Transcript
- 0:01[SPEAKER_00]: Time for the 49ers Rush Podcast.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: and here's your host, John Chapman.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_01]: What is going on, faithful?
- 0:37[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we started every single show out with that.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_01]: Today, we're gonna mean it more than most.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: If you have not heard kind of breaking news literally, a minute ago, Ramello Heights, 49ers, second,
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: picked player that was the only one on the roster that could be this specific past rush specialist carded off the field, second day a practice lower leg injury Matt Mayoco put out there.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_01]: This is the Mayoco tweet sustained an injury in practice and was carded off the field.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: The medical staff appeared to be working on both right leg and both arms.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: He was lifted onto the
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, this was the biggest issue the 49ers last year was lack of past rush.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: You draft your mellow height and you hope that the players coming back from injury, Mikhail Williams, Nick Bosa, Keon White, Gunshot wound, you're hoping all three of those guys
- 1:40[SPEAKER_01]: will, you know, kind of bring back the depth of the defensive in room.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: But Romelo Height was kind of the Rehe Morris Swiss Army knife going to do everything whenever it comes past.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: So that's all he's going to do.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: Look the part day one, then you get this.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not only just this.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not the biggest injury guy.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, four players get injured day one.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's just gosh, man, you know, I've got all these notes and compiling as much information as possible on, you know, positives and negatives and all the good things going on in camping.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of good things getting players carted off day two, not a good thing.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, you feel bad for the kid.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: I say, kid, he's 25, but this isn't a player that's going to have a prolonged NFL career.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's coming in 25 year old rookie played six years in college and he is a specific role player where do you just rush the passer you hate that.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_01]: So.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: Any time we cover injuries, you start an end with empathy and the humanity aspect of it.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: That sucks for this kid.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_01]: Now the rookie deal fully guaranteed, that's awesome.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: So he's not going to be hurting money-wise, but man, this is his dream.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: Second day on practice field, card it off and what seems to be just kind of like, I don't know, I really don't understand they're not allowed to film during that time.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, yeah, I don't know Nick Wagner, he, he just put out their Melahite with shaking up late and practice and taking off on a cart, didn't finish the session, obviously.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't know, this stuff just sucks.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: I get you hate this.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: It entries are going to happen and we're going to go through a lot of the stuff that's going on at practice.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to cover a lot of those aspects.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously you get major major news on something along these lines.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you know, we're doing our 49ers roster countdown series, right?
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: And so on days where the 49ers don't have practice, we're counting 91 all the way down to one and you get somebody like.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: You know, Ramella, hi.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm looking on the list now to see what number he was.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: We just covered him last week.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_01]: He's number 22.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: The 22nd most impactful player for the 49er season.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: Don't know if it's done.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to overreact, but when he ate card it off the field, that's not what you want to hear and or see.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: Just the, and the $40 have no back, I said this on yesterday's show, there is one pass rush specialist.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: There is one bend speed rusher on this entire roster.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_01]: You have like four buck style every down three down defensive ends.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: You have one speed bin guy, one.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_01]: And I said yesterday, like, Ben, kind of really wish they would have added more and there would be a second or a backup.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: There's not one on the practice squad.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: that is not there.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: You're just, you don't have this.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have this.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's not so much while the past rush sucks now that I don't go that far.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_01]: But it's like, man, this was, I call them the Soracha, right?
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: The extra spice to what the 40 hours were bringing past rush wise, you need another plan.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: you need another point and then stick it with just man injuries there's five of them through two days ramellahite you have carted off the field today at practice but grace in haunt has got a bone bruise he's your past rushing defensive tackle specialist
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: who's got to come in and you know give also taking zoo a break, but he that's what he specializes in.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: And so now you're looking at Ramello high.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_01]: All right, he who knows.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe the season's done.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we don't know.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: We won't know until tomorrow.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: They'll do the extra days today.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: MRI is usually a day later.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: But Ramello high, he ain't going to be ready for a while.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: Grace at Hawkins got a knee bone bruise.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's two to eight weeks knee bone bruise is
- 6:11[SPEAKER_01]: you know, very wide spectrum for sure.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: And you're a little bit more cautious in training camp than you would be in the regular season.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_01]: But the average time for a knee bow bruise could be anywhere for two to eight weeks.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: So you'll look at that grace in all in okay, it's probably going to be ready week one.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_01]: But it's going to be in full ready to compete mode, probably not.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: And knee boomers, that's rice, right?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: You rest, you ice, right?
