- 0:02Speaker 1: On scorn lits Australia. This is the Reader Panete Show.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panekey Show. I'm
- 0:11Speaker 2: Danikiti Giorgio coming up. How the left wing media have
- 0:14Speaker 2: tried to spin the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Former
- 0:18Speaker 2: Trump administration strategist Sebastian Gorka will join us, and he
- 0:22Speaker 2: won't mince his words.
- 0:24Speaker 3: The Secret Service acting like a pack.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Of fumbling Fumbberlinas, and the agency's diversity Higher policy comes
- 0:32Speaker 2: under scrutiny. More on that with Alex Stein, the twenty
- 0:36Speaker 2: year old shooter identified as a loner who was bullied
- 0:39Speaker 2: in school, The psychology of extremism, with Claire Rowe coming up.
- 0:44Speaker 2: King Charles and Queen Camilla confirmed their Australian travel plans.
- 0:48Speaker 3: And of course Left He's losing it. Trump Derangement syndrome
- 0:53Speaker 3: edition son shot greatness to be mentioned in the history books.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Messes shut.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Joining me now with Sky New's contributor Pro mcsweden Praul.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Always great to see you, Thank you so much for
- 1:12Speaker 2: joining us. Let's start with Anthony Albanesi's response to the
- 1:16Speaker 2: attempted assassination of Donald Trump.
- 1:19Speaker 3: This is what he had to say.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Along with all Australians, I was shocked by the terrible
- 1:25Speaker 4: scenes at former President Trump's campaign event in Pennsylvania. I'm
- 1:32Speaker 4: relieved by the news that the former president is safe
- 1:35Speaker 4: and doing fine, and I always hearim and his family.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Well, Pru, what do you make of the Australian response
- 1:42Speaker 2: to the end?
- 1:42Speaker 5: Well, look, I can't disagree with a lot of what
- 1:46Speaker 5: is said, but the problem is you've got to practice
- 1:48Speaker 5: what you preach. And sadly, politics has become a blood sport,
- 1:53Speaker 5: let's face it, whether it's here or overseas, and you
- 1:56Speaker 5: know the personal attacks and vitriol, the humiliation and the
- 2:00Speaker 5: intimidation and bullying that goes on, and we know it does.
- 2:03Speaker 5: And what's interesting is that the public scot much more
- 2:06Speaker 5: politically engaged, whether it be through social media and just
- 2:11Speaker 5: as frustration and disenchantment with their lot, and so they're
- 2:15Speaker 5: holding their politicians to account. And I think the passions
- 2:18Speaker 5: and anger are you know, get carried We can get
- 2:22Speaker 5: carried away with.
- 2:22Speaker 3: It, can't we?
- 2:23Speaker 5: Yeah, but look, we all know that this is shocking
- 2:26Speaker 5: that's happened.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I'm not surprised by it.
- 2:29Speaker 5: And the sad thing is it will probably happen again,
- 2:32Speaker 5: and while everyone can try and clean up their act,
- 2:34Speaker 5: the men girls can go and be nice for a change.
- 2:37Speaker 5: In the end, I think this is what it's come
- 2:40Speaker 5: to in this country and around.
- 2:42Speaker 2: The world, which is really sad. And alban Easy said
- 2:45Speaker 2: that the temperature of political.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Debate needs to be lowered.
- 2:48Speaker 2: What does that say, Prue about the dangers of overblown
- 2:52Speaker 2: rhetoric and the need.
- 2:53Speaker 3: For civility, particularly in the political process.
- 2:56Speaker 5: Well, again, it would be nice if that happened, But sadly,
- 3:00Speaker 5: you know, you've got nut jobs or people who are
- 3:02Speaker 5: just so angry and frustrated with their lot that you know,
- 3:06Speaker 5: if you are not lowering that temperature and controlling what
- 3:10Speaker 5: you're saying, it's very easy for people to, perhaps particularly
- 3:13Speaker 5: those who are on the edge, to react in the
- 3:15Speaker 5: wrong way. So look, all I can say is let's try,
- 3:20Speaker 5: but I just cannot see it happening here or anywhere. Really,
- 3:24Speaker 5: you know, politics is politicking, and sadly that can be
- 3:28Speaker 5: a dirty game.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that line has been crossed over worldwide, that's for sure.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Now.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Look, the Coalition has urged Anthony Arbeneasy to ask serious
- 3:35Speaker 2: questions of the Australian Defense Forces vetting processes.
- 3:39Speaker 3: After it emerged an alleged Russian.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Spy was promoted as a case study for military recruitment.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Now it comes after a Russian born couple were on
- 3:48Speaker 2: Friday charged with one count each of preparing to commit
- 3:51Speaker 2: an espionage offense PRUE. In twenty twenty three, it's been
- 3:56Speaker 2: revealed the ADF was actually promoting one of the accused on.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Its website as part of a recruitment drive.
- 4:03Speaker 5: What do they say about vetting in the ADF, it's
- 4:05Speaker 5: a giant failed, heally just it's speech speechless. Although in
- 4:12Speaker 5: the nineteen thirties in the Chifli government they had ingrained spies,
- 4:16Speaker 5: you know, so, I mean, it seems to be an
- 4:19Speaker 5: accepted part of the political geo landscape. But you know,
- 4:23Speaker 5: when you think we've got cybersecurity issues, we've got this infiltration,
- 4:28Speaker 5: who do we trust? And the problem is, from my mind,
- 4:32Speaker 5: I can't see why we would be, you know, parking
- 4:35Speaker 5: our trust and employing people from countries like China and
- 4:39Speaker 5: Russia who are our arch enemies. It's bizarre, isn't it really?
- 4:43Speaker 3: When you think about.
- 4:44Speaker 2: It, it is bizarre, but or at least with proper checks,
- 4:47Speaker 2: proper checks of their history, where they've come from, what
- 4:49Speaker 2: their background is. It's just extraordinary that something like this
- 4:52Speaker 2: has allegedly occurred on home soil.
- 4:55Speaker 3: It's a wall. Someone is low. I mean, she wasn't
- 4:58Speaker 3: very high up in the.
- 5:00Speaker 5: But at the same time you had information system access.
- 5:04Speaker 5: And when you think about the US and UK and
- 5:06Speaker 5: the fact that they're going to be giving us access
- 5:09Speaker 5: to nuclear submarine intelligence, and you think, my god, you know,
- 5:13Speaker 5: do they trust us and will.
- 5:15Speaker 3: They trust correct? It's a worry. It's a big worry.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Now the CFMU has placed its troubled Victorian branch into
- 5:21Speaker 2: administration and set up an inquiry to investigate allegations of
- 5:25Speaker 2: criminal links severe bullying and intimidation PROO. Of course, this
- 5:29Speaker 2: comes just days after the boss of the CFMU, John Setca, resigned.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Is it time now for this union to be completely deregistered?
- 5:37Speaker 3: Oh? Well over to yes.
- 5:39Speaker 5: And what I find so amusing is this faux anger
- 5:43Speaker 5: and surprise from the Labor Party boffins, you know, I
- 5:47Speaker 5: mean blind friendly. If Freddie knew they were a corrupt
- 5:50Speaker 5: bunch of you know, what can I say without swearing anyway?
- 5:54Speaker 3: We know they were You know.
- 5:55Speaker 5: Really thugs and dangerous people infiltrated as we know by
- 6:00Speaker 5: ikey mobs and all.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Sorts of people. So you know, we've got rid of Seka.
