  SPEAKER_00: Hulindaf Nun Vov.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start by the Mishnah on the top of the Ahmed.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_00: Nun Vov Ahmed Alav.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_00: Elu Trevis B'oiv.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So we are in Parak Elu Trevis over here with the first Mishnah, Elu Trefus Bebehema.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: Specifically, we listed the Trevas as relates to a behema.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: Then we went Elu K Sherus Bebehema.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: These things you may have had a have a mean to think that it's gonna be Tref.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malon that Elu K Sheris Behema.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: Now with the third Mishnah, Eluk Trepas Beoif.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: The following things are Trevis as specifically as relates to an oif.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, by the way, the Elu Trefus Bebehema applied to an eif as well.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: But Elu Trevis Be' specifically what?
• 0:32
  SPEAKER_00: Nekubasabesh.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna list some of the things again why you need to do that.
• 0:35
  SPEAKER_00: I am a far sham.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemar.
• 0:38
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Mishnah.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: If you have a nekev in the vesh, upsukata sa gargaris.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_00: Or if you have more of a saverment in the gargeris in the connet.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is again because the gargeris needs more of it to be punctured and it needs more than just the vesh.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: The vesh is more uh uh crucial for the animal's life, for the ice's life.
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_00: Hiksa hold al Rusha.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: If it got hit or bit in or caught whatever it was by a weasel on its head.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: So Malcolm Shai says a trefa, in a place that it would make it a trefa, then it's gonna be a problem.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is because if it got bit on the head, for example, if the ife got bit on the head by a weasel, so we have to be worried, and we're gonna see soon you could do a badika for this, we have to be worried that it punctured the krumshalmayach, which is the membrane for the brain.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: The membrane we know there are two layers, but it goes around the brain.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: And if you have a nekim and the krum shell mayach, we know that's trefa, and therefore, if you have a weasel that attacked this bird, you gotta be worried on the head that muckum tries to show trepa is gonna be a problem.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: So nikkeva kurkuman, another trefa is gonna be if the gizzard, we'll figure out what that means, it's part of the digestive system of the bird.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: But if the gizzard gets a neckab, nikwa dakin, if the intestines get a neckab, nafla le or if the bird fell into a fire the nechhmer and the intestines got like singed.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: So in your ukim, if they turned, because they got singed, they were in a fire.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: So if they turned green, so they're gonna be possible.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: If they're red, then share them, they're gonna be kosher.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna see more than come around that.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_00: Dorsa.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: If uh if someone trampled this bird.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Oh shiritza behema or uh animal like try uh kinda got into a fight with it, or another bird, so mefarcheses.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: And in all these cases, Rash explains, uh, because it got trampled or into a fight, whatever it was, it's now mefarcheses.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: You see clearly it's hanging on for deal life, and it's uh it looks like it's gonna die soon.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: However, it survived 24 hours in all these cases, as long as it survived 24 hours, the shakta then you the chitak share.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be kosher if it survived that 24 hours.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_00: So the gemar.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: Ravishmo velevi de Amri.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: Rav and Shmu and Levi all say together, Machnis Yodelemu Boydik, that in this case, we're talking about what we're talking about, Rash explains, in the case where a chuldah bit it on its head, where the weasel bit the bird on the head.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: What's the what what what what are we worried about?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: We're worried whether it pierced the crum shalmayah, whether it pierced the membrane that goes around the brain.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: So Rav and Schmul and Levy came along and said, if this happened, you actually have a badika.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: You have a way to tell if it did pierce the brain, if it did pierce the n the crum shalmayah.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: How are you able to tell?
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: So Machnis Yadalfnim, you put your hand inside uh above the in the mouth of the if and you push upwards on the palate.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, by dikek, you check in the if you have like brains squirting out at the top of the head, then trefa, it's gonna be a trefa, because then you know, again, you're putting pressure on the top of the mouth that pushes up the brain.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: If there if the brain was punctured, then the crumshalmach was really punctured, there would be a hole there.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: So if when you push up it starts squirting out, then you know it's a trefa.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: But if it doesn't, then that's gonna be cautious.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: That makes sense according to the sheetah we had a machelikus that the the trefa of nikev krumshal mayach.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: Does it have to pierce both crumbs of the mayach?