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: You can press, you elevate.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to be in peak, shape, football, whatever.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: You're not doing squats, you're not doing deadlift, you're not doing sprint, you're not doing getoffs.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: You are resting.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: So not one, but two rookies,
- 6:54[SPEAKER_01]: who had no injury issues throughout their entire career.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: Two days with the 49ers.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: This is what happens.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not the conspiracy guy.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think electrical whatever has to do with either of these two injuries, knee-brown bruise.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, oh, look at that.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_01]: And Mayoco say it just cramps for height.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: That would be the best thing.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: I've never seen anybody get carted off.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: For there we go, the 49ers announced that rebel high-end curve.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: You got card it off for cramps that does make a little bit more sits with the arms and The lower leg right like what what type of injury would go across all those different things.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: Ah Yikes, but 49ers announced dude, I've never seen a player get card it off for cramps
- 7:44[SPEAKER_01]: Um, LeBardi as well.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have notifications for him turned on.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_01]: I do love seeing that.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: It man.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine if you get out of this with just a whoo, this is insane dude.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: I have never ever, you know, I coach for 16 years and played for, I don't know since I was third grade odd, this is hilarious, man.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: I have never heard a player get carded off of cramps.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I'm not trying to take a shot at Ramilla that's not what I'm trying to do at all, but
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: That's, it's comical, which going from tragedy to comical, we'll take that all day.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: We'll take that all day.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: That's a new one.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_01]: That's all I'm going to say is that is a new one.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: But that is great.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's hilarious that they had it.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now to I'm sure, you know, that is incredible, man.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: Oh gosh, it's so I'm very thankful that you guys are with me right now.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I saw this.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_01]: I saw it reported by three different people that at, you know, I saw Brad Graham report us on Mayo, or report it.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: I saw Wagner report it.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, okay, one, two, three.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's it's.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_01]: triple checked let we can go on this but hey uh sometimes you just don't feel great and uh maybe need some pd like team pd light right here if you've ever been to one of our you know 49er's rush road trips and my workers they know as soon as we get to the town fair first thing we do we go to CVS I get so much pd light we party hard
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: Crushed a pity like go day two, sometimes day three.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's what it is, uh, man.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: Whoo, Ramelahai, cramps, ladies and gentlemen, just cramps, ladies and gentlemen.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: You got to love it.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: So we're now going to adjust the rest of this show accordingly as we had planned.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_01]: One, I built out a 10 point who the 49ers should be targeting at a specific past rush.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_01]: I still want to go over that because those names might
- 10:04[SPEAKER_01]: apply later.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: I want to go through the four other injuries that took place on day one, just ridiculous.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: The positives, the negatives, some of the players standing out not only in day one, but day two as well.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_01]: So we still got a lot more to get to and but good gosh, best case scenario.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: Just cramps.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: What just cramps?
- 10:28[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, all right, Ramelo, I sub big dog stretch it out stretch it out.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_01]: Can't bro.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks for the super chat by man changing the vibe Garrett wallow watch.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: He tip to pass yesterday about Matt Jones got intercepted.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to single handedly will him on the roster of need be now the good news about Garrett wallow
- 10:49[SPEAKER_01]: you start to look at just his contract and kind of the way in which they brought him and if I could feel Garrett that would be wonderful.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to pull up the exact there we go.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_01]: No, he's still not pulling up.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's not a traditional Garrett.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just go with wallo.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's only one tea on the Garrett.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_01]: You look at his contract whenever they brought him back.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: They came home at guaranteed salary of 330,000.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: Garrett Wallow was huge in two separate ways.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_01]: And this is kind of what separates him from a lot of people in this roster.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: He was an impact specialty player two days after being added onto the roster.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: You had all those linebacker injuries, everybody was hurt.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: Garrett Walla steps up, stud special teamer, boom, immediately.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: Brant Boyer loves Garrett Walla, the energy that he brings, he's nasty, think Drake Greenlaw, but on special teams.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_01]: And, dude, he played awesome and the playoff game against Philly.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_01]: He was great.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got that aspect added on to it as well.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_01]: He's got multiple chances to make this roster.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: Now, once you look at the depth chart, that's where it's this, like, okay, how many linebackers are the 49ers going to keep?
