episode. Well that's the thing.
- 3:08Speaker 2: It's one thing for a conspiracy theory to be believable,
- 3:11Speaker 2: and it's a whole other thing for Jesse Ventura to
- 3:13Speaker 2: deliver it in a believable way, right, Yeah, because this
- 3:17Speaker 2: is a theory that I think there's a good deal
- 3:20Speaker 2: of actual.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Evidence that it's not.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I mean, I don't think it has to work exactly
- 3:25Speaker 2: the way people think it works right now, if the
- 3:27Speaker 2: government's doing something else with HAARP than what they say.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I I mean, look, I've said this in the past
- 3:37Speaker 3: when it comes when I'm ramping up to being skeptical
- 3:40Speaker 3: about whatever the subject of an episode is. But like, look,
- 3:45Speaker 3: I am not here to like claim that the government
- 3:48Speaker 3: could not possibly do the things that it's being accused of.
- 3:53Speaker 3: As far as HARP goes, like, well, okay, I am
- 3:56Speaker 3: going to say that the government is not controlling whether
- 3:58Speaker 3: that's the thing, I'm just going to I'm down hard
- 4:00Speaker 3: on and say that's not happening, and hey, if I'm
- 4:03Speaker 3: an idiot later on, okay, but that just that that
- 4:07Speaker 3: doesn't work for you. But as far as all this
- 4:09Speaker 3: stuff about mind control and stuff that's happening in this episode,
- 4:13Speaker 3: like look, maybe like I wouldn't be shocked if I
- 4:17Speaker 3: was told that that was actually happening, but like.
- 4:21Speaker 2: See, I'm sure of a maybe on the weather thing
- 4:24Speaker 2: and less on the mind control, because well, like, manipulating
- 4:29Speaker 2: the weather isn't science fiction. Like there's a thing called
- 4:32Speaker 2: cloud seeding. Granted, cloud seating is sort of the basis
- 4:36Speaker 2: of snow Piercer, but cloud seating existed before snow Piercer.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Well yeah, but also done. But like cloud seating is
- 4:45Speaker 3: is not.
- 4:47Speaker 2: No, it's not the same thing, but it's manipulating the
- 4:50Speaker 2: it is.
- 4:51Speaker 3: But it's on such a smaller scale than what's being
- 4:54Speaker 3: not even in this episode than in the Like, conspiracy
- 4:57Speaker 3: theories broadly claim about what how HARP is manipulating the
- 5:03Speaker 3: weather in which like which is kind of thinking about technically,
- 5:08Speaker 3: like what Harp is even doing as like, you know,
- 5:12Speaker 3: it's got this very large if we should talk about
- 5:15Speaker 3: what Harp even is honestly because people might not know
- 5:18Speaker 3: what we're talking about.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Yeah, and for the record, we did an episode about this.
- 5:22Speaker 2: We should probably redo it because I feel like once
- 5:26Speaker 2: I get like a year or two removed from something
- 5:29Speaker 2: I've put out, like it's like looking at a picture
- 5:33Speaker 2: of myself with big ears.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm like, man, I could.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Have done so I'm a mess, Like I need to
- 5:39Speaker 2: do that better, and I feel like I should redo
- 5:42Speaker 2: the HARP episode at some point, But we do have
- 5:45Speaker 2: an episode out there about HARP. It's an acronym that
- 5:48Speaker 2: means high frequency Active Auroral Research Program FARP. If you
- 5:57Speaker 2: want to be more precise, I get where they why
- 6:00Speaker 2: they shorten it to heart it.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Is when it's hyphenated. I don't think you usually.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, true, the world's most capable high power, high frequency
- 6:09Speaker 2: transmitter for study of the ion a sphere. It's basically
- 6:14Speaker 2: a big field of antennas. They're each like seventy two
- 6:18Speaker 2: feet tall, right, And what the government claims is that
- 6:22Speaker 2: they're pointing at the ionosphere to track the weather, I guess.
- 6:27Speaker 3: And there are critics out.
- 6:30Speaker 2: There who argue that it is being used for other things,
- 6:34Speaker 2: be it to control the weather, to manipulate the minds
- 6:39Speaker 2: of the masses, like mass mind control, Right, is a
- 6:42Speaker 2: thing that they say this is capable of. And again,
- 6:46Speaker 2: if you watch this episode and you don't have any
- 6:49Speaker 2: other prior knowledge of HARP, the governor is not going
- 6:53Speaker 2: to sell you on it. Probably he doesn't. He's not
- 6:55Speaker 2: good at selling any theory, really not really.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Yeah. No, Like the closest he comes is when he
- 7:02Speaker 3: falls backwards basically into a real thing that exists and
- 7:07Speaker 3: is actually like hurting the world, like with the banks,
- 7:10Speaker 3: like we did the episode about Wall Street and that
- 7:14Speaker 3: sort of thing. Like there, he's like found a real
- 7:17Speaker 3: thing that sucks and he's bringing attention to it, and
- 7:20Speaker 3: it actually his like weird upfront style actually you know,
- 7:26Speaker 3: gets to some really interesting truths. But I would say
- 7:29Speaker 3: in this case, he is mostly just kind of going
- 7:34Speaker 3: along with it as usual, with what everybody tells him
- 7:37Speaker 3: and just believing everything.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I should have had you listen to the episode before this,
- 7:42Speaker 2: because the device in question, or the idea that HARP
- 7:46Speaker 2: would be able to do what people say it would
- 7:48Speaker 2: be able to do, Like they touch on it a
- 7:51Speaker 2: little bit in this episode. But the guy who developed
- 7:55Speaker 2: HARP worked for the Reagan administration and is working specific
- 8:00Speaker 2: missile defense systems, and that's what he patented this as,
- 8:06Speaker 2: Like that's what he invented this as was a thing
- 8:10Speaker 2: that could be used to one manipulate the weather and
- 8:14Speaker 2: to act as a defense against missile attacks in the
- 8:18Speaker 2: United States. So yeah, the short version is people think
- 8:23Speaker 2: the government's using this as a weapon to cause natural disasters.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I think the least crazy version of this theory is
- 8:29Speaker 2: that this could actually be some sort of viable missile
- 8:34Speaker 2: defense system.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And I get why.
- 8:36Speaker 2: The government would be like, yeah, fucking control the weather,
- 8:40Speaker 2: believe whatever you want, it's fine, because they're not like,
- 8:43Speaker 2: there's there's no way if this is actually a missile
- 8:47Speaker 2: defense system, the American government's going to be like, and
- 8:50Speaker 2: here's our beautiful missile defense system, right, or like the
- 8:54Speaker 2: likes of which no other nation possesses.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Right. But it's also possible that, like the whole missile
- 9:00Speaker 3: defense thing was basically just what this guy you know
- 9:05Speaker 3: talking about Ted Stevens, Ted Stevens, Ted's well, Ted Stevens
- 9:08Speaker 3: was the guy, the Republican senator who helped push the
- 9:13Speaker 3: project through in the Senate.
- 9:15Speaker 2: N there's a guy named Bernard Eastland.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Bernard Eastland, Okay, But I mean it's also possible that
- 9:21Speaker 3: it's just they want money for Alaska and now they're
- 9:24Speaker 3: using it for like whatever, they're shooting things in like
- 9:29Speaker 3: radio waves into the ionosphere or whatever. But yeah, like
- 9:32Speaker 3: it could also be a missile defense I find both
- 9:35Speaker 3: of those thing like reasons way more compelling than whether
- 9:39Speaker 3: control simply because that would take so much energy and
- 9:44Speaker 3: we would know, we would notice other places would notice
- 9:47Speaker 3: like so much.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Well, it's one of those things where there are people
- 9:51Speaker 2: who claim they have visual evidence of this happening, and
- 9:55Speaker 2: then it's a matter of do you believe that that? Like,
- 9:57Speaker 2: to me, that comes down to like UFOs, Like sure,
- 10:01Speaker 2: I guess you hear people who are so vehemently against UFOs,
- 10:05Speaker 2: who are like, well, where's the evidence. It's like people
- 10:08Speaker 2: fucking post it all the time, and you don't believe
- 10:11Speaker 2: it because it's not Bush telling you that it's UFOs.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Right. Well, I but like this is a whole separate conversation,
- 10:19Speaker 3: but like, what does visual evidence even mean when we're
- 10:22Speaker 3: talking about something that uses invisible energy to cause changes
- 10:27Speaker 3: in the atmosphere?
- 10:29Speaker 2: The example they use, Now I'm getting my wires crossed
- 10:33Speaker 2: as to whether this comes up in this episode or
- 10:36Speaker 2: in the CBC documentary about Heart, But the example they
- 10:40Speaker 2: use is changes in the northern lights and Aurora borealis.