- 6:04Speaker 5: He jumped because he knew this was all coming out
- 6:06Speaker 5: and going to be exposed. But the thuggery and the
- 6:09Speaker 5: fact that this costing this economy hundreds of millions of
- 6:13Speaker 5: dollars and you know it's telling other unions that they
- 6:16Speaker 5: have the power to be standover men, et cetera.
- 6:20Speaker 3: So you know, the trouble is that the.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Labor Party in particular relies on the funnel of funds
- 6:25Speaker 5: from this year and they're going to you know, be
- 6:30Speaker 5: they'll talk tough, they're not going to do anything.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Well, Burke and Albo, they're not going to do anything
- 6:34Speaker 2: because they've all got mates there in Union shaved it
- 6:37Speaker 2: absolutely exactly now. Rupert Murdoch has warned Australia is on
- 6:42Speaker 2: the wrong track with its approach to climate and energy
- 6:44Speaker 2: issues and risks untold damage to the national economy in
- 6:48Speaker 2: the pursuit of net zero. He made the comments to
- 6:51Speaker 2: mark today's sixtieth anniversary of the Australian newspaper Prude.
- 6:55Speaker 3: You agree is Australia on the wrong track.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Of course, yes, I mean, Rupert's under right, and we all,
- 7:01Speaker 5: you know, those with a brain, understand that we're on
- 7:04Speaker 5: the wrong track.
- 7:05Speaker 3: We can just see the big fail.
- 7:07Speaker 5: We are the only country that has banned this nuclear
- 7:11Speaker 5: discussion even I mean, for God's sake, we have this
- 7:15Speaker 5: malaise in this country where we think that she'll be right. Mates,
- 7:18Speaker 5: you know we've too long not engaged and held our
- 7:22Speaker 5: politicians and descentive makers to account and sadly we all
- 7:26Speaker 5: know this is going to cost us big time and
- 7:29Speaker 5: put this country back so far and it really just
- 7:32Speaker 5: worries me. Rupert's one hundred percent right. But who's listening.
- 7:36Speaker 5: Who in the government is listening unless Joe Public, who
- 7:39Speaker 5: is going to have a big vote the next election.
- 7:42Speaker 5: If they don't understand that, if they allow the Labor
- 7:46Speaker 5: Party continue on this park path, we are in huge trouble.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Well we are.
- 7:50Speaker 2: The energy experts have already worn the progression to net
- 7:53Speaker 2: zero is happening back to front. So he's absolutely spot on.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Now let's talk about the Royals pro This is exciting.
- 7:59Speaker 2: King Charles and Queen Camilla will visit Sydney and Canberra
- 8:03Speaker 2: in October Buckingham Palace has confirmed the Royal tour will
- 8:07Speaker 2: go ahead, though dramatically shortened before the Commonwealth Heads of
- 8:11Speaker 2: Government meeting in Samoa. Great to see it's still going ahead,
- 8:15Speaker 2: of course, after the King received his cancer treatment. But
- 8:17Speaker 2: I'm sure he'll be warmly welcome back in Australia.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Will he will?
- 8:21Speaker 5: But of course the cynics will, you know, lift their
- 8:24Speaker 5: heads from under the covers, particularly the pro Republicans who
- 8:27Speaker 5: of course will be lining up.
- 8:29Speaker 3: You watch everybody, and the Labor.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Party will be falling all over themselves together. An invite
- 8:33Speaker 5: to the various events that the worlds will be attending,
- 8:37Speaker 5: and of course New Zealand and Melbourne will be very
- 8:40Speaker 5: put out that they're not a new calendar, but good
- 8:42Speaker 5: on them. It's a bit of hope and nice, you know,
- 8:46Speaker 5: it's a walk.
- 8:46Speaker 3: On a different side.
- 8:47Speaker 5: We're seeing, how you know, the hierarchy of the royals
- 8:52Speaker 5: live and they bring.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Some magic and space, they really do.
- 8:55Speaker 2: And speaking of magic and inspiration, the Princess of Wales
- 8:58Speaker 2: has presented the Wimbled Trophy to Carlos al karaz has
- 9:02Speaker 2: A Spaniar won the Grand Slam proof she got a
- 9:05Speaker 2: standing ovation when she entered the arena. It was so
- 9:08Speaker 2: good to see her back out there again looking so
- 9:10Speaker 2: well after she's also going through her own cancer battle.
- 9:13Speaker 5: Oh, I know, she's a superstar and she's been so
- 9:16Speaker 5: brave the way she's handled it. And look, I just
- 9:19Speaker 5: wish her well. I just hope she can recover. She
- 9:21Speaker 5: looks amazing. But having been through Kimo myself, I know
- 9:25Speaker 5: you're can have great bad days and bad days. But
- 9:28Speaker 5: it's wonderful that she seems to be doing well, and.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Let's hope she does. Let's hope it continues.
- 9:34Speaker 2: But really nice to see her ash look beautiful in
- 9:36Speaker 2: her purple dress as well with this one.
- 9:38Speaker 3: So good to see that. Kreuw McSwain.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Great to speak with you as always, Thank you so
- 9:41Speaker 2: much for joining us. Now we have all seen the
- 9:44Speaker 2: footage the moment Donald Trump almost lost his life in
- 9:48Speaker 2: an attempt at assassination.
- 9:51Speaker 6: If you want to really see something that said, take
- 9:54Speaker 6: a look at what happened. Let me get my shoes,
- 10:08Speaker 6: so we're gotta go.
- 10:11Speaker 7: Let me.
- 10:15Speaker 8: I'll tell me.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Wait wait wait, Now there's been a lot of discourse
- 10:43Speaker 2: and commentary in the hours since, and who better than
- 10:47Speaker 2: former Trump administration strategist Sebastian Gorka to join us to
- 10:51Speaker 2: break it all down. Sebastian, appreciate your time. Firstly, I
- 10:55Speaker 2: want to get your reaction to what occurred.
- 11:00Speaker 9: Well, the most important thing to understand is that this
- 11:04Speaker 9: was expected. My producer from my radio show, within minutes
- 11:09Speaker 9: of the horrific footage, texted me one word. He said, unbelievable.
- 11:13Speaker 9: I responded, no, not at all. This is absolutely what
- 11:17Speaker 9: we had to expect. Why because the Democrat Party and
- 11:21Speaker 9: the mainstream legacy lying media have demonized my former boss
- 11:26Speaker 9: for almost a decade now. They call him an islamophobe,
- 11:31Speaker 9: a bigot, a white supremacist, a fascist, and Nazi.
- 11:35Speaker 1: You see all of.
- 11:36Speaker 9: The magazine covers with renditions of him looking like Hitler.
- 11:40Speaker 9: And then for the last six months we've had this
- 11:43Speaker 9: steady drum beat of Donald Trump.
- 11:45Speaker 1: If he's re elected by the American people, it will
- 11:48Speaker 1: be a threat to democracy.
- 11:50Speaker 9: Well, when you call the leader of the opposition a
- 11:53Speaker 9: new Hitler, guess what. Sooner or later something like this
- 11:57Speaker 9: is going to happen. So this is on the Democrats,
- 12:00Speaker 9: it's on the legacy media, and God bless our Lord
- 12:06Speaker 9: and Savior, because if it were a quarter of an
- 12:10Speaker 9: inch closer to his cranium, we would have seen the
- 12:14Speaker 9: murder of President Trump live on television.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Well, let's go through some of those examples. As you said,
- 12:20Speaker 2: we know that the left wing media in the US,
- 12:22Speaker 2: they've spent the past four years trying to one hide
- 12:26Speaker 2: the fact that Joe Biden is clearly a vegetable, and two,
- 12:29Speaker 2: as you said, paint Donald Trump to be some sort
- 12:32Speaker 2: of demonic dictator.