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: We know we saw live over here on this table over here that there's two there's two uh layers of the crumshalmayach.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: There's two layers of the membrane that that that hold and encase the brain.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: There's the tata and ill, there's the outer one and then the inner one.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: Now there was a machikis, whether they both need to be punctured, or even if the outer one was punctured, it's gonna be good enough to be a trefa.
• 4:09
  SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be a trefa.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Or not, or maybe you need both.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, this bidika to push on the top and see if brain starts squirting out, that makes sense.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm doing that for you.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: That makes sense according to the Ma number, honey the Mah Namber Damrand kib kramatita, that it's only gonna be considered a trefa if a mamish pierced both.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: It pierced even the inner, in the even the inner membrane, and therefore what?
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, obviously it's only gonna be a trefa if the hole is through and through.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: The hole is all the way to the brain, and that's why this bidika of pushing it up makes sense.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: Because if there's a hole through and through, then it's gonna square it out, and if it's not through and through, it's not.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: And the main number, but according to the main number that says, in ki vidlah fucks the lay in kiftata that even if one of the membranes are pierced, even the ta oh, the the the higher one and the inner one is not pierced, it's still gonna be a trefa.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: So why would this bidika help you?
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: And then you're pushing up and it's not coming out, yeah, but it's not coming out because maybe the lower one is intact, but the higher one is not intact.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: It's not coming out because the lower one is still fully encasing it, and therefore it's not popping out, but the higher the the upper Krum Shal Maya is still has a nekiv and that's still a trefa according to that sheet.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: So, how is this badika gonna help you, bhichla?
• 5:15
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: Because e isidinki bidla, because if the upper membrane was really pierced, then tata agavrukhe mifka poka.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Then you should know when you're doing this badika pushing out, that inner membrane is very thin, it's very soft.
• 5:27
  SPEAKER_00: It's rah rukhe.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: And since because of its delicateness, agavukhe mivka poka, it's gonna uh pop, it's gonna give away when you're pushing out, and therefore um it's not gonna hold standalone.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: So whenever you push out and it goes either because there was a hole straight through both of them, or because it was only through the upper one, but the lower one is not enough to withstand the pressure, and therefore it would be going out, and if it does hold and you don't have anything bing mevatsu it so either, then you know be a dual kha that this is not a trefall.
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: Umrzi said, in badika.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: There is no badika for a hulder.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: You can't do any of these badikas to figure out if the uh when the chulda bit the the head of the animal to figure out if uh it pierced the krmashall machine.
• 6:05
  SPEAKER_00: You can't do a badika.
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: Because it has very thin teeth.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: Okay, what does that have to do?
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: So Rashid says there are many to think that if you have thin teeth and made a very thin hole, if you made a thin hole, then maybe it's not gonna all come out, says the Gemara.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_00: The Hishine dakas mahave.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: If it's a very thin hole because it has thin teeth, who cares?
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: And the other day, uh Rashi says it's uh for sure you're gonna have a little bit that comes out, even if it even if it's a tiny hole.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara Vaishiyam ibnesha shina dakis waakumas.
• 6:30
  SPEAKER_00: What do we mean?
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: We meant because it has thin and crooked teeth.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: The teeth are like on an angle, and therefore when the teeth of the hole that go into the head of the bird, it comes in at an angle, which means that it pierces the skull over here, but they're at an angle, which means that what once once it starts piercing the crumshalmayach, it's already like further down on the animal.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: And then basically the holes are not going to be aligned with each other.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: If the holes are not gonna be aligned because it came in at an angle, then the holes on the different layers are not aligned, then when you do this bidika and you push upwards, then you you might be pushing up, and there might be a hole in the crumshalmayach, but you're pushing up that crumshal mayach against not where the holda came in, the holda came in over here, and the hole of the crumshalmayach is over here because it came in uh on an angle, and therefore when you're pushing up, it's kind of pushing up against a place of the skull that doesn't have a hole, and that's why it's not gonna be lots of its ma'a.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: So therefore, in bidika, you're not gonna have a badika, you're not gonna be able to do a badika to tell if it pierced the krum shall mayach, because maybe it did pierce the krumshall mayach, and it's a hundred percent a trait, but you're just not gonna realize with your badika, and therefore Ziri says, In badika lhhodah, again, Mik Pnash, Shina dakuis ba'akumas.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Kisalikal Naradah, when Ziri came up to Naradah, Shalaklu, he sent the following.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: He said, By the way, I was mistaken.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: The things that I said, that there's no badikah it's actually a toast.