- 10:45Speaker 2: If you're a science nerd like me and Olivia, right
- 10:49Speaker 2: of course, yeah, huge science nerds. Big car people too. Yeah,
- 10:53Speaker 2: people don't expect that, huge car people. But that's the
- 10:57Speaker 2: thing they cite is, well, when this is operating and
- 11:02Speaker 2: the Aurora borealis is different, and then they tie it
- 11:05Speaker 2: to different natural disasters. I still think the weather is
- 11:10Speaker 2: I mean, I think it's more plausible than mind control,
- 11:13Speaker 2: but I still think it's just a messile defense system.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Is the most plausible expt. Yeah, I think that's the thing, Like.
- 11:19Speaker 2: It's what I want it to be. That's for damn sure.
- 11:22Speaker 3: I mean, it makes sense on many different levels, especially
- 11:25Speaker 3: if it was built during the Cold War, it makes
- 11:28Speaker 3: sense then my would be built in Alaska. Like it
- 11:31Speaker 3: just kind of all yeah, you know, ties together very nicely.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Whereas and you know, we'll get into this much deeper
- 11:39Speaker 3: as we get further into the episode. But like, the
- 11:42Speaker 3: reason I lean more towards mind control is a slightly
- 11:47Speaker 3: like barely more plausible than weather control is just because
- 11:52Speaker 3: we know the governments tried to do it before, and
- 11:55Speaker 3: the government doesn't really try on large scale weather has
- 11:58Speaker 3: never really tested that before. As far as you know,
- 12:01Speaker 3: we don't have any records of.
- 12:03Speaker 2: As far as we know, the government had their way,
- 12:07Speaker 2: we wouldn't know that they tried out mind control.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Well right, I know, but also we do know, like
- 12:13Speaker 3: and that was because they declassified it because it didn't work,
- 12:16Speaker 3: or at least didn't work in that way. Well, no,
- 12:20Speaker 3: we don't.
- 12:20Speaker 2: We don't know about the mind control because they declassified it.
- 12:23Speaker 2: We know about it because of the Church Committee hearings
- 12:25Speaker 2: and because a few documents got filed in the wrong place.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Otherwise that would have died with history.
- 12:31Speaker 2: But with this there are some weird government ties to it.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Like one of the things that comes up, I don't
- 12:38Speaker 2: think in the episode, but in the theory in general,
- 12:43Speaker 2: is that there are Air Force documents out there that
- 12:47Speaker 2: are like, well, one of the things we're really interested
- 12:49Speaker 2: in is can you control the weather for military purposes?
- 12:54Speaker 2: And there was a point in history when the website
- 12:58Speaker 2: for Heart very specifically said that, and I think I.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Linked to this in the notes.
- 13:04Speaker 2: But it very specifically said that one of its purposes
- 13:08Speaker 2: was for defense and for studying the weather for defense purposes.
- 13:14Speaker 2: And they eventually just took that part out of the
- 13:19Speaker 2: description on the website and never really explained why. So
- 13:24Speaker 2: there is some suggestion that at some point, at least
- 13:28Speaker 2: in the past, the government viewed this as a thing
- 13:31Speaker 2: that could be used for defense or warship and purposes
- 13:36Speaker 2: in some way. So, yeah, which tracks with missile defense,
- 13:40Speaker 2: it does. Yeah, that again, that's what I wanted to be.
- 13:43Speaker 2: This theory all centers around a thing called the Eastland patent.
- 13:46Speaker 2: It was developed by a guy named Bernard Eastland. Will
- 13:48Speaker 2: link in the show notes to a clip of him
- 13:51Speaker 2: talking about this device on NPR in nineteen eighty eight,
- 13:56Speaker 2: and he in that interview they asked him if this
- 14:00Speaker 2: is a thing that could be used for defense purposes,
- 14:03Speaker 2: or if the Pentagon has reached out to him about that,
- 14:06Speaker 2: and he just straight up says, yes, the Pentagon has
- 14:08Speaker 2: reached out to me about that, but I cannot disclose
- 14:12Speaker 2: the nature of that contact.
- 14:14Speaker 3: So there's that too, sure.
- 14:16Speaker 2: But the sticking point is that the official patent calls
- 14:21Speaker 2: for a single beam of energy that you would fire
- 14:25Speaker 2: into the ion a sphere, and that is how you
- 14:28Speaker 2: would manipulate the weather. And what the government's line has
- 14:31Speaker 2: always been is we don't have a single beam that powerful.
- 14:34Speaker 2: We have one hundred and eighty far less powerful beams.
- 14:38Speaker 3: It says, for the weather, or does it? Or is
- 14:40Speaker 3: this talking about for missile defense? What do you mean
- 14:44Speaker 3: this beam? I lost in the patent?
- 14:48Speaker 2: It's right, yes, single beam and it's for here's the thing,
- 14:52Speaker 2: it's for both. Like he pitches it as I think
- 14:56Speaker 2: in the patent as a thing that could both control
- 14:59Speaker 2: the weather and and act as a missile defense thing,
- 15:02Speaker 2: and he cites a Nikola Tesla. I don't know if
- 15:05Speaker 2: it was a patent, but plans that Tesla had for
- 15:09Speaker 2: a similar thing that would manipulate weather, right, And the
- 15:14Speaker 2: government's defense has always been, well, yeah, what's in the
- 15:17Speaker 2: patent would work. But it's a single beam, and we
- 15:20Speaker 2: have one hundred and eighty beams. And in this CBC
- 15:23Speaker 2: documentary that will link to someone gets access to a
- 15:28Speaker 2: government basically operation manual about HARP and it very explicitly
- 15:33Speaker 2: says that all one hundred and eighty of those beams
- 15:35Speaker 2: can be concentrated into one much stronger I mean beam.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Sure.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Well no, they sure, but the government denies that. When
- 15:44Speaker 2: people ask them about it, they're.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Like, oh no, I mean I'm saying sure from the
- 15:48Speaker 3: point of view of someone who doesn't know shit about
- 15:51Speaker 3: how any of that would work. Is the thing. And
- 15:53Speaker 3: this is the problem with a lot of this stuff
- 15:55Speaker 3: is like, you know, it's a lot of people who
- 15:58Speaker 3: aren't scientists mostly or at least not in this specialty,
- 16:03Speaker 3: like claiming a bunch of stuff that I don't know
- 16:06Speaker 3: it's a big it's a big ask. And like even
- 16:10Speaker 3: though the patent might mention stuff about weather control, that
- 16:13Speaker 3: doesn't mean that that is any real basis in like reality,
- 16:18Speaker 3: as long as the mechanisms are accurate, like it doesn't,
- 16:21Speaker 3: the outcome isn't really necessary.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but the person who is most adamant that it
- 16:27Speaker 2: can be used for that is the scientist who developed
- 16:29Speaker 2: it right before it existed, like you know, so like
- 16:34Speaker 2: harp exists like they but he filed this patent in
- 16:38Speaker 2: nineteen eighty eight and they pretty much started working on
- 16:41Speaker 2: right building it right after that.
- 16:43Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying though, like before it was built before,
- 16:46Speaker 3: you know, Like I'm just saying, there's not a lot
- 16:49Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I just don't know if the government would have
- 16:53Speaker 2: pumped that much money and effort into it if there
- 16:56Speaker 2: wasn't some science behind it.
- 16:59Speaker 3: But I don't know. Also, I don't know. There's a
- 17:02Speaker 3: lot of stuff going on here, and I'm obviously no expert,
- 17:04Speaker 3: and like so I don't want to talk out my ass.
- 17:07Speaker 3: It's just that I'm gonna need even I'm gonna I
- 17:11Speaker 3: know that this is a like whatever cop out, But
- 17:14Speaker 3: I just am good to need some pretty hardcore evidence,
- 17:18Speaker 3: like hardcore evidence to prove that the weather is being manipulated.
- 17:23Speaker 3: I just like I'm gonna need that I and I
- 17:26Speaker 3: can't really do anything about I just.
- 17:29Speaker 2: That's what my like I said, I still think it's
- 17:33Speaker 2: most likely that it's a missile defense thing.
- 17:36Speaker 3: But I think that makes the most sense.
- 17:37Speaker 2: That's also not a thing the government is upfront about
- 17:41Speaker 2: right now. It's more a question of is HARP just
- 17:44Speaker 2: a thing that studies the weather or is it a
- 17:47Speaker 2: thing that does something else? Right, And I think there's
- 17:51Speaker 2: a good chance it does something else. It just it
- 17:55Speaker 2: seems like a lot of effort just to monitor the weather. Like,
- 17:58Speaker 2: I don't know, why couldn't put that somewhere less remote? Well,
- 18:03Speaker 2: because there's remote and then there's where harp is.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Well, right, But also I mean I would guess, And
- 18:11Speaker 3: look again we're not a I'm not an expert, but
- 18:15Speaker 3: a lot of these things, like the very large array
- 18:18Speaker 3: in New Mexico, they need open spaces in order to
- 18:22Speaker 3: function properly. They can't be around a lot of interference.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Especially if we're talking about radio signals, then it's gonna
- 18:29Speaker 3: want to be in a remote place so that there's
- 18:32Speaker 3: not a lot of radio interference regardless.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I get that, but still like this is this
- 18:37Speaker 2: is like when civilization collapses five hundred years from now
- 18:43Speaker 2: or five hundred years after. Wow, that's an archaeologists are
- 18:47Speaker 2: gonna find Harp and be.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Like, what the fuck was this?