- 12:10[SPEAKER_01]: Because you start looking up at down kind of the roster at linebacker.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_01]: Here we go, I'm trying to find one of my linebacker guys.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: We'll just go to the top and look at Fred Warner because he's a stud.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_01]: one, Nick Martin's, he consistently getting those snaps, which I think is huge, um, as the number three Sam guy, that's, you got to love that.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_01]: But you've got Fred Warner, Drake, Green Law, their locks.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: Luke Gifford, lock.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: He's in a line back a room, right?
- 12:41[SPEAKER_01]: Pro Bowl special team, we're hanging going anywhere.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Martin, I'm going to say probably a lock, take them betthoon, then after that, I don't know.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_01]: You've got Jaden Dugger, Garrett Wallow, Jalen Graham, Larry Worth.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think Larry Worth or Jalen Graham have an opportunity because both those team guys have been on practice squats and nobody's claimed them.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're talking, Jaden Dugger, Garrett Wallow.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_01]: You don't cut four fifth round picks.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: Jaden Dugger, it was a project play to start with.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_01]: Can Garrett Wallow jump, Tatum Bethoon?
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: Or are you comfortable with men you you got Garrett wall off a practice squad last year can you put them on a practice squad again and hope to sneak him by I don't know In the fact that Garrett wall is now making plays in the past game.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's got playoff experience.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know he's a stud special team.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want Garrett wall of being your starter
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: But teams need these hybrid players.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a Garrett Wall of Fan.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: So, geez, man, I love this.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: Right here, Toby, John is punching the wall, take ball.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: He's my number one player that I have mentioned.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: Here's what I wrote, shout out to Tommy.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not a Jaiya Brown fan.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_01]: I have made that very well known.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'd like to, until I came up, but I just don't like soft football players.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that he is that.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: But back to back good days for Jaiya Brown.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: This is my most picked off party laid out for horizontal.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's the one caveat that you got to give Jaiya Brown ball skills the DB with the best ball skills on this team and receptions pass breakups.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: It's Jaiya Brown.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: any corner back safety, it's him.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: That is where he separates himself in a positive way, separates himself in a lot of negative ways.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_01]: Back to back good days, that's huge, laid out for an interception to get us brought pretty today, made some big plays.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_01]: I saw, I think it was Brad Graham.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_01]: He said, you know,
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: in breaker route to my ovens pretty complete it but jayir brown would have laid them out I know that was rosh rs f forty nighters, but I was like two jayir browns never laid out a player ever in the history of his career Yeah, he's got some good tackles and whatever else, but like he's not laying out my devins But he's where he needs to be and with players like jayir brown you got away to the pads come on
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: because some guys are just seven on seven players.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: We've seen Jaya Brown just be terrified to tackle time and time and time and time and time and time again.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_01]: Now sometimes they'll go up there and actually make a strong form tackle and wrap up and do right.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: But Jaya Brown has shown he is scared to hit several times.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_01]: The same reason why I was out on a kello who got
- 15:30[SPEAKER_01]: way more physical after you left the 49ers same results out on Embery Thomas like I that's a personality issue I don't like guys that are scared to hit on defense that that's that's that's a no-go for me But you've got to have somebody step up and Marky Seagull and Jaya Brown They seem to be getting most of the first team reps mountain stuff who loves to hit
- 15:51[SPEAKER_01]: major liability coverage has not been getting near as much playing time with the ones of late.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that's got to go in, but you've got to have somebody in the safety room show out.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to have somebody there and if that's going to be
- 16:13[SPEAKER_01]: giant brown did so be it contract year contract year people show up like some people are motivated by money.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying that's who he is or not, but if you're going to bet on a player to have their best year in, you know, their career dude, you might as well be betting on a contract year player millions of dollars on the line.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_01]: So that's just for safety.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: Not a lot of safety is get third contracts.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_01]: This might be giant brown's last contract like safety is they just stay on