• 7:43
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: That you can do a badikah for a huldah with your hand of the Lebimasmer, but you can't use a nail.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: So, what do you mean you can't use a nail?
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: So, this was another type of the bidika that they used to do for this type of thing, or that's somehow that you could do for this inion.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: They put a nail in from the top and see how it goes in.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Does it go in smoothly?
• 8:09
  SPEAKER_00: Does it not?
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: Is there pressure the other way?
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: You could tell if there's a if there's a nekem in the krum.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this is something they used to do.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: But Rab Shimon Lakesh said, no, you could only do the bidika with the yad, but you're not allowed to do it with the master.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Reb Yahna number after masr.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: No, you could even do it with a nail.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: And this machek is between Rebachun and Rishakh, Amayroim, they're actually arguing within a previous machlek is ta' between Ribi'ud and Rnachemya.
• 8:32
  SPEAKER_00: What is this machlek?
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: It's chhad badaqbiyada, but that's the one.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: One of them was badek with his hand, one of them was baidek with a needle.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: The needle is gonna take the place of the masmir right now.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: It's the same Indian, same idea where you put it in.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: But he one of them with the hand, one of them with the needle.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: Mandabatakbiy'ada, the one that checked with the hand again.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: We don't know who did what.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: We just know the two, we don't know who held what.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: So Mandabada biyada, what the one who uh who checked with his hand, umr lay the manabadak bi mahta, he told the one that was checking with the needle, Ad Maslay at the machalamin and shalisrael.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: Up until when are you gonna waste Khalisrael's money?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: We know Atari Chasama and Shalisrahl.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: And you're coming in with a needle, which if you think about it, is a very dangerous thing to do.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Because on the thought that it wasn't punctured, meaning you're doing it to check if it was punctured.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: But even if it wasn't punctured, there's a very good chance you're gonna puncture it coming into the needle now.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, you're machalamain and shalisrael.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: So why are you doing that?
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: That's what you should only do with your hand.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: So I'm late told him back, you're doing it with your hand.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: I'm doing it with a much more precise way.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Mandabatik, Amalimandi Baltik, Mamah to the Mandabalak, Biadi answered him back, Admasayata Machula Yisra and the Velois.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: You're doing it with your hand, but that's m it's less of a sure way to know.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: I hear my way is more dangerous, but yours is a less sure way to know by pushing upwards with your hand, and therefore, until when are you gonna feed your stroll and the veloise?
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: How can he call us navelis?
• 9:41
  SPEAKER_00: Shachti.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: This is not a Navelo.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: And the tref is says it's Trefa, that's the problem over here.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: Shabaniq Kram Shalmeh, it's a trefa because it maybe it had a neck of the Kramshme.
• 9:51
  SPEAKER_00: So says Gumar.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to figure out who held what.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: We said it's Machlagis Tanoim.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: It was Mahlegh Tamara between Rebah and the Rish Lokish within a previous Mahlegis between Rabiud and R Ibnachanya.
• 9:59
  SPEAKER_00: Which one held what?
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_00: We're not sure yet.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to prove that Rabbi Huda was the Tana that that checked with his hand.
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_00: The Tanya.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: As we have a Braiser, Rib Shim and Ibn Alasra.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_00: I'm Shim Rabbi Huda.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: Baitkin Huldah Biyad Avalabi Master.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here?