- 18:51Speaker 2: It is gonna be the Stonehenge of their day.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Well I was gonna say, I mean, like that's fair,
- 18:57Speaker 3: and like I agree obviously, except for it won't be
- 19:01Speaker 3: nearly as durable as Stonehite because it's made out of
- 19:03Speaker 3: metal and is going to rust.
- 19:04Speaker 2: But U or you know, wow, now who's the scientist.
- 19:10Speaker 3: I'm just saying. And also like we we have a
- 19:13Speaker 3: lot of archaeological like artifacts that we have today where
- 19:17Speaker 3: we're like, what the fuck is this being used for?
- 19:20Speaker 3: I don't understand this at all, And you know that's
- 19:24Speaker 3: of course it'll happen. I hope it does. That'll be funny. Yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 3: But like I the thing that this just that Harp
- 19:30Speaker 3: always reminds me of, and I mentioned it, is the
- 19:33Speaker 3: very large array in New Mexico, which is a very
- 19:35Speaker 3: creepy installation and a very weird looking thing if you
- 19:39Speaker 3: are just looking at it without knowing any of the
- 19:42Speaker 3: context for why it exists and why it looks the
- 19:44Speaker 3: way it does. And you know, I think that it's
- 19:48Speaker 3: very easy for that to be a similar thing that's
- 19:51Speaker 3: happening here where we get a very weird thing that
- 19:53Speaker 3: kind of looks like a like if you see a
- 19:55Speaker 3: picture of it, it kind of looks like like a
- 19:59Speaker 3: surrealist like power plant or something like, I don't know,
- 20:03Speaker 3: like it's very odd. Yeah, Tesla would come up with, yeah,
- 20:07Speaker 3: a little bit, a little bit, but also like partially
- 20:10Speaker 3: is it partially is? Yeah? I mean, but yeah, anyway,
- 20:15Speaker 3: it's a weird thing. So I get way a bunch
- 20:17Speaker 3: of people would be like coming up with like reasons
- 20:20Speaker 3: why it might be so creepy.
- 20:24Speaker 2: So let's get into this episode. Yes please, Oh, here
- 20:28Speaker 2: we go.
- 20:28Speaker 3: It's on daily Motion.
- 20:30Speaker 2: You got to know how to manipulate the Internet or
- 20:33Speaker 2: just clicking the show notes, we'll link to it. I
- 20:36Speaker 2: was very nervous right away because the lip sync in
- 20:38Speaker 2: the intro of this episode is approximately the quality of
- 20:42Speaker 2: a kung fu movie.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Okay, I'm glad that it wasn't just me. Okay, that
- 20:46Speaker 3: that's good.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I was scared that was going to carry on
- 20:49Speaker 2: the whole time, and that would have that would have
- 20:51Speaker 2: this would have turned into an audio episode of conspiracy
- 20:55Speaker 2: Theory with Jess Venture because I wouldn't have been able
- 20:57Speaker 2: to watch.
- 20:59Speaker 3: It would have been tough. But I did want to say.
- 21:02Speaker 3: I wanted to read the description from the from the
- 21:04Speaker 3: Daily Motion channel. I took a screenshot of it. I
- 21:07Speaker 3: thought it was very funny. Here is the best documentary
- 21:11Speaker 3: on control mind made with e MP and radio frequency
- 21:17Speaker 3: and how to walk a path to defense against it? What?
- 21:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it is almost none of those things.
- 21:26Speaker 3: No, it's definitely not a documentary.
- 21:28Speaker 2: It's just an episode of a true TV show. Yeah,
- 21:32Speaker 2: true tru TV the name of the network now, right,
- 21:36Speaker 2: of course, of course, not that.
- 21:38Speaker 3: This is the essence of television. This is true television,
- 21:41Speaker 3: this is this is what television was made to be.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Exactly so, the governor he gets a call from a
- 21:49Speaker 2: guy named Jerry Smith if that is your real name? Oh,
- 21:53Speaker 2: and they meet at a bar in Saint Paul, Great City.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 21:57Speaker 2: The guy he's meeting with is an author of a
- 21:59Speaker 2: book about how harp is secretly a weapon. And I
- 22:02Speaker 2: don't get why they play this up, Like Jesse has
- 22:05Speaker 2: no idea what they're meeting about Yeah, it's like you're
- 22:07Speaker 2: meeting a guy who wrote a book about harp on
- 22:09Speaker 2: the harp episode of your show, Jussy fucking cut the drama.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Yeah, well this was an early one, right, this is
- 22:15Speaker 3: when they.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Got Yeah, and season one, episode two they came out.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Of gates hot. Yeah. Maybe it's like they're still trying
- 22:24Speaker 3: of figuring out the format of the show a little bit.
- 22:26Speaker 3: That explains a lot of stuff.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Yeah, the next episode we're going to cover its way
- 22:31Speaker 2: at the other end of the spectrum. It's from season three,
- 22:34Speaker 2: and I would argue it's worse. This show in terms
- 22:36Speaker 2: of production, gets worse as it carries on. Right, Yes,
- 22:41Speaker 2: this was like this was the this was the golden years.
- 22:45Speaker 2: This was the glory days of conspiracy theory. I almost
- 22:48Speaker 2: called it conspiracy the show. Hey, hey, we should get
- 22:52Speaker 2: Jesse Ventura to host this fucking kickback and chill do
- 22:55Speaker 2: the research.
- 22:56Speaker 3: I've said it before, I would like to smoke weed
- 23:00Speaker 3: with Jesse Ventura, So I definitely would like to do that.
- 23:05Speaker 3: I would be into it.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Yeah, He's one of the few guests that I would
- 23:09Speaker 2: just let come on and ramble Joe's style, at least
- 23:13Speaker 2: for a little while eventually I'd get high enough that
- 23:16Speaker 2: I'd be like, all right, no, that's enough. Nine to
- 23:19Speaker 2: eleven was not holograms. Yeah, no, Trump I was not
- 23:23Speaker 2: a good president.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, is he okay?
- 23:26Speaker 2: Yeah, never mind, I think he might be.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Well, then I rescind my invitation to smoke weed with me,
- 23:30Speaker 3: Trumps or I would like to play the game where
- 23:36Speaker 3: I try to see what I can get him to believe,
- 23:40Speaker 3: like hell yeah, just like straight face, come up with
- 23:43Speaker 3: the most insane theory I could think of, like did
- 23:47Speaker 3: you know the government uses unicorns to give vaccines? And
- 23:55Speaker 3: like he'd be like, that's that's interesting. I had never
- 23:57Speaker 3: heard that theory before. If you have any evidence to
- 24:01Speaker 3: back that up? And I would say, yes, Jesse, I
- 24:03Speaker 3: do I have these papers?
- 24:05Speaker 2: Oh I wouldn't even say that. I'd be like, yeah,
- 24:07Speaker 2: sources told me.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Oh that's a good call.
- 24:10Speaker 2: And he'd be like, holy shit, sources.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Fuck did you say horses or sources?
- 24:19Speaker 2: Sources, Jesse, not horses. Uh So the lip sync ends
- 24:25Speaker 2: up being fine.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Yeah, what's fine, It's fine.
- 24:27Speaker 2: I was happy about that, Jesse. He goes to meet
- 24:30Speaker 2: Jerry Smith. Jerry gives a really basic rundown of harp.
- 24:34Speaker 2: He gets the number of beams wrong. He says it's
- 24:36Speaker 2: three hundred and sixty and it's actually everyone else always
- 24:39Speaker 2: says one to eighty, but I don't know. And he
- 24:41Speaker 2: says they can all consolidate into one. They don't dwell
- 24:45Speaker 2: on that, but that is actually a point of contention,
- 24:48Speaker 2: right one side says, no, they can't. The other side says, yeah,
- 24:51Speaker 2: they can, And yeah, that's kind of the the crux
- 24:54Speaker 2: of the issue. If they can, then this is the
- 24:57Speaker 2: Eastman patent, and if they can't, right then it's not.
- 25:00Speaker 3: So.