- 12:34Speaker 3: But have a look at this by CNN a.
- 12:38Speaker 10: Copy of Hitler's mindkamf. You would find the Nazi leader
- 12:42Speaker 10: describing the mixing of non Germans with Germans as poisoning.
- 12:48Speaker 10: There's really no other way to say it. Donald Trump's
- 12:50Speaker 10: language mirrors this directly, and then.
- 12:53Speaker 2: There's an inflammatory rhetoric being spun by the Democrats. Have
- 12:57Speaker 2: a listen to Democrat Delegate Stacy Plaskets slipping up.
- 13:02Speaker 11: Having Trump not only have had the codes, but now
- 13:05Speaker 11: having the classified information for Americans and being able to
- 13:09Speaker 11: put that out and share it in his resort with
- 13:13Speaker 11: anyone and everyone who comes through should be terrifying to
- 13:16Speaker 11: all Americans. And he needs to be shot stopped wops.
- 13:20Speaker 2: She clearly there are almost waiting to say that Donald
- 13:23Speaker 2: Trump needs to be shot, and have a look at
- 13:25Speaker 2: Congressman Dan Goldman, who said this last year that.
- 13:30Speaker 12: Man cannot see public office again. He is not only unfit,
- 13:36Speaker 12: he is destructive to our democracy and he has to
- 13:40Speaker 12: be He has to be eliminated.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Sebastian, you know, if you were some sort of crazed
- 13:45Speaker 2: kook who kept hearing that Trump is a dictator, Trump
- 13:48Speaker 2: is hitler, Trump's a threat to democracy, somewhere in your
- 13:52Speaker 2: mentally unstable mind, you would take this as a call
- 13:55Speaker 2: to arms. Words matter. Is this the hysterical jerk that's
- 14:00Speaker 2: been amplified by the mainstream media. Is this what's invited
- 14:04Speaker 2: lunatics to take matters into their own hands?
- 14:08Speaker 1: Absolutely?
- 14:09Speaker 9: And it wasn't just you know, twenty four hours ago.
- 14:13Speaker 9: We've seen this again and again and again. Nobody knows
- 14:16Speaker 9: these names because they've been deep sixth by the mainstream media.
- 14:20Speaker 9: But who's James Hodgkinson. James Hodgkinson took a Soviet SKS
- 14:25Speaker 9: rifle to a baseball field not far from where I'm sitting,
- 14:28Speaker 9: to a Republican charity baseball game, and he.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Just started opening fire.
- 14:34Speaker 9: He was finally neutralized by two officers who were there,
- 14:37Speaker 9: because Steve Scalise, a member of the GOP leadership, was present.
- 14:41Speaker 9: But that individual was found with a hit list on
- 14:43Speaker 9: his body that had only Republican names on it.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Steve Scalise almost died that night.
- 14:50Speaker 9: And on top of that, who was this individual?
- 14:52Speaker 1: Who's James Hodgkinson.
- 14:53Speaker 9: He was a volunteer for the Bernie Sanders campaign, another lefty.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Then we have Nicholas Urescia.
- 15:00Speaker 9: Anyone on either side of the world to tell me who.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Nicholas Rusk is.
- 15:04Speaker 9: He's the lunatic Californian who illegally travels from California to
- 15:09Speaker 9: my state of Virginia with a clock, with a bayonet
- 15:12Speaker 9: and with zip ties to do what to go to
- 15:15Speaker 9: Justice Kavanagh's home, a Supreme Court Associate justice nominated by
- 15:20Speaker 9: my former boss, to murder him and his wife and
- 15:24Speaker 9: his children, because oh, he doesn't like abortions, so he
- 15:28Speaker 9: must be killed. If it weren't for just a last
- 15:31Speaker 9: minute pang of conscience, Nicholas Ruska would have killed a
- 15:35Speaker 9: member of the Supreme Court. Again and again and again.
- 15:39Speaker 9: There's one party that's normalized violence, and it's not us,
- 15:43Speaker 9: not Conservatives, It's not the Republicans. It is the Democrat Party,
- 15:48Speaker 9: whether it's BLM, whether it's Antifa, they are fine with
- 15:52Speaker 9: normalizing violence. So if anybody's surprised at what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania,
- 15:57Speaker 9: they are clinical credits absolutely.
- 16:01Speaker 2: And you know, in the end, in the aftermath of
- 16:04Speaker 2: the attempted assassination, there's been no violence, no rioting, the
- 16:08Speaker 2: Republicans remintaining their call and what was a terrible and
- 16:12Speaker 2: could have been an extremely tragic incident. Now even more
- 16:15Speaker 2: extraordinary was the left wing media's first.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Instinct after the assassination attempt. They wanted to hide it.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Have a look at CNN, they called it Trump Falls.
- 16:26Speaker 2: The Washington Post described it as loud noises, and on
- 16:30Speaker 2: the NBC it was popping noises.
- 16:33Speaker 3: But this one truly takes the cake.
- 16:36Speaker 2: CNN described it as an interruption before hosts Jamie Gangel
- 16:41Speaker 2: attacked Trump for saying fight, fight fight.
- 16:46Speaker 13: I think what we're hearing from people is that's not
- 16:49Speaker 13: the message that we want to be SENTI right now,
- 16:52Speaker 13: we want to tamp.
- 16:53Speaker 11: It down.
- 16:55Speaker 3: And have a look at this warped analysis.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Donald Trump and the people around to perceive themselves to.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Be under threat, and that's all that matters.
- 17:04Speaker 14: That is not legitimate, that is wrong. You hear the
- 17:07Speaker 14: screens from the audience. People are terrified.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And how's this cracker from Wolf Blitzer suggesting Trump wasn't
- 17:15Speaker 2: actually injured.
- 17:17Speaker 15: Now, if someone is shot with a bullet that pierces
- 17:19Speaker 15: the upper part of you right here, wouldn't that bullet.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Also continue on to someone's.
- 17:24Speaker 9: Skull and create much more a much more dangerous situation.
- 17:29Speaker 2: And ABC News's Matha Radat's having a complaint mental breakdown,
- 17:33Speaker 2: appearing to blame the assassination attempt on Donald Trump and
- 17:36Speaker 2: his supporters.
- 17:38Speaker 13: Supporters are certainly in some parts angry. And let's remember
- 17:42Speaker 13: January sixth in so many ways for the campaign. January
- 17:46Speaker 13: sixth will probably be in the background after yesterday's event.
- 17:51Speaker 13: This is a very difficult time for this campaign. I'm
- 17:54Speaker 13: sure this week in Milwaukee that President Trump will highlight this.
- 18:00Speaker 2: This is what CNN would call a mostly peaceful assassination attempt.
- 18:07Speaker 9: I love my Antipodean brethren, so I feel justified in
- 18:11Speaker 9: using some salty language. Now, everything you've just played is
- 18:15Speaker 9: empirical evidence that none of those people are journalists.
- 18:19Speaker 1: They will do and say whatever has to be said.
- 18:22Speaker 9: The idea that a bullet traveling three thousand feet per
- 18:27Speaker 9: second actually hits President Trump's ear, and that cretitous little
- 18:32Speaker 9: dwarf says, well, shouldn't it have gone into his skull?
- 18:37Speaker 1: Was he really shot?
- 18:39Speaker 9: As another man behind President Trump, a fifty year old
- 18:43Speaker 9: fire chief who lay on his daughter and his wife
- 18:47Speaker 9: to protect him, literally has his cranium blown open as another.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Bullet hits him.