• 10:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's checkmate.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: We clearly see a clear riot from his braiser.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, the bracelet continues.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: Then Nishbar, Etzim Afpishlainik of Krum Shal that if the etzim, the etzim over here refers to the etzim of the skull.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: So if the sk if the skull got a nekiv, even if it or it broke, even though the membrane of the brain, the cum shamach didn't get a nekiv, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: So sazgemara tes time, we're gonna ask them that in a second.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: So sazigamarat is time, let's prove from here clearly that what the sheet is rebihuda who holds that your bidek beyad.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: This is a steer and obey what we just saw, which is pretty much jumping out from you from the page if you were reading.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: Sazigemara, hogulfakasha, I'm re biteking the full debiyad, Ava Dimash.
• 10:59
  SPEAKER_00: What do we see?
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: We said, according to the Biuda, that you could be by deck with a biyad.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: You could check with your hand.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: If it got a naked, again hold a bit through the animal, bit through the the ice head.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: So clearly it went through the skull.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: Our only question is did it pierce the crumshamayah?
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: That's the question.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Did it pierce the crumb shalmayah?
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: So you could do a badikah you do a badika with your hand, you push upwards.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Hey, if nothing squirts out, now you know.
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, very good.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 11:21
  SPEAKER_00: Amla Islabi Dukusa.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: Clearly you're able to do a badikah, and as long as the crumshamach wasn't punctured, even though the skull was punctured, because that's the whole vart over here.
• 11:31
  SPEAKER_00: It punctured the skull.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: We want to know how deep it went, did it also puncture the krum shamayah?
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: So we see a badikah could help you, and it's not gonna be a problem, even though the the the skull was punctured.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: What do we say in the next breath?
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: Nishbaro, it's an off-peach lane of crumshamach that if it if the skull broke, even though the crimshalach didn't break, didn't get a nekem, it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: That our badika wouldn't matter.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: There's no badika to do because it's a trefa anyway, if it got a hole in its skull.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_00: So which one is it?
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: If a hulda, according to this, what you just said, that if the skull breaks, even then even if you don't you didn't get a crumshamach, so as soon as the weasel bites and you see a hole in the skull, you shouldn't have to no badika checking if the crumshamach broke will help you because it got a cr it got a neck of in the skull, and that itself is a problem.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Seifa aton, lo If Shomaiim.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: That's sefa telling you that it's gonna be a problem just about the skull, that's not talking about a regular bird.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about the birds that come that live in the water.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's oif shall maim.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: Hoy of ainla crum, since those types of birds don't have a crumb, baklao, so as soon as it pierces the skull, goes straight to the brain, that's why it's gonna be a trefer.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: But a regular bird, you're right, it would have to pierce the crumb shama.
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: Uh shall maim doesn't have any crumb, it doesn't have any membrane, that doesn't make sense.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: There's a brain floating around, just bone around it, that doesn't make sense.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: So it says the gumara, really el oy of krumirah.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: Of course it has a crumb, but since it's very, very thin, so the neckum in the skull renders it a trafer right away.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: As soon as you get a neckum in the skull, so that goes straight through to the brain, and the since that membrane is very thin, it goes straight through to the brain, that's why it's gonna be a trafer right away, and we don't care whether the actual Krum Shalmayah is punctured or not, because it's inevitably gonna be punctured.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: Says the gumara, um liar machun the raban, uh, nachman said thereabanon.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_00: Mar Omar.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: You said that Shmua Baikbiyada Mahsher.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: You told me that Shmu'a used to be Baikik Biyad, the way we saw Reb Yehuda was, right?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: So you told me that Shmu'a would be Baidik Biyad.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: He would do this procedure, like he put his finger in, push upwards, etc.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: So he would be Baik Biyada Mahshar based off of that, he would be Mahsha the animal.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: Our friend said, Rav Ba Dekbiyada Mahsh, Rav also would be Baidak Biyad, U Mashir the Aif, Ba'atani Levi.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_00: But how could they say that?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: How could they do that?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: You told me that Shmua did that, and Huna said that Rav did that.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but Baal Tani Levi, what about the fact that Levi told Ravar and Braissa that trefois, Shemaru Khambi Behema, can Iif, that all the trefhois that the hahamim counted by a behema apply also to anif.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: But yes, an aif, a iif has a one-up on the trefus of a behema, that what?