- 25:01Speaker 2: He suggests that this is at least in part, a
- 25:04Speaker 2: ground based Star Wars defense system, and that I can see,
- 25:09Speaker 2: but I could also see it being a maybe obsolete
- 25:13Speaker 2: ground defense system by now. Right now we're fucking with
- 25:17Speaker 2: hypersonic weapons. Those may be a whole different thing. Because
- 25:22Speaker 2: at one point the government did hand this control of
- 25:26Speaker 2: this from the Air Force over to like fucking Baltimore
- 25:29Speaker 2: Parks Department or something.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Weird. Yeah, Yeah, the idea of it being like now
- 25:34Speaker 3: defunct as a military operation also fits with how they
- 25:39Speaker 3: have been operating recently, where they've been doing like open
- 25:42Speaker 3: houses and stuff and letting people in.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Yeah, they do an open house every two years, or
- 25:48Speaker 2: at least that's what they said in the episode.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I don't know if that. I think it's every year now.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, we got what we got. I would
- 25:56Speaker 2: love it, Yeah, I would.
- 25:59Speaker 3: I would hop on in a lot asking cruise. Yeah.
- 26:01Speaker 2: And then I'm sure HARP is easy to get to from.
- 26:04Speaker 3: There, absolutely, I'm sure it's real easy to get to.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you probably have to be smuggled to it that
- 26:11Speaker 2: you can't even just go.
- 26:12Speaker 3: There right on a tornado.
- 26:14Speaker 2: So he talks a little bit about how HARP eventually
- 26:19Speaker 2: falls into military hands. That's sort of the way he
- 26:23Speaker 2: puts it, and he suggests it's a ground based Star
- 26:26Speaker 2: Wars defense type system. But he's also the one who
- 26:30Speaker 2: says that it operates on the same frequency that brain
- 26:33Speaker 2: waves operate on, meaning it's also capable of large scale
- 26:38Speaker 2: mind control. And it's like this is some infomercial shit, Yeah,
- 26:43Speaker 2: like what else can it do?
- 26:46Speaker 3: Right, Well, this is the thing. And again this is
- 26:48Speaker 3: where I get into the weeds with like, there are
- 26:52Speaker 3: way too many theories about this thing. It can't be
- 26:55Speaker 3: all of them. I'm sorry agree with that. It can't
- 27:00Speaker 3: be mind control and weather and everything else.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I'm also surprised we disagree on the most unlikely of
- 27:07Speaker 2: the three, because right, yes, yes, sure that we would
- 27:11Speaker 2: both agree mind control is the least likely.
- 27:14Speaker 3: But no, yeah, no, I mean look again, but we
- 27:18Speaker 3: don't want to get back into it. But no, no, no,
- 27:20Speaker 3: But the thing is, like, I really feel like, first
- 27:23Speaker 3: of all, I don't know about the quote unquote frequency
- 27:27Speaker 3: that the human brain is on. I don't know what
- 27:29Speaker 3: that really means in this context. But also, if there
- 27:33Speaker 3: is a radio frequency that the human brain operates on,
- 27:37Speaker 3: it seems like that would be a bad frequency to
- 27:41Speaker 3: do other stuff on, just cause it's gonna you're gonna
- 27:45Speaker 3: have a hard time operating that equipment. I feel like, okay,
- 27:49Speaker 3: sure if you are like working at the station that
- 27:55Speaker 3: blasts the same brain frequency as you.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I feel the same way about people who are like, well,
- 28:01Speaker 2: five G technology is used to spread COVID. It's like, well,
- 28:05Speaker 2: then everyone who installs five G technology would have COVID.
- 28:10Speaker 3: That's it. I'd not heard that specific. Oh, COVID. It
- 28:14Speaker 3: was an early one.
- 28:15Speaker 2: It was an early dad because people were like, well,
- 28:18Speaker 2: it coincided with five G Internet being released in Wuhan,
- 28:23Speaker 2: and it's like it also coincided with it being released
- 28:26Speaker 2: in like nine other cities in China that is now
- 28:29Speaker 2: many cases of COVID.
- 28:31Speaker 3: So like, it's just very like, how the fuck is
- 28:35Speaker 3: five G supposed to transmit a virus? I don't understand
- 28:40Speaker 3: that at all. I'm sorry, I know that we're way
- 28:44Speaker 3: off topic.
- 28:44Speaker 2: It's not your grandparents internet, Olivia. Oh my god, God,
- 28:49Speaker 2: welcome to the metaphor you know what.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Maybe I feel like, how do you not believe that
- 28:55Speaker 3: like mine could like was turning us stupid or some
- 28:58Speaker 3: shit like come on, I do I think it's just
- 29:01Speaker 3: on the internet. Well this is the thing. Yeah. Again, Well,
- 29:05Speaker 3: I just want to say before we get into the people,
- 29:08Speaker 3: we're gonna have a team meeting, but before we get
- 29:09Speaker 3: into the people that they talk to in this episode,
- 29:12Speaker 3: I just want to say, really, bum me the fuck
- 29:14Speaker 3: out watching this episode from that angle, because these people
- 29:17Speaker 3: are very They make me very sad because they are
- 29:22Speaker 3: going through a lot.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Well, yeah, the experts he tracks down in a lot
- 29:26Speaker 2: of cases, it's like, oh, this isn't good television. This
- 29:30Speaker 2: isn't this is no quality production right now. Yeah, but
- 29:34Speaker 2: first it's time for a team meeting. Of course, team
- 29:37Speaker 2: meeting time June Sarpong says she has tracked down a
- 29:40Speaker 2: physicist who says heart does exactly what people say it
- 29:43Speaker 2: can do, and he's going to perform an experiment to
- 29:46Speaker 2: prove it. M it's an interesting experiment.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Well, yeah, and it's interesting because people say it can
- 29:53Speaker 3: do multiple things.
- 29:54Speaker 2: So yeah, yeah, there's a couple of experiments in this
- 29:57Speaker 2: that I'm very skeptical of. I'm like, this isn't really
- 30:00Speaker 2: proving what you get what you think it's proven. Yeah,
- 30:04Speaker 2: and it seems like they're they're suggesting that. It doesn't
- 30:09Speaker 2: seem like they're suggesting they are suggesting that that huge
- 30:12Speaker 2: tsunami in Indonesia in two thousand and three, two thousand and.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Five, something like that in mid two thousands.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Yeah, that that was caused by Harp and Alex the
- 30:22Speaker 2: skeptic pipes up and is like why would they do that,
- 30:27Speaker 2: And it's either Jesse Ventura or June is like, dude,
- 30:31Speaker 2: maybe it was an accident. Maybe they were just testing
- 30:33Speaker 2: out Harp and that's what happened.
- 30:34Speaker 3: And they're like maybe at a certain point it just
- 30:39Speaker 3: becomes weird government fan fiction. That's the thing.
- 30:43Speaker 2: They really don't do a good job presenting evidence in those.
- 30:47Speaker 2: So now they hit the road. Alex the Skeptic, he's
- 30:51Speaker 2: headed to Fairbanks, Alaska to meet with one of the
- 30:54Speaker 2: heads of HARP research. Meanwhile, Michael Braverman. Oh, who by
- 31:01Speaker 2: season three, they're just calling Braverman?
- 31:03Speaker 3: Yeah, did I missed his first name? I missed his
- 31:06Speaker 3: first name? Getting dropped.
- 31:07Speaker 2: He's headed to Stanford University to talk to harp researchers. Also,
- 31:12Speaker 2: so it seems a little redundant that ye both going
- 31:15Speaker 2: out to talk to harp researchers. Yeah, and also, what
- 31:18Speaker 2: does harp researchers mean theory? We're harp researchers.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean technically, as I've demonstrated this episode, I
- 31:27Speaker 3: have such a wealth of expertise on the subject.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Yeah, where was my phone call when we're taking episodes
- 31:33Speaker 2: about harp?
- 31:34Speaker 3: I do want to say very quickly that I'm very like,
- 31:37Speaker 3: I can't believe I'm saying it, but I'm I was
- 31:40Speaker 3: glad that it was Alex the Skeptic in this episode,
- 31:44Speaker 3: who somehow is the least annoying of the skeptics on
- 31:48Speaker 3: the show. I don't know how, but he is. Yeah.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Probably there's only the two skeptics though, right.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Well, there. Yeah, I guess the other guy I'm thinking
- 31:56Speaker 3: of the new characters in the next episode, who I
- 31:59Speaker 3: guess aren't skeptic. Definitely aren't skeptics.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Yeah, certainly is not a skeptic.
- 32:06Speaker 3: The Ozark ohs art okay, but the arc of oz
- 32:12Speaker 3: don't you see it? Uh so Yeah, But like I
- 32:17Speaker 3: think Alex is better than Daniel. I think definitely. Yeah. Yeah,
- 32:20Speaker 3: Daniel sucked so bad. I hated Daniel.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Yeah, he was a piece of ship. So Braverman. He's
- 32:27Speaker 2: talking to these two Stanford boobs and they they seem
- 32:31Speaker 2: like they're they're a little out of their depth. I
- 32:33Speaker 2: don't think they're expected to be answering questions from the
- 32:36Speaker 2: conspiracy theory team, right, I think they thought this was
- 32:41Speaker 2: going to be more so tell us how does this
- 32:43Speaker 2: monitor the weather?