- 18:53Speaker 9: And this is why we have to win on November
- 18:55Speaker 9: the fifth, because President Trump was right what was it
- 18:58Speaker 9: seven years ago when he said the media are the
- 19:02Speaker 9: enemy of the people. They have absolutely no right to
- 19:05Speaker 9: be called journalists.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Completely agree with you. Such a good analysis. And also
- 19:12Speaker 3: now a.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Day later, Donald Trump, he's back at it and in
- 19:15Speaker 2: fine form.
- 19:16Speaker 15: Here we go, just finished talking to the former president.
- 19:21Speaker 15: You would think that he would be down. I mean
- 19:26Speaker 15: he is, He's in the saddle, he's excited. And I said,
- 19:31Speaker 15: is there anything that I could, you know, share with
- 19:34Speaker 15: the audience. And he paused for a second and he said,
- 19:38Speaker 15: can you just tell him I love him?
- 19:41Speaker 3: Sebastian.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Is this quintessential Donald Trump underterred getting on with the job.
- 19:46Speaker 2: What message is he trying to send?
- 19:50Speaker 9: I got to tell you I don't get it. I
- 19:52Speaker 9: don't comprehend it. I've got an excuse for my pugilistic
- 19:55Speaker 9: attitude because of, you know, the family baggage I bring
- 19:59Speaker 9: with my parents keeping Communism.
- 20:01Speaker 1: That guy grew up in Queens.
- 20:04Speaker 9: He's a billionaire, you know, mogul who had a TV
- 20:08Speaker 9: you know, reality show for fourteen years at the top
- 20:11Speaker 9: of the chart. I don't know how he does it.
- 20:13Speaker 9: He's twenty five years older than me. I couldn't keep
- 20:16Speaker 9: up with him in the White House. The fact that, yes,
- 20:19Speaker 9: I can't believe I'm saying this. Yesterday he's almost assassinated.
- 20:24Speaker 9: He flew home that night, discharged himself from the hospital,
- 20:28Speaker 9: then plays golf today and then says, oh, yeah, the
- 20:32Speaker 9: Republican Convention.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Should we delay that? No, no, no, let's get on Trump.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Ford's one, and then he flew to Milwaukee. It's mind boggling.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I don't know what he's made of.
- 20:41Speaker 9: It's titanium mixed in with kevlar, with tungsten steel and
- 20:45Speaker 9: then a little bit of pixie dust because it's just magical.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Oh, he's incredible.
- 20:50Speaker 2: I don't know how he does it either, but good
- 20:52Speaker 2: to say him going.
- 20:53Speaker 3: No, I'm underturred getting on with it. Let's keep fighting.
- 20:57Speaker 2: And I just have to ask you, Sebastian, how hard
- 20:59Speaker 2: would this incident b on the family? We saw a
- 21:02Speaker 2: statement from Milania Trumps. She said, when I watched that
- 21:05Speaker 2: violent bullet strike my husband Donald, I realized my life
- 21:10Speaker 2: and Baron's life were on the brink of devastating change.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'm grateful to the brave Secret Surge Verse agents and
- 21:17Speaker 2: law enforcement officials who risked their own lives to protect
- 21:20Speaker 2: my husband. How terrifying would this be for Milania too?
- 21:27Speaker 9: Yeah, Milania is also absolutely unique, and they broke the
- 21:32Speaker 9: mold when they met her when I was in the
- 21:34Speaker 9: White House. She was one of the most gracious human
- 21:37Speaker 9: beings I've ever met.
- 21:39Speaker 1: If your viewers.
- 21:40Speaker 9: Haven't done so, you can find on my Twitter feed
- 21:42Speaker 9: just go to sab Gorka seb Grka read her two
- 21:47Speaker 9: page letter to the American people that she released early today,
- 21:51Speaker 9: and it's one of the most beautiful pieces of braining
- 21:54Speaker 9: I've ever seen about what this means, the fabric of
- 21:58Speaker 9: the Republic being were n asunder, and how love is
- 22:02Speaker 9: the way and with love and dedication, love of country,
- 22:06Speaker 9: love of family, love of God, we can fix everything.
- 22:09Speaker 9: So I cannot imagine what she was feeling when she
- 22:12Speaker 9: saw that footage when the Secret Service really fails to
- 22:16Speaker 9: secure that perimeter at the event, then seeing her husband
- 22:21Speaker 9: it covered in blood, and then raising that fist.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I mean, that's who Donald Trump is.
- 22:27Speaker 9: So I'd request all of the Sky News viewers is
- 22:30Speaker 9: just keep her, keep the president keeper, Eric, Lara, Don Junior,
- 22:36Speaker 9: the whole family in your prayers and pray for the
- 22:39Speaker 9: future of America because we need normality back. We need
- 22:43Speaker 9: a president who make sure there aren't wars around the
- 22:45Speaker 9: world like when we were in the White House, and
- 22:48Speaker 9: we need to stop the crazies. I mean, look, I'm
- 22:51Speaker 9: no fan of Bill Clinton, especially for what he did
- 22:54Speaker 9: with that twenty one year old intern, but at least
- 22:56Speaker 9: he was a Democrat who would rain in the crazies.
- 23:00Speaker 9: Right now, you can't name one Democrat in a leadership
- 23:03Speaker 9: position who reins in the crazies. On the contrary, they're
- 23:07Speaker 9: putting the petrol on the bonfire. As a result, it's
- 23:11Speaker 9: up to us, it's up to the patriots, it's up
- 23:13Speaker 9: to President Trump and you know, everybody who loves America
- 23:16Speaker 9: to make sure he has a landslide victory and then
- 23:19Speaker 9: we can start to rebuild America and just.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Shun shun the crazies.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you're not wrong. It's a very good point.
- 23:27Speaker 2: And I just want to ask you about Avunker Trump,
- 23:29Speaker 2: because she stayed by her father's side as he spent
- 23:32Speaker 2: the night in his estate recovering. Tell us about their relationship.
- 23:36Speaker 2: How close is Donald Trump to his daughter A Bunker.
- 23:42Speaker 9: As close as to loving people can be who are
- 23:46Speaker 9: father and daughter.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I mean, she was a colleague of mine in the
- 23:49Speaker 1: White House.
- 23:49Speaker 9: Her husband was an incredibly impressive guy who was head
- 23:53Speaker 9: of innovation, and beyond that, he brought us the historic
- 23:58Speaker 9: Abraham Accords that he negotiated with two other people that
- 24:03Speaker 9: brought peace between Israel and five other nations, which was
- 24:07Speaker 9: rent asunder when Biden Ried reversed everything, and then we
- 24:11Speaker 9: saw the greatest loss of Jewish life since the show
- 24:14Speaker 9: is since the Holocaust on October the seventh. So I'm
- 24:18Speaker 9: not surprised that she was at his bedside. I don't
- 24:21Speaker 9: think he needed anybody by his bedside because he was
- 24:24Speaker 9: hitting those holes in one earlier today.
- 24:27Speaker 1: But the fact is, you know that's what I love it.
- 24:29Speaker 9: Look, you can judge a man by his children right,
- 24:34Speaker 9: and you look at this family and you say, wow, Wow,
- 24:38Speaker 9: I have even more respect for President Trump because I
- 24:41Speaker 9: look at these amazing children.
- 24:43Speaker 1: I know them all. I mean, you know, I know
- 24:45Speaker 1: DoD Junior, I know Erica, I know Lara.