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: That nishbar etzalof beach line of crumbshama that if the skull broke, even if the crimshamayh didn't get punctured, it's still gonna be considered a trefa.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: We see a Bryce Alivi tore over that this is a one-up trefa that a oif has over a behema.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: A behema shares all the all the same trefus as a behema, like we saw.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but the one extra trefah that a eif has over a behema is even if the skull is broken and then crumshamayh is not broken.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: This is the same exact question as we asked a minute ago, and we're gonna ask it again in a different context.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: But we're just asking it right now in a different context.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: So, what do we see over here?
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: We see clearly the cash on on anyone who thinks you do a dick over here when uh Khulda bites the a bites the If because he he pierced the brain if he pierced he pierced the skull.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: If you get a neck of in the skull, that's gonna be it's gonna be done by a knife.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: That's only as it relates to an eif shah maim.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: Hoy, the ain't like chrome because it doesn't have a chrome.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: It does have a crumb, but since it's very soft, it's rach.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, as soon as it punctures the skull, it's straight through and through, and that's gonna pierce it, and that's why it's gonna be considered a tray for right away.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to shar oifice, regular eifhois, it's not going to be a problem unless it pierces the crumb sham.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: So it's going to tarnigoil to there was tarnigoilas, the haviber of Khan, that was in the house of Rahan.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: Shah Delika made a Ramas.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: And there was a question about this, there was a shil about this uh tarnagoilas, and he sent it to Ramasna.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: Nijbar etim la nikim crum shalmayah, and the case was where the skull was broken, but the crumshamach was not pierced, the afshra.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: And he said it's kosher, according to this.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: But I'm a lay, but he asked him this question, and by the way, this is the third time we're bringing the same chakla vitario, just in a diff different context.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: So he asked him, he didn't leave you teach over in the breast that trefamo the behemoth connect to my oif.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: Yes, siram, oif nishbah, yes, nishba it's a mafish line of crum shamaya.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: After a oif as a one upon a behemo that what it adds this trefa as well.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: That if the skull breaks, afa pish line of crumshalmayah, so it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: So how are you saying it's okay?
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: So I'm late on the back.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: So it's considered a trefa right away.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to shahra ifais, you're gonna need it to puncture the Krum Shal Mayak in order to be considered a trefa.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: Hence, you have a badika to do to see if that actually happened, and if your badika goes well, you could be mahir.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: It says so.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: So far, we only saw one type of badika, or two types of badikas, actually.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: We saw the the badika that you do.
• 16:10
  SPEAKER_00: Again, what's the question?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: The question is if the if got a puncture in its skull, not a problem, unless it's an ice, unless it's an ice shalmayib, okay?
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: When is it a problem?
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: If the puncture actually also puncture the membrane of the brain, the sac holding the brain, the two membranes, or the one according to the other shita.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: But if it punctured the cream shalmaik, you're gonna have a problem.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: How are you bite it to see if it also punctured?
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: You could either do the badika putting your hand and putting your finger and pushing upwards, see if it squirts out, then you know you have a hole.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: Or you could do it from the other side, come in with a nail.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Some didn't want to do that because you're machal and shall yishrl.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: The other sheth would hold.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: We have to do that because if you do the other way, it's not shore, and therefore you're being Michel Yisral.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: Navalis, Navalis, alkai the khtrefa, the hulu.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: But these were the two badikas that we saw so far.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: Now says the Gemar, if Shizvi Badak Bishimshur, if Shizvi had another type of badika, he used to do the badika bishimshaw in the sun.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: He would put it in the sun, Rash says, Negada shemish me stak in the miya.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: He could tell in the sun, you could like look inside because because the sun, Rash he says, the R from the sun is very good to see straight through for a badika, and therefore he used to check it in the sun and try to tell tell that way.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_00: Rivyemar badak vemar.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: Rivyemar would check with water, he would fill it with water and see if the water uh fills up the different places, then you know that it's okay.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: This was after the animal was dead.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: Then he says if the water fills the brain through the through the hole, then you know you have a hole.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: He used to check with a strand of uh chito.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: Um rivshizvi, hani abzvi, hani abzi don ki oif sha'im dami.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: And Rivsh Rav Ravshizvi says that by the way, you said you should know that our geese has the same din of sham that what that its krum shamayah is super thin, and therefore as soon as it gets a puncture in the skull, that's gonna render it a trafle because it's gonna go through and through.