- 32:45Speaker 3: Right?
- 32:45Speaker 2: No, they're getting they're getting hit with the hard questions. Yeah,
- 32:49Speaker 2: there's no softballs being lobbed at this team. And uh,
- 32:53Speaker 2: the person Alex was gonna talk to just finds out
- 32:56Speaker 2: who he's with and is like, nope, no thanks, Yeah,
- 32:59Speaker 2: we are not going to do that.
- 33:01Speaker 3: We're going to talk to you. That's the other funny
- 33:05Speaker 3: little tidbit that I found was that uh, there was
- 33:08Speaker 3: like apparently like an Air Force spokeswoman was like yeah,
- 33:12Speaker 3: he uh, he said he was going. He wanted to come,
- 33:15Speaker 3: he wanted he made like an official request to come
- 33:18Speaker 3: visit and he said he wanted to, but we said
- 33:22Speaker 3: no because it's a conspiracy theory show and then he
- 33:26Speaker 3: hit his career. They showed up anyway, and so we
- 33:29Speaker 3: denied them access.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Yeah, classic classic adventure a conspiracy theory with Jesse Venture
- 33:37Speaker 2: and Maneuver early on in the series. So what do
- 33:41Speaker 2: we think of June Sarpong and this experiment that doctor
- 33:45Speaker 2: Brooks agnew At runs at the Conspiracy Theory offices. He
- 33:49Speaker 2: seems to have built a device designed specifically to show
- 33:53Speaker 2: that Harp does what it says it does. The problem
- 33:58Speaker 2: is not a single person he will ever show this too,
- 34:02Speaker 2: has the understanding of science or weather necessary to know
- 34:08Speaker 2: if that thing is actually doing what harp does, and
- 34:13Speaker 2: that this is not an impressive looking experiment that's soever.
- 34:19Speaker 3: It's for the it's the whole rub of the whole thing,
- 34:22Speaker 3: which is they are not giving any of the quote
- 34:24Speaker 3: unquote evidence to the people who know what any of
- 34:27Speaker 3: it means. And also this thing was chancy as hell,
- 34:34Speaker 3: like I went to the while I was in La
- 34:36Speaker 3: I went to the Griffith Observatory and it had thing
- 34:40Speaker 3: like exhibits that were more convincing than this fucking little
- 34:45Speaker 3: cloud box or whatever the hell it was.
- 34:47Speaker 2: It looked like a vaporizer. I want to smoke heat
- 34:50Speaker 2: out of this thing.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Like Jesus, like, Yeah, there's no way that we could
- 34:54Speaker 3: ever verify what was happening againside this machine. It just
- 34:58Speaker 3: it's impossible, would unless we get them take a look
- 35:01Speaker 3: inside of it.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Actually, so this doctor Brooks Agnew suggests that the reason
- 35:08Speaker 2: the First War in Iraq turned out the way it did, Yeah,
- 35:12Speaker 2: is because that was an early example of US deploy
- 35:15Speaker 2: and harp And that's why troops just gave up in
- 35:19Speaker 2: mass the way they did, because we controlled their minds
- 35:23Speaker 2: and made them do it. And I don't know I
- 35:26Speaker 2: would have given up too. If you look into the
- 35:29Speaker 2: first War in Iraq another Yeah, we've done a podcast
- 35:32Speaker 2: episode about on a show called the Nineties Sucked.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Look into the Highway of Death.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Yes, you'll understand why people surrendered without risking battle with
- 35:44Speaker 2: the American military. We were slaughtering people.
- 35:49Speaker 3: Has he not looked at the history of American warfare,
- 35:54Speaker 3: like even in the twenty first century, Like, come on, man,
- 35:57Speaker 3: you're twenty eleven with this shit, Like you can't tell that,
- 36:01Speaker 3: Like this is just what we do.
- 36:04Speaker 2: Yeah, And if people aren't familiar the Highway of Death,
- 36:07Speaker 2: there was this situation that happened during the First War
- 36:11Speaker 2: in Iraq where I believe it was people were told
- 36:14Speaker 2: to get out of Kuwait and returned to Iraq, and
- 36:19Speaker 2: there was one stretch of highway that they were able
- 36:22Speaker 2: to take to do this, and the American governments like,
- 36:26Speaker 2: get the fuck out, and once people start fleeing, we
- 36:30Speaker 2: blocked both ends of the highway and just started bombing
- 36:34Speaker 2: the shit out of that. I think the Highway of
- 36:36Speaker 2: Death speaks more to why people were surrendering the way
- 36:40Speaker 2: they were Iraq.
- 36:41Speaker 3: War well, but also they weren't all surrendering. No, there
- 36:47Speaker 3: was a war we were fighting. So for one thing,
- 36:49Speaker 3: why didn't we just make them all do it? And
- 36:51Speaker 3: for another thing, the people who surrendered saw what happened
- 36:56Speaker 3: to the people who didn't. And look, I'm not an
- 36:59Speaker 3: imperial I think it's awful how we're conducting ourselves around
- 37:03Speaker 3: the world. But like, if I'm a republic guard soldier
- 37:07Speaker 3: in the first War. I'm gonna fuck it surrender to
- 37:11Speaker 3: like obviously.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Yeah, And my last gripe with this part of the
- 37:17Speaker 2: episode is, well, if the military can do that, well,
- 37:20Speaker 2: what happened in Afghanistan? We were in Afghanistan? For there
- 37:25Speaker 2: are people I know who have been alive less time
- 37:28Speaker 2: than we were in Afghanistan. Yeah, why didn't we just
- 37:32Speaker 2: maybe fire this weapon at the Taliban ten years ago
- 37:36Speaker 2: something like that when we had it?
- 37:38Speaker 3: So, I don't know, I don't know. I do know.
- 37:42Speaker 3: I know that that didn't happen. I know that that HARP.
- 37:46Speaker 3: I'm just gonna say it. I don't think HARP was
- 37:48Speaker 3: used to get Iraqis to surrender in the first goal.
- 37:51Speaker 2: For I do love the apocalypse scenario that this doctor
- 37:55Speaker 2: says HARP is capable of producing. Basically, he says, look,
- 37:59Speaker 2: you're shooting all this energy up into the ionosphere. If
- 38:02Speaker 2: for some reason that gets deflected back to Earth, you
- 38:05Speaker 2: are going to have and this is a quote, a
- 38:09Speaker 2: lightning bolt of devastating proportions. Picture fifty mounts Saint Helen's
- 38:14Speaker 2: volcanoes going off every second for a minute.
- 38:18Speaker 3: And I did picture that.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Hell yeah, yeah, that is how I want the world
- 38:24Speaker 2: to end?
- 38:24Speaker 3: Are you kidding me? I would watch that movie absolutely.
- 38:29Speaker 3: It's con visually stunning. Yeah, Like if Roland Emerick, you know,
- 38:35Speaker 3: wants to make it, like fuck that guy. But like
- 38:37Speaker 3: if he wants to make a movie about like harp,
- 38:41Speaker 3: like causing crazy lightning strikes that destroy the world, I
- 38:45Speaker 3: will watch it. I absolutely will. But uh, like this
- 38:50Speaker 3: is again the whole problem, Like this guy is just
- 38:54Speaker 3: epitomizing the problem, which is he's saying it's doing like
- 38:57Speaker 3: four things at the same time don't have anything to
- 39:01Speaker 3: do with each other. So like, shit, man, I feel
- 39:05Speaker 3: like pick a lane and maybe try to, you know,
- 39:08Speaker 3: choose that one instead. Because also there's no way that
- 39:12Speaker 3: it's going to cause lightning strikes. Do you know how
- 39:15Speaker 3: much energy there is a lightning strike? So much.
- 39:20Speaker 2: So it's time for another team meeting. At this team meeting,
- 39:23Speaker 2: June suggests they talk to a guy named Nick Begich
- 39:26Speaker 2: and he has kind of the like he's the leading
- 39:28Speaker 2: figure in anti harp, the anti harp community, the diy
- 39:35Speaker 2: anti harp community, and he says he will talk, but
- 39:41Speaker 2: he'll only talk to Jesse, and June says it's because
- 39:44Speaker 2: his brother is a senator, so he trusts Jesse, to
- 39:47Speaker 2: which Jesse.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Replies, are us Senator, It's like.
- 39:52Speaker 2: No, Jesse of Venezuelan Senator, right, question is that? So
- 39:57Speaker 2: Jesse heads out on the road again, he said, the
- 40:00Speaker 2: head of the Dragon. He's going directly to Haarp. Of course,
- 40:04Speaker 2: since southwest Alaska, so it's on another planet. Basically, I've
- 40:08Speaker 2: said this before. I feel like we bought Alaska mostly
- 40:10Speaker 2: for research and development purposes. We were like that, yeah,
- 40:15Speaker 2: we can do we can do something with that land,
- 40:17Speaker 2: and it's not even connected to us. So if things
- 40:19Speaker 2: go wrong, sorry Canada.
