A 48-year-old man from St. Albans, West Virginia, is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly stealing copper from an Optimum communications facility—disrupting service for 18,000 people—and breaking into a brick company. Surveillance footage captured the crime, and authorities linked him to both incidents after he was already wanted for a May robbery.