• 17:55
  SPEAKER_00: We saw what?
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: We saw in the Mishnah that if it fell into a fire and it got singed, so if it's a varm got singed, it turned green.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: Problem red, not a problem.
• 18:06
  SPEAKER_00: Shear yerukasan kashir nukwasan.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: We said that when it turns green because it got singed from the fire, that's gonna be a problem.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, how much of this avir has to turn green?
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: So shear yerukasan, kashir nikubasan.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be the same shear as a nekiv.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Just like we know in certain areas, a nekiv, we know a nekiv is always a filubimashu.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: So certain areas that a nekiv is gonna cause a problem, it's gonna cause a problem a filubimashu in that even the tiniest puncture is gonna be a problem.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: Ma nekuvasan bimashu, afirukas and bimashu.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: So too, in those same environments, wherever a nekiv would be an issue bimashu, so too, your rukasan on that avar would be an issue bimashu.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: So, for example, on the veshet, a nekiv bimashu is a problem.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: So if you have it turn green because the fire singed it, even a mashu size on the veshet, that's gonna be a problem.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: What if the covid, the liver, turns green because it got singed by a fire?
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: So it turned green, canegan.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: It was a place that was mamesh right next to the intestines.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: Ma'u, what's gonna be the aloha over there?
• 19:11
  SPEAKER_00: He told him Trefa.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: So he asked him back, it should only be considered like it was mamesh removed.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: We know what's the aloha.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: If the covid was completely removed, not a problem.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: So what do I care if it turned green?
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: It should be at least the fachot, like it's not there.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: So he answered it back.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: Since it was next to the intestines, be a dua snufflo, urban echmuribename aim re trefa.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: Since this happened, mamesh next to the bina'i aim, then you know that there's an issue with the binay'ah themselves, and they themselves got singed, and that's why it's gonna be a trefa.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: Says Gmarib Shuman Levi Havale Hahi Tarnigoiles.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: And Amalei told him, yeah, there was a shilo about this tarnigoilus.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: He told him like this Yeruk and Havu, the intestines of this tarnigoilis are green.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: The Aksha, it's gonna be kosher.
• 19:53
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gamar, what?
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: You're telling me because it's green, it's gonna be kosher.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: We learnt that green is the problem color.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Yeruk and Psulim, says Gamar, like Amru Yerk and Psulim, elaborkuman, baleabed.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: That that we said in the Mishnah that green is a problem.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: That's not true about every Aver.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: That's only true about the Kurkuman, the Lee, and the Kavaid, the gizzard, the heart, and the liver.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: Tanameok, says we have a brace like that as well.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: We said the following Which Bene aim are we talking about?
• 20:23
  SPEAKER_00: Bekurkuman meleev uvi cove.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: On these three uh on these three innards, that's what we're referring to when we say green is gonna be a problem.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: He also had a tarnigatus.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: And there was a shilo over here, it fell into a fire, whatever it was.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Shadow come there are bow.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: He said it's a robove.
• 20:41
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, the intestines, they're they're uh they're red, and therefore it's a trefa.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: We saw red was the good colour.
• 20:49
  SPEAKER_00: Red is kosher.
• 20:49
  SPEAKER_00: You're telling me it's bad because it's red?
• 20:51
  SPEAKER_00: Amalai answered the back.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: Adumim shoy riku virukin shah dimu trefa.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: The problem isn't what color it is.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: We don't care that it always has to be red, it always has to be green.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: Has to be its natural color.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: And the problem is if it if you have an aver that's supposed to be green that turns red, you have a problem.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: If you have an aver that's usually red that turns green, you also have a problem.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: And that's the problem over here.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_00: So adumin shay riku.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_00: If the aver is generally red and it turned green, or vi rukin shedimo, or it was originally green and it turned red, then trefa.
• 21:19
  SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be a trefa.
• 21:23
SPEAKER_00: We only said that red is gonna be kosher by the lab, the curkman, and the covenant.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: Why is that?