- 16:43[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so yeah, that's it.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_01]: Again, if you just joined us, Ramello height just cramps.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy, man.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but shout out, strike and go podcast, Rob Lauder, hat tip, my friend.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: You are the legend.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, let's, let's, let's try to balance the positives with the negatives.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go to the negatives.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: Now,
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: We reported on a lot of these entries yesterday, there are two new entries that corrupt up that were not reported yesterday.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: Grayson Halton, who we mentioned, knee bone bruise.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's two-day weeks.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: And that's killer on top of the Alfred Collins on the published, because, man, with Alfred Collins out, given Grayson Halton's going to be the three-technique behind Osa.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_01]: But now there are opportunities to get more reps and training camp because
- 17:32[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Grace and Haunt's gonna be missing that time too.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_01]: So that's probably the biggest loss where it's just like, ah, the rookie had a chance to get some momentum and, you know, kind of grow on that.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_01]: He's missing that chance.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_01]: CJ West's gonna get all the snaps he could ever dream of.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_01]: Sebastian Valdez, gonna be getting all the snaps he could ever dream of.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: The two undrafted free agents now from a roster alert standpoint,
- 17:57[SPEAKER_01]: that defensive tackle room was crazy deep and young.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_01]: Well, he waived Evan Anderson, brought in Kevin Gibbons to true vet off the street, right?
- 18:05[SPEAKER_01]: He's been with the 9th or since 2019, but the undrafted free agents remembered.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_01]: The largest signing bonus given to any undrafted free agent that here was James Thompson Jr.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_01]: He's huge.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be getting a lot of
- 18:23[SPEAKER_01]: These guys are gonna have the chance to get the reps that they need with Grace and Holden and Alfred Collins out to maybe put a stamp on things and maybe they could edge out, you know, Sebastian Valdez, maybe they can gain some of that ground and maybe not with the Niners, but they put up enough good tape.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_01]: Another team might see them as valuable, but
- 18:46[SPEAKER_01]: from a roster movement, debt chart, advancing standpoint, man, major stock-up opportunity, we got to see what they do with it, James Thompson Jr. and Price in Easton, they will be now afforded a chance.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_01]: to get snaps, consistent snaps, all throughout training camp, and the preseason games to prove that they belong.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_01]: CJ West has a chance to win a starting job.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: Can he get to the point where he could show he's a consistent run defender and not just a pastoral specialist?
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm not sure.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_01]: I am not sure.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go back to a positive right here.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_01]: Another player I had Jordan James had multiple long runs.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, rush RSF 49ers to the legend.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_01]: I appreciate that dude.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: He's awesome.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan James is the clear cut number two multiple big runs on day two and he had multiple big runs day one.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_01]: I did see Brad put that there was one series where Kale and Black got reps before Jordan James, but it does seem Jordan James just, he's bigger, he's not as fast, but he's much better in the receiving game, not as good run blocker, but you don't see that to the pads come on.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_01]: I am a huge, I was pretty adamant from the jump that Jordan James would be the number two.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_01]: They seem to be that seems to be consistent with what's happened so far and can't
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: If Jordan James keeps putting off big plays, nonstop, I think that that's where it's got to be.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_01]: Now, a lot of people disagree.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: And if you look at the draft capital used in the running back room, Caitlin Black, they spend a third round pick.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan James spent a fourth round pick.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: You have more invested in the player.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: Now, funny thing is, Jordan James is actually younger than Caitlin Black, shout out to the 25-year-old rookie team.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: AZ realtor right here you think black will take the number two spot when pads come on because you can't hit running backs right now and like even on top of that you know.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_01]: you just thud in camp, like you don't go to the ground, right?
- 20:49[SPEAKER_01]: So with running backs what you can gauge without the pads is vision and decisiveness and receiving because that's seven on seven all that stuff.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan James way up in receiving, decisiveness, oh, we'll see.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_01]: I was really high on Jordan James vision and decisiveness, but can't
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to be one of those things.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I think both of these guys could get kind of like five to 10 carries per preseason game because Christian McAfrey's not getting carries in a precinct game maybe one series of best.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_01]: These guys are quote, you're going to see it.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's way too early to be like, oh, this guy's the clear winner, but it's not too early to say, okay, this guy's getting the nod currently.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_01]: what could Caitlin Black do to unseat Jordan James?