- 40:23Speaker 3: So sure, maybe I look, you know, it definitely didn't
- 40:29Speaker 3: make sense for most other reasons.
- 40:31Speaker 2: Well, my sources tell me, oh, of course, sources done.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Well, then of course it must be true.
- 40:37Speaker 2: The government pumps those sources into my head using.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Heart Jesus vicious circle.
- 40:44Speaker 2: So Jesse's getting a helicopter view of herp. It does
- 40:47Speaker 2: look pretty creepy, sure, but any installation of anything in
- 40:52Speaker 2: the middle of nowhere looks creepy. Yes, Someone in the
- 40:56Speaker 2: helicopter mentions that the employees at heart don't really know
- 41:00Speaker 2: exactly what HARP is used for, which that would definitely
- 41:03Speaker 2: be true. If HARP is being used for nefarious purposes,
- 41:07Speaker 2: sure like there's gonna be most of the people aren't
- 41:10Speaker 2: gonna know that, right, because that's that's gonna be a
- 41:13Speaker 2: hard secret to keep. Also, is Alex flying this helicopter?
- 41:17Speaker 3: I could not tell he was in the front, So yeah,
- 41:23Speaker 3: I don't know. Maybe he's a pilot. Yeah he was ware.
- 41:26Speaker 2: I would expect Jesse Ventura to have been.
- 41:29Speaker 3: Yeah, like maybe they like that's a that's a you know,
- 41:33Speaker 3: skill that they should have used more later on if
- 41:35Speaker 3: he's a helicopter pilot.
- 41:37Speaker 2: And as you mentioned earlier, they tried to arrange a
- 41:40Speaker 2: tour ahead of time and the people at HARP were
- 41:43Speaker 2: like absolutely not.
- 41:44Speaker 3: No, thank you.
- 41:45Speaker 2: So they just show up and start ringing the buzzer
- 41:49Speaker 2: and I love that the people at HARP just disable
- 41:52Speaker 2: the buzzer. And it's just like either that or Jesse
- 41:55Speaker 2: market probably.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Right, what do we think of the crew?
- 42:00Speaker 2: Be civilian who just shows up when they're there, and
- 42:02Speaker 2: it is like, yeah, he was weird.
- 42:05Speaker 3: He's a weird though, I mean sure, and like, look,
- 42:09Speaker 3: maybe maybe he's just some random guy who got on
- 42:12Speaker 3: camera and they got him to sign a disclosure agreement.
- 42:15Speaker 3: But look the show, and I don't want to cast
- 42:19Speaker 3: dis persians on conspiracy theory with just Ventura. But it
- 42:22Speaker 3: uses actors. We know it uses actors like we know
- 42:28Speaker 3: it does because I'm pretty sure one of his regulars
- 42:33Speaker 3: is in this episode if I'm not mistaken. If not,
- 42:36Speaker 3: it's the next one, mister Whitevan. But uh oh yeah,
- 42:41Speaker 3: so yeah, I don't know. Maybe this guy was like
- 42:43Speaker 3: some random guy. It's a confusing moment.
- 42:46Speaker 2: This guy shows up and is like, look, if we
- 42:48Speaker 2: were just in the bar and you were, you know,
- 42:51Speaker 2: shooting the shit, and you brought up harp and you
- 42:53Speaker 2: were like, can I get a tour, maybe things would
- 42:56Speaker 2: be different. And Jesse Chure is like, so if I
- 42:58Speaker 2: turn the cameras off, we can go in, and he's
- 43:00Speaker 2: like absolutely not.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Why do you get that? Then? Just why are you
- 43:05Speaker 3: even here?
- 43:05Speaker 2: And uh Jesse Ventura says, when I get denied something,
- 43:10Speaker 2: I do the opposite of getting intimidated. I get angry
- 43:14Speaker 2: and then they just get the fuck out of there.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Right something starts to inter They claim something started interfering
- 43:20Speaker 2: with the camera equipment, which would be sure hilarious.
- 43:24Speaker 3: Yeah, someone was like.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Just point one of the beams, just one of the
- 43:27Speaker 2: beams down.
- 43:28Speaker 3: There, like they could have just but again we're talking
- 43:32Speaker 3: if we're talking about a beam, then like it makes
- 43:35Speaker 3: it difficult to believe that it's directed to the ground
- 43:37Speaker 3: for any reason. But you know, like they could have
- 43:40Speaker 3: at least like run a magnet or something over the
- 43:43Speaker 3: top of the camera, like that's something to make it
- 43:45Speaker 3: go like squiggily, you know, to like really sell the
- 43:49Speaker 3: camera distortion. It would have been good.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it would have helped. But I mean, this is
- 43:55Speaker 2: such a long time ago. We didn't I don't think
- 43:57Speaker 2: we even had the technology.
- 43:58Speaker 3: Oh of course, of course have magnets back then. Yeah,
- 44:02Speaker 3: but also this is the second episode. I guess you're
- 44:05Speaker 3: still figuring out how to how to bullshit.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Yeah, they're still crawling, they're still learning to walk. At
- 44:10Speaker 2: this point, June heads off to talk to the son
- 44:14Speaker 2: of Bernard Eastman, the scientist behind the Eastman patent. He
- 44:20Speaker 2: says his dad developed harp strictly for Cold War defense
- 44:24Speaker 2: purposes and to do good around the world. Sure, he says,
- 44:29Speaker 2: his dad developed this thing just for you know, to
- 44:33Speaker 2: do good and to protect the United States and for
- 44:37Speaker 2: one if that's true, like how much of a fucking idealist.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Were you working in the Reagan administration that late in
- 44:45Speaker 2: the Reagan administration and you're like, Oh, they're just going.
- 44:48Speaker 3: To use this for good. It's fine.
- 44:51Speaker 2: It's like, of course it would have turned into a
- 44:53Speaker 2: weapon if it was capable of being a weapon.
- 44:55Speaker 3: And I don't know that.
- 44:56Speaker 2: I trust that his dad didn't know that, right, Like,
- 45:00Speaker 2: you're not going to just tell your kid you help
- 45:03Speaker 2: the government build a death ray.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Maybe he would if you work for the Reagan administration.
- 45:08Speaker 2: I guess, yeah, yeah, just working for the Reagan administration,
- 45:12Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to tell my.
- 45:13Speaker 3: Kid that exactly. That's what I'm saying.
- 45:16Speaker 2: So Eastland is the best source they talk to because
- 45:20Speaker 2: he is intimately familiar with the person who developed this thing.
- 45:24Speaker 2: So of course they spend the least amount of time
- 45:26Speaker 2: talking to him. And they move on to Jesse, heading
- 45:32Speaker 2: to the village next to Harp And this is a weird, weird,
- 45:36Speaker 2: weird moment. For one thing, he sends a private investigator
- 45:41Speaker 2: first because he hears that the locals don't like when
- 45:45Speaker 2: strangers show up. And he sends this private investigator and
- 45:50Speaker 2: she comes back and is like, yeah, locals don't like
- 45:52Speaker 2: when strangers show up, and so of course Jesse and
- 45:57Speaker 2: the team then just go knock on the door of
- 45:59Speaker 2: every local in town hoping to find someone who will
- 46:03Speaker 2: talk to them. So it's like, what was the whole
- 46:05Speaker 2: private investigator thing even for just sounds cool?
- 46:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like she was.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Just going around asking questions and also being like, Hey,
- 46:13Speaker 2: if a guy who looks like he's from the government
- 46:15Speaker 2: shows up, don't shoot him. It's just Jesse Ventura, He's
- 46:19Speaker 2: he's here from the anti government.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Uh. I feel like we have totally missed talking about
- 46:25Speaker 3: like the interviews with like Harlan Girard and the people
- 46:28Speaker 3: who claim to be targeted by this like mind control
- 46:32Speaker 3: from Harp like uh, because that that comes out throughout
- 46:36Speaker 3: the episode, and I found that that's the part where
- 46:39Speaker 3: I was saying I find extremely sad because he also
- 46:42Speaker 3: talks to some people up close. I think he also
- 46:44Speaker 3: talks to some people like closer to Harp.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Yeah, he talks to well, he goes to the village
- 46:51Speaker 2: directly next to right, yeah, and talks to a bunch
- 46:54Speaker 2: of people there.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Right, But then he also is talking to like a
- 46:58Speaker 3: few other like the guy I sent you a link
- 47:03Speaker 3: for this article that has a lot to do with
- 47:06Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I read that.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Is that guy's in this episode?