- 24:47Speaker 9: His wife is a colleague of my wife in the
- 24:50Speaker 9: Republican Party and was a colleague of mine. Just amazing
- 24:55Speaker 9: people who are following trying to follow in their father's
- 25:00Speaker 9: gun gang true and footsteps.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Well, they just look like such a terrific family.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Sebastian Gorka really appreciate your insights. Thank you so much
- 25:10Speaker 2: for joining us on the program this evening.
- 25:13Speaker 1: God blessed, keep us in your prayers. Please, my friends
- 25:15Speaker 1: still to come.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Lefties Losing a Trump addition featuring the triple D threats
- 25:20Speaker 2: of the demented, deranged, and deluded, plus comedian Alex Stein
- 25:25Speaker 2: on whether the desperate Democrats can turn the Trump train around.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Now it's gathering more and more, Steve, Now.
- 25:41Speaker 2: It is time for Lefty's losing it. It's been a
- 25:44Speaker 2: big day for the demented, deranged, and deluded. Triple D,
- 25:48Speaker 2: triple threat, triple the unhinged, I mean truly, the left
- 25:53Speaker 2: of come out of the woodwork because of the failed
- 25:56Speaker 2: assassination attempt on Donald Trump. So I'm just warning you,
- 26:01Speaker 2: warning you now of the Trump derangement syndrome. Ahead, let's
- 26:05Speaker 2: start with this guy who looks as though he doesn't
- 26:08Speaker 2: know if he wants to be part of a boy
- 26:10Speaker 2: band or is transitioning perhaps to emo.
- 26:14Speaker 6: Do you miss that?
- 26:17Speaker 12: We don't miss those.
- 26:20Speaker 6: Come on, man, we don't miss those solid shot at
- 26:25Speaker 6: greatness to be mentioned in the history books.
- 26:29Speaker 3: And you miss the shot?
- 26:38Speaker 2: Could you just shout a bit louder there into your
- 26:41Speaker 2: microphone if you don't mind your voice.
- 26:44Speaker 3: It's not quite distorting enough. Got to say, that was
- 26:47Speaker 3: very dramatic, very cute.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Little touch there turning crying into the wall, and the
- 26:53Speaker 2: tears just keep flowing.
- 26:55Speaker 3: To the person who took a trumpty? Why did you miss?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Come on?
- 27:00Speaker 16: Now, you gave him what he wanted more than anything
- 27:02Speaker 16: in the row intension.
- 27:04Speaker 3: We're losing this election? Like, are you already losing this election? Sweetie?
- 27:10Speaker 2: Now here is a TikToker who should actually be the
- 27:14Speaker 2: poster girl for the Democrats.
- 27:17Speaker 3: I just found out about this. It just happened. I
- 27:21Speaker 3: haven't even had a second to process. You're telling me.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Somebody finally had the balls to bring a few view.
- 27:31Speaker 3: We were a second away. We were a centimeter away
- 27:35Speaker 3: from half of the problem being gone, and you missed
- 27:40Speaker 3: there was a white man attached to that trigger.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I know it.
- 27:44Speaker 3: We were a centimeter away. Has anyone checked up on
- 27:49Speaker 3: her sacred service? Hello? Fed somebody? Anybody? She needs some help?
- 27:55Speaker 3: All is normal, just as normal as this philosophical assessment.
- 28:01Speaker 17: I just really hope that the shooter is whit, like
- 28:04Speaker 17: I hope. I hope that the shooter is white, because
- 28:08Speaker 17: even if the shooter is white and some hyper leftists
- 28:11Speaker 17: with manifestos and all kinds of stuff, at least they're weight.
- 28:16Speaker 13: Ah.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Yes, the Left have really been trained to prioritize identity,
- 28:22Speaker 2: haven't they, because skin color is so important when it
- 28:26Speaker 2: comes to trying to kill a former president. And here
- 28:30Speaker 2: is the Lefty diverse and inclusive brigade showing their true colors.
- 28:36Speaker 16: John Wilkes Booth, if you can hear us, if you
- 28:39Speaker 16: are with us, please please John Wilkes Booth, if you're
- 28:45Speaker 16: if you're listening, please let me get.
- 28:47Speaker 1: This, let me get this straight done. Only reloaded shotgun,
- 28:54Speaker 1: but you chose to.
- 28:55Speaker 18: Use a one you're not even sending our best to
- 28:59Speaker 18: assassinate because what the hell was that Lee Harvey Oswald
- 29:02Speaker 18: would never be John Wilkes Booth would never.
- 29:06Speaker 14: Today was like this close.
- 29:11Speaker 3: To being the best day ever.
- 29:14Speaker 19: Also, the person that at Trump at Israelly was exercising
- 29:19Speaker 19: that right that all those Republicans were fighting for.
- 29:21Speaker 8: So can you really blame him?
- 29:24Speaker 2: Yeah, they sweet paying tribute to all the ghosts of
- 29:27Speaker 2: assassin's past, invoking the spirits of John Wilkes Booth and
- 29:31Speaker 2: Lee Harvey Oswald demonic to say the least.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Now you can always count on Chief Loon.
- 29:38Speaker 2: The MSNBC host joy Reed to defend Joe Biden to
- 29:42Speaker 2: the last man. I mean, it doesn't matter he messed
- 29:46Speaker 2: up Trump and Kamala and Putin and Zelenski.
- 29:49Speaker 3: Here's Joyce b looking out for her man.
- 29:53Speaker 7: Yes, he did make a couple of gaffes and copy
- 29:55Speaker 7: with the wrong names, but I mean, I do that,
- 29:59Speaker 7: and Biden's been gaffy for literally his entire career. It's
- 30:03Speaker 7: literally like a meme of Joe Biden that he he
- 30:07Speaker 7: does gaffs like he's very much known for them. It's
- 30:09Speaker 7: kind of a Biden thing, him doing Gaffs, is you
- 30:12Speaker 7: basically him bidening?
- 30:14Speaker 1: That's what he does.
- 30:15Speaker 7: Gaffs, it's his thing.
- 30:17Speaker 3: But if he's the president, I mean he's Gaffy, it's
- 30:20Speaker 3: his thing. Well, now you mentioned it, Joyce, it truly is.
- 30:24Speaker 13: America is a nation that can be defined in a
- 30:27Speaker 13: single word.
- 30:29Speaker 1: I was gonna foot him.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I signed the Pack and.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Act into the law.
- 30:35Speaker 3: He had tied that fall.
- 30:36Speaker 1: He decided to.
- 30:39Speaker 16: Look, I shouldn't get into this.
- 30:41Speaker 20: I'll lay it affect a strategy to mobilize true in it,
- 30:44Speaker 20: and I sue the pressure.
- 30:46Speaker 3: We cannot get re elect. We cannot win this re election.
- 30:50Speaker 8: Excuse me, we can only re elect Donald Trump.
- 30:53Speaker 2: You gotta give it to joy She really holds out
- 30:55Speaker 2: a candle for all Gaffy jar It doesn't Shay Josh
- 30:59Speaker 2: should Robert next time for good luck? Well, this is
- 31:03Speaker 2: the perfect way to define the left's response to the
- 31:06Speaker 2: attempted assassination.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Hey, Trump got shot at, got shot at?
- 31:10Speaker 14: Trump got shot at?
- 31:11Speaker 3: Select did he oh yeah?
- 31:13Speaker 6: He lived?
- 31:13Speaker 3: Huh yeah?
- 31:14Speaker 21: And what's worse is he looked really cool when it happened.
- 31:16Speaker 21: What do you mean he looked cool when it happened?