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: Well, Jordan James to make a plays it back to back days and that continues.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to unseat him.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_01]: He's been in the system a year.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_01]: He knows the playbook better than you do and it's probably going to be in better shape because you just went through not only calls football playoffs not only senior bull not only draft and all those things like it's hard to be in pick peak physical condition you've heard you're here rookie say this all the time you're couch in a hand say this all the time that
- 22:08[SPEAKER_01]: first major offseason, you know, after your rookie season, that's where you get the chance to grow.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_01]: Because now you know what it's like, you have the entire offseason, you're not doing visits, you're not going in, you know.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: Try out facilities and interviews and draft and combine and all this.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'm no you're just working on getting football shape.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of reasons why I have Jordan James ahead.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: Farscape was type of a really funny joke, but then my thumbs cramped up.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: I need a card stat.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: I do.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: You got to be able to joke about this stuff, especially whenever you've been hurt so bad by the nighter's injuries really, really good.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: So again.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Ramello Hight carded off practice seemed to be all sky is falling chicken little turns out just crats Shout out to Jason a ponte the whole time Like Jason he put up the soprano's therapist interview and you know last week you said it's over But today you tell me we were back what changed it was just crats dude a plus mean game is always Good dude and a shout out to Jason a ponte
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: uh... but yeah right here bit i can see james and black is our two kickoff returners i would love that and the new kickoff rule changes
- 23:30[SPEAKER_01]: the kickoff returner used to be small, shifty speed guy now with the adaptation of how that set up.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: Man, we saw Brian Robinson Jr. back there, getting past the 30 consistent consistently.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Isaac Grinto couldn't do it save his life.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_01]: But so it's not like all running backs are there, but yet vision and size kind of play a key role there.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_01]: Now neither,
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan James or K-Lun Black are bigger running backs.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_01]: They are both on the small side right around 200 pounds just barely over that But both smaller decisive no nonsense runners.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: I would argue James
- 24:10[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to say stronger.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a bigger frame to him, Caleb blacks a little bit faster.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I think both those work.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_01]: David, thanks for the hat compliment.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: I got the SF with the California background on it.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: African-like it, I like it, I like it.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's get back to our injuries.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: Let's talk to the Daryon low.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: Because this one is probably the most substantial injury,
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: not cramps, right.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_01]: He has a high ankle sprain.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_01]: High ankle sprain as soon as they say that the only difference between the ankle sprain and a high ankle sprain is usually the ligaments are involved in that.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's high because your ankle bends in such a way that the ligaments that connect to your knee, they get jacked up a little bit in that as well.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_01]: So this is a four to eight week.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_01]: This is
- 25:01[SPEAKER_01]: might be able to start getting some work when the preseason game start, what does that mean?
- 25:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, this is huge because Trump Williams don't practice.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_01]: And we talked about this yesterday, but now we have a clearer deadline with the high ankle spring designation.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_01]: And Rika Cruz is going to get a lot of PT, man.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: So again, there's always this positive and negative to these injury situations.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_01]: Negative?