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: Because that's uh Rak Rashi says it should darken the asadum, because the normal color over there is red, and therefore red is gonna be not a problem by those, but green will be.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: That if you have a case where this I fell into the fire and you had an Ava that was supposed to be red, and it turned green, now you have a hundred percent of problems considered a trafo, right?
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: So you have a dubushairiku, and you shakted the sanible, but then vishokan, then you cooked it.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: Vichhazru vedimu, and after you cooked it, this thing.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: That turned green that caused an issue now went back to red.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: So now you have it back to red, which shows us that maybe the green was a little misleading.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: And maybe it wasn't actually green, maybe it turns red back because that was the true color.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: So Ksharina, it's gonna be Kashra Maya.
• 22:12
  SPEAKER_00: What's the reason?
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: Because Kutra Ayelbehu, because we have to say that it really only turned green, not as a result of the fire, but as a result as a result of the kutra, which is smoke.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: Because of the smoke, it turns green, but it wasn't a real green, the problematic green that the fire would have caused, because then it would have stayed green.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that it turned back to red after you're cooking, that shows us that it happened as a result of the smoke, and that's why it's gonna be kosher.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna read it or not says, Afa noimar.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: If you're telling me such a kiddish that even when it was problematic and it turned green, which is a problem on those organs, it could become better if you cook it and it goes back to its color because it shows you that that really wasn't what was going on, and you said it in the context of a kula, I could tell you that same yesid is a humra.
• 22:56
  SPEAKER_00: Afa no no, afanunemar.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: I could also say over here that Adumit Shiloya Iriku, if you have organs that are supposed to be red and they did not turn green, no problem at all, right?
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: Vishokun, then you go, you have a good kush or a chicken, it didn't turn green, you bring it home, you cook it, the riku, and then it turns green after you cooked it, Trefa, it's gonna be tref.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: Because my time, I globasai, because that clearly shows you that what, even though it didn't turn green originally, I was probably the smoke, something else that affected it not to turn green.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: But the fact that you cooked it and it turned green, that shows us that it was really green from the fire originally that essentially that was its true thing, because the thing doesn't normally turn green after you cook it.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that it did, it shows us that was probably the problem.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: So Riv Nachman says, you're telling me that this is uh Nachman Bar Yitzhak says, you're telling me that this is a kula if you cook it and you see the original color, it actually also comes out of humra in a situation where it turns green after you cook it, it would work both ways.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: Umravashi Rabash says, Hilkach, therefore, because of Riv Nachman Bar Yitzhak that told you that after you cook it, if it turns like wrong color, you're gonna have a problem.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Like a person shouldn't eat anything unless he cooks it first.
• 23:55
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: Because you're not gonna know, you're not gonna know if it's really a trefa until you cook it, because it could have had a problem.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: Or maybe a person shouldn't cook any if that was burnt once uh until you cook it.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: Maybe specifically over there, because maybe it's gonna turn green.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's gonna bring out the true cause of what happened.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Not exactly every single animal or if but says marvelous.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: That's not actually true because a chzuke reyes a lay machikinam, we're not gonna uh make up that uh we're not gonna assume there are reasons over here, and we we go bust our chazak, add a cheskis kashros, unless you add a reason that it would that there was something wrong, we're not gonna be machikit to have a reyosa because right now it doesn't have a reason.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_00: You took it out, it got burnt, and it's still red right now, it didn't turn green, you're good to go.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to be machzuke rey so lay machaskina.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: So in these cases that you either got trampled or it got thrown against a wall.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: So what do we say in these cases?
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: If it stays may ace lays 24 hours and it doesn't die, even if it's being ma'farches, you could be shaykhid, you could shach, and it's gonna be good to go.
• 24:49
  SPEAKER_00: Um, tiggness.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: Even if you left it over 24 hours, you're still gonna need a badika.
• 25:00
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: The Shemanishbra Shatter Minifsa kachut, because we're worried it got trampled this thing.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the spinal cord uh got chopped benefsa ka chut and it got uh broken the chut, the spinal cord, and therefore therefore what that would render it a trafo.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: So since you have a reas over here for sure, you even after the 24 hours, you can't just be shaykh it, you actually also need to do a badik over here, and would that get shabis.