- 31:18Speaker 21: He unfortunately looked very cool when it happened. How do
- 31:21Speaker 21: you look cool getting shot at?
- 31:23Speaker 1: Well?
- 31:23Speaker 3: Like, what did he do?
- 31:24Speaker 21: Pop right back up with bloodstreaming Donna's face, pumice fists
- 31:27Speaker 21: in the air, shouting Usa, Usa, USA into a.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Crowd of thousands joined in. That's exactly what he did.
- 31:32Speaker 22: Oh yeah, yeah, that's really cool. I know, grab, we're
- 31:42Speaker 22: gonna lose the election. Huh big time?
- 31:45Speaker 3: You bet.
- 31:45Speaker 2: It is pretty cool because this was the moment Donald
- 31:48Speaker 2: Trump knew he'd won the election with that warrior like
- 31:52Speaker 2: strength image, blood on his cheek as he survived an
- 31:56Speaker 2: assassination attempt.
- 31:58Speaker 3: This is the campaign's turning point. Summed up in a
- 32:02Speaker 3: matter of minutes.
- 32:08Speaker 6: MAGA means to make America great again.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Job listen to that crowd.
- 32:45Speaker 18: Raw.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Let's bring in host of Prime Time with Alex Stein.
- 32:49Speaker 3: Alex, good to see you. Thank you so much for
- 32:51Speaker 3: joining us.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Look, nobody can underestimate the power of what Trump did
- 32:55Speaker 2: after he was shot.
- 32:57Speaker 3: What did it say to his haters and to those
- 32:59Speaker 3: on the left, Well.
- 33:02Speaker 8: It said a lot.
- 33:03Speaker 20: It said that he was like Neo from the Matrix,
- 33:05Speaker 20: who's dodging those bullets? I mean, I know that got
- 33:08Speaker 20: his ear, but one centimeter away, who would have literally
- 33:11Speaker 20: the shooter would have literally started a civil war. But
- 33:13Speaker 20: let's you see real, Donald Trump is anointed by God.
- 33:16Speaker 20: Whether you believe in God or not, he had a
- 33:19Speaker 20: divine intervention that saved his life. And you can call
- 33:21Speaker 20: me crazy, but I think that's the only thing that
- 33:24Speaker 20: truly saved Donald Trump. And now he's going to have
- 33:27Speaker 20: more support than he's ever had. So this assassination attempt
- 33:30Speaker 20: is going to backfire and end up being the best
- 33:33Speaker 20: thing for Donald Trump.
- 33:34Speaker 2: Absolutely, And we'll get to some of the polling shortly,
- 33:37Speaker 2: but look, I want to talk about the fumbling diversity
- 33:41Speaker 2: picks in the US Secret Service as the agency a
- 33:44Speaker 2: rush to get Donald Trump away from the chaos. Have
- 33:47Speaker 2: a look at the women who comprise his security detail.
- 34:08Speaker 3: Now.
- 34:08Speaker 2: One female agent was heard frantically shouting what are we doing?
- 34:12Speaker 3: Where are we going? After the shots rang out? And
- 34:15Speaker 3: what on earth is happening here?
- 34:17Speaker 2: Her one job was to jump in front and take
- 34:21Speaker 2: a bullet for Trump, but instead she cowered behind him.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Alex, what is going on with these Secret Service agents?
- 34:29Speaker 20: Well, it's the same thing that's happening to these airlines
- 34:31Speaker 20: where they're going to hire a person based on their
- 34:33Speaker 20: skin color and not their marriage. And that's what's really
- 34:37Speaker 20: the problem is you saw one of those female Secret
- 34:39Speaker 20: Service agents trying to carry Donald Trump. Yeah right, you're
- 34:42Speaker 20: not going to carry hi man. It's two hundred and
- 34:44Speaker 20: forty five pounds. So it's really sad that the Secret Service.
- 34:48Speaker 8: Let this happen.
- 34:49Speaker 20: There were snipers on the roof that supposedly saw the
- 34:52Speaker 20: shooter because there's only one other roof in that area
- 34:55Speaker 20: of Bethel, Pennsylvania, and they didn't take him out.
- 34:58Speaker 8: They let him shoot a Donald Trump.
- 35:00Speaker 20: So whether you want to say that this was just
- 35:02Speaker 20: you know, interbordination or this is just you know, them
- 35:06Speaker 20: messing up, I think it's much more sinister. I think
- 35:09Speaker 20: that these people that are protecting Donald Trump don't have
- 35:11Speaker 20: his best interest, and I think it's very obvious by
- 35:14Speaker 20: letting him even get shot when they had drone surveillance.
- 35:17Speaker 20: They have all kinds of measurements that they take in
- 35:19Speaker 20: order to keep the area and from perimeter safe, and
- 35:22Speaker 20: they didn't take any of those into account when it
- 35:25Speaker 20: came to this speech for whatever reason.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Oh.
- 35:27Speaker 2: I mean, the failure is just absolutely appalling. It's catastrophic
- 35:31Speaker 2: to be honest and look Alex. This video might explain it,
- 35:35Speaker 2: because a video has surfaced showing the agency's boss, Kimberly Cheetle,
- 35:40Speaker 2: boasting about a desire to increase diversity to expand hiring.
- 35:45Speaker 3: They're aiming to have thirty percent women recruits by twenty
- 35:48Speaker 3: thirty and even allowed YouTube influencer Michelle Carey to train
- 35:53Speaker 3: with agents.
- 35:54Speaker 13: But I'm very conscious as I sit in this chair
- 35:59Speaker 13: now of making sure that we need to attract diverse candidates.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Alex, this is extraordinary picking recruits based on diversity, not
- 36:09Speaker 2: the best recruits.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Is that really appropriate?
- 36:13Speaker 8: Well, obviously not.
- 36:14Speaker 20: But if you look at the admiral of our Navy
- 36:17Speaker 20: and of armed forces are all transgender people. So they
- 36:21Speaker 20: don't care about putting the best person and putting their
- 36:23Speaker 20: best foot forward. They care about being progressive and being
- 36:27Speaker 20: a social justice warrior and checking off a box on
- 36:30Speaker 20: a list. So that's where America is at. And I
- 36:32Speaker 20: just want to thanks Guy News for actually being honest
- 36:35Speaker 20: and when they covered this whole entire issue.
- 36:37Speaker 8: Because CNN said that he can just fell down. Other
- 36:40Speaker 8: outlets said they just heard loud noises.
- 36:42Speaker 20: So thanks the Ward for the people in Australia and
- 36:44Speaker 20: across the world that actually want to have some sort
- 36:47Speaker 20: of transparency when it comes to an assassination of an
- 36:51Speaker 20: ex president.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Yeah, he fell down, it was just an interruption. There
- 36:55Speaker 2: were loud noises, you know, the list goes on. It's ridiculous.
- 37:00Speaker 2: I just want to show you this video, Alex. By contrast,
- 37:03Speaker 2: have a look at how the Secret Service reacted when
- 37:06Speaker 2: Ronald Reagan was shot. Alex As you can say, it
- 37:25Speaker 2: was quick thinking protecting their president. What has gone wrong
- 37:28Speaker 2: in the agency since then?
- 37:31Speaker 20: Well you said it already. When they smothered Trump, they said,
- 37:34Speaker 20: what do we do? So they didn't even know the
- 37:36Speaker 20: protocol for trying to save the president. And then, like
- 37:39Speaker 20: you showed the clips of the women, they were more
- 37:41Speaker 20: worried and concerned about their sunglasses than they were about
- 37:44Speaker 20: trying to stop a terroristic threat. So that's where we're
- 37:46Speaker 20: out here in America.