- 25:27[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, the daring and low, you want him to be ready because Trent's freaking 37.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_01]: You want him to get those reps to know the system.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_01]: Positive and Rikai crews your draft pick.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, hey, he might be ready to go.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: He might be ready to go.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right here.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_01]: Locate.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I didn't have this in my notes.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: Rikai Pierce all still not hurt.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I know somebody heard that like rolled their eyes.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_01]: do.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: In the past, I was at every single training camp.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's a little bit harder now with what's going on with the family and you know, moving all that stuff.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_01]: But like we used to have 14 watch and then it was number one watch and you could find that dude out there on back to back days.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_01]: Now, reappear saw his actually practicing football.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_01]: That is something that hasn't
- 26:25[SPEAKER_01]: that's huge.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_01]: That is huge.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Christian Kirk, we got a little bit more information there.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_01]: He had a calfstring.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_01]: 49ers, wide receivers in hamstring and calf strength, soft tissue, pisses me off more than anything.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_01]: One, calf strength, I know to do it with no electrical, whatever.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_01]: This is a personal thing.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody who's had over 15 calf strains, you push it too hard, this is what happens.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_01]: You're not hydrated enough, you're not in peak shape, this is what happens.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_01]: Hamstring and calf strains.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_01]: Now he's gonna miss two to four weeks.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think this is a bad one.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_01]: A Christian Kirk knows what the hell to do.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_01]: He is a vet.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_01]: Big time vet.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_01]: Lots of injury history in his past.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_01]: You got him at a discount.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: But now this is the one where it's like, okay, ladies and gentlemen, buckle up.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_01]: Just Sean, dribbling.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm going to be getting reps with the ones.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_01]: At the big slot roll.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm cool with that.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_01]: If 15 is showed, he belongs in the NFL.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_01]: He is showing that right off the bat.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: You heard Brock Party talk about it.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: He was interviewed by K and B are, and he was like, day, he's like, how big and strong and moves in his hands.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_01]: And he knows the playbook way better than a lot of guys that come in here.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_01]: That is what we want to hear.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_01]: Number one, five baby.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_01]: to Sean Strably, it's stepping into there.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_01]: You give this high-up side rookie a chance.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_01]: Might not give it back to you, Captain Kirk.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: Might not get now.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_01]: Chris, of course, go to be involved in the rotation one aspect or another.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_01]: But that chance for Jacob Cowling, that chance for Deshawn Strably, to get those slot snaps.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and you can even get to, you know, the undrafted free agents will fall in a Wesley Grimes, they're going to be getting more snaps now, too, as a part of this.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's, you know, trickle down snaps is actually a thing because there's such a limited number of reps and cancel for the ones and two's, three she rotate in there sometimes.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_01]: Guys go to begin some work for the next two weeks to a month.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_01]: Woof, I'm just say a bit, the initial, thank you, it was, dude, these rookies, Sean Strivling, gonna learn for a year, he'll rotate in.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_01]: Enrique Cruz, gonna learn for a year, probably won't even rotate in.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_01]: And not so fast, we're two days into camp.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm, you don't stop and look around once in a while.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_01]: Life is a pass, you buy.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_01]: It goes quick.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're forty-nighters, the content creator, he goes real damn quick.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: You go from card it off the field to cramps, cramps?
- 29:24[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, man.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_01]: Cam in, mince, shout out to Cam.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_01]: She had a hand was watching Team Drills again with lunch at the middle of the field.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: deal with that, what you will do with that, what you will.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: I've been glad that Shenehans out there, that is huge.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: I think that that just makes the statement to the players.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, you're progressing towards, all right, we're almost back at this thankful swing.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_01]: You want Kyle Shenehans, you need Kyle on that wall.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_01]: You want Kyle on that wall.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_01]: You want him out there.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: He is a difference maker whenever it comes to coaching.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: For install and kind of where they are right now, not the end of the world, really not the end of the world.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we talked about practice.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_01]: We always talk about practice.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: That's what we do here, man.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_01]: We talk about everything.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the last injury report that I want to talk about unless something new comes out, but I think that's it.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_01]: Andrew Farmer, defensive lineman, had a back issue.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_01]: Now, trying to come up with a generic timeline for a back.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_01]: impossible to do.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_01]: Did he strain his back?
- 30:31[SPEAKER_01]: Was it just tight?
- 30:32[SPEAKER_01]: Was it a bone issue?
- 30:33[SPEAKER_01]: Is it a nervous issue?
- 30:35[SPEAKER_01]: Is it a muscle issue?
- 30:37[SPEAKER_01]: Who knows?