- 47:09Speaker 3: Yeah, he's the old guy in the episode. Oh yeah,
- 47:12Speaker 3: very old man who we've skipped, but like he's there's
- 47:16Speaker 3: several cutaways to this guy into a couple other people
- 47:19Speaker 3: talking about their experiences with mind control. And I mean,
- 47:24Speaker 3: the problem with these segments. I just want to touch
- 47:27Speaker 3: on them because it really made an impact on me.
- 47:31Speaker 3: But the problem with these segments is that they are
- 47:34Speaker 3: just very sad because they are clearly people who are
- 47:37Speaker 3: suffering from some sort of late onset schizophrenia of some
- 47:42Speaker 3: sort and are talking about the voices that they hear
- 47:46Speaker 3: in their heads and the way that it's causing them
- 47:49Speaker 3: to be extremely paranoid about aspects of their everyday life.
- 47:55Speaker 3: This article, maybe we can link to it. In the notes,
- 47:59Speaker 3: they talk about like imagining that his like family and
- 48:04Speaker 3: neighbors are like putting on a show around him, and
- 48:07Speaker 3: like being on a plane, and that the passengers are
- 48:09Speaker 3: mimicking his behavior and that sort of thing, which is
- 48:13Speaker 3: very like creepy and like if I experienced that, I
- 48:16Speaker 3: would be freaked out. But like the main angle that
- 48:18Speaker 3: I get, you know, and he also talks to a
- 48:21Speaker 3: woman in this episode who claims that these same voices
- 48:26Speaker 3: and rays are causing her pain throughout her body, like
- 48:30Speaker 3: electric shock type pain and that, and like it just
- 48:35Speaker 3: and look, I'm not I'm not only am I not
- 48:37Speaker 3: a radio technician or a meteorologist, I'm also not a psychologist,
- 48:43Speaker 3: so I can't like diagnose these people. But like it
- 48:46Speaker 3: just sounds like it's like, especially with Harlan, who gets
- 48:49Speaker 3: the most screenplay in this episode and screen time in
- 48:52Speaker 3: the in the article, like he's it just sounds like
- 48:57Speaker 3: there's people who have a stigma against mental illness and
- 48:59Speaker 3: who don't like to be perceived as crazy and have
- 49:03Speaker 3: developed these symptoms at a point in life where they,
- 49:06Speaker 3: you know, have established an image of themselves as sane.
- 49:10Speaker 3: And it's just very sad that you know, they've fallen
- 49:14Speaker 3: into this community that is, I mean, they're finding comfort
- 49:18Speaker 3: in it in some ways, which is good, I guess,
- 49:20Speaker 3: but it's just sad. And like Jesse was just going
- 49:22Speaker 3: in like this is amazing. I can't believe this isn't
- 49:25Speaker 3: what an incredible experience. Thank you so much for telling
- 49:28Speaker 3: us your truth. And it's just kind of exploitative. I
- 49:31Speaker 3: didn't like it.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a thing you see with a lot of
- 49:36Speaker 2: conspiracy related media is stuff like that. It's easy to
- 49:40Speaker 2: run it by someone else or do a little more
- 49:43Speaker 2: research and be like, well here's what it could also be, right,
- 49:46Speaker 2: And yeah, you never really see that with the conspiracy
- 49:51Speaker 2: theory with Jesse venture A team.
- 49:52Speaker 3: No, absolutely not. And you know, and I had the
- 49:57Speaker 3: same complaint when funny enough, in the episode right before
- 50:01Speaker 3: this one, the first episode of the series, the nine
- 50:03Speaker 3: to eleven episode, where he's bringing out you know, grieving
- 50:08Speaker 3: spouses and stuff like that and just like, that's gross,
- 50:11Speaker 3: you'll need that shit.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Yeah, And in this episode, when he goes looking for
- 50:16Speaker 2: people who are willing to talk, he ends up finding
- 50:19Speaker 2: like the owner operator of a little snackshack, who yeah,
- 50:24Speaker 2: she's just like yeah, man, people think it's the government.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Then he talks to a snowplow operator who says he
- 50:31Speaker 2: used to plow the snow out by heart. And you
- 50:34Speaker 2: can tell with that guy, I don't know, I feel
- 50:37Speaker 2: like he's gaining confidence in what he can tell Jesse
- 50:41Speaker 2: Ventura without jesse Ventura sounding skeptical, yeah, because it starts
- 50:46Speaker 2: with him just being like, yeah, you know, I just
- 50:48Speaker 2: thought it was weird out there, and then he's like, oh, well,
- 50:52Speaker 2: once I was at a bar and I overheard someone
- 50:54Speaker 2: talking about mind control. I went up and asked him
- 50:57Speaker 2: and he was like, yeah, man, we can do all
- 50:58Speaker 2: kinds of mind controlling it. Like, Nope, that's not how
- 51:01Speaker 2: that would work. So I don't I don't know if
- 51:06Speaker 2: he needed I feel like this was an unnecessary step.
- 51:09Speaker 2: I get that you want to talk to the people
- 51:11Speaker 2: who live near it, but also maybe they don't want
- 51:14Speaker 2: to talk to you for the same reason the woman
- 51:15Speaker 2: who bought Kurt Cobain's house doesn't want to talk to people,
- 51:19Speaker 2: right because they just want to be fucking left alone, right.
- 51:22Speaker 3: Yeah, and like and yeah, I just think this episode
- 51:25Speaker 3: could definitely have done without any sort of civilian, non
- 51:30Speaker 3: quote unquote expert interviews. I think the yeah getting into
- 51:35Speaker 3: the people who are quote supposedly affected by this thing
- 51:38Speaker 3: is just gross.
- 51:39Speaker 2: There's one really great moment where Jesse's interview in the
- 51:42Speaker 2: snowplow operator and the guy goes, you ever heard of
- 51:45Speaker 2: that mind control the Russians use on their prisoners, and
- 51:48Speaker 2: Jesse just goes, yeah, yeah, moves on. It's like, you
- 51:51Speaker 2: don't need any other you want to elaborate and the guy.
- 51:54Speaker 2: The guy sort of does. He goes, they send out
- 51:56Speaker 2: a frequency and then people do what they want. Sure, okay,
- 52:00Speaker 2: can we get Can you put a link to a
- 52:01Speaker 2: Wikipedia page on the.
- 52:03Speaker 3: Screen or something.
- 52:04Speaker 2: This guy's dog certainly seem to agree that something's going on.
- 52:08Speaker 2: It is a good boy, because they are. They're losing
- 52:11Speaker 2: their shit in the background. So the last person they
- 52:13Speaker 2: talked to is doctor Begich, who is probably the leading
- 52:19Speaker 2: authority on anti harp information. He looks like the keyboard
- 52:24Speaker 2: player in an eighties new wave band, but in twenty ten, right,
- 52:29Speaker 2: And he.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Says, cool is what you're saying. He looks very cool.
- 52:32Speaker 3: He looks very cool.
- 52:34Speaker 2: He says, we have this technology in that Russia and
- 52:37Speaker 2: China are pursuing it as well. And he brings up
- 52:40Speaker 2: that there is actually a nineteen seventy seven treaty against
- 52:44Speaker 2: manipulating the weather and I looked it up and yes, it's.
- 52:46Speaker 3: Part of the Shia convention.
- 52:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so again it's clear it's not that crazy that
- 52:53Speaker 2: I guess.
- 52:53Speaker 3: But that doesn't mean that it's possible.
- 52:56Speaker 2: Meaning that it's impossible.
- 52:58Speaker 3: Well no, I'm not saying it means it's impossible, but
- 53:01Speaker 3: like you know, shit, man, I feel like the Geneva
- 53:04Speaker 3: Convention is just trying to be pretty comprehensive there. Yeah,
- 53:08Speaker 3: maybe so.
- 53:09Speaker 2: Doctor Begich demonstrates the mind control capabilities of HARP on
- 53:15Speaker 2: Jesse Ventura, and here's another experiment where I'm like, yeah,
- 53:18Speaker 2: but no, you're not You're not actually doing what hearp does.
- 53:22Speaker 2: Because what he does is he attaches these piezoelectric pickups
- 53:27Speaker 2: basically like those are what are in guitars.
- 53:29Speaker 3: Guitar pickups are that.
- 53:31Speaker 2: And he he puts them on jesse Ventura's prominent jaw line,
- 53:37Speaker 2: and then he pumps some music to it, and jesse
- 53:40Speaker 2: Ventura says he hears it like it's coming through the
- 53:42Speaker 2: top of his head or hears it in his head. Sure,
- 53:45Speaker 2: that's not how harp works. That's not that's not how
- 53:48Speaker 2: the heart you If harp works, If I have to
- 53:51Speaker 2: attach receivers to my jaw or art to pump messages
- 53:56Speaker 2: to me, I'm fine.
- 53:57Speaker 3: I feel like we can.
- 53:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like that's a intrusion into my life
- 54:01Speaker 2: that I can.