- 37:48Speaker 8: You know, I say it all the time. We're living
- 37:49Speaker 8: in the upside down world. So Donald Trump needs men.
- 37:53Speaker 8: I listened. If women want to be in law enforcement,
- 37:55Speaker 8: there's places for women to be.
- 37:56Speaker 20: In law enforcement, But protecting the president, I guess to
- 37:59Speaker 20: tear thread, I think you need to lead that to
- 38:02Speaker 20: the men and then don't call me misogynists for that.
- 38:04Speaker 8: I just think that that is the safest and most
- 38:06Speaker 8: prudent thing to do.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it is what it is.
- 38:09Speaker 2: In the end, it's spot on. Now, Alex, we spoke
- 38:11Speaker 2: about poles. Have to look at the latest polling. Since
- 38:14Speaker 2: that attempted assassination, Trump has reached new highs in Pennsylvania,
- 38:19Speaker 2: in Wisconsin, in Michigan and Arizona.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Those are huge numbers. How do you read it?
- 38:27Speaker 8: Well, I want to say that it's accurate.
- 38:29Speaker 20: I do believe that this is actually only going to
- 38:31Speaker 20: help Donald Trump his campaign the fact that he lived.
- 38:33Speaker 8: But at the same time, I don't even trust these polls.
- 38:36Speaker 8: I don't trust the election.
- 38:38Speaker 20: I just become very very skeptical of what any of
- 38:41Speaker 20: the mainstream media says here in America. So if those
- 38:44Speaker 20: polls are correct, in which I think they are, Trump
- 38:47Speaker 20: wins in a landside.
- 38:49Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 38:49Speaker 3: And speaking of Joe Biden, what a surprise.
- 38:51Speaker 2: He's had another shocker in his address to the nation
- 38:55Speaker 2: on the attempted assassination.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Instead of ballot box, he offered up this, in America,
- 39:02Speaker 3: we resolve our difference at the battle box.
- 39:06Speaker 1: You know, That's how we do it.
- 39:07Speaker 2: At the battle box, not with bullets, Alex old Joe
- 39:11Speaker 2: struggling with the teleprompter yet again.
- 39:14Speaker 3: It must have been past his bedtime when he recorded that,
- 39:18Speaker 3: of course, and.
- 39:19Speaker 8: He said, battle box, why is balance? I mean, tell
- 39:23Speaker 8: him all you let him do it twice.
- 39:25Speaker 20: They don't care about Joe Biden at this point, and
- 39:28Speaker 20: this is a sad reality. I wouldn't be surprised if
- 39:30Speaker 20: there was some sort of attack on Joe Biden.
- 39:32Speaker 8: I hope that does not happen. I just want to
- 39:33Speaker 8: put it out there. I would never want Joe Biden
- 39:35Speaker 8: to get hurt, but I wouldn't be surprised if there
- 39:37Speaker 8: wasn't some sort of.
- 39:38Speaker 20: Coffeecat attack to take out Joe Biden, because the Obamas
- 39:42Speaker 20: are sick of him, the Clints are sick of him,
- 39:44Speaker 20: and the American people are sick of Joe Biden. Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 2: I think the world is at this point, and Alex,
- 39:49Speaker 2: I'm going to show you this video as well. As
- 39:51Speaker 2: he warped away from the lectern. Have a look at
- 39:55Speaker 2: his creepy looking hands.
- 39:58Speaker 3: I mean, he looks like mister Earns from the Simpsons.
- 40:01Speaker 3: What on earth is going on there now?
- 40:05Speaker 20: That looks like some sort of paralysis. And I've seen
- 40:07Speaker 20: this clip is going viral, but I guess they didn't
- 40:10Speaker 20: hop him up with enough adderall or enough muscle relaxer.
- 40:13Speaker 8: I don't know, but it does.
- 40:14Speaker 20: Look like he has some sort of a you know,
- 40:17Speaker 20: injury or a paralyzation of his wrists or hand. It's
- 40:22Speaker 20: really kind of sad to see, Like we all want
- 40:24Speaker 20: to laugh at this, but really, this is the world
- 40:26Speaker 20: we live in. We have a president that really can't
- 40:29Speaker 20: even hold his arms out straight. It's a really, really,
- 40:31Speaker 20: really sad reality.
- 40:33Speaker 3: It is that we're almost out of time.
- 40:34Speaker 2: But Alex, I mean, what happens now with his campaign,
- 40:38Speaker 2: It's almost like it's been forgotten since the Trump incident.
- 40:43Speaker 20: Well, I hope he stays in the race because he's
- 40:45Speaker 20: basically a walking potato at this point and he's not
- 40:48Speaker 20: going to be able to win. Even though Kamlo would
- 40:50Speaker 20: make a worst president. I don't even want her to
- 40:53Speaker 20: get into office. So I just hope he stays in
- 40:56Speaker 20: the race and that he doesn't, you know, get hurt
- 40:58Speaker 20: or injured in the assassination. Let's be real, everybody knows
- 41:01Speaker 20: not going to make it four more years in a
- 41:03Speaker 20: White House, and the left knows that the right knows that.
- 41:06Speaker 20: So let the guy go retire, but personally keep him
- 41:10Speaker 20: in the race. Let him lose, and let's make America
- 41:12Speaker 20: great again overly.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, I mean if Joe Biden pulls out now,
- 41:16Speaker 2: he'll look even weaker than ever. Alex Stein, always good
- 41:19Speaker 2: to speak with you. Thank you so much for joining
- 41:21Speaker 2: us on the program. Still to come Inside the Mind
- 41:24Speaker 2: of a political extremist.
- 41:26Speaker 3: With psychologist doctor Clairo, while we.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Are starting to find out more about the twenty year
- 41:42Speaker 2: old who shot Donald Trump before being taken out by
- 41:46Speaker 2: a sniper himself. Thomas Matthew Crooks was a registered Republican
- 41:50Speaker 2: who donated to a progressive pack. His classmate says he
- 41:55Speaker 2: was aggressively bullied in high school.
- 41:58Speaker 11: Let's say he was a loner and more because he
- 42:00Speaker 11: was just.
- 42:02Speaker 1: He was quiet, but like he was just bullied.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Like he was bullied so much, so much.
- 42:09Speaker 16: High school.
- 42:10Speaker 11: Yeah, what did they still remember it all that they
- 42:12Speaker 11: said to him or cold them. No, he was just
- 42:17Speaker 11: made fun of, I guess for the way he dressed
- 42:19Speaker 11: or his appearents.
- 42:21Speaker 2: And the New York Post is reporting Thomas Crooks tried
- 42:24Speaker 2: out for his high school's rifle team, but he was
- 42:27Speaker 2: rejected for being a terrible shot and making.
- 42:30Speaker 3: Off color jokes. The question of why he chose.
- 42:34Speaker 2: To try and kill Donald Trump is now the subject
- 42:36Speaker 2: of an FBI investigation.
- 42:38Speaker 3: Johnny now is psychologist.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Claire Rowe Claire, good to see you as always, thanks
- 42:43Speaker 2: for joining us. Look, Thomas Crooks has been described as
- 42:46Speaker 2: a loner who was bullied twenty years old. How can
- 42:51Speaker 2: a kid as young as him become an extremist?