- 30:38[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_01]: There is no classification just back.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_01]: Now, for a back end of the roster guy like Andrew Farmer, you get entered this early and can't usually your days are number.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to get waived on the injury settlement.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to bring somebody else to get some snaps, especially for a mellow height.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's just cramps.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_01]: But probably going to hold him out tomorrow, I don't know if you hold him out for tomorrow, but to get carted off for crants, I don't even know what to do with that, man.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know what to do with that.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right here.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: So again, just updating all of the injuries real quick.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do a quick run through.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_01]: Ramelahite carted off, scary, scary, scary, just cramps.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_01]: Just joking, my bad.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_01]: Just joking, JK, the dairy and low high-endical springs, expect them out for the eight weeks.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_01]: Christian Kirk, calf strain to the four weeks.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_01]: Grayson Haltton, the bone bruise, very wide variety to the eight weeks and Andrew Farmer, back who knows.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's five injuries and two practices.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: At this rate, you're going to be in trouble.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_01]: Usually get a lot more of these issues whenever you start practicing, then whenever you do later in training camp because people are still trying to get their body into peak shape and all those different things.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_01]: Just getting your body used to this routine and again the way in which the 40 hours of practicing they're changing up that routine as well.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: Where it's two practices one jog light practice then a hard practice then the day off.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll see there, man, and yeah, Rick, shout out to Rick over on Twitter, says, John from the already entries that have happened or you could serve that this is going to be like last year, you can and like you look at all the entries that have happened.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: None of these besides the calf strain to Christian Kirk, I mean, high ankle springs are going to happen.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_01]: You get rolled up on there.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_01]: There's nothing about training staff or whatever that is going to do that knee bone bruise.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_01]: You bang knees with the offensive lime that happens in the trenches Andrew former back that one's a little bit weird, but he's back into the roster guy.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: So there's not a common theme besides just injuries happen.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: The Christian Kirk cash range, but he went even on the team last year.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's just a soft tissue thing.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, there's gonna be more injuries ladies in gentlemen.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_01]: If you're one of those people that's just like, oh, here we go again.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you got the chip carry gift from being myself and all right, but like, oh boy, here we go.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: I understand the feeling and it is frustrating.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_01]: But you got to practice.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't practice, you're not going to get better.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_01]: You cannot put everybody in bubble wrap.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_01]: You can't do that.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_01]: And here you are, you know, we're at the very end of July.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_01]: You're not playing till early September.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_01]: So even if you do get injured now, you're going to have time to get ready for camp.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_01]: But you've got to practice.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_01]: Everything about training camp is so easy nowadays anyway, you're not thump in, you're not hitting very often the pads come on probably early next week or not be late this week.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to keep practices.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_01]: And now, two real quick updates.

- 35:38[SPEAKER_01]: He put this out.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_01]: Nate Hobbs was back in practice.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_01]: He had an illness.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's why he was at home.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_01]: So that is huge.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_01]: So some positives, some positives out there.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_01]: Again, the player back from sickness.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: That's where we are.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_01]: And so again, there was a major scare.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_01]: You had Ricky Romello hike, carted off the field today,
- 36:01[SPEAKER_01]: for cramps.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_01]: Kim bro, what's up, I appreciate you.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_01]: The zoom hangouts freaking amazing.

- 37:14[SPEAKER_01]: And man, I don't know if y'all saw this today.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_01]: Daniel Jones has been fully cleared for the start of training camp now, who the hell cares about Daniel Jones, Lego, Luke and face, whatever, right?
- 37:26[SPEAKER_01]: Well, he had a kille's injury in December.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_01]: This is a sports medicine.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_01]: Breakthrough.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_01]: It happened way back with Adrian Peterson and the ACL you remember used to whenever ACL C.L.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_01]: is happened.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: That's death stretch two years now.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_01]: It's like seven to eight months.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like it things change.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_01]: And the Achilles entries and surgeries they're starting to get like that, too.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_01]: Now I don't think the explosiveness will be there.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_01]: But you're six weeks out, seven weeks out from the regular season.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think we're gonna see Kittle week one.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm still holding on to kind of that.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_01]: And he's looking right.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_01]: And again, there is something that there's some credence to the idea that it wasn't a traditional Achilles' tear.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_01]: It was much higher to the bone, which means it was easier to reconnect and all those things, I'm just saying, I still don't think Kittle should be ready week one.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_01]: I don't wanna make it that trip.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_01]: I am starting to inch my, you know, all right, probably November, late October to all right, maybe early October, late September, we'll see, but he's out there working.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_01]: He's jogging all those things.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Bosa looks.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_01]: Bosa.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_01]: Bosa looks great.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_01]: You heard Trent Williams, if you watch that presser, he's like, dude, he looks better than he looked before the injury.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_01]: Like,
- 38:58[SPEAKER_01]: And we know Boses not scared of the weight room, that's kind of where he thrives and he's been through this type of injury before.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_01]: So Boses huge, we kill Williams working off on the side.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to take me kill a little bit more time.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: His injury happened, you know, a full five, six weeks after Bosa and Boses not even fully practicing now.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: He's limited in the way that that goes.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have to report that during training, getting this portion of training camp.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_01]: But.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it McKell's got a little while to go.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to have McKell week one.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't think that that's in the cards.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think you're going to have kiddo week one.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_01]: I do think that you get Nick Posa week one.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_01]: And so yeah, look at the kids fully hill.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_01]: That's where it is.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, shout out to Ben right here, Ronaldo Green getting some positive press.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_01]: What a great year for him to
- 39:51[SPEAKER_01]: Jack Jones showing up, Nate Hobbs showing up.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_01]: All right, Z-Roh, you want to be that guy, be that guy, and I'll be very, very honest.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_01]: Renardo Green has put up good take consistently for two years.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_01]: He just has those scratch your head type plays.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_01]: Every other game where it's like, dude, it's third and 16, and you've been on a three-art out-row.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_01]: You have team coverage, like, what the hell are you doing?