- 54:01Speaker 3: Avoid, right, I would just choose not to do that.
- 54:04Speaker 2: And also, that's technology. I don't know how far we
- 54:07Speaker 2: were from developing it. By the time the show came out.
- 54:11Speaker 2: But like that's a thing. Now there's bone conduction.
- 54:14Speaker 3: Yes even yeah yeah, not both deduction earphones, but like
- 54:19Speaker 3: thing and things like like a throat mic you know
- 54:22Speaker 3: where you have like a microphone on your throat instead
- 54:25Speaker 3: of in your ear. Yeah, like yeah, that shit exists.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Bose makes glasses that surely wear them. It works
- 54:34Speaker 2: using bone conduction, but like in your the area of
- 54:36Speaker 2: your temples.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Well, it's like you said, they're pickups. That's that's how
- 54:40Speaker 3: pickups work in electric guitars. That's what that is. It's
- 54:43Speaker 3: transmitting the signal through an electric cord to an amp.
- 54:48Speaker 2: So I do still think there's something weird about heart.
- 54:53Speaker 2: I just again suspicion confirmed. They did not do a
- 54:57Speaker 2: great job of presenting the theory in this episode. I
- 55:02Speaker 2: don't think any of these experiments were that compelling. No,
- 55:07Speaker 2: this one is not. Again, it's not like if he
- 55:10Speaker 2: had said, all right, I'm gonna show you how harp
- 55:12Speaker 2: works and just pulled a fucking gun out of his
- 55:15Speaker 2: pocket and fired a beam up at the ceiling and
- 55:18Speaker 2: it bounced back down and hit Jesse Venture in the head.
- 55:21Speaker 3: Right, he was like, my Sharona that is how that
- 55:26Speaker 3: is how hard works. You did it, but this is
- 55:28Speaker 3: not how heart works. Also, which part of heart is
- 55:33Speaker 3: the control part? Okay, not the weather part. Okay, Look,
- 55:37Speaker 3: it's probably missile defense if it's anything. And maybe that
- 55:40Speaker 3: was even scrapped because Star Wars didn't work either, so
- 55:43Speaker 3: you know.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Yeah, well I could see it again having been a
- 55:47Speaker 2: missile defense thing that fell out of use.
- 55:50Speaker 3: That's what I was saying when weapons change.
- 55:53Speaker 2: And uh, I do love Jesse's final conclusion as this
- 55:56Speaker 2: episode ends, which is that a government program run by
- 55:59Speaker 2: the US Navy doesn't shut out a former Navy seal
- 56:03Speaker 2: unless they've got something to hide. Wow, it's like, yeah,
- 56:07Speaker 2: clearly they've got everyone has something to hide from Jesse venture.
- 56:11Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, that's absolutely clear.
- 56:14Speaker 2: But yeah, the government has stuff to hide.
- 56:16Speaker 3: Of course they do. This is a whole thing.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Is that how being a Navy seal works? You just
- 56:21Speaker 2: show up and yeah, pull your challenge coin out of
- 56:24Speaker 2: your pocket.
- 56:25Speaker 3: You're exactly, I'm a Navy seal. Yeah, you flash your
- 56:28Speaker 3: badge and then you get shot in the knee. Fright.
- 56:33Speaker 2: So that's our episode. I think you have any final
- 56:36Speaker 2: thoughts on Harp.
- 56:39Speaker 3: No, I don't have any thoughts on HARP any like
- 56:42Speaker 3: this is it. We've gotten them all on tape. I
- 56:44Speaker 3: think it's weird. It's a cool place.
- 56:47Speaker 2: I do encourage people to watch the CBC documentary about HARP.
- 56:51Speaker 2: We'll link to it in the show notes. They interview
- 56:56Speaker 2: a representative from Heart Piece of Government guy, and he,
- 57:01Speaker 2: more than anything else, will convince you that there is
- 57:03Speaker 2: something shady going on with HARP, like even the mind
- 57:06Speaker 2: controls stuff. When they ask him about it, he's like, yeah,
- 57:11Speaker 2: it's possible, but I don't know what we would use
- 57:15Speaker 2: it for.
- 57:16Speaker 3: I mean, sure, that's convincing, honestly, like, okay, yeah, that
- 57:23Speaker 3: makes sense. That's kind of what I feel about it.
- 57:26Speaker 2: This dude might as well be pet in a cat
- 57:28Speaker 2: during this interview, like.
- 57:30Speaker 3: He is up to sun. You should be twiddling a mustache. Yeah.
- 57:35Speaker 3: My other last Harp thought is that I would like
- 57:37Speaker 3: to go there. I think it'd be cool. It looks cool.
- 57:40Speaker 2: I would too, until I feel like, until I got there, yeah,
- 57:44Speaker 2: I'd be like, all right, we saw HARP.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Where we eating tonight? Well?
- 57:47Speaker 2: Sure, oh no, this is I mean, eat a bear.
- 57:51Speaker 3: This is something you have to contend to basically anywhere
- 57:54Speaker 3: in the rural and like Alaska that you want to
- 57:58Speaker 3: you want to visit any sort of art Dick claim
- 58:01Speaker 3: is gonna be kind of tough for you know. I
- 58:04Speaker 3: thought they have a lot of like steak and shakes
- 58:06Speaker 3: or anything up there. Man, I fuck with a steak
- 58:08Speaker 3: and shake. I think it's gotten worse than it used
- 58:11Speaker 3: to be. I don't think it's as good as it
- 58:12Speaker 3: used to be.
- 58:13Speaker 2: No, but it's still pretty good. Can't keep one open
- 58:16Speaker 2: in LA.
- 58:16Speaker 3: I know they're not even twenty four hours in Indiana anymore,
- 58:20Speaker 3: at least not near me.
- 58:21Speaker 2: Oh come on, bull, it's the point of having breakfast? Then?
- 58:24Speaker 3: This is what is the point of a steak and
- 58:26Speaker 3: shake that's not twenty four hours? That's my final thought
- 58:28Speaker 3: on hunt.
- 58:29Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know I feel like harp is the reason.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Yes, Oh my god. They they pointed one of their
- 58:36Speaker 3: three hundred and thirty beams at the steak of Shakes
- 58:39Speaker 3: and they were like, no, you're closing.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Yeah Sonic did this.
- 58:43Speaker 3: Oh so those dastardly fools at Sonic they all know
- 58:49Speaker 3: what they're tampering with.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Johnny rockets that nay. I've always thought that was a
- 58:53Speaker 2: government thing with a name like Johnny rockets of course,
- 58:56Speaker 2: of course, so that's our episode next week we're gonna do.
- 59:03Speaker 2: I think I'm gonna put this episode out for free.
- 59:06Speaker 2: So this is one of the things we get up
- 59:08Speaker 2: to when we do bonus episodes.
- 59:10Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, everybody, there are nine more of these floating
- 59:15Speaker 3: around the well.
- 59:16Speaker 2: The ninth, one tenth total will be next week, which will, yes,
- 59:20Speaker 2: a subscriber only episode. But we talk about Jesse Ventura
- 59:24Speaker 2: a lot, and I feel like we're round and third
- 59:26Speaker 2: heading for home when it comes to covering.
- 59:27Speaker 3: This series, literally rounding third, Yeah, third season.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Yeah, we've covered most of the episodes. There's a couple
- 59:35Speaker 2: stragglers that we haven't gotten to, which I'm sure we will.
- 59:38Speaker 3: But you know, if you had told me, like a
- 59:41Speaker 3: few years ago that I would watch every single episode
- 59:44Speaker 3: of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura for twenty eleven, I
- 59:47Speaker 3: probably would have laughed at your face and yeah, here
- 59:50Speaker 3: we are.
- 59:51Speaker 2: I would have been like, I already did you mean
- 59:56Speaker 2: I'm gonna watch it again?
- 59:58Speaker 3: And you've watched more because now you' seen the p episode.
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: Oh that's right, Well, no, I saw the Police State episode.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: Oh it was pulled after it air got I thought
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: there was one that just didn't go to air.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: It's too hot for TV, so uh yeah, stay tuned
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: for that episode. Subscribe at Patreon dot com, slash on
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Pops on Pops, networked out, Supercass dot tech, or write
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: in the Spotify app. Yeah you want to hear those
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: bonus episodes and uh, that's all.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: I got to plug. How about you? Uh you can
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: find me at Twitter at high their hidr. I'm also
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: on letterboxed. I've been I've been really keeping up with
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: my letterbox this year. I don't know what. It's a
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: movie review. It's like Twitter, but for movie reviews. And
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: it's not annoying, so uh it sounds unlikely, but okay,
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: I mean, look, it might be annoying if you follow me,
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: but but in general, I don't have to look at
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: my feet, so in general it's a pretty good site.
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: Uh all right, that's it. Let's get out of here.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: Olivia say goodbye bye, goodbye everybody.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: We love you,