- 42:55Speaker 19: Yeah, well, that doesn't surprise me, Danika. That's often some
- 43:00Speaker 19: of the profiles of people who do these things. They've
- 43:03Speaker 19: often been rejected before, either that by their own family, friends, peers,
- 43:08Speaker 19: or he said that he tried to get into other
- 43:10Speaker 19: social circles and he was rejected from them. So, look,
- 43:14Speaker 19: it's a very complex set of factors that lead someone
- 43:17Speaker 19: to extremism and political violence like this, both on an
- 43:21Speaker 19: individual level and also on a collective level. I think
- 43:25Speaker 19: that most importantly, usually these people are feeling the weight
- 43:29Speaker 19: of anger and injustice and are very aggrieved about something,
- 43:33Speaker 19: and most importantly, they feel that traditional methods of changing
- 43:37Speaker 19: their situation are not available to them, i e. Democratic
- 43:41Speaker 19: voting in this case, or perhaps just the anger at
- 43:44Speaker 19: the way he's been treated in life, and maybe he
- 43:47Speaker 19: was out to prove a point, but it somehow justifies
- 43:52Speaker 19: this route that they take of martyrdom. You know, I'll
- 43:56Speaker 19: show them or I'll make a name for myself in
- 43:59Speaker 19: some way.
- 44:01Speaker 3: And we also know.
- 44:02Speaker 19: The other thing about people who usually go down the
- 44:05Speaker 19: path of what we could call a form of radicalization
- 44:09Speaker 19: is that they often engage in what we call as
- 44:11Speaker 19: psychologists cognitive distortions, and they're things like black and white thinking,
- 44:19Speaker 19: dehumanizing the enemy, and being very engaged in conspiracy beliefs.
- 44:26Speaker 14: But when you look at those kind of elements, I think, well, that.
- 44:29Speaker 19: Has been Trump's opposition and the media for the last
- 44:33Speaker 19: two years. I mean black and white thinking, yes, dehumanizing
- 44:37Speaker 19: Trump absolutely, and engagement in conspiracy beliefs about rigi elections
- 44:42Speaker 19: and so forth. So when you have this fertile ground,
- 44:47Speaker 19: which I think has happened over the last two years,
- 44:50Speaker 19: and you have certain vulnerable characteristics, then in an individual
- 44:54Speaker 19: who was exposed to that, I mean he's only twenty,
- 44:56Speaker 19: so for the last ten years of his life, he
- 44:59Speaker 19: has been exposed to the vitriol of how dangerous Trump is.
- 45:04Speaker 19: Akin to Hitler and the fact that if Trump gets in,
- 45:08Speaker 19: will you will lose your democratic rights.
- 45:10Speaker 14: They've been told you will not be able to vote again,
- 45:12Speaker 14: they've been told.
- 45:13Speaker 23: So that's a long time of being fed that, and
- 45:17Speaker 23: then that meets with a very vulnerable, maybe mentally very
- 45:20Speaker 23: unwell man who's had a troubled background, and we can
- 45:24Speaker 23: see where things have led.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Yeah, just on that point, Clay, you spoke about how
- 45:28Speaker 2: there's been this dehumanizing of Donald Trump. You mentioned we've
- 45:31Speaker 2: seen him as Hitler, being called a dictator, people saying, oh,
- 45:35Speaker 2: he's a huge threat to democracy. If you are already
- 45:38Speaker 2: treading that fine line mentally, you know, is it fair
- 45:42Speaker 2: to say that you could indeed take this as a
- 45:44Speaker 2: call to arms, that you've got to be the person
- 45:46Speaker 2: to act. You've got to be the person to take
- 45:49Speaker 2: on that marta persona that you mentioned.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Is that fair to say?
- 45:55Speaker 14: Absolutely?
- 45:56Speaker 19: I don't think that there's any question that if Trump
- 46:00Speaker 19: is going to be blamed for the insurrection at the
- 46:01Speaker 19: White House, you know, in a call to violence, then
- 46:05Speaker 19: then we have to look at what led to this
- 46:07Speaker 19: situation here.
- 46:08Speaker 14: In the call to violence, the language has.
- 46:12Speaker 19: Been so I think pretty explicit in telling the nation
- 46:18Speaker 19: that our lives will never be the same.
- 46:20Speaker 14: If this man gets in that it.
- 46:22Speaker 19: Will be akin to some of the worst murderous dictatorships
- 46:26Speaker 19: that they can possibly, you know, put him against people
- 46:31Speaker 19: like Hitler.
- 46:33Speaker 14: And when that is fed down to someone, you know,
- 46:37Speaker 14: there are plenty.
- 46:37Speaker 19: Of people people ask me today, you know, how could
- 46:40Speaker 19: someone go into this knowing that if you take that
- 46:43Speaker 19: action then you're giving up your own life too. Well,
- 46:46Speaker 19: there's plenty of people who are willing to give up
- 46:48Speaker 19: their own life for their country, or.
- 46:50Speaker 14: For their religion, or for what they believe in. And
- 46:53Speaker 14: if you hold that ideology very strongly, then you are
- 46:56Speaker 14: prepared to lay down your life. And of course we
- 46:58Speaker 14: accept that for people who who represent or fight for
- 47:02Speaker 14: their nation in war.
- 47:04Speaker 19: Torn countries and so forth. Well, the psychology of it
- 47:07Speaker 19: is that people, if they believe it, are very willing.
- 47:11Speaker 16: To do that.
- 47:12Speaker 14: And in his mind, perhaps he, you know, wanted to
- 47:16Speaker 14: make a name for himself.
- 47:18Speaker 19: Perhaps he took that on as a this is my call,
- 47:22Speaker 19: this will be my destiny, and I will save this country.
- 47:25Speaker 19: And in the meantime I will somehow make good on
- 47:29Speaker 19: the bullying perhaps that I have experienced through my life.
- 47:33Speaker 14: And you know, as I said, and I'll show them attitude.
- 47:36Speaker 19: I'm fairly worried as well psychologically speaking about potential copycats
- 47:41Speaker 19: in that, and that's always something that the media have
- 47:44Speaker 19: to consider when disseminating information. But of course, you know
- 47:48Speaker 19: the videos are out there. It was live streamed, and
- 47:51Speaker 19: there's no putting that back in the box now. But
- 47:53Speaker 19: I wouldn't be surprised if there are similar long, young,
- 47:56Speaker 19: vulnerable people out there who have watched this play out.
- 48:01Speaker 14: And the job is not done.
- 48:02Speaker 19: So I don't know where this is going to go
- 48:04Speaker 19: to from here, but my goodness, there needs to be
- 48:06Speaker 19: some strong leadership to put this down.
- 48:09Speaker 2: Yeah, there certainly does. We're almost out of time, but
- 48:12Speaker 2: just very quickly. As a psychologist yourself, Claire, in terms
- 48:15Speaker 2: of the investigation, now, what would you be looking at
- 48:18Speaker 2: in terms of the background of this man.
- 48:22Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I think that.
- 48:22Speaker 19: They probably already started with that, in terms of his
- 48:27Speaker 19: social networks, and really we're looking at someone probably who
- 48:31Speaker 19: was cut off, probably quite marginalized, disenfranchised himself, probably rejected
- 48:37Speaker 19: by multiple people, probably didn't have very many friends. And
- 48:41Speaker 19: then of course we're looking at the information that he
- 48:44Speaker 19: was ingesting and exposed to and what was he seeing
- 48:48Speaker 19: each day, and that investigation will lead them to understand
- 48:51Speaker 19: how this happened.
- 48:52Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, a huge investigation ahead. Claire Rot, thank you
- 48:55Speaker 2: very much for joining us this evening.
- 48:57Speaker 3: Thank you. That's it for me. Up next his news night,
- 49:00Speaker 3: Good night,