- 40:15[SPEAKER_01]: You can't do that.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_01]: You gotta learn.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_01]: Football IQ's a big deal.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: But his play has been good against the run.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_01]: He's very physical like I like the positive.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_01]: Ronaldo Green reports because the 49ers made it very clear.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're looking to increase the competition in that corner back room.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: One, we're bringing it back.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_01]: Every single corner we had on the roster last year.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_01]: And we added Nate Hobbs, and we added Ephesians, Pricec and we added Jack Jones.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, and right here, Logan, he better perform, and he gonna lose his job, and that's like what you want in training camp.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_01]: From a coaching standpoint, nobody's safe.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: You want your job, dude, you got three guys behind and you're coming for your job.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_01]: You have to show us without a reasonable doubt that everybody in this room knows you're the guy.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_01]: If you're not the guy, these guys want to be that.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_01]: the way you practice is the way you play.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_01]: The way you practice is the way you play.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, it says, you know, green is losses don't coverage.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't know what to do.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_01]: So he covers grass late on the ball.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he just, you got to be smart and maybe you're three turns on.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe that's where it starts to turn on.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm interested in Kyle Dugger.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_01]: I, I don't know what to do with him based on the tape.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to get so you remember Nick Martin last year getting all those reps in the preseason and it was just like very clear this dude.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a ways to go ways to go.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_01]: You turn on that Kyle Doughert tape at Louisiana trying to play Mike is first time ever.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, he's just, uh, he's on a second and a half delay to go make a play every single play.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_01]: But you see the tackling freaking wingspan, frame, speed power, length, all those things.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_01]: He's a mad and creative character.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: Do you play Edge?
- 42:34[SPEAKER_01]: I do think if Ramele High did go down and there was a long series century, J.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_01]: And Doughert, congratulations.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_01]: You are now a pass rusher.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we're going to try it.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to see what happens.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's where he should be anyway personally, but that's okay.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_01]: He's just going to, you got to take time with Doughert.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_01]: because he is raw, raw, raw, raw, raw.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_01]: He's got to make, he's got to fear some stuff out.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_01]: Kimber, right here, yeah.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_01]: I was out on Luder last year until he got in the game.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_01]: So you tell him to be there's a chance.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: Calli says, yeah, Luder Jr has done.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_01]: That's where I was last year.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_01]: I thought he might get cut and camp.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_01]: He was so bad in camp.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_01]: Then he gets in the games and he's like, oh, he's not too bad.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like some guys just aren't practitioners.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_01]: That's Dorel Luter Jr.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_01]: He has to have the lights on to be able to play, which is weird, but that's kind of where it is with Dorel Luter.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got to deal with that with what you will.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_01]: Not really getting a lot more stuff, just the cramps.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_01]: And so again, if you just joined us,
- 43:42[SPEAKER_01]: Ramelo height, third round rookie, pasture specialist goes down, gets carted off the field, seems like a huge deal, just cramps.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_01]: So no matter how bad it might look, guys, no matter how bad things might look in their current situation.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, couldn't just be cramps.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_01]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
- 44:03[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, thank God.
